Today I went to Son Tung's fan meeting

It was very fun

Son Tung knows how to speak really well and tell stories

And interact with fans

Right now I'm waiting for the Vapp

So that I can watch it

After the fan meeting, I got interviewed by someone

And the person asked me to sing one of Son Tungs songs

I knew the songs

But I don't know how to sing

And I'm sick so I'm not as good (lol im not good at singing in the first place)

So I want to watch to see how bad I did

I'm sick so I'm going to drink medicine and try to get this video uploaded (lol sorry everyone the meds KO'ed me)

Blue colors have inspired me since the childhood.

All the objects that are found in blue.

And laundry blue was easily available in the house.

I used to play with the blue color

And Laundry blue was very easy going subject for me

And I could paint well too

This became the central subject as I grew up

Two of my artworks won Limca Book of Records. And I gained a name in the society as "The Blue Painter"

All my works began taking the shade of Blue

I have done variety of Series works, first of which was "Life in Udaipur"

Then "Melting Sculpture of Ganesha"

Which shows how the color melts when the sculpture is submerged into water

Then I made the underwater series

Then I made the "Universe" series, "The Blue Fort Series", "The Blue Light"

My journey was about exploring new styles of painting in blue colors

In 2013, while preparing for my wedding

An idea struck my mind

We only have rectangular & triangular paintings

Why not toy around with the idea of creating a circular "Royal Wedding" painting?

That gives a new dimension to the Indian contemporary art

I painted a royal elephant on a 16 feet circular canvas

I start my work with a blank mind

I try not to replicate my past successful creations

I spread the marine colors, peacock blue and other shades of blue

I try to bring new dimensions and titles to the painting

As the painting develops, it starts building a look a direction for itself

I try to connect with the true art lovers

It took me 2 year just to publish the art and it was on display for the first time in Jaipur art summit

Even the art has to wait for the right time

Get inspired from the beauty, but try to apply new dimensions to the art

I don't really have any filtering and watch everything

'CLANNAD'

It's drawing style isn't the best and I initially thought 'how is this a masterpiece'

but after watching it through, it teaches you about life and it's really touching

I am embarrassed, but I honestly did sing a animated series song with friends

and they didn't like it too much

Let's say I have to practice at 3pm, then I wake up two hours earlier

There's a game called 'Aim Hero'. I warm up my hand with that for 40-60mins before

Then go into Overwatch and practice about an hour or hour ten in Practice or AI

I practice consistently

When I was having the worst day

I think I've practiced upto 4.5hrs one time

Q. How do you come up with fresh strategies?

After scrims, we gather up. There's a feedback time

We just talk about 'how about we do this or that' naturally

Q. When did you become a 'honmono'(otaku like)?

Before.. coming into the team house, I wasn't really..

If I say this, it almost feels like I'm the one infected from the team

Watching Animated series and acting like one, I think everyone picked up on their own style of 'honmono'

I am the original virus, but I think everyone had it in them.

1st SAYA_ I'm the one who watches the most and recommend so definitely the 1st

2nd NUS_ His first impression was strict. It seemed like he would be conservative

3rd LIBERO_ He loves idols and putting that into the rankings I put him in 3rd place

4th Hoon_ As I recommended him some, he's coming up slowly upto a place so he is 4th

5th Kris_ He is not interested in anime at all but really into Hearthstone

which I think it's also an obsession

6th/7th Changsik/Alpha_ I didn't really see them doing anything so I just put them as the last two

Q. What does Meta Athena mean to you?

I really trust the team. it feels like a family as I am living with them

and honestly, there was a time when the team almost broke apart but we didn't want to disband

when we didn't even try to do anything and said, 'we are at the bottom. Even we are punched around, let's climb up high'

I want to say 'Let's keep patting on ourselves and do well together' to our team

MAKHANE KI KHEER II मखाने की खीर II BY CHEF PIYUSH SHRIVASTAVA II - Duration: 5:09.

Welcome to bachelors cooking

Today I'm thinking to let's have something sweet.

But what to make in sweet.. Le't make Kheer

But not that regular rice kheer instead we'll make something different i.e. Makhane Ki Kheer.

Let me tell you the ingredients require to make makhane ki kheer, Here I've Clarified Butter

Lotus Seeds (Makhane), Sugar, Fresh Cream,

Nutmeg & Cardamom for flavouring

You can use any other flavour of your choice, you can put Kewra water

Or you can use Rose water or you can make it without any flavour as well

Chopped Almond for garnishing, Full Cream Milk

The process is very simple, firstly we'll have roast the lotus seeds in clarified butter.

So here I've clarified butter

Put it accordingly as much as you like but I've put it almost 4 tbsp.

Let it heat up & spread in the pan.

Roast the lotus seeds on very low flame

Make sure that they are well cooked else they'll burn from outside and will remain raw from inside.

So here we have added the lotus seeds and keep stirring it & cook it till it release sweet aroma.

So that it gets crispness

Initially they were white but now they are off white

That means they are cooked, another way to check if you'll press them you'll get crunchy feel instead being soggy.

Now we have to grind them, take a grinder and put all the lotus seeds into it.

Before it grind, let it cool down

Till then we'll put this Full cream milk into the same pan.

Here we have taken 750 ml Milk & let it have a boil

Milk is boiling and lotus seeds are cool down now, so we'll grind them.

Here we have coarsely gind the lotus seeds

We've to reduce the milk, but if you don't want rich

Then you can use either toned or double toned milk

Milk is boiled well and now

Now we'll add this grind lotus seeds in the milk.

Mix it well

Then we've to cook it on the low flame till it gets the consistency.

Now we'll it cook it for 5 mins by continuously stirring it .

Its been 2-3 mins the milk is getting cooked & at this point

Now we'll add very little amount of freshly grated nutmeg

almost 1/4 ts[p nutmeg

Also adding seeds of green cardamom for extra flavouring .

Now we'll add sugar in it & you may add accordingly your taste.

Mix it and cook it for another 2 mins by continuously stirring.

As you can see that kheer is thick as per our desired consistency.

To give this more richness adding fresh cream in it

Give it a mix and some chopped almonds & remaining we'll keep for garnishing.

If you don't want to add dry fruit in it, its your wish

But if you want you can add raising, pistachio, almond ,cashew nuts etc.

Now turn off the flame and serve this.

So here we have served the kheer & garnishing it with some chopped almonds.

So super tasty Makhane Ki Kheer is ready.
