A GREAT DAY IN DUBLIN - Duration: 6:20.

One day, these brand new couches showed up from the landlord.

So the landlord lives in England so we like never saw him or anything but uh they brought

these couches and they brought this table and that was really cool.

The old set up, we had the chest of drawers back here and the projector was on top of

it, so it was on this wall, so we'd like sit on the couch and watch

- I totally forgot about that, that we had that whole wall set up as a massive projector.

Yeah That was great for parties

They took off the vine from the back yard - Christ -

So they came in and they ruined everything There used to be this gorgeous vine up there

- yeah, I can tell - and uh, the whole wall was just kind of greenery

and now they have chopped it down Do you remember?

We were telling you about Kevin and AV, that's the chair he broke!

So, question, is is weird for you being here?

Like, is it nostalgic?

For me?

- Okay, cool not me - Oh, it's a trip!

It's very very weird.

I miss it a lot, I mean, it really was a great great year.

I don't know if you and Ben have the same idea about it, but I enjoyed it, Matt enjoyed

it, he talks about it all the time!

- Oh, like me and Ben love living here, it's legit the best location as well!

- Yeah, it's so great, it really is - and you moved out what, a year ago?

- About, yeah, Um, May.

What's it, March now?

- Yes, you're birthday is tomorrow - Oh, my birthdays tomorrow

- Your birthday is tomorrow!?

- Yeah - Happy birthday!

- Thank you - Man, that's exciting

- Yeah, it's something.

What'd we do last year for it?

- Well, you turned 21 and we had that crazy f*cking party and you threw up all over the

place and I have pictures It's nice and yucky

- Is that black stuff in the background just his vomit?

- yes.

Yes, yes, that's Pavel's vomit - Oh, don't do this to me

- Well, it's good to see you again Pavel!

- Put him on the spot!

- But yeah, thanks for like surprise dropping by, it was good to see you guys!

- Yeah, yeah, I'm glad it worked out - I hope that you enjoyed your trip in Dublin

- I absolutely did, yeah - Alright, see-ya guys!

(I did hug them once the camera was off, don't worry)

- Too bad we didn't get anything for you!

- Ooohh - I might ask for a knife

- yeah, we might need some...

I don't know how you would eat that otherwise - So me and Ben just went to this place called,

what was it?

Coco Bo?

I'm trying to read the labels on the things, it's only been there for a few months so we

hadn't been before, and I thought we'd duck in and it was good, and before I forget, I

wanna mention that the bathrooms had a blue light in them and I figured out this little

trick - So this is the bathroom, and I don't get

enough light in Ireland for my freckles to (really) show, but for some reason under this

blue light you can actually see my freckles which is so cool

- And now we're gonna find somewhere sunny to sit and drink the rest of our milkshakes

*general background banter* - Ben is singing opera now so I have to leave

him 🎵 Happy Birthday to you!

🎵 🎵 You live in a zoo!

🎵 🎵 You look like a monkey, and you smell

like one too 🎵 - Are you singing your own happy birthday

song Vladimir!?

- That's the custom here - Come here!

(can you hold this for a second?)

(it's on camera now!)

- I love that you can just like hold me up And everyone's got the little bits of make

up like in their beards and stuff, I love it

- It's so hard to take out 🎵🎵🎵

(He's coming back, hide) 🎵🎵🎵

- That is one of our very good friends Vladimir and he is also singing opera tonight as is

Anna, the girl we saw before Living with opera singers and being constantly

surrounded by opera singers is not something that I ever expected myself to be, but it's

alright!

I get lots of, lots of singing 🎵🎵🎵

And I've lost the guys so now it's time to head back home

🎵🎵🎵 And we have lift-off!

So, thank you guys so much for watching this, let me know if you are actually enjoying the

vlogs or not, I've having a great time making them, and now I'm off to study until I go

to bed and until next time, have a super swell time, and I'll see you soon!

Why Does BlackBerry Exist in 2017? - Duration: 6:22.

- Hey guys, this is Austin.

It is 2017 and Blackberry still exists, but why?

At one point Blackberry was pretty much synonymous

with the word smartphone,

however over the last few years,

they made some questionable decisions.

First up, we have the Blackberry Passport.

Now this is very much sort of the last hoorah

of the Blackberry 10 devices.

As it was still completely manufactured by Blackberry,

it ran their software,

and had a very much Blackberry keyboard.

So this guy was released back in 2014,

however, it's just a little bit different

than the old Blackberries back in the day.

(laughs)

As a size comparison,

this is what the Passport looks like compared

to a Galaxy S7.

While it's not that much taller,

it is so wide, like this is,

that's a crazy crazy phone in the hand.

I've gotta say though, it is unique.

There's definitely no other phone out there

with such a big display

and an actual physical keyboard.

So it's rocking a 4.5 inch, 1440 by 1440 display.

Now it might be a little bit weird

to have a modern smartphone with a square screen,

but in this case it actually does kinda make sense

as having the keyboard on the bottom is sort

of a Blackberry trademark.

In fact actually it might be a Blackberry trademark,

like an actual Blackberry trademark.

(laughs)

Something kind of cool about the Passport is

that the keyboard is actually a touch pad.

So for example, I can use it to scroll up and down this

or maybe swipe left or right, depending on what it is.

I mean of course it has a touch screen,

so that kind of negates a lot of the usefulness

of a touch pad,

but it is a sort of useful feature to have.

(laughs)

I like how before it even lets you get into the phone

you have to read about Blackberry

and how they're a global leader in mobile communications.

Sure guys.

All right, so we are up and running

with the Blackberry Passport.

Even though this phone is a couple years older at this point

it actually has pretty reasonable specs.

So inside it has a Snapdragon 801 processor

paired with three gigabytes of RAM,

and it also has a pretty monstrously sized

3450 milliampere hour battery,

putting a lot of phones even from 2017 to shame.

So when it comes to BB10, it's actually not that bad.

So some things that I like about it

is just how easy it is to multitask.

Everything's very nice and smooth.

It's pretty responsive especially considering

that this is a three year old phone.

When it comes to apps, there are some.

So, for example if you open up the YouTube app,

it's just a web app which is the same

for a fair few of these,

but to be fair stuff like the Twitter app

actually works reasonably well

and you also do have some support for Android apps.

This is done through the Amazon App Store.

So the way it works is there's a virtual version

of Android running on top of BB10.

So if I jump into something like Spotify,

(upbeat music)

It works pretty much as you'd expect.

Some apps don't really take too kindly to the square screen

and generally speaking performance isn't great,

but it does work.

Now, beyond that, you can have some issues.

So for example, a game like Crossy Road,

just completely fails to do anything for me,

but considering that this is an older phone

and it's running sort of a cludgy put together gross version

of Android, the app support is not terrible.

Honestly, there's a lot I really do like

about this Passport.

If it was running an up to date version of Android,

I would actually definitely give this a shot.

Next up we have the Blackberry Priv.

Now this was an interesting phone for one big reason.

It was the first Blackberry to ship with Android

instead of BB OS.

Take a look at the box

and you'll see they promise privilege and privacy.

That is quite the statement to put on your phone.

Crack this one open and you'll see a Blackberry

that looks a little bit different.

So at first glance it looks like a traditional smartphone,

however if you roll it up, roll it up?

It actually does have a full keyboard.

While the Passport is a really wide phone,

the Priv is incredibly tall.

And of course once you slide the keyboard down

it's not that much bigger than an average phone,

and to be fair the hardware here is pretty nice.

It does feel a little bit plastic-y,

even with the fake carbon fiber on the back,

but it feels pretty reasonable in the hand,

especially considering that you do have

that physical keyboard.

I think Blackberry did a pretty good job

of engineering it into the Priv.

So the mechanism feels pretty solid.

If you open it up you can feel just a little bit

of flex in the chassis, but it's not too bad.

But of course, you're getting a very thin smartphone,

not even considering that there is a full keyboard inside.

A physical keyboard is decent.

I don't think it really quite matches up

to some of the earlier Blackberries like the Bold.

I think it's just a little bit mushier than I'd like,

but again, I've been on some software keyboards for years.

So if this is something that's a really big deal to you,

I think the Priv might make some sense,

but honestly, I would probably use it

with the keyboard down all the time.

Something that really jumps out to me is the display.

Not only is 1440p, but it's also OLED,

and it really shows.

The colors are nice, the blacks are dark.

Honestly, I really do like the hardware of this phone.

The Priv was the first Blackberry Android phone,

but it is most certainly not the last.

That's where the DTek 50 comes in.

So this, while it has the Blackberry name on it,

is very much not a true Blackberry.

While this was a launched less than a year ago,

what you're really getting here is a little more

than a re-badged Alcatel Idol 4.

So not only does it not have a way

of getting out of the box.

(rustling)

So gone are most of the traditional sort

of Blackberry things like Blackberry OS

as this guy runs Android,

as well as the physical keyboard.

It very much is exactly what it looks like,

a fairly generic $300 smartphone.

So here we're getting fairly close to stock Android,

so there are of course some Blackberry apps

including BBM, which of course is already available

on Android and iOS anyway right now, as well as DTek.

So this is all about security.

So in theory, this is going to allow you

to amplify the security of a traditional Android device

and it kind of works.

So you can see here that'll give me some sort

of warnings as far as I need to set like a screen lock

or turn on data encryption.

It also reminds me that I am using a Blackberry device

and therefore device hardware is a-ok I guess.

But generally speaking, this is not really anything

that special compared to other devices specifically Samsung

which has a very similar style of software.

So while these phones aren't running Android 7 just yet,

they are at least fully up to date.

So if you check the Android security patch

it's from March 5th which was just a couple weeks ago

from when I'm recording this video

and that's nice to see,

especially since the Priv is coming up on two years old.

Of course it'll be nice to have a newer version

of Android to go along with it,

but at the very least, they are keeping these up to date,

and since it's fairly stock version of Android,

hopefully those updates will continue

for a little while.

So while I don't really recommend these phones,

there's nothing necessarily wrong with Blackberry.

Sure, they're nowhere near as big as they used to be,

but these days, they're making decent Android phones

with solid hardware and some legitimately cool features

such as a physical keyboard.

It might not be for everyone, but I do believe

that there's a place for Blackberry in 2017.

So, would you guys buy a Blackberry?

Let me know in the comments below

and I will catch you in the next one.

How To Use Mindfulness To Share Your Inner Greatness - Duration: 5:54.

How To Use Mindfulness To Share Your Inner Greatness

By Dylan Harper

We need enlightenment, not just individually but collectively, to save the planet.

We need to awaken ourselves.

We need to practice mindfulness if we want to have a future, if we want to save ourselves

and the planet.

 Thich Nhat Hanh

Think about a time you had a great thought.

Or how about a time when something came to you so effortlessly that those around you

looked at you in awe.

What did you do?

Brush it off?

Maybe you werent aware, but it was awesome.

And so are you.

We all bring unique perspectives, strengths, and experiences that we can share with the

world.

But sometimes, our humbleness causes us to overlook our moments of inner greatness in

life.

The missed opportunities that serve as reminders of what our strengths and sources of happiness

are.

If we brush these moments off too quickly, we miss out on the valuable insight that allows

us to become resourceful and original.

The call to action is to become more mindful in our lives to help uncover our strengths.

First, we must learn to spend more time internalizing these wonderful life experiences so we know

exactly how to share our inner greatness with the world.

How do we learn?

Psychology has taught us that how we learn is a two-stage process activation and

installation.

To do this we need to be mindful of these moments of brilliance while and internalize

them for longer periods of time.

The common expression in psychology is that the neurons that fire together, wire together.

But the other part of the equation we forget is that the longer neurons fire together in

the present moment awareness, the more encoded they become.

Our negative states do not require much time but positive states are much harder to encode.

These moments require longer duration, intensity, and emotional connections for maximum effectiveness.

How does this relate to our strengths?

Positive psychology supports that happiness is a result of feelings of purpose.

And that the key to living a meaningful life, is accomplished by the recognition and use

of our strengths for the greater good.

When we are more aware of our strengths, we are better able to recall and use them to

approach problems more resourcefully.

Experience the wins

Whenever you come across anything you feel is epic or brings you joy, take some extra

time 20 seconds to 1 minute internally to experience these emotions.

We all must be more mindful of your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations during this

internalization.

The same applies to moments of strength.

Internalizing these moments are what provide us confidence and allow us to understand how

we can contribute our expertise to any problem we face in life.

Put them away in your memory bank and visit them often.

Only then will you be able to effortlessly recall and apply these experiences as a starting

point to help you solve the next challenge you face in life.

Self-affirm the wins

Scientifically, affirmations have been proven that they have the ability to rearrange brain

neurons responsible for positive thoughts. Our words are powerful determinants of our

actions and give us reasons to believe.

While it might sound cheesy, saying positive, strong phrases to yourself is a great way

to influence your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious them begins to recall your strengths and help you recreate these thoughts

in reality.

Quit being so hard on yourself.

Your negative self-talk is only taking you further away from who you want to become.

Still, cant find your strengths?

When all else fails, the best answer is to seek feedback from those who know you best.

You never know what you can achieve unless you ask.

When did it become so wrong to ask others for help?

When did we become so shy of criticism?

The simplest thing you could do to reconnect with your strengths is to ask friends, family,

co-workers, or even your supervisor.

And if they are being brutally honest, it can naturally turn into a conversation that

helps you get feedback on how to build your strengths even further.

What if we spent time each day internalizing the positive moments or making the great things

we already do or knowbetter?

This represents a more mindful approach that makes us more aware of how we can use our

own strengths and happiness to positively affect the world.

But in order to recall these strengths and begin to use them in our lives, our brains

need more time to process and internalize these moments.

When we forget about the moments when our strengths shine through, we are unable to

create new moments of brilliance to recall on.

The moments that bring us joy and happiness and offer opportunities to become more resourceful

in all facets of life.

Beauty & The Beast and more at ICC Nationals Cheer Comp Vlog 2 | Sophie - Duration: 11:21.

S: Good morning everyone it is Saturday.

We are both dressed and haired

and makeup and ready to go for the day

We're doing some shopping because there's a shopping massive market complex it kind

of like.. Do you know what it reminds me of actually

Kate? Katie: What?

S: You know the lanes in Brighton, where there's just like loads of different streets with

loads of different shops. it's like that that kind of idea but it's just by our hotel.

I think we're going to go explore that. We have Beauty and The Beast booked for 5pm

tonight. K: Owchhhhh

S: She's just like, stubbing her toe literally every 5 minutes

and it's always the one that's broken. and yeah, I just thought I would give you

a quick outfit of the day I've got my trusty white leather converse

on again, ripped jeans, ripped high jeans from Topshop

This top, i'm actually making a video on. It is a little collaboration with another

Youtube called Dana Burkey I don't know if you've seen her. But i

will link her down below. And we hmm, spoke to this company and they're

really amazing i'm obsessed with their tops,

i'm obsessed with their service it was great and it was called Funnyshirts.org - i will

link it below again swell (i said funky but meant funny - was distracted haha)

and they have really amazing like cheer tops and i mean this ones just appropriate as well

being that my team is called Sapphire Elite Blue Queens.

But there's this one and there's also this one and she has a slightly different

one. But i think the video might already be up

when you see this. so you might already know about them anyway

but just incase you didn't see that video. funnyshirts.org (i said funky but meant funny

- was distracted haha) their service was incredible

they're from America but i got mine in like 10 days.

which is ridiculous for normal like postage and packaging to get to the UK from the USA

it's usually like a month. so i don't know how they did it but it got

to us in like 2 weeks. Kate, where's your top from?

K: Apricot - I know that one S: Nice

S: and your leggings K: Marks & Spencers

S: Snazzy S: and then you've got your Nike trainers

on again. K: the only ones i can wear. broken toe sucks.

S: But also, i just wanted to mention, i was talking yesterday that we got a fake tan,

which we did and we've got it from this really really

nice lady called tanning by tara. she's new. she was in old… old town?

K: Old Hatfield S: old Hatfield Town.

I'll leave all the links, like her Instagram and her website and everything down below.

But honestly, i'm really happy with the results.

Like i only really get spray tan for like comps,

but it went on really nicely, it came off really nicely

and i actually look tanned which is nice because i'm pale.

and she is doing a really good offer for cheerleaders -

so if you say that you were referred by Sophie or Maria

and that you are a cheerleader, then it will be £15 for a Fake Bake spray

tan. So i'm really really recommending that you

go and check her out if you are looking for a tan.

or whatever, she's really good and she does sun beds and contouring.

She did contouring for us and she also does spray tanned but i know

you (Katie) were looking at but i don't do sun beds.

But, she's not expensive at all. She's new but I really think she… she

knew her stuff so i will leave that link like to her Instagram

and everything below. [music]

S: so we've had a pit stop for a drink and Katie's gone for, is it an Oreo milkshake

Oreo Milkshake. Being healthy

Getting some sugar in and we may have done some damage

in Primark and H&M. But it's ok, you only live once so..

we're going with it. But i think we are done shopping.

Yeah and it's raining out. So i think we're going to go back to the

room for a bit. and chill

and then we've got the cinema soon. So we're going to leave in a couple hours

anyway to find our way to the cinema

because we've not been there yet *Katie coughing*

S: Katie's just chocking But i thought that i would lie everything

that we got out on the bed which when you put it like that looks like

quite a lot… we didn't spend that much actually.

So shall we start with Katie She got this top here from

Oops standing on everything it is from Dorothy Perkins

and it's got like two straps here then it's like off the shoulder

it's very Katie this shirt from Primark

This looks really cute on as well and like the sleeves roll up

well that ones not great but the sleeves do roll up

then she got, you know really exciting socks. these little bottles from Primark cuz she

uses them all the time and then from H&M

we found some really like we were actually both really surprised

they had some really good eye shadows and they were like £5.00?

£4.99 each and they have like really good color pay off.

so we both got a couple to try and they're these. and Katie got 'chin

chin' chin chin….

*giggles* and 'gala gown'.

K: they do make some random names S; moving on to me

so obviously, you know, sports bras what else you gonna get.

so i got this royal blue one here which i really like

i actually really like Primark sports bras. Hum, they're not like the most supportive

so it depends what kind of sports bra you want

so i also got a mint green one. and this one has like a cut out kind of back

i don't know how to explain that i'm not a beauty guru

then i got some hair stuff cuz i'm going to try and do my hair different for competition

tomorrow. because we haven't got a quiff so I'm

gonna focus on the pony tail so i'm not sure which one of these i'm

going to use some hair clips

and some hair pins. to try and work that

i got some socks some different colour shoes liner socks

then also some black ones cuz i always go to work and i have like funky socks showing

through my trousers and i'm pretty sure they don't appreciate

that at work but hey ho. then i got this top which Katie pointed out

and was like.. ha.. this is you Sophie and this top

which is like, kind of like the same material as Katie kind of went for with that top

where it's like a blousey material K: like what i was wearing yesterday.

S: yeah, similar to what Katie was wearing yesterday.

you can zip it up or down as low as you want. depending on how much booby you want.

got this power bank i was going to get a mint green one, then

i decided not to get one and then i saw a rose gold one in the queue

K: i tried to stop you S: she did try to stop me… she tried to

block it so i couldn't see it but… didn't work

and then i also got 2 eyeshadows from H&M. I more like silvery because i have more goldy

ones so i went for 'over the moon' and 'gala gown'

So yeah we are going to put this away and going to put stuff on charge

i don\t recommend these gluten free muffins or fairy cakes

they're a little bit dry and don't taste that great

but uhm yeah so…. we will catch up with you when we go

to the cinema if we find the cinema,,, good shout

and yeah… we will see you in a while. i just realised ….

i don't know if i can fit this in my case *Katie laughs*

are you filming me on the toilet? *Katie laughing*

K: NO! Look, exciting socks that she took the mic

out of and her laptop

and if you go away with Sophie you're going to end up being in a mess

because she's not tidy S & K *SINGING*: Thank you very much… need

some body with a human touch……. hey you always.

K: Do you know what my favourite song is? S: What?

K: Sia, I'm alive S: that song kinda annoys me

K: * Starts singing* S: i think it's because its been really

over played that it really just annoys me K: if i had her album … but you wouldn't

let me put it on in the car. S: i don't get her whole fringe thing.

S: i didn't say you couldn't put it on.. i said let's put on a mix besides little

mix… they're all a mix. ahh. little mixx…. mix get it mix..

get it? no?

just me? K: i secretly want the Justin Bieber album

secretly S; well it's not secret now is it

K: it is… um Queen

S: We've just got back from the cinema, it was really good

what did you think of it Kate K: really really really good

S: recommend it? K: definitely. go see beauty and the beast.

Amazing S: everyone clapped at the end it was that

good K: Yeh it was weird.

S; i didn't know they could sing K: Emma Watson's amazing at singing

and the hum Euer Mggregger? K: they have really great voices which we

were like.. they can sing? K: The rain killed my hair

S: i like it K: noo. it was straight and non frizzy and

now its frizzy and curly. S: But we are just about to have a lift party

S: just waiting for food. We've ordered

it's strange but it's kind of cool and i quite like the menu

and like they had so many dairy free and gluten free which is really great

K: and it's opposite the hotel S: and it's literally opposite the hotel.

So we're doing take away and then we're going back up to the room.

And i think we're going to carry on watching the programme we were watching called…

K: Santa Clarita? S: Santa Clarita Diet or something like that.

it was weird… it was really weird K: I don't know how they got her in that

S: Who? Drew Barrymore? K: Yeah… Netflix and Drew Barrymore do not

mix. S: it was weird. but it was kind of funny.

S: this was a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake….

Was being the key word. And food.

And what was…. They were really nice in there, oo if i can

turn you around they were really nice in there they were just

a little bit slow. S: and what have you got Katie?

So you've got fries, ketchup, mayo K: pulled pork, hollumi and lettuce and gherkins

S: oo i should have got gherkins good shout. i should have got gherkins

and i got, in here,

is a chicken burger which i haven't opened yet

and then in here we've got some sweet potato fries.

and then i've gone for ketchup and mayo as well

and our bed is not going to be white by the end of this i have a feeling.

K: it's a lot quieter out there today. S: Sounds the same.

She didn't have a very good sleep last night because all she could hear noise outside all

night because it was St. Patricks

K: Bloody Irish… joking i love the Irish - my best mates Irish.

S; so there was a lot of people drinking and shouting and bells going you said??

K: No that was this morning, there was a wedding… a trombone

S: yeah a trombone and i heard absolutely none of this yet again.

K: and a fight…. i woke up to hearing someone fight

S: and a fight K: i went to get water and they were saying

hi S: the advantages to being hard of hearing

of deaf is you can't hear any of this and you can sleep.

although i didn't really sleep but not because of noise, i just couldn't really sleep.

right anyway, K: you're weird when it comes to sleep

S: yeah i don't really sleep good. Right, so i will see you guys in the morning
