This week I'm back at the Reactor 4 field for another game

I'm getting more used to this field now that I've played here a few times

so I volunteered to be the flag carrier

The enemy base is on the top floor of the main building

so we had to run past the open area to avoid enemy snipers

I took their flag carrier out

so we had no risk of loosing the game

but still had to reach their base to win

Problem was, the path I chose to go up there only allows for a single player to advance at a time

so we had to be extra careful

Here's what I have in mind today.

This is what I believe in: Happy people don't work for money.

Happy people work on things that matter to them.

Content people work for what they love.

And happy people have made that choice of going after the thing that they're interested in.

That is what I want.

The question is not what that thing is. You can be a doctor, lawyer, florist or whatever. it doesn't matter what you are.

What matters is the choice of deciding what you want to do.

once you have that happiness. You have that space and the choice and you have committed to it. I'm not saying it's easy.

I graduated as MBA, I worked for 3 and half a year with top grades, I wrote over 100 pages long thesis, whilst got two children and changed jobs three times and established my own business.

All simultaneously and I graduated on time.

I didn't watch TV or hung around in places that wasted my time. I worked, because that was my choice.

I wanted to accomplish it all, I wanted to graduate from a university, I wanted to do all those things. But I was ready to take it away from my own time.

Through that I got what I wanted and it fed the appetite of success and motivation. So, happy people don't work because of money.

Happy people do what they want.

Now I'm not saying it's easy.

But you can train it.

With little choices in your everyday life. Do you want this or that?

Make those choices. If your time is wasted on Game of Thrones, on Netflix. You fall on to the sofa at the end of the day, you won't develop yourself.

If you end up in a situation where you have to get some money, and you have to do something for money, then money is going to be the pushing motivator.

You won't live a happy life.

And once you pull on this string of life, time passes. At some point you're going to realize: "Damn it. I'm wasting my time. I should've done that whilst I was doing this."

You made that choice.

Where you're going to put your life.

Where you're going to invest your time.

It's those choices that you have to make. And you just got to do it, if you want to achieve something in life that matters to you.

Let's go back to that personal brand-issue that I talked about a couple of episodes ago.

If you don't work for the money, but because of your passion and you love what you do, it makes you more credible and authentic.

And all the others that want the same thing start following you, because you give them energy.

You're a positive motivator. They want to be like you and slowly you'll start creating your own personal brand.

You cannot create it without loving what you do. If you only work for the money, you have a huge problem.

Once the automation comes your work is likely to change and you cannot develop. There younger generation is coming and they have the stamina to work for it more than you do with lower weights and

The world is changing. The only thing keeping you motivated is the love towards the thing that you do.

town or something rather than just

assuming like oh they're just a kid having a

they actually might be experiencing

something scary really scary to them so

it's not jumping to conclusions

yeah definitely. I feel really like, I feel more

aware of it. definitely you, again it's

like you can't know something like this

until you see it through someone eyes,

someone else's eyes and seeing it like that

just so daunting.
