Severe Weather Update: Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie, 27 March 2017 - evening update - Duration: 3:01.

Hello from the Bureau with an update on Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie, a Category 3 system

that's currently located around 200 km east-northeast of Bowen.

Latest satellite and radar imagery shows the classic eye-like structure is now becoming clearly

visible with this system, and that's one sign confirming the intense nature of this cyclone.

Cyclone track maps and advices are now being issued by our forecasters every hour and

that will continue until after the system has made landfall.

These videos will not be updated that regularly so make sure that you're checking the Bureau's

website and app for the latest warning and forecast information.

Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie is expected to continue to move to the west-southwest direction, intensifying

further as it approaches the Queensland coast.

A coastal crossing is expected on Tuesday morning between Cape Upstart and Cape

Hillsborough, north of Mackay, as a Category 4 system, and that does mean very destructive wind gusts,

potentially up to 240 km/h near the centre of this system.

Although the strongest winds will be near the cyclone's core, damaging and destructive

winds can extend for several hundred kilometres from the cyclone's centre, and that's why

the current Warning zone extends from Cardwell down to St Lawrence, and also inland past

Pentland.

Now if you're in the Warning Zone that does mean gale force winds (or worse) can be expected within 24 hours

and in a Watch zone gales are expected anywhere from 24-48 hours.

Although the system is still offshore its effects are starting to be felt.

Gales and areas of heavy rainfall are now occurring about the coastal fringe and will

extend further across the Warning zone tonight.

Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie is likely to maintain its cyclone strength for some distance

inland as it moves past Collinsville on Tuesday, that does mean that destructive or damaging winds and significant rainfall are possible

as it tracks inland.

Widespread daily rainfall of 150 to 250mm are expected with the passage of the cyclone,

and isolated falls in excess of 500mm are possible.

With so much rainfall expected a Flood Watch is current for coastal catchments between

Rollingston and Gladstone, and that extends inland to the Upper Flinders, Thompson and Barcoo

catchments, and also several Flood Warnings have already been issued.

Severe flash flooding and major riverine flooding are likely with this system.

With the cyclone now approaching the coast the risk of storm surge is increasing.

Residents between Cape Upstart and St Lawrence are specifically warned of the dangerous storm

tide as the cyclone crosses the coast on Tuesday morning.

If the cyclone crosses the coast around high tide that could further enhance these effects.

So with such a dangerous situation developing make sure you are checking the Bureau's website

and app for the latest warning and forecast information and if you're in the area, follow

advice from emergency services.

How To Remove Line Art from a Background? - Duration: 5:32.

Hello guys and welcome to everydayidraw!

Today I'm going to share with you

my process of extracting lineart from

the background. I am going to demonstrate

it on my ink lineart, but I think that

this method is perfect for pencil

sketching or pen drawing. You will just

have to look more carefully after

contrast level. After scanning my lineart

(and I've talked about scanning in my

previous video so you can take a look)

first thing I'm going to do is to

unblock the layer I am working with. And

then I am going to crop it, just to get

rid of the unnecessary stuff. I'm going

to use a lot of hot keys in this

tutorial and I really encourage you to

use them as well. Because they will save

you tons of time! I use them so often,

that sometimes I don't even know where

the needed tool is located in the

photoshop itself, because I just got so

used to using it on keyboard. I'm then

going to remove excess pixels using

lasso tool, because it's much easier to

just select everything that I don't need

in one go, then later use eraser and

spend five minutes on erasing stuff. I am

going to play around with levels

a little bit. My goal here is to make white

pixels as white as possible, while leaving

the texture out and with black pixels

I am not so extreme. Because I want to have

a range of black and grey, since I was

drawing with ink. So I want to keep those

brush strokes there. After that your

picture is ready for the extraction

process and I heavily recommend you to

record a new action. Because from this

point everything that I'm going to do is

going to be the same for every picture

that I am working on and I will not use

any manual things. Meaning I will only use

tools available in Photoshop. I will not

select anything by hand from now on, so

I can safely record a new action. And then

just use it with one click for later

pictures. So after you made a new action,

just give it a name, a comprehensive name

that you understand. And from now on we

are going to use keyboard. If you have

your system in any other language than

English, please make sure that your

keyboard is in English right now. First

thing is to reset our swatches and this

is a hotkey "D" on your keyboard. This

will replace any colors that you had

selected with black and white. Next thing

is – we are going to select everything

using the ctrl A or cmd A. After that

we are using cut – ctrl X or cmd X. Then we are

using alt+backspace and we just filling

our background with main color, which is

black. After that you should press Q and

by this we are entering the quick mask

mode. You will see that it is a quick

mask, because when in the next step you

are clicking ctrl or cmd V, you will see

that your lineart appears dark red. And

this is totally okay! This is just how

you know that you are in a quick mask

mode. After that we are going to click Q

one more time to exit the quick mask

mode. And you will be left with

a selection only, no more red color. Which

is totally fine. Now we want to hit

backspace to delete all the selected

pixels and then ctrl D or cmd D to

deselect everything. After that you want

to create a new layer and fill it with

white color, for example. And just

place this layer below the layer with

your lineart, which is now extracted

from the background. After that you want

to stop your action, because we are

pretty much done.

Starting from here I might just clean up

my lineart a little bit, but in most

cases I will go into coloring. Really

cool thing that you can do in Photoshop

is to hit this icon on the layer panel.

By clicking it you will actually block

all the transparent pixels and you can

paint over the lineart and color your

lineart without being afraid to affect

its' transparency. I usually put my

lineart layer on top of everything and

set it to multiply or color burn, but that's

totally up to you. And then I do all of

my coloring on the layer below it, but

from this point you can do pretty much

everything that you like. Thanks a lot

I'm getting more used to this field now that I've played here a few times

so I volunteered to be the flag carrier

The enemy base is on the top floor of the main building

so we had to run past the open area to avoid enemy snipers

so we had no risk of loosing the game

but still had to reach their base to win

Problem was, the path I chose to go up there only allows for a single player to advance at a time

so we had to be extra careful
