DIY HOW TO MAKE THE BEST BANANA BREAD EVER! | BANANA BREAD RECIPE - Duration: 8:42.

DIY How to make the best banana bread ever

Banana Bread Recipe

Hashtag Zoe

hi guys it's Zoe and welcome back to my

channel so fortunate video I'm going to

be making DIY chocolate chip walnut

banana bread and it's really delicious

and also it's so easy that I'm making it

and I'm a 15 year old girl who literally

does not cook anything except cereal so

make sure to leave a comment down below

letting me know what your favorite

dessert is or if you make this let me

know how it tastes or tweet me pictures

of you making it just I want to see so

now without further ado let's go ahead

and get started video so all the recipe

information is down in the description

so if you want to make this follow along

with all the recipes and so and

measurements and stuff like that in the

description so basically we're going to

be putting the wet ingredients in One

Bowl and the dry ingredients in another

bowl mix them all together and then it

will become delicious banana breads that

you made yourself or maybe less your mom

to watch this video and make it yourself

in that case hi lovers mom I hope you

enjoy making it and make sure to pre

here a minute to 350 degrees so let's go

do that so the first step is mashing up

two cups of bananas because it wouldn't

be bananagrams out bananas so let's

smash these up best banana banana banana

banana banana banana banana

next thing you're going to need is three

eggs next thing you're going to need is

one cup of vegetable oil or oil I'm

using vegetable oil next thing you need

is one teaspoon of vanilla extract stuff

smells amazing hello just it doesn't

taste good by southside started with

mixed in it's great you know fun facts

when my mom is too lazy to actually make

cookies he boiled some vanilla extracts

with water to make the house smell like

she just bakes cookies but then I go

into the kitchen then there's just a pot

of boiling no actual go to you so but

not half life half okay next you're

going to mix all the wet ingredients

together and like so okay like your wet

ingredients look like this and if it's

chunky it's okay we are going to set

this aside and work on a dry ingredients

so we need for this bowl is two cups of

flour I already measured this out and

I'm going to put this in my bowl

okay so this is my favorite part because

I really feel like this brings the dish

together you're going to need a one and

a half cups of sugar so next we're going

to use one teaspoon of baking soda ok

next we're going to be doing one course

a teaspoon of salt just in case your

little salty ok so now I'm going to mix

the dry ingredients together ok now the

best mixed you're going to put the wet

ingredients inside of the bowl with the

drain region

the bone so next you're going to add in

half of the amount of walnuts you have

if you like more walnuts this part is

personal preference I'm just going to

put half of this inside and then you're

going to use it later to put it on

talking to garnish your i don't know's

to garnish your banana bread loaf is

that what cooking people say I really

know ok so I'm going to put in half and

I'm my hands are washed ok we use these

sanitary thank you good ok mix that in

and of course if you don't like walnuts

then you don't need any nuts if you just

watch off with banana bread go for it

next I'm going to be adding in milk

chocolate morsels site why do they call

them more so why don't you just call

them chocolate chip find a different

name for the word more sold more cool ok

so I'm gonna fit in as many as I want

what a great morsel ok so I'm going to

make these all together perfect so I'm

going to be using a loaf pan but you can

use any type of man you want I'd made

these into cupcakes for so if you want

some cupcakes bananas red cup cakes then

you can put them in a cupcake pan but

i'm using this one because i like low

i'm going to be spraying it with cooking

spray because i don't want it to stick

to the sides of the pan ok Oh

now I'm just going to throw everything

into the pan just kidding haha I'm just

going to pour next time you'll be taking

the rest of the walnuts used earlier and

I'm going to put them on top of my

uncooked to lowes and again this is

totally personal preference so if you

want a little bit of a nuts on top or no

mess on top just not in any kind of

person and the actual best part of this

flow situation is the brown sugar on top

so feel free to just put it all along

there so the brown sugar that I'm

putting on top basically caramelize Azaz

cooking and it gives it like a little

crust and it's so good and sometimes

I'll only I'll cut myself a piece that

will need the top so great so ladies and

gentlemen and everyone in between here

is your loaf uncooked so now we're going

to put it in the oven sure we'll be back

when it's ready to see the finished

product and you a taste test do hours

later so here is the finished product

it's obviously dark outside because I

put it in the oven for 30 minutes let it

cool for a very long time and now it is

done so I'm going to go ahead and try

this also make sure it's like crispy on

top that's the best part because it

tastes delicious so let's try

ten out of ten you know I don't cook a

lot or Bing this is pretty bomb not

gonna live

thank you so much for watching if you

stay to the end of this video thank you

so much and comes down below unicorn

squad so we can use all the people who

have not stayed till the end because you

did so thank you so much for watching

till the end side away next week's video

may or may not be a room tour to sing I

will see you guys on Friday with another

video clip

The Afterlife Explained Within 14 Minutes Or Less! - Duration: 13:59.

I uploaded a video a few months ago trying to explain this, however as the topic was

so new to me I didn't do the greatest job explaining and probably should have waited

until I knew more about the subject in order to explain.

However I did learn something from doing the video, it was about this man:

This man by the name of Robert Monroe, started having spontaneous out of body experiences

in 1958.

They would occur while he was trying to fall asleep.

He became worried so made several trips to the doctors to find out what was causing

them.

After being told several times by the doctors that he was in good health, Monroe stopped

fearing the out of body experiences.

He grew curious once he overcame the fear of the spontaneous experiences, as he believed

they were going to kill him.

After finding himself returning to his body alive and well each time, he decided to explore

the out-of-body world as he taught himself how to navigate because they happened so frequently.

He wanted to document the out of body world in the most scientific way possible.

This lead to him developing a technology by the name of Hemi-Sync which induces an out

of body experience, by using this he and his team mapped out the out of body world.

This has been done by pretty much all civilizations in the past by using various methods to escape

the human body.

Previous civilizations accounts were more symbolical rather than scientific and have

been lost in translation overtime.

For example the Egyptian book of the dead, the Egyptian Pyramid Texts text, the tibeten

book of the dead and so on.

Thanks to Monroe's recent discoveries we can get a better understanding on what past

civilizations were trying to explain to us.

Monroe documented our phases in consciousness going from conscious to unconscious and then

out of body.

He broke these into focus points, these focus points were categorized into locales,

these are random names used to try and illustrate places we travel to once we leave our body.

the three locales are part

of "The Earth Life Energy System".

To give you a quick idea here are some focus points we phase to while in the body.

- Focus 1 – Normal everyday waking consciousness

- Focus 3 – State of Coherent mind (Meditation)

- Focus 10- Mind Awake, body asleep (falling asleep)

When we phase rapidly from focus 22 which is sleep to focus 10 this is when the phenomena

known as Sleep Paralysis occurs as our minds wake up before our bodies causing the paralysis

feeling.

We phase rapidly from focus 1 to focus 22 when we get knocked out.

Now for the locales:

Locale 1: Locale 1 doesn't need much explanation it

is the earth but just out of body, so for example if you were to have an out of body

experience in your bedroom you would enter local one.

I have experienced being in local one during an out of body experience I had while trying

to fall asleep.

I could still see the interior of my room containing myself and the objects, everything

just seem to have a dark shade over it.

Once you travel out of the Earth's atmosphere You go into Local 2.

Locale 2:

You enter local 2 by passing through focus 23

In ancient Greece they called Focus 23 "The Door To The Underworld",

In ancient Egypt this was called "The Duat", they mapped out local 2 from earth using

The Pyramids of Giza.

The Great Pyramid of Giza was accurately aligned using astronomy, it is within 3 60th of a

single degree true north to the earth's axis.

This would be quite difficult to do today let alone back then.

It is also aligned with east, south and west.

When looking at the pyramids from above we can see that they are representing the three

stars of Orions belt, with the milky way being perfectly matched with the Nile river.

This suggests that the specific location for the pyramids was chosen for this.

Astronomers concluded, The God Osiris in ancient Egypt was a representation of Orion being

known as the ruler of the celestial afterlife kingdom known as the duat.

The duat had very specific astronomical coordinates being located in the sky between Leo and Orion

with the Milky Way running through it.

The Egyptians called the Milky Way "The Winding Waterway"

The Sphinx which was originally lion bodied lines up with the constellation of Leo.

The Egyptians claimed the duat was the first place we travel to accompanied by a spirit

guide known as Anubis in Ancient Greece this guide was known as Charon who would appear

in a sail boat which could be symbolical for the rivers of the Milky Way, also on the south

side of the great pyramid a sail boat was found buried.

Each culture who studied the out of body world have different descriptions of spirit guides

seen in the afterlife, this is because they will appear to them as something materialised

from their experience of begin a human at their current time/date on this planet.

Therefore it will vary from culture to culture.

In writings about the duat it describes chambers and passage ways leading to the final journey

of the duat known as the judgment hall of Osiris this is also known as the judgement hall of

Orion.

In this judgement hall within local 2 the Egyptian's described your journey into local

2, this would be going into Heaven or Hell: Hell by getting obliterated by a therianthrope

called Ammit known as "the eater of the dead", Heaven by be given access from Osiris

the figure who was watching over Orion.

This decision took place in the 5th division of the Duat, divisions 4 to 6 were known as

Rostau this was The City of Giza's previous name.

The 5th division was also known as the 5th hour as the Duat was split into hours.

The Egyptians claimed there was a great secret which lies within the 5th division, this great

secret is the judgement is entirely your decision.

Monroe explains that in Locale 2 '"thoughts is the well-spring of existence"....

As you think, so you are'.

His explanation that movement in this state is brought about by thought, not by any sort

of physical effort.

In this area 'like attracts like'.

This, according to Monroe, accounts for much about the nature of your travel in Locale

2.

Your destination there depends on your innermost desires, not your conscious plans.

In Egyptian writings of what was in the duat they described and illustrated chambers you

pass through to make it to the 12th division.

It is now believed the great pyramids interior chambers are a layout of the duat as descriptions

and Egyptian illustrations match perfectly, The Great Pyramid has also been referred to as

"The Journey of The Duat in stone".

Locale 2 is similar to lucid dreaming however during lucid dreams we manifest our reality

and know we are dreaming, in locale 2 we know we are dead but we our unaware that we

our manifesting our reality as we believe this is the final resting place where we are

rather with Satan or the Lord.

Former humans who are not religious also inhabit Locale 2 they will recreate familiar environments,

or manifest pastimes without any religious aspects or connotations.

Locale 2 is a place of thought, and quite separate from the physical, but it has many

features of the physical.

This clip from the 1990 movie Ghost sums up Locale 2 perfectly

The second part of the clip demonstrates how the spirit is still caught up on human life

therefore choosing to recreate the scene of their death making it re-occur as they were

unhappy with the choice of suicide being in denial of their death.

Although this is only a movie it was the best representation I could find.

As for the Focus points within Locale two these consist of:

- Focus 24: This is the location of hell, this is the site of non- psychical activity

generated by simple or primitive religious or cultural beliefs.

Focus 25: This is the location of heaven, The expression of the major organized religious

beliefs in recent human history.

Focus 26: This contains the structures and knowledge of various highly individual religious

and other beliefs based on direct experience of self.

So symbolically if we were to be eaten by Ammit we would go to Focus 24 but if we were

given access by Osiris we would go to Focus 25.

Most of our dead relatives will be within these focus points as they don't know that

there is anything beyond it.

Focus points 24 to 26 are known as "The Belief System Territories"

We must pass through Locale 2 due to the process of dying, so while there just remember you

are no longer human and there is more than your past human experience.

To make your time there shorter, ask yourself what's beyond this and focus.

The Duat describes our journey from Focus 23 to Focus 26.

Focus 27 is the edge of human thought capacity and a place for rest and recovery from the

trauma of physical death.

From here we choose what we want to do next as we have left Locale 2 and entered Locale

3.

Locale 3: This is going to be the hardest place to describe

as it is out the bounds of human thought capacity

Within Local 3 is our I.T. this is an abbreviation for our I-There

The i.t. is known as the I there of you or your I-There and your total self

Your i.t. is like a database or catalogue of cluster consciousness from your previous

lives, before you arrive a small cluster of previous experience personalities are grouped

which form a new one.

Our I.T.S are constantly retrieving previous personalities from the belief system territories

so they can gather all our previous lives in order to form a final incarnation so they

can leave the earth life energy system and go into another direction.

Your I-There will enter the Earth life energy system starting its journey to collect enough

information to gain escape velocity, life is also known as "The Game".

Many I-theres stay in the earth life energy system for what humans consider as thousands

of years.

This is because most of us become addicted to the human experience, one of the largest

addictions being sex.

Without the body we can no longer partake in bodily activities and functions this could

be the reason why we say bless you after sneezing.

We have the choice to reincarnate at Focus 27 this focus level in the occult it is known

as "Summerland" in Ancient Greece it was known as "The Isle Of The Blessed"

In order to reincarnate we must loose our previous life memory, recognize and realise

time/space exists and choose our entry point within a time frame of our choosing, this

can be of the future or past.

I-Theres can proceed out of locale 3 and exit the earth life energy system once they have

collected all their parts from Locale 2 and their final part makes its last round on earth,

these people are known as "final incarnations".

Final incarnations are humans born as the last part of their I-there experience, these

are also known as graduates of being human and are here for their last run.

They are considered gods as we term "god" in other energy systems.

This is because they were able to detach themselves from the earth life energy system being no

longer interested in Locale traffic.

We are here to accumulate escape velocity until we have finally gained enough experience

to be able to no longer feel the need to return to earth.

The biggest attraction to those who enter the earth life energy system in order to become

a human is to meet a final incarnation.

There are quite a few people considered to be final incarnations including Plato and

2pac, 2pac claimed many times his only fear of death was reincarnation meaning he never

wanted to come back.

He made history within music culture and the world.

We can visit all these focus points and locales while we're still here psychically by using

methods to escape the body.

As humans we are born into evolved brains of predators therefore we still have predatory

fears of survival this is where our fears stem from.

Leah Remini while on the joe rogan experience claimed scientologists call this our "reactive

brain" and teach members how to overcome it.

Money preys on our survival instinct which is why most in poverty live in fear and resort

to crime in order to survive.

It's crazy to think in a time where intangible money can be literally typed up, we still

live in a world of poverty.

There is more to the human experience, it's just invisible to us until we leave the body

or do what we know as "die".

After death we get caught up in the thought of being human as we are used to human behavioural

patterns and know no different than the human experience so we continue to create familiar

environments beyond the grave, based on how we lived our previous lives.

However there is more to this, when we die we have to adapt to no longer being human.

Although this has been known about for thousands of years by our ancestors it was lost in translation

over time, as this translation by Robert Monroe has only been with us for the past 30+ years

it is still new and one day his modern day English translation may be Un-intelligible

to future civilizations making them still wonder about the mystery of death.

Due to Robert Monroe's discoveries, the United States Défense Intelligence Agency

hired him in 1978 to carry out more investigations, after his death in 1994 the C.I.A. declassified

the documents and they are now all available to read on the web.

They explain the holographic torus nature of the universe along with the explanation

of consciousness and energy.

We have done a video about some of the experiments that took place for one of the projects if

you want to know more.

Trust and Communication in Relationships - Duration: 15:55.

it never cease to surprise me how

important trust and communication are in

relationships lately in the dating thing

and being single bloke and going out

there to meet the lady of my dreams

which is a big part of my quest around

Australia to find love and romance and

settle down and put a happy family life

etc etc and never cease to surprise me

how many ladies out there are really

struggling to find guys that are good

with their communication but also have

the ability to communicate effectively

themselves and we look around the

greater world around us communication

issues are very much a regular thing in

today's world if we just look at a lot

of the arguments that are going on

between America and North Korea and the

rest of the political agenda worldwide

without going into any conspiracy

theories you know the world could do the

whole lot higher level of ability to

develop trust and an interpersonal

sinners you through the fundamentals of

effective communication and it's exactly

what I bring to you in this video is

that effective communication are

ultimately how we build the foundations

of our trust in our relationships and

how we start to actually evolve as our

individual self and actually start to

understand our self and others at a

deeper level because without

communication we ultimately have nothing

Mozilla discard living our life in a

smoke and mirrors and throwing caution

to the wind because all else is

ultimately varying levels of

psychological abuse and what I mean by

varying levels of psychological abuse

through misunderstandings ultimately

somebody's got to get their needs met

and if everybody's not winning if

everybody in said scenario which ever

said scenario that is is not getting

their needs met then also released

somebody's dominating and influencing

that communication & moment in time

which ultimately is what I start to

understand as the foundations of

psychological abuse because

I mean if we're all on a ride to climb

to the top of our own Epiphany then

either one of us wins or all of us wins

and if if any interaction that we are

partaking within at any given time of

our life is directed more so that us

winning rather and everybody winning

then ultimately by my interpretation

that's the foundation of psychological

abuse because if we're not communicating

with the intent to understand we're only

ever reacting and responding based upon

our own getting our own needs men which

is a total eradication of how we build

trust and evolve within our

relationships around us nor any of this

camera work actually glows the sunset is

that my energy or is that that camera

that's amazing i love that I love the

artistic expression of these videos

because it just really brings me into my

own you know I'm growing up a lot of my

life I spent creating artwork and doing

graffiti as a young young bloke and what

I realized later on in my life is a lot

of that was my desire to be understood

by my mother and father because within

their destructive nature of their

relationship they didn't take the time

to listen to one another didn't take the

time to work for their issues and come

to understand one another and the more I

travel around the more I look around I

see everybody dealing with varying

levels of the same idiosyncrasies it's

like people are kind of compromising

their needs and compromising their their

truth in order to either keep somebody

else happy or to maintain a certain

level of happiness for themselves which

is only ever going to result in angst

and anxiety and in at all means over a

longer period of time which ultimately

eventually we have to heal from because

the further we stuff down our emotions

inside of us the longer it's going to

take for them surface and and to to heal

and for us to move beyond because we

removed it on the earth move you on the

pain

so we can start to step into playfulness

on whatever level that is whatever

fundamentals we see ourselves as having

fun and when we bring that to our

relationships you know we give everybody

a permission to declutter their life and

declutter their mind and move forward at

a greater level of abundant nature

regardless of their intellect leadership

skills authority of skills financial

situation et cetera et cetera and you

know I've found over the last couple

years when I've developed my

relationships based upon that thesis of

wanting to see the people in my win you

know I've had a lot let a lot of people

go have had to let a lot of people move

on with their life and go in their

direction because it's very hard for a

lot of people to grasp that concept

because of our bills and our debts and

our positions in life and some people

have just have got that level of clutter

in their life as they can't find the

mental capacity to stop and process the

philosophy that I've come to understand

through my experience through the mental

health situation and starting to heal

and resolve the domestic violence issues

in my own family you know that's fine

i'm happy with that because each

person's on their own journeys are on

there I'm mission to understand their

world and interpret interpret their own

world so even though my goals and my

dreams of a grandeur of scale to

eradicate mental health in the greater

world by 2023 I can't force people down

there down the moat or down there down

the run of the mustering stockyards of

understanding because it's not my role

it's my role to lead by example because

we've all been accustomed to the

leadership by authority that's been

prevalent in the world today and to a

large degree a lot of people have become

very structured around that yep you know

one of the most liberating and

fascinating moments in my life was when

I did quite of my life and got rid of

all my stuff and basically packed up my

life in the back of it my fault drive

and traveled around strategist at for an

Australia you know it really was it was

magic

and in doing so it was very hard because

I had to get rid of a lot of stuff that

really had high levels of sentimental

value and you know it was it was Annie

braiding quite substantially because i

was literally throwing away my life and

my memories and everything not held

sincere in order to have a light and get

out on the road you know when I was a

semilinear I working in the bush my

father sent me out so bush is a 17 year

old to make a man out of myself which

I've spent a lot of times in angst and

remorse over that moves because it's

kind of removed me from everything I

knew and trimming the deep end in a

direction that I had no desire to travel

you know met a couple of guys out there

any in gingin both those lads a traveled

extremely light like they could go away

for months on end with just a small

backpack or suitcase and to me it was

like how do you do that the idea with em

is what they say is that you clear they

would clear their mind or traveling

light year they don't have that all the

mod-cons nor the threats and all the all

the fun stuff but everybody else has got

that anyway so that I really need it and

as long as they're in a light-hearted

mindset morning to have fun and wanting

to see everyone else happy and prosper

people would share their stuff with them

anyway so they didn't have to carry all

the clutter so there'll is a win-win for

them now there's a very very transient

lifestyle I guess you can call it but

they would some of the coolest blokes

I've ever met and now we're absolutely

fascinating to UM to associate with some

spin Thomas I learned so much about

lateral thinking and lateral quality

from those guys and they really learn

taught me the liberality of the idea of

being liberal in your approach to your

philosophy in life because from your

philosophy you could philosophy you

could have a grand your scheme or a

picture or an image of how you want it

to your life to be and anytime anything

did not add up and move in that

direction you could quite prevalently

chop and change your geography ography

demography there is your social group

your job you Korean whatever it was to

actually is more a car

wait and a customer to your philosophy

in the way that you want to live your

life which is for them predominantly fun

and playful and happy but I connect with

people where they're at and work hard on

the ideas and lateral thinking and

solving problems in a lateral way

because it was what really motivated

those guys from their experience in life

and it's definitely become a big one of

mine because those guys grew up in a

fairly similar upbringing in

relationship to mine except avail from

the lower socioeconomic groups whereas

you know I grew up with with the

fundamental a lot of nice stuff mum dad

had a beautiful house of what not they

didn't have any time or any patience for

one another or any anything in between

really that this had nice stuff and are

arrogant about it to a large degree and

yet that's taught me some fun type some

real fundamental skills and my own

ability to have a desire to communicate

effectively and work through issues and

now speaking to some ladies recently in

traveling around straley our meeting

dating women or oh this I the country

i'll see how much that clustering of

stuff in our life as in physical stuff

also our Queens to mental clutter as

well and starts to really slow in an

ev'ry at our mindset and our ability to

process information down at it quite a

catastrophic rape and so the more vivid

our experiences are in life and the more

on the condemned and negative end of the

spectrum of our experiences that could

possibly be the mental clutter that and

cost of that emotional turmoil within

our mindset really limits and inebriated

our ability to have a high level of

emotional resilience you know when I

deed costed my life and jump to the back

of my for driving travel grants trail

you know the biggest burden I had to

deal with it was my emotional turmoil

you know like it was cool travelling

from Beach to Beach and chillin out on

different beach and gone surfing day to

day was amazing because all I had to

worry about was where I was going to

have something to eat where I wanted to

camp out the next night and where I was

going to make

new friends and so I see a lot of people

in you know the world's a particular

particularly women not being able to

process their emotions constructively

and move into conversations and move

into relationships effectively because

of the leftover residue of emotional

turmoil from past relationships past

experiences no debts and bills that just

a crew overtime and so many people are

getting caught up in that grind that

hassle of having to keep up otherwise is

that overwhelming burden of the rising

floodwaters threatening to take you out

and it really limits people's ability to

step into playfulness to step into

happiness and abundance of a mindset and

dance wholeheartedly like nobody's

looking you know one of the greatest

provides I've taken in my life is the

ability to dance in the rain like no

one's looking at any given time of my

life and anytime I can't find the

ability to do that like even now turn on

the camera and speak into it on a

beautiful little park like this or

around people like I start to question

what's going on for me emotionally

because I always like to keep my

emotional bank account pool and by

regulating my emotional bank account and

understanding where my emotional turmoil

as that and really understand those

fundamentals of my life and my lifestyle

shows me where I can improve the trust

issues in my relationships and the

communication issues in my relationships

it shows me where I can move into a

higher level of wholeheartedness with

people and build a deeper connection you

know we're mom and dad over the years

probably the best thing I've had to do

is to really learn how to step into

those conversations with them

effectively and to really empathize with

their emotional turmoil is aggressive

and as arrogant and obnoxious they can

be at different times at the base level

beyond all the turmoil that comes from

their marriage and from their

relationship mum data absolutely

beautiful people and they've got a lot

to offer the world yet those experiences

of being in a relationship for 21 years

and

physically and domestic physically and

psychologically abusing each other to

the end extreme as ultimately really

costs them quite substantially and it's

really hard for them to open up new

conversation it's really hard for them

to open up their emotional truth I'll

see that in so many you know women and

men today in the world we're not opening

up new conversations around trust we're

not open opening up new conversations

around communication or how to

communicate effectively because vastly

we don't understand our emotional state

a lot of people don't have the time or

the capacity to stop and understand

emotional state because they're getting

their needs met in one way or another

which is where my fundamental

understanding of psychology abuse comes

in because the we've only just started

to develop anti-bullying laws or start

to break down this concept and

understand it yet you know if we don't

start to open up our emotional wounds

start to understand the bullying our

life is psychological this is going on

and what is pushing us to do which is

ultimately to open up and to evolve into

a new fundamental trust development and

communication to a high level of

effectiveness then we'll just continue

to perpetrate one another and to

fundamentally and emotionally beat each

other down and become more hardened

build up more emotional armory and just

persistently start to deteriorate our

own emotional intelligence over time

which is only ever going to leave us

disillusioned in angst and anxiety and

anger and regret and torment which so

many people are you're going to go look

at the increasing suicide rate mental

health domestic violence and divorce you

know like a younger generation or

tomorrow screaming for us to open up new

conversations

so I hope you liked this video and

you've got any questions about this

ideology then put them in the box below

and REM de like and share this with your

social group in your family and friends

because together we'll build a higher

level of romantic revolution where we

all get our needs met we all learn to

effectively communicate and build crust

as one another and move to a high level

of emotional resilience which will bring

us into playfulness and wholeheartedness

because where the fun starts is where

the quality of life lives remember live

bold brash and unrestricted because

foretold is not the truthful capability

but the zest a person sales courageously

into the eye of the storm alright bye

for now peace

Steve Jobs Inspiring Quotation for your Career - My Comments - Duration: 3:06.

hi everyone hope you're ok, today I'm

going to do another quote, and the

quote today is from Steve Jobs

If I could just read it out

and that's by Steve Jobs. if you're in a

job right now where you're working as

hard as you possibly can but you just don't

feel you are getting anywhere no matter how

hard you try you don't feel that you're

succeeded or no

one else seems to be happy with what

you're doing maybe you just just I'm got

feeling in the satisfaction of a good

works of good day's work could be that

he just in the wrong career that you're

just in the wrong job. You might find

yourself stress and unhappy with

life by the whole that's because we spend

most of your time at work we spend most

of our waking hours in our jobs that's

why it's so important for our jobs to be

right for us to being the right

career. Because if it's not right it can

affect your whole life easy to walk away

but the little steps baby steps perhaps

you need to just start on a little course

course at local the college whatever baby

steps that would need for you to get where

you wanna go those steps are important

because we've already got one life and

what do you want your legacy to be

because if we don't take the next steps

in the next 10 years you'll be the same

situation in fact is that what you want

so you'd need to make even if it's small

steps now. Just write it down

without any sort of discrimination, what you'd like

ideally like to do

and also try to think back to when you

have child what we dream saying in fact

before the time it got disrupted by a

life and experiences that sort of

thing. You may need to make some difficult choices

to begin with but it will be a journey

worth taking thank you for watching I
