How The Matrix Of Fear Keeps Us Under Control

More and more people feel somehow unsatisfied and uneasy about their life, their job and/or

their relationships.

Must there not be more to life than that?

We work hard, we have earned material benefits for our immense efforts, we can afford lots

of nice things.

And actually, we think that we should be very happy.

But instead, we feel this void inside ourselves and no matter how many things we treat ourselves

with, how many steps we take on the career ladder it just never seems enough to fill

that void.

So it continues.

A bigger car, a bigger house, more clothes, another vacation, more toys for the kids,

a bigger TV, the latest smartphone etc.

We enjoy these things for a little while but then it is back.

This void inside of us.

We feel guilty, because we should be happy and yet are not.

We think back to times in our childhood, when we were just enjoying life, not having to

think or worry about anything.

How nice would it be to be that free again!

We feel trapped but dont see any way out.

Because the world is just working the way it is.

We need this job to pay for all these things we own, to be safe when we are old and to

offer our children a good life now and a better future than we had.

And so we tell ourselves:

Once I retire, I get to do all the fun things I am dreaming of now.

Then I will be free, then I can do whatever I want.

We are caught in this treadmill.

And somehow, although our head says: Accept it this will keep you safe, there is this

other inner voice whispering Break free!

You want to do something else, so go for it!

But for now, we are caught on this treadmill.

And somehow, although our head says:

Accept it, this will keep you safe, there is this other inner voice whispering

Break free!

You want to do something else, so go for it!

Do you recognize yourself?

Congratulations!

Although it does not feel like this right now, this is a very good thing.

Because you have received the wake up call.

And by reading this you know now that you are not alone.

It is time Wake up!

Waiting for retirement cannot really be the serious answer.

Life is not about suffering, it is about enjoyment.

It is an experience to be lived and we should make the best out of it.

But we were programmed to believe that suffering is necessary to enter paradise after death.

Guess what?

You can have your paradise right now.

We have forgotten a tiny bit of information, which is very necessary to rediscover for

ourselves again.

And this is what this wake up call is all about.

It alerts us to that inner calling.

Our true self is trying to get to the surface to show us that there is so much more in it

for us than just existing.

It reminds us, that the answer to inner peace and happiness can never be found outside of

ourselves.

We carry the key within.

Paradise is inside of each and every one of us.

Unfortunately we have locked that door for ourselves because society taught us something

else.

The Fear Programming

Have you seen the movie The Matrix?

It seemed like a science fiction piece, but actually, we are not so far away from that.

In that film, people are programmed to experience certain things without being in a real world.

All of what they experience every day are illusions and projections.

When Neo the main character of the film comes out of the matrix for the first time

and is asked to support to save humanity and bring it back to its true existence, he is

asked if he wants to swallow the red or the blue pill.

The red one will fully awaken him to reality and detach him from the matrix programming.

The blue one will put the veil of forgetfulness back over him and he will go back into the

dream state within the matrix.

Although we are not in a state like in the film, where some machines take over the power

and keep our bodies lying somewhere, plugged into a computer program, we are nevertheless

in a state of hypnosis.

We gave away our control.

What? You might think now, but I have my free will and I can vote and I can

buy all these great things that I want to have, I can choose where I want to live and

travel etc.

Yes, true but is this true freedom?

Why do we feel incomplete then?

Nature always does a perfect job in creating its beings and keeping everything in balance.

So what went wrong with the human species?

From a very young age, we are programmed.

Societal conventions and behavioral patterns are ingrained into our system and mind at

a very young age.

From a very young age, we are programmed.

Societal conventions and behavioral patterns are ingrained into our system and mind at

a very young age.

Our parents teach us what they had been taught.

Generation by generation: Not to trust any strangers, that the world is a dangerous place,

that there is not enough for everyone and that you have to be better than others to

be able to make it in this world.

They show us how a relationship should be and teach us the roles that we should take

in life.

Being the good wife and mother taking care of everyone and making everyone happy.

Being the successful and strong husband and father that earns enough money and protects

the family.

At a very young age, girls are taught how to look good and how to be attractive, how

to be a good girl and behave helpless and weak, so that you get a good catch later that

takes care of you.

Boys get programmed that crying and showing emotions other than anger is a sign of weakness

and not male at all.

We go to school and we are taught a lot of rather useless things that are all just food

for the head.

History, politics, geography, law etc.

All things we learn to forget a big portion of again right away.

We get grades to foster the competition between our fellow students.

We learn to put conditions on everything and have expectations towards everyone.

What we do not learn in school is teamwork, mindfulness, compassion, and being and appreciating

our authentic self.

We start our first job and believe what our parents and teachers told us: We have to work

hard for our money and we need to be better than the rest.

The competition continues.

We are kept in a feeling of separation.

We are told that we are alone and somehow have to make it through boot camp earth although

we do not even understand why we exist.

We do not question it, because everyone is playing the same game.

So it must be true.

We watch TV or go to the movies to see Hollywood productions.

They show us how our world should be in terms of romance and love or show us all the ugliness

of this world and all the dangers and brutality.

The news only talks about what is wrong in the world, what we need to fight and fix and

how much hate and evil is out there.

Rarely do they talk about all these amazing and good things happening every day on earth

that outweigh the bad news big time!

Commercials and Marketing program us in terms of what we need to want in life and what is

needed to be someone that is accepted in society.

Church teaches us to be humble and feel guilty.

The list goes on.

We are not even aware of all of this is mental programming.

It all intends to do one thing: To keep us in a state of fear.

Because fear makes sure that we remain in a state of dependency.

Dependent upon the government, dependent upon your job, dependent upon your partner and

so on.

Someone who is in fear can be easily controlled.

Fear keeps us in a thinking pattern that we are not good enough and not worthy to receive

love and joy.

So what is the solution?

We are so used to these patterns, that we dont even see them anymore and take them

for granted.

We are convinced that this is our only reality.

That is just the way this world works.

How could we ever manage to get out of this?

It is all about Self-love

The key is very simple, but it is quite hard to dig it up.

In order to leave these patterns, we have to learn how to love ourselves.

Leaving a pattern of fear and growing into a world of love is what we have to do.

By doing this, all of a sudden, we have access to a complete new self.

Actually, that is our original self, the one we have forgotten about and locked into a

cage.

The one that knows exactly what we want.

The one that knows what love is and is able to give and receive love with each and everyone

around.

Sounds cheesy?

Yes, because you are associating love with the conditional love we were programmed with.

That we need another person to make us whole.

That we need respect and admiration from others to feel good.

That is not the love I am talking about.

Here, we look at unconditional love.

A feeling of joy, awe and bliss that you sometimes get a glimpse of, for example when you are

struck by the beauty of a moment in nature.

In these rare moments, time has no meaning anymore, the head is completely shut off and

all there is, is an immense feeling of being at peace with everything.

And you know what?

This is how life is supposed to be permanently.

To be in a feeling of oneness with everything and everyone around us.

It all starts with self-love.

As long as we dont love ourselves and do not feel good enough, we will stay in a place

of fear.

We will not be able to share our love freely and unconditionally but will depend on the

love of others.

It all starts with self-love.

As long as we dont love ourselves and do not feel good enough, we will stay in a place

of fear.

We will not be able to share our love freely and unconditionally, but we will depend on

the love of others.

Have you ever met a person that seemed to be so at ease with him or herself and no matter

what this person does, everything just seems to fall into place for them in a perfect manner?

They seem to be always lucky, happy and in the flow?

And you ask yourself what their secret is?

Now you know: They love themselves.

They always put themselves first.

They respect themselves and honor themselves for who they are.

Not in a selfish way.

They love to share but they know the difference between unconditional giving and unconditional

love.

They keep healthy boundaries.

They dont care about materialistic things.

They can still enjoy those, but they dont depend on them.

They have rediscovered their intuition and follow it.

They have recognised the difference between the programmed mind, also called the ego,

and the free spirit what the mind actually is, once it is freed from its ego-prison.

They have silenced this little 24/7 chatter box inside their head, permanently jumping

from past to future and back, worrying about everything.

They have put their ego in the backseat so that it is not in the lead anymore.

They have discovered how to live in the now.

They have swallowed the red pill and have let go of everything they were programmed

to believe was real.

They have exited the matrix and live without fear.

They choose love.

Every day.

That is your choice, too: Red or blue.

Mind Altering Quantum Experiment Shows Time Doesn't Exist As We - Duration: 10:18.

Mind-Altering Quantum Experiment Shows Time Doesnt Exist As We Think It Does

The concept of time is a strange one, and the world of quantum physics is even stranger.

And this mind-altering quantum experiment shows how time has never existed as we think

it does.

In 2012 US National Medal of Science award winner Yakir Aharonov, who is regarded as

one of the worlds leading quantum theorists published a paper in Nature Physics showing

that the present is constrained by the past and the future.

This means that what happens in the present can depend on what happened in the future,

which makes no sense, as quantum physics rarely does.

It also means that what happened in the past can effect the present.

Seems strange, doesnt it?

Its definitely something hard to wrap your head around.

We choose to examine a phenomenon which is impossible, absolutely impossible, to explain

in any classical way, and which has in it the heart of quantum mechanics.

In reality, it contains the only mystery. Richard Feynman, a Nobel laureate of the twentieth

century (Radin, Dean.

Entangled Minds: Extrasensory Experiences In A Quantum Reality.

New York, Paraview Pocket Books, 2006)

This isnt the first time quantum physicists have studied the structure of time.

Below are details of an experiment, the same one mentioned in the paper cited above.

Delayed Choice/Quantum Eraser/Time

There is another groundbreaking, weird experiment that also has tremendous implications for

understanding the nature of our reality, more specifically, the nature of what we call time.

Its known as the delayed-choice experiment, or quantum eraser, and it can be considered

a modified version of the double slit experiment.

To understand the delayed choice experiment, you have to understand the quantum double

slit experiment.

In this experiment, tiny bits of matter (photons, electrons, or any atomic-sized object) are

shot towards a screen that has two slits in it.

On the other side of the screen, a high tech video camera records where each photon lands.

When scientists close one slit, the camera will show us an expected pattern, as seen

in the video below.

But when both slits are opened, an interference pattern emerges they begin to act like

waves.

This doesnt mean that atomic objects are observed as a wave (even though it recently

has been observed as a wave), they just act that way.

It means that each photon individually goes through both slits at the same time and interferes

with itself, but it also goes through one slit, and it goes through the other.

Furthermore, it goes through neither of them.

The single piece of matter becomes a wave of potentials, expressing itself in the form

of multiple possibilities, and this is why we get the interference pattern.

How can a single piece of matter exist and express itself in multiple states, without

any physical properties, until it is measured or observed? Furthermore, how does it

choose which path, out of multiple possibilities, it will take?

Then, when an observer decides to measure and look at which slit the piece of matter

goes through, the wave of potential paths collapses into one single path.

The particle goes from becoming, again, a wave of potentials into one particle

taking a single route.

Its as if the particle knows its being watched.

The observer has some sort of effect on the behavior of the particle.

This quantum uncertainty is defined as the ability, according to the quantum mechanic

laws that govern subatomic affairs, of a particle like an electron to exist in a murky state

of possibility to be anywhere, everywhere or nowhere at all until clicked into substantiality

by a laboratory detector or an eyeball. (New York Times)

According to physicist Andrew Truscott, lead researcher from a study published by the Australian

National University, the experiment suggests that reality does not exist unless we are

looking at it. It suggests that we are living in a holographic-type of universe.

Delayed Choice/Quantum Eraser/Time

So, how is all of this information relevant to the concept of time?

Just as the double slit experiment illustrates how factors associated with consciousness

collapse the quantum wave function (a piece of matter existing in multiple potential states)

into a single piece of matter with defined physical properties (no longer a wave, all

those potential states collapsed into one), the delayed choice experiment illustrates

how what happens in the present can change what happens(ed) in the past.

It also shows how time can go backwards, how cause and effect can be reversed, and how

the future caused the past.

Like the quantum double slit experiment, the delayed choice/quantum eraser has been demonstrated

and repeated time and time again.

For example, Physicists at The Australian National University (ANU) have conducted John

Wheelers delayed-choice thought experiment, the findings were recently published in the

journal Nature Physics.

In 2007 (Science 315, 966, 2007), scientists in France shot photons into an apparatus and

showed that their actions could retroactively change something which had already happened.

If we attempt to attribute an objective meaning to the quantum state of a single system,

curious paradoxes appear: quantum effects mimic not only instantaneous action-at-a-distance,

but also, as seen here, influence of future actions on past events, even after these events

have been irrevocably recorded. Asher Peres, pioneer in quantum information theory

The list literally goes on and on, and was first brought to the forefront by John Wheeler,

in 1978, which is why I am going to end this article with his explanation of the delayed

choice experiment.

He believed that this experiment was best explained on a cosmic scale.

Cosmic Scale Explanation

He asks us to imagine a star emitting a photon billions of years ago, heading in the direction

of planet Earth.

In between, there is a galaxy.

As a result of whats known as gravitational lensing, the light will have to bend around

the galaxy in order to reach Earth, so it has to take one of two paths, go left or go

right.

Billions of years later, if one decides to set up an apparatus to catch the photon,

the resulting pattern would be (as explained above in the double slit experiment) an interference

pattern.

This demonstrates that the photon took one way, and it took the other way.

One could also choose to peek at the incoming photon, setting up a telescope on

each side of the galaxy to determine which side the photon took to reach Earth.

The very act of measuring or watching which way the photon comes in means it can

only come in from one side.

The pattern will no longer be an interference pattern representing multiple possiblities,

but a single clump pattern showing one way.

What does this mean?

It means how we choose to measure now affects what direction the photon took billions

of years ago.

Our choice in the present moment affected what had already happened in the past.

This makes absolutely no sense, which is a common phenomenon when it comes to quantum

physics.

Regardless of our ability make sense of it, its real.

This experiment also suggests that quantum entanglement exists regardless of time.

Meaning two bits of matter can actually be entangled, again, in time.

Time as we measure it and know it, doesnt really exist.

Pedro Martinez on the Death of Yordano Ventura: Real Sports Bonus Clip (HBO) - Duration: 2:20.

Was it Yordano's dream from a very young age

to play in the major leagues?

(SPEAKING SPANISH)

INTERPRETER: Yes, because he always liked to see

Pedro Martinez.

When he looked at Pedro Martinez,

he always told me that he wanted to be like Pedro Martinez.

JON FRANKEL: Marisol Hernandez is Yordano Ventura's mother.

Did you believe him?

(SPEAKING SPANISH)

INTERPRETER: No, I never believed him.

He was so skinny. He had no meat on his bones

to be a ball player like Pedro Martinez.

Yordano's mother still has this in her house.

Have you ever seen this? This is Yordano as a little boy.

-PEDRO MARTINEZ: Yes. -And who's that guy?

MARTINEZ: That's me.

When you see that, knowing what's transpired,

how do you feel?

I feel really sad because, you know, that could have been

my kid. And I'm a father, so...

And I-- I just wish that... that I had more time

to get closer to him.

FRANKEL: Pedro Martinez was one of the many

Dominican baseball players to attend

Yordano Ventura's funeral, but it was Martinez's presence

that meant the most to Ventura's mother.

When she saw me walking towards her,

it was like she saw Yordano again alive,

and-- and that's-- that's hard to...

That's how it looked. Her eyes just popped up and...

This loud scream... "He just wanted to be like you!"

FRANKEL: That's what she said?

"He just wanted to be like you."

"He just wanted to be like you."

And I didn't know what to say, what to do...

I just went over,

gave her a hug, and supported her

while she cried. That's all I could do at that time.

It's like me covering my son with the Dominican flag

because he died, and-- and... it's... It's...

It's unacceptable. (STAMMERS) It was hard for me

to understand that I was placing that flag

on top of Yordano's casket.

It-- It's like...

There's no way I'm placing this flag here.

How to Make a Good Quality YouTube Video. 9 Tips to Improve the Quality of Your YouTube Videos - Duration: 12:35.

I'm going to share with you nine tips

that will allow you to produce better

quality videos on youtube. So stay tuned

because we're going to do this right now.

Everyone has a smartphone these days

where they can pull up on their

smartphone your website or YouTube video,

and if your video is not quality, if it's

not in alignment with your brand and

image you're probably doing more harm

than good. So I believe that it's

important to create quality videos that

are in alignment with your brand and

image and I'm going to show you these

nine tips here to help you get started,

but, there's a lot to cover with this. Too

much to cover in just one video so I

want to invite you to follow my youtube

channel so you can receive the follow up

videos in this series where I'm going to

break down each one of these nine points.

We're going to dive deeper in that and

so that you have all the tools and

resources so that you and your

organization can produce high-quality

videos on YouTube to support your

brand and image. So, here we go here are

the nine tips. #1 First one, identify with

absolute clarity who your ideal target

audiences. And I really want to emphasize

this because videos I'm telling you

there's a huge audience on YouTube so

you need to understand who this message

is for, why are you creating this video,

what is the the message that you want to

deliver? And when you can identify your

ideal target audience that will tell you

who the message is for what the message

is how long the video should be there's

many other factors that go into it. And

everything I'm going to talk about here in

these nine tips will kind of be on

alignment with who your ideal target

audience is. #2 Number two video length. I get

this question all the time. Mike how long

should the video be? Well you've probably

heard before to keep the video short to

two or three minutes that is not

necessarily true. I'm going to take it

back to; when you understand who your

ideal audience is what is the right

length for your audience? There are many

professionals youtubers with huge

YouTube channels and they have videos

that are 30 and 60 minutes long. Here's

what I think is important, when the video

is good, the

message is good, good quality video with

good sound, good backdrop, that's in

alignment with your organization your

brand in your image; people will continue

to watch it because you're delivering

value. #3 Number three outline or script the

video. You know this is another one.

Do you outline or do you script? Well,

there's pros and cons to both. I've done both and

and I continue to do both. So here's the

deal it's really what you're comfortable

with and what you prefer. And again I'm

going to take it back to point number

one who is your ideal audience? Typically

the younger generation they like stuff

that is more casual unscripted so you

can use a bulleted point. More of your

professionals they tend to like

something that is scripted very

professional and where it comes across that

way. So I've done both, but, here's the

difference between the two if you

script your videos it adds an

additional level of complexity because

now you have to have a teleprompter. And

with the teleprompter you have to learn

how to use that teleprompter so it

doesn't appear like you're reading from

a script. And also when you're using a

teleprompter some of your natural energy

can be lost because you're focused on

reading the teleprompter. So that's the

con. The plus side to scripting it you

can minimize some of the editing, you can

make sure up front that your message is

nice and tight and concise and that's

important. And it provides a little more

polished look. So if your audience likes

that polished look great maybe you want

to script it. And if you're just starting

out I would suggest outlining your

script using a bulleted outline. In fact,

recording this video one of the

processes that I'm using right now, I

basically have in front of me, my

whiteboard and I've bulleted out each of

the nine points and I'm just speaking to

those points. The nice thing about that

is I can just fill in the blanks. The

problem with that is if you're someone

like me I have a tendency to ramble

right. So you want to make sure that you

can stay on point with that. So, there's

pros and cons but if you're just

starting out I would suggest that you

start with a bulleted point format. And

you can either use a whiteboard like

what I'm doing now

or you can use a PowerPoint presentation

and have each point on a PowerPoint

presentation with your computer in front

of you and just follow that. So that

would work as well. #4 Number four camera.

This is important, obviously you gotta

have a camera, right if you're going to

do video. So there's a wide spectrum of

cameras out there. I'm going to tell you

right now wherever you're at if you have

an HD camera you can get started. I don't

recommend going off and investing

thousands of dollars and all this fancy

equipment because if you're not

experienced yet, again it adds another level

of complexity because others all the

technical aspects that come with the

professional grade equipment. So whatever

camera you use here's what I recommend

whether it's an iphone or a droid or a

video camera that you have make sure

that it can record in full HD which is

1080p, also set the recording up to

record in a 16-9 aspect ratio which is

kind of the wide angle format. And the

reason that is important is people are

watching videos on TVs and larger

screens. And so you want it to be able to

look visually appealing on the larger

screens. And also the reason I suggest

that your record in 1080p and HD is when

people do watch on a larger screen it's

not going to get blown out either. And

YouTube is amazing because if you've

seen on YouTube it will actually auto

adjust the resolution based on

somebody's bandwidth and device. So don't

worry about that recording the highest

quality that you have available with

your camera and let YouTube do the heavy

lifting with all of that. #5 Number five

microphone. Now this is one where I

strongly suggest that you invest a

little bit of money and you can on any

budget is getting an external microphone.

They have the lav mics that you can hook

up directly to your camera or you can

have a shotgun mic which is what i'm

using right here you can't see it but

it's right here and which works really

well. But the reason an external mic is

important, most built-in cameras have a

really poor microphone it actually

sounds like you're in a tunnel or a

basement or distant. And so sound quality

is really important in fact experts have

said that you can have

have a great quality video image, but if

the sound is poor people won't

watch it. And more likely to continue to

watch a poor video with great audio so

audio is extremely important you want to

make sure you're communicating your

message and it comes across loud and

clear. And you can pick up an external

microphone on any budget. In fact, in the

video description below I've included a

link to many microphones that you can

pick up on any budget so check that out

#6 Number six tripod. This is another one

that I highly recommend that you invest in.

I'll tell you there's nothing more

annoying than trying to find a video, and

somebody could have a great message, but

they're holding their iPhone or their

smartphone trying to deliver their

message and you see the video moving and

shaking. I'll tell you that's annoying

oftentimes I'm like I'll bail out of

this video and I'll go try and find

somebody else that's done a video on the

same subject where it's been higher

quality. And that's what people do that's

why creating quality videos is important

and this trade is going to continue to

become even more important because

there's a lot of competition on YouTube.

You're not the only one most likely that

is delivering the same message or topic

in your space. So you want to separate

yourself from the crowd and have videos

that are worth watching and sharing. So I

strongly recommend invest in a tripod.

The other thing is you don't want to do

is be holding the camera trying to

deliver it, and you're actually your

camera, you're looking up somebody's nose

right. Have you ever seen that where

somebody's you know recording their

video and you're actually looking up

their nose that's annoying that's a

turnoff I don't want to look up

anybody's nose. So, anyways let's move on.

#7 Number seven lighting. Lighting is key.

I'm telling you lighting brings out the

proper colors, actually allows the camera

to pick up the detail in your face and

your clothes and background and

everything. Lighting is key but here's

the deal. You do not have to go off and

spend a boatload of money to have proper

lighting. You can easily set up your

camera in front of a window where you

have natural light coming in which is

absolutely the best. Or you can just

bring in some

additional lighting from your house to

kind of light the room. And it also

eliminates the shadows as well. And you

want to kind of fill the room with light

so it seems natural. I have about six

lights here to fill the room and these

are inexpensive light that I purchased

on Amazon. I'll go ahead and include the

link in the video description below so

you can check out what I have and

they're extremely affordable they work

and it's perfect. The lighting is great

there's no shadows and the camera picks

up all the details so lighting is key.

#8 background. Background is absolutely huge.

You want to make sure that you don't

have a distracting background. You want a

background that supports your brand and

your image. This backdrop that I have

here, I have a number of them. I like this

one it's different, sometimes the simple

white backgrounds can be too plain Jane.

So I like something to spice it up a

little bit and this works out well for

me and it's not distracting. I get a lot

of great compliments on this backdrop. I

think I picked this one up on Amazon for

about $40 bucks. So you can use any kind

of backdrops. Green screens, which are a

little more challenging. So if you're

starting out I don't recommend it

starting off with a green screen unless

you have patience and you have the

technical skills to make that happen. But

definitely you want to have a backdrop

that is not distracting you could have a

great message great video but if your

backdrop is distracting or what you have

in the background is just way too

cluttered it's going to overshadow your

awesome message. So make sure you have a

great background. Lastly, #9 is video editing

Editing is key it allows you to cut out

the mistakes and retakes. It actually

allows you to add what they call the

lower third that's the text at the

bottom of the video allows you to add

certain images and trailers and all

kinds of cool stuff. So, you definitely

want to make sure you have an editing

software program. If you are a Mac user,

you can use iMovie . I use Filmora or

Adobe Pro Premiere which I you know both

of those work out well. What I like about

them is they're inexpensive adobe has a

monthly subscription that is makes it a

really affordable and has all the tools

available same with Filmora. I think

Filmora is about $59 fifty nine dollars and

it has all the editing tools that you

would want. I've

included a link in the description below

to Adobe Premiere Pro and Filmora. So, you

can check that out and find one that

works for you and works for your budget.

But more importantly is a couple things

is; I have a video checklist that I use

to help me not only set up to make sure

I follow all the right processess. So, I

want to provide that to you. You can

download my video checklist absolutely

for free. There's a link below and where

you can get that video checklist and

here's why it's important. There's

nothing worse than having it all set up,

this actually happened to me the other

day, because I got in a rush I had

everything dialed in, but I forgot to

plug that darn microphone cord directly

into the camera. So, I literally spent a

couple hours recording videos with no

sound. Make sure you have the checklist

you follow it you don't get in a rush so

that you can produce quality videos. And

make sure again to follow my youtube

channel so you can receive the follow-up

series videos where I go into each one

of these nine points in depth to help

you produce quality videos. So you can

stand out from the crowd. Have an awesome

day!

ACELERAÇÃO CHINESA - Chinese Acceleration - 1 DIABOLO TUTORIAL - Duration: 2:40.

Just like a diabolo need speed to spin

Remember to give this video a thumbs up

so the channel keeps spinning here!

diabolo tutorial - Chinese acceleration

You've learned the orbit acceleration here in the channel

which in my opinion is the most efficient to give speed to diabolos.

but it's also worth learning the Chinese acceleration

because it's the basis for the vertax.

Which is another style with diabolos where they stay vertically

Good. The idea of Chinese acceleration is very simple, as you can see.

It consists of an almost vertical movement of going and returning

only with the dominant hand.

First we make a simple knot for the diabolo not escape

left hand goes up, at about the height of the head

and take the diabolo to the right side of the string

In terms of alignment, the right hand is slightly behind the left.

Hence we practice first only give a slight throw with the diabolo in the side.

And get it back in the same place.

a small upward throw

and back to the same place

Then the idea is to make a force down,

when the diabolo reach the top limit of the string

then every time it comes up

PA! pulls back

PUF, pulls back

at first try only once or twice

Until you can make more sequences

Like this. We continue doing this force up and down,

almost like a ping-pong

And it'll give speed to the diabolo

Take care not to tighten the shoulder and trapezoids while accelerating

which is a very common thing

with time you will be able to control the movement better

and not spend so much energy while accelerating

good, with diabolos is very important to have speed, but in life

I1m valueing more and more moments that slows and calm me. PLIN.

one thing that calms me is paying attention to ambient sounds

tell me in the comments one thing that slows you, that brings you a little more to the presence

If you want to see more diabolo tutorials click there on the screen

Or also there to buy a diabolo or support the channel on patreon

this supports a lot the project to happen

I'm lucas abduch. You can make the world go slower.

And I'll see you in a bit.

WG Casting [subtitled] | Knallerfrauen mit Martina Hill - Duration: 2:13.

What do you think about the topic cleaning?

Has to be done, right?

but I think it's okay, it's part of it

We take turns with that

Seriously? Everyone is helping?

That's really great!

Yes, we have a schedule and each one of us has to clean the kitchen once a week

Would that be okay for you?

Once a week?

Easy!

Cool!

One more thing

Tim has two ferrets

and sometimes they run free

Would that be a problem for you?

No

Not at all

ferrets are great

You'd only have to keep an eye on your stuff and don't leave anything on the floor

they pee on the floor and nibble on things

Okay, now I know that

I'll keep an eye on that

Cool

I'd have a couple of questions too

especially about the topic bathroom and toilet

You can use the toilet on your own, or do you need help with that?

and clean yourself afterwards?

or would you call me for help?

well, doesn't matter, I'll see that

What else?

Oh yeah

What about your sleeping habits?

And more important: does anyone snore?

That doesn't make any difference, you'll have your own room

Right

doesn't matter

I'll have my own room

a room just for me!

Excuse me

is my wife with you?

We were waiting in the car outside for over half an hour

she just wanted to drop of something real quick

What's going on in here?

Martina! What are you doing there?

What I'm doing?

I'm living here now

That's my new flatshare

I just signed the contract

Yes

You have to look for another flatmate now

There are enough people searching for a room to rent

I even have my own room here!

You want to see it?

That's insane!

Hey Harold!: Joshua vs. Klitschko (HBO Boxing) - Duration: 0:59.

♪ (JAZZ MUSIC PLAYING) ♪

Hey!

April 29th in London.

This should be an outstanding

heavyweight fight

between the former champion Wladimir Klitschko

against Anthony Joshua from England.

Since the day, Anthony Joshua started,

he's been knocking out people.

I mean most of his fights run three rounds or less,

of the 18 fights that he's already had.

Wladimir unfortunately hasn't fought in about a year and a half,

so, he's gonna suffer from ring rust.

You never know with Wladimir.

Wladimir's a very, very experienced guy.

We all know about that tremendous right hand

that Wladimir throws.

So, it's two guys that punch real hard.

The fight's not going 12 rounds no matter who wins.

I guarantee a knockout in this fight.

And it doesn't get any better than that.
