BASIC MTB SKILLS TRAINING with girlfriend - #raddiesl -english subs- - Duration: 11:54.yes! ..yo!
why not doing some uphill balance training... going to badger you a little bit
trying to knock you over
messy!
yeah so your problem is you pull the bar to your body
try to lean back
that's it! better!
ride a few metres and try to balance
we need a better place
yeah but lean more to the back
may seem strange
that was better did you feel your bodyweight leaning back?
so many things to do in one moment!
that's why we start slowly
imagin you're a scorpion or something like that
or think about kicking a ball backwards
just try it
nope wrong
with 45° you can lift the rear wheel up by kicking back
at least you can lift it - that's really good!
you have to... that's it
I always use both brakes at the same time! can't use them seperately
while pedaling you lift the front wheel
I got a feeling that my back isn't strong enough to hold that
if you do it technically correct you don't need to have a strong back
for the beginning you don't need to hold anything..
1-2 pedal strokes are enough
but keep your balance
yeah that's also a problem
can't see the black forest today
lets get down
the wind is sooo cozy...
can you do it? yeah..
of course she can
follow the white mark to the right later
the trees bomb us again
go for the wide line
or stop
don't hit the tree!
ouch
lets practice tight turns later
when it's also steep it's getting scary
somehow
I'm curious
fullsuspensions make things too easy
was childs play huh?
try to brake on the stairs so you stop here
continuous braking so you don't get faster while riding the stairs
that was your problem yesterday with all the stairs
you got a bit too fast there sometimes
you need to improve your brake technique
well there was also sand on the stairs
wait a sec... where do we got sand?? we need sand!
damn what to teach next...
backflip over there
you do this and then do that...
your turn!
can you do it?? yeah
interesting! sharp turn through the trees
it's ok
you were able to do that huh?
yeah I was able to stand with no hands
so just do it.. - yeah I'll "just" do it...
going to run you over!
try to ride around the backpack as tight as possible
2 laps
just ...stand up for that!
yeah exactly. tiny pedal kicks that's nice!
did that bother you?
yup
just run over it!
yeah that was a good start
and to the back
yes - one more time
after that - other direction
same thing with the rear end - going slightly downhill so it's better for that
front brake on the left.. you'll get used to that soon
good thing you can balance after getting back on the ground.. now try to stop
ok
your weight is too much on the...
weight is too much on the front
not save yet
because you fall back to the bar with all your weight
that's why it feels strange and uncomfortable
now we're running out of energy
that was ok
to the right
should be fine
gets rocky now
that's fun
well somehow..
another one of the evil turns
could do it on leveled ground
I'll catch you!
try to go for a wide line here
normally over the rock - would be nice
then cut back in
slower slower!
but when I go so slow my backwheel lifts ... and I panic
uhm...
well maybe.. you.. just do an endo turn?
I mean if the backwheels already up darling??
you did brake to sharp.. brakes are to strong
try to brake more controlled
it's hard to control
try to never block the brakes
not good if they block
and you were too fast on the entrance
would go slower for the start
that's it-- slower
I even blocked you huh?
nice wide line
problem is in the apex
and I'd recommend to set your left foot down here..
better exit to the bank
I always exit to the right
try to change that in this situation
so many things to think off
it's not that hard..
just know: this is bad better not fall down there
it was very good except for the apex
we just need to learn controlling the brakes ...so it doesn't escalate
again I exited to the right
safer for me even after the surgery on the right
slow down
ladys first
this should be better
uhh..k
to the right.. up right
try to get down somehow just a few roots
that's it!
really good job!
the last root was pretty high!
yup any problem with that?
good thing I didn't inspect it first
yeah

Sony Z9F TV Review - RTINGS.com - Duration: 10:33.Hi, I'm Daniel from rtings.com Today we're testing the Z9F.
It is a great 4k TV in Sony's 'Master' series, which is currently reserved for their
highest end models of 2018.
It is also known as the ZF9 in the UK or Europe, and we expect these international models to
offer the same performance.
It has a VA-type LCD panel, although it has fairly unique performance as we'll see later.
We bought the 65 inch Z9F to test, but it is also available in 75 inches.
We expect this larger size to have similar picture quality and performance.
We'll start by looking at the design of the TV, and then move on to the picture quality.
We'll also look at how the TV handles motion for sports or games, and also look at the
input lag.
We'll finish by comparing to these competing models which are currently available.
The design of the Z9F is great.
It looks very similar to other new Sony TVs like the X900F.
It has a wide-set stand which supports the TV well and feels fairly stable.
It is also possible to reverse the legs to reduce the footprint for those who have narrower
tables.
When viewed from the side, the TV has a fairly average thickness.
It is a bit thinner than the Z9D and can sit fairly close to the wall when mounted.
The borders of the TV are also thin and look good, and have a textured finish.
The controls are located on the rear of left-hand side of the TV.
They can be a bit hard to find by touch due to the small size, and the three buttons only
allow for basic functionality.
The two sets of inputs are located on the rear, directed down and out the side of the
TV.
The ports on the side are easy to access if the TV is placed close to a wall.
Most notably compared to other Sony TVs, the Z9F has four ports which all support HDMI
2.0 full bandwidth signals which is good for those with many 4k or HDR devices.
The rear of the TV also looks good, and it can look exceptionally clean as removable
panels hide the rear inputs.
The cables can also be routed down through the stand keeping them well out of sight.
Looking at a thermal image of the TV we can see the heat distribution is relatively even.
This is likely a result of the full-array backlight so the LEDs which give of most of
the heat are distributed evenly across the display.
Now we'll look at the picture quality.
We'll be comparing to currently available TVs but competing models may change as new
TVs are released throughout the year.
For an updated comparison with new models as we buy and test them, see the review page
on our website which is linked below.
The Z9F has a VA type panel, although it has a lower contrast ratio than other VA TVs.
We expect this is a result of the new optical layer introduced in this TV, which we'll
talk about later.
The native contrast is higher than IPS type TVs, but blacks will still appear gray when
viewed in the dark.
In a room with some lights this isn't noticeable though.
If you watch in the dark then a TV with a high native contrast is a better choice like
Q9FN or Vizio Quantum.
To improve the dark scene performance the Z9F has a local dimming feature which works
well.
It reacts quickly to scene changes which is good.
When compared to the Samsung Q9FN it can't produce as deep dark scenes but also doesn't
crush small details like the Samsung.
When compared to the Vizio P Quantum more blooming is noticeable on the Z9F but the
Sony performs better with small moving objects as the transition between zones is less noticeable.
The predecessor Z9D has better local dimming with less noticeable blooming and deeper letterbox
bars in movies.
OLED TVs like the LG C8 don't need local dimming as they are able to turn off individual
pixels, so are a better choice for a completely dark room.
The Z9F has improved viewing angles over other VA-type TVs.
When compared side-by-side to the Vizio Quantum and Q9FN, it maintains colors and brightness
better at an angle.
When compared to OLED TVs like the C8 the image accuracy remains good but the black
level of the Z9F raises when viewed off-axis.
While IPS TVs like the SK9000 have accurate colors when viewed from the side, the brightness
drops more than the Z9F.
As a result, the Z9F is a decent pick for those with wide seating.
This is a result of the extra optical layer which Sony calls 'X-Wide Viewing Angle layer'.
The reflection handling of the Z9F is excellent, but the TV has some interesting properties.
Bright lights diffuse horizontally across the whole panel, even lights which aren't
directly reflected in the TV.
This probably isn't a concern for most people, but we expect this to be a result of the new
optical layer.
The total reflections is very low, which is great for a bright room.
Looking at an image of the pixels, we can see the cause of these unique results.
If we focus closer to the surface of the screen we can see the 'X-Wide Viewing Angle'
layer.
This vertical structure appears to refract light horizontally.
This does result in better viewing angles, but also diffuses reflections horizontally.
Typically, VA TVs have raised blacks when viewed from the side so refraction of this
light bleed at other angles may also result in the lower contrast measured.
The Z9F is one of the brightest TVs we've tested.
It can get the whole screen very bright to counteract glare, especially when combined
with the great reflection handling.
It can produce very bright highlights in real content, and the 1600 nit real scene in HDR
is the highest we've measured.
This is great for those who are after highlights that pop.
The gray uniformity of the Z9F is also good.
The edges of the screen are darker, but the center of the screen is relatively uniform.
This should be good for watching sports like hockey or football, or for gaming.
The Z9F has a wide color gamut, which is good for displaying vivid HDR highlights.
It can produce this wide range of colors in both dark and bright scenes, which is good.
It can't produce as wide range of colors as QLED TVs like the Vizio Quantum and Samsung
Q9FN, but is still good.
HDR content can be displayed very accurately due to the Z9F's strict adherence to the
reference PQ curve.
Unlike previous Sony models, all of the picture modes have the same EOTF tracking.
There is very little roll off, but this is still quite good as the TV gets very bright
anyway so relatively few details fall outside of the TVs capabilities.
This is great for those who care about brightness accuracy when watching HDR.
The response time of the Z9F is very fast which is excellent.
Only persistence blur can really be seen following our moving logo image due to the short transitions.
The Z9F also has the ability to flicker the backlight to clear up fast paced motion.
It can flicker at 120Hz, which does create duplications behind most content at 60 fps.
As a result, TVs with 60Hz flicker like the Q9FN, C8 and Vizio Quantum do appear clearer.
This feature isn't for everyone though, as it does reduce the brightness of the image
and produces noticeable flicker.
The input lag of the Z9F is great, at about 20 milliseconds regardless of the input signal.
This is good for gamers in 1080p from a nintendo switch, or in 4k on an xbox one x or PC.
This is an improvement over previous Sony TVs, and in the same ballpark as competing
models like the Q9FN and C8.
The Z9F runs Sony's version of Android TV, this time shipping with android 8 or Oreo.
The most notable difference is the massively improved speed of the interface compared to
previous Sony models.
Content is easier to find on the home screen, and the google play store still provides access
to a huge range of apps.
It might not be as intuitive as LG's WebOS or Samsung's Smart Hub but will please Android
fans.
Like other Sony TVs, a dedicated google assistant button on the remote provides quick voice
access to a huge range of features like searching for content or checking the weather.
The sound of the Z9F is about typical of most TVs.
It can get fairly loud and can produce clear dialog but lacks punch to its bass.
For better sound, dedicated speakers or a soundbar is the way to go.
So overall, the Z9F is an interesting TV which provides performance that is a hybrid between
great VA and great IPS TVs.
Dark scenes are better than IPS TVs, but not as good as competing VA models.
Viewing angles are better than the VA competition, but not as good as IPS or OLED TVs.
The Z9D is the predecessor to the Z9F.
It is a great TV, which has a higher native contrast ratio and better local dimming so
is better for those who watch from directly in-front in a dark room.
For other uses though the Z9F is a better TV with a faster response time and lower input
lag for gaming, as well as faster smart features and better viewing angles.
The Q9FN is Samsung's highest end TV of 2018.
It is better in a dark room due to the higher native contrast ratio resulting in deeper
blacks.
It can also produce more vivid colors in HDR, and has a few neat gaming features like support
for FreeSync variable refresh rates.
The Z9F gets brighter overall and has wider viewing angles, so may be a better choice
for those with wide seating.
The Vizio P Quantum is another great TV.
It performs better in a dark room due to the deeper and more uniform blacks, and can also
produce more vivid colors in HDR.
The Z9F is better with gradients though, and also remains more accurate when viewed at
an angle.
OLED TVs like the LG C8 can produce perfectly deep blacks which is excellent for those who
watch in the dark.
They also have an instantaneous response time, so fast paced motion has a bit less blur.
It isn't without downsides though, as there may be a risk of burn-in after long periods
of static content and the Z9F can get much brighter to overcome glare in a bright room.
So that's it!
What do you think of the Z9F?
Is the lower native contrast a good trade-off for wider viewing angles?

Dividend Stocks: Best Dividend Stocks Ex Div Oct 15-19, 2018 - Duration: 23:07.hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my
name is Brent and today we're going to be discussing dividend stocks so ask
yourself are you looking to add some new dividend stocks to your portfolio well
today we're gonna be covering five of the best dividend stocks CO and
ex-dividend October 15th through the 19th 2018 so if you are brand new to the
channel I do make stock market personal finance and real estate investment
videos weekly so consider subscribing for future
videos so in today's video we're going to be covering five stocks we have
ticker symbol ACN this is the Accenture their sector is within the services
their industry is management services we have ticker symbol C L this is Colgate
their sector is consumer goods their industry is personal products we have a
ticker symbol H our eldest Hormel Foods their sector is consumer goods industry
is meat products pretty well known company ticker symbol exo-m here this is
Oxford industries or sectors consumer goods their industry is textile apparel
apparel clothing and last we have ticker symbol rpm this is rpm international
they're sector is industrial goods and their industry is general building
materials so this is going to be the five stocks we're going to be discussing
in today's article all these stocks were initially screen well you know I screen
forty some stocks these were picked out because they all have starting yields
over 1.5 they've all had raising revenue now income free cash flow positive over
the last five and ten years moving you know they're moving in a good positive
direction therefore p/e is expected to be less than the current P meaning that
the next year earnings per share are expected to be greater than the current
earnings per share and all of these stocks have grown their dividend for at
least five years or longer some of them actually been raising their dividend for
some forty plus year so we got a good number of stocks this week to discuss
now we're gonna be talking about ex-dividend dates dividend dates price
comparison to the yield p comparison to the industry the S&P 500 payout ratios
and a little other statistics as well so if you haven't started your investment
journey my recommended brokers are m1 finance for those who want to start a
term account like a Roth IRA and then we have Robin Hood there they're included
in link and then I did create a free simple dividend calculator you punch on
the price how much they pay out and it kind of spits out or however much you
want to invest in a company over so long it gives you a good rough estimate of
how many dividends you would get paid and what your total equity would be in
that position so all these stocks are order by X
dividends go in October 15th through the 19th so although they have like a number
1 2 3 4 5 they are not in that specific order based on any sort of you know
there's no value to it it's just they're ordered by X dividends so number one its
ticker symbol rpm rpm international owned subsidiaries that are world
leaders and specialty coatings sealants and cerium both industrial and consumer
markets some of their products include roofing systems sealants corrosion
control coding flooring coding and specialty chemicals industrial brands
include a list there so they do a lot there you know it's in the industry it's
in the general building materials and industrial goods this stocks going to be
going ex-dividend next Monday on 15th of October so you'd have to buy this one
this Friday or prior to be eligible for that dividend payment on the 31st of
October here we have their tenure shirt showing their dividend growth their
price revenue free cash flow and net income over the last ten years so what I
like to look at here is if you take these numbers divide it by 10 that gives
you their average growth per year over the last ten years so here for
example their price is sitting at 301 percent over the last ten years so
that's thirty point one percent on average per year return on your
investment plus you're getting paid out that dividend yield of around one
actually it's pretty high now two point three one right now so that's not
include that dividend payout that's actually you know removed from the price
so this price price movement is three hundred percent or thirty percent per
the year plus you'd be getting that over 2% yield paid out to you so interesting
stock here and you can kind of do the math here on the net income seventy-one
percent year over here increase on their net income up seven hundred and twelve
point five percent over the last ten years so
very quick moving company you can see a lot of growth here kind of going on now
further one year there one year information here they currently pay out
35 cents per share each quarter person per share you can see that they had a
very nice rise from around 32 cents per share to 35 cents per share that's a
pretty good game there when you're looking at numbers as small as these if
we take the current - the old divide it by the old that's a nearly nine point
three percent increase and if we take if we go back and just look at that
ten-year graph here so their dividend over the last 10 years has risen you
take 75 and you divide it by 10 that's an increase of around seven point five
percent on average per year so pretty healthy increase there they're currently
priced at $60 and 59 cents let's see if I can zoom in here for you guys their
current yield is actually two point three one because they did raise their
dividend from now they raised their dividend from that $0.32 point to that
new 35 cent point which actually puts their yield of two point three one still
puts it a little bit slightly below the price their crank p/e is twenty eight
point one eight therefore p/e is twenty point eleven that price the book is four
point nine nine and their price of sales is one point five so when charted it
does show this current stock does have a higher price over yield which may
indicate it could be overvalued at this time the stock is also traded above the
industry average of seventeen point six that's also trading above the S&P 500
p/e average of twenty five point five six it is sitting below sixty percent
payout ratio it certainly sitting in that forty five point two percent pale
meaning that if it's earnings were to drop by some fifty percent they continue
to pay out that dividend their payout ratio may drop to say eighty ninety
percent but at least they would be able to continue paying out their dividend
which is probably why they've had continued growth for the past 43 years
since 1975 their price the book here is that four point nine nine which is
slightly above that three point of value where value investors would consider to
a value so overall pretty healthy looking
has been growing and paying out dividends for the past 43 years since
1975 so very strong growth stock as well as a nice yield initial yield 2.3 one
with a 7% on average increase on your dividend so after 10 years rule 72
you basically double your dividend payment in ten years so next number two
we have to personable ACN this is the Accenture it Accenture is a management
and consulting technology service and the outsource company the company has
five operating groups communication media and Technology financial services
health and public service and products and resources their ex-dividend date is
next one day the 17th of October you'd have to buy the stock on Tuesday or
prior hold it until the ex-dividend date and then you'll get paid out on the 15th
of November here taking a look at their tenure you can see that their price is
up four hundred and thirty one percent over the past ten years or per year it's
about forty three percent per year on average their dividend up a hundred and
ninety two percent over the past ten years
that's an increase per year of nineteen point two percent as of ten years ago
also their net income their free cash flow and their revenue are both double
digits they're you know six point one percent eight percent and 12 percent
they're over the past ten years on average per year so very good growth
company as well here here we're looking at their one year so they currently pay
out a dollar forty six per share each quarter up from a run a dollar thirty
three so very nice dividend increase there they're currently priced at $1
sixty nine and ninety two cents with a dividend yield of one point seven two so
here this is pulled off dividend comm because they raised their dividend from
133 so now 146 that raises our dividend two and now one point seven two which
actually puts them slightly below here but I would say this is more valued like
fair valued than currently overvalued above current yield we've already
covered that price the book right now is our price the p/e ratio is twenty six
point eight forward p/e ratio is twenty three point five five so there
the book is slightly honey 10.49 but this is the growing company so the price
of sales here it's the main factor at two point six seven so when charted Oh
show the current stock does have a higher price over yield I would say it's
about flat pretty valued so the indicator would say about valued at this
time the stock is also traded above the industrial industrial average of twenty
four point nine and above the S&P 500 average of twenty five point five six it
is sitting below sixty percent sixty percent payout ratio at forty point four
and it's had dividend growth for the past eight years their price to book
value right now is that ten point four nine which is above that 3.0 value word
value and investors consider it value but this is more of a growth company so
I was focused more on the price of sales setting at a two point six seven
so again dividend yield one point seven two they pout two dollars and ninety two
cents per share very low payout ratio of forty point four now they've had
dividend growth for the past eight years since 2010 prior to that they did cut
their dividend because they went from an annual dividend payout of some thirty
two cents per share they cut their dividend to eighteen cents per share and
then they went semiannual so you would get eighteen cents in eighteen cents
every six months and that would total the thirty-two cents that they initially
paid out so they try to just keep some of their cash more on hand during that
pull back number three we have ticker symbol C L this is Colgate Palmolive
Palmolive and it's in a consumer product company that specializes in household
and healthcare personal products the company operates in two segments oral
pro and personal and home care and pet nutrition there's a lot of Anne's in
there so so I was going to say Centrelink Colgate offers hundreds of
products and operates in over 200 countries throughout the world the
ex-dividend date is on the 18th of October which is next Thursday so you'd
have to buy this one on Wednesday or prior hold it until Thursday the
ex-dividend date where you would then get have that pail on the 15th of
November so here we can see their ten-year sharp price up 12.2% on average
for the past ten years dividend increases about eleven percent on
average for the past ten years and the green you have their front free
cash flow five point four percent on average per year and has taken a bit of
a hit here recently as of 2013 has been on the decline but it looks like 2016 it
has begun to grow a little bit coming out of that along with their net income
and their their revenue here so it looks like they had a bit of a dip here
between 2013 and 2016 midpoint 2016 2017 they began to regrow their revenue and
net income so I've seen people label this one as a bit of a risky stock you
can see that there are other companies out there that have lost net income
revenue during this downturn you know they didn't fully recover such as
General Electric but Colgate is one of those that is
slowly turning around they're not really in the negative but they really haven't
had a whole lot of growth in their revenue and in their nick net income for
the past ten years but the price has remained pretty high during that time so
looking at their one year graph here they currently payout 42 cents per share
each quarter they're currently priced at 65 dollars and 35 cents that gives them
a current dividend yield of 2.57 so this is actually correct they increase their
dividend back in January from 40 cents to 42 cents 42 cents so the current
dividend yield is sitting at about a 2.57 2.51 depending on the day and where
that price sets their current p/e is at a twenty six point one four four p/e is
at a twenty one point six and their price of sales is that he three point
six if you notice that they don't have a price to book here that's actually
because their their liabilities and their assets kind of nullify each other
and put them into a negative meaning the price the book value doesn't actually
show up on the graph we'll go ahead and show that on Y charts here in just a
second so when charted above it does show the current stock does have a
higher yield of a price which may indicate it could be undervalued at this
time the stock is trading above the industry average of 23 point for the S&P
500 average of 25 point five six and is
sitting below sixty percent payout ratio at 55 point six so just slightly below
that sixty percent payout ratio that I like to consider
it's had dividend growth for the past 54 years its price the book the price to
book value is not applicable because it's non-existent I would say it's
actually below but its liabilities and assets kind of nullified each other so
let's go here and we'll jump and we'll take a look at Colgate so here is where
we saw their assets and liabilities now this one doesn't show it actually
crossing over right now it's showing that there are total assets and total
liabilities liabilities are actually slightly below but on the current math
of where they're currently sitting quarterly their liabilities have
actually gone above their total assets putting them a table that a negative
price to book value whereas some of these other ones if we take a look at
our p.m. our p.m. has almost you know almost double the assets ACM has
basically almost double the assets Oxford you know they're sitting almost
triple triple the the liabilities they're in home roll food sitting almost
triple as well a little bit over triple so Colgate one of those riskier ones and
they hold a lot of liabilities in comparison to their asset so kind of a
risky stock there but I know a lot of investors hold this within their
portfolio because they've had dividend growth of the past fifty four years
since 1964 but who knows how long that will continue and number four we have
ticker symbol oxm this is Oxford industries industries is a producer and
marketer of branded and private label apparel for men women and children
Oxford provides retailers within consumers with a wide variety of apparel
products and services to suit their individual needs such as Oxford brands
it also includes exclusive licenses to produce and sell certain products
categories under the Tommy hilfinger Nautica and many others there
ex-dividend date is on Thursday October 18th you'd have to buy this one on
Wednesday or prior hold it until the ex-dividend date you'll then get paid
out on the second of November here we can see there a ten-yard chart prices up
43 percent on average per year for the past 10 years up for 130 percent over
the past ten years and the purple their net income up fifteen point seven
percent they did have a bit of a dip here you can see during that poll
but they've recovered very nicely and have it have had good growth and the
blue dividend up 8.8% on average for the past ten years I would say that's pretty
healthy and the green free cash flow is up 2.2 percent on the year and and the
red hair is a revenue so the revenue is only up at a point five percent increase
year-over-year so this one is it's a ticker symbol X Oh Oh X M so this sits
and the consumer goes it's in the textile so apparel and clothing retail
hasn't been doing that amazing so this could be one to kind of be wary about as
well but I'll leave that up to you guys to kind of decide so taking a look at
their one year here they currently pay out thirty four cents per share each
quarter they're currently priced at eighty four dollars in eleven cents
their current dividend yield is one point six two due to the increase here
they paid out twenty seven cents per share they bumped it up to thirty four
cents per share that puts them at a new dividend yield of one point six two
which is right up in here so current dividend current yield is over the price
current p/e is nineteen point three eight Ford PE not too much lower at
eighteen point three for current price the book is eighty three point zero and
a price of sales of one point two so pretty pretty valued looking company
right now so when charted to Joe show the current
stock has a higher yield of price which may indicate it could be undervalued at
this time the stock is below the industry average of forty two point
three it is also sitting below the S&P 500
average or twenty five point five six it is sitting below that sixty percent
payout ratio is sitting at a twenty nine point six percent payout ratio and I
said dividend growth for the past eight years their price to book value is that
a 3.0 which is basically you know it's at that 3.0 of value or value investors
would consider it a value so dividend yield one point six two are dollars
thirty six per share each year current payout ratio very low at twenty nine
point six and they did cut their dividend back in 2010 they cut it by
fifty percent but they just continued to raise it since then so 2010 it looks
like they needed the money they cut their dividend continue to go and then
started raising their dividend they only cut it they cut it in 2008 and then
after 2008 2009 2010 then they started the raise that has of 2010 and number
five in our last one here is ticker symbol H R L this is Hormel Foods it's
based out of Austin Minnesota it's one of the multi it's a it's a multinational
manufacturer and a marketer of consumer branded foods and meats products you
know spam many of which are among the best known and trusted in the food
industry the company leverages an extensive expertise innovation and Hyken
tendencies and pork and Turkey and processes any marketing to bring quality
value-added branch to the global marketplace so their ex division is next
Friday the 19th of October you have to buy this one on Thursday or prior to be
paid out that dividend on the 15th of November so here taking a look at their
10 year graph you can see here in the grain free cash flow up 50% on a year
the IRR of a year their price is up thirty nine point six percent over the
past ten years or three hundred and ninety six percent over the past ten
years but thirty nine point six percent on average for the past ten years you
can see as of 2016 this is their peak point they came down hard and 2017 I did
own this one for for a while and uh you know disclaimer I you know I own whole
mouth foods for a while I'm not currently holding it I don't plan on
buying it within the next two to three days but we shall you know who knows and
could have been a great buying opportunity back in 2017 you can see
that as of that peaking point that had come down for you know back to a valued
position and currently moving up up three hundred and eighty six percent
Trane's evident three hundred and five percent over the past ten years that's
an average year of a year of thirty point five and the purple net income up
two hundred and thirty nine percent and in the red their revenue at forty
percent or 4 percent per year year every year so good growth company there Hormel
Foods currently pays out eighteen cents per share each quarter they're currently
priced at forty dollars and fifty four cents that gives them a dividend yield
of one point eight five one point eight one depending on the day there
pe is that a twenty two point six five for PE is that a twenty two point four
one price to book is at a 4.0 and in price the sales of two point three so
when charted Oh show the current stock does have a higher price over yield
which may indicate it could be overvalued or fairly valued at this time
the stock is above the industry average and the industry average for this
industry is twelve point three so it is at a twenty two point six five which is
you know almost double the industry average the S&P 500 is that twenty five
point five six so it is sit below the S&P 500 average it is sitting below a
sixty percent payout ratio at a forty two point nine and I said dividend
growth for the past fifty one year since 1967 they have never failed to raise
their dividend for the past fifty one years and I would say this is fairly
valued so price the book is at a 4.0 which is slightly above that 3.0 value
where value investors would considered a value dividend yield one point eight
five in that range they pass seventy five cents per share each each for the
entire year per share their current payout is that he 42.9 very healthy and
again fifty-one years for the growing their dividends so that is basically I
hope you guys did enjoy the article if you guys ever want to visit my website
it's always in description below I always have the newest article and the
description are also in the comment section so if you guys want to head over
to my website here check it out if you'd like you go so share with your friends
if their dividend investors trying to get some of the interested and some
dividend stocks shared over on Facebook Twitter all your other social media
platforms and of course I am NOT a financial adviser or tax professional
the information in these videos is provided for fun and entertainment if I
had a look over every single one of these stocks you know started with rpm
ACN Colgate oxm and you know HR L I looked over these and I really liked rpm
but I would say this is very highly priced right now comparison to its value
so I actually think hormones is actually a you know a pretty fairly valued price
right now it's not too high it's not too low you're getting in it within
good price the book price of sales PE you know you'd have to kind of look into
that see if that's pretty normal but it's a dividend growth company and they
just have a solid history of continuing to pay out those dividends time over
time recession or not and they just kind of recover through the recessions we can
actually yeah we won't go over that but that is it for this video I hope you
guys did enjoy the video if you are brand new to the channel I do make stock
market personal finance and really say an investment videos weekly so consider
subscribing if you did like this video remember to give it a thumbs up I really
appreciate it share it with your friends and of course thank you all for tuning

Which Countries May Not Survive In 20 Years? - Duration: 6:23.Planet Earth has been around for 4.5 billion years and seems set to be around for billions
more to come.
While the rock that we reside on is somewhat of a sure thing, humans have laid claims to
all corners of the earth and sea, carving it up into various different countries and
territories.
Even at this stage in human development, countries are still forming, but on the flip side, some
are collapsing.
Which are the most at risk?
Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, the channel that likes to answer
a plethora of queries from the irreverent to the actual, pretty pressing.
I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today I am asking Which countries may not survive
the next 20 years?
Before we delve deep into this video, I want to ask you what country you are from and if
you have ever moved countries!
I am from England, but I moved to Canada three years ago.
Also, if you like our content, make sure you show us by giving it a good thumbs up.
So…countries.
The concept of boarders is so classically human.
Can you imagine animals abiding by such a political notion!
The oldest countries in the world are China and Japan.
China was established in 221 BCE and Japan in 660 BCE, although both countries have had
modern revamps.
The youngest country is South Sudan which gained independence in 2011.
I have a globe in my living room from the 1970s, and would be surprised how much has
changed over the past 40 years!
When it comes to the destruction of countries, there are two ways this can happen – natural
disaster, or political collapse.
Our first county is the only one on in this video which is at risk of a natural catastrophe
– and that is The Maldives.
The Maldives gained independence from the UK in 1965, but these days they are sinking.
The islands were hit hard by the Christmas Tsunami of 2004 and are at great risk in the
rising ocean levels.
The popular honeymoon spot could be lost to the water in 10 years, and fully submerged
in 80.
Right now the government are working on an emergency plan.
Next we have the Ukraine, which is under huge threat from debt and from their less friendly
relations with their Russian neighbours.
The Ukraine only formed in 1991 in the fall of the Soviet Union and it is in 5 billion
dollars of public debt as well as 40 billion dollars of private debt.
Not only that, Russia annexed part of their land, Crimea in March 2014 without much world
wide backlash.
Who seriously would want to step in against Putin in he set his sights on reclaiming former
USSR land in the Ukraine.
Stepping up against Russia would make another country vulnerable to collapse if enough Russian
Nukes were aimed at it, although I am sure it wouldn't come to that…but the threat
is enough to keep people at bay.
Also majorly in debt, Greece are struggling to keep it together right now.
Greece has been around for centuries, so perhaps legacy is enough to keep them alive.
Libya is in a big danger of collapse…Libya was formed in 1947 out of political intent
rather than nationalism and a lot of global analysts consider people of Libya to be more
loyal to various tribal groups than their own government, which is corrupt.
One country almost certain to fall in the next 20 years is North Korea… although I
have to say, Kim Jong Un's recent display of playing nice and is a little more positive
for the future of the nation.
The fate of North Korea, formed from conflict in 1948, lays in Kim Jong Un's ability to
behave like a respectful statesman.
If he continues to test nuclear weapons, the rest of the world wont like that.
If he ever fires one, well that is curtains form Kim – although what would happen next
to the land, well.. that is a much bigger question.
Perhaps there is the possibility for peace and unity with North and South Korea, although
the further they continue, the wider removed they become culturally.
Okay, moving this close to home, we have The United Kingdom.
So as you are probably aware, the UK is not one but four countries England, Wales, Scotland
and Northern Ireland.
The Union has existed in some form or another since the mid 1700s.
There has been an understandably tempestuous relationship over the years with the main
body of land and Ireland.
Scotland stage a referendum to decided whether to leave in 2014, but voted to stay.
Further issues have arisen since 2016 and the controversial Brexit vote with Scotland
and Northern Ireland especially unhappy with being pulled out of a union.
Reports I get from back home is that the Isles are amid particular political upheaval and
nobody is sure of the future.
The world's super powers, The United States, Russia and China seem invincible, however
the bigger the power, the harder the fall if anything were to go south.
If the USA and Russia, for example, ever erupted into hot war - well both Putin and Trump have
boasted they could wipe one another off the world map.
Let's hope that that never happens, because the implications and knock on effect from
such an event could end more than one or two countries.
Throughout history, we have learned that nothing will make or break a country or change a boarder
like a war!
Realistically, there are only a handful of countries that could cease to maintain their
flag over the next 20 years, fingers crossed for peace and a lack of natural disasters
to force any other changes.
It is possible that we could see the formation of new countries, though – perhaps in the
next 20 years we will see Catalonia and Veneto.
For now, I think Quebec is safe in Canada, but had you asked 20 years ago…maybe the
mood would have been different.
SO, what countries do you think may not survive the next 20 years?
Let me know.
Also don't forget to let me know what country you come from.
If you like this kind of content – why don't you leave a thumbs up on this video and share
it with someone that will find it interesting.

Annemin Makyaj Malzemeleri İle Makyaj Yaptım! | İlayda Akdoğan - Duration: 10:46.It's anew day and Nikki Tutorials presented a brand new challenge to our lives.
The new trend nowadays is putting on makeup with my mother's makeup bag.
Nikki produced this content first and it created a big impact globally since we all watch her channel.
I thought I would be a very eligible nominee for this content because my mother works at Dior.
So the closest person between me and makeup is my mother.
My mother's makeup bag is larger when compared to mine but my mother has so weird techniques that I don't apply and she does all the time.
She has many techniques that amaze me.
So I got my mother's makeup bag.
All of the products are Dior because she works at Dior and her favorite brand is Dior.
She's in love with her brand. She wears a Dior necklace. She just loves it.
There are products in her bag which I like and use but there are also some products which I have never tried before.
That's why I'm very excited to try them out and share my opinions.
It will be very awkward because my mother's makeup is much heavier than mine. It includes more eyeshadow. My mother loves eyeshadow.
She wears a makeup with more powder than foundation so it's much different than my own makeup style, that's why I'm very excited.
I wonder if I will be able to do a makeup as good as my mother, we will see it together.
Contrary to my own style, we will begin with the eyes. I normally begin with my face then do my eyes.
My mother prefers starting with the eyes. In order to do so, I will use Dior's incredibly beautiful colored palette.
The main point here is, my mother does not use a brush.
She does all the makeup with her fingers and she doesn't only apply one eyeshadow on her lids,
she wears a darker tone here and a lighter one in the middle, then she blends them with her fingers.
According to her, this has to do with the eyeshadow palette. If the eyeshadow is not eligible to be blended, it's impossible to be applied with your fingers.
I will try it for the first time, I'm very excited. She also doesn't apply any primer.
I will start with the lighter color here and apply it all over my eyelid.
Yes, here's the most scary part.
Now I will take the darker color here and spread it on the outer parts of my eyelids.
It's very awkward mom, I wonder why you are not using a brush. Oh, it's pigmentation is also good.
Oh, God. Please don't let me ruin the eyes. If I make a bad start, how is it going to keep going?
I will end up having a bad makeup on my face. We're at a critical stage.
I will blend them with my clean finger.
It's not that bad though.
I'll tell you something.
The first step has been completed successfully.
I think it's well done.
Mom, you will be proud.
Another thing which I normally don't do but my mom does:
We will apply eyeliner. Eyeliner Waterproof blah blah blah, I can't read the bottom.
I will add all the products which I used in this video on the description box below, you can have a look if you want.
I will show this tiny pencil to you guys so you can have an idea.
She applies this to both above and below her eyes. It's something I never do and putting on an eyeliner under my eyes do not fit me.
We were doing just fine. I hope things don't get messed up.
Yes.
This step wasn't so perfect.
I didn't like the eyeliner. It's very hard to apply, it's not soft.
It looks ver awkward to me, applying something to my under eyes do not fit me at all.
Since my mother's eyes are not as rounded as mine, it looks fine on her but I look very creepy.
I look like a panda.
Very awkward.
Let's keep going. Now it's time to apply mascara.
We have a mascara called Diorshow Pump and Volume.
My mother literally loves this mascara.
Since she doesn't feel the need to curl her eyelashes as much as I do, it does well on her.
Since there is no lash curler in her bag, I won't be able to curl my eyelashes.
We'll see. My lashes are way too straight, I don't think this is going to do a good job. No mascara can lift lashes which are straight this much.
There has to be a miracle.
This video isn't going to a good point. I need my lash curler.
By the way, I will give it the credit. It even lifted my straight lashes a little bit but..
It's just very hard.
You know what?
If only I had my lash curler, my lashes would look amazing.
They're not straight even though I didn't use my curler.
I wonder how wonderful they would look if I had my curlers. I'm confiscating this.
Now it's time for the face. There is no application of foundation on the face.
She rarely uses BB cream.
She does something very awkward. She applies whatever moistener she uses and she puts on powder while her skin is soaking up the moistener.
When the moistener and the powder get combined, they create a foundation effect.
I think it's a total madness. It seems very awkward to me but that's what I will do today.
I will use Dior's Hydra Life moisturizer to moisturize my skin.
I will put on some powder afterwards.
I will put on a little bit more moisturizer than usual in order to create a more moisturized layer below the powder so that it will be more stable.
While the moisturizer is integrating with my skin, I will stabilize my eyebrows. My mother doesn't use eyebrow pencil since she has much bushy brows than I do.
She just stabilizes her brows with a brow mascara. She uses Dior's Diorshow Brow Styler Gel which I used to use before discovering Max Factor.
I'm brushing my brows in a way that they can barely close the gaps between them.
When it dries like this it's kinda okay. Of course it feels a bit empty but it's due to my brows being very sparse.
My skin soaked up most of the moisturizer. I will put on some powder before all of it gets soaked up.
It feels so crazy to put powder on my face because I don't use any powder even when stabilizing my foundation.
This is a bit too dark for my skin but I will have to do with it.
She doesn't have a concealer.
I can't cover my under eyes. The biggest problem of this makeup is my under eyes being too revealed.
We made a Gothic makeup today. Forget my mother's makeup. This doesn't remind me anything different with my round eyes and blue veins on my face.
Whatever, next step: Now we will put on some blusher.
I don't really like blushers because my cheeks turn red pretty often, I always mention it.
I will put it on lightly but how pigmented is this? It's pretty pigmented.
Let's try to spread it a little more with the brush. Wow, it's very pigmented. My cheeks will also turn red and I will be able to wander around like Heidi.
I will now put on some highlighter with the brush which I used for putting on the blusher.
Oh, it's very glittery. I don't really like powder highlighters but this one's nice.
Wow it does glitter a lot.
Now I will put on one of my favorite products on earth which is Dİor's Lip Glow moisturizer lip balm.
Our makeup is done. I tried to do my mother's casual makeup with her makeup products.
I'm not very okay with my eyes because I'm not used to this kind of makeup on my eyes.
But I liked the blusher this much for the first time. It looks fine on my face.
I probably like it because I haven't gone outside yet, if I go out and get exposed to some cold weather, I will probably hate the blusher.
I loved the powder highlighter. I didn't like the eyeliner but
I'm definitely confiscating the mascara, mom you should give it to me asap because my lashes are straighter than yours.
I'm writing down all the products that I used in this video.
What do you think about this makeup? How do you think this eyeliner looks on me? I didn't like it very much
but if you guys want to cheer me up, you can write some positive comments down below.
I think it's properly done. Let's see what she's going to think about it.
I will text my mom and ask whether this makeup is similar to her's.
Let's take a picture.
My mother will say that she doesn't like it straight into my face if she really doesn't like it.
I wonder what she'll say.
She might say ''Eww İlayda, it's a total mess...''
She sent me a smiling face. Hello?
What do you think? She says she didn't like the eyes either but generally it's similar to her's.
Grade it out of 10 points. 8?
It's good enough. No, mom I can't fill in my eyes more. I didn't like this eyeliner.
Bye.
She said 8. 8 out of 10.
She said that I need to fill in my under eyes. I can't keep doing it, I already turned into a panda.
What do you guys think? Please write your ideas about this makeup on the comments section below.
Since I got this makeup approved by my mother, I can end this video. See you guys next time, bye.

Anna's Choice | Sampler Sew Along | Whitney Sews - Duration: 4:58.Hi everyone! I'm Whitney and I post a new tutorial every Wednesday to help sewers
and quilters of all skill levels learn new projects and techniques. This video is part
of my Sampler Sew Along. It's a block of the month style series where I'm sharing tutorials
for 12 different quilt blocks so you can sew along and make a sampler style quilt from
start to finish. If you've found this video at random and want to know more about the
Sew Along and see any videos in the series you may have missed then make sure to check
out the playlist linked down below and subscribe by clicking that red button down below so
you catch the rest of the Sampler Sew Along videos.
Today's quilt block is called Anna's Choice. The pattern was published in 1941, but was
referenced as "a very old pattern", so I'm not sure when it originally came about.
To make the block you only need 4 inch squares. Four in your dark color, eight in your light,
and four in a medium. If you want more info on how I cut my fabrics check out some of
the earlier videos in the Sampler Sew Along. Lay out each of the light squares right sides
up and one of the other squares right sides down on top. Use a ruler and marking tool
of your choice to mark from one corner to the opposite on each set of squares. Add a
couple of pins to each set and sew ¼ inch away from the marked line on each side.
Here is how they should look at this point. Carefully cut right along the marked line
on each. Lay each piece with the dark side on top and
press open with the iron. This will make sure the seam allowances go toward the darker fabric
and don't show as much. Then use a ruler and rotary cutter to trim
the squares down to 3.5 inches. I like using a rotating cutting mat for this – the one
I'm using will be linked down below. You can see there is very little to trim off, so if
you aren't sure about your ¼ inch seams you can start with 4.5 inch squares instead of
4 inch so you have a little more wiggle room. Lay out the trimmed squares as shown. I'm
going to sew mine together in rows, but you can choose to sew them in four quadrants instead.
To sew together in rows lay the first two blocks right sides together and sew along
the edge with a ¼ inch seam to attach. Then add the second and third pieces in the row.
I like to wait until the entire row is pieced the press all the seams at the same time.
For the top row press all the seams toward the left. Then piece together the second row.
Press the seams on the second row toward the right. Repeat for the last two rows continuing
to alternate the direction of the seams. All that's left is to sew the four rows together
and give the seams another press with the iron and the block is completed. It should
measure 12.5 by 12.5 inches right now and will be 12 when sewn into the finished quilt.
Take a pic of your block and share it with #SamplerSewAlong so we can all see it. Then
go ahead and pick out the fabrics for your next block which is shown here in grey.
You can find the entire Sampler Sew Along playlist linked right over here to the side.
Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss any of the upcoming videos. Until next time,
Happy Sewing!
