Today i am going to tell you a mask which will slow down ageing

Isn't it amazing?

Everybody wants to look young all the time. But, this cannot happen

so, to delay the signs of ageing. i am going to tell you what to use in that mask

i am going to talk about Amla which is also known as Indian gooseberries

Alms is rich in Vitamin A & many other nutrients

It is really good for your liver & flush out the toxins from your body.

due to high concentration of anti-oxdidants

it reduces the free radicals of the body

so, how to make this mask

take little amla powder

Add into Fuller's earth which is also known as multani mitti

and mix enough rose water & make a fine paste

apply it on your face in a circular motion

leave it for around 10-15 minutes & then rinse it off with lukewarm water

and remember final rinse should always be with the cold water

use this mask once a week

this mask will prevent pre-mature ageing signs like wrinkles, age spots & fine lines.

so, to delay the sign of ageing

include amla in your diet as well as for cosmetic uses

this was a very simple face mask
