It's anew day and Nikki Tutorials presented a brand new challenge to our lives.
The new trend nowadays is putting on makeup with my mother's makeup bag.
Nikki produced this content first and it created a big impact globally since we all watch her channel.
I thought I would be a very eligible nominee for this content because my mother works at Dior.
So the closest person between me and makeup is my mother.
My mother's makeup bag is larger when compared to mine but my mother has so weird techniques that I don't apply and she does all the time.
She has many techniques that amaze me.
So I got my mother's makeup bag.
All of the products are Dior because she works at Dior and her favorite brand is Dior.
She's in love with her brand. She wears a Dior necklace. She just loves it.
There are products in her bag which I like and use but there are also some products which I have never tried before.
That's why I'm very excited to try them out and share my opinions.
It will be very awkward because my mother's makeup is much heavier than mine. It includes more eyeshadow. My mother loves eyeshadow.
She wears a makeup with more powder than foundation so it's much different than my own makeup style, that's why I'm very excited.
I wonder if I will be able to do a makeup as good as my mother, we will see it together.
Contrary to my own style, we will begin with the eyes. I normally begin with my face then do my eyes.
My mother prefers starting with the eyes. In order to do so, I will use Dior's incredibly beautiful colored palette.
The main point here is, my mother does not use a brush.
She does all the makeup with her fingers and she doesn't only apply one eyeshadow on her lids,
she wears a darker tone here and a lighter one in the middle, then she blends them with her fingers.
According to her, this has to do with the eyeshadow palette. If the eyeshadow is not eligible to be blended, it's impossible to be applied with your fingers.
I will try it for the first time, I'm very excited. She also doesn't apply any primer.
I will start with the lighter color here and apply it all over my eyelid.
Yes, here's the most scary part.
Now I will take the darker color here and spread it on the outer parts of my eyelids.
It's very awkward mom, I wonder why you are not using a brush. Oh, it's pigmentation is also good.
Oh, God. Please don't let me ruin the eyes. If I make a bad start, how is it going to keep going?
I will end up having a bad makeup on my face. We're at a critical stage.
I will blend them with my clean finger.

Another thing which I normally don't do but my mom does:
We will apply eyeliner. Eyeliner Waterproof blah blah blah, I can't read the bottom.

I will show this tiny pencil to you guys so you can have an idea.
She applies this to both above and below her eyes. It's something I never do and putting on an eyeliner under my eyes do not fit me.
We were doing just fine. I hope things don't get messed up.

This step wasn't so perfect.
I didn't like the eyeliner. It's very hard to apply, it's not soft.
It looks ver awkward to me, applying something to my under eyes do not fit me at all.
Since my mother's eyes are not as rounded as mine, it looks fine on her but I look very creepy.
I look like a panda.
Very awkward.
Let's keep going. Now it's time to apply mascara.
We have a mascara called Diorshow Pump and Volume.
My mother literally loves this mascara.
Since she doesn't feel the need to curl her eyelashes as much as I do, it does well on her.
Since there is no lash curler in her bag, I won't be able to curl my eyelashes.
We'll see. My lashes are way too straight, I don't think this is going to do a good job. No mascara can lift lashes which are straight this much.
There has to be a miracle.
This video isn't going to a good point. I need my lash curler.
By the way, I will give it the credit. It even lifted my straight lashes a little bit but..
It's just very hard.

If only I had my lash curler, my lashes would look amazing.
They're not straight even though I didn't use my curler.
I wonder how wonderful they would look if I had my curlers. I'm confiscating this.
Now it's time for the face. There is no application of foundation on the face.
She rarely uses BB cream.
She does something very awkward. She applies whatever moistener she uses and she puts on powder while her skin is soaking up the moistener.
When the moistener and the powder get combined, they create a foundation effect.
I think it's a total madness. It seems very awkward to me but that's what I will do today.
I will use Dior's Hydra Life moisturizer to moisturize my skin.
I will put on some powder afterwards.
I will put on a little bit more moisturizer than usual in order to create a more moisturized layer below the powder so that it will be more stable.
While the moisturizer is integrating with my skin, I will stabilize my eyebrows. My mother doesn't use eyebrow pencil since she has much bushy brows than I do.
She just stabilizes her brows with a brow mascara. She uses Dior's Diorshow Brow Styler Gel which I used to use before discovering Max Factor.
I'm brushing my brows in a way that they can barely close the gaps between them.
When it dries like this it's kinda okay. Of course it feels a bit empty but it's due to my brows being very sparse.
My skin soaked up most of the moisturizer. I will put on some powder before all of it gets soaked up.
It feels so crazy to put powder on my face because I don't use any powder even when stabilizing my foundation.
This is a bit too dark for my skin but I will have to do with it.
She doesn't have a concealer.
I can't cover my under eyes. The biggest problem of this makeup is my under eyes being too revealed.
We made a Gothic makeup today. Forget my mother's makeup. This doesn't remind me anything different with my round eyes and blue veins on my face.
Whatever, next step: Now we will put on some blusher.
I don't really like blushers because my cheeks turn red pretty often, I always mention it.
I will put it on lightly but how pigmented is this? It's pretty pigmented.
Let's try to spread it a little more with the brush. Wow, it's very pigmented. My cheeks will also turn red and I will be able to wander around like Heidi.
I will now put on some highlighter with the brush which I used for putting on the blusher.
Oh, it's very glittery. I don't really like powder highlighters but this one's nice.
Wow it does glitter a lot.
Now I will put on one of my favorite products on earth which is Dİor's Lip Glow moisturizer lip balm.
Our makeup is done. I tried to do my mother's casual makeup with her makeup products.
I'm not very okay with my eyes because I'm not used to this kind of makeup on my eyes.
But I liked the blusher this much for the first time. It looks fine on my face.
I probably like it because I haven't gone outside yet, if I go out and get exposed to some cold weather, I will probably hate the blusher.
I loved the powder highlighter. I didn't like the eyeliner but
I'm definitely confiscating the mascara, mom you should give it to me asap because my lashes are straighter than yours.
