Hi this is Vijaya & welcome to Vijaya's recipes

Today we'll make a chutney recipe which we use in Mysore Masala Dosa

That is Red Chutney, which is very easy to make, requires less ingredients and prepared very fast

So let's make Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

To make Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa we've taken 1 Cup Roasted Bengal Gram

2 Finely Chopped Onion, 8-10 Dry Red Chillies

1 Lemon, 3 tbsp Cooking Oil, Salt to taste

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

8-10 Garlic Cloves

1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger

So let's make Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

Turn on the flame and pour Cooking oil in to the pan

Adding Bengal Gram

Ginger

Garlic

Onions (Optional)

Mix it well

Adding Dry Red Chillies & Turmeric Powder

Salt

Mix it well

We've roasted it well for 5 mins and now we'll turn of the flame

Once its cool down we'll grind it

Now its completely cool down & now we'll grind it

Adding little bit of Water in it

Mix it well

We'll grind the chutney

Chutney is ready and we'll serve it into the bowl

We've taken out the chutney in a bowl and now we'll squeeze lemon into it

Mix it well

Here we have our chutney is ready
