Waching daily Mar 27 2017

The north has a very flattering view of itself.

I mean if you look at actually living patterns and where demographics live the fact is like

Boston is significantly more segregated than most parts of Mississippi.

But sorry go ahead, your question was?

My question is that they are...that they were..they were enslaved...and they are still

Of course, well still is the question.

Right?

So I've never deny, and I would never deny, because it would be idiotic, that blacks have

been historically discriminated against in America in an unbelievable way, from slavery

to Jim Crow, of course thats true.

Jim Crow was ended in the 1960s. The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964.

The last time I checked the calendar, its now 2016.

So its been quite a while and the fact is that the poverty rate in the black community

was alleviating a lot more quickly before the rise of the Great Society, during Jim

Crow actually, than it has since then.

And to take another example, I said the single greatest indicator of inter-generational poverty

is single motherhood.

The increased rate of single motherhood is certainly not due to discrimination.

And the proof of that is that during Jim Crow, the actual single motherhood rate in the black

community was 20%, today its in excess of 70%.

What happened?

Are people more racist now than they were in the 1960s?

Of course not.

So you have to look to other factors for why people are behaving the way they are.

So, are there people who still suffer the after affects of historic discrimination?

I think sure.

I mean the fact that if you don't have wealth from your grandfather because your grandfather

couldn't be wealthy because he was a sharecropper in Alabama, yeah of course.

But that goes back to your earlier question, which is what can government do?

What is government capable of doing without violating somebody else's rights?

And the answer is not very much other than guarantee that I don't get in your way.

And the beautiful thing about America now is that nobody gives a crap about you.

Nobody gives a crap about anybody, and thats actually a good thing!

Like I don't think that as long as....I don't spend my nights trying to determine how I

can keep people down.

And nobody really in America does....very much, and because of that as long as people are

leaving you alone, in a free country its your obligation to make your way.

Now I think that theres a myth that goes around that people can make it from poverty to extreme

wealth in a generation.

That happens, it does.

And the fact is that according to the statistics, if you're in the bottom 20% of income earners,

95% of the people in the bottom income earners will be outside the bottom 20% of income earners

within 15 years, according to the IRS statistics.

That said, rising to wealth, as a family unit for example, usually takes multiple generations.

I mean most of our great grandparents when they came here were dirt poor, and now most

of the people in this room probably are not.

And so the fact that there is a delay in that process for a lot of black folks is tragic

and horrible, but it doesn't mean there is a shortcut; not in a free country.

Buttock Augmentation-Anesthesia for Buttock Augmentation-Dr.Cortes-YouTube - Duration: 6:16.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Bootyman.

Today we are going to discuss: Anesthesia for buttock augmentation.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.

Welcome back!

There is only one type of anesthesia that we deem appropriate for use

in a buttock augmentation procedure.

Before we talk about this type of anesthesia,

you need to understand what this procedure is about and how long it takes.

When fat is harvested for buttock augmentation, liposuction is performed in the more corpulent

parts of the body such as the abdomen, flanks, the sides, upper and lower back, and the thighs.

Typically, we need to inject an average of 800 cc to 1000 cc of fat in each buttock,

which can take from about 3 to 4 hours.

Because the procedure is quite long, we prefer to use general anesthetic.

Under general anesthetics, you will be completely asleep, which allows the surgeon

to properly sculpt and shape your butt in accordance to your desires and expectations.

When liposuction is performed and the fat is removed, tumescent anesthesia is injected.

This anesthesia also helps to control the pain and anesthetics requirements.

If you undergo these procedures without general anesthetic, it will be extremely uncomfortable

and awfully painful for you.

You can certainly do liposuction under local anesthesia.

Indeed, there are various differing opinions about the best type of anesthesia.

The weakness in tumescent anesthesia is that it contains lidocaine, and the amount of lidocaine

that will be required to numb all these areas will be above the maximum recommended,

which can cause toxicity and death.

On the other hand, general anesthetic provides a more controlled environment,

so when you are placed on your abdomen and liposuction is performed on your back,

the airway is secure.

This can greatly prevent serious consequences during surgery.

In my practice, I believe that general anesthesia is the only and best option for a successful surgery

that can give you the best and optimal results with absolutely no pain during the procedure.

In this video we discuss: Anesthesia for buttock augmentation.

Next week, will discuss: Excisional buttock.

Remember to comment below, share this video, like this video, and subscribe to our channel

Get ready for robots made with human flesh - Duration: 4:22.

Get ready for robots made with human flesh

by ANNALEE NEWITZ

Two University of Oxford biomedical researchers are calling for robots to be built with real

human tissue, and they say the technology is there if we only choose to develop it.

Writing in Science Robotics, Pierre-Alexis Mouthuy and Andrew Carr argue that humanoid

robots could be the exact tool we need to create muscle and tendon grafts that actually

work.

Right now, tissue engineering relies on bioreactors to grow sheets of cells.

These machines often look like large fish tanks, filled with a rich soup of nutrients

and chemicals that cells need to grow on a specialized trellis.

The problem, explain Mouthuy and Carr, is that bioreactors currently "fail to mimic

the real mechanical environment for cells."

In other words, human cells in muscles and tendons grow while being stretched and moved

around on our skeletons.

Without experiencing these natural stresses, the tissue grafts produced by researchers

often have a broad range of structural problems and low cell counts.

That's where robots come in.

The researchers propose a "humanoid-bioreactor system" with "structures, dimensions, and

mechanics similar to those of the human body."

As the robot interacted with its environment, tissues growing on its body would receive

the typical strains and twists that they would if they grew on an actual human.

The result would be healthy tissue, grown for the exact area on the body it was destined

to replace.

Mouthuy and Carr note that this would be especially helpful for "bone-tendon-muscle grafts...

because failure during healing often occurs at the interface between tissues."

What would this humanoid-bioreactor system look like?

It could possibly be built on top of a humanoid robot with "soft robotics" muscles made from

electroactive polymers, and the growing muscles could piggyback on those to get their exercise.

It would also need to be covered in soft, stretchable sensors to monitor the health

of the growing tissues.

The result might look a bit like the University of Tokyo's Kenshiro robot, whose actuators

make realistically human movements.

Its body would be covered in squishy, fluid-filled bags of engineered tissue.

Patients needing tendon replacements in their hands might be able to shake hands or play

piano with a robot who is wearing their future tendon grafts.

University of Oxford researchers Mouthuy and Carr suggest their humanoid-bioreactor system

might look like this Kinshiro bot, only with human tissue growing on it.

Looking to the future, Mouthuy and Carr suggest that this could be the first step toward "biohybrid

humanoids" with "cell-based actuators."

In other words, this robot would be like the Terminator, whose metal endoskeleton is covered

in human muscles, tendons, and skin.

Obviously, if we want to create truly humanoid robots, it would make sense to eventually

create ones whose musculoskeletal systems are made from cellular tissue rather than

stretchy polymers.

After all, this tissue is self-repairing and perfectly designed to stretch and contract.

MIT roboticist Rodney Brooks predicted many years ago that humans wouldn't be replaced

by robotswe would become them.

In this paper about tissue engineering, we can see one possible way that prediction might

come true.

This Is ONLY A Universe Of Inclusion - Duration: 5:27.

This Is ONLY A Universe Of Inclusion

By Dylan Harper

Today, I have a public service announcement: please remember, this is only a universe of

inclusion, not exclusion.

So, perhaps you have learned by now that you are the creator of your reality. Perhaps you

have come to know the Law of Attraction, and you understand that you have the power to

change your life with your thoughts and your focus.

Have you also come to understand that we live in a universe of inclusion? In other words,

we can only ever include into our realities, but we cannot exclude?

Ultimately, we create through our focus, and thats it. Whatever we are focused on expands

(be it good or be it bad).

If I allow myself to focus on how beautiful the world is, it will become more beautiful

to me. However, if I allow myself dwell on the things I dislike about the world, they

become more frustrating to me. Whatever I focus on remains relevant in my reality.

In other words, the words no, not, dont, wont and shouldnt provide very little

benefit to a conscious creator.

So, thats the rub. Yes, you are the creator of your reality, but you only create by inclusion,

not by exclusion. You can only put things in your reality, you cannot take things

out. You are an allower, not an excluder.

Understanding this element to the Law of Attraction is highly critical. If there is something

you dont like or dont want, fighting against it will. not. help. you. P.E.R.I.O.D.

Arguing your point wont help you.

Blaming someone else wont help you.

Making new laws and rules wont help you.

Trying to fix problems wont help you.

There is simply zero way for you to eliminate what you dont want by focusing on it, because

whatever you focus on expands. Sometimes this really sucks, but it is what it is!

So how do you deal with things you dont want? Are you doomed to live with the things

you dont want forever?

Well, fortunately, there IS a loophole when it comes to unwanted things.

Give them less of your focus. Find a way to make peace with them and let them go. Let

them fade out of your consciousness.

Put them on a ship and let them sail away. Invite in all the good you can, but turn away

from the bad.

Sure, people may think you are insensitive or illogical or uncaring or ignorant, but

you know better. You know the reality you want to live in does not coexist with those

thoughts, subjects and issues. Its your reality, after all, so why put up with unwanted

things?

Remember, you create your reality by allowing it in, and the only way anything gets in is

through your focus. Use your focus wisely, and be willing to let go of subjects and issues

that are not relevant to what you are wanting, regardless of what anyone else is doing. After

all, most people havent a clue about conscious creation. You know better.

Be the gatekeeper of your reality, and be selective. You arent required to think

about, discuss or argue things you dont like. You arent required to let them in

past the gate. You get to decide what sticks around in your reality. You get to decide

whats relevant.

So the next time you see something you dont like or dont want, remind yourself: I

get to decide what is relevant in my life.

Truthfully, theres a lot of stuff going on every day in your reality, so naturally

not everything that pops up is going to be perfect. Thats OK. Things dont have

to be perfect because you always get to decide how you choose to view them.

There will be things you dont like and there will be situations that arent always

comfortable, but you have the ability to let bad parts fade out of the picture. You have

the ability to focus on other topics. You have the ability to find the silver linings.

You can turn away from war, and look for peace.

You can look away from hate, and search for love.

You can ignore the ignorant, and embrace the understanding.

You can find prosperity over poverty, health over illness and fulfillment over discouragement.

You can choose to focus in whichever direction you wish.

This is your universe of inclusion, so use your ability to include to your highest advantage.

Last Night Donald Trump And Judge Jeanine Did The ULTIMATE REVENGE To END Paul Ryans

Career!

By Danny Gold

Last night was a HORRIBLE night for anyone named Paul Ryan and also works as the Speaker

of the House.

Donald Trump and his friend Judge Jeanine Pirro had a VERY special message for him

The pair worked together to build up an episode of Judge Jeanine where she told Paul Ryan:

Step Down as House Speaker Because You FAILED Health Care!

So I am sure you are wondering what President Trump had to do with this?

Well, it just so happens that yesterday morning Trump sent out this very peculiar tweet to

all his fans with one simple command: Watch Judge Jeanine TONIGHT!

Everyone THOUGHT it was about her special on Obama wiretapping revelations.

However, Trump never SAID that was the reason.

And we all know he was not happy with how the Republican party had a chance to repeal

Obamacare and failed.

Now its up to us to help President Trump.

His message was loud-and-clear: We need to Drain the Republican swamp first!

That does not mean ALL Republicans should go.

It simply means we gotta swap out the losers for winners.

Its time to end people like:

Paul Ryan John McCain

Lindsey Graham Mitch McConnell

And many, many more.

Clearly there is a lot of work to be done.

Help clean the swamp with your 2018 vote and help SHARE the word to ALL voters.

Also please comment the names of any more FAKE Republicans who need to get Swamp

Drained!

The Reviewer's Plague: The Curse of Content Creation - Duration: 6:12.

When Breath of the Wild came out the first things I did were turn off the map, master

dodging, crafting, and didn't do any climbing.

Those weren't arbitrary choices mind you, but rather a playstyle I'd grown accustomed

to after dozens of action games like Devil May Cry.

But 50 hours later climbing became my main method of travel, horses were obsolete, and

by pure chance I started parrying and while that vastly improved my experience, I noticed

friends ignoring parrying while powering through every sidequest they'd come across resulting

in diminished satisfaction from a self-described magical first-3 days and that itself raised

a huge problem, especially for content creation and reviews in a highly competitive environment

such as YouTube where content need to be pushed out the gate as quickly as possible for the

largest returns possible, making the environment not too unlike that of MGSV's review bootcamp

where outlets were pressured for time and essentially forced into a specific playstyle

that resulted in exceedingly high scores because truth be told, diving into the side-quests

and experiencing all the game had to offer paints a substantially lower-quality game

than the one received by rushing the main quest with the bare essentials.

But consumer time is unlimited and styles of play are far more diverse than the probable

50-100 outlets scoring games, so aggregate websites like GameRankings or Metacritic become

a key source of determining a product's true value, but people don't operate on

averages, they operate on biases and habits.

So while your average player may have all the time in the world, they'll never do

more than what they deem as being necessary before moving on to the next hot product or

starting over from scratch.

But put that with YouTube Content Creation and it's a different ball game.

Depending on what your shtick is you're bound to play accordingly, so creative playstyles

leave better impressions for more humorous content than those with more grounded experiences

for producing standardized reviews or just shooting for 100% completion.

That's not practical, heck it's not even relatable to the average consumer with a less

diverse portfolio, and outright insane for games as large as Zelda, but what it does

is highlight how poorly designed and stretched thin certain game design concepts are.

They're fine in small quantities where they don't have time to fester, but after the

5th Trial of Strength they stop becoming interesting ideas and start to degrade the experience.

And that's only worsened by item farming for upgrades, prevalent glitches, and a lack

of new concepts to keep things fresh and exciting.

It's optional, something a lot of people won't experience, but that doesn't change

the fact that what was experienced was poorly managed.

Truth be told, playing games for fun and review is tackling two different beasts entirely,

especially as the incentive for content creators to consume more of the media with longer playtimes

is ever growing.

So things quickly devolve into an ever repeating process of consuming homogenized games that

blur together to the point where even the smallest of slices of originality are going

to feel more pronounced than they would to average consumers, especially in previously

unfamiliar genres like Dragon Quest Builders, but in turn those heavy moments of repetition

are going to build a deeper trench to slog through, and the longer that experience lasts

the more apparent those issues become, making future returns less appealing and longer playtimes

less exciting.

In fact, it's almost a shame reviewers and creators are so pressured to push material

out the gate, the less time to review, the less time to think, analyze, or test extra

material less you miss the game's highest point of traffic.

You can only trust your gut as your brain remembers those more standout moments over

the more varied and often mundane in-between ones.

Even if it is unintentional, it's dishonest as hell.

But the most detrimental place for creators is a nigh-unavoidable headspace entered the

minute you start thinking of potential video ideas or review material.

There's a shift in mentality to where even the most minute details like load times, enemy

formations, and spawn rates become exceedingly apparent, meaning there's less time to think

about what you want to do with countless hours of free time and suddenly those silent moments

inbetween action meant to relax the player aren't working as intended, which makes

it difficult to let go and allow for yourself to become re-immersed in the experience.

You're no longer passively consuming content and instead you're analyzing anything you

come across and that's beyond damaging.

In fact, those first few days either pre or post release are probably the most damaging

to any experience Get a game at release and you've likely

already seen reviews and articles on websites affirming reasons to be excited or avoid the

end product, and those notions alone are enough to instill negative or positive biases in

the player that inadvertently shape their experience.

That's only made worse in higher-end products where players often rush through games to

their conclusion in efforts to avoid social media in fear of spoilers, and that severely

hampers playing habits by pushing players away from a stable mindset or alternatives,

good or bad and easily shows in produced materials.

Oddly enough it's pre-release review copies where you're free to experience true gaming

bliss, free from having to worry about spoilers on social media or personal ratings compared

to points brought up by other outlets or creators, but the special treatment and "hype" that

comes with free early access compounded with pressure to release content as early as possible

create the perfect storm for clouding judgement, no matter how capable the user is at managing

their emotional state.

For an early creator, there is no such thing as a safe environment for content creation.

Regardless of how practical or relatable it is to consumers or the public at large, it's

not until months later when the honeymoon phase has truly worn off and hype has died

that you can objectively judge a game's worth.

Even if it means investing dozens of hours deep into content that lessens the game's

overall value, regardless of if it's optional or not since it's part of the game, and

every bit worth examining in full, because like it or not, this is your job, your joy

be damned.

Ziemia Obiecana [#12] Manna z Nieba [PL\ENG] - Duration: 5:30.

Manna

This day of our Lenten Retreat will be dedicated to food.

The Chosen People, when leaving Egypt and journeying to the Promised Land,

needed prosaic things such as nourishment.

Several hundred thousand people wandering through the desert needed to appease their hunger and thirst.

How did our Lord address these human prosaic needs?

We find this out by reading Chapter 16 of the Book of Exodus.

At the time of famine, God rained down manna, the bread from heaven.

The Israelites ate the manna for forty years until they came to the Promised Land.

The Manna symbolizes the future manna: the Eucharist.

In the New Testament, in 1 Corinthians, it is described as spiritual nourishment.

In the Gospel according to John 6, Jesus said, "Your ancestors ate manna in the desert, but they died.

I am the bread of life that comes down from heaven.

Whoever eats this bread will not die but will live forever."

If it is so, we must ask ourselves where the Eucharist is in our lives.

This is the same Eucharist that is the source and the climax of the life of the Church,

and therefore, it is also the source of life for every believer.

If Jesus says that those who eat this bread will live forever,

we cannot deprive ourselves of this bread.

Otherwise, we put ourselves in a spiritual death zone

and risk losing our divine life.

Then what is the Eucharist?

During the Eucharist, Jesus invites you to participate in His transition from death to life.

We are invited to participate in the mystery of His death and Resurrection.

He explains to you the meaning of your life while the Word of God is being proclaimed.

Later in the Eucharist, He gives Himself to you when you hear the words:

"This is my Body, and This is my Blood.

Eat my flesh and drink my blood because this bread will bring you to your Promised Land, to heaven."

Without this bread, you remain weak.

A lack of physical food leads us to biological death;

similarly, a lack of spiritual food -- God himself -- leads to spiritual death.

I know you have difficulties in understanding and truly experiencing the Eucharist.

Sometimes it seems too long for you;

sometimes you do not understand the preaching and Gospel that was proclaimed.

Hence, I would like to ask you

to do something before you enter a church for Mass.

Please ask the Holy Spirit

Spirit to put a fire of love in your heart, that He gives you an understanding

of what really happens during the Eucharist.

Ask Him to make you aware that Jesus is taking away our weaknesses

and returning the freedom of God's children to us.

He is restoring our friendly relationship with God that we destroyed because of our sinfulness.

Therefore, before you participate in the Eucharist, pray to the Holy Spirit:

"Give me a true understanding of the mystery of our Lord's death and resurrection."

If you persevere in prayer, I can assure you that the Eucharist will become your everything.

You will encounter Him, who, loving you, gave away His life for you.

This meeting with Him will remain the center of your faith.

Without Him, you will be thirsty and hungry.

Ask the Holy Spirit to help you truly and deeply experience the Eucharist.
