The 2nd of December 2016
2nd day of preparation for the marathon.
It is 2 degrees Celsius
I learned important information.
To keep my back straight while running-
for better breathing.
I found also breathing techniques
4 inhalations through the nose
and 4 exhalation through the mouth,
but there is another technique from one of the marathon runners.
He says first we start breathing though the nose,
then we reach a point when we can't just breath through the nose
so we inhale throw the nose and exhale through the mouth.
When we can't breath like that anymore,
we start to inhale and exhale through the mouth.

One hour and seven minutes-
and two seconds.
Second day of running, also snow.
It's too cold!
I tried to practice the breathing technique,
but I couldn't breath like that for more than ten minutes.
So I have to practice breathing.
Keeping my back straight-
is really helpful!
Even after 20 minutes of running I didn't feel tired.
I shower now then eat breakfast.
It is one O'clock right now
When I woke up today my knee was hurting.
It was cracking when bending it.
I put ice on my knee
There is also pain in my lower back, exactly in the middle,
and I was looking it up
The reason is that I am landing on my heel,
that's putting pressure on my body
and on my hips.
So the solution is through two steps.
The first step is to make my hips stronger-
by strengthen the Abs and the lower back
The second step is when I am running I should not land on my heels-
but on the front area of my feet.
Not on the toes nor on the heels

We can count it as the 4th because I did some workout yesterday.
I am so tired
Maybe because I didn't sleep good yesterday
and I didn't eat healthy food at all.

I will try to run 12 kilometers today.

I have been running--
for almost 55 minutes
I am really tired!
My body is telling me to stop but I am not going to.
I ran for one hour and 5 minutes.
The GPS didn't work.
since I started I didn't have any feedback.
Breathing was good.
My heart is not like before--
I used to feel it's gonna jump out of my chest.

I take a shower, prepare the breakfast
and make tea or coffee
so till the water boils
I go downstairs
and I wash the clothes on the shortest program
and I choose it economy
and since it is winter
I dry my clothes in my room
The mistakes I did today:
1- I didn't drink enough water.
2- I didn't sleep enough at all.

-Why? -I didn't drink enough water!
I should trim my beard no?
Now I will shower then EAT!

I have water on me cause I am trying to run 12 Km
Last Saturday* I tried to run 12 Km but I couldn't
because I needed water.
I have this bottle but it is slipping!
I don't know how to solve this, we will see!
12 kilometer in one hour 12 minutes
There is something important let's go back a bit

when you have a dream
This kind of dreams when you wake up and open your eyes
but you close them again.
You don't want to sleep you just want to dream
you cover yourself so you have just darkness
and you start dreaming about things you know they might be really hard to come true
but when you get up
and wash your face then start speaking with people--
you lose those nice moments!
you get upset and ask yourself how did that happen?
I don't want to lose what I am doing here
because this is one of those dreams
My situation to get better
and the situation of the people around me
This depression that we have as a culture
I really want it to be deleted totally!
I want our life to be--
a bit nicer
just a bit
By using your abilities to do things with your body or to learn new skills
