Antarctica and Imprisoned Fallen Angels from the Book of Enoch

On March 14, Israeli News Live published a provocative story titled �The Fallen Angels

Imprisoned in Antarctica and are still Alive.� The commentator, Steven Ben-Nun, analyzed

the apocryphal Book of Enoch, which describes the experiences of Enoch, a pre-deluvian biblical

figure, who was taken into the heavens to witness and play a key role in a major celestial

conflict.

Enoch became the principal intermediary between two sides of the conflict between the �Fallen

Angels�, and the �Righteous Angels� serving an all knowing deity referred to as

�the Lord�.

There were multiple issues in the conflict such as Fallen Angels interbreeding and/or

performing genetic experiments with humanity, and passing on forbidden knowledge and technologies

to the still developing human civilization.

The Book of Enoch begins with the arrival of 200 Fallen Angels in the area of Mount

Hermon, which borders modern-day Lebanon and Syria.

The Fallen Angels began interbreeding and/or genetically modifying the local inhabitants.

6.1 And it came to pass, when the sons of men had increased, that in those days there

were born to them fair and beautiful daughters.

6.2 And the Angels, the sons of Heaven, saw them and desired them.

And they said to one another: �Come, let us choose for ourselves wives, from the children

of men, and let us beget, for ourselves, children.� �

6.6 And they were, in all, two hundred and they came down on Ardis, which is the summit

of Mount Hermon.

And they called the mountain Hermon because on it they swore and bound one another with

curses.

While the Fallen Angels had established an outpost on Mt Hermon, it was Antarctica that

they would be removed to ultimately after losing the heavenly battle with the righteous

angels, according to Ben-Nun�s analysis of the Book of Enoch.

Ben-Nun cites passages from the Book of Enoch which are very suggestive of Antarctica as

indeed the location where Enoch was taken to witness celestial events:

18.5 And I saw the winds on the Earth which support the clouds and I saw the paths of

the Angels.

I saw at the end of the Earth; the firmament of Heaven above.

18.6 And I went towards the south, and it was burning day and night, where there were

seven mountains of precious stones, three towards the east and three towards the south.

18.7 And those towards the east were of coloured stone, and one was of pearl, and one of healing

stone; and those towards the south, of red stone.

18.8 And the middle one reached to Heaven, like the throne of the Lord, of stibium, and

the top of the throne was of sapphire.

What�s interesting in the above passage is that Enoch refers to a location that �was

burning day and night�.

Ben-Nun believes that this fits the description of Antarctica during the Southern Hemisphere

summer season when there is 24 hour sunlight.

Regarding the seven mountains, this appears to refer to Mt Vinson in the Sentinel Range

of Antarctica, according to Ben-Nun.

He also refers to six nearby mountains in the range that might qualify as the mountains

described in the Book of Enoch.

Mt Vinson is the highest mountain in Antarctica, and is located towards the middle of the Sentinel

Range.

It would have stood out just as spectacularly with its snowcapped peaks in ancient times,

as it does today.

Regarding the southern and eastern alignment of the six adjacent mountains to Mt Vinson

described in the Book of Enoch, Ben-Nun speculates that this was their alignment prior to the

catastrophic flood event, which coincided with a shifting of the Earth�s axis of rotation.

This corresponds to the research conducted by Sir Charles Hapgood who asserts that pole

shifts have been a regular occurrence in Earth�s history.

In his 1958 book, Earth�s Shifting Crust, Hapgood proposes that a pole shift had happened

at the end of the last ice age, about 11,000 BC.

Ben-Nun�s conjecture is interesting, but as one can see from the map showing the Sentinel

Range where Mt Vinson is situated, there are far more than seven mountains in the range.

Ben-Nun�s conjecture is not conclusive as he himself points out.

Nevertheless, he gives us a possible location of the imprisoned Fallen Angels, Mt Vinson

and/or six other mountains in the Sentinel Range.

Ben-Nun goes on to discuss the Book of Enoch and its reference to imprisoned Fallen Angels

that were removed from Mt Hermon to Antarctica (Mt Vinson/Sentinel Range):

18.14 And like a spirit questioning me, the Angel said: �This is the place of the end

of Heaven and Earth; this is the prison for the Stars of Heaven and the Host of Heaven.

18.15 And the stars which roll over the fire, these are the ones which transgressed the

command of the Lord, from the beginning of their rising, because they did not come out

at their proper times.

18.16 And He was angry with them, and bound them until the time of the consummation of

their sin, in the Year of Mystery.�

Ben-Nun�s reference to the Fallen Angels still being alive in their Antarctica prison

raises an intriguing possibility.

The Book of Enoch describes a future �Year of Mystery� when they are liberated.

Is this an event we will shortly witness?

For an answer, we can begin by analyzing some intriguing parallels between Ben-Nun�s analysis

of the Book of Enoch, and the recent disclosures of secret space program whistleblower Corey

Goode concerning Antarctica.

Like the pre-deluvian biblical figure Enoch, Goode says he has also been taken to witness

celestial events by a recently arrived group of highly evolved extraterrestrials called

the �Sphere Being Alliance�.

Like Enoch, Goode has also been asked to act as an intermediary for both sides in a �heavenly�

or solar system-wide conflict.

Goode said this began in March 2015 when he accepted the role as the delegate for the

Sphere Being Alliance in on-going negotiations between different factions and groups from

both Earth and off-world civilizations.

Goode said that he has been taken to Antarctica twice to witness events.

The most recent in January 2017 involved him viewing the remains of a Pre-Adamite civilization

that had flourished until a major global catastrophe corresponding with the great flood that destroyed

coastal cities and low-lying land all over the world around 12-13 thousand years ago.

Goode said that the Pre-Adamites survived by entering stasis chambers in the largest

of three miles long motherships that crash landed on Earth around 60,000 years ago, after

the pre-Adamites were expelled from the Moon due to a conflict with the dominant extraterrestrial

factions there.

The Pre-Adamites set up their major base of operations in Antarctica, and established

outposts in Asia, Europe and the Americas, according to Goode.

Conflict soon emerged between the Pre-Adamites and other human-looking extraterrestrial groups,

who had been conducting 22 genetic experiments with surface humanity for nearly 500,000 years.

This is where Goode�s historical account resonates with Ben-Nun�s analysis of the

Book of Enoch.

Goode�s Pre-Adamites appear to be the same �Fallen Angels� described in Book of Enoch

in terms of their interbreeding and/or genetic experiments with the local human population.

In the case of the Mt Hermon landing of the 200 Fallen Angels, this is consistent with

Goode�s claim that the Pre-Adamites established colonies all over the Earth where they genetically

altered the local humans and installed hybrids into leadership positions.

Regarding the Righteous Angels described in the Book of Enoch, these appeared to be the

extraterrestrial groups that had been conducting 22 long term genetic experiments which were

being interfered with by the Pre-Adamites.

The Sphere Being Alliance, insofar as they have leveled the playing field for constructive

negotiations between different space programs and extraterrestrial factions, the modern-day

Fallen and Righteous Angels, appear to be playing a similar role to the all knowing

Lord mentioned in the Book of Enoch.

Ben-Nun�s analysis that the Fallen Angels were imprisoned in Antarctica, and are still

alive, corresponds with Goode�s claim that the Pre-Adamites are in statis-chambers on

one of their massive Motherships buried deep below the Antarctic Ice Shelf.

Finally, Goode has revealed that excavations in Antarctica are underway, and that the stasis

chambers containing the pre-Adamites have been found.

The hybrid descendants of the Pre-Adamites, which are among the elite bloodline families

that secretly have ruled humanity, are eager to gain access to the stasis chambers and

to reawaken their ancient ancestors.

The goal of doing so appears to be to have the Pre-Adamites re-assume once again their

former dominance in planetary affairs, thereby allowing their hybrid off-spring to step out

of the shadows and directly rule over humanity.

This suggests that the �Year of Mystery� mentioned in the Book of Enoch, when the �Fallen

Angels� are liberated, may be very close.

All this leads to an intriguing question.

Is Goode himself a modern-day Enoch being given key roles in witnessing and mediating

between different human and extraterrestrial factions as the delegate of the Sphere Being

Alliance, which appears to be functionally identical to the all-knowing deity described

in the Book of Enoch?

If so, this would suggest that Enoch himself was an extraterrestrial contactee of the Sphere

Being Alliance or a similar group, 13,000 years ago.

If the Pre-Adamites/Fallen Angels are awakened/liberated, then there will certainly be a need to deal

with them and their hybrid off-spring about what roles they are to play as humanity awakens

to the truth of its history, and manipulation by multiple extraterrestrial groups and

elite bloodline families.

The Seafarer's Kiss | Spoiler Free Review + Discussion - Duration: 10:59.

Hi guys. I'm Trina and this is my book

review for The Seafarer's Kiss by Julia

Ember. I was sent an early copy of this

book by the author in exchange for an

honest review and this book is coming

out on May 4th. I'm going to be telling

you my review, what I liked, what I

disliked about it, and I hope that I will

also be able to let you guys know if

this is a book that you will enjoy or

not based on some of the themes and

tropes that are included in it. As for what

this book is about, this is a Norse

mythology inspired retelling of The

Little Mermaid and we are following a

main character who in a mermaid. She

lives in this underwater mer-kingdom

that expects her to mate with this

merman that she's been best friends with

ever since they were kids, but she isn't

really interested in the life that they

have planned out for her. She's much more

interested in the human world and one

day as she is exploring the site of a

shipwreck, she comes across a human girl

who has survived and she ends up falling

in love with this human girl instead of

the merboy that she was expected to

partner up with. So this main character

is bisexual and that is #ownvoices

representation. Some other things that

are represented in this book are that

the main character is also fat, and we

have a side character who is non-binary

who uses they/them pronouns all throughout

the book. Before I get into my review I am

going to give a trigger warning for both

the book and this video as to some

content that is included in the book

that I will be discussing. This book does

portray violence in a romantic

relationship. I do want to discuss that

a little bit later in this video but I'm

going to do it without spoilers. I'll

tell you like what happened but I don't

want to give you like a lot of the

background on it or why it happened

because I definitely want this video to

be non-spoiler since the book isn't out

yet and I really want to help you guys

decide if this is one that you want to read

or not. I rated this book three and a

half stars, and what that means to me is

that there was a lot that I really liked

about this book and overall I think of

it pretty positively, but there was that

one aspect of the violence in the

romantic relationship that really knocked a

star and half off of my rating. I have

had about two weeks since finishing this

book to really reflect on my feelings on

that and I just am not happy with that

portrayal in this book so that did

affect my enjoyment of the story overall.

I'm not trying to like trash the book or

discourage you from picking it up, so I'm

actually going to move in now to some of

the things that I really liked.

I loved this book as a Little

Mermaid retelling. It is so true to the

original story because everything that

happens you can see how it parallels to

the original tale, but this book twists

the retelling. It is actually told from a

totally different angle that I was not

expecting going in - I think it's probably

pretty obvious but I didn't expect it -

and I absolutely loved it! And because it

is inspired by Norse mythology it just

felt so new and refreshing. This one just

excels as a retelling in my opinion

because it's very loyal but it also has

room for surprises. I also really love

that this with a TRUE mermaid story. This

isn't a retelling that like turns it

into a YA contemporary, or like

envisions the Ariel character as a

human, or gives her legs every summer,

and stuff like that. I don't like that.

I like mermaids! And this is a real mermaid

underwater setting and these mermaids

had scales, and tails, and gills so this

was like the mermaid story of my dreams. I

have been pretty unsatisfied with all the

other Little Mermaid retellings that I

have tried. This one definitely will fit

that for you. If you're looking for a

Little Mermaid retelling I would

DEFINTELY recommend this book. It

definitely did that part so well. The

story itself was also very fast paced

and action packed. This is a very

short book and a lot happens and I

really appreciated that once I had like

a small adjustment period to get into

the story and then it just like grabbed

me and did not let go. So it was a very

fun and engaging experience.

Something about this book that I

appreciated but didn't know if it was

done to the best of its ability is that

in the society there is kind of a

dystopian feel and this is a society

that values fertility of the mermaids.

They are all expected to mate, to lay

eggs, raise eggs. And some pretty harmful

words such as "broken" and "damaged" are

used to describe the mermaids who either

don't want to reproduce or they can't

reproduce, and that's a very sensitive

topic so has up to that. However, I did

feel like this story was trying to

challenge that idea very heavily. They

were trying to get out of that way of

thinking and it did show it as bad.

I loved that the book was taking on a sexist

culture and I definitely think that is

something that I would like to see more

of in YA books. The reason that I say I

felt kind of iffy about this element of

the story is because it's such a short

book that I didn't feel like there was

enough time able to be spent on that

topic. Like you really had a couple of

lines about it and that was it. I do

think it would have benefited the

message and the intent if a little bit

more time had been spent discussing that

because just seeing a world where women

are called broken and damaged if they

don't want to or can't reproduce, that's

pretty harmful. And so for there not to

be a lot of time spent on challenging

that, you may end up coming away from the

book just being upset by that portrayal.

So now I'm going to move into my

discussion about the abuse that was

present in this relationship. So actually,

there is a love triangle in this story

and I don't think it's very strong love

triangle. I really think only one side of

it is ever built up as a relationship.

But all three of the characters in that

love triangle are violent towards each

other within the book. Since I received an

early copy of this book then I know that

it's subject to change, so I'm not

going to read you the quote word for

word because it may not be included in

the final copy of this book - even though

I think I have a finished copy - but that

also would give you a spoiler for

something else that happens so I'm not

going to quote it for you but the main

thing that I have issue with took place on

page 191. The two characters in the main

romantic pairing get into an argument

and they punch each other IN THE FACE.

I'm not even kidding. I'm not exaggerating.

They literally punch each other in the face.

This behavior was barely addressed, it was never challenged,

and the romantic relationship went on to

grow stronger from there, AND a few pages

later I felt that these characters were

being aggressive towards each other

again - though not in a punch you in the face

kind of way. The very brief way in which

this was addressed was that you had one

of the characters saying, "I shouldn't have done that,"

and the other character says, "I won't do that again."

I don't believe that this is addressed enough because even if

you look on like real life domestic

violence websites you will see that ONE

incident of violence in a relationship

is a red flag for an abusive

relationship, and habitual abusers often

promise that they won't do it again or

they know it's wrong, and they still keep

doing it again. Like I said, the third

character in this love triangle was also

abusive. He grabs, shakes, and pushes the

main character and then he literally

tries to kill the love interest. So yeah,

all three of the people in this romantic

pairing/trio were violent towards each

other and I didn't like it. As far as the

two female characters, I do want to say I

don't feel like either one of them are

abusers, they weren't manipulating each

other, there wasn't a power imbalance, so

you know, I'm not sitting here trying to

say "this is an abusive relationship" but

it does show a sign OF abuse that is not

addressed, that serves no purpose, that

could have been written out and the book,

and the story, and these characters would

not have suffered in any way. It didn't

need to be there and I feel like there

are a million other ways to write your

characters having conflict or even

having hot tempers without actually

making them punch their romantic partner

in the face. That is not okay. And I have

not seen any of the early reviews for

this book pointing that out so that's

one of the reasons why I am pointing it

out, because I know that I do have

viewers who are younger viewers and

they're concerned with the content in

the books they're reading, or I have

viewers who are parents of younger

readers and they're concerned with

the content in the books that they're

letting their kids read, and I have viewers

that watch my channel who are survivors

of an abusive relationship and this

would be very triggering for them. So if

that something that is sensitive to

you, if it will be triggering to you, if you

don't want to read about it, that is

included in this book. For those of

you who are just stumbling upon this

video, if you aren't familiar with me or

my channel, I have lived through an

abusive relationship in my past. It was

an emotionally abusive one, not

physically abusive, but this is something

that I point out a lot in my book

reviews because I have real life

experience with that. Even though I

really loved so much about this book I'm

not going to let it slide on the

physical abuse when it's something that

I've been pointing out and a lot of the

other book reviews that I make.

The reason that this violent act in The

Seafarer's Kiss is a concern to me is because the

main character is a teenager and this

book is, so far that I can see, it's being

marketed as a young adult book. There are

readers on the younger end of the YA

spectrum or even younger than YA who

are going to pick this book up who are

still developing their ideas on what

romance and relationships should be like.

So when they read a book that has a very

heavily romantic theme to it and the two

romantic partners are punching each

other in the face, barely addressing it,

going on to be aggressive again, and the

relationship just grows from there,

that's where it becomes a concern for me

and a lot of other readers. I definitely

don't think this book showed that action in a bad enough light.

To me it was a problematic

relationship and I could not get behind

it, and because so much of the main plot

and our main character's motivations were

driven by this romance, if you don't

support the relationship it's so

prevalent in the story it's going to

affect whether or not you enjoy the

story most likely. So with all of that said, I

know that I really disliked that one

part and I did want to discuss it and

bring it to your attention, but that does

not erase or negate the positive things

about this book. This book does have that

bi representation and I definitely think

that if you're looking for #ownvoices bi

representation of a female/female

relationship, this is probably a book

that you would really enjoy and I would

definitely recommend it to you as that.

I would also highly recommend this book

to you as a Little Mermaid retelling. I

just think it was excellent as a

retelling in terms of the story. However,

I just, I'm not going to recommend this

book as a romance. Like, there are so many

other better examples of romances out

there of even female/female bisexual

romances that don't involve any sorts of

abuse. One that I can think of off the

top of my head was Of Fire and Stars by

Audrey Colthurst. The stories are very

different but it does also show a

bisexual female/female relationship (#ownvoices)

about two princesses that fall in love

and I didn't find that relationship to

be problematic in that book. So in the

end, do I think that you would like this

book? If you like Norse mythology, if

you're looking for #ownvoices bi

representation, if you're looking for fat

representation, if you're looking for a

Little Mermaid retelling, if you love

mermaids, and you like fast-paced fantasy

stories I think you would enjoy this

book. On the other hand, if you're going

to be triggered by women's worth being

defined by their fertility or violence

in a romantic relationship, this might be

one that you want to skip. This book also

includes the tropes of the love triangle

and the not like other girls trope and if

either of those are tropes that you just

can't stand reading about then you may

not enjoy this story. But for what it's

worth, like I said, I felt if the love

triangle was very weak, and I felt that

the not like other girls trope was

challenged, but I hope that that gives

you an idea of whether or not you will

enjoy this book. So those are all my

thoughts on The Seafarer's Kiss by

Julia Ember. As you can tell I had quite

mixed opinions on this book. I did not

enjoy the relationship in it at all

because of that moment of violence but

then again this is one of my favorite

Little Mermaid retellings I have ever

read. So there's good and bad about this book

and I hope that this video has helped

you determine if it's one that you want to pick up or not.

4 Ways to Unlock the Doorway to Your Subconscious

The subconscious rules so much of our lives from behind the scenes.

From the moment that the sperm meets the egg and begins to process of forming a life, you

are governed by the subconscious � your mothers and your own.

The subconscious is the force that tells your heart how to beat, when to blink, when to

feel hungry.

All of your physiological functions are the work of your deeper mind.

It also has a huge impact on how we perceive the world.

The subconscious works very quickly, analyzing the world around you all the time, finding

the patterns and making assumptions that you realize consciously.

In metaphysical terms, the subconscious is the force that can make or break our creative

and spiritual processes.

In many ways, the subconscious is a truer reflection of your soul � it is the foundation

upon which the ego and the conscious mind our built.

So how do we make it listen?

This is not an easy answer.

There is not one method that will make everyone�s subconscious change its old patterns to conform

to the new paradigm that we wish to consciously install.

I have decided to explore the methods that are either the most popular or the most effective

to me personally that I do not see being explored as much as I think they should.

Try them out, experiment and explore, and you will find something that works for you

so long as you maintain an open mind.

1.

Meditation and Visualization

Chances are, we all have heard about the many many benefits of meditation, so I won�t

go on beating this dead horse for too long.

All you need to know for these purposes is that when you meditate you blur the boundary

of the conscious and unconscious and begin a sort of integration process.

The reason we focus on our breathing so heavily when we meditate is that it is one of the

actions that can be controlled by both the conscious and subconscious minds.

As we relax more deeply we become a mix of subconscious and conscious, until eventually

both are united and transcend to a state of super-consciousness.

It is during this process that we can very easily release old paradigms and install new

ones.

Simply visualize your intent while you meditate.

This is rewriting your subconscious.

All a personal paradigm really is, is a story that we keep subconsciously telling ourselves

until it becomes real around us.

Now is the time to write a new story with a happier ending.

2.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis works very similar to meditation, the only difference and benefit being that

there is someone to guide you every step of the way.

Many people find that meditation and visualization do not work for them because they get distracted,

their phone starts buzzing, or they just can not figure out how to be both relaxed and

invested at the same time.

A good hypnotherapist can assist in all of those things.

More likely than not he or she will have you turn your phone off on the outset of the session.

Their voice and instruction that are both calm but authoritative will keep you focused,

and the fact that you probably paid money to have this session take place will make

you much more invested in focusing.

He or she will teach you how to relax and have an environment that you may feel more

suited to this work than your own home.

I am aware that not everyone has the opportunity to find a hypnotherapist, and that is okay.

There are still other methods that can be explored, and there are also a wide variety

of guided meditations and recorded hypnotherapy videos online, for free.

Sleep

Sleep, like meditation, is a time when the boundary of the two minds is thinner.

How often do we find ourselves falling asleep thinking about all the things they don�t

want to do tomorrow or are already stressed about from the past day?

Have you found yourself drifting to sleep thinking about work, the fight you had with

your lover, all the errands you have to run tomorrow, or just loneliness?

Many people find that when they are about to fall asleep that this is the time they

are no longer distracted and their worst anxieties and fears can bounce around our minds.

This is an unfortunate side effect of a culture that teaches us to fight and fear what we

hate rather than focus on and create what we love.

It is especially unfortunate because as you are in that half asleep state, you are just

pouring these ideas in their purest form straight into your subconscious.

As you fall asleep you are essentially a tiny coin being thrown into the giant wishing well

of the subconscious.

If night after night after night you are placing all that stress and negativity into the great

wishing well of the subconscious, than that is all your subconscious is going to know

how to see the next day.

As you fall asleep, think about the things you want.

Picture yourself with your perfect guy, visualize yourself working at that perfect job, explore

your dream vacation.

This begins filling the subconscious with positivity.

You will wake up the next day feeling great, and the subconscious will begin rewriting

itself to meet these positive goals.

4.

Ritual

The final method I have here is the one I have found most personally effective.

There is, among much of the spiritual community, a distinction between what Occultists and

Pagans call Magick, and this force that the New Age community refers to as the Law of

Attraction.

Many enlightened individuals realize that these to forces are actually just different

names for the same idea.

However, New Agers go about making vision boards and using affirmations while Witches

and Occultists make talismans and say spells.

There are people on either side who do not respect the �nonsense� of the other side.

But really, I think the people who are the most enlightened are the ones who see the

similarities behind both sides and realize what they have in common and how they can

help one another.

One big way that the New Age community can learn from its seemingly darker sister is

that rituals work.

Plain and simple, doing a ritual gets results.

This is because our subconscious speaks symbolically.

It is very receptive to symbols, and a ritual is, on a level, a way of communicating symbolically

to your subconscious.

When a Wiccan lights a green candle, burns some incense, and says a spell to attract

abundance they are communicating to their inner self.

Their subconscious understands the symbolism and accepts it, and sets to work making it

happen.

The rituals do not have to have ancient hymns to long dead gods or blood sacrifices.

It can be as easy as lighting a candle and saying some words.

The best rituals are personal ones, so devise some for yourself!

Be creative!

AND YOU KNOW, ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE DO IS WE WAIT FOR THE

CONDITIONS IN OUR LIFE TO BECOME WHAT WE THINK WOULD BE

ENJOYABLE.

IF I HAD MORE MONEY, I'D ENJOY MY LIFE.

IF I DIDN'T HAVE TROUBLE WITH THIS KID, I WOULD ENJOY MY LIFE.

IF MY MARRIAGE WAS BETTER, I WOULD ENJOY MY LIFE.

IF I HAD A DIFFERENT JOB, I WOULD ENJOY MY LIFE.

IF I DIDN'T HAVE ALL THIS HOUSEWORK TO DO ALL THE TIME,

I WOULD ENJOY MY LIFE.

IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO MOW THE GRASS TODAY,

I COULD ENJOY MY LIFE.

BUT THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS WE SHOULD NOT PUT OFF ANOTHER

MOMENT ENJOYING OUR LIVES.

I SAID DO NOT PUT IT OFF ONE MORE MOMENT

AND DON'T WAIT FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES TO DICTATE TO

YOU THAT YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR LIFE.

YOU MAKE A DECISION TO ENJOY YOUR LIFE REGARDLESS OF YOUR

CIRCUMSTANCES.

'CAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT?

FAITH IS TO ENABLE US TO STAND UP TO THINGS AND TO KNOW THAT

SO, I'M ONLY SAYING ALL THAT TO GET YOU TO REALIZE THAT IF

"SOMETHING GOOD IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME TODAY," BECAUSE

YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GIVE UP.

SO, I'M NOT TRYING TO TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO ENJOY HAVING

A VACATION, OR GOING TO A PARTY, OR GETTING A NEW OUTFIT,

Most Insane Things Ever Built With Legos - Duration: 6:31.

We've all spent time snapping together LEGO bricks to make spaceships, cars, unflattering

portraits of our siblings, and just anything else we can think of.

But some people take LEGOs very, very seriously.

Across the LEGO landscape are crazy models that require knowledge of robotics, real-life

engineering, and even the ability to bend reality.

There are thousands of amazing LEGO models out there.

Here are just a few such creations that defy tradition.

A life-sized X-wing

The LEGO company hires people to design and build insane models with their plastic bricks,

which is probably the best job in the world.

Suck it, ice cream tasters.

Of course, there's a ton of nerd crossover, and you'll find many Star Wars fans on the

building teams.

Together, they made the craziest Star Wars model in the world: a life-sized X-wing starfighter.

Using official sources for the dimensions, the LEGO builders put together the iconic

spaceship over the course of four months, piece by piece.

All 5.3 million pieces come together around a steel skeleton, and the final model is 42

times bigger than LEGO's largest commercially available X-wing model.

The LEGO team also had to consider real-world engineering issues when building it.

Since the model was going to make a world tour, they had to make sure it could withstand

travel, set-up, and the occasional earthquake.

Which is definitely the most fun way to use an engineering degree imaginable.

At 45,000 pounds, there really isn't that much of a difference between the model and

its fictional counterpart, except for all the sci-fi tech… as far as we know.

We wouldn't put it past those LEGO geniuses to discover a hyperdrive before NASA does.

A life-sized Terminator

Out of all the possible things to build a life-sized model of, the T-800 is probably

the coolest... but also the most worrying.

Designed by Martin Latta, the LEGO T-800 stands at an impressive six feet tall, and is a faithful

reproduction of the iconic cyborg assassin, exposed pistons and all.

In all, it has 15,000 LEGO pieces, and comes complete with light-up eyes.

Thankfully, Latta didn't try to create an advanced AI brain — but that's probably

next.

And as terrifying as any LEGO Terminator model coming to life might be, it's a whole lot

less terrifying than, well… this.

LEGOs.

The stuff of nightmares.

The Cubestormer

There's probably a ton of overlap between people who love solving Rubik's Cubes and

those who build LEGO robots.

So it's not too much of a surprise that, in 2011, somebody finally figured out how to

build a LEGO robot that's so fast, it beat every human alive at solving Rubik's Cubes.

Sure, Cubestormer I could solve cubes, but it took about 12 seconds.

Then came Cubestormer II, a brilliant little robot that solved cubes in just 5.32 seconds

— which is insanely fast, especially considering it's just made of commercially available LEGO

parts and a normal Samsung Galaxy phone for a brain.

The Cubestormer II held the world record until 2015, when it was conquered by a puny human

by a fraction of a second.

"Yeahhhh!"

Of course, by then, the Cubestormer III had already improved upon the original design,

and had solved a Cube in just 3.25 seconds.

Even the most dextrous human alive, Feliks Zemdegs of Australia, has only hit 4.73 seconds.

Sorry, meatbags.

You don't stand a chance.

A functional house

We knew James May was kind of eccentric after watching him on Top Gear.

But we didn't know that he was such a giant LEGO fan.

When May was a boy, he wanted to build full-sized LEGO house.

As soon as his own show, James May's Toy Stories, started picking up, he knew the time had come.

"This box, which has the orange eighters in it, is just one box of several hundred in

my giant box of LEGO.

The rest of it, is in here."

We aren't convinced that building an enormous LEGO hoard wasn't the plan behind Top Gear

in the first place.

From the outside, his house just looks like a block of LEGOs, but any fans of Top Gear

know that James May does not do anything halfway.

Not content to just have models of things like toilets and sinks, his team of engineers

figured out how to make them work with actual running water.

Unfortunately, the bed isn't very soft, but being able to use working LEGO toilet makes

up for it.

Probably.

It wasn't just May putting together his house, either.

He got the community to take part, and it became a labor of love for all his fans.

Unfortunately, the vineyard where the house was built needed their land back, and May

was heartbroken when the house had to be demolished.

"Oh, God…."

"Pull yourself together."

Legoland decided that they couldn't save his masterpiece because it was just too expensive

and heavy to transport.

So, just to restate Legoland Windsor's priorities: a giant portrait of Taylor Swift in LEGO is

within their budget, but an actual engineering masterpiece is not.

We refuse to shake that off.

Allianz Arena

Every Legoland has a ton of really cool LEGO models, showing off faithful reproductions

of some of the most impressive architecture in the world.

None, however, are as impressive as the 1,300,000-brick model of Munich's iconic Allianz Arena at

Legoland Germany.

The arena itself is already pretty amazing, but seeing it made of LEGOs is somehow even

more impressive.

By carefully layering square bricks, Legoland was able to reproduce the curved facade of

the Arena, which is not an easy feat when all of your building materials are pointy.

The designers of the model built it on the scale of LEGO minifigures.

At "full capacity," the model seats up to 30,000 LEGO people, 100 of which were designed

by park visitors.

The huge stadium stands 1 meter tall and weighs 3,000 pounds.

If that wasn't enough, the stadium also lights up like the real thing, has a multi-level

parking garage, and even has smoke effects that can shoot out over the crowd.

It's basically nicer than your apartment.

The tallest LEGO tower

For years, teams around the world have competed fiercely to build the tallest LEGO tower,

and each year, the record inches higher and higher.

It isn't a matter of making the tower look pretty; it's just about getting as many bricks

stacked as high as possible.

In 2015, the record belonged to an Italian LEGO group for their nearly-115-foot tall tower.

In the end, the LEGO Tower was a fabulous rainbow of plastic bricks stretching a couple

of stories above the historic buildings of Milan.

Oddly, the team didn't go all-out trying to break the record.

They just added a little bit to the record, beating the 2014 mark by a mere 10.5 inches.

If that isn't an invitation to competition, nothing is.

The LEGO company themselves had a role in the incredible structure: for every centimeter

built, they donated more money to Urban Oasis.

And in 2016, two-time record-holder Legoland Germany once again reclaimed the title, hitting

116 feet, four inches.

They celebrated in the weirdest way possible.

"... LEGOland Deutschland!"

The Dancing Plague | When People Danced Themselves to Death - Duration: 4:05.

Man, you can never dance too

much can you? Well, actually yes. Yes you

can, you can die from it. Which is exactly

what happened in 1518 in Strasburg. Around

400 people took to dancing for days

without rest and over a period of one

month some of those affected died of

heart attack, stroke or exhaustion. So...

what!? Was this some kind of mass hysteria

or did they just, you know, really feel

the groove? The outbreak began in July

1518 when a woman known as Frau Troffea

stepped into the street and began to

silently twist, twirl and shake. She kept

up her solo dance-a-thon for nearly a week

and before long some three dozen other

mostly female Strasburgese, Strasbourgish, Strasbourgians... Strasburg

people joined in. After about a month

four hundred people were getting jiggy

with it. Weirdest silent disco ever. So

people were obviously like, well this is

weird... what can we do to make them stop?

And get this the authorities had the

great suggestion, more dancing!

Surprisingly that didn't work. The

authorities did this because they

believed that the dancers would recover

only if they danced continuously night

and day. Dance away the sickness which is

like my motto. To increase the

effectiveness of the cure authorities

even paid for musicians to keep the

afflicted moving.

Eventually the dancing plague died off

but not after many, many, many, many, many

people died. So what caused this? I mean

do you really need to reason to dance?

Well yeah I guess you do if you do it

for a month straight, 400 people join in

and people die of exhaustion. So yeah.

What's weird is that the woman who

started to plague, she should have been

dead through dehydration after 3 days max.

Six days in she wasn't dead she was

still dancing. That sort of physical

exertion isn't naturally maintainable

and reports say that these people were

not just trembling, shaking or convulsing,

although they were entranced their arms

and legs are moving as if they were

purposely dancing. Okay so what do we

think are they likely causes. Having

suffered severely from famine, the region

was in an ongoing crisis, many died of

starvation. The area was riddled with

diseases including smallpox and syphilis. Some historians believe the stress was

intolerable and hence a mass

psychological illness resulted. Another

possible causes an outbreak of ergotism

which you can get after eating

ergot laced bread. Ingestion of

ergot, a psychotropic mold that grows

on rye, can lead to delirium,

hallucinations and seizures as well as

other symptoms. Bit by bit the dancing

mysteriously stopped weird. Thank you so

that's all the dancing I'll ever do, like

seriously I'm a bad dancer it's like so

cringe-worthy it's just not something

Having selected several key excerpts from Donald Trump's lengthy AP interview earlier,

we urge readers looking for fascinating yet surreal bedtime reading to give the full,

nearly 8,000 word transcript a try, as it contains bizarro excerpts such as this:

AP: You did put out though, as a candidate, you put out a 100-day plan.

Do you feel like you should be held accountable to that plan?

TRUMP: Somebody, yeah, somebody put out the concept of a hundred-day plan.

But yeah.

Well, I'm mostly there on most items.

Go over the items, and I'll talk to you ... (Crosstalk.)

TRUMP: But things change.

There has to be flexibility.

Let me give you an example.

President Xi, we have a, like, a really great relationship.

For me to call him a currency manipulator and then say, "By the way, I'd like you to

solve the North Korean problem," doesn't work.

So you have to have a certain flexibility, Number One.

Number Two, from the time I took office till now, you know, it's a very exact thing.

It's not like generalities.

Do you want a Coke or anything?

AP: I'm OK, thank you.

No.

... Yet what caught our attention was the following

excerpt on a topic that has re-emerged in recent days in the aftermath of the spat between

Julian Assange and the new CIA chief Mike Pompeo, who last week made it clear Assange's

days as a quasi-free man are numbered.

And, as the following exchange between the AP and Trump notes, the president does not

harbor any partcularly fond feelings for the man who has been accused of being a Russian

plant or spy and crushing Hillary Clinton's election chances.

That, and so much more in the following bizarre exchange:

AP: Jeff Sessions, your attorney general, is taking a tougher line suddenly on Julian

Assange, saying that arresting him is a priority.

You were supportive of what WikiLeaks was doing during the campaign with the release

of the Clinton emails.

Do you think that arresting Assange is a priority for the United States?

TRUMP: When Wikileaks came out ... never heard of Wikileaks, never heard of it.

When Wikileaks came out, all I was just saying is, "Well, look at all this information here,

this is pretty good stuff."

You know, they tried to hack the Republican, the RNC, but we had good defenses.

They didn't have defenses, which is pretty bad management.

But we had good defenses, they tried to hack both of them.

They weren't able to get through to Republicans.

No, I found it very interesting when I read this stuff and I said, "Wow."

It was just a figure of speech.

I said, "Well, look at this.

It's good reading."

AP: But that didn't mean that you supported what Assange is doing?

TRUMP: No, I don't support or unsupport.

It was just information.

They shouldn't have allowed it to get out.

If they had the proper defensive devices on their internet, you know, equipment, they

wouldn't even allow the FBI.

How about this � they get hacked, and the FBI goes to see them, and they won't let the

FBI see their server.

But do you understand, nobody ever writes it.

Why wouldn't (former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John) Podesta and Hillary Clinton

allow the FBI to see the server?

They brought in another company that I hear is Ukrainian-based.

AP: CrowdStrike?

TRUMP: That's what I heard.

I heard it's owned by a very rich Ukrainian, that's what I heard.

But they brought in another company to investigate the server.

Why didn't they allow the FBI in to investigate the server?

I mean, there is so many things that nobody writes about.

It's incredible.

AP: Can I just ask you, though � do you believe it is a priority for the United States,

or it should be a priority, to arrest Julian Assange?

TRUMP: I am not involved in that decision, but if Jeff Sessions wants to do it, it's

OK with me.

I didn't know about that decision, but if they want to do it, it's OK with me.

And while Trump may somehow not know about the DOJ's decision to arrest Assange, we are

confident he knows that any potential pardon of Assange is long gone.

As for Donald Trump "loving" Wikileaks, that was so six months ago.

My name in Ana González and I have been at the Museo del Prado for nearly 21 years, where I work in the

Technical Documentation Department. Today I will be talking to you about this painting by Raphael.

It was executed for a monastery in Palermo, the monastery of Santa Maria dello Spasimo,

hence the painting's name, Lo Spasimo de Sicilia.\NRaphael painted it around 1516 at the time

when he was the Pope's archaeologist and an architect, overwhelmed with work, while just a few years

before he had set up a very large studio. The painting arrived in Spain in 1661 and has always been

in the Royal Collection, apart from a moment in 1813 when Napoleon decided that he wanted

to unite all of Raphael's oeuvre in France to create a Napoleonic museum,

and his brother Joseph Bonaparte removed this one and other works by Raphael from the royal collection

and took them to France.\NIt is now on canvas but originally it was not a canvas

What happened with these paintings? In the mid-18th century a type of restoration

became fashionable in France known as transposition of the support, which consisted of removing

the wooden support of paintings, leaving just the pictorial layer and transferring it to canvas.

Damages caused in the paintings were very significant. Last year a book called

"Patrimonio en conflicto" was published. In it we explain what damages suffered the paintings

because it was necessary to rough down the wood with axes

and then the remains were removed with a knife.

They did this because they thought wood was a focus of problems for paintings as

it is eaten by woodworm, it moves and opens, and they were obsessed with

what they called "giving the works eternal life". They thought that by removing the wood they would remove

the source of the problems and that these paintings transferred to canvas would last for much longer.

They also did this because they thought that all the paint layers were separate,

that the support was one thing, the preparation another and the pictorial layer another,

and that really the only thing that mattered in a painting was the paint layer.

A study of artists' techniques reveals that this separation is never that precise,

particularly with figures such as Raphael who conceived their works as a whole from the outset.

When they chose the wood they knew what type of wood they were choosing and why its particular

texture would influence the effect it would have on the surface. When they applied

the preparation they did it in a very striated way so that it produced certain visual effects

that decide or condition the way we see the paintings. If we remove

some of these layers, firstly we are removing original material, the painter's decision

to make it look like that, and secondly we are completely modifying the vision

that he wanted us to have of the work.

They returned to Spain 1818 and since 1839 the painting has been in the Museo del Prado.

When they arrived here no one said anything, no one mentioned what had happened to them.

Other documents that we come across are

by travellers, particularly those who came to Spain, German and English travellers, among whose

regular complaints on visiting the Prado was the orangeish layer of varnish

that covered the paintings by Raphael. Another person who protested about this a lot was Vicente Poleró in the

mid-19th century, who wrote a marvellous treatise on restoration that took technique into account,

and he says it is clear that the paintings are so covered in varnish, with layers of such dark varnish,

that it is impossible to distinguish paintings of one school from another or even

Raphael's own paintings within his oeuvre.

The paintings were so soaked in varnish that no one noticed the damage underneath

until they were restored, but it was not until nearly 1980 that the first restorations began

to be undertaken, when we took the first X-radiographs but above all it is from

the infrared-reflectographs that we have been able to detail what types of damage can be attributed

to those transpositions. What started all this? Starting in the 19th century and obviously

if the paintings are being manipulated that much, glazes will inevitably be removed,

in some cases leaving the initial brushstrokes, as in this figure for example. So what happened?

It was in the early and mid-19th century that the great monographs on Raphael were being

written, and his paintings started to be described as if they were made in pieces, like jigsaw puzzles.

But for me this is not a workshop intervention, it is not that Giulio Romano did

a head and Gianfrancesco Penni painted the left toe of the right foot, it is

that these areas of damage underwent major changes during the restorations.

Even so, as with all the great masters, this work reveals a marvellous technique,

preserving a great deal of what it originally had,

Christ's head retains many of the glazes

and some specific details such as the way the drops of blood are represented,

then there's another lovely part which is Simon Cyrene's shoulder

in which Raphael played with areas of very diluted paint

where he is almost working with the preparation, while the use of impasto in other areas

seems almost sculptural, such as the ones on the mantle, which when seen under raking light show all

the relief and pigment of these brushstrokes.

These paintings are very damaged, but they have been very well restored.

This painting was restored by Rafael Alonso in 2011 and it has to be said that he did a

masterly job as he succeeded in recovering part of the work's material substance,

its original essence.

With regard to what I mentioned about workshop participation,

it is difficult to know to what extent Raphael's studio was involved in this case.

In my opinion Raphael allowed his studio to entirely undertake complete procedures, as this was

much easier to disguise. He himself exercised absolute control over the quality

of the work so that every painting that left his studio could be considered

an authentic Raphael, and essentially they are authentic Raphaels, but in many cases

they are Raphaels painted by someone else. In my opinion, this is the case for example

with The Visitation, which was completely painted by Giulio Romano but entirely under the strict

supervision of Raphael, possibly with Raphael producing a detailed preparatory drawing process that concluded

with small models which he used to devise the arrangement of the light and shadow, and this was then

transferred to a cartoon with the complete composition. The studio was always involved in transferring

this composition to the preparatory layer in order to produce the under-drawing.

Raphael then made small free-hand adjustments which were extremely important

for the final composition in the sense that they often clarified spaces, movements

and relations. The first brushstrokes or distribution of the colour

may also have been the work of the studio, but only one person,

as this was subsequently much easier to integrate into the visible image,

and Raphael would then have made all the adjustments to the surface, ensuring that

the figures were fully integrated. This is one of our hypotheses.

Robo-Bevel Tool for Strip Building Small Boats - Duration: 3:52.

hi I'm Nick Schade at Guillemot Kayaks. I'd like

to introduce to you my new tool called

the Robo-Bevel. it's a tool for strip

building boats. Most people associate

strip building boats with coving bead

strips and cove and bead strips are a

great way to get a reasonably tight

joint very quickly and easily. However I've

found on tight radius stations that

sometimes a cove and bead will pop out. They

look tight when you first put it

together but when you go to sand it you

might end up opening up a gap. What I

found works better, it took a little

longer but it worked better was to bevel

each strip. So, I would place a strip down

on the form, secure it in place and then

the next strip on I would bevel the edge

so it fit tightly against the existing

strip, and the way I do that is I dri-fit

it, look at the gap, and then plane away

that gap until I got a tight fit and in

the process of doing that I tended to

end up over compensating and making the

bevel so it was a little open at the

back, that assured to tight seam at the

front but on the inside it might be a

little bit open, not too big a deal but I felt

I could do better and I thought about it

for a long time. I thought there must be

a way to run a plane down the strip

after it's installed to square up that

top edge of the strip so it's square to

the form so if i put up a new strip it

will make perfectly with that beveled

edge i kept thinking about this i

thought there must be a way but i

couldn't really think of something until

i came across a tool made by veritas

it's a miniature shoulder plane. it's

the cutest little thing you know it

almost looks like a toy but it's made

exactly like they make their full-size

shoulder planes it's gotta just a depth

it sharpens up really well it's got a

nice steel on the blade on and it is a

quarter inch wide so it's perfect for

strips so I thought about it some more I

made a couple prototypes I wanted

something that would help guide this

little plane down that top edge of the

strip without the plane having to

balance it there

can't really hold this thing so small so

i made this what i call the Robo bevel

and basically what it is is a tool that

pulls a little soul or playing with rare

earth magnets in place along a fence

with a curved foot I ended up putting

magnets on both sides so you could flip

it around and go both directions and

it's been working great for me if built

a couple boats with it now and then

really pleased with how it works you

take the tool you lay it up against the

forms type down against the strip you

run it down the length of the strip and

keep rotating the tool as the forms

change and that will automatically

square up that top edge of the strip

with the form it goes very quickly it's

very precision on the tool guides you

down the strip you don't fall off and it

really works great the precision of it

makes it so it only takes a couple

passes you keep running it down the

strip until such point as the blade is

kind of girl across full width of the

existing strip if you're interested in a

robo bevel they're available on my

website now that's a great little tool
