Ascension Toolkit #1 Breathing

No, not like that. That isnt breathing. Thats just the autonomous nervous system

ticking over in low gear while youre stuck in the traffic jam of life.

BREATHE.

Thats more like it. More deeply filling up your lungs and fully exhaling. Most importantly,

your awareness is on your breath. You can feel the life-giving air flowing in and out

of your body. You are no longer breathing autonomously. You are using the #1 tool in

the Ascension toolbox.

Why is breathing so important?

Apart from the obvious, that is that airy stuff coming in and out.

When you place your awareness on your breath, your breathing ceases to be unconscious and

becomes conscious. With that simple act you cross a magical threshold. You leave the realm

of the individual and enter that of the cosmic.

Heres a little experiment. Immerse yourself in something extremely mental, something that

requires all your intelligence to make sense out of. Then try to place your awareness on

your breath. Can you keep your mind fully engaged and at the same time follow your breath

as it softly glides in and out of your body?

Are you out of your mind yet?

Conscious breathing is a great Ascension tool precisely because it takes you out of your

mind. If you have got any distance down the Ascension superhighway, you will know this

is a desirable place to beparticularly if you suffer from stress, anxiety or panic

attacks.

Whenever we feel under stress it is because our unconsciousness experiences a fear of

some kind of shortage. It might be a shortage of money, food, water, security, love or even

life itself. Our unconscious screams, Do something about this NOW! and we experience

this silent scream as stress, anxiety and panic that bounces around our minds like juggling

chainsaws.

Conscious breathing connects you to the cosmos. The cosmos is abundant. Always. The universe

always has enough of whatever it is your unconscious is stressed about. Feel it. As you consciously

breathe, relax and feel the cosmos. It knows youre there. It brings you all the air

you can ever breathe.

Breathe.

Thats it. You are an integral part of the universe. Relax.

Breathe.

explain

So we're going to watch a

theater from Multimedia University

Multimedia Nusantara University

Yes

and it's from TEATER KATAK

from what i've heard

teater katak is

really good theater community

and they have made alot of shows

and

i'm sure this is their

60th something shows

and i'm really excited

to see the show because

i know that teater katak is really good

are you excited gaby?

yes! but

6 minutes again the theater will start

but we're still here

we're still waiting for the UBER

and it takes very very long

Kaha are you excited?

I know nothing about theater

Bert

Are you excited?

yeah

i'm very ecited

but before the video ends

i must add

Don't forget to click like, comment , subscribe

let's just turn it off

the battery might die

yeah

the theater show is very good

it's about

a case of serial killer

the story is about

cafe

and in the night there's a

serial killer

and then they try to prove

who is the serial killer

overall it's very good man

we have arrived

so guys now

we're at SDC

and we're going to eat

because

we're starving

McDonalds french fries

is the BOMB!

so in my point of view

the show is really good

but it's actually

under my expectations

what i know

usually they have shows

up to 2 hours

and when i see it's only like one hour

i'm actually kind of dissapointed

but overall it's good

for the story line and how they

make it a musical

it's really different from

Andrea's Point of view yo

you know

i've never seen

a theater perform before

so this is the first time i see

and Andrea say

it's under her expectations

but this is actually

above my expectations

because the theater I see

only in the school

the story line

the performance

the character

yeah

the character is really good

the expression

is so good

and then the story line

the music

so clear

sound effect

everything

all in control

they manage it

beautifully

no error

no error

no mistake

beautiful

perfect performance

Teater Katak UMN

it's really good

you must watch it

Same like Edbert

This is my first time

I watch a theater

because of that

in my opinion

the theater is very good

because they

how they sing

how the music

how they act

is very natural

and

I think it's very controled

i think when i see it

i think they already

exercise for a long time

and their team work is very good

so i think because of that i like it

and i think you all should watch it

if they have another performance

The play was out of my epectations

because

i thought the play was for the frogs

because the name of the theater is

Frog Theater

The play was fluent

They remember the lines of their play

the music was good

on control

overall

oh yeah i forgot

the

director

Okay guys

so that's for the vlog today

Hi! Let's take a look at the 42064 set. I don't remember other big ship in Lego Technic.

This model is very simple. There are no interesting mechanisms here – nothing more complex than usual worm gear.

The model looks nice. The ship is really big.

Of course the appearance could be improved.

I like small models – helicopter and submarine.

The main ship has three functions. The first function is steering.

It's rather difficult to center the ship that's why it moves on the curve almost all the time.

The ship has very small wheels so we can play with it only on smooth surface.

The second function is crane rotation.

The last function is boom raising.

These two functions interference each other.

That's all about functions.

I'd like to tell a few words about parts. There are many panels here.

This set has 200 parts greater than 42066 set.

It is good donor but it has no wheels and tracks.

There are many panels in dark-blue color.

This sticker is the coolest feature of the set.

It's interesting to play with this set due to small submodels. But there are no complex mechanisms here.

Thanks for watching! Bye!

A Line Petticoat Cutting And Stitching | Step By Step Tutorial - Tailoring With Usha - Duration: 11:50.

hello friends, today m going to teach you cutting and stitching of a-line petticoat

the measurement is like this

length of petticoat 33 inch

waist 30 inch

hips 36 inch

half bottom width 24 inch

length of cord belt 2 inch

width of belt is equal to waist + 1.5 inch for sewing seam

length of dart 5 inch

width between dart 3.25 inch

broadness of dart 1 to 1.5 inch

this is my petticoat which will be made in 2 layers, for this we require fabric equal to double of length minus 2 inch + 1 inch for sewing seam and plus belt fabric

this is petticoat fabric, before drafting and cutting, first mark 5 inch line and cut it

this will be our belt for cord insertion

fold the remaining fabric in 2 layers, this is my open side and that is closed side

after that fold it width wise equal to half of half bottom width + 1 inch for sewing seam

half bottom width is 24 inch, its half is 12 +1 =13 inch, so fold it up to 13 inch width wise and after that i'll proceed further

now from top mark petticoat length, length is 33 inch and we minus 2 inch because we insert separate strip for cord insertion at top

i.e 33 - 2 = 31 inch and now add 1 inch for sewing seam i.e 31 + 1 =32 inch

now on this fabric we do drafting our a-line petticoat

at top, take 1/4 of hips + 1 inch width wise i.e 36/4=9 + 1= 10 inch

now join this point to last length point in slant manner

after that we insert darts according to our waist measurement

measurement from center width wise is 3.25 inch and in length 5 inch, mark it

and the broadness of pleat is 1 to 1.5 inch

like this we insert 4 pleats, 2 inc front piece and 2 in back piece

the cutting of it is done like this

in stitching, first of all darken your darts and transfer it to all 4 sides

and after that we insert darts

after inserting darts/pleats match it right to right and sew it starting from top till bottom

after completing stitching of one side, now come to opposite side and mark 5 inch lengthwise

and sew it, starting from 5 inch mark till bottom

this will remain open so that it can be wear easily

leave near about 1 inch at bottom while stitching and here we insert belt roll

for inserting belt roll, first measure bottom width, it is near about 27 inch so take its double i.e 54 inch and cut the belt roll

and paste it on remaining fabric and then attach it with petticoat

after pasting belt roll on fabric, now we insert it at bottom width of petticoat matching right to right

and sew alongside the bookrum/hard fusion paper part

after that stitch it firmly to other side first and after that i'll proceed further

now fold it like this and again fold it on wrong side like this and then do stitching on right side at bottom

after that stitching, leave a gap of sewing footer and again do sewing alongside bottom width

do the same sewing as we do while making foothole region of salwars

this stitching must be done on right side

after stitching at bottom width like this, now we do side sewing at the left 5 inch length

fold it like this and sew it, and continue sewing till the other side

after that, we insert this strip for cord insertion and for that measure the low waist

it is near about 16.5 inch, so fold it up to 17.5 inch and cut it, after that fold it again from sides

and now we do insertion

after double folding like this, now take wrong side of petticoat and right side of belt & sew it alongside waist

now fold belt boundary half inch like this and again fold it on sewing line and sew it alongside waist

after completing this i'll upload an image of it

if you like this video then hit like button and if you are new here then subscribe for more such videos

in next video, i'll teach you a new cutting/stitching in a simple way..thank you :)

The Untold Truth Of Stacy London - Duration: 5:06.

From the time Stacy London burst onto the public scene with her 2002 debut in TLC's

What Not to Wear, she has spoken openly about her experiences in the fashion world. Her

no-nonsense, edgy humor made her an instant star on the show, and the good news is she

wasn't faking it. There's a very real person with a lot of depth behind all that style

imagination. Let's take a look at some of the lesser-known facts about Stacy London.

Her signature silver streak

One of London's signature looks is the silver streak of hair that frames her face. What

people might not know about the natural highlight is that she's had it since she was a kid.

When she was six years old, London was diagnosed with psoriasis, an autoimmune disease that

can cause a rough, scaly rash anywhere on a person's skin. Then, when she was 11, she

dealt with repeated bouts of strep throat that wound up sending her psoriasis into overdrive.

She woke up one day completely covered in red scales, and spent the next two years dealing

with cracked, scaly skin and full-body rashes that even covered her scalp.

"Growing up I felt ashamed. I felt embarrassed. I felt afraid."

To treat the rash on her scalp, she had to cover it with tar every night, which her mother

would then scrub off with boric acid each morning. She eventually got so tired of this

that she shaved off her long dark hair and opted for a crew cut — and although it made

the tar and boric acid treatments easier, London wrote in her 2012 book, The Truth About

Style, that the haircut "didn't just make me feel less girly — it made me feel less

human."

She eventually found a topical steroid that cleared up the psoriasis, and when her hair

grew back, the silver streak emerged, and she's run with it ever since, calling it a

"badge of honor."

Body image issues

When contestants on What Not to Wear were facing their own struggles with weight and

not feeling comfortable in their own skin, London could relate. After the misery of her

experience with psoriasis — during which time she was relentlessly bullied by the kids

at her school — London developed body dysmorphia, which she's struggled with ever since. During

her youth, for a long time she didn't want to look at herself in the mirror,

London admits that when she does look at her reflection, what she sees is not necessarily

reality.

The reality show alum has battled anorexia, which left her hospitalized in her 20s. Her

weight eventually stabilized, but she struggled again when she quit smoking in 2008, gaining

15 pounds in three months. This strained the show's resources: since the budget didn't

allow for a new wardrobe, she had to fit into the clothes she had. She explained her feelings

to the Washington Post, saying, "It affected me. I was very moody, embarrassed and disappointed

in myself."

Smarts to spare

London's whip-smart quickness on camera are thanks in part to her impressive academic

credentials: In addition to her incisive fashion advice, London graduated Phi Beta Kappa from

Vassar College in upstate New York with a degree in philosophy and German literature.

She credits her father with the decision to study something apart from fashion, even though

that was her desired field, saying, "My father gave me great advice, he told me, 'You should

go to college and study what you love. You should study something that teaches you lifelong

skills, like how to write, read, and think critically. You can take that and do anything

with it.'"

Indeed, shortly after college she lan ded a job at Vogue and became climbing the ladder

from there. She went on to become a senior fashion editor at Mademoiselle magazine but

four years into her dream job, a new editor-in-chief came in and gave London the boot. While London

was understandably disappointed with being let go, she has said that she was glad to

have experienced the blow because it taught her how to really pull herself back up.

"If you can see yourself in a new way, then you can believe yourself in a new way"

TV as a happy accident

Although London is a natural fit for a TV role, it's not something she ever set out

to do. After leaving Mademoiselle, London was working as a freelance stylist when her

agent called and said that there was a small screen stylist opportunity, and she might

be a good fit. She did four screen tests over the course of eight months, but with the high

level of competition at play for the job, she was sure she wouldn't be the one to land

the role.

She was on vacation in Spain with her family when her agent called and told her that she

was one of 27 finalists who were asked to come in for a fifth screen test — and she

almost didn't go. She remembered, "I said 'What do you mean? If they want me, I've done

all these screen tests, why do I have to do another one? I'm not leaving Spain.' I hung

up the phone and my stepmother said 'We're putting you on a plane tomorrow, and you're

going to do the screen test and it's going to change your life.'"

As it turns out, those were wise — and very true — words from her stepmom.

Commentary cut-downs

Although What Not to Wear proved to be her biggest career break, it came with its own

struggles. London detailed the downsides of having a public profile in an article for

Refinery29, writing, "When I started What Not to Wear, people hated me. They said I

was a bitch, that I had no right to tear people down, and who in the hell did I think I was

in the first place."

She eventually explained that any criticism she offered guests of the show was simply

part of the routine — "to help break down their blind spots and build them back up with

a sense of self-esteem they deserved."

Of course, there were some times she was a bit nicer about it than others.

"We're gonna trash all this crap."

Style change

While she was on What Not to Wear, London wore lots of dresses and pencil skirts — and

while she looked indisputably fabulous, those clothes aren't really her jam anymore. After

the show ended, she was ready to say goodbye to the floral pencil skirt and stilettos aesthetic

once and for all, telling The Huffington Post, "It's not like I don't love a stiletto, but

hey, I had hamstring surgery, I'm 45, you know, some things have to change."

Now that she's able to make more of her own style choices, she's been much more drawn

to suits, leather, and pants than to the girly outfits featured on the show. She thinks people

might be surprised by some of the things she's sporting around town without the cameras in

tow. Hey, as the show so often promoted, it's never too late for a style change!

administration surveillance of Trump and his campaign officials in his latest tweet...

Obviously citing 'sources' is not the 'smoking gun' but given that entire narratives have

Is it any wonder Democrats are so desperate to silence Nunes?

Shocking New Study 24,000 Chemicals Found in Bottled Water, Including Endocrine Disruptors! - Duration: 5:14.

Shocking New Study 24,000 Chemicals Found in Bottled Water, Including Endocrine Disruptors!

by Edward Morgan

German researchers have discovered endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), which could adversely

affect development and reproduction, to be contained in 18 different bottled water products.

Of the 24,520 suspect chemicals found to be present in bottled water, the one that showed

consistent results and illustrated anti-androgenic and anti-estrogenic activity is di(2-ethylhexyl)

fumarate (DEHF).

Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that can interfere with the hormone system.

They can cause cancerous tumors, birth defects, cardiovascular disorders, metabolic disorders,

and as mentioned earlier, other developmental disorders.

This study comes from Martin Wagner and Jorg Oehlmann of the Goethe University Frankfurt,

Frankfurt am Main, and Michael Schlusener and Thomas Ternes of the German Federal Institute

of Hydrology.

They determined that bottled water could contain serious amounts of EDCs that should be a cause

for concern.

Researchers used spectrometric simulation to narrow down their findings to DEHF as the

only possible EDC giving rise to harmful activity.

DEHF is also known as an anti-estrogenic compound, which means that another unidentified EDC

must be present in the samples that showed anti-androgenic activity.

The authors employed a sensitive in vitro bioassay to characterize the total estrogenic

burden leaching from plastics, including potential mixture effects and unidentified EDCs.

Using a similar approach, a series of studies reported a widespread estrogenic contamination

of commercially available bottled water.

. . .

Here, we combine biological and chemical analysis to identify putative steroid receptor antagonists

in bottled water.

Most of the products were potently antiestrogenic and antiandrogenic in the bioassays.

Nontarget high-resolution mass spectrometry pointed towards maleate and fumarate isomers

as promising candidates and subsequently enabled the identification of di(2-ethylhexyl) fumarate.

Because its concentration is too low to explain the observed activity, other compounds must

contribute.

However, further maleate/fumarate isomers are not only biologically active but structurally

highly similar to phthalates.

Hence, we speculate these compounds might represent a novel, so far overlooked, group

of EDCs.

An increasing number of in vitro studies reports the presence of EDCs in bottled water.

With previous studies focusing on estrogenicity, the present work provides evidence for an

additional contamination with steroid receptor antagonists.

Using an optimized extraction procedure, we detected antiestrogens and antiandrogens in

the majority of analyzed bottled water products.

Moreover, the antagonist activity was very potent.

An equivalent of 3.75 mL bottled water inhibited estrogen and androgen receptor by up to 60

and 90%, respectively.

. . .

Bottled water from six different countries has been found to contain estrogenic, antiestrogenic,

and antiandrogenic (this study), as well as androgenic, progestogenic, and glucocorticoid-like

chemicals.

This demonstrates that a popular beverage is contaminated with diverse-acting EDCs.

What Can You Do?

The answer is simple: Dont drink bottled water!

Apart from that, you can purchase water filters that take out the chlorine and fluoride from

your water.

Theyre easy to find and, with a little research, can be relatively inexpensive.

If youre interested, shoot us an email and we can help you out in your search.

24,000 chemicals is a lot of chemicals to be putting into your body.

Im not saying all of them are harmful, but who would want to take that chance?

Its not uncommon for us to taste some of these chemicals within the water that comes

from the plastic, especially if you leave the bottle in the sun for

a

short period of time.
