[SPANISH] Videoblog - Formula E Paris ePrix - Duration: 11:44.
Hello MiniFans. Looking that most of you enjoyed the videoblog that I made about
the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix, I decided to make another videoblog
about the Formula E Paris ePrix. Do you want to know
how I lived the race in first person? Let's go!
Good morning! We're right not at the Aeropuerto del Prat
in Barcelona. I woke up at 6am, having the flight at
10am. We could say that I came too early, but being right now
8:30am, and having done the security controls, we could say that
I came with so much time, so I have time to have breakfast
before taking the plane. I was lucky because the weather was good today
while we're going to Paris, but it looks like there the things will change. Well... wel'll see how's the travel going
Alright, we're not at the plane, we made the boarding, and we're ready to take off and go to Paris.
We're in Paris. I had a quite flight but
I must confess that the landing was not so much... We had
like a jump start and the plane had to
take off again, but well... we're now going to the train... So, the weather is
now cloudy but we will go now to the track and we'll see how's everything going
Once I arrived to the train stations I had an anecdote and I just found two
argentines who were going to Paris and they didn't knew how to use
the machines to take the tickets, and the guy who was there to help the people
didn't speak Spanish, so being there I decided to
help them, not only to take the tickers to go to the center of
the city, I also decided to give them a few advices about places that
they could visit or some restaurants, and it was something great
to talk with someone in Spanish because reaching the track because I didn't know who I will see there.
We're now at the center of Paris and I took my acreditation for the ePrix
now I'm going to the media center to leave a few things there and I'll go to the hotel
after that I'll see a bit the track
After being 45 minutes trying to find the media center with
the trolley with me on a rocks road, I decided to give up
and go directly to the hotel to leave everything there, eat something and after that going
to the track, to find finally the media center and see a bit of action at the track
In a few minutes will start the shakedown of Formula E
to explain you, the shakedown is like a free practice where the times are not important
the teams are making a few checks on the cars to see that everything is perfect
for all the events for this Saturday.
After the shakedown I decided to go to the hotel because the battery of my mobile
was dying and also because I had some free time
I decided to make a few desgins, so I took also my computer
the surprise was that when I was reaching again the track I saw that the DevBot which is one
of the cars of the RoboRace was on track making a few test, and with the
excitement of seeing that track on track, I went directly there
to see how it was, but for my surprise, when it was trying to make one of the turns
of the lower part of the track at the second sector, the car
spun and crashed into the barriers, finishing the adventure of the DevBot
really early at the events of the Friday.
The day is finishing and we're now one of the last people to leave the media center
and as you may imagine, after the shakedown I decided to go to the hotel
to take my laptop and I prepared a few designs for the Paris ePrix and
also some designs for the MotoGP French Grand Prix.
Now it's time to rest and recover all the energies for the morning.
At the track I met Eduardo, who's a motorsport fan
who I have some conversations last year, and we had to meet in person
so we thought the Paris ePrix was the perfect moment to drink something together
once all the work was finished, we decided to go to a bar to drink something but
I had to make a stop on a special place in Paris.
Before going to the hotel I want to show you the last thing and it's that 1,5km close to the track
we had the official headquarters of the FIA, and it's a coincidence that we have
Jean Todt going outstide right now.
Funny moments of the videoblog
But watch out, this is not the first time that this happened to me with Todt
and it's because I have a small anecdote that happened with my girlfriend a couple of years
ago when we were walking around and we went to the
FIA headquarters to take a picture and it was a coincidence that we also saw
Todt, but in this case it was not the father, it was his son, Nicolas, who
was going inside to work a bit. Once the night
finished I decided to eat something and I went to the hotel. I decided not to film
anything at the hotel because unfortunately
it was really odd, even the lift to reach the 3rd floor where it was my room
had only space for my trolley, so imagine the image that I had to leave
the trolley there and I had to go to the stairs running to reach it
and the room let's say that it wasn't bigger than the one where I'm right now
but for being an hotel that I booked the same week as the Paris ePrix is not bad at all.
It was only 1km far from the circuit, so it was something.
I recovered the energies and the next day I was ready to battle again at the track
Good morning we're not on Saturday of the Paris ePrix
We left the hotel and now we're going to the media center
I have the trolley with me and I'm really excited to see what will happen on this year's race
Today the weather was better and we don't see any clouds around
but the morning started really cold so I had to wear a long-sleeve t-shirt
with some Minis merchandise on it and now I'm going to the track to have some breakfast and enjoy
Yesterday I was one of the last guys to leave the media center
and now in the morning, I'm one of the first
I love my job
During the first free practice I decided to go around the track to
see some on-track action from the cars
I leave you a few images that I made during that session on the track
I also used that moment to take some pictures, because last year
with the cloudy weather the quality of the images were not good for me
and maybe I was not accredited as a photographer, I always found a small place to take
some pictures, and I can't complain about the final result
Once the free practice finished, before going again to the media center
I saw the original roborace which was going to make his first ever
full lap at the track, and as Alejandro Agag said, it was an historic moment
The Formula E become a party for the fans who can visit the
pitlane when we don't have action on track
while they can enjoy some live music and also
some free activities like Formula E simulators
Once the 2nd free practices finished, we had the draw of the qualifying which is
a complete lottery and it's
because every driver or team member must choose a ball
randomly where we had the name of the drivers and another member
of the Formula E chooses one which is the session that the driver must do, being Q1, 2, 3 or 4.
The qualifying session of Formula E finished a few minutes ago and now we have pitlane open for the press and fans
In a few minutes the RoboRace that we have just behind us will make again another lap
on track, but unfortunatley for us, I will be watching the MotoGP qualifying
There was a general expectation for the Roborace, because it's the first ever
competition car which is 100% automatic. No one drivers the car, which could complete a full lap
While the Roborace was on track, I decided to go to the media center to watch the MotoGP qualifying
and make the comic of the session and also the grid image for the start
once everything finished, I took those last minutes before the start
of the race to eat some of the delicious food that we had at the media center
because I must confess, that they took care of us at the circuit in Paris
Once the ePrix finished, I decided to take all my stuff with me and go directly to the airport
The Paris ePrix finished in a chaotic way and while there is the
podium celebration at the center of the track, I'm going to the airport, but not as happy as
I want, because not only I have to say goodbye to this ePrix, also there is a problem
with my flight because it has 1h of delay and I received the notifications, so my flight was at 8:30pm
and will be now at 9:30pm. Let's see if I can reach the airport and see what I'm going to do
I'm now at the airport and I made the security control checks
and for my surprise, my flight is still with delay but not as much as before
from one hour it's now only 15 minutes so
I will use that time to make the Formula E comic, I'll release it
I will prepare the screenplay and I will have time to make some scenes so... Let's go!
The most strange is that after the delay, which was finally of 30 mintues
the flight went perfect and we arrived to Barcelona five minutes early
so we could say that the plane pilot had his fastest lap and with that this
videoblog arrived to his end. I hope you enjoyed and again
if you want me to explain my little adventures if I go to another race
just leave a comment
See you!

SCIENTISTS WANT TO TEST IF THE HUMAN MIND IS BOUND TO THE PHYSICAL WORLD - Duration: 4:59.
SCIENTISTS WANT TO TEST IF THE HUMAN MIND IS BOUND TO THE PHYSICAL WORLD
One of the most interesting of phenomena when it comes to quantum physics is something called
quantum entanglement, or what Einstein called the spooky action at a distance.
This is what makes the quantum computers work with the quantum bits relying on the entanglement
for processing of information and data.
In short, the entangled particles are said to have an effect on each other regardless
of any distance.
It is spooky though as despite following the quantum physics laws, entanglement reveals
a theory much deeper that has not been discovered.
But physicists are working on this deeper theory.
JOHN BELL TEST IN 1964 MAY BE PROVEN WRONG RELATED ARTICLES BLOOD MOON PROPHECY: WORLD
WAR 3 Is Bound To Happen Soon! The role of the physical body in the spiritual world A
test was once conducted by John Bell regarding the entanglement in 1964 to find out if the
particles influence each other.
Bell took a pair of entangled particles, one of which he sent to location A and another
to location B. At the points he used a device to measure the particle`s state.
The measuring devices settings had been random, which meant that it was impossible for A to
have any idea about the setting of B when measuring.
The test that Bell made was said to have supported the spooky theory of Einstein.
Now, a theoretical physicist, Lucien Hardy, from the Perimeter Institute in Canada has
suggested that perhaps the measurements taken between A and B might have been controlled
by something that could be separate from the material world, the mind of the human.
He came up with the idea due to the mathematician and philosopher from France, Rene Descartes,
taken from the mind-matter duality, where the mind is said to be outside of regular
physics and it intervenes in the physical world.
BELL TEST REPEATED WITH 100 HUMAN BEINGS Hardy set about conducting the Bell test with 100
humans with each of them being hooked up to EEG headsets that could read the activity
in their brain.
The devices could then be used to switch the settings on the devices A and B that were
measuring and which had been set at 100 kilometers apart.
Hardy said in a paper that the radical possibility they wanted to look at was that humans choose
the settings instead of random number generators.
He went on to explain that he expected to see a violation of the quantum theory that
was in agreement with the Bell inequality.
He said that if the correlation of the measurement do not match with the results of the tests
Bell did then there may have been a violation of the quantum theory and this may suggest
that A and B had been in fact controlled by factors that were outside of the realm of
standard physics.
RESULTS MAY REVEAL THAT THE HUMAN MIND DOES IS NOT GOVERNED BY PHYSICS He went on to reveal
that it could mean that the mind of the human or the consciousness is not made up of the
identical matter that has been governed by physics.
He also pointed out that it may suggest that the human mind is able to overcome physics
with free will.
Hardy said that it may potentially be the first time that scientists have been able
to get a firm grasps on consciousness.
He did say that it would not settle the question; however, he went on to say that it would have
a bearing that was very strong about the issue of
free will.

Robert Spencer Visits Iceland Part I - Duration: 21:46.
a few hundred people went to Robert Spencer's lecture
about Islam in a meeting held by Vakur
There was a solidarity meeting ourside where Spencer held his lecture.
Attentands played instruments and carried signs which has the swastika crossed over.
and stood outside the entrence of the hotel
the chairman of Siðmennt the association of ethical humanists
and the chairman of the association '78 (LGBT) made short speeches.
Things were close to escalating outside the conference.
"A thief should lose his hand for thievery"
I dictate who comes here not you!
just talk to the police they are here.
MOVE!
We are going to listen to two beautiful speeches then we'll see.
We are here to show solidarity
This is a solidarity assembly.
We are here to show solidarity with those that have to suffer from propaganda and hate propaganda.
Which is happening now inside Grand Hotel
Sema says that Spencer promotes hatred.
and reminds us that he was barred from entering the UK
She says there are a lot of factual errors in his work.
it's sad that this society wanted to invite this man with his propaganda.
There is freedom of speech in Iceland, is something questionable about them inviting this man.
We're not advocating for that should be barred from the country or now allowed to speak.
but we are using the same freedom of expression
That's why we're here. To show solidarity
and here is joy, music and just fun.
Two people spoke and the meeting, Christine Douglas Williams a Canadian report and Spencer.
Willams spoke first.
It's important to note that the news was only allowed to film the event from the back. Attentands face were not to be shown.
She answered a few questions and had an argument with the imam of the Arab Cultural center in Iceland.
When he asked his questions.

BLESSING GRANTED What Pope Francis Just Gave Trump Will Make God Smile - Duration: 1:48.
BLESSING GRANTED What Pope Francis Just Gave Trump Will Make God Smile
By Danny Gold
Donald Trump is a man who can make Miracles happen.
Everyone was expecting President Donald Trumps meeting with Pope Francis to go poorly.
Well, sorry.
It went better than good, it went GREAT!
The Pope was slightly cold when Trump arrived, but by the end the US President had melted
away his scowl into a big, smile from which laughter abound.
The Pope was so impressed, he gave Trump a special gift.
Like the 3 Wise Men from the Bible, the Pope granted President Trump 3 holy gifts as well:
An Emblem of Peace Molded into a beautiful plaque
A message of Peace for Trump a.k.a.
 The Man of Peace
A selection of bible and words to express and share love of the Gospel
The focus on Peace in the gifts is clearly a reference to the AMAZING peace efforts made
in the Middle East by Trump this week which led to Palestinian President Abbas calling
him The Man of Peace.
To see so much warmth towards Donald Trump from a man who once questioned Trumps Christian
faith publicly is proof of the power our President has.
Its time we let the nation see that Trump is changing the world for the better and pretty
much EVERYONE can see it except them.
Thats the reason we gotta send this out.
Also give the President a big old AMEN if you are proud of him.

Historical film 'Warriors of the Dawn' 代立軍 未映先紅 (Eng Sub) - Duration: 2:03.
Warriors of the Dawn, the upcoming historical film by Fox Korea
starring Lee Jung-jae and Yeo Jin-goo
has pre-sold to multiple territories
It has been picked up by buyers from Australia, the Philippines, Taiwan and New Zealand
The 16th-century story involves proxy soldiers sent to fight the invading Japanese army
while the Joseon king flees to safety in China
To avoid invading Japanese forces, King Seonjo escapes to the Ming Empire
In his place, the newly crowned Prince Gwanghae leads the royal court
and confronts the enemies with the help of proxy soldiers led by To-woo
Lee Jung-jae plays a different role at this time, instead of the roles of a royal member, chaebol or a rich man
starring the army captain in order to make a living to serve in the military on behalf of rich people
He said it's a good try
I wish I could play a different role like Grand Prince Suyang in The Face Reader
such as in a different tone, etc.
How to present a character as a proxy soldier?
I paid a lot of attention on it
Yeo Jin-goo plays a role as Prince Gwanghae leads the royal court
To-woo asked Prince Gwanghae in the movie, don't you want to be a king?
And Prince Gwanghae asked back, do you want to be my people?
I think this line shows the clear image of Prince Gwanghae
caring his people, rather than being proud as a royal member
Proxy soldiers consist of those who are paid to serve in the military on behalf of others
It's the first time to show Proxy soldiers in historical movie
"Warriors" releases in Korea on May 31 and in North America on June 16.

Ask Me Anything #2: Stump Kitchen - Duration: 10:16.
[both laughing]
[Alexis] Is this thing on?
[Tyson] Check. [Alexis] Check.
[Tyson singing] Stump Kitchen, Stump Kitchen Gluten-free, vegan eats and stumptastic treats!
[theme music] STUMP KITCHEN, STUMP KITCHEN
GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN EATS AND STUMPTASTIC TREATS!
[Alexis] Hello and welcome to Stump Kitchen's second Ask Me Anything episode.
I'm going to answer your questions here and if you have more questions you can send them
to me any way that you want to on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
I'll answer them all as honestly as I can so yeah, hope you enjoy!
Bye!
[bell dings]
Do you cut your nail on your stump?
[bell dings]
Where do you get your sweet knives?
[Alexis] This is where I get my knives - Knifewear!
This is Chris.
So Knifewear is one of my favourite shops in the world.
I say on my show that it's so great to have a sharp knife.
Why is it important to have a really sharp knife?
[Chris] A sharp knife is safer.
A sharp knife goes where you tell it to go.
[Alexis] What??
[Chris] You don't have to force it through anything.
[Alexis] Or [makes knife cutting sound] [Chris] Exactly.
Exactly.
[Alexis] Tell me about your knives.
[Chris] Nice.
Basically I've laid our four different kinds of knives, the petty, which is really bad
french for 'petite'.
It's perfect for kind of those small jobs if you're just cutting a single piece of fruit
or to peel something.
The gyuto, which translated from Japanese means 'cow sword'.
Basically a meat-focused knife but it's your general kind of chef's knife shape.
The nakiri - it's made specifically for slicing vegetables.
And then the big guy is called a sugihiki.
[Alexis] Oh my!
[Chris] So that's for carving things.
[Alexis] Like a bear?
[Chris] Like a bear, definitely.
[Alexis] What would you carve with this knife if you were, say, a vegan chef.
[Chris] A watermelon.
[Alexis laughs] Holy crap!
[Chris] This is what a sharp knife should do.
There should be absolutely no effort involved in slicing through.
When you sharpen it it should just slide right through.
[Alexis] Look at how beautiful!
A lot of your knives they range in price.
Now for someone who doesn't maybe have a lot of cash, what would you recommend they start with?
[Chris] You can get into a great Japanese knife for around $150, but there's price points
for everybody.
I tell everybody you're buying a knife that's going to last you forever.
[Alexis] Hashtag worth it!
[Chris] There's nothing wrong with buying a knife because it's pretty - all of them
are going to work fantastic.
[Alexis] I just love coming here!
Check out Knifewear if you have a chance, it's on Whyte Ave.
[Chris] We have shops in Ottawa, Vancouver, and Calgary as well.
[Alexis] Fantastic!
Well thanks so much for your time this was fantastic.
Stump high five.
[Chris] Thank you Alexis.
[bell dings]
[Alexis yawns] Oh my god I still have like sleep in my eyes.
Oh.
So the next question is if my hand says that my stump is telling a lie, and my stump says
that it's my hand telling a lie, then who do you trust?
I don't know, I think it's time to bring in the feet!
[bell dings]
What that stump do?
[Alexis] Whup wham!
Whup wham!
Oh!
[laughs]
[Alexis] Let's just check, let's just check the angle here.
We're gonna check the angle.
You ready Lisa? [Lisa] I am ready!
Whup wham! [laughs]
[laughs] Whup wham!
Whup wham! [laughter]
Check out that sausage!
Whup wham!
Whup wham! [laughs]
That's what that stump do!
[bell dings]
Next question is do you know how to grow vegetables out of veggie scraps?
Heck no, I have never done that I don't know how to do that.
However, sometimes when I leave my garlic a little too long in the bowl, it'll grow
a green thing out the middle of it, so that's something.
When I leave my potatoes too long, they start growing something like arms and legs!
And when I leave my fruit a little bit too long either in the fridge or on the counter,
especially the oranges and lemons, they'll start to grow a green coat, so maybe I do
know how to grow things out of my veggies! [laughs]
[bell dings]
Any tips on finding cheap vegetables?
So I'm at my favourite grocery store, it's called Earth's General Store, and I love it so much.
A really great way to save on groceries in your town is to find a produce market that
sells just fruits and veggies, they're often way cheaper, or come to a place like Earth's
General Store where they often have like half-off veggies if they're a little bit bruised, but
they're still good.
You can get amazing organic products for like a fraction of the price, so it's pretty darn
awesome.
[bell dings]
Non-vegan ingredients to watch out for?
Things are labeled pretty well.
If you're looking at the back of something and you want to know if it's vegan or not,
usually it will say something like 'contains milk ingredients' and then you know it's not
vegan.
Then you have something like this that is, this is pasta, it's made with wheat so I can't
have it, but, it says 'may contain a trace of egg', that just means it was made in a
facility that also makes things with eggs in them, but there's no egg in this actual
product.
So if you have a really intense allergy then don't go for this, but if you are vegan and
don't have an allergy, then this is fine.
Here's another example of something that can sneak into ingredients that you think might
be vegan but they're not, when you have something called 'whey protein isolate' that is a milk
thing.
[bell dings]
[laughs] [Alexis] Okay you two awesome humans - one
of the questions we have for the Ask Me Anything episode, is why is it important to have kids
on Stump Kitchen?
Ethan!
[Ethan] Um, so you get to know them.
[Alexis] Yeah!
Callie!
[Callie] Then it's not like there's only one person that you know that only has one hand
or something?
[laughs] [Alexis] What's your favourite thing about
the show?
[Callie] Cooking!
[Ethan] Rawr!
[Callie] Dropping things!
[Ethan] Making a mess!
[bell dings]
Okay so the next question is about learning new techniques or learning to do stuff with
my body.
When I learned how to tie my shoes when I was younger, for example, I did it in a bit
of a different way than someone would do with two hands.
Like, I used my mouth for awhile then eventually I found a way to do it using my stump and
my hand.
But a lot of the stuff that I've learned to do has just come super naturally because it's
just the way that I do it.
So the question is like do I have to think consciously about doing new techniques?
The answer is definitely yes and no, it's all of the things.
One example is I didn't know how to do my hair in a ponytail, but then when I was 20
I was like, "I'm gonna try this".
And so I would kinda like hang my head over and hold my hair with my stump and grab my
elastic.
It took some trial and error but then eventually I got really good at it.
Other stuff that I have to think about sometimes maybe more than other people might think about
is when I'm like holding a lot of stuff and balancing a lot of things and doing something
else.
Like if I'm carrying grocery bags into the house from the car and I have to open the
door and I'm carrying like a coffee or something, I have to be very conscious about where I
put my weight and where I put my bags especially if I'm holding my coffee close to my body
with my stump cause often I forget that I'm holding things and I spill everywhere.
It's great.
Other things come super naturally.
If I'm mixing a bowl of say cookie dough or ice cream or something, I will just automatically
hold it with my stump arm against my body and just mix it with my right hand.
But then other things I've gotta practice too, like, you know, can openers -- can openers
are built for people with two hands for sure, so it took a bit more conscious effort to
like figure out how I was going to use these weird tools.
[laughs] But then so much more comes just so naturally because I was born this way,
I've always had a stump - I'm like 'yeah, of course I can dig into that glass and wash
the bottom of it with my arm' where like a hand wouldn't be able to fit in there, for
me it just comes like second nature just to get in there and clean it out.
So, sometimes it takes some thought, sometimes it doesn't at all and I think they ways that
we all move in the world are super unique and super beautiful and I think that it's
really cool that we get to create space for all of these different ways to exist together.

Easy make up in 5 minutes - Duration: 4:56.
Hi girls, how are you? My name is kelly
Today we are going to make this makeup,
these shadows that are Very easy to perform so girls are no longer
If you like this video, please sign up and subscribe and we will start.
Hi girls, first let's apply this corrector Of the mark Raquel, I already throw a little bit.
This corrector I use it so that the shadows stay to me for more time.
It's like when you take base and then you put powders
Girls I'm using the palette the royal peach of kylie cosmetic.
We will use this "peachy" color and we will apply it in the mobile eyelid
Now let's apply "mojito"
Well, since I apply "peachy" and "mojito" now I'm going to apply the eyeliner.
Finally I'm going to apply the blinking "colossal maybelle"
Look at the difference when I have the eyelashes applied and when not.
Look at the result of the eyelash.
My eyes highlight
To finish this makeup I use this beautiful lipstick "dolce k" by kylie jenner
Sometimes I use the eyeliner pencil because I think it is not necessary since I have large lips, and the pencil is used to give volume to the lips.
Girls I hope you have loved this make-up with the palette the royal peach,
colossal maybelle eyelashes, Avon brand eyeliner, corrector in the brand of Raquel,
lipstick dolce k of the brand kylie cosmetic, so I have left when it's dry.
Girls I hope you liked doing this makeup, which is very easy
when you have an event you can perform these shadows that are very easy to do and do not delay anything in doing it,
so girls see you in a next video, bye Bye!

THE MOST PROFITABLE ENERGY [#07 Darm mit Charme] - Duration: 7:59.
Hi! I'm Lenus and this is a new video about health
on this video I want to talk about the most profitable energy for our body
and for each cell on it
so I will use something that Giulia Enders said and I will try to explain it more deeply
she said
The atoms are so cleverly combined that fat
compared to carbohydrates or proteins
can concentrate twice of energy per gram
we can sum-up our food in three categories or three divisions
the first are fats; second are carbohydrates and third are proteins
we can use them all as energy
actually today we consume high levels of carbohydrates
so our body use carbohydrates as their main energy source
also those are very easy to digest
although fats are also easy to digest
when we get it through several foods
like avocado
when you consume avocado, the avocado fats are mono or polyunsaturated
that are very good for health
our body will digest it easily
and who uses fats as an energy source?
mainly our brain and our nervous system since they use fat
not carbohydrates, carbohydrates like processed sugar
mainly processed sugar
can oxidize fats which make them toxic fats
but fat by themselves aren't bad, I've recorded another video
although I don't remember exactly in which video I explained all of these
but it's totally truth where the problem aren't fats
we used to make this mistake in medicine and several doctors now talk about this
that we all were wrong about thinking of fat as bad
I've to make a note, trans fats are still bad, those aren't good in any way
they are obtained in hydrogenated oils
and those produce a higher inflammation on our body
people who have studied this knows that
the common factor on all diseases is an inflammation, so trans fats
can produce several diseases starting with obesity
which drives into diabetes, into alzheimer, well.. several expressions of disease
hence we see that trans fats are still bad
but we have saturated fat that even on breastmilk have a great percentage
like 60-70% of breastmilk fat is saturated fat, all milk from calves, from cows
that calves consume, is saturated fat
we see that saturated fat is good, our brain uses that fat
as a main energy source for an optimum function
hence I recommend a lot olive oil, olives, nuts like peanuts
almonds, rich in fats, healthy fats
also avocado as I said before, and eggs
although eggs should be consumed in moderation, obviously
since it is a animal source of protein and fat, and other components
but it's an animal source which doesn't gave me to much certainty or security
but in any case you can consume it in moderation
in any case it has great nutrients
beside that you'll have seeds, seeds also have great quantities of fat
like flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds
all these seed have fats that are omega 3 and omega 6 that are really good for function
optimum function of our brain
so I recommend it a lot
now what Giulia Enders said, on those three categories, three compounds
that are fats, carbohydrates and proteins, essentially fats are good
as I was telling you, those improve our energy and brain function
so those are ideal for an optimum function of our brain and for all our nervous system in general
so if you have or know someone who has a neurodegenerative disease
like alzheimer or parkinson
those should be their main food, not carbohydrates but fats
they should consume a lot of healthy fats as the ones I mentioned before
that should be their main diet
that's why they say that mediterranean diet is so good because they add a lot of olive oil
and use lots of veggies, nuts, and well.. all that stuff that is good for
an optimum nervous system function
beside that I'll like to add
one note
is about ketogenic diet, if I'm not wrong
where you start your fat-based diet making fasts
in this way our body purifies and clean from all those carbohydrates that we have consumed
along our life
because when your body start to consume carbohydrates, as I explained on some video before
it produces some type of addiction for carbohydrates, it's an addiction
to consume bread, yeast, to consume processed carbohydrates
that are bad for our health
so through fast you purify your body
Giulia also explains that when you do fasts, you will hear some sounds from your body
what we usually think is that we're hungry but it's not exactly like that
when our body sounds, that is, our digestive system sounds
is because it's being cleaned, purifying from toxins
rests, carbohydrates, and all those impurities that could be there
in the digestive system.. that's why it sounds
so, continuing with Ketosis, that is, a diet starting
with fast and then eating mainly fats
that you can even found on cereal like oats, quinoa, even wheat
but as whole grains, I wrote about that on my last article
that I published about whole grains
those also have fats, healthy fats, unsaturated fats that are good for our health
so all those wheats are essential.. or very good in their whole grain form
so when you buy pasta or bread, it would be great if you buy the 7 whole grain bread
since it's 7 whole grain bread, the whole grain pasta that came from whole grain flour
also with rice, whole grain rice, that you can mix up with whole grain quinoa and all of these
because you will obtain fats that are also a great replacement for the foods that you used to eat
but in a healthier version
is a way of saying it
so you could eat the same but in a healthier option, using whole grain
well, that was the whole message that I wanted to share
about fats, and about nutrition, strength, our main energy source for
our general body and for our brain, hope this could help you
and to explain more about what I wanted to tell
without more to add
don't forget to Stay Healthy! and to Subscribe!
see you in the next video
