There was even a TV series
That itself proved how popular this novel was
There was even an animated movie for Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde
and it was released in 1986
I watched that movie when I was a kid
When I grew up, I remembered very tiny things about it
until I watched it again lately
To be honest, the movie was so dark
Which made me doubt that it was targeting children

Jordanian and Lebanese
The Jordanian dubbing was good
but I liked the Lebanese because of the names behind it
and it was even better and with more accurate dubbing
Let's talk about the story of the movie or the story of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde
The beginning of the movie starts from the ending of the story
To make you wonder about what happened in the ending
Then you start at the beginning of the story
The story is about Henry Jekyll
Which Waheed Jalal voiced him
and he was celebrating his birthday
with his friends Lawyer Gabriel Utterson,
and Dr Hastie Lanyon with his wife
Utterson was voiced by Emad Fareed
Lanyon was voiced by Ismail Nanua
Anyway, they were asking him about his secret project
and he decided to tell them about some of it

and the human lives his life in a fight between good and evil

The gameplay is boring because you can't do anything besides walking and jumping
This kind of games reminds me of platforming games on Atari in which you can walk and jump only
The problem here is that this game is hard
The worst and the baddest enemy in this game is the spiders
When I say it's the baddest, I mean it!
I am trying to pass through here but the speed of it is temperamental
It changes randomly and I don't know when I should exactly start moving
and what makes me mad, the stupid people who are pumping me when they run!
and they put traps when you are focusing on the spider
and the multitasking for me is bad

What kind of a person who programmed this game???
Is it possible that the designers didn't run tests out the game?
Wasn't there a wise person among them that should say the gameplay was broken???

The game features six stages only
The problem is that they are repetitive and they didn't bother to put variations
The sixth or final stage is the only different stage from the others
Now let's talk about the enemies
As long as the environment is the enemy let's start with the humans
There is a woman with dress and she does nothing usually
but if you hit her with your cane you will get hurt
The weird thing it doesn't show that she attacks you
It looks like you hit her but you get the pain instead of her
Sometime she runs and pumps you
There is also a madman who drops bombs next to you
Who drops a bomb in a public place???
The problem is even if you are far enough from the bomb
You will get hurt!
I don't know if the hitbox in this game is broken
or they are magnetized bombs
and what pisses me off it's does not hurt anyone else except you
You can avoid the bomb if you jump at the very last moment
of if you use some door in some stages
but you will enter for some moments and be forced to get out
They funny thing is some of them appear on the bottom of the screen and drop bombs
and nothing happens to you
I don't know if it's a programming mistake
or they put that on purpose to confuse you

and the game becomes automatic side scrolling action
To be honest this gameplay is way better than Jekyll's gameplay

You have to kill the enemies as much as you can and fast

But least it's more merciful than E.T

Secondly the stages in Japanese version are different than US version
It has different order, notice the differences in this photo
