Rifts dungeons received some changes

What happened, is that they
made rifts easier for people who choose their monster nicely
This will be less rune dependants and more team dependant
They did a 50% damage increase for elemental advantage monsters
So we should use monsters that have elemental advantage to the rift beast
However, they increased the rifts beasts' defenses
So if we had a team that barely got a score, without elemental advantage, like full dark and light units
Like hey, I just have one team that works for everyting
we will score a little less that before
so theomars will be broken as fuck in fire beast haha

They say elemental advantage gives 50% damage increase
Theo always have elemental advantage thanks to his passive
Did they code this like "hey, you have elemental advantage in game so okay take this boost"

The term just sounds ominous. And though it makes up an estimated 85% of the total mass
of the Universe, it has remained a mystery to physicists for 80 years. It outweighs ordinary
matter, which consists of all the atoms that make up stars, galaxies, and clouds in the
cosmos, by a factor of four to one. It�s become apparent that it exists solely because
of its powerful gravity, with galaxies relying on it to encase them as they spin incredibly
fast, keeping them together.
But despite decades of trying, nobody has been able to understand it, or its origins,
more than that. Scientists theorize it produced in massive quantities in the immediate aftermath
of the Big Bang, but a new hypothesis could finally give dark matter an identity.
According to two physicists, dark matter has been changing forms this whole time, beginning
from particles in the Universe�s biggest structures, and shifting to a superfluid state
at smaller levels.
While we can�t detect dark matter, we are able to see the way it affects everything
around us, like the way galaxies rotate and light bends as it travels through the Universe.
This new hypothesis, presented by University of Pennsylvania physicist Justin Khoury and
Lasha Berezhiani, now at Princeton University, suggests that the reason we�ve had such
a hard time understanding dark matter is because it doesn�t stay the same.
�Most of the mass [in the Universe], which is dark matter, is segregated from where most
of the ordinary matter lies,� explained Khoury. �On a cosmic web scale, this does
well in fitting with the observations. On a galaxy cluster scale, it also does pretty
well. However, when on the scale of galaxies, it does not fit.�
The cold dark matter particles account for the massive galaxy clusters, but the new hypothesis
suggests that, when looking at dark matter on a singular galactic scale, it takes on
a superfluid state � a form of cold, densely packed matter with no friction or viscosity.
�Recently, more physicists have warmed to the possibility of superfluid phases forming
naturally in the extreme conditions of space,� Jennifer Ouellette explained for Quanta Magazine.
�Superfluids may exist inside neutron stars, and some researchers have speculated that
space-time itself may be a superfluid. So why shouldn�t dark matter have a superfluid
phase, too?�
The shifting states are thought to work like this: The �halos� of dark matter encasing
individual galaxies form the conditions needed to produce a superfluid, which serves as a
gravitational pull on the galaxy to keep it densely packed. The coldness of space ensures
the temperature remains low. On a larger scale, this gravitational pull is too weak to form
a superfluid.
The hope is that such knowledge of dark matter�s shifting state could help physicists to better
understand the elusive behaviours of individual galaxies that gravity by itself cannot uncover.
According to Ouellette, disturbing an electric field creates radio waves; a gravitational
field gravitational waves; and disturbing a superfluid creates phonons, or sound waves.
�It�s nice because you have an additional force on top of gravity, but it really is
intrinsically linked to dark matter,� Khoury said. �It�s a property of the dark matter
medium that gives rise to this force.�
While the hypothesis has yet to be peer-reviewed, it is still intriguing to think that the mystery
of
dark matter could soon be uncovered.

Well, half the people actually came and joined our game,

-So they probably have a completely different opinion
of you than they had going into the evening.
I know. Everyone thinks "Nice little Hilary Duff."
Apparently she gets a little sassy.
-I woke up and I was like, "That happened?"
My friend was like, "It did."

on your forehead? -No, no.
We used, like, you know,
the updated version that's on a phone.

-Yeah, you'd have to use a Post-It.

-So, congratulations. Season four of the show.
So, for those who don't watch "Younger,"
Sutton Foster plays a 41-year-old woman
who is pretending to her friends -- you among them --
that she's 27. -To get a job.
-To get a job. And last season she came clean.
So you guys are at a crossroads.
Is that where we sort of pick it up now?
-Yeah, yeah. So this season is
a little more dramatic than the others,
and, you know, Kelsey's like, "You psychopath.
Who have I let into my life?
Like, you're 20 years older than you say you are?"
Like, it just cheapens their whole relationship and, like,
everything that Kelsey's done for her.
So they start off at odds, but really, you know,
there's not going to be much of a show with us fighting
the whole season. -Right.
-But Kelsey does "Mean Girl" her, which was quite fun.
-Oh, that's good.
Well, obviously based on your efforts last night
at The Bowery Hotel we know that comes easy to you.
-It's -- It's in there. It's in there.
It takes a few cocktails to creep out, but she in there.
-So, this show was created by Darren Star,
who created "Sex and the City," "Melrose Place," "90210."
Were you a fan of his work going into this?
-So, I was a little young for the "90210/Melrose Place" phase,
but my sister was obsessed.
So I would sneak in and get little -- get my little fix.
But, really, "Sex and the City" was everything to me.
Like, I did not miss an episode.
I feel so honored to work for him.
He called me up and asked me to do this job,
so it's not every day
Darren Star calls you on your cellphone.
-That's really cool. -Yeah.
I feel like our show is like
the Brooklyn version of "Sex and the City."
-Well, there you go. It's about time.
-Yeah, yeah.
We use the show as -- or the city
as a secret weapon in the show. It gives it so much energy.
-And you have a 5-year-old.
-I do.
-Is it true that he loves being in the city
because he thinks the Ninja Turtles are real
and in our sewers? -Yes.
And I don't know if you look down as much as I have recently,
but there's about nine manhole covers on every city block
in New York, and he wants to stop at every one of them.
He thinks that Leonardo and Master Splinter are down there,
concocting plans to save the city.
-Does he want to stop and say something?
-He wants to look in the tiny little hole.
-Oh, no. -I know.
And I'm really not that germy, weird mom that's like, "Don't.
"Let's Purell you up from head to toe."
But I'm like, "That is --" -That's the line for everybody.
-There's, like, dog urine. Probably human urine.
Don't touch the ground. -If you let him do that,
he'd just have one giant old pink eye.
-Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
-Whichever is his peekin' eye
would be probably swollen shut at this point.
-"His peekin' eye" is amazing.
-Is he familiar with --
I mean, at five, does he know of your career?
Does he know your work?
-He's starting to figure it out more and more.
I think some little rascal at school
told him what my name was.
And he came home from school a few --
-Your son doesn't know your name?
-Well, he knows that my name's Hilary.
-He knows what his parents' real names are.
I'm not just Mom. -Again, I don't know.
I guess my son doesn't know my name yet.
-Yeah, yeah.
He actually also doesn't know who you are, so --
-No, he knows. I drill it in.
-You're like, "Here's my show." -Yeah.
I basically sit him in front of it every night.
It's weird, because people are like,
"You can't keep your kid up till 12:30."
I'm like, "this is important." -"Watch me."
-Yeah. -Like, he belongs me right now.
-Yeah, exactly.
And they're like, "Why don't you show it to him
the next morning on YouTube?"
I'm like, "He needs to see it as it airs."
-He needs to be updated right away.
-Right away.
-Well, Luca did know my name and then he said to me, like,
"I know your name." And I was like, "I know."
And he was like...
like, "I know your name."
And I was like, "Okay." And he's like, "Hilary Duff."
And then he looked at me like, "Mm-hmm."
And I was, like -- caught, I guess.
-Like, I don't know what to say.
Who told you that? Like, what?
He's, like, very funny.
He's seen me on the cover of magazines at a grocery store.
And I really think he just thinks the next day, like,
Shane's mommy is going to be on a magazine.
-Right. He thought it was just this is where moms are.
They're on the cover of magazines.
As they should, because moms are amazing,
and they should be on the cover of magazines.
He's very cute, by the way. -That is true.
-This is a photo of the two of you. There you go.

Church �colluded� with bishop to conceal his �sadistic� sex crimes � report
Senior figures in the Church of England (CoE) have been found guilty of �colluding�
with a former bishop jailed for a string of sexual offenses on young men and teenagers
over a period of two decades.
Former Bishop of Lewes and Gloucester Peter Ball was jailed for 32 months in October 2015
after admitting to sexually abusing 18 people aged 17-25 while in service.
Ball, described as a �sadistic sexual predator� by his victims, even admitted to abusing a
12-year-old.
He was released in February after his sentence was shortened to 16 months.
�An Abuse of Faith,� a report examining the CoE�s response when the first allegations
were made in 1992, found that senior clergy had �trivialized� Ball�s actions in
a bid to save the Church�s reputation.
The report accused then-Archbishop of Canterbury Lord Carey of failing to inform police of
several letters by members of the public who had witnessed or experienced Ball�s abuse.
�Ball�s priority was to protect and promote himself and he maligned the abused,� report
author Dame Moira Gibb said.
�The Church colluded with that rather than seeking to help those he had harmed, or assuring
itself of the safety of others,� she said, according to the BBC.
The report accuses Carey of �setting the tone for the Church�s response to Ball�s
crimes and gave the steer which allowed Ball�s assertions that he was innocent to gain credence,�
the Guardian reports.
In a statement, the former archbishop said the report makes for �deeply uncomfortable
reading.�
He apologized to Ball�s victims.
�I believed Peter Ball�s protestations and gave too little credence to the vulnerable
young men and boys behind these allegations,� he said, according to the Telegraph.
Carey also said he regrets failing to put Ball on the Lambeth List, where those whose
ministry is under question are named, when the bishop was first cautioned 15 years ago.
Serving Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby said the report made for �harrowing reading.�
He said the Church �inexcusably� covered up the allegations against Ball and failed
to support those �brave enough� to admit their ordeal.
�To the survivors who were brave enough to share their story and bring Peter Ball
to justice, I once again offer an unreserved apology.
�There are no excuses whatsoever for what took place and the systemic abuse of trust
perpetrated by Peter Ball over decades.�
Gibb said although the CoE had made genuine progress in recent years in its understanding
of abuse, �faster improvement is still required.�
Moreover, according to the report, Ball was able to resist scrutiny because he had powerful
friends, including the Prince of Wales, and �sought to exploit his contact with members
of the royal family in order to bolster his position.�
The report, however, frees Prince Charles and the royal family from any accusations
of trying to protect the disgraced clergyman.
