Study Finds that Fasting for 72 Hours Can Regenerate the Entire Immune System

by Edward Morgan

There has long been controversy surrounding the potential benefits or hazards of fasting.

On one hand, supporters of fasting point to the many benefits that they claim fasting

provides.

This includes promoting weight loss, normalizing insulin sensitivity, lowering triglyceride

levels in the body and slowing the signs of aging.

There are a number of different fasting plans ranging from intermittent fasting

lasting, on average, 14 to 18 hours to longer-term plans abstaining from solid foods for 2 to

3 days.

Each is said to carry their own benefits and challenges, offering options for everyone.

Many nutritionists and medical professionals argue that fasting is nothing more than an

unsupported trend, and carries with it a number of health risks that should be considered.

They point to the loss of nutrients during the time spent fasting, as it limits not only

the intake of unhealthy foods but also those that our bodies require including fruits,

vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats.

Furthermore, they argue that fasting often leads to rebound eating, which results in

an overall weight gain as opposed to the sought-after weight loss.

New research out of the University of Southern California presents a fascinating discovery,

once again bringing the debate to the forefront.

The team gathered a group of participants and asked them, in the initial stages, to

fast for 2-4 days on a regular basis over a 6-month period.

During this time, they witnessed some incredible changes.

The participants saw a noticeable decrease in the production of the enzyme PKA, a hormone

which has been associated with an increased risk of cancer and tumor growth.

Furthermore, the immune system of the participants appeared to get a complete overhaul.

Professor Valter Longo, PhD, the researcher of the study expressed his surprise with the

studys findings, stating, What we started noticing in both our human work and animal

work is that the white blood cell count goes down with prolonged fasting.

Then when you re-feed, the blood cells come back.

So, we started thinking, well, where does it come from?

The findings may provide considerable promise for those that are susceptible to disease,

currently receiving chemotherapy treatments or simply for our aging population.

The research showed that the act of fasting triggered a switch to flip in the body, signalling

it to begin a stem-cell based regeneration of the hematopoietic system. It forced

the body to use up its stores of glucose, fat and ketones, and also started to break

down a large number of white blood cells.

The loss of white blood cells flagged the body to, in turn, regenerate new immune system

cells.

Professor Longo explained, When you starve, the system tries to save energy, and one of

the things it can do to save energy is to recycle a lot of the immune cells that are

not needed, especially those that may be damaged. This would mean that according to the studys

findings the process of fasting for a 72-hour period of time followed by re-feeding with

a healthy, nutritionally focused diet can, essentially, provide those who are struggling

with a new immune system.

While the possible benefits are definitely worth further review, medical professionals

warn that further study is required before it will be seen as a definitive medical option.

The studys co-author Tanya Dorff, MD, assistant professor of clinical medicine at the USC

Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital advised, While chemotherapy saves lives,

it causes significant collateral damage to the immune system.

The results of this study suggest that fasting may mitigate some of the harmful effects of

chemotherapy.

More clinical studies are needed, and any such dietary intervention should be undertaken

only under the guidance of a physician.

How Accessible Design Can Universally Benefit Everyone | ARTiculations - Duration: 6:19.

Have you ever encounter a situation like this, your hands are full of grocery bags.

You get to a door.

You realize, there's no way you can open that door knob without putting the stuff down?

In that case - it's possible you've encountered a round door knob.

For many people - encountering a door without an easily operable lever is usually just a

minor inconvenience.

But for people with manual dexterity limitations, hand injuries, and other related disabilities

a round door knob may prevent them them being able to go through that door.

If that door had a lever style handle, it could be operable with a closed fist, or even

an elbow - making it much more accessible to people with or without disabilities.

Similarly - even though power door operators are often designed for people with disabilities

the reality is that they make going through a door easier for all kinds of people - including

people using wheelchairs, crutches and walkers, people carrying handful of shopping bags,

parents with strollers, and delivery people carrying boxes or pushing trolleys.

I'm an interior designer and I often think about how everyday environments could be improved

with good design.

From overall circulation flows throughout spaces to details like door hardware.

And a part of good design is having the awareness and consideration for people of different abilities.

While many accessible design components may have initially been designed with disabilities

in mind - the vast majority of accessible improvements to products, fixtures and environments

actually end up providing better access for everyone.

Automatic toilet flushes, faucets and soap dispensers are easier to use for people who

cannot reach or cannot operate levers, buttons and valves, but it also makes using a washroom

more sanitary and more convenient for most people.

Visually contrasting flooring transitions, tactile warning strips, and cane detectable

barriers help many people, whether they have a visual impairment or not, to see and detect

oncoming hazards more easily.

Over the last few decades, some designers have also adopted the principles of

"universal design" - which is a design approach that considers many different human factors, including

abilities, age, genders and cultural backgrounds.

Universal design reframes the approach to how we think about people with disabilities

where their needs are not seen as "special circumstances" but a part many different

human factors that require consideration.

For instance - drinking fountains, lavatories, and service counters with high and low surfaces,

or desks and tables where the heights are adjustable, are not only designed for the

use of wheelchair users, but also for children, older adults, people of different heights,

and people with different usage preferences.

Simple, easily navigable wayfinding with visual and tactile signage help people with visual

and auditory impairments, but can also improve the experience of people who speak different

languages, and people with cognitive disabilities.

Universal toilet rooms can accommodate not only wheelchair users, but also individuals

travelling with caregivers of the same or opposite gender, families with children, as

well as people who prefer to use non-gendered washrooms.

Often, the concept of "providing accommodations to disabled people" is misunderstood as

"making disabled people dependant on society to help them."

When in fact - accommodating disabilities is pretty much the opposite of that.

While some disabled people do require caretakers or guide animals to help them with their day

to day life, the goal of accessible design is actually to provide independence for people

with disabilities.

If we provide ways for people to independently open doors, go up levels, use the toilet,

get around safely, obtain services, and find information

basically go about their day to day life like most other people.

Then technically, they're not disabled anymore.

It's important to realize that

traditionally we have built our environments to exclude certain people.

Disabilities are not inherently possessed by the individual

they're shaped by the barriers we have put up.

While it's obviously not practical to immediately rebuild everything, there are still things

we can do and steps we can take to remove these barriers.

Some may argue that designing and building accessible products and environment can be costly.

While that may be true in some circumstances, when it comes to building new spaces and creating

new products - there is often not a cost difference to implementing accessible features.

Choosing a more visually contrasting colour at a change in floor level usually costs nothing

as long as the product is the same.

And installing one type of door lever over another will result in minimal price differences,

if any.

But of course - there are still costs to some accessible features, and the retrofitting

of existing non-accessible spaces could have a high initial cost.

However - in many cases - it is arguably more economically detrimental to ignore accessibility.

According to the World Health Organization, around 15% of the world's population live

with disabilities, a percentage that's expected to rise in most developed nations due to the

increase in the older adult populations.

Communities and businesses all benefit from the participation of people with disabilities

as consumers as well as being productive members of the workforce.

Even in private homes, inaccessible design will also directly and indirectly cost individuals

money - such in the loss of productivity, as well as in the cost of caretakers or people

taking time off work to care for disabled family members.

By building spaces that accommodate people with disabilities, we can provide them with

economic empowerment and independence, and in most cases, we will also improve the

quality of life for just about everybody.

If you look at it this way, accessible design may just be one of the most morally and fiscally

responsible things we can do.

So what do you think?

What are some design improvements that you think would benefit accessibility and usability

in your life - whether it's at home, work, school or a public space?

Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

of the interior design profession.

adore her and I am grateful that we have this time that we can really showcase

her for you so I'm going to share my screen here so that you can learn more

about the path to an undemanding

so this is the path to a nun de and they this is about them so I'm going to go

into some of the programs that they have some of the programs that they have are

workshops she does life coaching and workshops and

seminars and online learning and she she has many many amazing books Satya has

created a bridge between science and spirituality and brings awareness to

spirituality through ancient wisdom and a modern practical approach so she is

such an amazing amazing organization and a wonderful person and they have many

many resources here on this on the site so let's look at some of these articles

let's look at the seven steps to everlasting happiness let's look at the

seven steps to everlasting happiness

seven steps to everlasting happiness with an undemanding

so the question is are you happy and peaceful so are you happy and peaceful

hi guys welcome are you happy and peaceful sometimes it

depends and what is everlasting happiness peace and a nun dallisa

a penis within that is not affected by any undesirable unexpected external

factors or situations so we can be blissful no matter what is happening on

the external because we are connected internally to this beautiful essence of

our everlasting happiness and we all have only one goal we want to be happy

we want to live in love and peace and a nun demamp is is wanting that same goal

everybody has that same desire you know most people if you ask them if they want

to be happy they're gonna say yes right if they want to live in love they're

gonna say yes yes I do want that and so do you want to have more peace do you

want to have more joy yes I'd like to have all more of that right like to have

more of that so some of the needs of every human being are to be happy to

have love to have peace and to be blissful a nun demand it's all free

isn't that great it's all free isn't that great

so our true nature our DNA our healing and the coolness of water is I am a nun

de ma

I am peace I am divine which leads us to sat-chit-ananda a nun de rDNA so joy is

our is our Hey right joy is our eternal bliss and

joy is that eternal happiness that we don't have to seek outside of anything

it's always in us so if I am in an under if I am a nun de why am I not happy

because we live in a land a dreamland of if I will be happy if I get a phone call

from my children or I will be happy if my spouse is different or I will be

happy if I get a promotion and become a CEO or I will be happy if I don't have

pain or I'm not sick or if my boss has a heart attack if some of these if some

prominent person dies cancels an exam so if I am anandam why am I not happy

because we live in unhappy consciousness we carry the old baggage our old

feelings our old hurts and resentments we sometimes think negatively and

sometimes we speak unpleasantly complaining and lying and gossiping and

we see faults and others and we judge others and we judge ourselves and we

watch TV and it's depressing and sometimes we eat unhealthy food and

these actions are according to our thoughts so we live in unhappy

consciousness that's an unhappy conscious lifestyle so how can we be

happy well the Gita is a spiritual guide to

happiness so the Bovada gita is a spiritual guide

to happiness so the gita is the spiritual instruction

manual guide to attain eternal happiness and peace in daily life and the causes

of unhappiness can be selfish desires anger greed and the triple barriers to

happiness that lead to the destruction and bondage

the embodied self therefore one should abandon these three so if we have an

unfulfilled desire it leads to anger we have a fulfilled desire it can lead

sometimes to greed if we have selfish desires it can lead to disasters

so here are the root causes of unhappiness thinking worldly objects and

becoming attached having attachment to desires and having them filled becomes

greed and be having them unfilled can become anger and if we have our our

worldly objects attained then sometimes we go to greed and ego and arrogance and

sometimes we go from anger to sadness and sorrow so if we don't have a selfish

desire we have these selfish desires they can lead to disasters so who is

unhappy unhappy are those who are very selfish have too many selfish desires

and want to control everything so the symptoms for aha the effects of

unhappiness can come as stress and depression and insomnia and the toxins

in our body can come as loss of memory and creativity loss of creativity

negative thoughts negative attitudes and no peace so the effects of unhappiness

and selfish desires in our society can lead to unhappiness a sick mind a sick

body a sick society and disturbances in the world 9/11 for example how do we

attain eternal happiness one who makes sat-chit-ananda the goal of the life

always lives in an under conscious Ness focusing your mind on the Anunnaki

amenities towards all beings friendly to all this has no attachment to selfish

desires and performs all their actions from a selfless action and goodness

certainly can attains sat-chit-ananda so what is the mind the mind is a bundle of

thoughts and memory banks of old sanskaras which are considered our

database of information welcome ginamarie thanks for being here so this

energy is our master of senses and the human being so our mind can be our

friend or our enemy one must lift himself by himself to not degrade

himself the self alone is his friend and self alone can be his enemy for him who

has conquered his self oh I wonder if I can get can I get you in here this way

Satya hmm I don't think so maybe are you on the zoom oh yeah you're

on the zoom awesome what we can go over here and we can get you in here then

awesome beautiful Satya I'm so happy you're here so we were just going over

the the path to a nun demand we were just going over those those steps so

Satya yay alright you are here okay we need to unmute you welcome welcome

welcome here's this idea I'm so honored to be on this program I carried it I

said you know what I decided that you would need to continue being happy

you did such a great job I felt like you should be representing path to another

beautifully you are doing such a beautiful job and I had nothing prepared

you guys this is my beautiful friend Satya welcome please everybody welcome

Satya to our beautiful soul family here on spirituality gone wild where where we

just roll with the punches you know it is all divine plane all do whatever

happen my computer totally said the PC needs to be restarted and it is start

doing it by itself and then it took time and then saw you speaking on how to be

happy I said here is love Karen is going to march path to another yes we're gonna

be doing a show together Santi and I together gonna be doing a show east

meets west and how we can have oneness when we really look at this this

beautiful expression of how we are so much alike and we look so different on

the outside but we have so many beautiful similarities in our true

nature and that's what matters it's not about what we look like on the outside

it's what we what we exude and what we send out and we bring out into the world

through our true nature is that correct Satya yes I just want to send a must

that to all the audience from bottom of my heart which means I bought down to

that divinity within you I bought down to the faith the pure

belief system I bought down to your goodness and

and she froze technology is so fun isn't it with the program the Martin Luther

Day celebration is still going on so beautiful because Martin Luther King

vasta or Estella is the icon of social activism peace non-violence selfless

service and giving the happiness to others

giving the anandam to others and his mentor was Mahatma Gandhi because he

said he got the motivation Martin Luther King jr. said he got the motivation from

Mahatma Gandhi for the Freedom and the how he did it through non-violence so he

got so motivated and he motivated his people through his dream he said I have

a dream and through his speech that he wanted to have a dream where all the

there is no difference between color and greed region and religion faiths skin

colors and he wanted all to be happy and poverty eita and Mahatma Gandhi was his

mentor Sakina my icon he's not icon to that yet could you give us just a little

bit of a background I gave a little bit of a background I gave a little bit of

your bio but about the Bhagavad Gita the Bhagavad Gita and how that how you you

helps to rewrite it so that it could be easily more easily digestible and tell a

little bit about that beautiful book I love your books they're so wonderful let

me show you the book right here which is available on Amazon okay it's

coming upside down okay no it's good you're right okay here's

the book welcome Tonya Meeks bhagavad-gita and they can get that on

path to an unguent that the website to right side also and they can also go to

face amazon.com and this is one of my

bestseller among another 15 bestsellers and when I was told by as for me Harry

had ji maharaj who you can see his estate you on back of my dad yet the

orange colors in a small one yeah you can see him I Alice April um

dude guru D he asked me to study bhava Gita

in 1993 I met him and when he saw my face he read me and he totally figured

out that how much difficulty I was going through in my life and he said read

bhagavad-gita and I said what I do not understand that it is so difficult so

confusing and you know when I start reading it became and all of a sudden

that things start coming down to me and I made it in a such a simple way in fact

I said in that very beginning in right forward that this book is not something

the philosophy or another comment area bhagavad-gita but it is applied proper

data where you practice every day it cancels every question of your life it

made me more happier not only happier it taught me how to solve the difficult

situations in life and do not just get bogged down or feel

sad learn a lesson from it and move on and not only move on help others to

learn from it too so I created this book and it is so simple as I say my question

and God's answers every versa bhagavad-gita which has a 700 verses and

it was so beautiful just has a questions and it was used in UC Berkeley in many

universities and it is available in all the icon or ia universities where people

will have it in the libraries listen to this Satya Amanda lafawn says that book

is on her nightstand right now Wow the yearly is Satya Cobra Amanda yes Archana

yes beautiful Amanda lafon thank you for being without you guys please share this

out to all of your timelines and all your groups because this is a beautiful

lesson and in bliss and our world is really really calling us to be more

blissful and and Satya is an expert in helping us to be more blissful and she

has been my mentor and I know Krishna I know the divine brought us right to each

other to be you know supportive of one another so isn't that awesome

yes witnessing this movement you ladies are a part of yes we're empowering we

are empowering through this empowerment and through happiness and through joy

and here is a live example of doctor me and dr. Martin Luther King Harbor Geeta

has done to his life he transformed not himself but the whole world the whole

world this is it with him first it's starting

with you transform himself first yes that's what the Bhagavad Gita does

it transformed Mothma Gandhi it does from Martin Luther King jr. and it has

transformed me and it is transformed is so many people in culture 3dfunction as

a believer and I help has helps to grow the movement and continue the

conversation there are so many incredible people in the world right now

that that have learned from this beautiful ancient teachings and well you

got to do a beautiful ceremony in your area for Martin Luther King jr. did you

want to share that presentation with us I need a key to me yeah yeah you know

actually it is on my online and I went to just okay just tell us a little bit

about it and then about the beautiful day and it was so beautiful you guys go

to Satya follow Satya she has a beautiful youtube channel that you can

follow all of her videos on YouTube Satya cholera I'll put the links in

there but also her Facebook page you can

follow all of her facebook lives she is wonderful at going into helping homeless

people she goes into her park and she brings food and is absolutely wonderful

videos that are so uplifting and so beautiful and also she has the this what

she did on Martin Luther King Jr's birthday she was at a beautiful ceremony

with all different religions right in fact it was in the judge in the church

it was in a Presbyterian Church and

99.999% people were all westerns and the ceremony started with recognizing him

and appreciating his speech and there was a keynote speaker but I was giving

the blessings at the end so that with the blessing speech I basically I

mentioned Indian prayers and how he recognized his faith and people asked me

to give the benediction on a Hindu based on the Hindu prayers so I used the Hindu

prayers and basically recognized who God is how we can pray to God and how we

cannot just pray to God for our self but pray for everybody else in the universe

including living beings and also non living beings which we think artists non

living beings but Earth has its own soul oceans have their own source air has our

own Souls so we are made with five elements which is earth water space air

and heat so he'd come from the Sun so we recognize the Sun as a God we recognize

the air as a god we recognize the Earth Mother Earth that's why we call her

mother are we called if we respect the space and that's why we are

always talk about saving the environment man of course happiness for all so there

is no difference and in fact in Hinduism it is called

wasu Devco to come means the whole universe without any color creed

religion region we are all one because we all came from one source in fact Lord

Krishna says in padua Gita I am the seed who puts the seed in the

womb of this nature many old nature comes up out of it

core universe is mulch from it it takes a birth from the my seed and my nature

so we are all his children so how could the homeless people or the

new color that dark color is clean people because I am NOT a white how the

brown color would be different than the terran system because we both have the

heart and that's where lord krishna says in bhagavad-gita issue our server

bhutanam trustee means i live in all the hearts so that all the hearts represents

my love my compassion and take that love and compassion share in the universe

whether you can do it with the homeless service whether you do it like Julia dr.

Martin Luther King become an activist in fact I ask people many times cause the

question to yourself that what area can I make a difference in people's life and

become the activists so I call it like but anandam ambassador peace ambassadors

loved ambassadors whatever fits in your personality or go and do the google like

a karen she is the hot lover she's a pet lover so become the activist whatever

pleased you but the bottom line here is share your love and compassion the more

you love and you share with others the more the fountain of love will start

coming from your inner being and you won't be able to hold it within you it

will be just going in all universe that's that's exactly I mean that's just

the description of where I am right now that's where I feel right now I feel

like it honestly can't it can't go anywhere except keep going out to

everywhere I go I'm like I was saying I'm like the billboard of love and peace

everywhere I am there I am and there's more joy and there's more bliss and

there's more fun and I'm just having such a blast with it because I finally

found that I am Ananda I am pure joy you know I don't need to

look for it in anything else I've always had it you know and that's that that's

the coolest feeling in the world I swear and and Satya helped me find

that Satya and I have been friends for over almost a year now we we we were

together at the world Parliament on spirituality and we were both presenters

there and don't you love those glasses that's my friend that has the love

glasses revolution calm you guys can go to that link and you can get love

glasses at love glasses revolution calm and you can get your love glasses we're

actually getting global kindness going viral glasses that are going to be we're

doing a special we're going to be partnering up with love glasses and I'm

going to be creating global kindness going viral love glasses

and you guys can do that for your organization path to an undead Tara was

looking at the world and she was feeling really really sad and and really you

know feeling very alienated in the world and she wanted to see the world through

the eyes of love and so she decided to start the love glasses revolution so

it's it's like you said you know we sometimes we have to go through the

unhappiness to remember that we are pure happiness no matter what's happening on

the outside and that's why when I was just because also the other thing I

wanted to share is ohm is my mantra because it is not that I had created it

at one night about 40-plus years ago it came to me I had no idea that even than

what that symbol meant I felt a golden light and when he thought he capsulated

me and it is start amplifying the energy within me and I started manifesting that

power of what I was getting and all that time it came to me from all think of pay

attention to oh and when the Sun comes it comes oh I am anandam oh I am anandam

this is where and then it's got this alchemy I am an anomaly I am under might

so that anandamayi means the energy the life force so it just kept many fasting

and amplifying in my system and all of a sudden I got there symbol with the heart

with love peace Ananda and then the name of the organization and I left as a CEO

about nine years ago because the message was I

to give this message that I am loved I am peace I am anandam and then the

beautiful name came thank you thank you helped me to create a song I wrote a

song called we are one song and she gave me the Sanskrit writings so that we have

these beautiful mantras so that I could translate those into English and we

created this beautiful coloring book that is dedicated to empowering children

yes this is the new one Satya you have the global kindness one this is the one

we are one song yeah this is the one I need I need to get these coloring books

I'll put the link in awesome I am yeah I want to give it to my grandkids

because they love meditation they love my teachings and so it's so beautiful

that you are working on it and I'm so proud and so honored that we will be

continued to work with this symbol of love through the kindness which I call

about karma Dharma and which is the Karma means the action which we do and

Dharma means that kindness which we put it in our heart in our eyes in our hands

and when we speak to people that kindness whenever we put a love and

compassion when it is good for everybody that is called Dharma because many

people asking what is Dharma because thermal everybody knows but now the new

word is coming therma Bou Dharma time how is it kindness double action karma

with love and compassion for the benefit of all so see you and I are going to

promote the decline karma Dharma and all these mantras absolutely it's going to

be amazing it's gonna be amazing and also you guys you wanna follow Satya on

all social media as Satya Korra you can you can follow her on all social media

and really she is doing some beautiful beautiful and

amazing work in the world as her Dharma and I feel that that's what my Dharma is

too and I know that when we started so we're gonna have our east-meets-west

Dharma and kindness equals oneness

oneness we had on one it equals oneness exactly so Dharma plus you know the

whole thing is is east meets west so we can no matter where we are in the world

we are a global and beautiful family and if we can just remember that and truly

truly live it that's I mean and and Satya and I are going to be doing a

children's book also to help bring this ancient wisdom in these ancient texts

into a simple simplified coloring book simplified game simplified children's

books and Satya reached out to me when we were at the world Parliament on

spirituality and she said I've been guided to speak to you and I was so

incredibly honored just absolutely honored and and I knew that I had been

divinely guided to her also and she she needed some help with social media and

she wanted to learn how to use Facebook live and she wanted to learn how to get

more on her videos onto YouTube from Facebook life and I had all of that

wisdom and so you know we are such a it's such a beautiful Dharma it's like

we found each other and we found each other in this lifetime but I know we

have so many other soul experiences yes thank you very much Karen for bringing

that foot part of it because I still cherish that and from there all of a

sudden my all the books you got so interested in Bhagavad Gita's book and

my checklist book and all my prosperity forever and yoga blonde asana and

enjoy very free life in 30 days all so many books you got interested and then

I sent you those books you said oh my god this is what I really needed it and

I really so we are sharing our wisdom with each other and you are the bottom

line here is God puts people together it is all divine play and he picks this

song which have the similar wavelength similar Metin

I call it metaphysical field or aura and you can call it aura and but who have a

similar aura and God knows that if he puts together we can do something

jointly which makes a difference in the world which I always say one plus one is

never just - it is always eleven if we want to make it otherwise we could also

take one make a line of the one and then cut it each other but here we are

putting one plus one equals eleven and that's where natural never a difference

we are going to make a difference together with everybody's life but you

know when I say everybody's life let me tell you one thing Karen first thing it

comes to me first we make the difference in our own life yes ever we are doing it

gives us so much pleasure so much happiness so much on and on so much

bliss it immediately takes us to and fills our heart with love and just tells

us to go and now shared this love and bring that peace because love is the

prerequisite for peace and that's where Martin Luther King jr. he brought the

forgiveness forgiveness was his vehicle where he says and even Gandhiji said

even the lai Lama said the forgiveness is the foundation the prerequisite for

whatever happens in our life and once we start cherishing that then the love

birth of the love comes then because if we hold the resentment

and hatred in our heart we cannot feel our heart yet love because it's like a

only one thing can fit there whether you can fit the ha hatred or resentment or

love but once we put that you forgiveness there it's like an ointment

you put the animal in your wound with the moon to start healing the

forgiveness is like your ointment it helps it totally deserves all the

toxins in our body it gives us the nourishment it releases the endorphins

in our body and then we just feel like going and hugging everybody in the world

we don't see the color we don't see that this person doesn't have the clothes of

proper clothes or person does it have is a handicapped and is live and also that

it physically Carol I don't anything because we don't we just see soul too

soon and lord krishna says in bhagavad-gita

it's beautiful verse it says your mom Bocchetti servitor yes whoever sees me

and everybody I am never perished for them they are

more dear to me and I am very dear to them I never leave those people alone

though they might be in difficult situations I always hold them in my arms

like you know that it's beautiful the story of that yeah I love that guy yeah

- well hi Rosa Albert Nishi thank you so much me she says I am loving this so

much thank you thank you thank you Nishi we are so grateful that you are

loving this and thank you we love your comments please share your comments in

the comment section you know if you have questions pop those into the chat if you

want to ask any questions from me or from Satya we are 100% in service to you

that's why we that's why I feel that Martin Luther King jr. and Ghandi the

energy of their beautiful Souls inspired this through me peace weak they they

want to continue their legacy and they need human bodies like me and Satya to

be able to continue their messages and and like you if you're listening to this

and you're resonating with it and you're hearing this message loud and clear then

it was called to you it was called to your vibration and it is your message

and what are you gonna do with it it's your message it was given to you you and

now it's up to you what you're gonna do with this so Satya what are some ways

that people you would suggest that people who do want to be part of the

solution who really are looking at you know this woman's March is coming up

that's all nonviolent right the new women's March is going to be the biggest

in history and and that's all basically based on these nonviolent principles

correct exactly exactly but we're going to win

this beautiful this beautiful world back to all of us so that it can be

beneficial to all of us and that how are we going to do that through love

and kindness and forgiveness and peace and ananda right that's what we're gonna

that's how we're gonna how we're gonna win this we're gonna win this race we're

gonna win this race right but I look at you even I go one step further I feel we

have already month I stress already one exhilarating wonder is it just that we

are going to the process we just need to get in a line now accepting it so you

know it just like I can give you an analogy like I already got an admission

in medical college when I am a student I got the admission now I have to go

through the process of getting everything together by and close by I

take by the player a plane ticket to reach to the destination to that college

but I already I am already admitted right I'm not now

it is put into play like you said the divine play we already won the race I

feel like that women empowerment which I basically I don't call women empowerment

but I basically called women awakening and when we awaken our central I feel

like when I say we are already awake women's are already availed him an

awakening because there's a lot of divine masculine happening - it's like

we're coming into their Divine Feminine and really coming into balance so I like

to call it the human awakening yeah it is it is a human when gellick awakenings

are show every morning at 7:00 a.m. is is was guided through the Angels for to

me to use my voice to share these messages of abundance for the people who

are struggling with the illusion of the blocks of money blocks and abundance

blocks because abundance is our birthright and that's what was you know

like how we talked about you were guided to write the book to write to you know

to do the all of your books you were guided through those books and I was

guided to do these shows and I guided to do this week and to continue

these messages in a way that can be digestible and easy for people and

danced through them and have fun and sing and play you know play your way

through the day that's the angelic way the Angels have

told me you just play your way through each day and that's that's really the

the simplest way to like you said it's a divine play we need to put into action

what we know right

that's absolutely right that when we are pure when we purify our heart how we

purify when we do not have a resentment and hatred in any for anybody we do not

judge other people we do not gossip we do not abuse other people and when we

have a good positive thought then our heart gets cleanse our minds

clean and then

you or the engines from the Angela and then

the messages they start coming to us and we get that now you go and connect with

this person is waiting for you so this is how like many times people

ask me how do you get the messages I say it just like it you plug your light or

lamp in the socket electrical socket and all of a sudden the light bulb comes on

dudes on yeah you just have to have that connection and that connection is only

when there is no barrier between the socket and the plug like you know

sometimes you have those plastic tubing barriers for the children so they do not

put the things in the electrical sauna ready yeah so we don't need those

plastic barriers for us or any our resentments of those barriers once we

remove that that connection then we become the magnet to draw get all the

messages and we connect with all of you would you lead us would you lead us in a

meditation so that we can get connected yeah you know I'm going to just it is it

okay if I say it in Sanskrit yes yes that is the one I used so I'm just going

to use that and we will start with ohm so just say on three times with me take

a deep breath

so maybe Martha should be tied to Mabel - maybe bundu just a car to be able to

me

you

- maybe other word - Mabel to make sure mom dammit a which means you are

everything for me you are my mother you are my father

you are my siblings you are my sister you are my friends

you are my wisdom you are my wealth you are everything for me therefore I am

asking you please lead me to a citta mom SATA Kamiya thumb so mom Jyoti riga mia

them so mom Jyoti riga mia mathura mom I'm with them come here

so please lead me lead me from darkness to light to light from and make me

humble take lead me from all the diseases to happiness wealth and also

lead me please lead me to my and keep me under your umbrella and remove all the

miseries and pains from me and free me from all the miseries and kill me the

moksha give me the liberation and then we prefer all lokah samasta sukhino

Kissinger: Trump's Foreign Policy Style Is 'Remarkable and New… People Need to Open Their Eyes' - Duration: 3:32.

Kissinger: Trump's Foreign Policy Style Is 'Remarkable and New…

People Need to Open Their Eyes'

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger gives us a new understanding of President

Donald Trump's foreign policy and predicts its success:

"Liberals and all those who favor (Hillary) Clinton will never admit it.

They will never admit that he is the one true leader.

The man is doing changes like never before and does all of it for the sake of this nation's

people.

After eight years of tyranny, we finally see a difference."

Then he goes on to explain how Trump is making it happen.

Kissinger knows it and he continues with: "Every country now has to consider two things:

One, their perception that the previous president, or the outgoing president, basically withdrew

America from international politics, so that they had to make their own assessments of

their necessities.

And secondly, that there is a new president who's asking a lot of unfamiliar questions.

And because of the combination of the partial vacuum and the new questions, one could imagine

that something remarkable and new emerges out of it."

Then Kissinger puts it bluntly: "Trump puts America and its people first.

This is why people love him and this is why he will remain in charge for so long.

There is not a single thing wrong with him and people need to open their eyes."

Kissinger once explained that he and Nixon felt that it was important to convince Soviet

leader Brezhnev that the U.S. president was unpredictable and capable of anything.

Trump has held North Korea at bay and gotten China to accept sanctions on its people and

companies that do business with Pyongyang by just such a strategy.

When he boasts that he has a "bigger red button" than Kim Jung Un does, he so transcends

the mealy-mouthed rhetoric of the past that he forces a new recognition of American power.

Kissinger once wrote, "(T)he weak grow strong by effrontery.

The strong grow weak through inhibition."

No sentence better captures the U.S.-North Korea relationship.

Trump is discarding the inhibitions and call the bluff on North Korea's effrontery.

Just like Kissinger would have done.

His point is that the contrast of American retreat under Obama and its new assertion

of power under Trump creates a new dynamic that every one of our allies and of our enemies

must consider.

They grew complaisant with Obama's passivity and now are fearful due to Trump's activism.

And they must balance the two in developing their policies.

They realize that the old assumptions, catalyzed by Bush 43's preoccupation with Iraq and

Obama's refusal to lead are obsolete.

So, Trump is forcing a new calculus with a new power behind American interests.

Those — here and abroad — who rode the old apple cart worry about its being toppled.

But, as Kissinger so boldly states, Trump "is the one true leader" in world affairs

and he is forcing policy changes that put America first.

Dick Morris is a former adviser to President Bill Clinton as well as a political author,

pollster and consultant.

His most recent book, "Rogue Spooks," was written with his wife, Eileen McGann.

FISH CURRY VILLAGE STYLE|JHATPAT FISH CURRY|QUICK FISH CURRY. - Duration: 3:39.

hi friends today I'm gonna show you a very simple fish curry recipe and you

can replicate this one pretty much for any type of fish hope you like the

recipe let's look at the ingredients I

have taken here six small fillets of a fish let me show you the fish that I

have used I have used here orange roughy it's about one and a half fillet of

orange roughy which I've cut into small pieces ginger garlic and coriander

coarse paste 2 teaspoons of red chili powder 1 teaspoon of store-bought fish

curry powder one teaspoon of turmeric salt to taste

you have taken lemon sized stammering and I have soaked it in water I'm gonna

use two types of fats one is the coconut oil and the cooking oil let's get

started as I said in the beginning it is a very

simple curry so we are going to first take all the fish fillets and the pot

that we have to cook it in add the ginger-garlic paste add turmeric fish

curry powder salt to taste

red chili powder and the cooking oil and the coconut oil now you're gonna mix

everything well coat all the fish pieces with all these spices once done you're

gonna add the tamarind pulp so we had soaked the tamarind and have taken out

the pulp so about half a cup of pulp and here I have taken some water from my

grinder so just about a cup of water put the flame to medium low and keep the pot

for simmering in a minute or so the mixture starts to come to a boil and so

just you know toss it like that another another two or three minutes it kind of

really starts boiling up at this point just you know toss it like this we're

not necessarily you know starting with the spoon cover it and reduce the gas to

the lowest and cook it for five to six minutes

now switch off the flame and give it a toss like this and go ahead and cover it

let it set for about 10 minutes after 10 minutes the fish curry is ready

you can now serve it hot this curry is so simple and easy to make that like I

said you can use any fish to make it I'm just going to take it out in a bowl

fish curry is ready enjoy it with some hot rice like I'm doing the same and you

will definitely love it thanks so much for watching if you liked today's recipe

please don't forget to Like subscribe and comment thank you

Trump Bipartisan budget deal includes 'much waste' to get Democr - Duration: 4:09.

Trump

Bipartisan budget deal includes 'much waste' to get Democratic support

President Trump conceded Friday that a two-year bipartisan budget deal reflected in a short-term

spending bill he signed Friday morning included much waste in order to secure votes

from congressional Democrats, and said more Republicans must be elected to Congress during

the midterm elections in order to lower spending on nondefense programs.

Costs on non-military lines will never come down if we do not elect more Republicans

in the 2018 Election, and beyond.

This Bill is a BIG VICTORY for our Military, but much waste in order to get Dem votes.

Fortunately, DACA not included in this Bill, negotiations to start now! Trump tweeted

Friday morning.

The president signed a short-term spending bill Friday that ended an hours-long partial

government shutdown.

Government funding lapsed at midnight after Congress failed to pass a spending bill, and

many lawmakers blamed Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., for holding up the vote.

The Senate eventually passed the short-term bill, which also suspends the debt ceiling

for one year, just before 2 a.m.

Friday.

The House followed around 5:30 a.m.

The spending bill funds the government through March 23 and included an outline of a two-year

bipartisan budget deal unveiled by Senate leaders earlier this week.

That deal boosts spending for defense and nondefense programs by $300 billion over two

years.

Conservatives in the House and Senate, including Paul, have objected to the budget deal, calling

it fiscally irresponsible.

But Trump and his top administration officials, including Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, have

been urging Republicans to back the plan because of the increased funding for the military.

Without more Republicans in Congress, we were forced to increase spending on things

we do not like or want in order to finally, after many years of depletion, take care of

our Military.

Sadly, we needed some Dem votes for passage.

Must elect more Republicans in 2018 Election! Trump tweeted earlier Friday.

Some Democrats, meanwhile, opposed the short-term spending deal passed in the early morning

hours because it didnt include a plan to address recipients of the Deferred Action

for Childhood Arrivals program.

Trump announced in September the DACA program would be rescinded, and set a six-month deadline

for Congress to come up with a legislative fix for Dreamers, the name given to those

brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

Democrats now fear they have little leverage to push their Republican counterparts to bring

a bill addressing DACA before Congress now that the framework of the two-year budget

deal has passed.

Trump, meanwhile, indicated Friday he is shifting his attention to negotiating an immigration

deal.

Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill have been meeting for weeks to work on an

immigration proposal.

The White House unveiled Trumps framework for such a proposal late last month.

The proposal provides a pathway to citizenship for 1.8 million individuals.

It also calls for $25 billion for the presidents border wall and other border security measures,

ends the visa lottery program and curbs chain migration.
