Waching daily Apr 26 2017

Hey everyone!

JAYSTEPHER with my second Lego haul for April 2017.

Let's see what's inside the bubble mailer.

We didn't need scissors to open up this package.

Let's see if I can feel the receipts.

I don't see any in there.

Oh I do.

Okay.

Oh yeah!

Let's see what kind of awesome parts I got.

Well hold on.

They got another receipt stuffed in the bag.

Really?

Lego doesn't like me doing hauls I guess.

So look at all the bricks.

I got mainly bricks this time.

I was trying to clear an order.

So I decided to just stock up on bricks,

and these were extra cheap too!

So I end up getting a bunch of black 1 by 10s,

and some 1 by 16s,

got some greens,

brown,

some gems.

All sorts of stuff.

I even got some corner bricks.

You all who follow me on Instagram,

you probably have remembered I broke a few of these.

So I decided to replace them.

So let's see if everything is in the order.

I just tallied up the order.

Everything is present.

I have 20 of the 1 by 10 black bricks,

20 of the 1 by 8 brown bricks,

20 of the 1 by 6 bright green bricks,

10 of the 1 by 16 black bricks,

five 1 by 8 plates,

five 2 by 4 flat tiles,

five 1 by 2 by 2 corner bricks,

and several gems

or crystals

or diamonds.

It depends on what their names are.

So that's it.

I have some plans for these parts,

but I'm probably going to need to get a lot more brick in that color.

Now there is something I like to discuss real quick

and that is bullyism.

It's getting to be an ongoing problem

especially within the Lego community,

and I'm getting tired of it.

So none of that on my channel.

I'm probably one of the very few

Lego YouTubers that is not afraid to use that block button.

So be very careful.

Constructive criticism is welcomed.

But using some very colorful language,

that's just not acceptable.

It's just not right.

You don't need to do that on YouTube.

So if you have something that's not nice to say,

just kind of keep it to yourself.

You know don't go on YouTube

and just dazzle everyone with the colorful language.

I won't tolerate it.

Like I've said, I'm not afraid to use the block button.

U.S. brings in key components of THAAD battery to S. Korea - Duration: 2:15.

Our top story this afternoon...

The trucks started filtering into the deployment site under the cover of darkness.

Key components of the controversial THAAD missile defense system are now inside the

former golf course in Seongju County where the system will be installed.

The equipment transfer comes a matter of days after South Korea and the U.S. signed a land-swap

deal for the site.

Kim Jung-soo has the details.

Beginning at around midnight on Wednesday, U.S. Forces Korea finished moving key components

of the THAAD battery,... including a radar module and two mobile launch systems,... into

the deployment site in Seongju County.

The site previously served as golf course and was originally owned by Lotte Group before

it was purchased by the defense ministry in February.

Hundreds of Seongju residents reportedly tried to stop the U.S. military transports from

entering the golf course, but to no effect.

The THAAD system will now undergo several localization tests... before becoming fully

operational.

The equipment transfer is taking place just six days after a crucial land-swap agreement

was signed by the two countries.

The agreement had confirmed that U.S. Forces Korea will assume control of about 300-thousand

square meters of land... out of the 1-point-5 million square meters that the defense ministry

had acquired from Lotte Group.

Following the agreement, South Korea's defense ministry was scheduled to conduct an thorough

environmental impact analysis that was expected to take up to a month, or even longer, but

it appears the ministry and the U.S. have agreed to replace that process with another

study conducted on a much smaller-scale.

It also appears that U.S. Forces Korea has decided to go ahead with the deployment even

though South Korea has yet to finish installing basic utility systems onto the property,...

which is required under the Status of Forces agreement signed by the two nations.

While defense officials have maintained that the deployment was sped up in light of rising

tensions on the peninsula,...

Korean media also speculate that it's a project being undertaken to ensure that the THAAD

deployment decision is not overturned by the next administration in Seoul after the presidential

election next month.

Dive Conditions Report For Caloundra 26 April 2017 Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia #ScubaDive - Duration: 3:09.

Hey people of the interwebs it is Q

bringing you your dive conditions

midweek report. At the Caloundra coast

guard jetty we're on an outbound tide and

The Pumicestone passage waters are

looking surprisingly clean. So that's an

encouraging sign and if you were

thinking about a drift dive in The

Passage, as long as it gets cleaner by

the time Saturday and Sunday rolls

around, the tides are going to be in your

favor as well. The wind is currently

moderate from the North and we can tell

that by the sea state here, as we

overlook Kings Beach. Very flat, calm

surface conditions and the good news is

that I can actually see some colors

coming back into the water that are

meant to be there. Some slight blues and

some slight greens. By the time the

weekend gets here the wind will swing

around and become moderate from the

South. Taking a closer look at the water

on Kings Beach boat ramp we've got some

very expectant surfers here, although I'm

not sure whether they're going to catch

any big waves. Looking at the surface it's

quite calm and flat and slowly but

surely the visibility is returning back

to the water. These gray overcast skies

that we're looking at, at the moment, are

going to change. For the rest of the week

we're expecting it to be sunny with some

clouds coming back by Sunday. Now at

Shelly Beach, while the water is not that

coffee brown color anymore, it is still

very opaque. There's zero visibility in

here at the moment and of course getting

a fair bit of exposure to that northern

wind means the waves are slightly bigger

here too.

I still don't think there's any chance

of this clearing up in time for a

scuba-dive at the weekend, the visibility

just won't be there. As I take a

bird's-eye view down onto The Keyhole

site and just beyond that, I can still

see remnants of the very dirty water

that we've had, but the good news is it's

changing color in places, which means

the visibility is slowly but surely

coming back. Although there is no chance

that The Keyhole dive site will be

available for a shore dive this weekend.

Moffatt Beach is of course the most

exposed to the current Northerly wind

direction and that shows with the waves

here being a lot bigger than other dive

sites along the Caloundra coast at the

moment. Your tide times for this weekend,

Saturday we have a high at 10:05 am

and a low at 4:08 pm. Sunday we have a

high at 10:58 am and a low at 4:57 pm.

And the swell for Saturday and

Sunday is expected to be around about

the 1.5 meter mark.

So in summary although the signs are

looking good that things are starting to

clean up, I still don't think there's any

possibility of a shore based scuba dive

off the Calandra coastline anytime soon

and certainly not this weekend.

You are the most famous fitness model in

the world, influencing a lot of people, so

what are you doing to develop your name,

your brand on everyday basis?

There's nothing that is uhm..

There is no particular strategy it's just

putting out good content and trying to like

from my experience trying to help others.

You know I've got a lot of experience,

been training for almost 16 years and all I

do is basically put our exercises, talk

to people let them know why I'm so

passionate, why I enjoy training, beacuse I love it.

You know and yes, that's it really

it's just, I just keep putting out content

How often do you train now?

I train seven days a week.

Always have.

Is it weightlifting of also crossfit training?

You know what, it's just weightlifting,

but um, I do cardio as well you know,

every morning but yeah seven

days a week most of the days if not

like 6 of the days I'm training with a

specific muscle group.

What's your favorite split for example?

I just do single muscle groups man.

So each day has a group, a muslce group.

But then, on my Saturdays I'm relaxed and I chill out

and I'm just in the gym so I love being

there you know, but yeah seven days a week really.

You never train, like a split twice a day for weightlifting?

Or just cardio maybe once and?

No, I have done in the past like years ago,

there was when I actually was a

personal trainer and I worked in a gym.

I used to train twice a day, because I could.

You know, but not anymore.

Now, its just like you know my hour, hour and a half

in the gym and that works for me.

You also need time for recovery.

Of course, of course yes.

What are you doing for your recovery actually?

Do you sleep like seven, eight hours?

Nah, you know what, it's one of the only things that I

really need to work on. Sleep, you know I maybe

get five maximum six hours you know I

wish I could but you know I like to I

like to be busy, you know so I don't even

actually like sleeping, you know.

You like to be productive. Like to be productive, exactly.

What do you think about supplements?

Which ones are you using?

What do you find the most beneficial?

You can make a list of five let's say supplements.

Epic from Dedicated!

Especially, because it has creatine in it, which is

supplement that used for years, you know, the creatine.

I think that works for me.

Is it monohydrate, or different type?

monohydrate, monohydrate. And it has that in it.

So, It has a mix of creatine.

Yeah, epic is really working for me, BCAA's

you know I just take for my recovery,

you know so, yeah, yeah.

And Fusion Pro - the best tasting protein shakes ever.

How much protein do you take during the day?

You know what, I don't actually, I couldn't

tell you in gramms, but I just make sure

I get enough, um because I've been training so long,

I don't measure up things it's like

I know what I need now you know it's

been 15 years of the same so I don't

need to get scales out, but I'll make sure

I get enough you know and then when I

don't get enough from food I have my

shakes you know, so yeah.

You're pretty known for your great six-pack.

Could you give the people some tips how to get these six-packs?

First thing I say is to make sure that

your body fat is at the right percentage for

you to know whether they need a lot of

work or not you know for some people

they are training their six-pack hard,

but they still got a layer of fat on it and

if you don't reduce your fat, you're

never going to know what's under there.

some people they could have the best

six-pack in the world, but if that layer

of fat is there, you're not going to see it

I also say to my clients, that the diet is very important.

Diet is very important because they don't know

what is even there you know so I'm

always say get your diet right if that

is your goal to see your six-pack get

your diet right, then have a look see where

you might need improvement you know and

then go from there, you know.

Do you belive that it is important to train them very

often or just like other body parts,

once, twice a week?

I think once, twice a week

is enough you don't need to overdo it.

You also need to recover.

Yeah, of course, of course.

Just another muscle group that needs to recover.

And it's a small muscle and it

doesn't need that much you know,

no one trains their abs for an hour.

How many meals do you eat per day?

I get about five to six meals a day.

You know, but I've never followed

this like you know typical bodybuilding

routine of having to eat six times.

I eat six times, because that is what I need I'm

hungry you know like, my body requires

that much food you know, you shouldn't

overdo it. If you have fast metabolism. Yes, yes, exactly.

I have the same problem

Sometimes it's actually frustrating because it will be late

at night I want to go to sleep, but I'm starving

and I've just been eating all day.

But you have to eat.

Today I woke up at 4 a.m. and I went to the fridge

and I was eating like Greek yogurt .

Maybe half kilogram.

You have to do it sometimes.

Do you measure your daily protein intake?

No, no, no, not anymore.

You don't care much about it?

I do but I don't measure it, I just

it's instinctive you know as the day

goes on I'll know have I hade enough? No, okay

I'm I have to substitute it with a shake

or I'll make a meal I'll put six eggs on

and some smoked salmon and just

get my protein but you know.

You're not crazy counting everything, all the macronutrients? Nah I'm too long in the

tube just to still be doing that I know

my body now, you know it's I know my body.

People are overthinking it sometimes.

You know what?

It's not necessarily that they're overthinking,

but some of them they still new so they feel

need to learn their body so they haven't

got a clue so that's how you weight up.

It's like some people are still amateurs

at it, they don't know yet so they will

have to learn and eventually 5-6 years

down the line and still going to be weighting

their food if they don't know

by then, you know, so.

What do you think about the future of supplements?

About functional foods?

I'm, well, the industry just getting

bigger and bigger you know it's nice

that companies like Dedicated show

you everything that's in their brand you

know everything that goes into a product

that's what people want to know you know

what is in my product me exactly for me

personally I've always wanted to know

what am I getting I want to know what I

want to see every ingredient you know.

Yeah, you have these brands, but you don't know what it contains.

Yes, yes, hey you know you want to know

Some companies are doing the cheating, yeah.

A lot, yeah.

So, is there someting you would like to say for our fans?

To your fans mainly?

I appreciate you all man, like I

said I'm very passionate about fitness

and all I want to do is just get people

engaged you know I like I just gets old

you know passionate about it and I want

other people to be passionate so yes, that's it.

I'd like more people to be engaged

in fitness man you know so that's why I

want to anytime I do a video it's just

to get people you know to enjoy what I

do and get the same experience that I get

from it you know.

Quick & Easy Overnight Oats Recipe - Duration: 3:33.

Hey Guys welcome to my channel!

In today's video I will show you 4 ways in which I like to prepare my overnight oats!

What I like about overnight oats is that they are quite simple to make and there are endless

topping options.

Regardless of what fruit topping you choose, there are a few basic ingredients you will

need.

First of all you will need a jar or a bowl.

You will also need milk.

It can be regular milk.

But you can also use almond, soy, oat or coconut milk actually any kind of milk will do.

You will also need some Chia seeds.

I like to use a sweetener, in this video I used agave nectar

Then you will need Greek yogurt

And finally you will need oats

So we are starting with the Mango Coconut combo

Start by putting the oats in a jar

Then add your liquid, I used coconut milk and water

Stir and add your Chia seeds and sweetener

Add some shredded coconut

Then top it of with some mango

And there you have your coconut mango flavored overnight oats

Also here I am starting with the oats, I used old fashion oats, you can use instant oats

but you'll run the risk of it getting very mushy so I wouldn't recommend it.

This time around I added the Chia seeds before I added the liquids.

For this recipe I used oat milk

Then add the vanilla and stir some more

Make sure to stir well and add some more liquid if needed

Here I am adding the yogurt and I will top it off with some

fresh strawberries.

And there you have your Strawberry and overnight oats!

So like the previous one I start with the oats and Chia seeds.

Then add your liquids.

I used oat milk and lemon juice

Stir well and and your yogurt.

Then top is of with some blueberries

Now the last one is the apple and cinnamon flavored overnight oats

Start with the oats, Chia seeds and cinnamon powder

Stir well and add your milk and sweeter

Top that with Greek yogurt and finish it with fresh apples

Korea's acting president vows to tackle fine dust - Duration: 0:37.

South Korea's acting president says the government will do all it can to reduce the fine dust

plaguing Korea, which is grappling with ever worsening air quality levels.

At a ministerial meeting on Wednesday...

Hwang Kyo-ahn said people in Korea are facing various health risks from the clouds of fine

dust particles, which are believed to originate from both western deserts in China and domestic

smog.

He said the government would beef up its diplomatic efforts,... as well as expand the use of clean
