but before talking about Morocco let's get back to our Andalusia trip
You already got a small taste of the thermal city, Lanjaron
Settled closed to the Sierra Nevada National Park
This place stunned us by its exoticism and purity
with its flowery corners, its craftsmen
And also its spring water fountains that you can find all over the city
There is always some poetry
and water which goes out is always extremely cold
We enjoy a last arid break
before reaching the coast freshness
A tunnel give the final line before the coast
which surprise us and push us toward a dangerous high road
to land in the beautiful city of Salobrena
We meet Juan Carlos
A green and ecological farmer
who grow exotic & organic fruits
like in South America
thanks to a micro climate
That we had the chance to taste while enjoying a beautiful view on the city
On the road to Malaga
we are following closely the coast and are enjoying with our Django some fresh air
This cosmopolitan city gave us 3 intense days
Visiting downtown with our guide, a Picasso fan, Juan Antonio
gastronomy at the famous El Pimpi,
meeting Rafat from Peugeot Scooter
and a shopping session
we enjoyed a lot living the Spanish way
Getting back on our scooter toward Marvella
Mandatory break on the beach to enjoy some wood backed sardines
At nigh we took the time to rest
with a bio yoga lesson at Marbella Height hotel on the hills
Change of landscape,
We make our next stop at Puerto Banus
Kind of local "Saint Tropez" with its festive atmosphere
And that is already the end of our Spanish trip
Here we are boarding the boat
Direction Tanger through Algeciras Harbor
Starting our Morocco adventure
We are amazed to discover our hotel for the next 3 day
The Mnar Castle

Today we are going to discuss about one of the major problem among females i.e Menopausal Phase.
That what type of diet we should take in this phase?
In menopausal phase a woman don't get her periods/month cycle for the continuous one year.
And the phase prior to that is called Perimenopausal Phase which begins prior 3-4 years.
In this duration it becomes really difficult for a female to maintain her weight.
Ladies who are already overweight, it necessary for them to maintain and reduce their weight.
Specifically its important for the females who are entering into this phase because of hormonal changes.
Thus they face difficulty in maintaining their weight.
In this phase they requires lot of Minerals, Calcium & Iron.
For that doctors even suggest some supplements for them.
They should eat fibrous food, take protein rich diet
Because if we are controlling our weight on excess amount especially
Then chances are there that your muscle weight began to loose.
For that its necessary to take protein rich diet i.e Cottage Cheese, Sprouts and Tofu.
For calcium rich food dairy products can be taken like Cheese also cashew nuts can be taken.
But its also necessary to have control on the portion.
We should take small meals instead of taking lot of meals
Ladies who takes alcohol, they should reduce the consumption of alcohol.
Also reduce the consumption of fried food
Along with this its necessary to take fibrous food i.e Avocados, good amount of Flax Seeds & Cucumber.
In Iron Rich food you can take dark green leafy vegetables , Apples,
If you'll keep all this point in your mind and will take this type of diet
Take frequent meals instead of having long gaps in the meals but it should be in small portion.
Since you have reduce the consumption of Alcohol, Caffeine & Fried food items
Then you have lot of good alternatives like Herbal Teas.
If you are already taking Green Tea it will help you in the weight reduction
Because it has good anti-oxidants and also it will not effect your digestion.
I hope if you'll follow these tips then you'll be able to maintain your weight.
Also if you are overweight then surely you'll be able to reduce it.
Also try to minimise the intake of sugary food items .

Edit the segement and activate the cadence target, set to 80 with a margin of 10
Copy the block and edit the duration to 3'
Copy the block and edit the duration to 2'
Repeat the operation, this time for 1'
Copy the block and using the edit tool, change the time to 30"
Pressing on the lightning icon, change the axis to see power (W) instead of %.
Putting the cursor on the intensity line, drag the line to the desired power objective
Select the 2nd and 5th segements, repeat them
Move the segment in Z6 to the 6th position
Repeat the operation putting them in order decending in intensity
Select the blocks that create the form of a pyramid and repeat them twice
Selecting the block that form the 2nd pyramid and drag the segments to the right
Copy the 4' section into Z1 and move it to the end of the 2nd pyramid
Delete the final 5' segment
Publish your Workout

deduction for general work-related expenses such as tools of the trade. But
did you know you may be able to claim the following tax deductions. 1. If you take a
course or study you may have a claim a portion of self-education expenses in
relation to your ability to earn an income. Number 2- if you have an
investment property you may be able to claim the travel to inspect that investment
property as well as pest control expenses, body corporate fees, utilities,
rates, marketing, advertising costs the list is endless. 3- if you're
part of a union you may be able claim the union membership fee. Number 4- if you
have a uniform you may have a claim the cost to purchase that uniform in
addition to the cleaning of that uniform throughout the year.
Number 5- for all those people who work at home you may be able to claim the
running costs such as heating and cooling, lighting, cleaning and even
interest on loans for work equipment, such as a home computer. But you must
keep detailed records of these or the ATO be on to you. Check out their
guidelines on home office expenses. Working out the deductions can be complex.
We recommend you speak with a tax accountant to maximize those deductions
and work out what you can and cannot claim. If you've already forgotten what I said

Enter the second segment and edit the intensity to 50%
Repeat the operation in the following 2 blocks, increasing the intensity by 10%
In the first segment of 5', change the intensity to 95%
Change the intensity of the next segment to 86%
Select both 5' segments and repeat 6 times
Select and move the last segment to divide in two equal parts
Change the duration to 3'
Add a new 5' segment and change to Z1 to cooldown
Publish your Workout
