इन बीमारियों से बचना है तो भूल कर भी ज़्यादा पानी ना पियें | DISADVANTAGES OF DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER - Duration: 4:04.

Welcome to health care at home

From the last few days we were talking about Healthy Routine

I always emphasis on drinking water

But there are some problems where you have to drink less water

Those who are suffering from Kidney failure, should not consume lot of water

Rather a healthy person should drink lot of water

For example the person who is not suffering from any chronic disease like kidney failure

Non proper functional heart, person who is suffering from high BP

One who is not suffering from Chronic disease can do all these remedies

Those who are suffering from chronic diseases, should consult their dr first before following these remedies

Although these remedies are so miraculous, by following them you'll never fall ill

Now when you have done all these remedies

Its time for breakfast but in India lot of people does this mistake by missing their breakfast

Do take your breakfast as its very important

The most heaviest meal of the day is breakfast

Make sure you eat maximum in breakfast, less than that is Lunch, around 4-5 pm you can have something light

The dinner should be minimum to minimum

Because throughout the day your body works and the heavy meal will give you energy for the day

The carbohydrate of the food gets convert into energy

Also you are working throughout the day that means your body is working as well, which will be digested too

When you take dinner post that you sleep so let your all body parts should sleep

If you ate lot of heavy food , then your liver and kidney is working to digest the food

That means the internal body part of yours are not getting rest in result lot of problems occurs

So your dinner should be lightest and breakfast should be heaviest

Lot of people want to relish such food which we normally prohibited

So never kill your desires rather decide the right time to eat such food

For example people have craving for Samosa, Cake, Sweets

You can have once in a while because I'm not recommending you to eat daily

If you want to relish Paratha as well so if you want to eat all these items

Then all these items in the first meal of your day i.e breakfast

Because post that when you work for that entire day, this heavy meal get digested

Don't take wrong way that you should eat Samosa, Cake ,Paratha & Sweets

But don't kill your desires, once in a while you can have them but not in evening

Rather eating such food in breakfast will not be harmful for you

So the breakfast should be the heaviest meal of yours

Take 1 bowl of Curd accompanied with any breakfast item as its very good for the health

You can also take Milk at the place of curd but take either curd or milk only

Don't consume both the food items at one time

So you can take curd but if you don't relish it you can also take milk in breakfast

You can also take some fruits, if you eat fruit with an empty stomach that will be very beneficial for you

But for that first do yoga etc and then eat fruits

Wait for 15-20 mins

Then take your breakfast i.e the heaviest meal of yours

Now what to do after breakfast?

In my next episode I'll share that what you have to do & don't during breakfast to lunch & from lunch to dinner

On the island there was a castle from the Byzantine era, but what is being preserved today was built on Capodistrias by the Bavarian philhellin Heideck

It is well known that the small island was used as a naval base by the Byzantine Fleet during the 7th century AD

The present castle was built in 1826 by Bavarian Carl Wilhelm von Heideck, (1788-1861) when he was chairman of the the fundraising committee

Asymmetric encryption - Simply explained - Duration: 4:41.

Encryption is the process of taking a message and scrambling it's contents so that only

certain people can look at your message.

There are two types of encryption: symmetric and asymmetric encryption.

Let's first take a look at symmetric encryption to understand why asymmetric encryption was

created.

To do that, let me introduce you to Alice and Bob.

Alice has a sensitive document that she wants to share with Bob.

She uses an encryption program to protect her document with a password or passphrase

that she chooses.

She then sends the encrypted document to Bob.

However, Bob cannot open this message because he doesn't know the passphrase that Alice

used to encrypt the document.

In other words: he doesn't have the key to open the lock.

Now comes a real problem: how does Alice share this passphrase securely with Bob?

Sending it through email is risky because others might find the passphrase and use it

to decrypt any messages between Alice and Bob.

This is exactly the kind of problem that asymmetric encryption intends to solve.

It's compareable to a mailbox on the street.

The mailbox is exposed to anyone who knows its location.

We can say that the location of the mailbox is completely public.

Anyone who knows the address can go to the mailbox and drop in a letter.

However, only the owner of the mailbox has a key to open it up and read the messages.

Let's go back to technical details.

When using asymmetric encryption, both Alice and Bob have to generate a keypair on their

computers.

A popular and secure way for doing this is by using the RSA algorithm.

This algorithm will generate a public and private key that are mathematically linked

to each other.

Public keys can be used to encrypt data and only the matching private key can be used

to decrypt it.

Even though the keys are linked together they cannot be derrived from each other.

In other words: if you know someone's public key, you cannot derrive his private key.

If we retake our mailbox example then the mailbox's address would be the public key

something that everyone is allowed to know.

The owner of the mailbox is the only one who has the private key and that is needed to

open up the mailbox.

Let's now take a look at how Alice and Bob can use asymmetric encryption to communicate

securely with each other.

They start by exchanging their public keys.

Bob gives his public key to Alice and Alice gives her public key to Bob.

Now Alice can send her sensitive document again.

She takes the document and encrypts it with Bob's public key.

She then sends the file to Bob, who uses his private key to unlock the document and read

it.

Because they use asymmetric encryption, only Bob is able to decrypt the message.

Not even Alice can decrypt it because she doesn't have Bob's private key.

The strength and security of the asymmetric encryption now relies on Alice and Bob to

keep their private keys well protected.

If an attacker steals Alice's private key, it can be used to decrypt all messages that

are intended for Alice.

However, the attacker cannot decrypt messages that where sent by Alice because that requires

Bob's private key.

Asymmetric encryption is used in a lot of places where security really matters.

You might not be aware of it, but everytime you visit a secure website via HTTPS, you're

actually using asymmetric encryption.

It's also being used to securily send emails with the PGP protocol.

And one last example: Bitcoin also uses asymmetric encryption to make sure that only the owner

of a money wallet can withdraw or transfer money from it.

So now you know how asymmetric encryption works and what the differences are between

asymmetric and symetric encryption.

How to Clean Your Ears Safely at Home - Duration: 2:39.

How to Clean Your Ears Safely at Home 1. Salt water Mix 1 teaspoon salt in half a cup of warm water. Stir until the salt dissolves completely. Soak a cotton ball in the solution, tilt your ear toward the ceiling and squeeze a few drops in your ear. Hold your head in that position for 5 minutes. Tilt the head in the opposite direction to allow saline water to drain. Wipe the outside of the ear with a clean cloth to remove the softened wax. Note: Saline should be at body temperature to prevent dizziness. 2. Boiled hot water Boil some water and allow it to cool to room temperature. Fill a dropper with water. Tilt your head toward the ceiling and place drops of hot water directly inside the ear. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Tilt the head in the opposite direction to drain the water from the ear. Use cotton balls to clean phosphorus and other loose particles. 3. Glycerin Keep the affected ear tilted to the ceiling. With a dropper, put a few drops of glycerin in the ear. Let stand for 5 minutes by placing a cotton ball in the ear opening. Pull the cotton ball and tilt the ear in the opposite direction to allow the liquid to drain. Wipe the softened wax with a soft cloth or cotton ball. 4. Olive oil Pour a few drops of hot olive oil into your ear. Cover the ear opening with a cotton ball. Lie on your side, with your ear covered for 10 minutes. Remove the cotton ball and tilt the head in the opposite direction to drain the extra oil. Wipe the ear opening with a soft cloth. Instead of olive oil, you can also use mineral oil or almond oil. 5. Coconut oil Heat the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds until it melts. Fill a dropper with oil. Tilt your head to the ceiling and put a few drops of oil in your ear. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 minutes. Tilt your head in the other direction and allow the oil to drain. Clean any extra oil, phosphorus and other debris with a cotton ball. 6. Baking soda Add a quarter teaspoon of baking soda to 2 teaspoons of water. Mix thoroughly so that the baking soda dissolves completely. Tilt the affected ear toward the ceiling and place 3 or 4 drops of the solution with a dropper. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Put some warm water in your ear with a rubber syringe to help clean your ear. Tilt the head in the opposite direction to allow the liquid to drain. Finally, wipe the outer ear with a dry cloth.

The proper way to watch Stranger Things 2 - Duration: 6:38.

Hello, friends. I hope it's not necessary to explain what is "Stranger things" and tell you that Netflix just started to show season 2.

And you know, when I started to watch it, I understood, that something doesn't go right.

Let's figure out my mistakes together, so you wouldn't do same mistakes, and can fully enjoy the show.

How to watch Stranger Things properly.

#1 Do it with you friends

This still doesn't go right!

Total crap!

#2 Do it using right storage media

And how you suppose to run Netflix on a VCR?

Watch me!

#3 All you need is retro PC stuff!

I've got only HDMI tv out on my modern PC, so it will not fit.

So we have to use my old Pentium III - 500, with composite TV out.

And yes, theoretically you can just plug you old video card to a new PC (no you can't),

You'll have trouble with fitting AGP to PCI-E slot, they are not compatible

Secondly, you'll have troubles with drivers for modern versions of Windows.

And last, but not least. We're doing such weird shit! So let's stay crazy to the end!

Before transferring video file to this old PC you need to prepare it.

720p for Pentium III is too much

So forget about HD! But really, you don't need it on old CRT.

If you install K-Lite codec pack for Win XP, our old PC will easily play 360p MP4 video.

And now let's connect out TV out to VCR, and to TV, so we can see, what we are recording.

Hit "REC" and play Cuphead for a while))

#4 Preparing the room

So that's I'm talking about!

That was more nostalgic, than educational, hope you liked it!

Best thing I liked making it - looking at surprised sellers faces, when a young man comes to buy VHS equipement in 2017.

All the day yesterday I spent buying stuff for this video

And now I have a VCR, even two.

If you're interested, link for a VLOG about it is in description (sorry, no subs, Russian only).

I've already watched 4 episodes of Stranger Things 2

And as fast, as youtube will upload this video, I'm rushing for more

I'd like to hear your opinion on the second season in comments section below.

But please, NO SPOILERS!

That's all for tonight. Thank you for watching! Have a nice day!
