Top 10 Funny Presidential Moments - Duration: 8:12.

Welcome to Top10Archive! Being the President of the United States of America is not an

easy job. You're under constant scrutiny not just the country you lead, but also the

world. Of course, this makes it tremendously difficult to hide any sort of gaffe, guffaw,

or even moments of splendor – such as these 10 greatest presidential moments in American

history. For this list, we've also added presidential candidates and nominees.

10. Ford Down! A world leader should have grace and style,

especially in those very public moments; but sometimes mother nature aims to work against

your ability to do even the simplest of things, like walk down stairs. After landing in Austria

in 1975, President Gerald Ford was making his way down the stairs from the craft and,

at about ¾ of the way, tumbled down to the ground. While the footage is amusing, especially

watching him stand back up as if nothing had happened, what makes this clip so great is

that it seemed to mark a long string of stumbles that earned Ford the reputation of a klutz.

9. Al Gore and the Internet Imagine being so into yourself that you take

credit for one of the world's greatest resources. In March of 1999, all eyes were on Al Gore

who, during an interview on CNN's "Late Edition" with Wolf Blitzer, claimed he "took

the initiative in creating the internet." Was Gore really stepping forward as the brain

trust within the United States Congress that brought the internet to life? Much of the

country thought so, creating a frenzy within the media surrounding the 2000 Democratic

nominee. If you dissect his words, which most of the media failed to do, what you'll likely

realize is that he wasn't touting himself as the inventor of the internet, but rather

an important part in initiating the implementation of it, which he was, though more careful wording

could have avoided the insanity. 8. Fooling Bush

We've all heard the saying: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, like white on

rice. No, wait, that doesn't sound right. Fool me once bitten, twice shy? Ugh, I can't

remember it. Hey, Dubya, a little help here? Ah, good 'ole Texas, providing our president

with idioms for him to completely muck up. During a 2002 speech at a Pledge Across American

event, lovable 43rd president George Dubya Bush decided to pass along his own bit of

wisdom, as skewed and fumbled as it sounded. The saying, of course, is "Fool me once,

shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." 7. Clinton's Big Debut

When running for President of the United States, you want to make a big impression on the people

that aim to vote you into office. Even more-so, you want to show the people working against

you just how cool of a guy you are. Cue presidential candidate Bill Clinton's appearance on an

episode of the Arsenio Hall Show in 1992. The performance was… interesting, to say

the least, and maybe not the first choice of things we'd have done after literally

just clinching the Democratic nomination. Then again, we probably aren't as cool as

Clinton was back in his hay day. 6. The Lust of President Carter

You probably wouldn't expect to open the latest issue of Playboy and find a tell-all

from a presidential candidate, but it has happened. In the November 1976 issue, which

featured a spread of playmate Patti McGuire, Democratic candidate Jimmy Carter sat down

with Robert Scheer, who had also interviewed California governor Jerry Brown. Despite the

length and depth of the interview that Scheer conducted, American media really only latched

on to one thing. When questioned on how the public views his religious beliefs, the presidential

candidate somehow got onto the subject of sin, admitting that he's "looked on a

lot of women with lust" and has "committed adultery in [his] heart many times." Definitely

not a presidential legacy you want to be leaving behind, but thanks to Amazon, it's not too

late to get your hands on that issue! 5. Legalities According to Nixon

Sometimes context can be the difference between making a valid point and sounding like a tyrannical

maniac. Richard Nixon may have learned this lesson during his series of interviews with

British journalist David Frost. In response to Frost inquiring whether the president can

cross legal boundaries in the interest of the nation, Nixon claimed: "When the president

does it, that means it is not illegal." While it sounds like Nixon is enjoying crime

sprees as President of the United States, what he was referring to was the president's

ability to approve a motion that may otherwise violate certain laws, therefore making it

legal in that instance. Maybe providing the explanation at the same time as the bold statement

would have been a better option. 4. Shoes for Bush

As an American, nothing about this clip should be funny… but we're not perfect. During

a press conference in Baghdad, an Iraqi reporter Muntadhar al-Zaidi stood up and threw both

of his shoes at President Bush. While there was an undeniable rage focused into each throw,

Bush's catlike reflexes are impressive, to say the least, and add a little comedic

value to this clip. It's tough to see, but it also looks like Dubya was smiling a little

on his rebound. 3. Obama: Fly Slayer

During a 2009 interview with John Harwood on CNBC, Obama found himself pestered by a

tenacious fly in mid-speech. Being a man of power, there was no way he could let the winged

infidel get away with its obnoxious buzzing, especially after ignoring POTUS' gentle

swatting. The creature took things a step further and landed on the president's hand

who, in one quick but loud motion, put an end to the pesky bug's life. As if it were

nothing, Obama coolly re-engaged the interview. Fly-Gate didn't just end with a tiny carcass

on the floor, though, as PETA allegedly started receiving media inquiries on Obama's more

murderous tendencies. In response, PETA writer Alisa Mullins wrote: "Human beings have

a long way to go before they think before they act."

2. Bernie's Birdcall Maybe if the DNC had listened to Mother Nature's

instincts, the 2016 presidency may have gone to a Democratic candidate. During a 2016 rally

at the Moda Center in Portland, Sanders was in the middle of discussing education when

a tiny feathered visitor drew an ecstatic reaction from his supporters. The small bird

interrupted the Bern's flow as audience members became distracted by the visitor.

Just as Bernie took notice to his newest supporter, the House Finch flew up onto the podium where

it perched for a moment before flying off. The crowd went wild, memes were created, a

hashtag was born, and Bernie would go down not as the 45th president of the United States,

but as Birdie Sanders. 1. Bush Gets Handsy

… alright, three times! We're trying, but, come on. Good 'ole George Dubya left

behind some legendary unintentionally comedic moments. George Bush made it known many-a-time

that he was not too keen on the "do's" and "dont's" of being president, but he

made one of his biggest mistakes at the G8 summit in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2006.

And no, we're not talking about the sidebar comment made to British Prime Minister Tony

Blair. While meandering about, he passed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and, like

an awkward frat boy, stopped to give her an awkward shoulder squeeze. The Chancellor's

reaction was extremely telling as she flung her shoulders up to shake Bush and grimaced

at the very inappropriate gesture. Bush, however, went on his merry way, likely none-the-wiser.

My Story | This Is What I Do - Duration: 3:39.

I'm Anthony Tranchida and this is what I do.

I build businesses and help others do the same.

My work takes me on some very

interesting adventures. I get to work

alongside the best people in their field.

Any given day could mean traveling across

country last minute to pitch a new shoe

brand, or finding a talented businessman

who sells gourmet hot dogs in my own backyard.

Growing up, I would sketch product

concepts and have an endless list of

business ideas.

When I was 16, I started my first real

business selling rubber bracelets.

Manufactured to poke fun at bullshit

holistic healing. By far the worst

business idea I've ever had.

I spent thousands of dollars on rubber

and sold ten I'm being optimistic.

To my family that is. While executing all these

mediocre business ideas, I worked for a

few fortune 500 companies. Like many

others, I wasn't in love with the idea of

a 9-to-5. But I had the fear of losing

stability.

The "What Ifs" of failing as a business

owner weighed heavily on me. I needed a

push. That push landed me in some trouble and

caused quite a bit of setbacks. I was

arrested from Apple for trying to cheat

the system.

I've always seen the loopholes and flaws

in things but I never executed.

Now i know why. I was sentenced to a year

on house arrest and this literally broke

me. I was the point of giving up, but I

didn't show this on the outside. If

there's one thing I learned from my past,

it's that you can't feel sorry for yourself,

and yes, you fucking deserved it. I picked myself

back up, and my drive to be successful soared.

Nobody's going to stop me. Not even me.

I definitely got the push that I needed.

In a way, I'm thankful I learned this

lesson so early in life. I've grown so much

since then. I can honestly say, I wouldn't

be where I am today without my failures.

I learned so much from Apple and can't

deny how great of a company they are to

work for. Everybody has to learn for

themselves and I know me saying this

won't change that fact for anybody.

With my new outlook on life, I started a

very successful online business. Then

another, then another.

I put in so much work into these

companies. No feeling in the world can

replace something you've built. I sold

one of these businesses for a

substantial amount of money and continued

to grow the others. I liked watches, so

I started to watch company. I like

technology, so i started cloud storage company.

I continued this trend until I realized, wait.

I can really help other people. So that's

what I did. I helped others start

their dream companies and took them from

zero knowledge, to over ten thousand

dollars in sales every month. I want to

share this feeling with the world. So I'm

going to help everyone I can

do whatever it is that they love.

I'm Anthony Tranchida, and...

How to Learn to Drive....Faster | Road Test Smart - Duration: 4:39.

Hi there smart drivers, Rick with Smart Drive Test

talking to you today about how to

accelerate your learning and accelerate

your driving ability.

Today we're going to do some slow speed

maneuvers in the parking lot. You can go

out - and you can see the pylons here

behind me go rent some of those three

foot, 36-inch, meter tall pylons from your

local rental shop. They're really

inexpensive - probably cost you a less

than fifteen dollars to rent them for a

day. You can go out to an empty parking

lot and do slow speed maneuvers,

particularly backing.This will help with

your overall driving and translate into

your overall driving and give you better

understanding of the primary controls of

the vehicle: the steering wheel, the brake,

and the throttle. And if you're driving a

manual transmission, the clutch as well.

So start with straight line backing - just

put the pylons in a row as you can see

here in the image and then back up on

both sides of them. that way you're going

to get a good sense of how to backup on

either side of the vehicle and then

proceed with backing around corners to

put the pilots as you can see here in

the image and that way you can go around

a corner back around on both sides left

and right and if you're driving a manual

transmission as soon as you start

backing out make sure you take your foot

off the clutch only if you need to slow

down do you push the clutch in but for

the most part when you're doing these

exercises you want to as soon as you

start the vehicle and let the clutch out

let it out all the way most of the time

it's an electronic fuel injection

vehicle it's just going to idle

backwards and you'll have to give it

very little throttle especially you're

driving a diesel manual transmission as

many of you will be in Europe and then

finally when you're comfortable with

backing straight line backing backing

around corners and whatnot then put the

pylons in the 33 in a role here as you

can see in the image and do reverse

figure Eight's first one direction and

then in the other direction and once

you're comfortable with reverse figure

Eight's then you can move onto doing

stall parking and i'll put a video up

here in the corner for you on the lesson

on stall parking because reversed all

parking perpendicular parking or bay

parking as they sometimes call it is a

required skill for a road test and you

will be required to back into a parking

space for the purposes of a road test so

all

that So reversing will improve your

overall driving and it will help you to

learn how to drive faster if you spend

time in an empty parking lot doing these

maneuvers straight line backing back

around corners and reverse figure

Eight's it's going to translate into all

of your driving and you're going to be a

better driver all our overall more

quickly and i know for the mentors out

there helping new drivers learn how to

drive and prepare for the road test this

is not the most exciting thing in the

world but as my martial arts instructor

said to me some years ago

anybody can do it fast doing it slow

take some precision some skill and

ability so spend the time in the parking

lot going get some of these pylons all

of this will really really help you out

and if the new driver that you're

working with or you as the new driver

having significant difficulty with a

particular skill

don't be afraid to come back to the

parking lot and work on it here in the

parking lot sometimes you have to go

back over the fundamentals while the

student is learning because maybe in the

first attempt they just didn't

understand it fully or they didn't grasp

the concept of those types of things

that sometimes you come back and you

revisit it and the student has had time

to practice it and it all sitting it

clicks because you come back and you

have revisited the fundamental so do

that as well

question for my smart drivers do you

have any tips for new drivers and

learning how to drive tips and

techniques and maneuvers that they

should practice that will help them to

learn how to drive faster

leave a comment down in the comment

section they're all of that helps that

My New Year's Resolutions - Duration: 3:29.

It's that time of year again; that time in which us humans celebrate the arbitrary, yet

weirdly specific point in Earth's revolution around the sun and, where as per tradition,

we are expected to make 'resolutions'.

Maybe it's because the two sound alike?

Revolution... resolution...

I- I mean, I guess.

I do feel a bit weird about everybody doing it all at once, though, since they're all

basically the same.

Like, 'I wanna lose weight!', 'I wanna get organized!', 'I wanna spend less money!' *sobbing*

I mean, that's great.

I'm glad you're doing that.

But /everyone's/ doing the same ones.

I don't understand why everyone does it January first, but since it seems to be a cultural

habit, I'll do it, too.

Okay, I only have a couple of resolutions.

Firstly, I need to deal with the monsters.

There's Tollibo, the friendly linen closet creature, but don't let it's name fool you.

It will steal /all/ of your towels when you aren't looking.

T: This is MINE.

E: There's a nest of bauble-birds in my wall.

I've never seen them before, but they leave their excrement /everywhere./ Also Jeff; he

lives under my bed, and frankly, I've grown kind of attached.

Only, he makes weird noises in the middle of the night and disturbs my beauty sleep,

so he's got to go.

*blubbing noises* Wha- What are you- What are you DOING, Jeff?

Hey! *knocks* Knock it off!

J: Oh, sorry.

*blubs away* E: Uh, sorry about that, Jeff.

J: Oh, no, that- that's okay, I guess.

E: My second resolution is to tame my piano.

It looks domesticated, but when Jeff isn't waking me up in the middle of the night, it

is.

*stomping and nyoming* *piano noises* *Eli hushes agressively* ShhHHH.

Shhh.

Shh.

Hush.

Be quiet.

Shh.

Good piano.

My last one is kind of personal.

It's just... to stop accidentally teleporting my friends to alternate dimensions.

See, what I haven't explained on here yet is that my friends' existences are entirely

moderated by my thoughts, and I get really easily distracted.

Sometimes, we'll just be hanging out together, and I'll get sidetracked *pop* and they'll

just... kinda disappear.

It's kinda- it's kinda awkward.

Uh, guys.

Gu- *sigh* Shoot.

And, the only way to get them back from said dimension is to do this really weird chant

and dance, and it's- it's kind of humiliating, especially in public.

*dances and stomps a bit.* Plus, they always come back unconcious and they take forever

to recalibrate.

So... yeah.

I do- I do have real friends.

I swear.

So there you have it.

Those are my new year's revolutions- I mean, resolutions.

Oh, wait, hang on.

I have one more that I almost forgot.

I want to be more creative.

I want to be better at expressing my thoughts in unique ways, because even though I'm deeply

grounded in science, the real world and one's imagination are able to exist separately from

one another.

I want to be reminded that not everything has to make sense and not everything has to

be scientifically proven.

I want to be reminded that there is beauty in silly things that make no sense, and I

never want to be so far removed from my inner child that I can't find her anymore.

Well, that was a silly thing that I did.

I hope you enjoyed that.

I had a lot of fun making it.

If you feel so inclined, you can comment below telling me your new year's resolutions, real

or imaginary.

My twitter handle is right here if you want to follow me @wisdomforgotten, or you can

subscribe to me over there somewhere I'm not sure exactly, in that area.

I hope you enjoyed that.

It was very silly and fun to make; I liked it.

Okay, bye.
