Miranda Mendelson Shares Her Favorite COVERGIRL Clean Matte Makeup - Duration: 4:16.

Hey, everyone, it's Miranda from Slashed Beauty.

Today I'm partnering with COVERGIRL to talk about one

of my favorite collections from the brand that I think

deserves a little more love, the Clean Matte line.

I've personally been using the Clean Matte line myself for about 2

and 1/2 years now.

It's one of the only matte formulas that really hits all the boxes for me--

good coverage, lightweight, nondrying.

It's perfect for no-makeup makeup days or warm weather.

I live in the desert where it tends to get really hot in the summer,

but it's also very dry.

So it's really important for me to have a matte formula that

not only mattifies and keeps oil at bay but doesn't make the rest of my face

feel super tight and dry and dehydrated.

The Clean Matte formula is nonacnegenic, so it lets your skin breathe

and shouldn't clog your pores.

So this means that it's less likely to cause acne breakouts or pimples, which

is something that I'm always worried about when testing out new products.

I'm going to start right off the bat by talking about my favorite product

from the collection, the Clean Matte BB Cream for oily skin.

This is hands down my favorite BB cream at the drugstore because not only does

it really give you a second-skin finish, it's

so lightweight you can barely feel that it's there,

but it gives me amazing coverage.

The formula contains a powder system with microcorrectors

that react to sweat and absorb oil over time

and also diffuses light to create the matte finish

and cover blemishes and visible pores.

I have acne and hyperpigmentation, so I usually

don't have the luxury of wearing lightweight makeup when

I want to have an even base, but this was the first product

that gave me just that.

I went from a BB-cream hater to a lover with this product.

It changed the game for me.

Not only does it have great coverage for my problem areas

but it also lasts all day on my combo skin.

I just cannot say enough good things about this BB cream.

It basically performs like a foundation but with the texture and lightweight

feel of a BB cream.

It's perfect for when I want a more natural look

or when I just want a little bit of complexion correction.

It's one of my go tos for spring and summer days,

last-minute plans, or just snapping a quick Instagram pic.

When I feel like I want a little bit more coverage

or I'm going for more of a full-face glam makeup,

but it's still very flexible and comfortable on the skin.

or if you've been around for some time now now guys keep in mind that running Facebook Ads is

After you go through if you're just starting out with your real estate digital marketing agency

This is after you've gone through and done all the organic methods and after you've already got some solid

clients because if you don't have that

Basic core process in place and you haven't done some of the free ways to go through and get phone calls

Set appointments to go and make the sales and you don't have that done

Then you're gonna be going through and investing money into something. That's not really proven

So you're gonna be wasting quite a bit of money when you're first getting started

So you want to go through make sure you are doing those organic free methods of posting Facebook groups and your Facebook page

LinkedIn all these different things that I talked about in other videos a lot of different free strategies going to networking

Events being in connecting with in person with different people

But then once you've kind of got to a point where like man, I'm doing all these organic things

I'm getting clients, but it's just not enough

I'm not growing as fast as I want to grow then that's where Facebook Ads

Really come into play and you know, I talked about Facebook Ads Instagram ads

It's really the same thing because obviously Facebook owns Instagram as well

So basically, I'll let me just show you really quick the two key funnels that I actually run ads to and then here second

I'll show you some actual ads that I'm currently running right now that are performing extremely well and I'll break down why they're performing well

and how you can kind of like

model not copy guys

because obviously

You'll see that these are very specific to me but model are kind of some of the results that I'm doing with these Facebook ads

So the first thing before you even run a Facebook ad guys it all is big-time where you're running the ad

Okay

Like what funnel you're running it to and I was just talking to

Zack Weiss who is one of you guys one of the viewers with the channel here and

He was talking about how he's wanting to help a realtor

Who's got some coaching programs all that stuff go through and you know make sales of his course and he had I think it was

like a fifty dollar course and

really at a fifty dollar course level like you're never gonna make money running Facebook Ads to like a fifty dollar course if you're gonna

Make money you have to have either like the logout sales funnel or sell a higher ticket item

and so what we do is we just go through and we sell a little bit higher ticket item to get people on our

Agency to actually go through and work with them. So this is the very first funnel that I go through and run

and you can see right here guys that the like

Landing page doesn't have to be something super pretty not to spend a lot of time on it

this is actually a very high performing high converting style right here where if you look at a lot of like the big

Marketers out there. This is a very similar style because look it's all white space

So it doesn't really take a long time for this page load

You've got a big clear head line up the top right here this buttons right there

So if they're pulling up on a mobile phone, it's going to be above the fold and an important thing to note

is that you want to make sure that you're pulling these up on your mobile phone to make sure that your landing page is

Optimized for mobile because 80 to 90% of your traffic's gonna be coming from mobile

So after they come here, what we're gonna do is have a value video, okay?

So this value video is basically to break down and talk about a story of you know

An agent that I worked with that, you know at the beginning stage

This is where before state they're after state and how we went through and it was it we're able to take them to that

After state where you know most agents want where most IDs are gonna want consistency. They're gonna want lead generation

They're well-proven lead follow-up all that stuff. But big thing really is consistency because you know as soon as you close one deal

You're only as good as your last deal and so that's a very important concept to hit with Realtors and honestly

Most business owners write a lot of business owners. They don't have that recurring revenue

They don't have that, you know monthly every single time if they make a sale. They've got it coming in

And so you got to make sure that you're focusing on

Consistency here, and this is really to build rapport because we're running Facebook Ads

Obviously you can go through and market your video right here this value video to your warm audience. People already know who you are

they like you they trust you and you're gonna get right out of the gate some really just easy sales just because

That's just how it goes. Right? Like they already know you they trust you they want you to help them out

And so you get some easy sales, but for all the other people who don't know who you are

Okay, the cold market they're gonna need to build some you're gonna need to build some rapport and Trust with them

And so that's why this value video

So you can see it's about 18 minutes and 46 seconds

It's about 20 minute video. And then once they're like watching it like ah, man, this is awesome

I'm ready to get started. They hit yes. I'm ready to jump in and then this takes them to an

Application where they're gonna go through and fill out some details cuz one thing you guys are gonna find out

It's very easy to go through and generate a li. That's really not the hard part

The hard part is going through and making sure you're spending your time with the most qualified prospects people that are you know

What we do is we only have the next few days available

the reason being is because if someone sets an appointment a week or two weeks out most likely they're going to forget it and

honestly, what I would do here is

Friday the 25th day, which you guys are probably watching this video at a later date. I know that

But what I would probably do is only have the next three days where it's got the next four

But you know if it's Friday and they're not scheduled until next Thursday

Chances are they're probably going to forget even if you're gonna do relentless follow-up

So I'd even just have the next three days right there

And then they come in here click on this and you can see kind of the calendar. We've got 12 to 3 p.m

Kind of that afternoon time set up where they can go through and schedule appointments then once a scheduled appointment

Confirms it and then there's tax reminders email reminders all that. So they're gonna go and show up on the phone call, but

Key thing here, even if somebody scheduled an appointment

But if they haven't gone through and you know if they're not a good fit

We usually reach out to them and say hey

look

It looks like you're probably not at the level right now that that we're looking for

But what we can do is we've got these different trainings

So we kind of offer some lower ticket item the AUSA is going to work out a lot better for them

anyway in the long run because it's gonna be a lot more in their budget as well as

It's not going to go through and waste a lot of our time or their time on those phone calls

Ok

so that is the first one and that this is the first one that you want to start with because with this you're gonna get

a lot of

Applications depending on how much obviously you're spending on your advertising

But this is going to go through get the most amount of phone calls

So you can practice those sales skills get those people in

Kind of hear their pain points what you can do to go through and help them and then once you've kind of got a lot

of that nailed down, which honestly guys

You can easily go through and scale up your business to multiple six figures using this exact format right here

and so if I were you just start now, I would focus on 100% the organic strategies get your business up to a

Right, so they're not gonna have money to go through and invest 1500 to 2000 dollars per month with you

But basically you can see right here

I recently started doing this and this has actually been working extremely well, so if you guys do have past real estate clients

And they've had success

Jump on a call right here video it record it. It just works amazingly

Well this ad right here I think is getting like leads for four to five dollars per lead and it's absolutely crushing it. So

I would highly recommend kind of like doing this strategy of interviewing your clients

Getting that success story on video that you can post on YouTube Facebook runs the Facebook Ads Instagram, whatever it is

And then here's another one. This one is calling out real estate agents and brokers

So this is kind of this could be for a higher

ticket item right where you're going through and work with more experienced people and if you want to go through and say hey all

7-figure real estate agents or if you're closing ten deals per month. This is for you or something like that

and so then I go through break down a couple paragraphs of

And this is one where Debbie was she was actually kind enough to go through and do the video on her own

Most agents have a hard

or most people just in general have a hard time doing the own video right then and there and so this isn't very common and

So I go through this is an exact quote from Jamie right here that she posted in our Facebook group

And so I looked I said, you know look Jamie is so exciting. My first post was published. So some 48 hours ago

So I tell their experience and I say look guys Jamie and once again, I'm going after more of the beginner agents

Right, so just keep that in mind when you're running towards a higher ticket item

So look, Jamie literally knew nothing about Facebook ads when she started

There's no reason you can't do this to like look at the success she got and she didn't know anything when she first got started

Okay, you can do this

You want to empower them you want to tell people like if you're training them let them know that you can do this

Okay, if you're gonna be doing it for them

Empower them and let them know that hey look I can take all this off your plate and let you know how to go through

And do this and then I have the call to action

Today we are excited to announce that The Charlotte Mason Elementary Arithmetic, Book

2, is now available!

You are sure to enjoy these simple, lively lessons that will help your student gain a

firm footing in addition, subtraction, and multiplication up to 1,000.

He will solidify and learn the addition tables up to 10 + 10 and the multiplication tables

up to 6 x 10.

You can use real dollar bills or play money.

Those manipulatives are so important to make sure your student sees the math concepts in

the concrete first and has a firm understanding of them before he moves to pure number.

An optional kit is available for Book 2 that includes plenty of play dollar bills as well

as two decks of number sentence cards, a felt underlay for building the tables, and a gridded

dry erase board (called a "slate" in the lessons) with a dry erase marker.

Number Sentence Cards are a brilliant idea for a homeschool mom!

Each card contains a handful of equations, either focused on one addition or multiplication

table or offering a combination of equations from several different tables.

Before you begin the arithmetic lesson, grab a card or two to have on hand.

Then if you need to step away for a few minutes—to change a diaper or to help another child with

a question—simply hand your math student those cards.

He will be able to continue the math lessons smoothly on his own until you get back by

working those equations—using the manipulatives if he needs to—and writing the answers on

his slate.

Attorney from the Ashes: A NEW SERIES?! - Making the Case Lite - Duration: 1:48.

Welcome to the courtroom, ladies and gentlemen!

For those of you who've been watching the channel since it started, you might remember

the first episode of Making the Case back in August of 2017.

I defended Game & Wario and tried to convince the prosecution and our jury that it's a

good title at its core!

Well, whether you watched it or not, let me tell you, the reception was just incredible,

so I've decided to jump back in and bring you more content from the courts!

There's a bit of a problem, though.

The prosecution had me banned for practicing law without a license, but fortunately for

us, the World Video Bar Association said I could come back and partake in trials again

if I build up my experience and go through the proper channels.

So when I'm not focused on independent study offline, I'll be coming out here for some

peer review projects with you fine folks.

We'll be exploring different designs, concepts, lore and the game industry itself: making

the case out of all kinds of topics!

As you might've guessed, I'm not actually allowed to be here until I'm certified,

but I need this screen to run these little sessions and night is the best time for me

to sneak in and use it.

You'd be surprised how strict the court is when it comes to using their facility when

you're not a real attorney, and how lax their security is after hours.

You might also be wondering why I'm already dressed in my attorney's outfit.

Well, you know what they say: you've gotta dress for success, ladies and gentlemen, and

I'm ready to be a winner!

There's still a lot to learn before I'm ready to take on serious trials again, but

I think we'll be able to make it there together and show the prosecution that we mean business!

[Eline] When there's a water scene in the script,

it's my favorite kind of episode to shoot.

The water is lovely and warm.

It really is lovely swimming, like in a warm bath.

And what we're wearing is stretchy fabric, but not a swimsuit material.

And it's nude, and then you get some dots put on you

so that the CGI guys can track your skin and change it in post.

But we do wear monofins. So we do have a little—

it's not as big as I'd like, but it's enough to do the mermaid movements.

But that's always a challenge — the hair.

You have to make sure your hair doesn't— So, when you do your breathing

to go down under for your take, right before I go into camera I always

have to pull all the hair back, and then when I swim into shot I let it go

to make it look— it doesn't always work.

But I'm getting the hang of it more and more.

We have a fantastic producer/director, and he storyboards it.

But then he shows us, too, so we get a sense of what the final image will be.

So when I do go down there, and it's just a frame,

I have seen the picture that they have in mind, of — it'll be an abandoned shipwreck.

And so, that helps a lot to imagine what you're actually supposed to be swimming through.

I think I'm just as excited as any fan to watch the show.

Cause first of all, we don't see all the scenes together, but especially with the water stuff.

Cause they add so much to that, the CGI guys.

So I'm always like, "Oh, when's the next episode?" Cause the water stuff's coming out.

So I'm very excited.

And the delivery robots were in our offices and on the streets.

If the subject comes into contact, there is no close relationship between delivery robots and people.

Companies look forward to using these robots

Demand and need are one of the important details in this matter.

Let's look at these robots together

Number 1 Segway Loomo

Designed to be operated in offices,

it can stay open for 8 hours on a single charge.

Number 2 Continental

As you know, dogs are the owners' owners.

A robot dog designed for the delivery process can also be company friendly.

Although its appearance is scary, the Continental company has produced a solution that will make customers laugh on delivery.

These robots, which are used as delivery vehicles and look like dogs, go in different directions and offer simultaneous delivery services.

When the robot dogs working with artificial intelligence support return to the center, they are recharged again and they set out for other delivery.

Number 3 Postmates Serve

It is almost impossible to have any business expectation from these robots that are quite cute in appearance.

But this delivery robot called Serve, which has a round eye and yellow color, is quite ingenious.

Serve robot capable of carrying a load of up to 50 kilograms within a radius of 45 km, supported by LIDAR system.

Speaking of LIDAR, there's no mention of what happened.

"Light Detection and Ranging"

calculates by calculating the return time of the emitted light or laser to the sensor.

It then has the ability to define the objects around it by using this data.

Number 4 Marble

Marble robot, which received an investment of 10 million dollars in April 2018,

food delivery service.

This robot uses artificial intelligence and LIDAR technology that we have just mentioned.

An attempt to meet consumer demand in a more economical and fast way,

recently, the company wants to move its services to areas such as retail sales and distribution.

Number 5 boxbot

Boxbot, behind Toyota Ventures,

We can say in a box look like what is unknown.

About the courier robot, which was formerly developed by engineers working in Tesla and Uber companies

Let us share with you that there is not much concrete information.

In 2016, the company received its first investments

until today, a total of 9 million dollars of investment has been received and continues to receive investment.

Number 6 nuro

Nuro, a robot developed by Google engineers and focused on local delivery,

A powerful alternative tool to carry packages.

As with most robots, the Nuro robot with LIDAR technology, cameras, radars and sensors,

Not like an ordinary car, steering, pedal, driver's seat or any gear lever.

The Nuro robot is expected to be used to deliver orders to customers soon.

Number 7 KiwiBot

In particular, the KiwiBot robot, designed to be used in courier delivery business on university campuses, is claimed to deliver 65 percent faster.

The robot has been serving at the University of California campus since 2017.

However, the robot had a flame in the campus.

The company Kiwi on it:

Yan As with all other electronic devices, the cause of burning is a faulty battery.

The robot responsible for replacing the battery has faulty battery when replacing the battery.

And that caused the robot to catch fire. "

Our last robot, Number 8

Starship Robots are designed to significantly reduce shipment costs.

Thanks to the Starship robot, the package services are provided by the customer's mobile application.

it is intended to be delivered directly from stores or private centers.

In addition, all the travels of the robots can be viewed on the smartphone.

Starship robots that can carry goods up to 10 kilograms weight is stated to be 2 Euros per delivery.

1979-2019 Mustang Ford Performance 5.3L Modular Stroker Shortblock Review - Duration: 3:30.

Hey, guys.

Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Ford Performance 5.3-Liter Modular Stroker

Shortblock.

This is a 4.6-liter base modular short block that's bored to 5.3-liters and it offers a

great platform for those of you out there that are looking to go with a custom-build

and big modular horsepower, or you could go with a more mild and naturally aspirated setup

with this block.

The cool thing about this short block is that it really suits a lot of applications: naturally

aspirated, supercharged, 2-valve, 3-valve or 4-valve, and this short block can work

with it all.

Not only does it suit a lot of applications but it also has a wide range of power possibilities

too which really makes us a good option for just about anyone looking to go with a custom

setup.

Ford Performance has taken care of the hard part with the block and designed it in a way

that makes the end result a strong and durable block that can have many jobs.

It costs right about 6,200 bucks and it has $100 handling fee on top of that.

And of course, the install will be a full three out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter.

This short block starts off with a Boss modular block, which is a cast-iron 4.6-liter performance

block.

Ford Performance then added a forged Eagle 3.75-inch stroke steel crankshaft with an

8-bolt flywheel pattern, forged Eagle 5.85-inch H-beam connecting rods with floating piston

pins and ARP bolts and forged aluminum pistons with a dish that's compatible with 2, 3 and

4-valve heads.

Keep in mind that you will need to check piston to valve clearance depending on your camshaft.

The block is also bored and stroked to 5.3-liters.

And of course, it is precision internal neutral balanced, so it's ready to be finished with

your heads, cams, timing set and manifold for your specific application.

It even comes with a new high-pressure oil pump for you, but picking up an oil can will

be something that you'll need to do.

Keep in mind that this is just a short block or your bottom end, it's not a complete block.

You still need to grab and assemble your top end or your heads, cam, intake and timing

setup, that's why you don't see any power number outputs are power ratings from Ford

on this block.

The fact that this is a short block also makes nailing down power numbers a little bit difficult.

Your power results will depend on how you build the short block.

You have to take into consideration all the normal things.

In the heads you'll use cam, intake manifold, fuel setup, any other power adders and of

course your tune.

All of the parts in this short block are 100% new.

There are no remanufactured products here.

The block is a Ford Performance part number M6010BOSS50 cast-iron block that is punched

out and stroked as well.

And like I said, all of the items in the bottom end are brand-new and we already talked about

the specifics of those.

Do make a note that 2005 to 2010 3-valve applications will need a motor mount adapter but that's

noted on the product page.

The block does use for bolt Mains and remember that this is a 4.6-liter base.

So, you're looking at 4.6-liter heads, but you do have the choice when it comes to 2-valve,

3-valve and 4-valve heads.

The Coyote heads will not be compatible with this block.

You're also looking at the 4.6-liter accessories like the alternator, power steering pump,

AC compressor and so forth.

Once again, the install for this is going to be a full three out of three wrenches in

the difficulty meter.
