SHIP.

THE CAL STATE MARITIME ACADEMY

PREPARES STUDENTS FOR CAREERS IN

ENGINEERING, TRANSPORTATION,

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS,

BUSINESS AND GLOBAL LOGISTIC

DURING THE CRUISE, CADETS

CONTINUE TO ATTEND CLASSES,

PPLIED TECHNOLOGY, AND

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND THEY

APPLY WHAT THEY'VE LEARNED IN

THE CLASSROOM, IN THE LAB, AND

ON THE WATERFRONT.

SESAME BEAN SALAD II तिल और हरी फली (बीन्स) सलाद II BY CHEF JYOTSHNA SINGH II - Duration: 2:13.

Welcome to F3 Recipes, My self Jyotshna

Today I am going to make Sesame Bean Salad, its very to make.

Let's have a look at the ingredients required to make it.

French Beans slightly boiled in salted water

Sesame Seeds, Salt, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder

Chopped Coriander Leaves, Lemon & Olive Oil.

So let's start making Sesame Bean Salad.

Firstly we'll put Olive oil in the pan

As soon the oil heat up, we'll add sesame seeds in it

We'll roast it till it gets brown colour.

As you can see, seeds are brown now we'll add French beans in it

Mix seeds with beans.

Adding Salt in it

Mix it well

Make sure you cook them on the low flame else seeds will get burn as in they are already brown.

Will stir them continuously.

As you can see its mixed well, will take it out in a bowl.

Adding Lemon Juice in it

Little bit of black salt as in we have already added white salt in it. Also adding Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder.

And now we'll mix it

Its mixed well & now we'll take it out in a serving plate.

Let's put all the remaining seeds on the salad.

Finally garnishing it with chopped coriander seeds.

So here we have Sesame Bean Salad ready
