Dropshipping: What's the Catch? [Oberlo weekly Q&A]

Hey everyone, my name's David – and it's question time.

It's that time of the week where we dive into questions that you guys left in the comments

of videos on our YouTube channel.

If you have questions of your own, don't be shy!

Alright, today we have an awesome question from Zoki:

Zoki wants to know if there's a catch to dropshipping.

After all, dropshipping can seem too good to be true -- you set up a store, you connect

to suppliers, you sell their products, and then the supplier sends those products straight

to your customers.

You never touch the products -- just the profits.

Now THIS is an awesome question.

And Zoki is definitely not the first person to ask us this.

So -- is there a catch?

No, there's no catch.

BUT – there is a bunch of work.

Think about it: Even if you don't hold inventory, even if you don't manufacture products,

there is still plenty of work that goes into running an online business.

For starters, you need to find a niche that has high demand but not high competition.

The world doesn't need another fidget spinner store.

What kind of store does the world need?

Every dropshipper needs to figure that out exactly that

You also need to build a website.

Now, you can get a website launched in a matter of minutes.

But can you get a good website launched in minutes?

Mmmhhh, not so much.

You'll need to write products descriptions, research shipping options, create a pricing

strategy.

Those are all monster projects.

Finally, you need to market your products.

Dropshipping simplifies how you get products, but you still need to let the world know they're

for sale.

That means running Facebook and Instagram accounts, that means loads of SEO, that means

answering questions from potential customers.

In short, that means a lot of work.

So Zoki -- no, there is no catch.

Remember that launching a dropshipping business doesn't mean you get to kick back and relax.

Hope this helps

Got your own question?

Shoot!

We're scanning the comments every day and would love to use your question in our next

Why Does Blackberry Still Exist In 2018? - Duration: 5:06.

Hey.

Anyone out there still remembers Blackberry?

The phone company famous for making smartphones with keyboards.

The one that was all the hype a couple years ago.

The one that blew up with their Blackberry Curve Smartphones and then kinda faded into

obscurity.

Yeah.

Well, It still exists.

So, the question is, Why does Blackberry Still Exist.

So, I actually started doing research and writing the script for this video back in

December of 2017, but decided to put it on a side to work on some other projects.

And, I kinda forgot about it.

That is until CES 2018 came around and it was announced that New Blackberry Phones would

be released in 2018.

Then I started writing again and forgot about it once again.

But this time, I'm gonna make this video.

Now, first off to be clear, Blackberry no longer makes smartphones, the company has

given up on producing its own phones and now works on software, but Blackberry devices

are still being produced by the company known as TCL.

But why?

Why are these devices still being produced.

Now before we ask this question we should first ask "Why did Blackberry, The Company

Itself, Stop Making Hardware and Move on to Software Creation.

Well, its an interesting situation.

Let's take a step back in time a little and look at when the company first entered

the scene.

The Blackberry company was established on March 7th 1984.

The first Blackberry device was introduced in 1999 as the Blackberry 850.

It Supported email and limited HTML browsing, and it also featured a monochrome screen.

The BlackBerry 5810 was the first model with phone capabilities but a headset was required.

As time moved on, Blackberry started to produce more and more devices, and while other companies

decided to move on with tech and implement touch screen features in their devices, Blackberry

kept their signature keyboard along the way.

Yes, there are indeed smartphones with the Blackberry branding which do have touch screen

functionality, but the idea of the signature Blackberry Keyboard has still been maintained.

I think even now, one of the things which set Blackberry devices apart from other devices

apart from the design was the Operating System.

All Blackberry devices back in the day ran BlackBerry OS.

It's kind of like Apple's ios but just a little bit less Popular.

Personally, I think if Blackberry took certain steps to keep the company afloat then things

would have been much better for the company, but things just did not go that way.

As for why the company stopped making hardware, quoted from Telegraph.co.uk " The company,

which is famed for its "Qwerty" keyboard mobile phones that were the choice handset for professionals,

has been struggling to keep up with market leaders Apple and Samsung as the world has

moved to touchscreens.

As a result, the loss-making business said it is going to focus on creating software

for mobile phones, rather than the devices themselves.

Instead, it will outsource the brand to other manufacturers.

" End of Quote.

This loss of market share started to happen as soon as 2011 ended.

The company was actually at peak performance back in 2011 and then when 2012 hit, things

went down very fast.

Currently, Blackberry basically has no market share at all, so it makes sense that the company

would itself stop creating devices.

Because at a certain point, there's no way to get back up to the top.

And even if they did try, it would have been a difficult time for the company nevertheless.

Now you may be asking, "Then why are Blackberry devices being created by another company?"

Well, to answer your question in short, Its because the company wants the Blackberry legacy

to live on.

At least that's how I see it.

Sales for the Blackberry devices themselves are way down, but that doesn't mean that

the legacy of Blackberry devices should demand.

I see Blackberry as a current brand for enthusiasts who just want to hold something interesting

in their hands and get that legendary old school Blackberry vibe.

And this is where I end today's video.

Thanks for watching.

our hidden gem series a showcase that casts an eye over five indie games of

recent times that might have slipped past you in the hubbub of the thousands

of titles that pop onto the scene each year coming up we've one of the real

surprises of 2018 so far a bittersweet adventure and a fun and frantic couch

co-op experience and with that it's over to February's hidden gems will start

February with rains her majesty which is a follow-up to the original rains which

came out in the summer of 2016 much like the first game Her Majesty

plays like a cross between those swipe left swipe right apps and a deck of

tarot cards where you make binary decisions for any number of

circumstances while simple sounding enough you'll need to balance your

decisions between four elements the church the military the budget and your

subjects pleasing one group will likely aggravate the others each group is

represented by a scale and if one gets too empty or too full that's game over

anger the church for example and you'll be burned at the stake the key to

success is keeping all things in balance often this means making decisions that

seem counterintuitive and cruel it's superb Lee written with multiple

playthroughs or lives as they can be considered being rewarded with new cards

and storylines that pop up depending upon your decisions from earlier games

Her Majesty launched towards the end of last year on the iOS Android and PC

from Benjamin Rivers alone with you launched under the premise of a sci-fi

romance adventure and follows that styling throughout it's an introspective

tale about space exploration and human fool hardiness classic sci-fi titles

such as Ray Bradbury the Martian Chronicles and perhaps a 2001 Space

Odyssey are certainly inspirations you play as the only survivor after a failed

colonization attempt your only companion being an AI system that's able to

recreate for other colonists as Holograms to help you go about your

business you're able to converse with your former colleagues and in a pleasing

twist they're seemingly aware of their ceased to be status to the game itself

revolves around exploration puzzles and item hunts those puzzles while not

particularly challenging do require some careful attention to your interaction

with leftover logs and journals and without a quest tracker keeping your own

set of notes can come in handy despite the retro heavily pixelated artwork at

times it carries off an intense and graphic depiction that helps deliver

upon the story's rich nature of mortality personal relationships and the

overall human condition iris run the desk squared simulation for me please

yes David

ah now in death squared we the game that arguably could have found its way onto

our recent coop indie game showcase video developed by SMG studio and out

now on all of this generations consoles this one found a home with us on the

switch such as the ease of use of the joy comms and its portability it's

simple enough you control two to four cube-like robots on a task to get them

to their goal position without letting any of them die while the single-player

is good fun this one shines and co-op play for the

same reasons as we loved snip Eclipse however death squared is a far tougher

experience and one that rewards teamwork and persistence with over 80 two-player

and over 44 player levels as plenty here to keep you entertained for hours

stories untold hit the PC back in late February last year and it comprises four

short connected stories that place you in front of different computers and

pieces of machinery as the story progresses around you to say too much on

this one is somewhat difficult as any description is liable to be spoiler

heavy which would ruin its impact and surprises smartly scripted with puzzle

sections taking up the large proportion of the game it's a storytelling

experience that comes in a similar to vein to her story and stranger things

with a play time in the region of three to four hours while somewhat skimpy the

intensity of the plot and surprises that come your way mean you're constantly on

edge it's a sci-fi horror that grabs your attention from the off and come the

end leaves you spellbound destiny is not a matter of chance it is a matter of

choice from late last month our number one hidden gem for February Nantucket is

one of the most engaging multi-genre titles with the majority of it being a

strategic RPG that we've seen in a number of years set a few years after

the events narrated by Herman Melville and Moby Dick

you play as Ismael the sole survivor of the Pequod the game revolves around a

system of quests collecting missions in ports from across the seven seas

completing these offers you experience points to spend on the skill trees of

hunting navigation science and crafting prior to setting off though you'll need

to equip your ship with enough supplies and able and healthy crew while making

sure your vessel is in a good enough condition to make it from A to B perhaps

the standout aspect of the game comes from the atmosphere the team have

created on board ship the noise she cuts through the waves the sound of the

ringing bells as you glide into port and the voices of the crew as they sing

shanties while about their daily tasks as we alluded to in the intro for us

Nantucket is one of the biggest surprises of the year so far we've

RUNNING FOR A DREAM | MEDELLIN EN 3 - Duration: 3:01.

I actually didn't start out as a runner, I played soccer until I was 12.

But for a lack of opportunities, I became unmotivated and quit.

Six years ago, I realized that making it to the Olympics wasn't just a long shot, it was a reality.

For that reason, I work hard every day, because running gives my life purpose.

With all of my heart, I want to make it to the Tokyo Olympics

to represent my country in the marathon event.

For many athletes, to compete at a high level where

one can represent his/her country in the Olympic Games is the ultimate dream.

But many times, it's extremely difficult to find the support in order get there.

Manuel Agudelo, Antioquian marathon runner at age 31,

wants this opportunity in the coming 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Today we speak with him to find out how the process is going.

What does it take to participate in the marathon in Tokyo?

Well, I need to establish a baseline time determined by the IAAF,

the International Association of Athletics Federations.

The races are held internationally in accordance with the requirements of the IAAF,

therefore I am required to travel and participate in these races in order to qualify.

What is your daily preparation like in order to achieve this goal?

Daily, I do two workouts, one on the track in the morning, and in the afternoon on the streets.

Those are longer runs to compliment my morning workouts.

I also do 2-3 strengthening sessions throughout the week,

and finish with massages to recuperate.

Manuel got in touch with me six months ago in order to overcome his knee pain,

and we have been working together since.

He is a very focused and dedicated person, always striving to make it Tokyo in 2020.

What is your biggest limitation?

One of the biggest limitations is being unable to travel to the qualifying races for a lack of funds.

Right now, with my project called 42k Tokio, I am selling souvenirs like

t-shirts, sweatshirts, pins and keychains.

I am able to cover some of those expenses, but it's not enough to be able to make it to the Olympics.

I invite you all to check out and support my project 42k Tokio.

Thanks to all of you, I will be able to fulfill my Olympic dream!

Top 10 Reality TV Shows That Ruined People's Lives - Duration: 7:46.

How's it going Youtube?

I'm Landon Dowlatsingh and welcome back to another most amazing top 10 video.

Are you guys apart of the most amazing family?

If you aren't…

what are you waiting for?

Smash that subscribe button and while you are down there click that like button if you

like watching reality tv.

Lots of people dream of being on a reality tv show without thinking of the consequences.

Reality shows cause a lot of drama and stress due to the producers stirring up controversy

or coercing you into doing something in order to generate more views.

So let's take a look at the top 10 reality shows that ruined peoples lives.

Alright starting us off in at number 10 we have Survivor.

A contestant on the show, Jeff Varner outed Zeke Smith as a transgender during a tribal

council in a disgusting attempt to paint him as a deceitful person.

It was a very shocking and controversial moment that caused the nation to hate and despise

Jeff Varner for his actions.

Once the episode aired, he was ridiculed on social media, receiving negative comments

and death threats.

He was eventually fired from his job and his life will never be the same.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition comes in at number 9.

This is a reality show where contractors and designers build a new home for less fortunate

families.

But I guess this is too good to be true because Bryan Okvath and his family were left with

a huge house that they could no longer afford.

On the episode, they were surprised when they saw that their bungalow house had been transformed

into a two story mansion.

However, they struggled for the next couple of years trying to keep up with their extreme

bills and high property taxes.

So the family was forced to sell their house and they even lost money in the sale.

Number 8 brings us to The real housewives of DC.

Charles Ommanney's life was completely ruined after he appeared on this reality tv show.

This is a show that follows the lives of several rich and housewives who live extremely lavish

lifestyles.

Sounds like a dream, right?

Well for one of the stars of this TV series, it was the biggest mistakes of his life.

Due to the reputation of his wife while she appeared on the show, his career as a photo

journalist began to suffer.

He struggled to build professional relationships and everyone who watched this show hated him.

So it ultimately ruined his marriage and it cost him his job.

Teen Mom delivers in at number 7.

Ever since Amber Portwood has appeared on reality television at the age of 16, her life

has been put under a microscope.

The fame must've really gotten to her because she has had a tough time coping with drug

addiction, rehab and prison.

She was sentenced to five years in jail for drug possession charges and she has even been

filmed verbally and physically assaulting her daughters' father on the reality show.

Things still have not improved for Amber.

She has now been diagnosed with Borderline Personality and Bipolar disorder and there

are reports of her meeting with a representative from Vivid Entertainment which is a porn company.

If she enters into the adult film industry, her life will no doubt take another drastic

turn.

Bachelor in paradise creeps in at number 6.

Earlier this year one of the contestants on the show, DeMario Jackson was in hot water

after a producer accused him of committing sexual assault with Corinne Olympios.

Both of them were reportedly drinking during the sexual encounter and the show was immediately

shut down in order to investigate the incident.

During this time, DeMario was painted as a villain and his character was attacked.

Even though the investigation concluded that it was not sexual assault, his reputation

is so damaged that he might not be able to recover from this.

A quick google search of his name will show you all of the sexual assault allegations

and it will be on the internet forever.

Now in at number 5 we are talking about The Swan.

This is a strange tv show where women will be judged by others and if they are seen as

"ugly" they are given an extreme makeover that includes several types of plastic surgery.

This seems like a terrible idea for a reality show.

I bet in the contract in very fine print it says, warning you will suffer from extreme

depression and worthlessness if you chose to participate, oh and you probably won't

recognize yourself after all the surgeries.

Well for Lorrie Arias, this is exactly what happened.

She appeared on an episode of the swan but now she doesn't leave her house except for

when she sees her therapist every few months.

After appearing on the show, she suffers from bipolar depression, agoraphobia which is fear

of crowds or being in public and body dysmorphic disorder.

Big Brother comes in at number 4.

This is a reality show where houseguests live together in a specially constructed house

that is isolated from the outside world.

Each week one member is voted out until one person is left standing.

They are constantly being recorded and watched 24/7.

One contestant on the show named Lesley Sanderson was portrayed as a villain and after she as

evicted from the show, she had a hard time coping with the real world.

She said, "Big Brother ruined my life and turned me into a hate figure.

I thought cocaine was the only way to block out the pain.

Before big brother, I never touched drugs."

After the show she was raped, addicted to drugs and even tried to kill herself.

Now in at number 3 is Extreme Makeover.

In this reality show, people volunteer to have an extensive makeover in Hollywood.

These men and women have extreme makeovers that involve plastic surgery, extreme exercise

regimes, hairdressing and stylists.

Well for Deleese Williams, this whole experience for her was too much to handle.

When the producers were preparing for her episode, they coerced her family members to

verbally abuse her on camera.

They thought this would create more drama and more views.

The surgery was ultimately cancelled and poor Deleese felt depressed and she couldn't

cope with the hurtful things that were said to her to she ended up committing suicide.

Drowning comes in at number 2.

Back in 2009 a contestant in a Pakistani reality show drowned on TV during a crazy stunt in

which he tried to swim across a lake while wearing a 15-pound backpack.

The man was screaming for help and the cast and crew rushed over to save him but unfortunately,

they weren't fast enough.

His body was later discovered by rescue divers.

And in at number 1 we have a Uruguay reality tv show.

While filming an episode for this show, participants worked together in a test of strength challenge

in order to push and pull a locomotive train along a railway track.

They completed the task but they lost control of the train and it ran over twenty of the

contestants.

The runaway train killed seven people and injured a least 11, severing their limbs and

leaving them in excruciating pain.

There were even 3000 school children who were at this recording and witnessed the accident.

I'm sure they were left in a state of shock and they are probably scarred for life.

Well there you guys have it…

The Untold Truth Of Five Guys - Duration: 6:18.

The growth of the Five Guys Burgers and Fries chain is nothing short of amazing, and the

story behind it will make you believe anything is possible.

With founders who have remained an integral part of their company, franchisees who aren't

just buying a brand name but an entire formula, and a company built from the ground up, Five

Guys has a story that embraces what the American dream once was… and still can be.

Choosing to cook

Five Guys' founding father Jerry Murrell hails from a middle-class Michigan family, which

encouraged him to go to college.

He didn't enjoy his own educational experience much, though, so when it came time to send

his sons to college, he gave them a choice.

The money he'd saved for their education was theirs, and they could either each go to college,

or — as a family — decide to pool the money to start a restaurant.

Not only would it give his kids a legacy, but it would let them work together, and their

limited-menu concept was a sweeping success.

"We stuck to our guns, kept it simple and the press liked us."

What's in a name?

The name Five Guys couldn't be more straightforward.

Murrell and his sons decided on the name to describe themselves: father Jerry, sons Matt,

Jim, and Chad from his first marriage, and son Ben from his second.

But when youngest son Tyler was born, the name didn't quite fit anymore, so he unofficially

removed himself from the name roster so that the "five guys" he refers to are his kids.

And all remain key players in the business.

While their father oversees everything, Jim and Matt travel the country and visit locations,

Chad is in charge of training, Ben works with the franchise owners and selects new applicants,

and Tyler runs the bakery.

Murrell's second wife, Janie, is also involved in the business as their bookkeeper.

Finding a franchise

Five Guys opened its doors in 1986, and it's only continued to grow ever since.

The chain saw an almost unthinkable 792 percent growth between 2006 and 2012, but that global

expansion almost didn't happen.

At first, the Murrells — especially Jerry — were content with opening just a few restaurants

in the same area.

They had complete control, kept the menu the same, and experimented with very few new things.

But Matt bought a copy of Franchising for Dummies, written by Wendy's Dave Thomas…

and at the same time, former Washington Redskins kicker Mark Moseley was pondering the future

of his own burger joint.

In a case of, "right place, right time," Moseley got on board with Five Guys and kicked off

their franchising efforts.

They found out quickly how right of a decision it was when franchising rights in Virginia

sold out in three days, and the rest is fast food history.

No timers

There are a ton of things to keep track of in any kitchen, but take a close look at any

Five Guys kitchen and you'll notice there's something missing: timers.

Jerry Murrell says they're not necessary because good cooks know when a burger is done.

Those burgers are thin for a reason, too, and that dates back to the early days of Five

Guys.

The first burgers they experimented with were thicker, but they dried out too fast.

So, thinner burgers gave them the taste and texture they were looking for - and patrons

seem to enjoy the choice.

No VIP deliveries

Getting a phone call from the U.S. government might ordinarily throw a restaurant into a

tailspin, but when Five Guys was asked for 15 burgers to be delivered to the Pentagon,

Murrell refused.

He told QSR:

"We've never had a delivery service.

We don't believe in it.

We think it cheapens the product."

Not only did they refuse, but they hung a massive banner outside their Arlington store

that read, "Absolutely No Delivery."

"Putting a sign in your window that says 'We deliver' is probably a sign that you're maybe

in trouble."

The move was risky, since the Pentagon's 26,000 employees were a huge part of the location's

customer base, but it worked.

Business reportedly went up about 20 percent, and even Barack Obama stopped by 2009 -- after

they also refused to offer any delivery service to the White House -- because some foods are

worth trekking out for.

"We're gonna go get some burgers."

Fresh fries

Five Guys gets their potatoes almost exclusively from Idaho — and only north of the 42nd

parallel to boot.

"Those potatoes grow slower than potatoes from the south which makes them denser."

They buy so many of them they account for 5 percent of the entire state's potato sales.

Two months of the year, however, the growing season dictates they switch to Washington

State potatoes.

And the reason their fries are so tasty goes well beyond source consistency.

After hand-cutting them, Five Guys fry crewmembers give the raw potatoes a 3-minute power wash

to get rid of the extra starch, and they're pre-cooked for two and a half minutes before

being cooled for anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours.

Once they're ordered, they're finished off with another two or three minutes in the frier,

shaken off exactly 15 times, and served up to the customers.

Mystery shoppers

There's a lot about the way Five Guys does business that's unconventional, and that includes

their approach to getting the word out.

According to BestMark, the reason you've never seen a Five Guys commercial or billboard is

that they use that cash to hire mystery shoppers to visit their restaurants and do a full evaluation.

This keeps employees on their toes, ensures their customers have a great experience, and

those experiences turn into word-of-mouth advertising.

Anyone who's worked in retail knows just how terrifying the prospect of a mystery shopper

is, but Five Guys turns it into a major rewards program.

Director of Communications and Marketing Molly Catalano told QSR Magazine they hand out a

huge amount of money as bonuses for meeting mystery shopper goals.

Every week, the top 200 restaurants are each given between $900 and $1,300 to split among

employees, which means there's a chance they can win a bonus every single week.

That's quite an incentive to hustle.

So, if your local Five Guys crew seem to keep some serious pep in their steps during your

next visit, it might be because they suspect you're a shopper spy that might earn them

some extra cash.

Lelya 2 0 dissassembling - Duration: 23:58.

Hello. I have no doubt that the previous video about Lelay 2.0 wasn't quite detailed for you.

Our users are not satisfied with the short video, they need as many details as possible.

due to the fact that not all users adequately value themselves as engeneers

and while disassembling/assembling the gun in a wrong way can destroy it

I suppose that it would be a good idea to make a video with the manufacutrer recomendation of that procedure.

I don't want to pretend that I can give you the only right way.

No doubt somebody will find the better way, but for now that is the right way how to do it, as I think

I am going to dissassemble it completely and then assemble again

Due to the fact that design is very simple I hope it will not take too much time

First of all we need to take off the stock.

I need to consider the camera and that makes my movements slower then they could be.

So I will be a little slow because of it.

I think I will be slower then in a normal mode for about 30 %

One can make it 30 % faster if not to pay attention to camera

take off the stock

we will not need it any more

the next one

let's start with moderator

I've shown how to take if off already

untwist the cap

take off the O-ring

take off the modeator

stuck...

untwist the moderator housing

cock the gun

put the satety on

and take off the breech

there is one screw wich hold it at place

that is my personal gun

which I will put to the auction

with the scope

blooded with my blood, everything as you like

taking off the breech

the O-ring

now the barrel tension

loose the nut of the barrel

and untwist it

uncomfortable conditions for work because of the camera

need to think not to cover it wih my hands from camera but cannot do it

the barrel is just pusshed backward

there is a sleeve here

just twist it off

taking off the reservoir

the gun itself

what else can I dissassemble?

here is the carriage inside

I wouldn't recommend to disassemble it

you need to unscrew the screws keeping the handles.

here is the carrige I took with me to show you what you will have if you take it out.

that is the carrige

there are four bearing here

and there is a groove for another two bearings here, which are fixed in the frame.

you can see one of them here at least.

why did I installed here six bearings?

they provide the movment of the carriage smoothly and in a right position

the connecting rod is made of the hardened steel

there is a puzzle connector at the end of it.

and the other connecting rod on the breech has the same puzzle end

I will remove the cover now to show you it.

you shouldn't take it off at all as they breech is disconected from the gun easily

you can see the puzzle end here

and they are connected that way

and by being connected works as one solid connecting rod

this part is not fixed to the bolt

it is just put to the bolt

and is kept on place by the cover

the breech is the same we had at Matador R3M

I cann disassemble it to show

untwist the slider

untwist the screw wich keeps the indexing plate. There is an O-ring to keep the indexing plate up and down.

taking off the indexing plate

untwist five screws which kept the plate

to get access to bolt inself

the plate is also make of hardened plate

ginded plate and made by the electroerosion process

very expensive technology

by they way the connecting rods are made by electroerosia as well.

the every connecting rod cost enourmous amount of money!

I didn't want to make a connecting rod of think wire

so you can see, you just take away the slider

and we got the possibility to take off the bolt

it should go back. On the back part of the breech there is a plastic plug.

you need to take it off

after the plug is pushed out you can take out the bolt

that is the breech

here is the lever to switch of the indexing plate

you can see how it work, it pushs the indexing plate down and while working it cannot revolve the magazine.

so, there is nothing eolse in the breech

slider, bolt

connecting rod

plate

if you want you can polish it inside

use different lubrication

but I wouldn't recommend to do it

the point is that some people who wants it to move completely smooth make the whole too big, by polishing and instead of to get smooth movement they got the bolt stuck.

what is not good

the assembling is in the reverse order

install the bolt

put a plate on place

I am wrong, I didn't assemble it for a long time. First you should install the slider

the the plate which covers the slider

and twist the screws back

the slider is kept on place by the plate

there is a gap between the plate and the slider which allow it to move

I wouldn't recommend you to go here, as you have nothing to do inside.

only if you are absolutely aware of what you want to get after it

for 95 % of the users there is nothing interesting inside here

Sometimes I am very surprised with the people

who disassemble the gun just to find out how it works

the curiosityis a good trait

but it doesn't work in a proper way in many cased

there is a screw with O-ring to fix the indexing plate

you shouldn't screw it too tight

as the indexing plate needs to have possibility to move down and up by the deformation of O-ring

then twist on the screw of the slider

you should screw it with the lgiht locktight

to have possibility to untwist it later

so intall the short connecting rod on place

and cover

that is a single assembling unit

which you shouldn't dissassemble

I lost the plug

here it is

just a plastic plug to cover the whole for the bolt

push it inside

but press it before pushing

ready

I even have no idea what else to dissasemble here

as I told you before you shouldn't go inside the carrige

but if you really need to take it off you should first take off the cocking handles, which are hold by this two screws.

so you can see here two groves for bearing and when you match the bearing with the grooves you can take off the carrige

the carriage is taken off with the connecting rod fixed to it

this way. So you don't need to take of the connecting rod

it is fixed to the carriage by two screws

there is a locker at the carriage, with the srping under it.

when it moves forward it catch the hook on the front part of the gun and locks the bolt out of going back during the shot

if you want you can install here a spring to allow the carriage to move forward after releasing the handle at the back possition after cocking

press the spring, and install the barrel inside the spring

and you wil have the possibility to cock it and then release and it will move forward by the force of the spring

but in this case the cocking wil be more stil as you will need to press the spring

there is nothing to dissassemble here

I don't recommend you to dissassemble the hammer spring adjustment, as you can loose the balls and spring inside.

there is no need to disassemble hammer block as all the regulations are places on the trigger side.

now the reservoir, which is to be disassembled in a usual way

what is the pressure?

99 bar

drain the air

as I told before there is a possibility to drain air from the front side as well

untwist the cap

under the dust protection righ there are ball and spring

embrace the ring to keep the ball and spring out of to be lost

and here is another drain screw

the ball and the spring

what is the pressure?

19 bar

put the spring on place and ball above

fix the drain screw back to place

insall the spring

and the ball

check the workness

and return back the cap

now we can untwist the plug

the regulator is left inside no matter the fact that there are different threads on the regulator and the back plug

I solve it by the easiest way

using inertia force

then I catch it with the thread of the back plug and pull out

so, the front plug can be untwested the same way

there is a filling valve inside

as usually that is just O-ring with the screw

when you install it, you should screw it until the 0-ring touches the surface and then 1/3 turn more.

check out the dirt inside.

here is the regulator

the volume after regulator

can be twisted off

and you get access to the valve

here is the valve

with the spring

if you have air leakage under the valve, check out if the surface is clean and flat.

then check the working surfae of the valve

the assembling is in the return sequance

install the valve

the whole for the rod is too deep

difficult to put the rod of the valve inside

then the spring

the plenum

the strength of the spring is about 3 mm.

then the regulator

look at the reservoir and look for the tiny whole in the wall of the reservoir.

that is the end where the regulator should be

here it is

so that is the end where the back plug should be installed.

the reservoir is the same as for R5

and then install the front plug, or vice versa

then pump it and check it

the gun was completely disassembled

for the level which the ordinary user needs

I don't recommend you to take off the pins

to take off those parts

as everything you need for regulating, you have access to.

and the assembling in the return sequence

install the barrel

pay attention to the fact that one end of the barrel is chocke and the other is not

you can see it by the crown of the barrel

the front end of the barrel has more sharp barrel crown

the breech end has more smooth crown

and the other factor, the thread of the front end of the barrel is a little shorter then the breech end

twist a sleeve on the breech end

don't use the vise or other tools, just your hands

pay attention to the sleeve, there is flatenning on one side

it is for keeping the barrel out of revolving when you will twist the tension nut

so that flatenning should match the pin, installed in the frame.

so, when you install the barrel orient it in a proper possition

then just push it in

you should pay attention to the O-rings on the barrel

then install the tension nut

I will take it out of the cam view as it will be more confortable for me to twist it in.

then tighten it

many people blame me that I don't give the force of tightening, but I stil prefer to feel it

I don't know how to explain it. Shortly you shouldn't make it too tight and shouldn't leave it too loose.

that is enought

chekc the carriage

check the O-ring on the reservoir

install the reservoir in

do you remember I failed to take it off?

when I loose that screw I did it too much

so, when you loose it, just do it to touch the wall of the frame and that is enough

put the breech O-ring on the bolt

match the puzzle connection joint

and then move the breech forward

fix it with the screw

install the moderator tube

inserrt the moderator

put an O-ring on

and the cap

then install the stock

the back screw

and the front screw

it is assembled

here is the regulating of the trigger

and before the trigger the screw to adjust the moment of stopping the trigger after the shot

safety off

park the hammer

the gun was disassemble and then assembled completely

as you can see it is very simple one

if you have any question -- write me in comments

I will answer them with all my pleasure

that is it, I need to go to shoot

thank you.

Olympic Athletes Shirt Fell Off During Figure Skating Routine – PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games - Duration: 10:53.

How's it going YouTube I am Landon Dowlatsingh and I am back from Aruba I just landed a few

days ago and I had a great time.

As soon as I landed though I found out my dads dog was going into a shelter to possibly

be put down so I had to go save her.

I landed at 10-11pm and I picked up my dads dog just aftermidnight it's been pretty

hecktic lately with my dad at the hospital and now dealing with a ton of family issues.

If you guys want to see what happened and want to see my dads dog click right over here.

For you guys who have been around watching Landon production for a while puppy use to

appear in my videos so now I guess puppy is back.

Ok so I have a ton of stories to talk about today so let's get right into it.

First up we have 22 yr old Yura Min was was competing with her partner Alexander Gamelin

in the figure skating team event when he shirt came off.

It almost came completely off but she was able to keep her cool and fix it during her

performance.

Obviously because of this it cost her a better score because she was out of sync with her

partner at the times she was fixing her top.

And it sucks her shirt came undown during the first few seconds of her routine.

Ok let me give you guys some more updates of the Olympics and all of this information

is at the time of this recording.

The United States is in 5th place after they won their first gold and silver medal.

Canada is 4th for most medals winning 3 silver and one bronze we are still looking for our

first gold medal.

It sucks this year for hockey because no nhl players are representing their countries this

year so I don't think Canada will win gold in hockey this year.

Germany is in 3rd with 4 medals they have 3 gold medals and one bronze.

Netherlands has 5 medals in at 2nd place they have 2 gold 3 silver and 1 bronze.

At the top of the standings right now is Norway they are killing it with 8 medals already.

They have 1 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals.

I think Germany or Russia who isn't in the top 5 yet will be at the top of the standings

this winter games.

Who do you guys think will win the winter Olympic.

And tell me what sports you guys are watching this year if you are.

I do have some more Olympic news, Figure skater Mirai Nagusa has landed a historic triple

axel during the Olympic games.

She is a USA skater who became the first ever American woman to land a triple axel at the

Olympics.

African American speeds skater Shani Davis boycotted the winter Olympic opening ceremony.

Shani Davis is very upset after he lost a tie breaking coin toss to be the one chosen

to carry out the countries flag during the Olympic opening ceremony.

Shani believes team made a dishonorable decision so he decided to not even attend the opening

ceremony and walk into the stadium with this country.

He said he will wait until 2022 to be chosen to be the flag barrier.

In his mind now its well I lost a tie breaker for this year, I will forsure be the one to

carry it out during the next Olympics.

But something tells me with this years stunt he pulled team USA will be chosing someone

else.

So this weekend it marked he 100th he since women won the right to vote.

This was a huge milestone in a time where women was thought of as a second class citizen

without the right to enjoy the same privileges as men.

Right now it seems like women can vote but they are still not treated equally when it

comes to being paid.

The gender pay gap does seem to get closer and closer but it's still not their.

Also in the news black panther became the first marvel movie to get on the time magazine

cover.

This is a very highly anticipated movie and it should break some records when it comes

out.

The movie is set to come out on February 16th.

Right now the movie is projected to reach over 150 million dollars in the opening weekend.

This would put the movie as the 8th biggest opening weekend in history.

The record still belongs to Star Wars the force awakens the movie brought in over 256

million.

Here's a scary story, 71 ppl were killed after a Russian

passenger plane crashed new Moscow.

65 ppl were passengers and 6 were crew members.

No one survived.

The Russian emergency situations ministry told the media that only two bodies have been

found at the site of the plane crash.

Everyone else was spread out over a radius of more than a half mile radius.

The airline was heading to Moscow to the city of Orsk near the Kazakhstan border.

Over 150 Russian emergency services were on the scene to deal with the incident.

The airlines was Saratov Airlines and it was flight number #6W703 and it crashed around

five minutes after take off.

Russians investigative committee said all possible causes for the crash were being looked

into.

This passenger plane has been flying since 2010 and it was put into storage during 2015-2017

due to lack of parts.

The plane re-entered service in February of 2017.

The plane manifest has been uploaded onto the internet.

so we know who was on the plane.

My condolences goes out to everyone who lost their life in this plane

crash Also 3 British ppl died after a tourist helicopter

crashed in the Grand Canyon in Arizona.4 ppl did survive the crash and they were rushed

to a Nevada hospital with life threatening injuries.

Right now it's now clear what caused the crash.

Their was a near by wedding and witnesses said they saw two ladies run out of the helicopter

just seconds before it exploded.

Another witness said one of the survivors looked all bloody.

Authorities haven't released the identities of the people involved in this accident and

right now their are no updates with the survivors who are in the hospital.

Also in the news is Disney.

They have just announced they are increasing their Disney land park prices in salt Disney

world in Orlando and at Disneyland in California.

Magic kingdom tickets go up $4 Epcot, Hollywood studios, and animal kingdom goes up by $7

parking passes is also going up.

It's up by $2 and the annual gold pass is going up by $30.

This has been upsetting a lot of people.

Thousands take it to social media to address their frustrations many say Disney is just

trying to suck every last dollar out of people.

Disney is a very valuable company being worth almost 100 billion dollars.

Next up we have 35 yr old Jon Venables has just pleaded guilty for murdering James Bulger

who was just a toddler.

Jon kid napped James tortured him and than killed him.

Jon was also charged with possessing more than 1,000 indecent images of children.

So when asked the reason why he committed this murder Jon said it was because he has

been possessed by the devil and he actually doesn't really what Happened during the

murder.

Jon said it just felt like he was witnessing the murder and not actually committing it.

Jon also showed no remorse for his crime.

Right now he is on suicide watch in prison, and he's waiting for his sentencing.

I am hoping this guy is just left in prison because I don't want this guy who thinks

he's possessed by the devil to be in society.

Ok how many of you guys remember this guy.

well that was art attack aka my child hood.

This guy inspired me to draw and be artistic.

Well now he has become a rock star Here is something else i thought wouldn't

happen their is now a tinder for dogs.

Here is one year old cowboy who is seeking a date.

I think this is just the weirdest thing ever, but maybe my dads dog is lonely and needs

a companion.

So you know what guys brb I gotta start swiping away.

THIS IS THE BEST SPEECH EVER! - MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH FOR SUCCESS - Duration: 31:01.

got into this this complete falsehood that at some point you're gonna have the

courage at some point you're gonna have the confidence and it's total bull

frankly I don't I relied to swear an absolute okay it's it's complete garbage

and so there are so many people in the world and and and you know you may be

watching this right now and you have these incredible ideas and what you

think is missing is motivation and that's not true because the way that our

minds are wired and the fact about human beings is that we are not designed to do

things that are uncomfortable or scary or difficult our brains are designed to

protect us from those things because our brains are trying to keep us alive and

in order to change in order to build a business in order to be the best parent

the best spouse to do all those things that you know you want to do with your

life with your work with your dreams you're gonna have to do things that are

difficult uncertain or scary which sets up this problem for all of us you're

never gonna feel like it motivations garbage you you only feel motivated to

do the things that are easy one night Chris have gone to bed I've been

struggling struggling struggling we still had all the same problems I we

stalled a lien on the house still facing bankruptcy still fighting like crazy I

was still unemployed he still they still haven't figured out

like the solution yet for the business and I was about to turn off the TV and

there on the the TV there was this rocket launching and I thought oh my

gosh it I am gonna launch myself out of bed like our rocket ship like NASA right

here had launched me out of that bed and I'm gonna move so fast that I don't

think hmm I'm gonna beat my brain now here's a really interesting point I

talked a lot about your instincts and inner wisdom

and we can get into this a little bit later but a lot of us talk about the

fact that you have a gut feeling but what all this research that I've done

for the book and and all the speaking that I do what I've discovered that's

fascinating is actually when you set goals when you have an intention on

something that you want to change about your life your brain helps you what it

does is it opens up a checklist and then your brain goes to work trying to remind

you yeah of that intention that you set and it's really important to develop the

skill and I say that word purposefully the skill of knowing how to hear that

inner wisdom and that intention kicking in and leaning into it quickly so for me

my brain saying that's it right there move as fast as a rocket Mel I wanted to

change my life and I think most people that are miserable or that are that are

really like dying to be great and dying to have more we want to change we want

to live a better life we want to create more for our families we want to be

happier the the desire is there again it's about how do you go from knowledge

to actions so the first thing in the story that's important is realizing that

the answer was in me and my mind was telling me pay attention I could have

also been the Bourbon anyway the next morning the alarm goes off and I

pretended NASA was there it's a stupidest story I literally went

5 4 3 2 1 I counted out loud and then I stood up and I'll never forget standing

there in my bedroom it was dark it was cold it was winter in Boston and for the

first time in 3 months I had beaten my habit of hitting the snooze button I

couldn't believe it and I thought wait a minute counting backwards that is the

dumbest thing I've ever heard in my entire life

well the next morning I used it again and it worked the next morning I used it

again and it worked the next morning I used it again and it worked and then I

started to notice something really interesting there were moments all day

long all day long just like that five-second

moment in bed where I knew knowledge what I should do and if I didn't move

within five seconds my brain would step in and talk me out of it

every human being has a five-second window might even be shorter for you you

have about a five-second window in which you can move from idea to action before

your brain kicks into full gear and sabotages any change in behavior because

remember your brain is wired to stop you from doing things that are uncomfortable

or uncertain or scary it's your job to learn how to move from those ideas that

could change everything into acting on them in the smallest

moment people always talk about visions and missions and all of this stuff and

when people ask me like what example should I look - like what company should

I'm like here's an organization with a vision a cause it was founded with a

cause it's an entrepreneurial venture it's America is an experiment it's an

entrepreneurial venture where a bunch of people got together and decided we

needed to start our own country because there were certain obstacles that were

getting in the way of a vision that we had of a better kind of country but a

kind of company right and they stated it right out of the beginning all men are

created equal endowed with these unalienable rights among amongst which

include life liberty and the pursuit of happiness and it's not a it's not just a

competitive statement like to be the best to be the most respected that's not

what it was and I'm amazed how many companies start their visions or

missions with those that terribly egocentric language it was an ideal and

the amazing thing is is we've been good at it and bad at it in our history but

it's endured for 240 plus years because we fundamentally believed that we are at

our best when we're pursuing that but it is an ideal we will never actually

achieve all people are equal but we will die trying

and that's and it's the same for a company which is

TrueVision inside a company is something that has nothing to do with your product

it is an ideal to which you will attempt to build an advanced that ideal through

your company with your product you'll never achieve the ideal but you'll die

trying and this is what gives our work meaning this is what it gives our lives

purpose right the difference between vision and a goal is the finish line a

goal is 26.2 miles you can simply count the metrics and

know when you've completed your goal a vision is having a crystal clear sense

of what the finish line looks like but no idea of how far away it is Wow and

it's and the reality is you will spend your entire life never actually crossing

the finish line but the joy that every marathon you complete you feel like

you're getting closer and every milestone that you accomplish makes you

feel like you're getting closer and closer to the ideal and this is what

gives our life in our work meaning think that there's a certain delusional

quality that all successful people have to have you have to believe that

something different than what has happened for the last 50 years of

history you have to believe that something different can happen it's

almost a kind of innocence absolutely in other words if you knew how difficult it

was right you would have never gone down that path absolute you know if somebody

said to Holly no one can beat this guy he's this much stronger as this much

bigger he's got that much bigger punch than you do and he believed that he

would have said never you gotta have an innocence it's somehow absolutely no and

I think they dead that's a huge part of me because and I say you to my friends

all the time and we laugh about it I truly honestly as I sit here before you

right now as honestly as I can say to you I truly

believe that I could be the president if I wanted to and as bizarre as that may

sound to people that have traveled the path before me and to people who

actually know how difficult it is foolish Will Smith honestly believes it

is a sense of the a the innocence about it as well as a disarming honesty about

if you say it that way here's what's interesting about you is that there are

people who have said that about you two who've been around you and as a creative

performance very cynical I think it was you know did you work with him when I

was involved in some said something like that that Will Smith decided he wanted

to go into politics I'd be there to help him by making commercials whatever I

could do within my own town which raises the interesting question is that

something that at some point in your life you might think about politics well

you know I absolutely feel that there are certain gifts and certain talents

that God has blessed me with that it would be spiritually criminal to only

use to make money my travels within Africa and spending time with Muhammad

Ali and spending time with Nelson Mandela there they're certainly issues

that that are important to me and things that I've been blessed with the vehicle

to be able to change to be able to as sappy as it may sound make the world a

better place for however however minut the the the change and that's something

that is important to me but I don't believe that politics is the best use of

your energy and time right absolutely yeah but the interesting thing too is

that there is this concept and you see it with lots of different people even

with people who are evil some will say he had so much talent if that talent had

been redirected to something good it is the idea if you were given and you work

hard because there's nothing more apparent about Will Smith than how

diligent and hard he works at being who you are

I mean you appreciate the notion it looks like to me from what

about you of understanding that you have to be prepared in order to maximize the

possibilities of gifts mm-hmm absolutely and I and I learned very young from

parents from my parents absolutely that you you don't try to build a wall you

don't set out to build a wall you don't say I'm gonna beat this build the

biggest baddest greatest wall that's ever been built you don't start there

you say I'm gonna lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid there

will not be one brick on the face of the earth that's gonna be laid better than

this brick that I'm gonna lay in this next 10 minutes

and you do that every single day and so you know as soon you have a wall and I

think psychologically the advantage that that gives me over over a lot of people

that I've have been in competition with in different situations is it's

difficult to take the first step when you look how big yeah the task is the

task is never huge to me it's always one Brett me too I mean it's an amazing how

if you know people are paralyzed from doing anything absolutely because they

can't take the first step whereas you just say look all I'm doing is laying

this one brick I am NOT building the Great Wall of China but in a brick here

and I'm gonna have the best brick I can and your father had you and your brother

mm-hmm work on a ball oh yeah yeah we hit that we're talking about our

figurative wall that comes from work on a literal way yeah my father owned it

actually was an old bakery when I was growing up my my father was

and electrician and a refrigeration man we would install supermarkets you see

the long freezer cases in supermarkets we would install those long freezer

cases and all the lights that's what we that's what we would do every summer so

this is one year my father had his shop and he decided for whatever reason that

he wanted a new wall on the front of his shop so he tore down probably about 16

feet high and probably about 30 feet long he just completely tore the wall

down and my brother and I had to dig a six-foot hole we were the meditation for

the foundation we would mix in the concrete by hand

a year and a half we were building this wall for a year and a half every day

after school to become a mixing concrete putting in all doing it and it was just

myself and my little brother and I remember standing back looking at that

wall saying there's going to be a hole here forever a year and a half later

that many days a year and a half later we laid the the final brick and my

father stood back with my brother and I and I know he planned as he says he does

he says he didn't but I know he had been planning this and rightness for him for

the past two years but he stood back we looked at the wall and he looked at me

and my brother says now don't y'all never tell me

you can't blew something walked into the shot now here's what you said what you

said I said what's great about that story and what's great about your dad is

that you seem to have come from fairly

general there was no great you didn't have the kind of conflict that Ali had

oh definitely man like that kind of and yet you have the amazing amount of Drive

of you there's a sense of mission with you sense of commitment sense of

prepared to do what it requires right absolutely I mean you didn't come from a

struggling artist background to become well you know what compilation

profession I think both both of my parents and and my grandparents were

achievers you know my mother worked for the School Board of Philadelphia so

growing up we couldn't say y'all you know it's like we if we run kid do not

say y'all yeah you know we would run out of the house and scream to our friends

yo what y'all about to do my mother's up that's it back in this house back in

this house and we'd be sitting upstairs crying and my grandmother would come in

and say baby you know what y'all is a vote you know there were there were very

specific rules and there was a constant desire to be better yeah you know we we

did we didn't grow up with the sense that where we were was where we were

going to be you know we grew up with the sense that where we were almost didn't

matter because we were becoming we were becoming something greater

and and I always remember that my mother or father grandmother would say that's

great baby you did a really good job with that

that's incredible congratulations try this next time you know it was always a

there was always a little bit watching the when you started out as a rapper did

you were you already thinking I get to do this really well I can do I'll have a

television show if I have a television show I could be in feature film if I'm

in feature films it was for me it was always at my biggest dream coming up was

I wanted to hear one of my records on the radio that was it that was it that's

what I want to do I wanted to hear one of my friends on the radio and I wanted

to see someone hear my record on the radio and in June 1986 I saw a guy ride

past my father's shop you know from that point I've really been beyond beyond my

dreams and even with the first Grammy nomination we were we were beyond you

know anything we were we recorded we didn't say wow I would be cool to be

sess is an elusive thing right what is it and I think it's very interesting

that if most people can't define success well it means you made X amount of

dollars or but if you make X amount of dollars but you spend more are you

successful or what means you come home happy every day okay how do you know

when you're happy you know so I think success is a funny thing which is we all

seem to pursue it but we don't know how to measure it or actually how to define

it so how do you pursue something that you can't measure fascinating so when

people say to me how do you measure success the question we all have to ask

ourselves am i successful I don't know I mean I had a good year last year and

what does that mean does that mean I made a lot of money doesn't mean it's

really happy I'll let you decide right maybe neither maybe both

I had a good year last year but am i successful and the answer is no I don't

feel I am because I'm trying to build a world that doesn't exist yet I'm trying

to build a world in which 90% of people go home at the end of the day feeling

fulfilled by the work that they do so I definitely took a step a big step

forward towards I go but I'm still so far away so somebody said to me then how

do you know if you're successful and the answer is if it can go by itself and so

it is more interesting to me as a measurement of success is not the the

the markers per se it's not the the financial goal or the the size of the

house that you want to buy those are nice things go for it those are but

those are not measurements of success those are just nice things to collect

along the way for me it's momentum I want to measure

momentum which is you know when when something is moving you start to see it

lose momentum you like oh give it a push because if you don't get it pushed it's

gonna stop and an object in stasis is much harder to get going it requires a

lot more energy to get something started than it does to keep it going right and

so if you don't let it stop and you can keep it going it's this you know it

still might slow down down there but you can get it going again much easier and

for me the opportunity is to get the ball rolling faster and faster and

faster and faster and faster and bigger and bigger and bigger it's like a

snowball and my responsibility is because it's not rolling downhill yet

it's not on automatic yet I need to still keep it going to find that

critical mass where it can go and at the point it can go by itself without me

then I will find something else to do and that may not happen in my lifetime I

think we must all stop measuring promotions salaries and these things but

rather measure the momentum of your career does my career have momentum can

I see it moving in the right direction can I see it gathering moss

you know can I see that it's easy becoming easier for me to keep the

momentum it's becoming easier for me to grow the size of this thing it's it's

requiring less effort that's the thing we need to measure that's the thing that

we need to be cognizant of which is the momentum of our career is not just the

the markers that we think define our success when this goes online or

whatever it is it really matters and it like really doesn't matter what matters

is you know the people who are sparked by it and the people who are like

offended by it doesn't fucking matter fuck you you

know like because it's about motivating the doers and anyone that wants to sit

around and talk shit they're doing too much time they've taken too much time

talking shit about it they said of getting up off their ass and following

their dreams because I'm here to follow my dreams you know and help other people

imagine we're standing in a big empty room right and we're standing in one

corner and I give you a simple instruction I want you to go to that

corner in a straight line right off you go no big deal right

without telling you I slip a chair in front of you what do you do you go

around the chair now you just disobeyed what I told you to do I told you to go

to that corner straight line but this is the amazing things about human beings

which is when we're given a clear destination we use our own creativity

and our own sense of innovation and our own problem-solving abilities to

overcome obstacles to get to the destination in other words the

destination is more important than the route right we are flexible about the

route we're obsessed with the destination reset we're standing in the

corner together and I give you a simple instruction go somewhere in this room in

a straight line and you say to me well where do you want me to go I'm like I

don't know you smart figure it out go in a straight line and so you pick a point

and you start walking and without telling you I put a chair in front of

you and what do you do you come to a grinding halt I say would you stop for

you go will you put a chair in front of me or you'll make a sudden turn and go

in another direction right and this is the problem it's the same obstacle the

difference is when you have a clear set a clear destination the obstacles become

easy to overcome when you don't have a clear destination you keep coming to a

grinding halt and what we do in our companies is we're counting the steps

we're taking along the route but we're never looking at the destination right

so companies has made in million dollars this year we were only planning on

making eight hundred thousand like we took ten steps or any planning I'm

taking eight where are you going no clue right we count the steps and so the

point is is that people want to feel that the effort that they're exerting

actually are moving somewhere and so successful measurement successful

recognition is not just for the steps you take it's not just for the effort

it's that the effort you exerted and moved us closer to where we're trying to

get to and that get to should be some crazy ideal my ideal is to live in a

world in which the vast majority people wake up every single morning you

know inspire to go to work and fulfilled by the work that they do and the the

couple of measurements that I use are if the book is selling and I by the way

people ask me how many have you sold I have no clue I've never asked the

publisher because they don't care I really don't care have many I sold what

I care about is the Amazon rankings and that those are going steady or up and

not plummeting because that means other people right because I don't have a

publicist I don't have a marketing strategy on purpose I didn't hire one of

those companies to sell the book for me and the reason is is because I'm not

interested in book sales I'm interested in spreading of an idea and so I just

use that as a metric to help me understand am I sort of marching in that

because the more I preach is it resonating you know and so you have a

couple of these imperfect measurements that help you understand are you going

along the way so it's not just great effort look what you achieved because

that's what we're doing now right our goal is to increase top-line revenues by

50 million dollars for what reason right which is we have to know the

destination and then we say amazing you took us that much closer and if we go to

the right it's because we were overcoming an obstacle if we hadn't gone

to the right we would have been stuck forever thank you you know it's not

always straight lines it's not always straight lines but it's it's in it's

crazy that we live in a world that if you're super positive and super creative

then it's scary so what does it tell you about the mentality of most people if

you're scared of like positivity and creativity like there's I have no intent

to do anything negative then a dominating desire plan or purpose which

is backed by that State of Mind known as faith has taken over to the subconscious

section of the mind of acting upon immediately I don't know for sure ladies

and gentlemen but I suspect if there's a relatively small number of people in the

world any one time who understand the principle of faith who really

understands it then know how to apply and even if you don't understand it if

you don't back it up and make it a part of your habit life

you might just as well not understand it because faith without deeds is this face

without action is dead faith without absolute positive belief is dead I don't

know how you're going to get any results through believing unless you put some

action back of that belief and the incidentally if you tell your mind often

enough that you have faith in anything the time will come when your

subconscious mind will accept that even if you tell your mind off enough that

you have faith in yourself and you ever thought well nice thing it

would be if you had such complete faith in yourself that you wouldn't hesitate

to undertake anything you want to do in life would be to you years ago in the

movies rules are very clearly defined they provided the security of your

stardom in a sense if you'd been successfully playing an angry young man

you'd pretty much be angry and young for the rest of your life if you've been a

police inspector in three movies odds were you'd be in the next 33 - they

supplied two female actresses also wives or wives seductresses were seductresses

mother-in-law's or mother-in-law's and so on and so forth few actors would have

willingly switched from romantic heroes to obsessively violent lovers I took the

leap not because I was particularly brave but because a very dear director

friend of mine sat me down and told me I was extremely ugly and being ugly

necessarily meant I know now I know and being ugly necessarily meant I do bad

guy roles I wasn't the romantic hero types he said actually he used the words

that my face was not chocolaty enough so I started to eat a lot of chocolate

and while waiting for it to take effect I jump into bad guy rolls derp means

fair in Hindi and everyone always tells you had speeches like this that you

ought to be brave so I'm not going to bore you with that idea instead let me

tell you this being brave means being scared all the way to the party yeah I'm

sorry if that word is being very scared all the way to the party but getting

there but getting there all the same and doing the Funky Chicken in front of all

your teenage kids friends anyway let me just add or not behalf of all the

fathers of the world who have embarrassed the kids by doing this it

takes a lot of bravery resolve and grit to do it so just do it don't let your

fears become boxes that enclose you open them out feel them and turn them into

the greatest courage you're capable of I promise you nothing will go wrong but if

you live by your fears everything that can pass possibly go wrong will go wrong

if the passion is another word for energy that's it what do you have energy

for what energizes you and that we naturally have a tremendous amount of

body wisdom about that and that every one of us has an internal fuel tank that

is either empty or full and if you're empty you feel depleted if you're full

you feel energized and so if you simply are in any situation I mean any

situation and you pay attention within five seconds - does this person energize

me do they deplete me where are they in the scale you just gain some tremendous

wisdom and you the simple way to start to figure out who you are and what you

want is start aligning yourself with more things that energize you so

situationally if you're lying in bed and the snooze alarm goes or the alarm goes

off and you feel depleted and you start reaching for the snooze button that's a

really big sign that you need to get out of bed

now being depleted versus energized has nothing to do with whether or not things

are hard or easy it has to do with what naturally actually either expands you or

shrinks you and so if you look at your client list and measure it depleted

versus energized what shrinks versus expands me you have the actual map and

when you start to find the courage to make decisions that energize you and

that expand you whether they're scariest or not that's when everything changes

and so that's how I actually make business decisions is this I don't even

like the money conversation comes second it's does this deplete or energize me

and if it depletes me how do you move it in that direction

or how do I stay sane oh if it energizes me how do I do more because if you are

energized or expanded by something you will do it for no money you will do it

happily and you will suddenly wake up and say oh my gosh like my heart I'm

pursuing my passion how did that happen what happened one five second alignment

at a time in the right direction so that you are actually working with your

natural wiring working with your natural energy tapping into your wisdom so again

the five second rule is this tool that allows you to tune in and give you the

courage this is a tool that gives you the wisdom that you need in order to

make those decisions and so when I get wigged out because I don't make the New

York Times list or whatever I tune back in but what is it that's energizing me

it's not some stupid-ass list it's that this idea is helping people and is it

your philosophy then that by tuning in and following what energizes you and

that is the path and if you have heard person you have the path now you use the

five seconds I'll tell you why good you can't until you actually learn the

wisdom of you and the power of you you can't look at the big stuff

and successfully in my mind go get it

HELLOOOOOO WORLD! || WELCOME to my YouTube Channel! - Duration: 12:03.

Hello world! It is 2018 and you know what that means. New year,

same me, brand new channel! What is up you guys, my name is Deleha and I am so

excited because I'm making a YouTube channel. Yes you guys it has been very

long awaited and I put this off for so long and when I mean so long I mean I've

been talking about this for I think over a year now easily and hey what better

time than the present it's taking me a long time to do this and I'm not gonna

lie I'm a teensy bit scared okay a whole lot scared but I am very excited

at the same time so uhm yeah I mean let me know you know what kind of videos y'all

want to see you like I mean comment down below if you know me message me I mean

if anybody watches this I don't know like I don't even know what to expect

but um but yeah it's been a long time coming I mean I kept it for so long I

was like okay I'm gonna do it and that I was like oh I don't think so and then I

was like okay I'm gonna do know like oh I don't think so and then I was like oh

I'm gonna do it like oh but not yet I'm gonna wait for this day or this day

and finally like the date would just never come and I've always come up with

some excuse why not to do it or why you know this day is better or why this

day is better or I still need this or I need a light or I need this camera I

need whatever and finally I mean let's face it we're always gonna think that we

need something more when we're not ready to I guess just suck it up and bite the

bullet kind of thing you know so here I am trying to suck it up and

trying to bite the bullet and I'm not gonna lie I was very inspired by a

conference that I just went to passion 2018 if anybody knows about this if you

also experienced it if you went there if you did the online experience like I did

please let me know if you're watching this that literally changed my life

I'm hoping to maybe do like reflection video so yeah if you guys are interested

in that just let me know I'm really thinking about it I'm not quite sure to

be honest I don't really know what I'm gonna do you know I want to talk about

God but I also wanted to do makeup but I want to do beauty and I want to do

fashion but then like I just want to chill and like these are my PJs right now

because it's freezing like negative temps here you guys and it is so cold we

all know about this big ol' cold front hitting the u.s. right now right so it's

just like I don't know I I don't know I don't know what's in store and I'm

excited and I'm nervous and I'm scared and I have a bunch of emotions at the

same time but I had a goal in mind about when I should do this and trying to find

the motivation and everything like that and just point blank I guess I was

scared but right now I'm taking a leap of faith so here I am 2018 on YouTube

and I don't even know if I'm talking to one person or two people or I don't know

maybe I'm not talking to anybody at all but I guess that's just the beauty of it and

for now that's kind of what's in store so I'm very excited I am very nervous

like I keep saying but hopefully you know you guys will if there is any of

you guys you'll grow with me and leave me pointers and just different things

like that so I'm hoping if you're on this journey with me that you know

you'll work with me you'll give me feedback you'll help me and just most

importantly we can do this together God's really put it on my heart to do this and

like I said I've just been putting this off for so long so there are gonna be

some godly videos and you know what if you're not into religion or whatever

that's okay I'm just gonna do like a little like a disclaimer intro right now

I get it now everybody is going to you know believe the same things that I do

but one of my main goals because so many of my friends and I feel like the world

Society they think that like if you believe in God you can't do this or you

can't do that or it's a bunch of rules and it's just a strict guideline that

you gotta believe in or it's like one of those things okay if I can't see it then

how do I know it's there trust me I struggle with that too I have all the

same questions probably that you guys have but somehow I just find it in me to

believe and have this faith in whatever and I'm not telling you guys that you

got to do it to and that's another thing I'm not gonna push my religion or

my thoughts or whatever down your throat not at all I'm just gonna hopefully try

to be relatable because let's face it we are all going through this thing called

life and whether I know you or I don't I'm hoping that somehow I do get to know

you but we're all going through the same thing so we're probably feeling a lot of

like similar feelings you know whether it's about love it's about life or it's

about school or hardships or some little slumps that were in or little

depressive States or things like that like why not have someone that you can

lean on to go through with you that's also going through it to kind of be like

you know a helping hand a shoulder to cry on if you wish or whatever so that's

kind of like my goal for this and like i said i'm i'm gonna talk about god

because that's how i've gotten through everything and like i said it might not

be for you it might not be what you believe but i just really hope that you

at least listen to what i have to say I guess and hopefully in some way it'll

kind of shed a light on what it really does mean to believe and what it is to

kind of live your life in a godly way in a um you know Christly matter and then

you know maybe for some of you guys some of these chains that you feel bound up in

and and some of those you know um these like I can't even think of the word

right now not like boulders but these uh whatever I can't think of it but

whatever just some of those things those obstacles those hardships those what is that

word it's in your mind and you have up it's like no what as soon as I turn off the

camera I'm sure this is gonna come to me but whatever it's besides the point so

I'm just giving y'all a fair warning now so you kind of know what

you're getting into and like I said not every video is gonna be about that I

don't think maybe it will I don't really know where He's gonna lead me but hopefully

you kind of got a better view of what I'm trying to do or what I guess I want

to do with this channel and also another thing I feel like I'm talking so fast

I'm just really excited and I've tried to film this video so much you guys and

none like none of these words or feelings or

anything like that have even like come like they are right now so fingers crossed

this is a good sign but anyway another thing too that I

guess just with this is like I'm I kind of want it to be like one of those

things where like I said it's very relatable so it's not gonna be perfect

and something I've really had to learn I'm sure I'll be talking about this

later I used to be a perfectionist still somewhat am, like to have things kind of

perfected but I'm learning to get better with that so like I said it's you know

I'm gonna probably um like right now um I'm probably gonna you know talk fast or

it's not gonna be edited or I might um Wow why I swear this is gonna be like

film brain or something because I cannot think of the word there

it is I might stutter a little bit or I might you know use my hands a lot

because they're always flying up in front of the camera and I don't know I

just want to be myself and some people you know I'm not knocking on them

because there's people with great YouTube channels they have excellent

editing skills I just don't have that knowledge yet I'm hoping to someday get

that yes with practice sure but like some people you know they got the

backdrop set up and they got this looking all perfect and their cameras

just this don't get me wrong I try to do that I mean this is my room like this is

no background right now a backdrop but shout-out to my best friend for getting

me a backdrop setup so thank you Korie so someday yes I will hopefully have

that if you know I can still keep up with this channel and you know I

actually continue to do it but like I said I just I wanted to be like a

sit-down chat kind of thing not something that I feel like has to be

this big production that I like have to get all set up for it takes time

but more importantly like I said I just want this to be so relatable that

it's like you're hopping on and we're literally like we're just hanging out or

just sittin' we're talking we're having girl talk or girl and guy talk if

you're a guy watching this or you know just whatever like I just want to be a

friend a helping hand a supporter and if I'm you know trying to put on

this front that like everything is perfected and that I you know I that

everything is set to a tee and I'm in all these fancy clothes which again I

love fashion so I want to do some fashion videos but let's be real I don't

dress like that all the time when I'm hanging out with people or I'm just

chilling at home this is what I wear this is how I look and minus the makeup I

do put makeup on sometimes but I want to get to a point where I don't even have

to do that either because one I feel comfortable but two just because we're

friends which I hope we actually do become

friends and we're just chilling and talking and having a good time and we're

helping one another or at least I can share something with you that I've been

through or that I'm going through or that you know the world's presented to

me or you know God's put on my heart to share because I feel like if we're in

this crazy world why not experience it all -it all- experience it all

together so thank you for tuning into this I'm actually excited and it's

something that I don't know just something that not that I haven't been

excited I've just been really scared and nervous and I didn't know how I was gonna

do it or what I was gonna do but I still don't know I don't have the answers but

I'm willing to find out so please um you know subscribe comment let's talk let's

chat like this I don't know whatever whatever you want to do but let's do

this together and I'm excited let me know what I should do next or what kind of videos

you guys want to see or what I should talk about or you know different things

like that I still I can't even believe that this is happening so thank you

again I really I guess I don't have anything else to say so until next time if there is a

next time I will see you then bye guys

My Day With The Bushmen of the Kalahari. The San Tribe. - Duration: 2:59.

When I went to the kalahari I didn't think I was gonna see or do much of

anything, but it actually ended up being one of my favorite trips of all time.

Kalahari means waterless place and yet it's home to one of the oldest

civilizations on earth. When I was in Botswana, Africa in the Kalahari Desert I

got to walk with the legendary Bushmen of the San Tribe. The San Tribe are one

of 14 known ancestral population clusters from which all modern humans

descend. They've been in the Kalahari for like

twenty thousand years, so I was super curious and super excited to meet them and to see what they were like.

The Bushmen are a society of

hunter-gatherers formed together in a small band. My first thought was that

they were very welcoming and very friendly.

I also noticed that they still speak in a click language so Cobra, who's from a

different tribe, had to help interpret. I was amazed at how they survived in a

place that seems so uninhabitable, but every tree seemed to have a different

purpose and they made use of everything, including animal poop. They taught me how to

make a fire with animal poop and some straw that they just picked it from the

ground.

They also introduced me to scorpions. There's no TV in the bush, so for

entertainment they make them fight with dung beetles. I didn't get to see that, but

I did get to see a Bushman put one in his mouth. I also had the chance to touch

one which was nuts. Then they moved on to

showing me how they trap guinea fowl

that they eat. One of the tribe members even made it fun when he was showing me

how he's the guinea fowl and he did a little dance with it. I loved his dance

so much I had to join in and have him teach me it too. So much fun. After that

we we re all relaxed and games of dancing got going. I had a lot of fun with them. I

feel like we bonded and I would like to think that they enjoyed spending time

with me as much as I enjoyed learning about them because the next thing I knew

they were draping me with beaded necklaces and bracelets. And in the end

it didn't even matter about language because kindness, laughter, teaching, dance,

song, games, smiles, hugs and connection are what it's really all about.

2018 OPM Strategic Plan introduction - Duration: 3:40.

Hi I'm here today to talk with you about the new strategic plan that we're

putting into action. This plan is a culmination of outreach to internal and

external stakeholders focus groups and carefully developed research. There are

four main goals and while we won't be going into detail here. The plan can be

found in the link below on theo, but to get you started the four areas of focus

for the new strategic plan are, transforming hiring pay and benefits,

establishing and modernizing human capital IT and leveraging data analytics,

and research integrating and communicating our HR services, and making

operational improvements to optimize agency performance. We also have a new

mission statement that better reflects the work we do here at OPM. And it reads,

we lead and serve the federal government in enterprise human resources management

by delivering policies and services to achieve a trusted effective civilian

workforce. This new mission statement goes hand-in-hand with our new vision.

Empowering excellence in government through great people. Both of these

ideals are only possible with all of us working together and putting into action

OPM's core values. And deliver innovation, service, leadership, excellence and

integrity in everything we do. We took a different approach on our strategic plan

this time. We did a lot of effort to ask employees to ask you what you wanted

out of the agency. And importantly we also went outside to our stakeholders. We

interviewed over 50 organizations and experts to asking them, what was OPM

doing right? What were the opportunities for OPM to improve. Those were critical

differences. Another key difference is that our strategic plan is much more

focused. As I mentioned four strategic goals. That enabled us to

concentrate on priorities. If everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. So

that makes the strategic plan not only a lean forward plan. A strategic plan to

build a better future, but also one that's very business focused and would

enable us to concentrate on what we do best.

You know our strategic plan really is the map the roadmap. As we start any

journey we sort of want to know where we're going. Our strategic plan outlines

that and reinforces the very real important attributes that we're going to

need to demonstrate. In order to get there and those are things like

leadership and integrity. OPM has accomplished tremendous things over the

years. And this strategic plan will launch us in a new phase of providing

more value across the federal government. The new strategic plan is not just words

on paper. It's each and every one of us working together to achieve these goals.

Our new vision, empowering excellence in government through great people. Those

great people begin with you. And I look forward to continued great success in

our future thank you.
