I found it with our colleagues from Sweden

marklinofsweden

link to him YT channel in the description of this video

colleague makes an excellent video

on layout decoration

highly recommend

Well, let's start

for the first phase will need

Toilet paper

and diluted 1 to 1 with water PVA glue

apply water-glue mix on the base

and on top apply the toilet paper

apply water-glue mix again

and another layer of toilet paper

again water-glue mix

and a third layer of toilet paper

and last time water-glue mix

the excess paper around the edges can be removed

and until the glue is dry

using a stiff brush

to make a water waves

Here's the structure I got

left to dry until completely dry

then I will paint

I use for painting art acrylic paints

Permanent titanium white

burnt umber

phthalocyanine green

and black

in my case is karelian black

for mixing I use a plastic palette

a lot of paint should not be used immediately

as the paint dries quickly

now I will mix the colors

and paint from light to dark

mix white and umber

and paint it from the edge

I paint the small section

add green

and at the end I add the black

while the paint is still wet

I wet the brush with water

and from light to dark

smoothing colors border

and so gradually I will paint the whole surface

the paint has dried, and I keep

Now I need

water-based gloss lacquer

I use Dulux Celco Aqua 70

at the edges I pasted a masking tape

To ensure that the lacquer does not leak out

using a brush apply a small layer of lacquer

after the lacquer has dried completely

apply second layer

and for it I use PVA glue

glue must be completely dry

then a third layer may be applied

Water-based lacquer

after the third layer has dried

I add a few details

Using white paint

I do whitecaps on the water

by dry brush

Painted upper portion protruding waves

That's all

Dragon Quest Heroes II - Meet the Heroes, Part V: Meena & Maya [multi-language subtitles] - Duration: 2:22.

There you all are.

Tell me dear friend, have you by any chance seen my sister?

We've got some important business with the Queen. I bet if anyone knows where your sister is, it'll be her, so why not-

-so why not let us out, and we'll go and see her? Please?

It can't hurt. And the cards were clear- they said I would find new friends, and that I should help them to help me.

Well, shall we go?

(Multiheal!)

(Punish my foes!)

(The tower falls!)

(Begone!)

CHAAAARGE!

Huh?

Look out! Behind us!

(Here's the moment of truth!)

(I see destruction)

Meena! You really should be nicer to your sister.

I could say the same to you.

(...aaaand poof!)

Arey, what's the point?

Dragging this out would be nothing but boring for all of us. So just this once, I'm going to let you win, dear sis!

What If You're Born Without Sympathy & Empathy? - Duration: 3:34.

Hey there, and welcome to Life Noggin.

You're watching a friend hang a picture on the wall of your house.

She swings the hammer.

Her hand slips, and she smashes her thumb.

You rush to her side to make sure she's okay, not just because you don't want her

to sue you, but because she's your friend and a fellow human.

You can imagine what she's going through.

What's happening in your brain is a complex process that we've evolved to help us survive

as a species.

It's called empathy, and it's 'the capacity to understand or feel what another person

is experiencing.'

It's different from sympathy in that you're putting yourself in someone else's place

and understanding what they're going through, not just feeling sorry for them.

While empathy can be seen in other species--dogs and primates come to mind--it's actually

rare in the animal kingdom.

So how did you lucky humans develop it?

Well humans gained empathy in three steps.

First, humans began pair bonding with our mates as a way of raising our young.

The need to cooperate with another person to keep babies alive encouraged our brains

to grow.

Second, humans started living in communities.

Having to regularly deal with other people made us smarter.

If you've ever had roommates who refused to /pick up after themselves on occasion/,

then you know how important it is to be able to live together in peace AND THROW OUT THE

GARBAGE ONCE IN A WHILE!

Third, human tribes had to cooperate to survive in harsh environments, where food was scarce.

Here, we learned the importance of putting the good of all over our own desires.

Essentially, /relationships/ are at the core of why we evolved the way we did.

Isn't that beautiful?

Everybody reach out and hug somebody.

I mean, someone you know, if they're cool with it.

Don't hug strangers.

Studies have shown that people seeing images of others in pain experience activity in the

anterior cingulate cortex and the anterior insula, areas of the brain that process pain.

When you tell your friend, "I feel your pain," you're not just being cliche.

You kinda /do./ And that's amazing.

Human beings are still naturally self-centered, however.

We project /our/ life experiences and emotional states on others.

To compensate for that, another part of our brains, the right supramarginal gyrus, separates

/our/ emotions from those we see in others.

It keeps us from going full Johnny Bravo on people and helps us understand what /they're/

going through, even if it's different than our own experiences.

Knowing this about human development, it seems obvious that empathy is part of our nature,

that it's not something we /learn./ But that's not the whole story.

We're born with the basics of empathy, but it takes work to make us empathy pros.

See, children need to be empathized /with/ in order to fully experience empathy themselves.

If your caretakers empathize with you, you're more likely to be an empathetic person.

On the other hand, you can be taught /not/ to empathize, or be born with a disconnect

in the empathetic centers of the brain.

Some researchers believe those who lack empathy due to, say, a difficult childhood suffer

from sociopathy, and those who are /born/ with an inability to empathize suffer from

psychopathy.

Words like "sociopath" and "psychopath" get thrown around casually, so it's important

to know these are real conditions that people deal with, even if it's only a small percentage

of the population.

Are you an empathetic person?

What other mental processes that we take for granted do you want to see covered?

Let me know in the comments.

Have you ever wondered if humans are naturally born good or bad?

Check out this episode.

Make sure you come back every Monday for a brand new video.

BRIDGET NIELSEN CLAIMS TO BE MOTHER OF 10 ALIEN HYBRID CHILDREN - Duration: 3:54.

BRIDGET NIELSEN CLAIMS TO BE MOTHER OF 10 ALIEN-HYBRID CHILDREN

Bridget Nielsen is a Galactic Ambassador and she has explained alien hybridization in full.

Nielsen and other followers firmly believe that Aliens, with the name of Greys, are a

future version of ourselves and they reproduce with humans so as to avoid becoming extinct.

According to Nielsen and other followers, the Greys destroyed their own planet and thanks

to GMO foods they are reaching the point where they cannot reproduce.

Nielsen said that in a way they came up with a solution that was very clever as they are

going back to the version or us before everything got messed up.

In a video, Bridget Nielsen talks about the alien hybridization program and explains it

in full.

She believes that the program is responsible for her having 10 alien hybridized children

via dream state while on an alien craft.

Nielsen said that her name is Bridg-ET and through her website states that she is a proud

citizen of the human race along with being an ambassador to Earth.

She goes on to say that she loves Earth and that she is learning to love and go with the

flow of the species more each and every day.

Nielsen claims she was born to BRIDG-ET and that one of the biggest themes of the transformational

incarnation for her has been to connect her human self to the infinite divine expression.

She went on to say that this life, and this applies to many followers, is an awakening

that is incredible, and remembering their galactic family is one of the most critical

pieces and realizing that they are much beyond just a body, earth, space-time and a lot more.

Bridget revealed that her piece of the puzzle was to bridge herself, along with others,

to the stars.

She reflected that when she was small, she would cry in happiness as she looked up at

the stars knowing that there was so much more to life.

Throughout the years Nielsen said that she had recalled her participation in the hybrid

program and the part that she played in it.

One of Nielsens gifts is connecting with other realms, a medium if you like; she makes

use of the skill to connect not only her but other parents, with their hybrid children.

Nielsen said that she was willing for her life to turn into a dream world and as such

she asked her heart if she had hybrid children.

Upon doing so, Nielsen revealed that her soul received a new level of light, something which

she hadnt felt since she was a child, and she knew without a shadow of a doubt that

she had children.

She went on to say that her children lead her on her pathway and give her the power

to be more.

Nielsen believes that once she is acting and living in the fullest natural expression,

her hybrid children will come to Earth.

During 2013 Nielsen said that she had enjoyed future memories of when her hybrid children

come to Earth and make contact with the communities into which they will integrate.

This is a reality that is a wonderland of bliss according to Nielsen.

Chapter 1; The Jogger

Dan and Sue are police officers in London.

It is a Tuesday morning, and Dan is angry.

'What's the matter, Dan?' Sue asks.

'Look at this,' Dan says.

'Every day someone steals money from people near the shops. We must stop this.'

'Yes, of course,' Sue says. 'But who is it?'

'There is a jogger,' Dan says.

'Every day he runs near the shops.

Sometimes he runs into people.

Perhaps he steals the money.'

'OK,' Sue says.

'Let's go to the shops. Perhaps we can see this jogger.'

They sit upstairs in a window over the shops.

Dan has a radio.

They watch the people in the street.

'Look!' Sue says. 'There's the jogger!'

The young man runs into an old woman, and she falls down.

The jogger puts his hand on the old woman's arm.

I'm sorry,' he says.

'Can I help you? Here's your bag.'

Then a young woman shouts at him.

'Don't run here!' she says.

'It's dangerous! Go away!'

The young man runs away.

Dan talks in his radio.

'Quick! Stop him! He's running up North Street!'

A police car stops the young man in North Street.

'Are you OK now?' Sue asks the old woman.

'Yes, thank you.

Where is that nice young woman?

I can't see her now.'

'Have you got all your money?' Sue asks.

The old woman looks in her bag.

'No, I haven't! My money's in my purse.

But my purse isn't here!'

'OK Sue,' Dan says, 'Let's talk to the jogger!'

'Who are you?' Sue asks the young man.

'My name's Peter Jones. Why? Who are you?'

'We're police officers.

Why do you go running past the shops every day?'

'Why not? I like running.'

'OK,' Dan says. 'Let's look for the money.'

'What money?' Peter Jones asks.

'What are you talking about?

I never take money with me when I run.'

Dan looks for the money but he cannot find any.

'Can I go now?' Peter Jones asks.

'OK,' Dan says angrily.

'But don't come back!'

'Why not?' Peter asks angrily.

'I live here! And I'm not doing anything wrong!' He runs away.

'What do we do now?' Sue asks.

'Where is the old woman's money, and her purse?'

'I don't know,' says Dan.

'Somebody has it. But who?'

Chapter 2; TV

Dan and Sue go back to the shops.

'I don't understand,' Dan says.

'The jogger hasn't got the money so we must look for someone different.'

'Look,' Sue says.

'There's a TV camera over that shop door.

Perhaps that can help us.'

They go into the shop and watch the video.

'Look,' Sue says.

'There's the old woman.

She's getting money from the bank and putting it into her purse.

Now she's putting the purse into the bag.'

'Stop the video there,' says Dan.

'Now, look carefully. Is anybody watching her?'

'There are a lot of people in the street,' Sue says.

'I'm not sure. Is it that man with the long hair?'

'Perhaps,' says Dan.

'Let's go on. What happens next?'

They watch the video.

The jogger runs into the lady.

He stops and helps her.

She shouts at him and runs away.

Then a lot of people come and help the old lady.

'Look!' Sue says.

'The long-haired man has her arm.'

'Yes, but that woman has her bag,' Dan says.

'What's she doing with it?

Oh! I can't see! There's a man in front of her!'

'Listen, I have an idea,' Dan says.

'You go to the bank tomorrow, and take some money out.'

'Why's that a good idea?' Sue asks.

'Because we can watch you,' Dan answers.

'Get a lot of money from the bank, and let everybody in the street see it.

Take a radio too, so you can talk to me.'

'OK,' Sue says. 'We can do that tomorrow morning, then.'

Chapter 3; Help me! Quick!

Next day Sue goes to the bank.

Dan is watching with another policeman, Jim.

They have radios.

'I'm getting the money now,' Sue says.

'That's good, Sue,' Dan says on this radio.

'Now let everybody see it.'

Sue drops some money near her feet.

People in the street look at her.

'Look – there's a man with the long hair!' Jim says.

'He's picking up the money. Shall I arrest him?'

'No, wait,' Dan says. 'Watch.'

The man picks up the money and gives it to Sue.

'Here you are,' he says.

'That's a lot of money – be careful!'

'Thanks,' Sue says.

'That's OK.' The man smiles and walks away.

'Have you got all the money, Sue?' Dan asks by radio.

'Yes, it's all here,' Sue says. 'What can I do now?'

'Buy some things in the shops, and then walk slowly down the street,' Dan says.

'We're watching you.'

Sue buys some apples, milk and bread.

Then she walks slowly down the street.

Dan and Jim watch her go.

'Is anybody following me?' Sue asks.

'No,' Dan says. 'There's a woman with a baby. That's all.'

'Don't follow me,' Sue says into the radio.

'Nobody must see you.

I'm turning right, into Smith Street …

now I'm turning left into Peg Lane.

The woman with the baby is following me…

I'm turning right, into Dale Avenue.'

'Are there lots of people about?' Dan asks.

'No, it's very quiet. Nothing is happening.'

Dan and Jim wait. Then Sue shouts:

"Be careful! Oh, help me, quick! Help!'

The jogger, Peter Jones, runs into Sue and she falls over.

There are apples, milk and bread everywhere.

'I'm sorry,' says the man. 'Let me help you.'

The woman takes Sue's arm.

'Are you OK?' she asks.

'Go away!' She shouts at the man.

But he sees the radio in Sue's pocket.

'What's this?' he asks.

'A police radio? Give me the money, quick!'

He takes the money and runs.

The woman wants to run after him but Sue holds her.

'Stop!' she says.

'I'm a police officer. You must stay here!'

'But why?' the woman asks.

'I want to help you.

That man has your money – I haven't got it!'

'Is he your friend?' Sue asks. 'Where does he live?'

'I don't know,' the woman says. 'I don't know him.'

'Who are you?' Sue asks. 'Where do you live?'

'Linda… Linda Wilks. I live at 14, Old Street.'

Chapter 4; Man With A Knife

Dan runs to Sue. 'Are you OK?' he asks.

'Yes, I'm OK,' she says. 'Go on, Dan – run!'

Sue calls a police car on her radio.

Dan runs after Peter Jones.

'Jim, he's turning left into Dock Lane!' he shouts.

'Can you see him?'

'I can see him but he's running very fast,' Jim says.

The jogger sees Jim and gets into a boat.

Jim runs to the river and gets into the boat, too.

'Stop!' Jim says. 'I'm a police officer – Oh no!'

The jogger, Peter Jones, hits Jim and he falls into the water.

The boat goes across the river.

Dan helps Jim out of the water.

'He's going into a café,' Dan says.

'Come on – let's run to that bridge!'

They go across the bridge and run to the café.

Jim goes behind the café and Dan goes in.

'Is he in there?' Jim asks on his radio.

'Yes,' Dan answers. 'Jim – he's coming out!'

'Stop,' says Jim. 'I'm a police officer.'

But Peter has a knife in his hand.

Jim holds out his hand.

'Give me the knife, Peter.'

'Stay back!' Peter says.

'I can kill you with this.'

Jim can see Dan in the door behind Peter.

Dan walks out of the door, very slowly and quietly.

'Come on, Peter,' says Jim.

'Give me the knife.'

Dan takes Peter's arms from behind, and Jim takes the knife from his hand.

Dan finds the money in Peter's trousers.

Chapter 5; At The Police Station

'I want to go home now,' says Linda.

'My baby is hungry and tired.'

'Do you know Peter Jones?' Sue asks.

'Do you and Peter steal money from people?'

'No, I don't know him. And I never steal money.'

'Do you know this woman, Peter?' Dan asks.

'No,' says Peter. 'I don't know her. Who is she?'

Dan and Sue go back to their office.

Does Linda work with Peter?' Dan asks Sue.

'Yes, she does,' says Sue.

'Watch this video. Look – there she is!

She's watching me get the money, and now she's talking to someone on her phone.'

'But who is she talking to?'

'She's talking to Peter, of course.

Now she's following me and talking to him again.

She's talking about me.'

Dan and Sue speak to Linda again.

'Can I see your phone, please, Ms. Wilks?' Sue asks.

'My phone? Why do you want to see that?'

'Well, it remembers a lot of numbers.'

Sue presses 1 on Linda's phone.

Peter's phone begins to ring. Sue laughs.

'Let me ask you again, Ms. Wilks. Do you know Peter Jones?'

'Well, yes, OK. I know him. But I don't steal money.'

Sue and Dan take Linda home. They go into her house.

'There's two hundred pounds under your bed, Linda,' Dan says.

'And look – this is the old lady's purse.'

'This is a nice photo of you and the baby,' Sue says.

'But who is the man? Is he the baby's father?'

'OK, it's Peter,' says Linda.

'And yes, I do steal the money. I'm sorry, OK?'

'No, Linda, it's not OK,' Sue says. 'It's not OK at all.' Subtitles End: mo.dbxdb.com
