Welcome to health care at home

The problem we are going to discuss today, we have received lot of emails, comments

Even personally also many people has requested me to do an episode on this problem.

And that problem is Insomnia meaning nability to sleep

It is spreading so widely that out of 5 every 2 persons are suffering from this.

Our life-style is the reason behind this problem,

Either you are govt.servant, working, service man or business man.

Now a days everyone is habitual of late night parties.

Somewhere or other we goes for late night parties or late night movie shows.

Slowly you get indulge in this routine and later on it becomes habit.

Earlier people used to sleep between 7 pm to 9 pm but now a days nobody sleeps till 12 am.

Due to this problem is Insomnia is getting increased.

Why does it happen?

The major reason behind Insomnia is stress

Now you'll say that we are having stress in our life, so what to do about this

I'm not talking about that stress rather I'm talking about the stress which you have created

One of the major stress you are taking from TV

You must be laughing on this.

You have TV in your bedroom & you watch TV till you are absolutely sleepy.

I've often seen people watching TV by laying on bed in result

What all happens in TV that affects your mind

Suppose you are watching an emotional serial

Those emotions are running in your mind & you sleep when you turn off the TV.

Although you sleep but your mind is still awake because

Those emotions will run in your mind in result

You'll not be able to have sound sleep

Similarly if you are watching any horror serial before sleeping

Those horror feelings still runs in your mind even when you are sleeping

Due to this your mind doesn't get proper rest

In result you don't feel fresh next morning also you are disturb in night while sleeping and then inability to sleep

Second major stress in our life is Mobile.

Till sleeping you are busy on mobile, it also creates an unwanted stress.

It doesn't let your mind get relax.

Sp you should keep the mobile and Tv away from your bedroom.

And you should stop watching Tv & mobile before 30 mins or in fact I would recommend before 1 hour.

Have a relaxing time with your family. Must wash your feet, hand and face before sleeping

Then go to your bedroom.

Why does Insomnia happen? It happens due to stress as I said.

In fact due to Impulsiveness, anger also problem of insomnia happens.

Any type of impulsiveness creates Insomnia.

If the atmosphere of the room is not good where in you are sleeping

Dirty environment is also the reason of Insomnia, If your bedroom is stinking.

If there is a dirty burning smoke near your bedroom can be the reason of Insomnia.

So you should always keep the neat and clean environment of your bedroom.

If possible spread some flowers or any kind of fragrance as in it will reduce the stress & gives sound sleep

There are lot of other reason of Insomnia. Smoking, consuming caffeine are the reason for it.

Eating stale food are the reason of Insomnia

Excess labour can also be the reason behind Insomnia

Consumption of sleeping pills are the major reason behind Insomnia

Initially sleeping pills are very effective but later on they become the reason of Insomnia with lot of side effects.

Don't take sleeping pills, if you are suffering from Insomnia

We'll share some remedies. Since its a detailed subject

So I'll share everything in details and for that it may possible that I'll do 2-3 episodes.

I'll share acupressure, pranayama, food for Insomnia along with remedies.

Let's talk about remedies. Fenugreek Seeds

Take Fenugreek Leaves, grind it and extract it juice.

Add 1 tsp honey in 2 tsp fenugreek leaves juice and consume it at the time of sleeping

Do this remedy till the problem of Insomnia is not cured.

Due to Insomnia you are unable to sleep and in result you eyes are red next morning.

Becasue your eyes doesn't get proper oxygen & through out the day you'll feel sleepy.

So do this remedy, you'll surely get relief in Insomnia.

An another best remedy . Take ripe banana, mash it and add some reoasted cumin seeds powder

Also add Cinnamon powder. mix well and consume this before 15 mins of sleeping

You'll have sound sleep.

So these were few remedies and causes.

But we'll meet in next episode with more effective remedies for insomnia part 2.

Deutsche Bank Logo - Anton Stankowski | Logo design & Designer review - Duration: 5:45.

Hello and welcome to this video

Gareth here from TastyTuts.com

In this video we are going to look at the Deutsche Bank logo.

Learn a little bit about the logo and the designer behind it.

The Deutsche Bank logo was designed in 1973

by a German graphic designer called Anton Stankowski born 1906.

Anton Stankowski started his career by serving an apprenticeship

as a church painter and decorator from the early to mid 1920's

After this he would study graphic design, typography and photography.

to which you would then work in advertising.

This is where he developed a contemporary style that would later

become known as constructive graphic art.

Stankowski would pioneer the style and use it extensively in both his design & paintings.

In 1951 he established his own

design studio in Stuttgart with a number

of other well known graphic artists of the time.

Stankowski is well known for creating the

Berlin layout out, the city's visual identity

which he created during the 1960's

In 1971 Stankowski created a logo for Stadt Brühl, the city Brühl in Germany.

Now what does this one remind you of?

Stankowski is also known for creating the identity for the

Olympic Congress Baden - Baden in 1981.

Throughout his life Stankowski was dedicated to his paintings

working on his constructivist art style

which he devoted himself to completely until his death.

To see more paintings and graphic art you can check out the Stankowski foundation page,

load more to see there, link is in the description.

So the Deutsche Bank logo was designed in 1973

When Deutsche Bank were becoming an international financial institution

present in 47 countries. It was time to replace the design

that has been used since the mid 1930's

and create a symbol that would be recognized around the world.

In 1973 eight well known artist and graphic designers

were invited to create the new symbol.

Tho it would be the design by Stankowski that would be the most favoured.

The board of managing directors felt that the diagonal line in the square

was the perfect symbol for growth in a stable environment

To quote Anton Stankowski:

Dynamic, Ascending and secure. A security within a certain reliable and

responsible space in which percentages fluctuate.

So the Deutsche Bank logo is essentially a lockup combination mark.

What makes up the logo are two distinct parts.

We have the prominent logo mark which is the square with the angle strip in the middle

and the logotype wordmark.

The wordmark is a Sans Serif typeface called Universe Next 360 basic bold

designed by Adrian Frutiger and published by Linotype.

If you want to learn more and take a closer look at the front

there is a link in the description

when used formerly the logo can be seen with the logotype wordmark element

either to the left to the right all underneath.

When used in more confined or decorative spaces

the logomark is typically used alone.

The Deutsche Bank logo has become one of the most iconic logos of all time

and was number 2 in Creative Reviews 2011 Top 20 logos of all time.

So what can we learn about this story?

Well it's not easy getting across the nature of a product of business in a logo

without of course looking cliché.

The reason this logo was chosen was because the board managing directors felt

that the diagonal line in the square was the perfect symbol for growth

in a stable environment.

This logo is not just a stamp or some interesting unique, distinctive shape.

Yes the logo does look dynamic but most importantly the logo communicates a positive message

the kind of message which will never grow tired

and what any corporate company would want to get behind

There is strong visual narrative movement and direction in his design.

With its immense simplicity and boldness

the resulting logomark is dynamic, distinctive and memorable.

It still looks as striking now as it did when it first appeared back in 1973.

This is an excellent example of how simplicity makes for a timeless logo.

When creating logos consider how simplicity along with

strong narrative is the formula timeless logos.

When designing a logo consider how these aspects have worked so well for this logo

and how they may benefit your design.

If you'd like to learn more about Anton Stankowski

you can find further reading an interesting video and article links in the description

吉本キューブNo.2【折り紙】Origami Yoshimoto Cube#2 - Duration: 8:32.

What inside the Transforming cube is

Yoshimoto Cube #2

This is made up of a pair of two identical rings.

I recommend placing magnet sheets inside

Guess how to put this inside

The paper size

You need one-A4-sized office paper

Or any sized paper with 1:1.4 ratio

If you use Letter-sized paper,

Cut it into 11" x 7.86"

If you want to put the #2 inside the Transforming Cube,

Use a sheet of paper 5-10% smaller than the Transforming Cube

How to fold

Printed side up and divide it into 8

Divide it into 4

Cut off in to 4

One-ring is made of 2 pieces

It's much easier to do this with the tools

Make cuts on the red lines

(Only on the down-pointing triangles)

Cut off the last part

Make cuts on the same lines

From the left, make tetrahedrons

Leave the last part opened

Make the same one and connect

Wrap the tetrahedron up with the last part

Make a ring

Make the other ring in the same manner

Glue pieces of magnet sheet like this if you want

They may slide slightly when they stick, so adjust carefully

The thinner and the stronger magnet sheet is the better

Wait for a while like this, until the cube stay still

Senior senators warn North Korea not to underestimate Trump's resolve - Duration: 0:45.

Several senior Republican senators have endorsed President Trump's approach to North Korea.

Lindsey Graham and John McCain have warned Pyongyang not to underestimate the president's

resolve, after a White House dinner with Trump on Monday evening, local time.

They said that although military force will be used as a 'last resort', President Trump

is also not going to allow North Korea to develop a nuclear missile.

McCain also criticized China's economic retaliation against South Korea in protest to the THAAD

deployment, saying Beijing aiding Pyongyang is what led to that situation.

Senator Cory Gardner echoed these sentiments on Tuesday, adding that China needs to do

more to pressure the North, as it has the diplomatic and economic leverage to do so.

Military tension on Korean Peninsula to linger into May: watchers - Duration: 1:58.

Many people were concerned,... but North Korea's key military anniversary came and went on

with no large-scale provocation to speak of.

But with South Korea and the U.S. still holding their annual joint military drills until the

end of the month,... experts suggest early May is when tensions could hit their peak.

Kim Hyo-sun has more on that.

Celebrating the birthday of its founder,... North Korea unveiled what appeared to be a

new intercontinental ballistic missile at its "Day of the Sun" military parade on April

15th.

Although the missile has never been tested,.. the North has hinted that it could target

the continental United States.

"We will respond to all-out war with all-out war... and to nuclear war with our style of

nuclear warfare."

At the same time,... North Korea intentionally exposed signs of a possible nuclear test at

its Punggye-ri test site in the northeast of the country,... while directly threatening

that it can press the button at anytime.

While there were no nuclear or missile provocations on the North's key military anniversary on

Tuesday,... the international community cannot let its guard down.

"We will conduct a nuclear test at a time and location of our leader's choosing."

Watchers see the end of April when the USS Carl Vinson carrier strike group leaves the

region and when the joint military drills between Seoul and Washington end as the mostly

likely time for North Korea to conduct another provocation.

Some also say early May,... when there are no joint military drills,... could see tensions

hit their peak on the Korean Peninsula.

"It's highly likely North Korea will test the first propellant stage of an ICBM engine

or test mid-range or long-range missiles with new solid-fuel engines."

However,... given how unpredictable North Korea is,... it remains to be seen how Pyongyang

will act... especially given China's cooling ties with the regime... and the close coordination

between Washington and Beijing.

N. Korean defectors meet in Brussels for first-ever global congress - Duration: 0:40.

North Korean defectors resettled to countries around the world are meeting in Brussels for

their first-ever global congress.

The gathering, held Tuesday with 30 representatives in attendance, is the first time defector

groups from South Korea, Asia, the U.S. and Europe have met, though they've each held

events in their own countries of residence.

They discussed the human rights abuses in North Korea, vowed to work toward the North's

democratization... and denounced the regime's nuclear development.

They also urged the international community to classify the Kim Jong-nam murder as an

act of state-sponsored terrorism by North Korea... and called for a UN investigation
