Waching daily Feb 27 2018

Justin Trudeau just returned from his first official visit to India. The trip

was supposed to strengthen ties but it was by all accounts a disaster .Now

that's just not me saying that - a Washington Post headline actually read

"Trudeau's India trip is a total disaster." Critics allege that the trip was more of

an extended vacation since Trudeau met with almost no Indian government

officials but he did find time to take a few pictures.

He didn't exactly get the

warmest of receptions. A CNN Headline read "Justin Trudeau snubbed by Indian

government on official trip." Prime Minister Modi didn't even meet

Trudeau at the airport instead he was met by the junior minister of

agriculture. In Canada our parliamentary secretary of agriculture is Jean-Claude

Poissant. I don't even know who that is, but if they sent Jean-Claude Poissant to

pick me up at the airport I feel snubbed! Normally when the Prime

Minister travels people only talk about his socks - he sure fixed that. Some people

felt he overdid it on the traditional Indian dress and by some people I mean

everyone! For example this is how Stephen Harper and Jean Chretien dressed when

they visited India. Justin - he went for more on the nose approach.

One Indian headline said that Trudeau was dressed too Indian even for an Indian. It'd be

like if Prime Minister Modi came to Canada dressed like this.

Crazy. Trudeau's visit was the most embarrassing thing to happen to India

since Apu. Trudeau was there to sell Canada and he did his best to sell the

better country like only our Prime Minister can. And we celebrated the 100th

Anniversary of Canadian Confederation. Actually it's 150 years

old Justin. Not his best work. He did come back with a trade deal however here

he is announcing it. We're able to announce today over 5,000 new jobs in

Canada and over a billion dollars of investment in Canada.

Wow that's pretty good, right? A billion dollars invested in Canada - that makes a whole trip worth it!

The Prime Minister actually misspoke there - $250 million to Canada, $750 million

to India. Oops!

So, India isn't investing $1 billion in Canada, Canada is investing $750 million in India.

Well - same thing. At least he didn't do any embarrassing dancing.

At this point you think it couldn't get any worse - well you'd be wrong. It was revealed that a

Liberal MP had invited a convicted attempted murderer to a reception in

India. This man picture with Sophie Trudeau, was convicted in 1986 of

attempting to assassinate an Indian cabinet minister on Vancouver Island.

Some world leaders worried about assassins overseas - but not Justin - he

brings his own! So after being ignored Trudeau was

finally getting some attention from the Indian press. Mr. Trudeau I want to ask

one question: why did you invite a Pakistani terrorist for the

reception? Eventually Prime Minister Modi did show

up to hug Justin. Of course he did! It was the only way for Modi to get him to go

back home! And look at the guy in the back his hand is already on the car door

handle - hey Justin your Uber is here - time to go!

Justin's trip to India seemed like a panicked, desperate attempt to court Sikh voters

back home in Canada - I wonder why that was? Justin, if you want to woo

Canadian voters the best place to do that is Canada.

Trump taps campaign manager for 2020 bid - Duration: 0:46.

President Donald Trump has named Brad Parscale as campaign manager for his 2020 re-election

bid.

The Trump campaign confirmed the decision Tuesday.

The Drudge Report first reported the news.

Parscale was the digital director for Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.

And the president's son Eric Trump said in a statement Parscale is

It's no surprise the president is already planning for 2020.

He did file for re-election the day he was sworn into office.

But, as CNN points out, sitting presidents don't usually hire a campaign manager this

far out from Election Day.

In addition to planning for the 2020 race, the Trump campaign says it will also help

Republican candidates in the 2018 midterm elections.

HAUNTED FINDERS | GHOSTS OF ERRWOOD HALL | S06E01 - Duration: 27:01.

Coming up on Haunted Finders

Did you hear that? That sounded like someone walking on a path and then

it sounded like a laugh David. It just said your name?

I'm sure that was a name. What? I think that was, I think that said Elizabeth.

Did you not hear that? No? You didn't flippin hear it? Did you pick it up? That came........ Oh god!

You go in that corner. It's Colder than cold?

Oh no I don't like this. I know I just heard female voices. I just heard female voices David.

We need to just get out of here now. We need to get out.

'Creepy music playing'

Right so we're currently driving through the Peak District heading to tonight's

location which is the old ruins of Errwood Hall

What do you think to the location after checking it out online David?

Yeah. It looks really interesting erm I had a look at it online and erm there's lots and lots

of history with it and there's actually a shrine which I

don't know if we will be able to get in to see it it's actually on behalf of the the

governess that used to look after the children. A lady called Dolores

that's as much as I read about it so hopefully it's gonna be really

interesting so I've read online that people just generally going for a walk at

this place have sighted things have seen a lot of things on the grounds of the old

ruin and this has been going on for years and years what's also good about

the location is there is a small graveyard situate at the side of the

hall which is actually the place where all of the family from the hall that

lived and died there are buried so hopefully we can get some activity or

some things to happen around the area as well we have entered some of the darkest

most haunted locations around the world places where many others are too scared

to enter. There's an overwhelming sense of fear all over me right now

What the hell was that?

There's somebody on the stairs. Armed with nothing more than our cameras and equipment we

documented our experiences onto video this is what we captured and it's

completely blew our minds you just heard that didn't you? yeah I heard that one.

You just heard that one didn't you? Was that you? That was not me David, that was not me.

We need to just get out of here now. We need to get out.

We are the Haunted Finders

'Music playing'

On arriving at Errwood Hall there was this strange eerie silence that

surrounded the entire location the whole time we were filming we both felt the

presence of something lurking and watching from the shadows the atmosphere

surrounding the ruins was horrible and caused us both to feel completely on edge

so just walking around this location it does have a kind of eerie

feeling about it and it does sit sort of in the middle of nowhere as we've walked

up it's just surrounded by a dense woodland in kind of a valley isn't it David? And erm

It's just very quiet you can just hear the sound of the river that sits sort of to

the side of the location but I just feel like there's something here watching

it's that that feeling of of not being alone right so because there is this

feeling of being watched we're just gonna run an EVP session for those of

you that don't know what EVP is, it's basically a recording on the digital recorder we'll

ask questions sometimes you get responses sometimes you don't but this

device will pick up spirit voices if they're around as if they're trying to

speak so we'll see if you've got anything to say now

if there's anybody here with us now that wants to come and communicate can you

come towards us and speak on this device and tell us who you are?

Are you buried here in this graveyard?

come forward and do something around us show us that you really are here

make a noise throw something or speak into this device.

I'm just going to play that

back now. If there's anybody here with us now that wants to come and communicate, can you come towards us and speak on this device? Tell us who you are.

i'm just going to do some calling out a minute. If there's anybody here can you make a

noise show us that you are here throw something at us, make a noise with your

voice run towards us scare us

Did you hear that? What was it? Tapping on one of them stones. Was that you? If that was you

can you copy what I'm doing now

'Knocks on wood'

Listen.

did you hear that? That sounded like someone walking on the path and then it sounded

like a laugh like a laughing noise. Wait come over here David. I'm sure someone's walking down that path.

There's nobody there.

Are you standing next to me? "I am". He is? I thought it said hiding?

Give us a name? So we know who we are talking to.

That was a name.

I thought it said John? How many are here with us now?

How many?

I'm sure it said John you know? Is there a John in there?

Yeah there is. There is look? The one at the back in the middle.

John John Butler. Is it Butler? Butler yeah. John Butler are you hear? It definitely said John

I heard it

the thing with Ghost Box or Spirit Box is a lot of the time the responses come

through that quickly that you don't hear them in the moment so when I'll be

editing this episode we could have got... What was that? What was that when I was talking? Was that you?

I heard like a 'Whining noise' right at the side of me. That wasn't you?

Did you hear it? No.

I just heard that that was like a 'Whining noise' right at the side of me as

I was talking. In this episode we could have got. In this episode we could have got.

I definitely heard that. That was like a woman or something.

I heard that I need to play that back

David? It just said your name. It said David. I know that was clear want it? Yeah really clear. So I think we've got

quite a lot on this spirit box and up here in the graveyard so what were gonna do

now is move down to the house probably set up our base base area and get ready

for the nighttime I think right so now that it's getting quite dark we're gonna

start our nighttime investigation already had quite a lot of stuff happen

throughout the day here already so we'll see what happens tonight we're

going to switch to night vision from here on and see what happens.

'Music playing'

Were in one of the arches I'm not sure if there windows or doorways were going to

invite people to come in and see if we can get the REM pod which is that device

on the floor there which works in the same way as an EMF meter if you touch it

you've gotta go near it to touch it if anything goes near that

Paranormal it will go off. I'm just going to walk over here David

because this is I heard that woman. This was like the nursery part.

what here? I was sat I was sat over here somewhere where my bag is and it

came from right over here and I jumped off I started filming. I've just turned the

camera on because I've just heard like a female 'whine' it came from this area

just going to have a quick look

hello

Is there somebody here

Woah something moving

I looked there was no one here it was definitely a woman can you come and sing

for me inside this machine I'm holding

come on show us that you really are here come and sing us a song?

Can you tell us your name? the woman that was singing over here earlier?

Play that back.

Can you tell us your name? The woman that was singing over here earlier?

again

its like a whisper. I'm sure that was a name. What? I think that was I

think that said Elizabeth like that like a really whisper like really quiet just

one minute. It was it does it does it does Elizabeth it flippin says Elizabeth it goes

Elizabeth do you know what's even crazy about that as well one of the graves in the

family graveyard was Elizabeth. Was it? yeah that's just creeped me out

that's really creeped me out and it's literally this is where I heard it David

this is this is where I heard it singing it's just whispered Elizabeth can't believe

that. I can't believe that. That was crazy

David? There's somebody walking on the snow. Where?

over here

who's there?

I heard that really clear. You can hear them shuffling on the snow. Elizabeth if that

was you can you come and walk around us in this area or throw something at us

throw something at David. What? I'm seriously telling you somebody is touching my head.

touching your head? Whereabouts? Here. My hat went in like that look.

Was that you touching my head there's a very strange atmosphere around here. I just got

goose bumps all the way up my back as I was coming closer towards you. Can you touch me again?

There's a complete different change in atmosphere in this area compared to over

in the area over there. I'm getting it now David. What? instant goose bumps it's

like it goes all the way up my back it's like somebody's standing right behind me

here I can feel it right up my back I'm really freezing yeah it's weird it's

really weird over here Elizabeth is that you if it is come and make a noise for us.

you heard that didn't ya? Yeah what was it?Somebody shuffling in the snow again there's some

children here you know? What do you mean children? Children of the house so I don't know if one of

them's called Elizabeth or what. The Elizabeth on the grave was an adult

Was it? Yeah. But that was shuffling that I was on about then did you hear it it

was like a... what was that

did you see that? My cameras going out of focus.

Got to watch where I'm treading. it was a flash of light over here.

Is there somebody here?

god it's so creepy around here David. Yeah? I saw like a flash of light I've been

seeing things darting about. I clearly saw that. I've just got the k2 meter I'm going to

turn this on this is a k2 meter with sound so if any spirits come near this

touch this it should set it off but not just the lights will also hear it like

like this so I'm going to set this up now I'm gonna put it. shall I put it over

here David? Yeah. Put this down over here.

Elizabeth if you are here if you go towards this device I've put on the

floor over here it will light up and it'll make some sounds so try and do

that for us please. Oh god it's creepy round here at night David. What do you think to it?

It's a bit eerie. It's different to when we first came. I think

it's really getting darker now. It is getting dark I can't I know it's

getting dark but in the last couple seconds it's gone really dark. What's that?

There's somebody walking around here. I keep hearing that like pitter patter of footsteps like a child

like a child I know there is children here

come on if you are here come and make a noise for us come and show us that your

hear if there is any children we don't mean you any harm come and play

throw something at us that'll make you laugh make us run make us scared. I bet you can't

Just say something. Do you like us being here?

also you can talk to me on this

What was that? Like a growly breath.

I've got goosebumps again. Right on my back is anything there? I feel like I don't want to turn round now

That was right on my back David. I swear there's got to be someone there it's like every time

I face this way like there's something over there is there anyone here in this

corner? Jesus Christ David. Jesus Christ. Calm down what's the matter?

did you not hear that? You didn't hear it? that came from right in front of me.

it was like a I don't know I don't know you can't hear it on this thing can you?

it was like this David 'Growl' right here as I came towards the corner and I've

just had them goosebumps as well I was breathe yeah it's horrible it's flippin

horrible I was just saying that it's every time I face this area and I just

walking over I just nearly broke my neck I nearly fell over. oh my god I really hope

I really hope this cameras just caught that for all you people at home watching

this because oh my god that's just scared the absolute crap out of me

the absolute crap Jesus

Oh God Oh did you not hear it? No? That was really clear David that was really clear

really really clear I've got to have picked that up

got to have. Right in this corner again make these lights go up. Make it go to

red. Come on you can do it was that you that made that noise. I can hardly breathe.

come on do something for us. We have come all this way in the middle of nowhere

to meet you

the least you can do

is do something try and operate our machinery. That was horrible. Was it? Yeah.

In your face? It was just in front of it's like it's just in front of the camera because

I was coming over and I was looking at the camera screen and then I heard it in

front of me that's why I jumped backwards like I don't know it just scared the crap

out of me it was right like right in front of me you just heard that one didn't you?

yeah I heard that one. You just heard that didn't you? Was that you? That was not me David that was not me

I was not flippin me. David I can't breathe

David I can't breathe did you just hear that that was a proper 'growl' It came from over there

Is somebody not wanting us here? David I've got goose bumps all over me

Light these lights up. Come close to me. It came from over here I'm really

hoping the camera just caught that one as well

I can't see anything on the camera that's over there you heard that one

didn't you that time? I did hear that one really clear that was I'm hoping that

this camera's caught both of those I don't even dare walk past these windows I feel

like someone is gonna grab me Jesus Christ oh my god. Stay there Tom. Why? What why what you doing?

I can't believe that. That has really scared the absolute crap out of me both

of those they're like growly breaths. The second one was

like a loud hissing horrible noise something don't want us here David

there's a completely different atmosphere at this location now it's

dark completely different

were actually in there house if you don't want us here come to me now and make these lights go up.

that was really clear. Both of them were clear

You know as I stand here now? Yeah? it is cold but you go in that corner it's colder than cold

it's like it's the only way to describe it

Make these lights go then. Come near me. I really am

crapping myself at this location. If you don't want me here you've got to do something

right? you have got to do something

footsteps behind me again behind me

Are you behind us? Stop walking behind us and come closer to us. I feel really unsafe because it feels like yeah

something's like creeping around us and those those growly noises

I don't like I really don't like it I'm really really really on edge right now see what

they make of the spirit box then

David, David turn it off. Turn it off a minute.

Oh no. I don't like this. I just heard female voices

I just heard female voices David I heard them clearly

I couldn't tell where they were coming from though because the spirit box but I

heard that. I don't like it, I don't like it I feel unsafe. We are literally in the

middle of the peak district if something happens to us or if something hurts us like

paranormal-wise were done for. Yeah that's a big road at the top of their them lights.

that's the road we came across to start with. Is it? That's the road we need

to get out. I don't like it David.

Right so we've been here all day. We've been here for quite a few

hours in the night time. We feel unsafe there's something circling us and some

really strange noises, growls things like that and honestly I'm absolutely crapping

myself right now we're ending the investigation now here at this

location and we are literally in the middle of the peak district for miles

and miles there's nothing we need to just get out of here now we need to get out

How to get your ex back when they don't have feelings for you - Duration: 11:27.

If you want to learn how to get your ex back when he or she says they don't have feelings

for you, then you've come to the right place.

In this video, I'm going to reveal sneaky, psychological tactics that will help you convince

your ex that you're the only one for them… and you'll be able to ignite these powerful

emotions inside your ex whenever you want.

How's it going, everyone?

My name's Brad Browning as you probably know.

And before I jump into the goods, I just have to thank all of you guys for pushing me to

almost 200,000 subscribers!

I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

It gives me great satisfaction knowing that I'm helping thousands of people through

their breakup.

Okay, but enough of that… let me jump right into some tips on how you can get your ex

to share that "spark" and feeling with you again.

Tip 1 – Force your ex to go back to what I call "Emotional Neutral"

Just a quick disclaimer: making your ex have feelings for you overnight is going to be

next to impossible.

There is very little that you can do or say right now that's going to make them change

their minds and take you back tomorrow.

But there are things you can do right now to begin that process today.

Now, I'm not going to talk about the No Contact technique in this video since I've

explained it in plenty of other videos, but one of the best ways to start mending the

wounds is to simply not contact your ex for a period of at least 30 days.

And during this time of No Contact, there are several things you do right now to expedite

the process of making your ex return to "emotional neutral"… for eg., if you've done a

ton of begging and pleading right after your breakup, you can send something that I call

the Clean Slate Email Template… this is a covert and sneaky email that you can send

to make your ex forget about all the bad memories they had of you so that you can eventually

replace them with better ones.

But to learn more about that email, you're going to have to go to BreakupBrad.com.

On that website, you can watch a free video presentation that will explain what the Clean

Slate Email is, along with all of my other psychological strategies to get your ex back.

Just keep in mind, again, that getting your ex to go back to "emotional neutral" can

take anywhere from 30-90 days.. in some rare cases, it can take longer.

In this stage, it's important to do whatever you can to recover from the breakup and put

your best foot forward so that you can be mentally ready to contact your ex again in

the future.

Tip 2 - Become the most attractive version of yourself.

In order for you to get that spark back with your ex, you're going to have to become

a much more attractive version of yourself.

And I don't mean just physically, although that does help.

What I mean is that you need to become a more confident, vibrant, happy, and powerful version

of yourself.

Remember: human beings are attracted to people with equal to or HIGHER social status than

them… this is true for both sexes but especially for women.

So in order to regain that "feeling" and attraction back, you're going to have to

focus on yourself.

You ultimately want to make your ex look at you and say, "Why the hell did I ever let

THAT go?!"

This is a lot easier said than done, however.

Right now, you're probably feeling pretty shitty and becoming the best version of yourself

is probably the LAST thing you want to do… and understandably so.

But it's moment like this that define our life.

Some people tend to drop everything and give up when they face even the smallest bit of

resistance… and these people are destined to live mediocrity.

People who pull themselves up by the bootstraps when faced with adversity are 10 times more

likely to succeed in life… so let me ask you this… do you want to succeed in life

or not?

Do you want to live powerfully or roll over and give up?

The choice is up to you.

So HOW do you become the best version of yourself?

Take a pen and paper and write down all the traits that you think you wish you could have.

For example, if you wish you were more confident, write that down… then write down how you

want to become more confident.

Do you want to be able to talk to be people easier?

Make friends easier?

Come up with a plan of action to help yourself gain this confidence and stick to it.

Do you want to learn a new talent?

Write that down… then again, come up with a solid plan of action to pursue learning

this new talent.

Now is the time to spread your wings and make sure that when you DO contact your ex, he

or she will be helplessly and uncontrollably attracted to you and only you.

Tip 3 – Contact them in a non intrusive manner.

...And make sure you contact them for a very good reason too.

So once you finally DO reach out to your ex, you need to craft the perfect message to make

sure you hook them in properly.

If you're too forward, you'll come across as needy and desperate.

But if the message isn't powerful enough, your ex isn't even going to bother texting

you back.

So you need to strike a perfect balance.

To help expalin, here's an example of a really good message you can send your ex after

the No Contact period… you could text your ex something like…

"Do you remember that incredible band that we listened to during Woodstock last year?

What was there name again?

I'm trying to make a new playlist!

Hope things are well."

This is a great message for a number of reasons… but first and foremost, it forces your ex

to reminisce about a happy time together.

This will start to bring back some of the feelings he or she had for you when you first

started dating… and if you do this at the right time, it can be extremely powerful and

it'll only be a matter of days before he or she misses you again.

If you want more examples that you can use after the No Contact period, or you're wondering

WHEN to send these messages, then you should look into registering for my personal coaching

program.

For more information on how you can hire me as your personal breakup coach, just head

on over to BreakupBrad.com/coaching.

That's BreakupBrad.com/coaching and I'll also have that link in the description below.

On that page, you'll learn about how I can customize a plan for you to get your ex back…

and who better to help you than the "ex-back geek" himself?

So head on over there after this video to see if I can be available for you.

Tip 4 – Implant the seed of desire deep within his or her mind.

Getting your ex to start feeling that strong emotion for you again is going to have to

start with a lot of the tips that I outline in my best-selling Ex Factor Guide program.

I go over hundreds of little, psychological tips and tricks that will slowly make your

ex begin yearning for you again…miss you again, and eventually, take you back.

And one of the most powerful tactics that you can use to make your ex regain these emotions

is to engage in some playful flirting.

For this, you're going to have to set up a quick coffee meetup with your ex.

I've outlined how to do this in a number of other videos, but if you've somehow missed

them, what you need to do is come up with a very good reason as to WHY you want to meet

up with your ex.

You simply can't ask them out for coffee or lunch just because you miss them – you'll

come across as needy, desperate, and unattractive.

What you need to do is text them something like this…

"Hey, I've decided to get into water painting again… and I always knew you were super

good at this stuff.

Can I buy you a coffee so I can pick your brain a little bit?"

Or something like this…

"Hi, hope all is well.

I'm planning a trip to New Zealand and I was wondering if you had any tips for me since

you were there just a few years ago!

Think I could buy you lunch sometime?"

And that's all it takes.

If you've done everything correctly up until this point, your ex should be eager to meet

up and hang out with you.

And at this point, you need to start building attraction with some light-hearted flirting.

That means smiling at them, making strong eye contact, making some slightly fun and

playful jokes at them, and touching them at the right times.

Again, in my Ex Factor Guide, I go through a ton of these little flirting tactics…

so if you're interested in picking up a copy, just head on over to BreakupBrad.com/Buy.

That's BreakupBrad.com/buy… and on that page, you'll be prompted to select which

version of the Ex Factor Guide you want…after that, the checkout process is pretty self-explanatory

and access to the program is immediate.

Keep in mind that if you do decide to pick up my Ex Factor Guide… you'll be given

Tip 5 – Use a bit of sneaky psychology...

My final tip for you to make your ex feel that powerful emotion for you again is to

use some subtle reverse psychology.

By using this tactic, you'll begin to turn the tides and make your ex start chasing YOU…

so listen up closely…

Throughout your meetup, you're going to want to very subtly drop some hints about

where you're at with your life.

Talk about how you felt like the breakup was a positive thing for you… and how it's

forced you to try and pursue new hobbies and passions.

By hinting at this, you'll make your ex begin to question themselves… and you'll

make them wonder if they lost out on a huge catch.

You're also going to want to use another powerful psychological tool called "pre-selection"…to

do this, subtly drop the hint that ever since you and your ex broke up, there have been

a lineup of people DYING to date you.

Human beings are hardwired to want the guy or girl that everyone wants… and this sort

of evolutionary phenomenon is ubiquitous throughout the animal kingdom.

Using this psychological strategy can skyrocket your sex appeal and make your ex desire you

again.

Now, I could go on and on about all these little known tactics… so if you're eager

to learn more, you HAVE to go to my website and watch the free video presentation… again,

the URL for that video is BreakupBrad.com… so head on over there if you want to find

out more.

That's all for today, folks...talk to you soon!

Healed from Eating Disorders and Allergies - How to Cure Eating Disorders #TestimonyTuesday - Duration: 5:06.

I'm Charlsey Hare - I'm from Oxford Mississippi

so in 2009 I came to For My Life

with my mom. I was a freshman in college and so I just went home over

Christmas break and she was like "We're going to be in health." I've had allergies

for my whole life; had to get allergy shots from the time I was like I don't

know five or six until I was ten and then was on allergy medication at least

twice a day and sometimes three times a day depending on like what weeds were in

bloom and everything so I had allergies and then I'd also developed

Acid reflux during high school my dad's a pharmacist and so we would

just ask him you know what medicine do I need for this and didn't really think

that there could be a spiritual cause for it so I didn't know anything about

Be In Health...my mom had read the book A More Excellent Way and she asked me if I

wanted to read it and it was really big and I was like no that's fine I'll just

go and so I went and I was very resistant to the teachings at first

because I'd been raised in church my whole life until that point and never

had heard anything about evil spirits honestly and so I thought it was a

little weird but I was willing to admit that I did have fear which was behind

allergies and acid reflux so that year while I didn't embrace all the teachings

I was healed of the allergies and acid reflux so I was really excited about

that and I went back to college and I wasn't on medicine anymore at all and so

that was very exciting but I didn't really take the teachings with me so I

was away from my mom and didn't know anybody else who knew the Be In Health

teaching so I didn't really apply them for the next four years so then I was

graduating from college and in 2013 and I was getting ready to go overseas to

serve and I never was really diagnosed with this but I had something resembling

an eating disorder or maybe it wasn't eating disorder I don't know but I know

now that it was an unloving spirit and so at I guess it was really as a last

resort before I left to go overseas that summer I told my mom we have to go to

Be In Health because I can't go to the field like this so we went and

and I just was kind of at my wit's end and I remember sitting at the I think

it's called the Hope Inn now it was called the Crestview Inn at that time

but I remember sitting in there and just being like Lord I don't know what else

to do like I've got to go overseas and it was like just a couple of weeks from

then and I just remember crying out to him and being like please help me give

me an answer and that was the first time that I'd ever really felt His voice in

my spirit just heard Him speak so immediately to me so that was really

really cool and He just said "who told you that?" so it's kind of like in the

garden like who's been telling you these things and where are your thoughts

coming from and so that really just was a big big step in my freedom and so

that's really what I wanted to share today was just that while the the

physical things you know I've been healed of those things and it's really

awesome and I'm so thankful but what really means more to me is just

that now I'm so close to my Father I had no idea that I was so separated from Him

but really if I wouldn't have if I didn't have this knowledge then I would

be accusing God of all these things that He hasn't done that He hasn't said and

with the Be In Health teachings I'm able to recognize that the enemy

wants to cover up his character and wants to just occlude everything about

him so that's what I'm really thankful for is just being able to have a really

close relationship with Him and just walk in freedom with Him

I'm a teacher and so I teach it Ole Miss and on Monday Wednesday Friday I have two

classes and I just remember thinking at the beginning of the semester without

the Be In Health teachings I would be so scared I just had so much fear in my

life just a whole lot of fear because I wasn't close to the father and I wasn't

trusting him and so now I'm able to go in and teach I'm 27 and my students are

like 18 and 19 and so it can be intimidating sometimes but I know that

like God's got my back now and I don't have to go and they're afraid so

that has just been it's made a world of difference in my day to day life

I would just say to go I mean I think people can make any kind of excuse not

to go because it is a week long but a week is such a short amount of time in

the whole scheme of eternity like this matters for the rest of time and so if

you would just take a step and go for seven days or maybe it's even five days

I think just five just invest in yourself and invest in your life and

yeah you won't be disappointed

The Difference Between Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals | Metal Supermarkets - Duration: 2:32.

Hi and welcome to Metal Supermarkets, the Convenience Stores for Metal.

I'm Jason Jackson, Operations and Development Manager.

One common question we hear at Metal Supermarkets is:

What is the difference between ferrous and non-ferrous metals?

Well, today we'll take a look at the answer.

The simple answer is that is that ferrous metals contain iron while non-ferrous metals do not.

Ferrous metals came into existence around 1200BC

When iron production became more common in the Iron Age.

Commonly used ferrous metals include:

Alloy steels, carbon steel and wrought iron.

These metals possess tensile strength and durability

but are also vulnerable to rust

though there are two exceptions: wrought iron and stainless steel.

Most ferrous metals are also magnetic making them useful in motor and electrical appliances.

Common non-ferrous metals include:

aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, tin and precious metals like gold and silver.

The main advantage of these over ferrous metals is malleability.

No iron content also means they have a higher resistance to corrosion.

Unlike ferrous, metals these non-ferrous metals are non-magnetic.

This is important for electronic and wiring applications.

Be careful when it comes to stainless steel

as some people will mistake it for a non-ferrous metal because of its corrosion resistance.

But it actually is a ferrous metal.

Hopefully this video has helped you understand the difference between ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

If you need metal for your next project

Metal Supermarkets is the world's largest supplier of small quantity metals

carrying over 8,000 types, shapes and grades of metal, cut-to-size and ready fast!

Know Your Plane #3 | NF-104: Rocket-Equipped Starfighter - Duration: 13:30.

In the previous episode of Know Your Plane I've talked about the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter,

but in this episode I want to talk about the most remarkable version of the aircraft:

the NF-104, a Starfighter equipped with a 6,000 pounds of thrust rocket engine that was used

by the United States Air Force for research and the training of many of its astronauts.

In this video I will cover the following topics: the differences between the NF-104 and a standard

F-104, its specifications, history and some trivia.

Modifications

The most obvious difference between this version and the early Starfighters is the Rocketdyne

AR2-3 rocket engine and its exhaust mounted at 9 degrees above and behind the standard

General Electric J79 engine.

This particular rocket engine was chosen due to its compact size, multistart and variable

thrust capabilities, and also because it used JP-4, the same fuel as the J79 engine.

Another reason for its choice is that it was also reliable, having been previously tested

by the American Navy's F-4s and Air Force's F-86s.

Through a mixture of JP-4 and hydrogen peroxide the Rocketdyne engine gave the F-104 an extra

6,000 pounds of thrust for a duration of about 100 seconds.

This engine also had a considerable service life of about 4 hours.

In order to compensate for the space lost due to placement of the rocket engine, the

NF-104s were also fitted with the larger tail of the F-104G.

Another external change to the aircraft was the addition of the Reaction Control System,

RCS for short, which increased the wingspan of the aircraft by 4 feet and included a total

of 12 motors around the aircraft powered by hydrogen peroxide, the same ignitor used by

the engine, to give the pilot control of the aircraft at very high altitudes where there

wasn't enough air for the aerodynamic controls to be effective.

4 of these motors were placed on the wing tips to control roll and the other 8 motors

were placed on the nose to adjust the aircraft's pitch and yaw.

Note that for safety there were two motors to provide that same movement in case on of

them failed.

The RCS configuration came from the X-15, reason why the NF-104 got the nickname "Poor

man's X-15", and one disadvantage of the system was that the motors were fully ON or

OFF, with no capability of thrust modulation.

I should also mention that there was a Starfighter known as JF-104 that was modified and operated

by NASA that did have a similar RCS system, however NASA's version of the system had

modular thrust.

Other than the engine and the Reaction Control System, there were several modifications made

to the aircraft including the removal of all the military systems, reason why this aircraft

was named NF-104, with the letter N referring to "non-standard".

The radar had been removed for the installation of the RCS on the nose, the fiberglass radio-dome

was replaced with a metal nose to protect the hydrogen peroxide tanks and the cockpit

was pretty much redesigned to accommodate the needs of the missions, most importantly

to optimize the cockpit to the Reaction Control System and its displays.

An azimuth reference instrument became the principal reference to pilots of the NF-104

and replaced the traditional attitude indicator.

They also installed sensors and cameras in the cockpit so that instructors could review

the performance of students after flights.

Special measures such the installation of a one-hour battery were also taken into account

since the pilots were supposed to shut down their engine during the climb which would

affect systems in an regular aircraft.

Because of that a nitrogen pressurization system mounted on the gun bay would take over

once the bleed air pressurization system was deactivated with the shutdown of the engine.

Lastly, another notable feature of the NF-104 was an improved engine inlet optimized for

high altitude, high speed recovery, reason why the inlets of the NF-104 are 20 inches

longer than a standard F-104's.

Specifications

The NF-104 is considerably longer than a standard

F-104 due to the rocket engine and the yaw and pitch sensors on the nose.

The aircraft is also 4 feet wider due to the addition of the RCS motors on the wings, something

that also helped the NF-104 to get to extra lift and compensate for its heavier weight.

History

In the early 1960s the space race between the United States and the Soviet Union was on.

In the Western side there was the prospect of training the first American astronauts

for space missions and even an eventual militarization of space, the new frontier for the United

States Air Force with the X-20 Dynamic Soarer program.

But before this could all happen the Americans needed trained crews and a better understanding

of high altitude flying, thus they needed a training and research aircraft capable of

achieving these high altitudes.

In 1961 the American Air Force announced that it would re-designate its Flight Test Pilot

School at the Edwards Air Force Base as the Aerospace Pilot School, ARPS for short, with

the mission of conducting research at high altitude and also training America's first astronauts.

In addition to the training program to become a test pilot, an additional 8-month advanced

space research course was set up.

One problem for the school was they they wanted to have an affordable trainer aircraft, North

American proposed a two-seater version of the X-15 but the ARPS favoured a proposal

by Lockheed which suggested a rocket assisted F-104 which had the advantage of taking off

by its own unlike the X-15 which needed a mothership.

Given that the school already had many Starfighters and that the F-104's fight characteristics

resemble a low lift, high drag re-entry spacecraft the Starfighter was chosen and thus the NF-104

program was born.

The whole idea of using the NF-104 was so pilots could experience the four phases of

a space flight: boost to sub-orbit, zero gravity (which lasted for about 2 minutes), use of

the reaction control system and the re-entry.

And so the Air Force got three standard F-104A Starfighters that were sitting on storage,

namely the aircraft numbers #756, #760 and #762, and converted them into the NF-104 with

the help of Lockheed.

The first flight of the NF-104 was on July of 1963 by a Lockheed test pilot and all three

aircraft had been delivered to the air force by November of that year.

The students of the school already had some experience flying the standard Starfighters

on zoom climbs but the NF-104 took these climbs to the extreme thanks to the rocket engine,

but not every student got to fly it.

In order to fly a solo zoom climb in the NF-104 a student had to first practice for four hours

in a simulator, followed by three zoom climbs in a standard Starfighter with a gradual build

up of the zoom climb angle from 30 to 45 degrees, followed by some ground school and finally

some solo flights on the NF-104.

Zoom climbing in this aircraft was a demanding task because the operation included an extensive

checklist preparation, a pull up of 3.5-Gs at Mach 2.2 to an angle of 70 degrees and

the activation of the rocket engine.

With such a steep climb and the use of a pressure suit the pilots had no visual indication of

the horizon, thus they had to do all of the climb while flying on instruments to make

sure they were on the correct path.

They also needed to pay close attention to the exhaust gas temperature indicator and

adjust the throttle of the J79 engine accordingly, from the initial pull-up at full afterburner

the throttle would eventually be set to military power and even shut down as the plane climbed.

Upon reaching high altitudes the controls of the aircraft would become unresponsive

due to the lack of dynamic pressure, this is when the pilot had to switch from the regular

flight stick to the Reaction System Control to adjust the movement of the aircraft in

the near vacuum conditions and make sure the plane was in a good trajectory for re-entry.

And in this very complex process many incidents happened.

On October 23, 1963 Canadian test pilot for Lockheed, Jack Woodman, was performing a flight

test on the NF-104 where the RCS had been wrongly fueled with nitrogen instead of Hydrogen Peroxide.

During the zoom climb to 118,000 feet, when he activated the RCS to pitch down the airplane,

all the nitrogen was expelled and it wasn't enough to pitch down the nose of the plane

because the system wouldn't work unless it was fueled by hydrogen peroxide.

Unable to change the attitude of his aircraft and with a pitch up angle of 70 degrees, Woodman

decided to relax and enjoy ride to see what would happen.

The aircraft entered a spin and Woodman would report by radio at every 5,000 feet of altitude

lost, starting at about 115,000 feet.

By 60,000 feet of altitude he managed to get the nose of the aircraft down and only at

35,000 feet he had made a successful recovery of the airplane - this being considered by

some as the longest spin at high altitude, one that took over 80,000 feet to recover.

But worse than regular spins are the flat spins.

During a practice flight to break the world altitude record on December 10 of 1963 the

NF-104 #762 piloted by Chuck Yeager ended up entering a flat spin.

Unable to recover from the spin that started at about 104,000 feet, Chuck made a successful

ejection at 11,000 feet and landed safely with the exception of severe burns when the

seat motor hit his helmet.

While investigating the cause of the accident, they found out that the NF-104 had different

spin characteristics when compared to a regular F-104 because at high engine RPMs the aircraft

would oscillate in a spin due to the gyroscopic effect instead of entering in a flat spin,

however because the NF-104 had to reduce engine RPM to comply with the exhaust gases temperature

limitations its flight characteristics favoured a flat spin as it happened when Yeager tried

to correct his pitch with the RCS that didn't respond.

In order to prevent further accidents it was recommended that on future zoom climbs the

pilot must maintain at the apex of the climb a minimum speed of Mach 1.0, a dynamic pressure

of 20 pounds per square foot and a maximum climb angle of 50 degrees.

As good as the new guidelines were they wouldn't be able to prevent the design flaws of the NF-104.

The oxidizer for the rocket engine, hydrogen peroxide, was very corrosive and the fuel

tank material wasn't resistant enough, for this and other reasons including the leaking

of hydrogen peroxide to the wing, the two remaining aircraft were grounded for a considerable

time between 1964 and 1968.

Eventually on June 15 of 1971, the NF-104 program lost its second aircraft when the

rocket engine exploded during activation.

Immediately after the explosion the pilot shut down the rocket engine, declared an emergency

and managed to safely land the aircraft.

From what you can see in this picture the NF-104 #756 lost a large section of both the

rudder and the engine to be eventually scrapped, although NASA did take advantage to get the

RCS from the aircraft to perform some tests on their own aircraft.

With only one aircraft left, the #760, the NF-104 program came to an end and the last

surviving aircraft is currently on display at the USAF Test Pilot School.

From 1963 to 1971 the NF-104s, also known as Aerospace Trainer or AST for short, were

flown for approximately 50 different pilots, with many of them becoming astronauts, on

a total of 302 flights.

Trivia

The accident that Chuck Yeager had with the

NF-104 #762 is portrayed in the 1983 movie "The Right Stuff", but here is the thing,

instead of having the NF-104 as you can see by the lack of the rocket engine exhaust the

movie features the F-104G, also known as the super Starfighter.

It is also true that the American military has never operated the G version of the Starfighter,

the one aircraft in the movie is actually German because many German pilots would train

in the United States because of the good flying weather.

In this case, even though all the aircraft were owned by the German government they would

be painted in the colours of the American Air Force.

This brings us to the end of our episode on the NF-104 high altitude research and trainer

aircraft of the United States Air Force.

Huge thanks to my supporters on Patron for helping me get my books about this very unique

variant of the Starfighter.

Calla Lily Pendants-Springtime Polymer Clay Jewelry Tutorial - Duration: 14:49.

These sweet polymer clay pendants are evocative of springtime flowers and

you'll be amazed at how quickly you can make up a bunch of them.

Hi there, Sandy here, welcome to another polymer clay tutorial at

keepsakecrafts.net. Here are a few of the pendants in various stages of completion

and let me show you how easy they are to make, you'll be amazed. They all start with

a heart cutter, this is a set that I got at my local craft store in the cake

decorating section and what I love about these is that one side is crinkled, which

I don't use very often, and one side is straight.

I thought the crinkled edges were perfect for this project. The other thing you'll

need is just some polymer clay, this is some black, you could make them any color.

Black is a nice base for all the painting that we're going to do later on.

Just as a tool you'll need a bottle like one of these for our liquid clay that

has a cone shape at the top. My clay is rolled out to about a medium setting,

it's like a number 4, about one and a half millimeters thick, maybe a little

less. It's up to you whether you want to make your edges crinkled. I just think it

adds to the liveliness and interest of your pendant or earrings or charm, and

you just go ahead and cut that out.

The next thing I'm going to do is take my large ball tool and just roll from

the inside out. I'm just rolling to thin out those edges and I'm aiming for those

scallops each time. I want to make those maybe a little bit more rippled and a

little more pronounced. Just go around your whole flower and do that. If you're

ever interested in the supplies I'm using in a video tutorial don't forget

that I always write a blog post for each one and at that blog post I have links

to supplies, a complete materials list, often more information because I write

the blog post after I've made the project and shot the video so there's

often more information there and you can always find a link to the blog post in

the upper right here. You'll also find it in the description box which varies

where it is depending on what sort of device

it's that you're watching the video on. It can be sort of hidden if you're on

mobile and not on a desktop. So there, that's all I wanted to do with that. The

next thing I want to do is add some texture to this, the texture is nice

because it gives a place for our patinas to hang out. Make some lines with the

needle tool radiating out from that bend of the heart you can go all the way, some

of these edges might show so I'm going to make sure and get them all, and if

your tool wants to keep traveling in the same lines just kind of lay it down... If I

decide I want it here but it keeps skipping over just lay it there and then

drag down, there, and then we fill that in.

Nothing too complicated yet! There won't be anything complicated in this

actually at all. Use a blade to lift that up so you don't distort it, bring in your

bottle with, or your shape, whatever your form, you could use a piping tip,

whatever you have that has a cone shape. I pulled this off because it has

this little ridge that will make an indent in my clay, so then this is smooth.

Lay the point of, the inner point of your heart there, wrap one edge around and

then next wrap the other edge around that . I you need to you can sort of

twist it off. Here you are, there's that simple. Take your thumb or your

fingers and kind of push that edge up. I think that's really pretty to have that

bit of a flair, and go ahead and bake it. Because this is so thin I would bake it

for just about 20 minutes. It's not even an eighth of an inch thick. Here's one I made

earlier all baked and you can see the difference, I think this is maybe it's

one step down size in the heart, and I didn't use the scalloped side, I used the

straight side, but this will still be beautiful. The next thing you'll need

want to do is to add some paint to your piece. I'm using Swellegant today because

I just love the way they work and also I got some new dye oxides that I want to

experiment with. So here I have copper, silver and brass. You want to shake these

well before you use them and then apply very thin coats. As with anything that

you paint it really is better to have more thin coats than a thick globby coat,

otherwise you just end up filling in all your detail and it doesn't look nearly

as nice. You may notice on your first coat, this isn't doing it too badly, but

sometimes it wants to bead up, it looks like it's not covering. You're not going

to get good coverage on the first coat. Just know that you need to add at least

two if not three coats to get nice coverage, but we're going to do other

things. And give that a few minutes to dry. If you like you can use the patinas

that Swellegant also makes. You can tell my bottle is well-loved. I usually put

just a little in a cup like this that'll be plenty.

Think about it, have you ever seen silver with a patina like this? No, it doesn't

happen in nature and it's not going to happen with the patinas. On copper and

brass and bronze metals they naturally get this kind of a green patina. That's

what this patina will do, it'll give it a green gold verdigris, but on silver it

will darken it because that's what silver does over time. So whatever the

metal naturally does over time is what the patina is going to do with it, There

are other patinas, this is my favorite and the one I use the most often. So this

one I believe I painted these with brass. So I'm going to just actually add a

little copper to this one. I know that seems weird but I love getting the

effects of different layers of colors. So the trick to getting the patinas to

work on Swellegant paints is that they have to be applied to a wet layer of

paint. So once you have the coverage you want with your base colors then you can

add this and you can put it in spots, you can put it all over, it's entirely up

to you. The cool thing about these is that they go through stages.

Actually just the same stages that things go through in nature. It takes a

long time to get this look, so we'll let that sit there for a bit and you can

kind of watch and see different things are happening.

The silver is getting dark, you can kind of see a greenish sludge happening. These

I made before I went out for an evening and so I let them sit for a long time

and they got completely bloomed. What you can do is leave it on your work table

like I'm doing with this one and when it reaches a point that you're happy with

go ahead and rinse it under running water and that will stop the reaction

and it won't go any further. Here are some fun things to play with, these are

the Swellegant dye oxides, these are very heavily pigmented. I don't know if you

can see that my thumb is blue, that was four days ago and it's still blue. Here's

one I did a while ago in silver then went over it with the darkening solution

which is this because it only darkens silver and then went over it with some

of the purple and the blue dye oxides. This one was copper you can see and maybe I

got a little too crazy with the colors. All you need is a drop these are so

strong, one drop will do. Shake them well as well. You may not be able to tell

that's the caribbean blue and violet and these are really strong. Let's play with

the blue and this one is starting to turn green. Christi Friesen, who is the

person whose name is on these bottles of materials, has actually done a really

good video on YouTube where she spends a lot of time sort of playing with

these and experimenting and showing you different combinations. You get different

effects and they can be kind of unpredictable, and whether you apply them

when the paints were wet or dry ,if you apply the different combinations, like I

might get a reaction from my silver that's under there. One final thing you

can do if you think you've gone way too far like these and you want to bring

them back to something maybe a little less crusty looking.

Just take some of your paint, your metal paint that you started with. All I have

here is a scrap of printer paper just something that printed what I didn't

want, it printed three copies when I only wanted one, you know, take my finger, dip

it in the cap and then rub it and this is a trick I saw from Christi, I thought

it was brilliant, just to get some of the moisture out you can take that finger

and rub it on here. You can see that it's not getting into the crevices, the

texture we made, with these scalloped edges I love going over them, and I got

this texture on the back here by doing the rolling with the ball tool over a

sponge. There now that looks a little bit less, yeah crusty. You can see you can

have endless fun with these just playing with the different colors and

combinations and seeing what you like and what you don't and if you're not

happy with something go back over it. I'm going to clean up and then I will show

you how I finished this up. This one by the way, I did the step I just showed

you here, is what I did on this. I went over this lightly with the silver. What

you'll want to start with to make these into pendants, earrings, whatever is an

eye pin and you probably will need a bead of some size that will go onto the eye

pin and then you can feed that up into the hole here, because the eye pin

without the bead will just slip right through and that will be something you

will have to decide for yourself for your own particular size. Notice I wasn't

at all concerned with that ragged hole because I knew all along I'd be putting a

cone on there, just like that, and of course after that you can add whatever

beads you like. But before we do that let's make some fun dangles to

dangle down inside that flower. Gives your, it will give your piece some

movement and a whole lot of interest. So what I have here are some itty bitty

ball head pins. These are pretty fine gauge, these are...

yeah 22 gauge. I have some little four millimeter Swarovski bicones and i'm

just going to pop one... pardon my messy hands you know how they got that way, you

watched it happen... Pop that on. Now we could just have this dangle straight

down, but that's kind of boring don't you think? Let's make this interesting.

We'll grasp this about 3/8 of an inch from the end, you want to leave that much

to make your loop, and these are I believe one and a half inches long, and

I'm grabbing it with my round nose pliers. Don't forget to put the bead on

first, and I'm just going to do like a corkscrew around my round nose pliers

until I get down to the bead. Isn't that cute?

Then I can grab my loop, well, the top of the wire and make it into a loop, and you

have a far more interesting dangle. Here are a couple of others I made. What's fun

about these is that you can make them different lengths just by pulling on out

a little longer and now we have different lengths and if you forget to

add your bead that's what you get, you get one without a bead on it which is

cute too with the little ball head pin.

And if you've been making jewelry at all for a while you probably know where I'm

going from here I'm just going to pop these on the eye. of the eye pin,

close that up, don't forget your bead that would be like a stopper up here. See

isn't that cute? I just love that. Add your cap, maybe another one of these,

maybe a bead for decoration, make a loop and you have a sweet pendant. I hope
