This week I'm finally doing a routine for the ladies.
So today will be a butt routine.
How to train your butt until it explodes!

Let's begin today's routine.
4 Rounds : Squats (40-60) Kickbacks (15-25) Hip-raises(15-25) Frog kickbacks(15-25) Time(30-40mins)
For the squat you must pay attention,
You must push upwards from your heels, lifting your chest.
Also, your arms can freely be placed on your hips.
And for the last part of the squat you should tighten
Okay, that's it.
Moving on, for this movement your abs should be tightened
and your feet should be ninety degrees,
also your legs should be pushing upwards,
push upwards from your butt.
That's it.
Next exercise is hip raises.
You need to place your heel and the straight leg of the opposite leg aligned.
This will place emphasis on the back of your thighs.
And if you want to place even more emphasis on your butt
You can lean on your butt. Lean further behind.
Then you just thrust upwards and control the momentum downwards
with this movement you can emphasis your butt.
For this is the frog leg movement., your legs
must be placed pushing together and your legs should go upwards
and your butt will automatically be activated.
That's it.
This is Cobra's butt training routine.

New Antique Find: Royal Doulton Pottery Lambeth Vase Appraisal - Duration: 1:41.
This is James Goetz with Antique Man, today we're doing an appraisal on a
Royal Doulton Pottery Lambeth Vase. The Royal Doulton company started in 1815 in
London, England. The company is known for making high-quality, china, pottery, gift
wares, and glassware and it's still in business today, in later years the
company was known to be compared to other companies like Royal Crown Derby,
Royal Worchester, Wedgwood, Spode, and Minton. If you turn the piece around you
see the full design, with the green and blue modeling and the reverse hearts
that's where it gets the Lambeth name. This piece measures 5 and 1/4 inches
tall by 2 and 3/4 inches in diameter. If you look on the bottom it has the Royal
Doulton mark and the Designer mark. The value on this piece is $75 to $100. I hope

Training Grape Vines With Growth Tube 🍇 (Tips And Tricks) - Duration: 1:55.
when you get new vines in from a nursery or ones that you've gotten growing from
cuttings they're only going to be about this tall and they're gonna be basically
a little stick and one way to get them to grow straight up and onto your top
trellis wire is to use what's called a growth tube it's just a corrugated
plastic that wraps around the trunk and you can see one in place here which
creates a little bit of a greenhouse situation it's warm a little bit humid
it encourages that trunk to grow straight up and then once it gets enough
growth at the top of it you're gonna have vines that will grow out on to your
top trellis wire while the trellis wires need to be a pretty heavy gauge wire
originally I bought 12 gauge wire but I ended up having to get 10 gauge wire
because it was a sturdier wire that could hold the weight of the vine and
all of the grapes once the plants matured so I'm gonna take this off and
show you guys what a great start this vine has it's got a lot of leaf growth
inside that tube but all of that energy is encouraging that vine to grow
straight up and it will have a nice strong trunk as that plant matures if
you have questions about producing grapes contact your local Extension
Office or our researchers at the Sheridan research and Extension Center
that are researching grapes hardy enough for growing in Wyoming I'm Donna Hoffman

About this video, I want to tell about two things.
First of thing,
When I was on my way to New York from Ohio,
I was reading the tweets on Twitter app.
I saw Anthrocon's tweet,
it tweeted the portrait artwork of female husky.
And she is wearing the hearing aids!
Let me show what she looks like in Anthrocon's tweet.
I was speechless, I replied to AC's tweet, asking that she is wearing the hearing aids.
Then Moth Monarch replied my tweet.
Her replied "It's important to me & Anthrocon that everyone feels welcome, so we wanted to represent all sorts of folks!"
I felt joy!
I asked her that I want to interview her after Anthrocon.
She said sure!
I felt joy again!
I will ask her questions about Nikki the husky.

Guess what?
My friend that I knew him for few years,
he is the red lion and he is, of course, Red.
He is a very great friend, we always talked online since.
He was always been there for me, he was helping me with my confidence about ASL Gif.
When I started ASL gif project, he was supporting me all way.
He always retweets my ASL gif tweets.
I was happy that Red encouraged me go to FurtheMore.
Also, I decided to start my first panel, ASL for furries.
When I hosts the panel, he was there.
I was pleased about that.
I was overjoy when FurtheMore made an announcement that he will be Guest of Honor for next year.
He also becomes FurtheMore staff!
I went to tell him congratulations, we hugged a lot!
So, I decided to give him a sign name.
