Waching daily Feb 11 2018

In this video I will tell you how I did my 1st Muscle up

and for those who don't know what the Muscle up is

This is the Muscle up

we are going to the place that I did my 1st Muscle up

we are here

I started Calisthenics 4 April 2015

It took me 1 month to do it

I don't remember exactly when I did it

I had put it on Facebook

I will search it later and I will put here, now you will see it

I tried it 2-5 times per week

I cound not even do pull ups and I was trying to do a Muscle up

back then I was working out

6-7 times per week

a very bad workout routine

I had pull day

push day

and legs

and the next day I had abs too

so I had 4 different workouts

because then I had started as a whole newbie

I didn't know how to do pull ups, I didn't know how to do dips

I didn't know how to do push ups

I did these

These were pull ups

this was the way I did them

now dips

actually that's what I did

I went down so little

I didn't do full range of motion

my shoulders were like that

at the pull ups

and 1 more bad thing I did

it was the push with my legs

now I can not do it, I do not remember how to do so

and

yeah, push ups, I didn't show you my push ups

diamond push ups

was the only push up variation that

I went completely down

but as you saw it, I did it right

every time I came here, the first thing I was trying to do was the Muscle up

every time I was trying to do the Muscle up

and I do not remember when

I started doing this

and as I continued to do pull ups

like this

and I was trying to go over the bar

somehow I managed to get up that way

from my right hand

and I tried to do it with the left

I did it after some tries, a few days I do not remember

for those of you who do this

you should know that this injures 1 muscle here which I do not know it is called

actually 1 joint on your shoulder, so stop doing it

and anyway

I tried from 1 hand, I tried from the other

but again it wasn't with both hands

I wanted with 2 hands

now it's been 1 month

I can go over the bar

with 1 hand first and then the other

and I'm here one day

and all I wanted to try was the Muscle up I didn't want to workout

I had learned now that I did my pull ups with momentum from my legs

that I can use this momentum

this push to go over the bar

and that day

I was close enough

to do the Muscle up

this was very close

I could reach this point

then I just wanted to do

the dip

I am very close

at this point

I must definitely do it today

and I just took a little more power, more momentum from my legs

and I did it

and here I had one of the biggest smiles of my life

I did my 1st Muscle up

it wasn't perfect

but

it was that feeling

when you do something you want too much

yeah

and that's my story with Muscle up

I always made the mistake to be like this

in pull up exercises

because gravity dragged me down and I did not know, I had no idea

what is the scapula and that you need to activate it every time

yoy do pull ups or other exercises

some tips for those who are beginners and want to start

to try for the Muscle up

First learn how to do pulls and dips

which are the 2 basic exercises for it

don't try to do to many reps

that's not the point

Those who say you have to do 20 reps

20 pull ups to do the Make Muscle Up

or 20 dips to do the Muscle up or anything else

it's no true

I remember doing it

and I could do 8 wrong pull ups

half reps as I showed you before

and I managed to do the Muscle up

and yeah it wasn't perfect

it wasn't even good

I continue

some exercises for you that you are beginners and want

to do your first steps for the Muscle up

Muscle up with the push, with momentum

ok?

Learn to do the pull ups well

and chin ups

dips

and

an exercise that will help you with the momentum

I don't know how it is called

this exercise

it is not an exercise, anyways, do this

to learn when is the time to do the pull up

and this

and if you can not bring

your knees on your chest

if you can not do this is because you abs are weak

and the exercise that will help you with this

is Knee Raises

maybe I've been a little out of my story with the Muscle up

I just wanted to help some of you

that may need this

I do not know how good this video is right now

I will go home to make it as good as I can

I'll see you in the next one

Amazon : Focus On Growth Not Profit - Duration: 5:11.

Amazon is one of the biggest companies in the world, and a household name basically

everywhere.

When someone wants to get something online they usually think of heading to Amazon to

see if its available.

The company itself is over $400 Billion, But an interesting question to ask is how does

Amazon Actually make money.

This is a reasonable thing to ask since Amazon mostly sells items from external retailers,

and few of the products shown on the website are created by the company itself.

But while it makes sense that retailers would indeed be making more revenue from their products,

I should state that Amazon actually makes a big chunk of its revenue from retail sales

and its online web services.

Let me explain a bit more.

Before I move On I'm gonna say that I recommend you read more using the links provided in

the description below to get a bit more in depth statistical information after watching

this video.

There's some really helpful info there.

So Lets Get Into It.

As stated Amazon is worth over 400 Billion dollars and when compared to other well known

retailers it can easily be seen that amazon is far ahead it terms of how valuable the

company is.

Amazon has come a long way since it it came on the scene in 1995 as an online bookseller

to its reputation today as the world's largest online retailer.

In 2016, Amazon had more than 340,000 employees and reported net sales of nearly $136 billion.

While the company made its name by pioneering online shopping, making millions of products

available in just a few clicks, it's now making inroads in artificial intelligence,

drones, video and film production and streaming, cloud computing, grocery food, and much more.

The founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, recently surpassed Bill Gates as the world's richest

person with a net worth of nearly $90 billion.

Based on Statistical Expectations it is calculated that the company will keep on growing and

expanding by more and more every year.

One of the biggest reasons for this is the fact that amazon tries and tests anything

which they can to help the business move forward.

If you didn't know, The company actually started all the way back in 1994 and from

then has branched on and expanded into a cloud computing giant, ebook maker, film production

company, tablet maker and smart home device producer among many others.

Just last year in 2017, Amazon's Movie production budget alone was over $4.5 billion.

That's just about two and a quarter times as much as that of HBO's production Budget.

That's a lot of money.

But the company is dedicated to creating what it wants to create and doesn't hold back.

The business is focused on customers and in 2017 it ranked number 1 in two big categories

and it was stated that over 35% of the company's revenue comes from their "Frequently Bought"

and "Customer's Who Bought This Also Bought" Features.

Now this makes sense since a majority of the time when most people use the site they are

attracted by these features and decide to get some extra items that they actually find

useful alongside their original purchase.

Now, one of the biggest reasons Amazon is such an influencial company is because the

company is focused mainly on growth and not much on profits.

The company spares not expense with the intention of expansion in mind and having more and more

assets to any company is a good thing, so the more Amazon has under their wing, the

more that can grow as a company and also profit.

Now before I move on I think I should show you this really interesting statistical pie

chart.

It kinda breaks down where most of the company's revenue comes from and its quite a good visual

representation of how things are actually spread apart when it comes to revenue earning

for amazon.

So I'll give you 20 seconds to take a quick look at it starting now.

Ok you're done.

Let's move on to conclude this video.

So if you wanna get your products out in the public eye and get a cut from sales just join

up with amazon.

And I'm being totally serious here.

If you have a small company or just wanna get your stuff out there it makes sense.

You probably won't be making billions or dollars a month but it's a good way to get

your stuff out there.

A Majority of the products sold through third party retailers on Amazon are things which

people use on a day to day basis and if you can find what you need then it's a win-win

for everyone.

Provided that what you get actually works.

So if you're planning on joining up with Amazon here's a bit of quick statistical

data which you should look at.

I really do hope that this video gave you a bit of a deeper look into how Amazon actually

makes a majority of its revenue and I'm gonna mention again that you read through

the articles which I have listed below.

There's a lot more information that you may find useful.

Anyway, thanks for watching.
