I think that for a whole month I was in every supermarket in Romania,

buying every sausage available on the market.

We started out making tests with the ones we bought.

For two weeks, we ate only sausages,

but we weren't happy with the quality of the ingredients

and with the fact that not all of them were made of only meat.

Man, it is not possible, I thought, it has to be something better out there.

Let's go somewhere in search of sausages.

Where can you find better sausages than in Germany?

We went to four of five joints selling hotdogs and sausages in the city,

tried every one of their combinations, we saw how the sauces are made

and then we went to a Metro store.

And when we started putting the ingredients in the cart,

we realized that there were around 27 kilos.

We bought the smallest packaging available for each thing,

and then we had another two-three weeks of testing, until we've managed

to find three producers that we liked.

They all made the sausages 100% from meat.

According to the quantities on the label, you will find around 87%-95%,

depending on the recipe, but it is actually made only from meat

to which spices are added.

hey don't have colouring agents, all are gluten free, lactose-free,

none of them have taste improvers.

I don't think we have a problem with one certain type of ingredient,

we have a problem with its quality,

because 1 kilo of meat is impossible to cost 18 RON

and a kilo of hot dog sausages to cost 13 RON.

If people get in contact with street food, they have the opportunity to see it,

because basically, just seeing the way you make it,

they realize that it is high-quality food and that it is good food.

TAWA CHICKEN II तवा चिकन II BY CHEF PIYUSH SHRIVASTAVA II - Duration: 6:09.

Welcome to bachelors cooking

Today I'm going to make Tawa Chicken

This can be used as a starter or you can have it with roomali roti as roll or as a main course with paratha.

Although we'll cook it quite dry.

Let me tell you what we require to make this

Boneless Chicken in very small pieces.

As we are cooking it as a fast food and its cooking process will be fast as well

At times big chunks becomes very chewy and irritates so we'll use small pieces.

Curd, Chopped Coriander leaves, Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato

Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Use the Tandoori Chicken Masala for more delicious taste.

I'm using the same masala, Choppered Ginger, Black Pepper Powder & Chopped Garlic.

We'll also use Ginger-garlic paste.

Firstly we'll marinate the chicken

Putting Tandoori Chicken Masala & while making this I've used extra Red Chilli powder so we'll avoid using it.

Little bit of Turmeric Powder & little bit of Black Pepper Powder.

Mix it well.

Little bit of ginger-garlic paste & salt to taste.

Mix it well

Add 4 tbsp thick Curd

Now let it marinate for 20 mins minimum.

If you ever had plan to make Tawa Chicken, marinate the chicken in the morning

And in the evening you can prepared it quickly just like a fast food.

Its been almost an hour & chicken is marinating

Now let's begin the process of making Tawa Chicken.

Here I'm using Frying pan

Authentically this recipe is cooked in lots of butter but we'are not making it that rich.

So I'm using Oil but if you want to have more tasty dish then you may use butter in it.

First of all let the oil heat up

Adding little bit of chopped ginger & you can smell its sweet cooking aroma

Adding 2 finely chopped garlic in it

Now the colour of garlic is changed as well so we'll add a medium size finely chopped onion.

Give it a toss and cook it till it becomes completely brown.

As you can see the colour of onion, its well brown.

Let's add some dry spices although we've added at the time of chicken marination.

But the tawa masala should also have light flavour so we'll put little bit of spices in it

1 pinch of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder & black pepper powder

Give it a mix, these dry spices get cooks & burns very fast

Adding 1 chopped tomato in it

Add salt so that tomatoes will cook very fast

Tomatoes are soft and now we'll add this marinated chicken into the pan.

While cooking this chicken will release its juices and will become watery

We'll cook this chicken on the high flame for 2-3 mins.

As soon it will release its juices within 3-4 mins it will start getting cooked.

That time this way press it with the spatula and cut the chicken.

As you can see the portion which is cooked that's getting cut.

So we'll cook it for 5 mins on the high flame.

Its been 5 mins and as you can see that chicken has release its juices all over.

We'll make it more dry & as I said that we'll press it this way and chicken will get cut.

So let's press the chicken gently

Not only the pieces will be very small but also all the masala will be well coated to the chicken.

Thirdly chicken doesn't remain chewy as all

Adding 1 tbsp fresh cream for giving richness.

Mix it well

Add dry fenugreek leaves along with fresh cream as together their flavour taste very good.

Turn off the flame.

Let's serve our delicious Tawa Chicken.

We'll sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over this chicken.

Also some chopped onion as I said that you can have it as a starter.

So here the chopped onion goes

So here we have very tasty Tawa Chicken & have it as a starter or main course as per your liking.

If your chicken is well marinated then this dish get prepared in 5-6 mins only.

Caption YouTube video by uploading a formatted transcript - Duration: 2:42.

For this video, I'm going to demonstrate how to caption videos in YouTube by uploading

a transcript.

This method works best when you have scripted out your videos in advance.

I use Google Docs to write my transcripts and you can record your video using a preferred

tool.

WeVideo, Screencastify, Adobe Spark, iMovie or more are all great examples.

One of the great things about transcripts is you can format them.

I'm starting a new line with a blank space here which will show as a new caption track.

You can even successfully include captions with descriptions such as background music

in brackets.

For example, "OK, Google, play Broadway Music"

>> Google Home: Sure. Here's Broadway Showtunes on Pandora.

[Broadway music playing]

>> OK, Google. Stop.

You can even include the greater than symbols to show a new speaker has been introduced.

If you are watching this video with the volume and your Google Home is playing Broadway Music,

I apologize if that's not your preferred musical genre.

Now I'm going to download my transcript as a plain .txt file.

I've already uploaded my video to YouTube and I'm in my Video Manager to select Subtitles/CC.

Now I select Add New Subtitles/CC.

Choose my language and then upload a file.

Here you will want to have transcript selected for file type and choose your downloaded transcript

.txt file.

Then, click upload.

Here's where you could play your video and make any edits to the transcript if needed.

Once finished, choose Set Timings.

Depending on the length of your video it will take a minute or two for the timings to autosync.

Then, you can click on refresh.

Here's where you have the option to edit your timings.

Finished?

Click Save Changes and your transcript will be published as captions!
