In the previous episode we were talking about Fatty Liver.
And I've told you that I'll share remedies for Fatty Liver.
The most effective remedy for Fatty Liver is " Distilled Cow Urine"
It's very easily available in the medical stores.
In India its very easily available, in case you live abroad you can order it online.
Its easily available and its not even very costly.
Let me tell you how to consume this
If you are not diabetic, take 1 tsp honey
Add 20 ml Distilled Cow Urine in it & 1/2 Cup water
Mix it well, have it in the morning with an empty stomach.
Don't take any Milk Product before and after 30 mins its consumption.
Consume this twice a day (Morning & Evening)
Follow this remedy for 1 month, you'll notice to have relief in your fatty liver's problem.
The Second most effective home remedy, i.e Wheat Grass Juice.
Fresh Wheat Grass Juice. How to get its juice, Take a pot
Put Wheat grains below 1/2 inches of sand
Put soaked wheat.Either you can put 12 hours soaked wheat or normal as well.
Sprinkle little bit of water
This way prepare 7 pots one by one.
On first day put wheat in first pot.
Second day in second pot, third day in third pot so this way put either 7 or 9 pots for 9 days.
When its 9th day, then pull out the complete roots of the first pot.
Cut out the wheat portion attached to the roots.
Wash out this grass, finely chop it and put it into a mixer.
You can add some water, although fresh wheat grass juice is without water
But that is tricky process, hence you may add little bit of water in it.
Grind it well like a sauce.
Then take out all the mix in a cloth and squeeze it well
You have to drink 50 ml wheat grass juice in the morning with an empty stomach.
If you are taking Distilled Cow Urine and Wheat grass juice as well
Moment you are awake in the morning, take Wheat Grass juice with an empty stomach.
And after 30 mins take Distilled Cow Urine
If you'll follow both these remedies
Then you'll notice that within 1 month
The problem of your fatty liver will be ruled out completely.
But remember that you have to take 50 ml wheat grass juice in evening also.
Follow this problem and you'll have noticeable change in your fatty liver.
Your liver will be completely healthy, all your problems related to digestion will be solved.
Deficiency of haemoglobin will also be cured.
If you are anaemic that problem will be solved.
It will also boost and strengthen your immune system.
Apart from this take fresh Aloe Vera Leaf and cut out an approximate this much of portion..
Take out its green portion.
Take out its gel and blend it in a mixer.
It will become a juice, Fresh Aloe Vera Juice.
If you'll consume it twice a day
You'll notice to have relief in the problem of fatty liver.
Within 15-20 days you'll got to see the results.
Gooseberry - It's also an very effective home remedy for fatty liver or any type of liver disease.
Take 1 gooseberry and grate it well
Put his grated gooseberry in your mouth and drink water afterwards.
Entire gooseberry will go into your stomach.
Similarly take 4 gooseberry for Morning, Noon, Evening & Night.
If you'll consume these 4 grated gooseberries
Then you'll get much relief in the problem of fatty liver.
In case you don't have gooseberry, you can use gooseberry powder.
You can take 1-1 tsp gooseberry powder in morning & evening with some lukewarm water.
If you have gooseberry juice, you can have 20 ml of this juice 2-3 times in a day.
And you'll get much relief in the problem of fatty liver.
So these were few amazing remedies for fatty liver.
Still we have lot of remedies for liver.
Not only for fatty liver but for any type of liver disease, we have the remedies.
