ENERGY UPDATE – Overcoming Fear To Step Into Our Own Power - Duration: 7:59.
ENERGY UPDATE Overcoming Fear To Step Into Our Own Power
Fear, insecurity and overwhelm are occurring so much in flux right now.
We have a ion storm occurring, the Schumann resonate has risen to an all time high, a
new moon is on its way on Wednesday the 26th of April and also we are in a Retrograde as
well.
Just reading that alone without going into the finer details for each of those is enough,
yet combine them all together and with how we are in a *new* process, can help to calm
the waters energetically being aware of all of this.
Pt 1 New opening/shift of energy.
Regurgitating the old and past emotions, feelings and situations.
Topsy turvy downloads.
Pt 2 A new group energy came through, one of the most massive felt.
Pull our energy back in from others.
As this is many layers and all at once and very intense.
Pt 3 Pulling back threads of energy from others is a process.
We are still in a *new* process.
We are needing to find a *new* way of pulling back, adjusting and then adjusting to others
energies.
We are in a very big frequency shift and then some.
And while this occurs in Spirit, it does not mean that our human consciousness is necessarily
ready.
The things that alter during this period can be difficult to endure, but YOU WILL MAKE
IT THROUGH and be much better for it.
Sometimes fear can take us over in an unhealthy way, the energetic imprint
of fear can block our progress forward.
The fact you are experiencing fear right now is a sign that you are about to take a VERY
IMPORTANT STEP FORWARD on your path.
It can also indicate that your path is being blocked by negative, fearful energy one holds.
Too much of ones time has been spent thinking about the things one may think or feel they
need to do in their life.
It is now time to begin taking action one baby-step at a time.
When there is fear, there is often lack of faith.
Its time to put your TRUST in the hands of SPIRIT.
There is a reason why one is experiencing the blockage of fear.
Quite often, the one thing we fear to do, is the very thing which will lead us to our
OWN EMPOWERMENT.
Fear is the factor which we must all over come in order to STEP INTO OUR POWER.
TRUST yourselfTRUST the DIVINE.
Remember, fear is a feeling, not a reality.
Attempting to do many things and all at once, can overwhelm us.
As we have been doing and going through so much energetically.
This can lead to overwhelm and then fear can come in.
Are we taking on too muchare we still caught up in others energyare we
trying to move ahead and force wanting things to happen.
Do we feel we know better than the Divine as to what we are needing to learn, or are
we going to hand over in FAITH and TRUST that the Divine has got this for and with
us.
So many read and take in all the information around that is being offered and have
being going into overwhelm and then confusion.
There is so much information around and some is being distorted as much is being re-hashed
and along the way, like Chinese whispers, the information has been grabbed by
someone and then shared out-of-context and then it can start to become a competition.
Many are feeling an urgency to catch up and learn more, as so many others know
or are doing so much.
Yes one may feel a strong pull and need within to learn more, yet please know that
not all information is clear energetically.
Do not take on face-value what you are reading.
As many also take on so much information and knowledge and then stay in that energy or
realm above or come from the mind with this information.
SLOW DOWNSTOP and RE-GROUP.
TAKE A BREATHand PULL BACK.
Feel into what you are reading to what resonates inside of you.
Newly or older awakened it does not matter, although those that have been consciously
awake for some time, already know this.
Yet Knowing and Experiencing are Worlds Apart as well.
Link what you are reading and FEELING into the HUman being.
Do not just take this on in the Spirit/Astral/Multi-dimensional realms.
Slow down, Stop and Re-Group, Take a Breath and Pull Back and then bring this information
and energy into the human consciousness.
If one does this and then is overwhelmed or confused then that is a sure sign that one
has gone into overload of information.
And have not taken-the-time to allow what they are reading to flow and resonate
bit-by-bit into the human.
We need to link our Spirit to our Soul, the human to ascend and grow.
That is what we are here forthis is why we chose, to have the human experience to
link the two.
As knowing is not enough and also feeling all is not enough either, well it is not healthily
balancedit is a combination of linking the two.
And this my friends is a process that does take time.
As Ascension cannot be rushed, fooled or cheated.
Be a SEEKER OF YOUR SOUL AND SPIRIT, yet also, pull back and determine just what you are
actually taking in of information and do not allow yourself to go into overload.
You will not miss-out on anything..you are right where you are meant to be.
Granted one may not always see or feel this at given times, yet all is how it is meant
to be.
For what ever our soul and spirit is needing to learn, to grow, to ascend.
You have got thishave FAITH and TRUST..and
the DIVINE has got this.

Fastest Way To Get Faster: Do You Even Math (Pt. 2) - Drum Lesson - Duration: 10:18.
(upbeat rock music)
(drumming music)
- Now for the eighth lesson
and The Fastest Way to Get Faster series
we have a sequel.
Now many people say the sequel
is never as good as the original
and usually that's the case.
But I'm hopefully gonna dispel that theory
here and now,
today with the second edition of Do You Even Math
starring yours truly, Mr. Jared Falk.
(chuckles)
Alright, so,
that's a little bit of an evil laugh.
(laughs)
Let's get into it.
Exercise one
is just 16th note triplets.
Now we're playing with our hands on all the eighth notes.
So one and two
and three and four and.
And then the base drum
doubles are going in between.
So it sounds like this.
(drumming music)
So I'll play a few
at both slow and fast tempos now.
(light tempo clicking)
(drumming music)
Now the next exercise gets a little bit crazy,
because we're gonna do groups of five
between the hands and the feet.
So right bass,
left bass, bass.
One, two, three, four, five.
Now this played at 16th note triplets
can a little bit challenging.
You'll notice, I've set my click,
which I'm using an app called Tempo.
I set my click to play all of the triplets.
The eight note triplets
and then basically for every time you're hearing the,
(mimics clicking)
I'm playing two 16th note triplets.
It just helps me keep the beat better
and not go off time so much
because they can get a little bit challenging.
So it's really important to play it nice and slow
and if you need to
just go in really slow and count it out loud.
So I count 16th note triplets
one triplet and triplet.
So one triplet, and triplet. (soft drumming)
Two triplet and triplet,
three triplet and triplet,
four triplet and triplet,
five triplet and triplet.
So you notice it's played in five four
and it resolves naturally
when you play groups of five
16th note triplets in five four.
Alright, so here we go.
Both slow and faster speeds.
(light tempo clicking)
(drumming music)
It sounds a little bit funky, doesn't it?
Now it's definitely gonna be hard
when you first start practicing this
but if you want, if you're kind of just,
I don't wanna play it at 16th note triplets,
or you don't wanna have to learn how
it relates to time so much,
you can just practice the basic pattern as well
which is right bass, left bass, bass.
(drumming music)
So there I didn't play
with any really time reference,
I just practiced the pattern,
really got comfortable with the technique.
And then you can also do that with exercise one.
And you can do it with the next exercise
which is also played at 16th note triplets,
but we're playing groups of seven.
Now I've written this one in seven four,
so it also naturally resolves itself.
So if you count it out nice and slow.
One triplet and triplet,
two triplet and triplet,
three triplet and triplet,
four triplet and triplet,
five triplet and triplet,
six triplet and triplet,
seven triplet and triplet.
And we're done.
It's hard to count that and play it at the same time.
But, the way I kind of think of it is,
I play it right, right left right,
left right left, and I do that rotation three times.
Okay, so.
(drumming music)
Who doesn't wanna end with a cowbell, right?
So you play that rotation three times
at 16th note triplets
and that gives you your one bar of seven four.
So here it is played both slow and fast speeds.
(light tempo clicking)
(drumming music)
Again, if you just like to work
on the pattern, and not really apply it
to a specific note value,
you can do that as well.
Just start moving around the kit like this.
(drumming music)
It's really fun just to orchestrate it
around the kit
and practice it on its own
just as a piece of vocabulary
that you could have in your toolbox.
You might wanna apply the 16th notes,
or 32nd notes, or eighth note triplets.
Whatever the case,
just learn that pattern,
learn how to play the hands
in between the feet
and you're gonna notice
huge improvements in your speed,
fluidity and most importantly,
your control around the drum set.
So practice each of these exercises
for five minutes in your daily practice routine
and then practice them as a sequence
for 15 minutes.
So let me play a few
as the entire sequence right now.
Both slow and fast speeds.
(light tempo clicking)
(drumming music)
So that is the end of the eighth lesson
in The Fastest Way to Get Faster series.
Now take this to your kit
and start practicing.
If you do get it going nice and fast
or even if you just get it going
in a nice moderate tempo,
please film yourself playing it,
share with the entire community.
Whether that's on Instagram, Facebook, wherever,
we'd love to see your progress
and I'd love to see how you're applying this
in your every day drumming.
So thanks for watching
and I'll see you in the next lesson.

APRIL BOOK HAUL - Duration: 9:40.
This isn't the most ideal background but
it's pretty dreary outside today so I'm
just gonna stick with it for a little while.
Hello! Today I am going to be doing
a book haul. I am out of control with the
book buying. I don't know what possessed
me to spend more money on books this
month, but I bought quite a few. I bought
some books from Amazon and I got some
books from Book Outlet and so I have a
whole bunch of books to talk about in
this video. However, I guess to kind of
offset that, I am planning on getting rid
of a bunch of books on my shelves right
now. I know I have some books that I read
that I did not enjoy and I'm never going
to reread so I'm going to get rid of
those and then there's also a bunch of
books that I haven't read yet but am
really just not interested in reading
anymore and so I'm going to be getting
rid of those as well. So if you want to
see an unhaul type video, I've never
done one of my channel but if you are
interested in seeing that, I can
definitely do that. But I am going to try
to balance out the fact that I
bought 11 books in the month of April
with the fact that I'm going to get rid
of some books off my shelves. Like I
said, I have 11 books to talk about in
this video so I'm just going to go ahead
and get started so that it doesn't end
up being a million years long. For the
most part, these books are all adult
books, I think I have one YA book, but
I've really lately been feeling myself lean
more towards the adult and literary
fiction genres and so I think I'm kind
of getting out of the YA phase. Obviously
I still have some YA books that I want
to read that I will continue to want to
read, but I've been mostly buying adult
books so I guess that's my reading
evolving. I'm going to start with the
three books that I call from Amazon.
The first is The Brief Wondrous Life of
Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz. This is a book
that has been on my radar for a very
long time. It's a book that a lot of
people talk about, rave about, you know
really love on booktube and just in
general and it's been a book that I've
been wanting to own and read for a while
and so I finally just broke down and
bought it. I believe it follows a young
boy in the Dominican Republic and he is
growing up and coming of age and
discovering some things about himself
and his family. I'm not really 100
percent sure but it sounds like it's
going to be a really good read and if
everybody's recommendation of it is any
indication, then I'm probably going to
really enjoy this one. I also picked up
The Queen of the Night by Alexander Chee.
This is an adult literary fiction novel
about an opera singer and she gets this
opportunity to sing the lead in an opera,
I'm not really sure of the terminology there,
but then she quickly discovers that the
subject of the Opera that she is singing
lead in is her life and the secrets that
she's kept forever. And so she kind of
goes on this journey to discover exactly
how these people found out about her
life and kind of figure out exactly
what's going to happen to her and I am
really excited to read this. I actually
also own the e-book version of this and
then I saw what the paperback looked like
and I fell in love with the cover and it
was actually pretty cheap on Amazon and
so I just went ahead and bought it. It's
a pretty long book, it's over 500 pages
long, but I'm really excited to jump into
this one. I actually did read the first
couple of chapters the other day when I
was at work, I read them on my phone, and
I am so intrigued by the story I can't
wait to read this one. And then the final
book I got from Amazon was Wide
Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys. This is a kind
of spin-off kind of story following one
of the characters that you meet towards
the end of the book Jane Eyre. And if you
know anything about me or my channel,
Jane Eyre is one of my favorite classics.
I read it a couple of years ago for the
first time and absolutely fell in love
with it. It is such a wonderful story and
I have been hearing so much about this
for a very long time. I had a professor
in college that highly recommended this
book if I was a big fan of Jane Eyre and
it also comes pretty highly recommended
on Booktube so I'm very excited to read
this one. And in a stark contrast to The
Queen of the Night, this one is a fairly
short, I think it's like less than 200
pages long, so I'm hoping to get to this
one soon and I'm hoping I will really
love it, I'm sure I will. The rest of the
books that I have to talk about today
all came from Book Outlet and I'm going
to start with the one YA books that I bought
off of Book Outlet and that was
The Distance From Me to You by Marina
Gessner. This is about a girl who decides
to hike the Appalachian Trail, I believe.
My boyfriend is kind of obsessed with
the idea of hiking the Appalachian Trail
so I think this will be a really
interesting read. Obviously there's going
to be a little bit of a love story in
there because it is a YA book, but I
am really excited to see how this one
turns out. And I have seen a few people
on Booktube talk about it and recommend
it pretty highly so I'm hoping that I
will enjoy it as well. Another author that
comes pretty highly recommended on
Booktube is Joseph Boyden and
Book Outlet had a little book by him
called Wenjack. I know that Joseph
Boyden writes a lot of books about
Native Indians from the northern part of
Canada and I believe that this book, this
tiny little book, just follows one boy
that lives in the northern part of
Canada and I think that it has some
illustrations that have something to do
with the front cover here in it and I
don't know. I saw somebody recently
talk about this on their channel and
it sounded really interesting and then I
saw it for just like a dollar and a
quarter or something on Book Outlet so
I just went ahead and got it. I obviously
haven't read anything by Joseph Boyden
before but this is a really tiny book
and I'm sure it'll be enjoyable so I'm
interested to see what it's all about.
I also picked up Fates and Furies by
Lauren Groff. This book went around Booktube
like wildfire a couple of years ago.
A lot of people were really enjoying
it or really not enjoying it, it was kind of
one of those books that was either love
it or you hate it and it's been on my
radar ever since. I am obsessed with this
cover, it is so pretty and I just think
it's going to be a really interesting
read. I think it's about a married couple
and they're going through some troubling
times in their marriage and it's just
about them going through those times and
I'm not really 100 percent sure
other than that but I am really
interested to see how I feel about this
one. Because like I said, so many people
on Booktube rave and rave about it.
Ella Minnow Pea by Mark Dunn is a book that I've
had on my radar for a very long time, since
before I started doing Booktube. It is
about this island that is kind of
centered around the alphabet and
language and one day letters that start
disappearing from their vocabulary. And
as the letters disappear from their speech,
they also disappear from the book. It's
written in like a letter format so I
think it'll be a fairly quick read in
that respect and it just sounds really
interesting to read a book and as
you read the book letters start
disappearing from the text. It just
sounds really good and I'm really
looking forward to reading this one.
I also got Did You Ever Have a Family by
Bill Clegg. I believe this book came out
in 2015 and either in 2015 or 2016, it
was on the long list and maybe even the
short list for the Manbooker prize.
At the time that it came out, I didn't really
know if it was a book that would appeal
to me. But when I saw it on Book Outlet
and I read the synopsis, I was very
intrigued and so I bought it. It's about
a woman who suffers a huge family
tragedy on the night before her
daughter's wedding and so she just
decides to leave. And she goes on this
road trip and she has some like
self-discovery moments and she really is
trying to figure out how to move on from
what happened to her family and it
sounds really good. From the synopsis, it
really intrigued me and so I'm really
looking forward to reading this. I also
got One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins
Reid. This book sounds like the recipe
for my perfect book. This book follows a
woman who married her high school
sweetheart and they are just living the
perfect happy life and then they go on a
trip and something happens to her
husband and basically he is presumed
dead. After a little while, she moves on
and she meets a new guy and she gets
engaged. And then suddenly her once
presumed dead husband returns. So it's
about this woman having to juggle her
husband and her fiance and trying to figure
out exactly what she wants and honestly
it sounds really good. That kind of a
plot summary is, it's kind of like a
guilty pleasure thing for me. Full of a
little drama and I think it's kind of
like a chick lit-ty type read and I'm
really excited to read this one. I think
despite the fact that it's a little bit
on the longer side it'll be a fairly
quick read and I think that I'll really
enjoy it so I'm hoping to pick this one
up fairly soon. Next to last book that I
have in this book haul is City of
Strangers by Louise Millar. This is a
book that I've actually never heard
anything about on Booktube or anywhere
on the internet or in general, but I read
the synopsis and I was immediately
intrigued and so I wanted to get it and so
I did. It's about a man and a woman who
get married and they go on their
honeymoon. And then when they return from
their honeymoon, they find a dead body in
their house. And the police kind of
investigate and basically rule that
somebody was breaking and entering while
they were away. And then the woman kind
of thinks that there might be something
more going on to the story and so she
sets out to investigate exactly what
happened and what led this person to die
in her home. I don't know, something about
the synopsis really just caught my
attention and so I got it and I'm really
looking for reading this one as well.
The last book that I have here is The
Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins.
This is a psychological thriller type story
that comes pretty highly recommended on
Booktube. The person that I think of when
I see this book is Rincey from RinceyReads
because I know she read it a while
back, probably, and she did a review
and it really caught my attention then.
And when I saw it on Book Outlet for
fairly cheap, I just decided it was time
to read it. I think it's surrounds a
mysterious cult and a woman who escaped
from the cult and I think that sounds
really interesting. I'm really into cult
stories, I don't know why I just think
they're really fascinating and I love
psychological thrillers so I'm hoping
that this one will be a fairly good read
as well. So that is my huge April book
haul. I am honestly really disappointed
in myself that I continue to buy so
many books. Let me know down in the
comments if you've read any of the books
that I mentioned in this video and let
me know what you thought about them. Is
there one of these books that I need to
push to the top of my TBR pile as soon as
possible, I'd be very interested to know?
And if you want to see a book unhaul
relatively soon, let me know that down in
the comments as well. Thank you so much
for watching, I hope you enjoyed this
video, and I will see you again very soon. Bye!

Hi there, buddy.
I'm trying not to fangirl right now.
Aw, they all love BB-8. Cutie.
Who's your favorite character?
Rey.
Rey?
Yeah, she's so great.
I love her.
Daisy Ridley and Natalie Portman
are like my movie crushes, so...
I like the Poe and Finn dynamic,
so that was like my, the two, the pair.
That was basically my two favorite characters.
If you end up donating to the campaign,
you could end up at the premiere of The Last Jedi.
Ooh.
That's pretty cool, right?
Yeah.
What if you met John Boyega, who plays Finn?
I'd be like shocked.
Right?
Okay, good.
Just imagine, you're at the premiere,
and you see John Boyega.
That's a special thing, because being one of the
first black characters, you know,
I've been looking for him all the entire convention.
Hell yeah.
Do you want to take some photos?
Sure, yeah.
Look right here.
For this first one, channel your Kylo Ren energy.
Okay.
No smile or do smile?
No smile.
Okay.
Kylo Ren doesn't smile.
Got it.
Let's photobomb BB-8 like you're like pals.
How's that?
All right, all right, all right.
Cool.
Right, there you go.
So... yeah, look right at me.
Three, two, one.
That one came out awesome.
Do you want to see?
Sure.
Do you like that effect we did?
Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
Wait a minute.
Oh my gosh!
It's crazy!
It's...
Bro.
Hey, mate.
How you doing, mate?
Hey, man.
Lovely to meet you, mate.
Lovely to meet you.
Oh my gosh.
Three, two, one, Star Wars!
Star Wars!
That was really good.
That was really, really good.
Really good photo.
Hi.
Hey, how you doing?
You all right?
Hey, mate. How you doing?
She's actually shaking.
Look right here.
Oh I can act like I'm putting the hat on him.
There you go.
And then let's get one last one.
Kind of like do your best red carpet spin for me.
Best red carpet spin?
Like...
Yeah.
Whoops, sorry.
[laughter]
Hi.
Hey, buddy.
How you doing?
Oh my god.
Nice to meet you, mate.
Nice to meet you.
You took that spin seriously, you were like...
