This week I'm finally doing a routine for the ladies.
So today will be a butt routine.
How to train your butt until it explodes!

Let's begin today's routine.
4 Rounds : Squats (40-60) Kickbacks (15-25) Hip-raises(15-25) Frog kickbacks(15-25) Time(30-40mins)
For the squat you must pay attention,
You must push upwards from your heels, lifting your chest.
Also, your arms can freely be placed on your hips.
And for the last part of the squat you should tighten
Okay, that's it.
Moving on, for this movement your abs should be tightened
and your feet should be ninety degrees,
also your legs should be pushing upwards,
push upwards from your butt.
That's it.
Next exercise is hip raises.
You need to place your heel and the straight leg of the opposite leg aligned.
This will place emphasis on the back of your thighs.
And if you want to place even more emphasis on your butt
You can lean on your butt. Lean further behind.
Then you just thrust upwards and control the momentum downwards
with this movement you can emphasis your butt.
For this is the frog leg movement., your legs
must be placed pushing together and your legs should go upwards
and your butt will automatically be activated.
