The New Imperial Roman Empire
Contrary to what is taught in the history books, the Roman Empire was never completely
destroyed.
Actually it was transformed into a covert spiritual system run by the same occult-linked
families that ran it.
It was the same process that occurred when the British Colonial Empire appeared to have
collapsed, but was transformed into a neo-colonial empire.
This new empire was based on a covert system of Rothschild private central FIAT banking
run out of the City of London, a one square mile private financial district and separate
nation state.
Thus, the new system became based on covert banking and finance and specialized in war
profiteering and narcotics trafficking.
It was of course aided by the private spy agency, the East India Company, and the covert
British privateer ships flying pirate flags of the �skull and bones�.
The British pirates were the equivalent of today�s ISIS et al., which are derivatives
of the Mujaheddin and are actually private mercenary armies comprised of drugged and
mind-kontrolled disposables who work for the CIA, the Israelis and Saudis.
This same secret financial/banking system of the City of London that was covertly imposed
on the world as a replacement for the shrinking British Empire has remained in place even
today and is still operating covertly.
It is hidden in plain sight, but nonetheless run by the same occult-linked families through
a large coterie of privatized Intel fronts called proprietaries.
Mythical Gods characterized the Roman Empire
Imperial Rome was characterized by the worship of mythical Gods, the Olympiads and the exercise
of complete, unquestioned absolute Cesarean power.
Some believe that each of these mythical gods actually represent real but absent fallen
or lesser Elohim, booted out of the circle of Elohim by God Almighty, the first cause
or creator of all (the Great �I am�), because of a rebellion run by Lucifer.
Today we see the continued deployment of absolute Cesarean power through the aggressive and
illegal, unconstitutional military attacks and invasions against other nations who refuse
to follow the secret edicts of this New Imperial Roman Empire.
And it is clear that Washington DC runs the military enforcement arm of this new imperial
Roman Empire system.
The New Imperial Rome
The new Imperial Roman Empire is comprised of three key elements: the Vatican as Spiritual
Head; the City of London as Monetary/Financial Head; and Washington DC as the Military Arm,
the enforcer of the absolute Cesarean authority of this system of world control.
To understand this system of endemic evil, it is helpful to become aware of the historically
important work of the late, great Tupper Saussy in his incredibly important book, Rulers of
Evil (now a free pdf download).
In this important book, Saussy disclosed that Washington DC was built on the City of Rome,
Virginia and is part of the new Roman Empire.
As many who have carefully studied the current system that controls most of the world have
discovered, each of these three centers of control (the Vatican, the City of London and
Washington DC) are separate nation states in and of themselves and have their own diplomats.
When Imperial Rome was sacked by the Huns and Visigoths and crumbled from within, the
wealthy families that ran it from behind the scenes fled to other parts of Italy and took
most of their riches with them.
As Rome began to crumble, Emperor Constantine was approached by a spirit being and converted
to Christianity � a false form according to the views of some conservative Christian
historians.
Rome was then moved to Constantinople.
Later on, the Roman Empire began its transformation into a covert financial empire, later to become
centered in the Vatican, which was to become the head of the New Roman Empire.
This new financial empire became hidden behind a false cloak of Christianity which was un-biblical
and steeped in traditions going back to ancient Babylonia.
As the Vatican spread its tentacles out and perverted Christianity to make vast fortunes
by selling indulgences and confiscating property and wealth from its various inquisitions,
it needed its own bankers to manage its accounts.
The Rothschilds become the Vatican Bankers
This led to the selection of the Bauers (later changed their name to Rothschild or �children
of the Rock�) to serve as the Vatican�s personal bankers.
The Rothschilds were able to covertly gain control over the British Banking System and
were able to gain control over the British Empire through banking.
The Revolutionary War that supposedly freed the American Colonies from the control of
the British System was just a slick illusion mandated by the hidden boss of the Vatican.
By that time, the British Empire had become a covert arm of the Vatican.
And the American revolution was just an illusion created to give the appearance that the American
Colonies were being granted complete independence from the British Empire.
Actually, the American Revolution was really just a crafty covert operation to eventually
transform America into the military arm of the Vatican while the Imperial Roman Empire
was being reconstituted.
But this time, Imperial Rome would be able to engulf the whole world.
Absolute secrecy about the hidden power that ran the Vatican and directed all its activities
was paramount to the completion of the Globalist NWO Agenda.
As this secrecy is abridged by the massive leaks published and broadcast by the Internet,
the Ruling Cabal is now becoming completely exposed.
Many have always thought that the Pope ran this world system
That is not so, because it was always a secret hidden ruler that ran this system.
The secret hidden ruler is now the Jesuit Superior General, also known to top insiders
as the Black Pope, who claims to be appointed by God Almighty to administer Evil in order
to effectively rule over a fallen, evil world.
Jesuits Originally the Jesuits have been linked to
the Pharisees who comprised the �Synagogue of Satan� responsible for the crucifixion
of Jesus of Nazareth.
And they were inductees into the ancient Babylonian occult practices of the dark side, also known
today by insiders as Neo-Baal worship or Babylonian Talmudism.
The Black Pope serves as the superior to the Pope, but also runs this New Imperial Rome.
He is reputed to carry absolute Cesarean power, the same as the Caesars of the first Roman
Empire.
It has been rumored that his residence is outside the walls of the Vatican but connected
to the Pope�s private office by a private tunnel.
Under the Cain system of evil ruling over evil, the primary muscle empowering the top
leadership of the Superior General are two main principals:
The first is the principal of Billy Budd (the State is always right no matter what, and
this is necessary to preserve the system � this book, Billy Budd, was Herman Melville�s
final novel); and,
Second, the principal that the ruling authority must be willing to deploy evil seven times
as severe as any evil subject ever does, all done to make sure that the whole system is
completely controlled.
Just to give you an idea of how total this absolute Cesarean authority of the hidden
but re-emergent New Roman Empire is, I will cite the example of a very honest, upright
US Congressman Jason Chaffetz, who resigned Congress effective June 30, 2017, because
he felt it was a hopeless endeavor to continue � that nothing could be changed
Tupper Saussy had been contacted by a high ranking representative of the New Roman Empire
and given highly sensitive, very secret materials that disclosed and explained the hidden history
of the New Roman Empire and America�s part in it.
I talked with him on the phone before his death, and he told me that he believed that
the New Roman System was an extension of the old Canaanite or Cain System, also known as
the Babylonian System.
It was his belief that this system was fully authorized by God Almighty to be deployed
by the Superior General and the New Roman Empire to rule the world under the power of
the Mark of Cain � and that this system of evil ruling over evil would continue until
the very end, that is, the return of the real Jesus of Nazareth the Messiah, and not the
false messiah, the final Antichrist.
Tupper Saussy believed that there were Rules of Play involved; and that one rule was that
all the future plans to be exercised by this Cain System had to be disclosed to the masses,
either in writing or in stone before they were attained.
I first saw Tupper Saussy�s book at a large bookstore, and there was a big stack of copies.
I bought two and went back for more a couple weeks later, and they were all gone.
I tried to order more, but was told that the book was out of print.
This seemed confusing because it was selling like wildfire.
When I called Tupper Saussy to find out why, he told me that he felt that, apparently,
when the secret group supplying him with the previously hidden information for the book
felt adequate notice was given to the masses, no more was required of them.
Tupper Saussy was then offered the rest at one dollar each, and no more would ever be
published.
If allowed to be continued being published, this book would have been a top seller.
I also asked Tupper Saussy why his photo was inserted inside the Mark of Cain on the inside
back cover of the book, and he said he felt it was to provide protection for him as author,
when normally anyone publishing such information would be stopped.
Tupper Saussy was placed under the protection of the Mark of Cain system while he disclosed
the top secrets of this system of Evil ruling over Evil.
Las Vegas � Pantheon to the Roman Gods
When you visit the Las Vegas strip of casinos and look closely, you will see that it is
basically a large, visible celebration of the Roman Gods � the Olympiads.
This is no coincidence.
It is the power of the sinful flesh that draws so many suckers to gamble away their assets
into the coffers of the system.
Vegas is the number one money launderer for illegal narcotics trafficking � a sort of
reconstituted Resorts International organized crime system, fully authorized by the USG
and a major CIA/Mossad/G7 Intel asset.
Although the pantheism of Imperial Rome is certainly a core practice among many of the
super-elite Cutouts who administer the edicts and policies of New Imperial Rome, pantheism
is not the core belief system of the very top 8500 that run the system.
Their core belief is hard-core Luciferianism (aka Satanism) and includes the Baal worship
practices of ancient Babylon, including child sacrifice, vivisection and even cannibalism
of some child victims.
Thus, it is not an exaggeration to claim that the whole new Imperial Roman System is merely
a continuation of the old Babylonian Talmudic system of Cain through Kenite (Canaanite bloodlines)
and their Cutouts.
Reversals are Useful
Periodic reversals of the existing system are an intermittent pattern and are imposed
at the very top
As I mentioned in a previous article, there have been periodic reversals of this system
of Cain Rule which have been mysteriously directed from the top.
If you ever wondered why it seems that history keeps repeating itself, now you know why.
It is these periodic reversals and displacement of the Ruling Cabals mandated from the top
of the Cain System.
To do this, many means are utilized, but usually other nation state systems or empires are
created and empowered to pose a direct challenge to the existing system, and these are often
used to displace the old for the newly emergent Cain derivative.
The periodic reversals mandated as secret policy at the very top of the Cain System
This is periodically done to wash out the old and bring in a new system, closer to the
final, desired product of a Globalist NWO system.
The final goal is to create a world system in which its people are ready to accept a
kinder, gentler, absolute ruler � sheep-dipped and white-washed � a NWO ruler able to fool
folks into believing that he is the Messiah, when he will actually be the final Anti-Christ.
In order to do that, he will have to displace all the evil Ruling Cabal Cutouts and will
do this by bringing about their complete exposure for their massive abuse of state power, the
unimaginable evil they do, and what they have become.
These periodic displacements of Ruling Cabal Cutouts, such as in the French Revolution
and the American Revolutionary War, are quite counter-intuitive to members of the displaced
Ruling Cabal.
But these periodic reversals always create a covert trans-configuration of the system
into a newer, more coordinated one-world system of control over the masses, as the change
seems more benevolent to humans, whether or not it is � and usually it isn�t in the
long run.
The rampant corruption of DC and the USG at every level has motivated many Americans to
easily accept the demise of the current DC system for a global NWO system, if it cleans
out the corruption and seems benevolent.
The existing DC system has become so notably corrupt to most Americans that they will now
welcome its demise and many will easily be seduced by a new emergent form of world power.
Understanding the policy of periodic reversals is the key to understanding the incredible
and compete set of leaked DNC emails, which exposed an incredible number of the most serious
personal crimes and crimes of state imaginable, including treason, murder, pedophilia, child-sacrifice,
pay to play, abuse of CIA and national security waivers, etc.
To assume that the Democrats are the only dirty evil ones in DC and the Republicans
are clean is a great mistake.
Just this week, it was leaked that Senator John McCain, one of America�s biggest traitors,
has set up his own foreign-based �pay to play� system like the Clintons and is considered
by numerous insiders to be the �father of ISIS�.
And it was John McCain who worked hard to keep the existence of POW/MIAs in Vietnam,
Cambodia and Laos covered up.
Numerous former LE investigators have claimed to friends for many years that a large proportion
of DC politicians and officials practice pedophilia, and those that don�t are also are human-compromised
in other ways.
Two high-level investigations in the past showed findings that 39% and then 42% of the
male members of Congress are pedophiles and can be easily tracked to such activities.
All such LE investigations of the satanic pedophile network in DC and anywhere in the
world have always been stopped at a higher level.
At least, until now.
The latest investigation suggests that about 70% of all members of Congress (including
women in this one) are practicing pedophiles and can easily be blackmailed and controlled
by the G7 Intel agencies, which usually function interchangeably as one unit.
According to a former top CIA Officer, Robert David Steele, a highly respected former CIA
Officer, cooked child flesh has been sold in one DC restaurant.
Others with high insider contacts have also claimed this, so he is not alone.
This pedophilia and cannibalism by a select group of top Members of Congress is the deepest,
darkest secret that has been revealed by the DNC leaks and other leaks, now coming out
at an amazing rate.
Conclusion
As I have claimed for at least the last four years, all secrecy is ending and everything
is now going to be exposed.
The Internet, the New Gutenberg Press of the World has been instituted by the head of the
Hierarchy, the Superior General who is once again going to purge the system in order to
bring in a new one.
No matter how hard the DC Pedophiles (and the pedophiles in Hollywood and NYC) fight
this, their plight is hopeless, and they will be fully exposed.
As always, Cutouts, even high-level ones, are quite easily disposed of when it is decided
they must be sacrificed to bring in a new, higher order system of world control.
So no matter what defensive actions are taken using their prior high levels of state power,
these Cutouts (including the 70% of DC politicians who are pedophiles) will surely become fully
exposed in the months to come, will fall from grace and will be displaced.
Once this realization sets in, pure panic will result at a deep psychological level,
but these Cutouts will remain very confused about who and what is overpowering their high
state power and CIA/national security waivers, which normally would protect them.
What the answer of course is that the very top real leadership of the New Roman Empire,
which is far above the Ruling Cabal in authority and which carries absolute Cesarean power,
is the entity taking them down.
They will blame it on the Internet and a strong emergent world populism, but that is not the
root cause � only the result of a decision at the very top of the pyramid of world power.
Stay tuned, because this massive fall from grace for these Cutouts is exactly what is
going to happen.
It�s like a rock rolling down a mountain.
It gains speed as it rolls downhill and eventually reaches terminal speed.
What this means in practical terms is that the decision has been made by the Superior
General to take down the BT/RKM/COL Ruling Cabal often referred to as �Mystery Babylon�.
This means that all the BT/RKM/COL high level Cabal members will be treated as displace-able
Cutouts to be removed from power.
And that is the explanation and reason for all the Internet (the New Gutenberg Press),
all the DNC leaks and other high level leaks, and the coming end of all state and corporate
secrecy.
If I were hired as a consultant to advise these Cutouts as to their most effective move,
I would recommend that they quickly repent and seek God Almighty�s mercy, cash in all
their holdings and give most to charity.
Then I would recommend that they quickly retire (leave office immediately), move away into
exile and hope that they will not be brought to final justice for their unimaginable evil.
And for those who have been soul-murdered by trauma-based mind-kontrol as children and
who feel they were wrongly entrapped, I would hope that some mercy would be extended to
them upon full repentance.
Well-informed conservative Christians believe that a false messiah, the final Antichrist,
will rise to power and rule the world for a short time until completely displaced by
the real Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth, who will bring God Almighty�s righteousness, rule
of law, justice and mercy to all who desire it.
And it is interesting to note that some Christians who have studied the Cain System in great
detail feel certain that when one believes and trusts in Jesus of Nazareth, they enter
into God Almighty�s protection and a peace that passes all understanding.

Every once in a while a story comes up that is SO BLATANTLY hypocritical you cannot help

The committee that is supposed to help African-American candidates get elected spends more money on
virtually EVERYTHING besides the actual cause they are meant to support.
A report dug up by The Washington Free Beacon exposes the truth.
The Congressional Black Caucus is spending their money on exotic resorts, the best food
money can buy, Broadway tickets, late nights out, and much, much more.
It is disgraceful.
The goal of the CBC, according to their website, is to raise "the number of African-Americans
in the U.S. Congress" as well as to "Support non-black candidates that champion our interests
and promote African American participation in the political process with an emphasis
on young voters."
When you read that description, it just leaves you in a state of shock.
For us, the last line is very telling.
They are looking for young voters because young voters today are easily manipulated;
malleable, if you will.
The CBC knows that if they have the young voters on their side, nothing can stand in
their way of living the lifestyle we all dream of while we trudge through our 9-5 every week.
The financial records show a disgusting trend.
First, we see the CBC spent $5,000 on one of the "world's top 50 tropical resorts"
in the Virgin Islands.
Surely they were just handling congressional business there, right?
There was another $4,500 spent by the group at a top class Italian restaurant called Un
Amore.
Maybe they were sponsoring dinners for all the potential candidates.
No?
Was it just them?
Oh.
It gets worse.
Besides all of the other miscellaneous expenses, things get further out of control when you
look at spending in New York and Washington.
One report shows OVER $40,000 spent at the Conrad Hotel, according to the official government
website.
We see other amounts totaling over $6000, $4000, and $3000 on MULTIPLE occasions.
EVERYONE should be alarmed by this revelation.
But this is still just the tip of the iceberg.
Multiple fundraising events costing over $28,000, $25,000, and $22,000 were put into play.
On top of that catering for ONE of those events cost over $27,000!
So, after hearing all of that, you must be wondering, how much money went to prospective
candidates for Congress?
The Free Beacon reports that a mere $91,000 went to actual candidates across the board.
It is DISGUSTING that these people are getting away with stealing all of this money and doing
whatever they want with it.
What kind of nonsense is this and why are these people not in jail?
Wait a second.
Obtaining a bunch of money for the SOLE purpose of getting Congress candidates into seats,
only to blow it all on you and your buddies without consequences sure sounds an awful
lot like a "black privilege" to us!

President Trump�s powers of persuasion were tested Tuesday afternoon as he met with Republican
senators at the White House just hours after GOP leaders decided to postpone a pivotal
vote on healthcare legislation.
The high-powered huddle came as one GOP strategist with close ties to the White House told The
Hill that Trump had not yet fully engaged with the effort to pass a bill in the upper
chamber.
The reason for hesitancy, the source said, was the realization that a delay was always
likely in the ongoing effort to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, also known
as ObamaCare.
�They don�t want to put the president�s capital in jeopardy if the bill is not going
to go anywhere,� the source explained.
�You want to put the president in a position to get credit for victory, not blame for defeat
or delay.�
Other allies of the president said that he was expected to use the weight of his office
to bring reluctant GOP senators on board at some point.
But they cautioned that he was not necessarily going to get deep into the weeds of legislative
language.
�The biggest issue is just to let the process play out,� said Sam Nunberg, who worked
as an aide on Trump�s 2016 campaign.
�Sometimes you don�t want to be too overbearing.
You are not legislator in chief, you�re commander in chief.�
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) paid tribute of a kind to Trump�s involvement
when speaking with reporters on Tuesday afternoon, asserting that he had in fact put his shoulder
to the wheel.
�The president�s been very involved over the last week talking to members individually,�
McConnell said.
�He wanted to talk to all of us together today; I think that�s helpful.
�We always anticipated the president would be very important to getting us to a conclusion,�
he added.
�In the earlier stages it would have, candidly, been a waste of his time.�
The key question is whether the time is right for Trump to make a final push.
The decision to postpone a vote came amid deep GOP discontent with the proposed legislation
� and with its potential political ramifications.
A Congressional Budget Office (CBO) assessment released on Monday afternoon may have been
the final nail in the coffin for hopes of the bill getting passed this week.
The CBO projected that the legislation would leave 22 million more Americans without healthcare
within a decade, compared to the current law.
Five GOP senators had indicated, with varying degrees of firmness, that they would not even
vote to proceed to a debate on the bill: Sens. Susan Collins (Maine), Ron Johnson (Wis.),
Dean Heller (Nev.), Mike Lee (Utah) and Rand Paul (Ky.).
Other GOP members, including Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas), have expressed serious misgivings
about the underlying legislation.
McConnell was left with little option but to hold off on a vote in the hope that some
form of words can be found to bind together the GOP�s center-right voices and its conservative
firebrands.
The postponement is a serious setback to Trump.
His own belief in the likelihood of a bill securing final passage seemed to wax and wane
almost by the minute on Tuesday.
He appeared bullish on his way into the afternoon meeting with senators at the White House,
saying that the GOP was �very close� to an agreement on legislation and that the resulting
bill �is going to be great.�
But Trump also said on camera that he would not like it if the Senate failed to pass legislation
on healthcare but �that�s okay.�
One key problem that Trump and the GOP face is time.
The Republican plans are unpopular with the public.
An NBC News�Wall Street Journal poll conducted within the past two weeks found that just
16 percent of adults nationwide considered the GOP�s proposals a �good idea,� while
48 percent believed the opposite.
Liberal groups opposed to the plan are sure to use the recess to intensify the pressure
on Republican senators over the proposed legislation.
Republican members could face the kind of town hall protests that unnerved their Democratic
counterparts when the debate over the ACA was at its most intense.
Some Republicans argue that the president has a part to play in trying to neutralize
attacks from opponents of the bill.
�He has either got to fill [the recess] up with a pro-healthcare message or at least
distract people from healthcare.
He has got to be on offense during the recess so that members don�t get spooked,� said
GOP strategist John Feehery, who is also a columnist for The Hill.
However, Feehery is skeptical of the strategy employed by America First Policies, an outside
group that seeks to advance Trump�s agenda.
The group launched an ad campaign against Heller, one of the GOP moderates poised to
vote against the current bill.
America First Policies has been reported to be considering similar assaults against other
would-be opponents.
�It�s important not to freeze people,� Feehery asserted.
�You don�t want to put these senators in a box that they can�t get out of.�
He added that running ads against them could trigger counterproductive effects.
The source close to the White House argued that, while Trump had not yet committed to
a full court press on the bill, the time for that was bound to arrive sooner or later � and,
specifically, before Congress breaks for a longer recess in August.
�There will need to be a product,� the source said.
�Members cannot go home empty-handed having failed to keep a promise.�

I think most of us understand, at least on some level, that technology can harm our health
and well-being, and that constant exposure to it, especially for children, is not a good
thing.
Yet, for a variety of reasons, parents still use technology to babysit their children.
But the physical effects are mounting, and in 2016 we wrote an article that explores
the harmful effects of WiFi, cell phones, iPads, and more specifically in relation to
children: �In 2011 the World Health Organization (WHO) admitted that cell phone radiation may
cause cancer.
The statement was based off of a cumulative decision made by a team of 31 scientists,
from 14 different countries, after reviewing evidence that suggested this to be the case.�
But what about the psychological effects?
I wrote an article about why you should let your child be bored and I highlight a specific
study conducted by Dr. Teresa Belton.
She studied the effects that television has on the imagination of children aged 10-12,
ultimately concluding that television negatively impacts their development:
The ubiquity and ease of access to television and videos perhaps robs today�s children
of the need to pursue their own thoughts and devise their own occupations, distracting
them from inner processes and constantly demanding responses to external agendas, and suggests
that this may have implications for the development of imaginative capacity.
This study was conducted in 1990, before the internet blew up to be what it is today.
Would it then be safe to assume that the effects could be similar?
Maybe even worse?
When a child doesn�t exercise their ability to fill their mind with wondrous imaginings,
they are susceptible to the internet filling it for them.
Film and television provoke our emotions, sometimes in fantastic ways.
They can promote love and connection with our fellow human beings, and in some cases,
can even provide a positive perspective on the world.
The flip side is that the same can be said for negative, low-vibe emotions, thanks to
things like fear-mongering news, or ads that take advantage of our insecurities.
Don�t believe that we aren�t highly affected by these visuals?
If we weren�t, companies would not pay up to 5 million dollars to run a 30 second advertisement
during the Super Bowl, or 2.1 million dollars for the same amount of time during the Oscars.
For anyone with children, you know that they are like sponges, so allow yourself for a
moment to comprehend the impact that the internet has on a child�s behaviour, social understanding,
and perspective.

Vigilant Citizen recently compiled a number of images from YouTube videos that stimulate
fear and sexual emotions in children.
These videos would most likely leave a child mildly traumatized and extremely uncomfortable,
as they exploit their deepest fears, featuring �blood, syringes, cutting skin, tarantulas,
evil clowns attacking them, etc.� (There will be no visual link for the screenshots
below so as to not generate more hits to these channels, which already generate millions
of views.)
As Vigilant puts it, �A great number of videos revolve around the theme of cutting
open the stomach and extracting all kinds of weird and horrible things.
In this video, a scalpel cuts open this bear�s stomach and a big ugly worm pops out.�
�In this video, a �nurse� cuts open a small girl�s stomach and takes out all
kinds of scary objects such as a huge kitchen knife.�
�Here, someone dressed as the Joker threatens to throw a baby down the toilet.
A great way to start potty training.�
�A giant tarantula crawling on a girl sleeping with a pacifier.�
�In this video, creepy fake babies end up covered with spiders and cockroaches.� Why
does this exist?
�In this video, a bear poops all over his entire family.
He then ends up stuck in the washing machine as family members drop their dirty clothes
inside of it.
All the while, a horrible rendition of the �Daddy Finger� song plays in the background.
So many videos feature that song � as if something about it captures children�s attention.�
The next few shots are even more disturbing, as they reenact sexual positions that also
involve well-known characters.
�Spiderman grabs Elsa�s breasts for a very long time.
Hulk and a bunch of other dudes are watching in the background.�
This video is insinuating exactly what you think.
�This entire video features Elsa and Spiderman in all kinds of � positions.�
In addition to these videos that children can easily stumble upon, they are directed
even further thanks to these recommended videos.
Take a look at the viewer count.
I�ve also often questioned the obsession children have with Slime videos.
I once waited for my mechanic for 20 minutes and his three children were engrossed in slime
videos, one after another, until their mother came to pick them up.
How to Protect Your Kids
Download the YouTube Kids app.
This app filters out most inappropriate videos, but not all, so it�s important to still
be watchful.
Create your own YouTube account for your family.
When asked your age, mark under 18, otherwise you�ll have access to all the videos, including
the inappropriate ones.
Enable Restricted Mode.
Be sure to turn it on for each browser you use.
If your browser supports multiple profiles, you must enable it for each profile.
If you want Restricted Mode to stay enabled for anyone using this browser, you can lock
it in place.
Monitor your child�s use.
Set designated times for your child to use their phone or iPad and when it�s not in
use, put it in a place only you know about.
Cris Logan of Enough is Enough also recommends staying close while they peruse: �We know
that 79% of a child�s access to inappropriate content occurs right through the home.
If a parent is doing their job with regard to parental control and filters, the likelihood
of their child accidentally coming across pornographic material will be significantly
reduced.� Covenant Eyes also reported that �Malicious
users have been known to post blatantly pornographic video content on YouTube, pairing it with
video clips of children�s programming.
Children click on these videos and watch several minutes of what appears to be a benign program,
only to have the video content suddenly switch to adults having sexual intercourse.�
Flag videos.
When you are signed into your account you will noticed that beneath each video on YouTube
are three dots that you can click on and �Report� comes up.
Use this and teach your children to use it if either of you deem content inappropriate.
Also check out the Community Guidelines together.
Surf the web like you think your child might.
Cris Logan recommends parents see what the online culture is like, �and be ready to
have an open dialogue�an ongoing dialogue�with your child regarding what they�re seeing,
what they�re doing with this site.� Make sure you can let your child know that they
will always have a safe space with you in sharing their feelings.
It�s important that they don�t feel embarrassed or ashamed for coming across something that�s
inappropriate, and that they can feel confident to share this with you.
Have fun!
While YouTube can hold some questionable content, it�s important to focus on all the great
tools and entertainment it can offer.
You can also create a Playlist that is a compilation of your favourite videos for you and your
family to enjoy.
Further, you can subscribe to accounts that you know and trust.
This can be an enjoyable time spent better understanding each other!
At the end of the day it�s all about being vigilant with what you allow your child to
be exposed to.
It�s important to allow them to have freedom, but also to set a foundation for them; give
them the opportunity to decipher what content will be educative and what will not.

When the online collectivist group Anonymous released a new video this week claiming that
the space agency NASA was imminently about to announce the discovery of extra-terrestrial
life in this universe, it generated a huge amount of excitement for space watchers all
over the world.
Unfortunately, according to the space agency, the claims made by Anonymous in this viral
video is simply incorrect.
NASA CLAIMS THAT ANONYMOUS�S ALIEN ANNOUNCEMENT VIDEO IS FALSE "Contrary to some reports,
there's no pending announcement from NASA regarding extraterrestrial life, "said Robert
Zurbuchen, NASA associate administrator for science in a tweet published this week, putting
an end to the speculation that the space agency was on the cusp of making a major announcement
about the discovery of extra-terrestrial life.
The announcement by NASA came as no surprise to many people who deemed the video released
by Anonymous to contain false information from the outset.
Many observers pointed out that the video actually contained no information about the
supposed discovery of extra-terrestrial life and instead relied heavily on Zubuchen�s
own comments at a Senate hearing when he claimed that, "We are on the verge of making one of
the most profound, unprecedented discoveries in history.� However, these claims were
taken out of context by Anonymous.
Zurbuchen was referring to NASA�s work in the long-term rather than speaking of an imminent
discovery.
But even though this information was false, those who are keenly awaiting the announcement
that NASA has discovered extra-terrestrial life may not have to wait for too long.
Most of the astronomers and scientists working for the space agency believe that they will
be able to announce the discovery of alien life in the space of the next ten to thirty
years.
Scientists working for the agency are particularly excited about the potential of next-generation
hardware such as the James Webb Space Telescope which will be fully operational in the course
of the next few years.
It is hoped that the incredibly powerful telescope will be an essential tool to allow scientists
to discover life far away from planet Earth.

Today we're seeing more and more rappers combine the rock-star lifestyle in not only
their music but their wardrobe as well.
Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, and even Migos have embedded subtle and some not-so-subtle
rock characteristics to their already diverse personas.
However, we can all agree that Lil Uzi Vert is THE rapper who is religiously embracing
rock-n-roll culture.
The 22-year-old artist has shown his inspiration from rock in so many different ways.
Uzi's track "XO Tour Liife" is tagged as alternative rock on Soundcloud, his dare-devil
stage dives at live shows are ones for the books, and he's even posted videos of himself
vibin' to Paramore in the whip.
You also can't forget Uzi's bold rock-star apparel that has rebelled against society's
stereotype of masculinity.
Earlier this year Uzi was roasted on the Internet for rocking a low neck, distressed sweater
from Faith Connexion, a spiked choker and a Goyard satchel, and of course the average-mind
couldn't appreciate the fluidity and fearlessness that he displayed.
His consistency in being unashamed of his blend between men's and women's gear ties
relations to rockers like David Bowie or Iggy Pop.
These artists helped carve the path of rock's androgynous style, wearing makeup and skin-tight
leathers, embracing more feminine movements in their performances
while still being able to pull your chick at the same time.
The rock artist that we all know that has influenced Lil Uzi Vert the most is Marilyn
Manson.
Uzi has displayed his loyalty to the icon by getting custom Ben Baller work that was
iced-out with a spiked choker chain with a blinged-out Marilyn Manson face pendant.
The chain is a perfect example of how Uzi can take inspirations from rock-star aesthetics
in the past and blend it with the hip-hop flashy vibes of today.
He is straying away from the societal norms of what a rapper is supposed to sound and

As we head into the 4th of July holiday, we celebrate our freedom.
We thank men and women who serve this fine country of ours.
You would asume nobody with Cerebral Palsy served in the military.
But you would be wrong.
John Quinn was in the Navy for 20 years without having people knowing that he had Cerebral
Palsy.
Yes, his CP is really minor.
Growing up, his parents let him fall and get up on his own.
They didn't feel sorry for John.
His brother went into the Navy and John wanted to follow in his brother's footsteps.
So he went in and signed up.
When he took his physical, he didn't tell them that he had CP.
They wanted him to do the duck walk.
You walk where your but is near the floor.
When John tried to do it, he immediately fell down and that was the end of the physical.
He was really disappointed, but didn't give up.
He went back home to train his muscle to do the duck walk and worked hard to become a
petty officer.
The rest was history.

Why did I want to talk about John?
Yes, his story is pretty remarkable, but there is something more than that.
Most people with disabilities think that they could not do things on their own.
When they are faced with something new, they might give up right away.
I am not saying that things are not rough, but John saw it as a challenge.
You ask if John saw combat.
Yes, he did.
I don't know how many tours he did.
He was willing to die for our country.
He did not want any special treatment from the Navy.
Yesterday I was talking to a subscriber on YouTube and he has Cerebral Palsy.
He said that I am too harsh on parents with kids with disabilities.
Maybe I am, but if I just say they should love their kids and protect them.
How will that help the child?
It would hurt the child's future.
If John's parents did not treat him as normal as possible, John would not join the Navy.
So Tom, I understand your opinion, but I am trying to give parents the drive to give their
kids life that they deserve.

Why Net Neutrality Is Important For Law Firms - Duration: 4:35.
We know you're busy running a business and depending on your responsibilities
outside the office you might be highly selective about how you spend your free
time, assuming of course you actually have free time. I'm not here to tell you
how to spend your downtime but there is one topic we think you should keep an
eye on and that's net neutrality. Net neutrality has been in the news as of
late and here's why you should be paying attention to it. Net neutrality is the
idea that Internet Service Providers should treat data and traffic on their
network the same. Meaning you should be able to visit any site without
interference from your internet provider. It's a simple idea with a complicated
past and uncertain future, but it's an important topic to be aware of since it
affects everyone who uses the Internet. In 2015, the FCC classified internet
providers as common carriers under title two of the Telecommunications Act. This
lets the FCC enforced net neutrality making sure companies like Comcast,
Verizon and AT&T aren't blocking sites or throttling traffic on their networks. But
this may not last much longer. On May 18th, the FCC voted to proceed with
scaling back their title two classification. While the final vote is
months away, if it's passed it could dramatically change how you use the
Internet in your professional and personal life. Internet providers could
throttle traffic to the sites or services that are direct competitors.
Take Netflix and Hulu for example. Both services stream on-demand videos and
original content. Now Comcast owns approximately 30 percent of
Hulu. Without the current rules, Comcast could throttle the data transfer speed
between your computer and Netflix's servers making Netflix videos virtually
unwatchable. But you wouldn't have any problems connecting to Hulu. By
throttling traffic to Netflix's servers Comcast hopes you would ditch Netflix
and sign up for a Hulu account increasing Comcast's bottom line.
Throttling isn't the only thing ISPs could do. They could also block your
access to any site on the web. Consider this - without these rules ISPs could
create bundled Internet packages that mimic cable packages. They could create a
multitude of bundled sites and depending on your subscription level, your access
to sites and services could be limited to a pre-approved list. A basic internet
package might include email and some news sites, a
social package could just be a few social networks in addition to email and
news, an entertainment package would add YouTube, Hulu or Amazon Prime and just
like your cable subscriptions these bundles would be offered at different
rates. And those bundled Internet packages may kill your law firm's website.
If the cable companies or ISPs created these internet bundles, they could charge
companies a fee for inclusion, meaning if you don't pay up then you won't get any
traffic to your site from their network. On top of your marketing budget, you
might have to pay Comcast, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-mobile, Cox Communications, Time
Warner, CenturyLink, or Charter just so people can get to your site. Of course,
this is all hypothetical. At different times the ISPs have said they wouldn't
do this but companies like Comcast, Charter, Time Warner, and ATT are annually
on list of the worst companies in America and while they haven't created
the internet bundles yet, there are new stories online where ISPs have been
caught throttling traffic to specific sites. So my question to you is do you
trust them enough to take them at their word? At the end of the day without net
neutrality rules in place cable companies and ISPs could pick the
winners and losers on the Internet, a complete 180 from the level playing
field it is today. To be honest, we do have a biased opinion on net neutrality.
We're for the current set of regulations because, to us, without them there would
be nothing to stop Comcast from creating their own marketing department and
throttle traffic to our site damaging our ability to reach new customers and,
in worst case scenario, putting us out of business.
But we want you to make your own decision on net neutrality. We've
compiled a list of articles and videos explaining net neutrality in more detail.
We recommend that you read or watch them so you can be more informed on this
topic. And if you've already made up your mind about net neutrality. then you
should let the FCC know. Currently they're taking public comments on their
site about the proposed deregulation. We put the direct link below so you can
