Internationale Moedertaaldag [Dutch] - Duration: 6:12.

Hi everyone, today is International Mother Language Day

So that's why I'm making this video in Dutch

Because, in case you didn't know, Dutch is my native language

And today in this video I want to talk a little about

A few things I really like about Dutch because

When I was younger, in secondary school, I actually didn't think Dutch was such a beautiful language

Especially certain sounds that are difficult for foreigners, like the 'g' and the 'sch'

I thought they were really ugly and pronunciation-wise I didn't think Dutch was very beautiful

And yeah... that has changed a little

I still think dat Dutch isn't the most beautiful language when it comes to pronunciation

But it does have a few other things I really like

So that's what I want to talk about in a minute

I also think the image I have of Dutch is very much influenced by how Dutch was taught in school

It was of course the last few years very focused on the books you had to read, literature, and...

Yeah... I do think Dutch people have a quite limited notion of what literature is

When you look at English literature than I feel that that is much broader

And some fantasy books or dystopian books are also included

But really, books that are regarded als literature in the Netherlands

To me seem very much to be dealing with a few select topics

Like divorce, cheating, people that are ill and might be dying or something like that

Those kind of topics

And it has to be very heavy

Because apparently in the Netherlands

If it is not heavy, it is not literature, or somethin like that

And personally I think that is nonsense, but yeah

But I do keep discovering more and more different books

But unfortunately they do not receive a lot of attention

Within education, but also in the media

But the last few years you do notice that there is more attention for different kinds of books

For example especially children's books, they are being taken more serious now I think

And also for fantasy there is nu a foundation

I'm not sure anymore what it's called exactly

Something like 'The Foundations for fantasy books' or '...for the promotion of fantasy books' or something like that

So they do provide attention for fantasy books

But really in mainstream media you still do not hear a lot about it

That's a bit sad

But yeah, I do think that because of that... that because of that I have taken Dutch as a language less serious for a long time

And actually through learning other languages

I started to appreciate more things about Dutch

Because then you compare languages

And you see that certain things also occur in Dutch

But that Dutch also has certain things that other languages do not have or not as much

And that is, I think, really interesting

One of the things I really like about Dutch

Are compound words

And ofcourse you have those in many languages

But I also just really like how they sound in Dutch

Often really long compound words are given as an example

For Dutch

And of course those are grammatical, but in reality you don't hear those being used very often

But also just some shorter compound words I find really funny

Like the word 'handschoen' ['hand-shoe' = glove] or something

Actually for a really long time I just saw it as a normal word

But at one point you realise it's a compound word

And you realise which words it contains

And suddenly you realise, okay so a shoe for your hand

So if you suddenly see that as an image

That is such a strange image

I really like that

The same goes for 'suikerspin' ['sugar-spider' = cotton candy]

Of course I do not think the 'spider' in 'suikerspin' truly refers to the insect

But still, once you just have that image in your head

That's just really fun

And that image I also have

That is also the reason why I like proverbs for example

That was also something that in the past didn't use interest me

But nowadays I find them really fun

When I learn a new proverb and really form a mental image

I really like that

My favorites are for example

'To fall with the door into the house' [immediately getting to the point]

I can really picture it

How you, with a loose door, a door that's loose in a frame

It just falls over

And you are lying on top of it

And well, really... grand entrance of course. Very funny.

So that one I really like.

And maybe my favorite is 'to drag old cows out of the ditch' [to talk about something bad from the past]

Because that is also such a strange picture

When you imagine it, hoe someone with a rope or something tries to drag a cow out of a ditch

That is such a bizarre image

And lastly someting I really like about Dutch

Is the use of diminutives

Because I don't really encounter that in other languages

I mean, you can... you do have diminutives in other languaes

But I don't think they are being used to such an extent

At least, maybe there is a language

But off the top of my head I can't really think of a language that has that too

And I really like how it is being used in Dutch

Because it doesn't just make things smaller

But also just cuter, or more cozy, or more sweet

If you for example say 'we have bought a house [=huis]'

Instead of 'we have bought a little house [=huisje]'

Then that already sounds like a much nicer house

When you say 'little house' to me it feels like...

Then it sounds cozy and I imagine it already being decorated a little

Furnished and such and nice...

But when you are just talking about 'we have bought a house'

Then I still think that it is a big, empty house that still needs a lot of work

So I think it's funny how you can have such a mental image with certain words

Even when that is not enclosed in the word

But yeah those were just a few thoughts about Dutch

I think it would be a lot of fun if you leave a comment

Saying something you really like about your own language

And maybe also a sentence in your native language

And maybe I'll see you in another video, bye!

SO QUIRKY!!! Making An Old School Eminem Beat In Fl Studio! - Duration: 4:10.

Tod- HMMM.....HMMMMM What's up welcome back to the channel my name

is Simon Servida.

And today we are making an old school Eminem beat in FL Studio.

oh, oh, sorry to interrupt, I just wanted to shoutout this guy, for suggesting the video,

if you have any suggestions, leave them in the comments, ok, ok sorry, continue, continue......so

sorry.

So old school Eminem, hemin- HEMINEM!

So old school Eminem has a lot of different styles, he is very versatile as an artist.

So the style I'm going to go for is more of the quirky vibe.

So something like "We Made You", "The Real Slim Shady", "Without You".

From what I listened to the style kinda just sounds like a sped up west coast beat.

So the BPM for a normal one would be 80 to 90 right now I'm gonna go with 104.

Drums are actually really simple so let's start with that first.

That's it we are gonna keep it really simple and all we're gonna do is...put it in the

whole track.

I'm gonna add this west coast sound every 8 bars........DOOOING

Bass is a classic west coast bass.

So let's do a nice little bassline.

Instead of a piano, I loaded up an organ, because its quirkier.

I loaded up a harpsichord it does this little riff.

1, 2, 3, 1.........1, 2, 3, 1.

Right now it's just a chords and a bass line, so I wanted to add a melody that sounds really

(you know)......melodic.

I was thinking of using a saxophone butlet's quirk it up one more notch I'm gonna use an

oboe.

This is good for the verse so we're gonna add a few more instruments for the chorus

part.

I just copied down the organ chords and lengthened them now we are gonna replace it with a different

instrument.

Ok.......just wait till we find one then...

Ok, ok, ok.......let's arrange.

Thank you so much for watching the video, I hoped you enjoyed it.

The full beat is in the description.

I would normally put a beat up on my beat website but I don't think people would wanna

a beat in this style (OR MAYBE THE BEAT WAS JUST TRASH!)

So what I did was I put this instrumental on Souncloud and it's free to download.

So if you wanna rap over it, download it, send it back to me, I would love to hear it!

If you have any suggestions leave a comment, if you liked this video leave a like, if you

really liked this video subscribe, if you didn't like this video leave......just leave......get

outta here!

William Adama | Battlestar Galactica | Dossier Pilot - Duration: 7:18.

In the wake of the destruction of the 12 Colonies of Kobol, humanity was reduced to a fleeing

collection of refugees.

In a motley fleet of starships, they ventured out into the unknown searching for a mythical

planet named Earth, lead onwards by the last remaining Battlestar and its commander;

William Adama.

Adama was born in a small coastal community on Caprica, yet raised in the tradition of

Tauron and his early years here instilled within him a deep love of the sea and its ships.

His father Joseph was a prominent attorney who specialized in civil liberties and his

mother Evelyn was an accountant.

From his parents he inherited a passion for the rule of the law and the freedoms it enshrined

as well as a deeply analytical and contemplative mind.

After his parents divorced, Bill Adama applied for and was accepted into the Colonial Fleet Academy.

At the outbreak of the Cylon War, Adama was still a midshipman, eventually entering flight

training as the need for pilots increased.

By the time he had earned his wings though, the Cylon War was approaching its end.

Nevertheless, Adama saw action in some of the final battles of the war, earning the

nickname "Husker", due to his reputation of being something of a farm boy.

Serving as a Raptor and then Viper pilot aboard the Battlestar he would one day command, Adama

displayed a natural aptitude for aerospace combat, scoring a victory against a Cylon

raider during his first combat mission.

When the Armistice was declared, Adama was mustered out of the service as part of the

overall Colonial demobilization and he returned home to Caprica where he eventually married

his high school sweetheart Carolanne.

He fathered two sons with her, Zak and Lee, but unable to find steady work as a pilot,

Bill Adama signed up as a deckhand within the merchant marine.

It was here that Adama met Saul Tigh, another former pilot and the two became lasting friends.

Adama resolved to rejoin the Colonial military and he consistently applied for a regular

commission each year, until finally, thanks to his wife's connections in the Defense

Subcommittee his request was granted.

The demands of the service put considerable strain on Adama's marriage, when he and

his wife eventually separated, custody of their two children was left to Carolanne.

Adama steadily climbed the ranks of the Colonial Fleet, serving aboard the Battlestar Atlantia

and skippering three smaller vessels before being assigned as commanding officer of the

Battlestar Valkyrie, where he reunited with his old friend, Saul Tigh.

A secret mission past the Cylon armistice line that resulted in the death of a Colonial

pilot lead to Adama being transferred to the aging Battlestar Galactica to serve out the

remainder of his career.

Despite having been removed from frontline service and restricted to mostly public relations

and inter-system patrols, command of the Galactica had always been Adama's dream, and he was

grateful for the opportunity to end his career aboard her.

During this this time Adama was surprised to learn that despite never having been particularly

close to his sons, both had decided to enter the military service as Viper pilots.

When Zak was killed in a training accident, Lee placed the blame on his father and the

two would remain estranged for the next two years.

The death of his son brought Adama into contact with Zak's fiancé who would soon be assigned

under Adama's command and Kara "Starbuck" Thrace quickly become something of a surrogate

daughter to him.

During the fall of the 12 Colonies, the Battlestar Galactica had only just completed its decommissioning

ceremonies, but was quickly brought back up to combat readiness intending to take part

in a planned counter-attack.

When it became apparent that such an action would only risk the scattered survivors of

the human race to extinction, Adama, together with the newly appointed President of the

Colonies, Laura Roslin instead abandoned the remains of the colonies in search of a

new home for mankind.

As the highest remaining military officer in the colonial fleet, Adama demonstrated

on countless occasions a powerful strength of character, leading and protecting what

remained of the human race.

Adama is in many ways the quintessential Battlestar Commander and displays the ideal traits and

personality found in effective leaders.

He is first and foremost a pragmatist, methodical and highly objective.

A keen strategic thinker, Adama rarely lets his emotions interfere with difficult decisions

and this stoicism allows him to maintain a calm and professional attitude even during

intense or seemingly impossible situations.

This level of emotional maturity is evident in his command style, Adama rarely raises

his voice and only loses control in private, where such displays can not impact the morale

aboard his ship.

His time serving first as a Viper pilot and then as a crewman in the merchant marine has

afforded Adama a unique understanding into the lives and struggles of his enlisted crew.

He expects efficiency and professionalism, but is also realistic, willing to extend second

chances and seldom holds grudges.

This straightforward approach to command has earned him a level of respect from his crew

that borders on unabashed reverence, referred to fondly as "The Old Man" aboard Galactica

and the rest of the fleet.

Adama is highly attuned to the mood aboard his ship, providing inspiration when required

and discipline when necessary.

In his numerous engagements against the Cylons, Adama demonstrated ingenuity and flexibility,

both necessary qualities when consistently facing a numerically superior foe.

While steadfast in his execution once a course of action has been determined, Adama is willing

to hear all points of view and will often defer to the judgement of those he respects.

Above all, Adama values loyalty, trust and integrity and will refuse to associate himself

with anyone unable or unwilling to live up to these values.

While the journey undertaken by the survivors of the 12 colonies was nearly impossible to

endure, there can be no question that such an exodus was only possible due to the unwavering

ability, commitment and determination of Admiral William Adama.

SOCIAL CALENDAR - HOW TO CREATE A CONTENT CALENDAR FOR SOCIAL MEDIA - Duration: 8:00.

How do you create consistent content for social media whenever it comes to your Brand.

You need, a content calendar, a social media content calendar for your marketing strategy

to help you kind of create blogging material, tips, tricks, different ways to share your

content is what we're talking about today as well as how to create a consistent calendar

to make sure that your content goes out as planned.

Consistency is key!

The first part of being consistent is to make sure that you're actively engaged and posting

on each of your social platforms or the ones that you're at least going to be on.

Make sure that you're posting at least once a day on all of your platform.

No matter what you decide to do.

You need to make sure that you are consistent in your posting.

How do you create all of this content and do it on a consistent basis?

It can be one topic of content, but it can be shared in many different ways.

If you say something that kind of gets people thinking.

They, of course want to share it and share your video, so it's a good idea to maybe share

something within the video or on social media.

You post some type of quote that's related to the video, but you can share content in

so many different ways.

Tips and ideas, a video.

You can be entertaining.

You can do how to, testimonials, quotes, tools and resources, blog posts, statistics, informative,

pictures.

It doesn't have to be recreating the wheel every time and you can also take other people's

content that they've created and think of maybe how you can share it in a different

way.

For me, I create videos and I may share it also in a blog post versus just a video.

I will create a blog post from all of my videos and reuse the video in a different way on

my actual website.

So if you go over to my website, you'll see that I have all my videos there and they're

posted with the transcript to my videos to help me not only have a backlink to my video.

It helps with the seo ranking and just overall it helps with content creation.

How do I keep up with all of this content that's going to be going out and being scheduled?

Well, the easiest way to do it is to make sure that you have a calendar of your own,

that you store this on, you create it, and you can kind of move it around.

Now I have a paper version of a calendar that I make, but I also have a digital version

that I can view anywhere that I am.

So I do this in a google sheet online so all of my team members can access this at any

time.

What are some of the things that go into creating a content calendar, and I'm going to show

you really awesome template that you can use at the end of this video.

So make sure you stay tuned.

I'm going to show you exactly what I'm using and where you can go to download this and

get it for yourself.

You remember you're gonna have your platforms on it, so if you have facebook, twitter, Instagram,

and then you might need to break it down a little bit more because there's Instagram

post and then there's instagram stories.

Facebook where you might share something to your personal profile versus your page or

even if you have a Facebook group.

Those are all things that you have to remember, do I want to post this video to all of these

or do I just want to post it to one of them?

Keep in mind that every platform is different, so the way that you share content on one platform

is completely different from the way that you share content on another platform.

If you put this all into a calendar, it's so much easier to go into your calendar and

kind of say, oh, OK, this is what we have going out today.

Oh, I need to go live, or however you plan your content out and I do it the month before

and have them on content planned out for the entire month, but I may not actually schedule

it or record it until like the week before.

It just depends what I have going on or if it's something I'm doing when I'm traveling.

I may not even have the content ready until I am recording, but if it's on my calendar,

I already know to plan time to be able to edit, upload, or do whatever I need to do

for that video.

Next thing that I add is events.

If they're, like I said, if there's some type of event going on, I have social media marketing

world that I'm headed to next week and I'm super excited about it, but that's in that

I'm putting on my calendar so that I can make a note because I kind of wanted to do something

maybe live or something related to social media around that time.

Emails, if there's certain emails that need to be going out, maybe it's an email promoting

a video or promoting a course that you just launch or a product sale that you have.

Whatever it is, you want to make sure that you're consistent in your emails as well,

so that's something that you want to put on your content calendar because it revolves

around your content.

Other things I like to include on my content calendar, are influencers.

If there are certain people that I'm trying to connect with, maybe that week or that month

or around a certain topic.

So those are some of the things that you want to put on your content calendar as well as

making sure that you're sharing other people's content.

Maybe you're trying to connect with not just yourself and your content, but share their

content.

I like to call it curating content.

If you're not sure what you're going to create.

I would plan on connecting with at least one new person every week.

I say one new person every day, but like big influencers, you're trying to get on their

radar.

It might be a good idea to put them on your calendar, especially if it's around the content

that you're posting.

Hashtags, I cannot say this enough.

Hashtags make your content pretty much found.

If you want people to find your content, then you need to put it in a way that they can

find you?

Hashtags are the way that social media kind of Seo your content and it makes it searchable

and optimize in the search engine on each platform like twitter or facebook, instagram,

people search for your content by the hashtags that you're using.

They know what you're talking about, so if you want to target people in your niche it's

a really good idea to use hashtags that they're using or hashtags that some competitors are

using.

This may sound like a lot, but do not worry.

You know, I got you covered.

I have a content calendar that I've put together.

It's a template that you can use and you can create your entire content for the week, the

month, or even the year.

It is in the description below so that you can download it.

Now you know how to create your own content calendar.

I'm giving you one and there's no excuses for not having awesome content this next month

or week or even a year coming out.

That means that it's time to go, so I've given you everything that you need so check out

the description below.

I'm Brandi of www.BlogginBrandi.com tons of free resources, not only to help you plan

your content, but to brand your content, so make sure to subscribe for good vibes and

I will see you in the next video.

A Tribute to the Life of Billy Graham - Joni Eareckson Tada - Duration: 2:25.

Billy Graham did quite a job of passing on the torch.

Millions around the world have hearts aflame with the gospel of Jesus Christ because of

this man's extraordinary love for the savior, as well as his commitment to giving the good

news to everyone he met.

I participated in many crusades with Mr. Graham in the United States and around the world,

and the man I saw was tireless in his graciousness and consummate in his commitment to integrity,

excellence of ministry and the unvarnished truth of the salvation message.

But as a person with a disability, I was blessed with the way Mr. Graham always made certain

that the gospel was accessible to everyone.

I recall when I was with him in the 1989 crusade in Budapest, Hungary, he and the Billy Graham

team underwrote the train fare of anyone with a disability from as far away possible so

that they could come from those far distances to the crusade.

That night, there were literally hundreds, maybe thousands of disabled people who's friends

and family members carried them, carried them into the stadium on mattresses, blankets,

straw mats and even on their backs.

I was so moved by that sight and I was so blessed that Mr. Graham had a clear vision to make certain,

he made certain, that the poorest of the poor were able to come to the crusade and have

the gospel accessible to them.

When I think of Billy Graham I think of Acts 20:24.

Billy Graham has finished the race and he has completed the task.

I'm just so grateful that I had a chance to run along side him.

For we will miss, Billy Graham.

What If You Fell Into A Volcano? - Duration: 4:52.

Volcanoes are one of the most incredible phenomenon's that nature has to offer, but you don't

want to get too close to one because, well…you'll see.

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions.

I am Rebecca Felgate and today I am asking What Would Happen if you fell into a volcano?

I guess you guys are a sucker for punishment, hey!

You guys loved our What if you fell into a black hole video…so maybe you like learning

about extreme epic scenarios that may or may not lead to death, but you know, if that involves

a little scientific explanation, we're happy to feed your curiosity.

Volcanoes are formed when Magma from the earth's mantle pushes its way to the crust and through

to the earth's surface.

When it breaks free, it erupts to create lava flow and ash that build up over time forming

mountainous peaks.

The more a volcano erupts, the bigger it gets.

Nowadays, we're more able than ever to control how much damage a volcanic eruption would

do, with the biggest issue being the ash cloud.

Of course, back through history, volcanoes have really done some damage.

Mount Vesuvius, for example devastated an ancient civilization in the Roman city of

Pompeii.

SO, when we ask, What Would Happen if you fell into a volcano, most of you will think

I am talking about an active lava-y one, the kind a bond villain would fall into and meet

their poetic demise.

Of course, you may now realize that not all volcanoes are active and that if you fell

into a non active volcano, depending on distance fallen and crater accessibility, you might

do yourself some damage, but you won't be smothered in fiery go and screaming NOOOO

as you sink into a hot hell, never to be found again, or so they do in the movies anyway.

BUT what if you fell into an active volcano?

WELL… it might not look like anything from a movie.

Okay, so let's start with a common misconception about lava.

Lava isn't really a liquid, it is a dense molten rock.

It is three times denser than water, which means that it flows, sure, but it doesn't

trickle.

I am not sure if you have ever seen videos of Lava flow, but, it is possible, with the

right heatproof pair of shoes, to walk on it, leaving dents in the substance as you

step forward… my point being, unless you fell from a great height and hit the lava

with a great force, it is unlikely you would sink into the gooey substance if you fell

into a volcano.

The most likely scenario would be that you would land on the soft molten rock, which

can reach temperatures of 1 thousand two hundred degrees celcius.

If you were lucky, the fall and force would break your neck, so you wouldn't have to

worry about the burning part…the burning part wouldn't be nice.

As the molten rock is so hot, it would cause your skin to burst into flames.

For a body to fully reduce to ash, the heat of the volcano would need to be between 11

hundred to 15 hundred degrees centigrade, so it may not be hot enough to full incinerate

you.

If it was on the cooler side, your bones would likey remain on top of the molten hot lava,

charred and flaming.

Great!

If you did fall hard enough into the volcano to penetrate the thick surface, you'd die

almost instantaneously from the shock of the heat.

Your skin would melt off immediately and, well, we will save you the gory details, but,

you'd die, and your body would be incased in lava.

If you did hit hard enough to penetrate the surface of the lava, you could cause violent

outburst from within, with spewing liquid lava creating quite the scene.

If I had to fall into a volcano, this would be my preferred way to go….

Gotta go out with some fireworks, am I right !

The most crucial thing standing in your way when it comes to falling in one, is actually

getting close enough towards the mouth of a volcano.

Things start getting VERY hot near the mouth, with temperatures exceeding 500 Celsius near

the rim.

On top of that, there would be a lot of sulpher, methane, ammonia and carbon monoxide in the

air, making it likely you would choke before you got a chance to stare down into the fiery

pit.

If you were to get close enough to fall in, you'd need specialist equipment to even

get close…or…I guess precision drop via aircraft is a very distant and unlikely possibility.

My advice: Volcanoes are cool, but try not to get too close to their inner bellies….

Save that kind of madness for Gollum and pals.

So….

That is one question answered for you.

What would you like us to answer next….

Let me know in the comments section down below.

Also please do remember to keep hitting that thumbs up button and sharing our videos around

the net!

Oh, we're thrilling now?

How thrilling are we?

Are we like X-Wing trench run thrilling, like podrace thrilling?

Are we Rey and Kylo Ren teaming up thrilling?

Better.

Galactic Senate thrilling.

That's actually not very thrilling.

It was when Yoda and Sideous wrecked shop!

He threw a pod, it was super cool!

Fair enough.

Let's see what's in the news this week.

You go like this.

Gotta get the spin on it, wooosh!

Star Wars: The Last Jedi may still be in theaters but that doesn't mean we cannot talk about

the upcoming release of the home version.

First available on Digital in HD and 4K Ultra HD on March 13, with the Bluray 4k UHD, standard

Blu Ray, and on demand versions following on March 27, which will be packed with extras.

We're talking 14 deleted scenes, commentary with Rian Johnson, detailed scene breakdowns,

a behind the scenes documentary about the making of the film, and much, much more.

For a complete list of features, including retail exclusives, check out Star Wars.com

And speaking of The Last Jedi, you remember that part in The Last Jedi when Maz was like

face-timing in from a battle and she's flying all over the place on her jetpack?

That was pretty cool.

It was really cool and now you can have a similar experience

thanks to a new patch coming to Battlefront II.

Released on Monday, the patch brings a slew of new items, fixes and features, primary

amongst them is the new game mode, Jetpack Cargo.

The limited time game mode pits two teams of rocket troopers against each other while

trying to deliver cargo to the opposing team's base.

Plus, three new hero appearances are being added for a limited time: Hoth Luke, Leia, and Han.

For more information on the patch, including the list of balance tweaks, bug fixes, and

how to unlock the new hero appearances check out Battlefront2.com.

Finally, this week a bunch of new books were announced that tie into Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Starting with Star Wars: Last Shot by Daniel Jose Older, the book spans decades beginning

before Han met Lando, and leading to the time after the destruction of the Empire.

Star Wars: Most Wanted by Rae Carson tells an early adventure of Han and Qi'ra on the

streets of Corellia caught in the middle of a job gone wrong.

In comics, Marvel has a 5 issue mini series coming called Lando: Double or Nothing that

follows the "smuggler of smooth" on a mission to free people enslaved by the Empire.

While Star Wars Adventures has a two parter about Han, Chewie and the hijinks that ensue

when Zukkus and 4-Lom are hot on their tails.

And it wouldn't be a Star Wars movie if there wasn't an official guide written by

our good friend and Lucasfilm Story Group member Pablo Hidalgo.

Plus, lots and lots of tween and kids books too.

For the complete list, including covers and descriptions, check out StarWars.com

[Porg sound]

I love toys!

That's why I'm excited to be here at New York Toy Fair to take a look at all the Star Wars

toys that I'll be playing with over the course of the next year.

Let's check it out!

Well last year we introduced you to the Star Wars plastic model vehicles.

This year we have the Millennium Falcon 172nd kit.

The designer took over 10,000 photos from the Lucasfilm archive to develop it.

One of the other big things that we're introducing this year, the action figure model kits.

And their all fully pose-able, fully articulated, just like a traditional action figure.

So everyone knows you for your Pop! figures,

you also have Loungefly as a part of your family, is that right?

That's correct!

We have some of their newest product that's been developed since they joined the Funko family.

Things like this tattoo inspired Leia bag here.

We got some new announcements going here.

We got super slick Lando Calrission.

We have Qi'ra and also we announced today Woody Harrelson's Beckett character.

We had really great success with our photo-real technique.

Clear indication, it's back!

Here's our 2018 kind of look.

We've got Last Jedi, we've got our new Han Solo, and the new Mimban stormtrooper,

we also have Doctor Aphra.

A great mixture of characters.

Help me take this mask off.

We worked with our team at the FurReal brand to bring Chewbacca to life.

[Chewbacca roar]

That is only two out of over 100 sounds and expressions that Ultimate Co-pilot Chewie

will make when he's available this Fall.

This is Jabba's Sail Barge, it's over 4 feet long.

Everyone has seen the deck and the sails and even Jabba's lounge.

But they've never seen the prison cell with a decomposing Ithorian down in there.

They've never seen the galley where Jabba gets all his frogy delights.

It's truly a dream item and that's what HasLab is all about.

We are looking to get 5,000 backers.

Once we get those backers, we go into production.

We're really excited to unveil all the LEGO Star Wars sets inspired by Han Solo.

Starting with the Millennium Falcon.

At the show today we've had a lot of enthusiasm over it.

But it's not just Solo, it's Clone Wars, Force Awakens, and even the Empire Strikes Back.

And that's a wrap from New York toy Fair, where I have more important things to do.

The captain says you're a friend.

I will not kill you.

Check is out, Tiya Sircar is here with me.

I've talked to you so much on Rebels Recon but I finally get to talk to you on The Star Wars Show!

I'm so happy to be here.

I'm so excited.

Thanks for having me.

Rebels has been such a journey and it's coming to a really epic conclusion soon.

Yeah.

Not to like out you but you weren't a huge Star Wars fan before you got started.

You can out me.

I feel like I have been pretty straight up, you know, because I never wanted to pose as

something that I wasn't.

So I've always wanted to be as transparent as possible.

I'm not like Freddie who is the Encyclopedia on all things Star Wars.

But there is something that is actually kind of a benefit in coming clean like that.

I agree!

I had just enough foundational knowledge to then build on that once I was in it.

And I mean, look, my teacher was Dave Filoni.

Like, are you kidding?

And the homework is really fun.

And the homework is Star Wars!

It's like best homework ever.

So I have no qualms in admitting I wasn't like the most knowledgeable Star Wars fan

but I was a fan.

And to also then get to be apart of the story telling is still a little crazy to me but

it makes it even more special.

People's relationship with Sabine has grown so much in the past.

She went from being a person that no one really knew anything about to like the one who I

think people's investment in her history is probably at the highest point of anyone in the cast.

Oh wow.

Maybe it's because we didn't know anything about her, maybe she…

And she's mandolorian, that's just cool.

That helps.

That's cool.

[Laughing]

That helps.

I realize that no, she does mature and has come so far and she has learned so much.

Not just from the familial dynamics but also learning from her Ghost crew family.

Those are the people that she learned from the most cause those are her most formative

years, she spent with them.

It was always really fun when we got to go down and watch you guys record and see how

the group all works together.

We are supremely lucky that Disney and Lucasfilm made it a priority for us to record together.

I think a big part of why this show is so special, not just to me, I'll go ahead and

speak for everyone, but for all of us involved is that it's not just the material and it's

not just the character but it's so much about the experience of making the show together.

Right.

If that makes any sense.

And as the show's progressed the stakes have gotten higher.

How do you think people are going to react to the finale here?

I don't want Rebels to end.

People have a lot of ideas, a lot of theories about who's who and what's going to happen.

I probably talked to you about this before but do you know that now

my mom is now Star Wars #1 fan?

No, tell me about this.

Once I got to be apart of Star Wars Rebels she like full throttle, like down the rabbit hole.

She's like on every chat room forum.

She's like a fanatic now!

Wow!

She calls me and says like, "I don't know if you know this but this" and I'm like,

"I'm on the show like what are you talking…"

She called me after season 2 and was like, "pretty sure Sabine is gonna die.

That's what everybody's saying".

And I was like, "Mom!"

First of all, I would hope I would know the answer and two, what the heck.

You know, that they are talking about means they care.

Totally!

And I'm right there with you for any of you who are feeling sad that our story is ending.

But I feel so pleased with how we're ending the story.

I've said that each season gets better and bigger and more spectacular than the last

and I truly feel like the last half of season 4 is like on another level.

And who knows, if there will be more stories for Sabine to tell, if I'll get to be apart of that.

I feel sad that this chapter is coming to an end but there are so many possibilities

for the future that there's like a glimmer of hope that I'll get to meet Sabine again in some capacity.

Last week we asked you for your opinion on who would make an amazing President from the

Star Wars galaxy and YOU HAD SOME THOUGHTS!

Definitely some thoughts.

Our friend Star Wars Explained chose Biggs Darklighter because he's a war hero, has

a firm handshake, impeccable fashion sense, and most importantly of all, a great mustache.

Great mustache is most of what you need in life.

Mhmm

@CallMePatPat votes for Orson Krennic based on his success as a long term project manager,

his experience as a garrison deployer, and his closeness to providing peace and security

to the galaxy while being on the verge of greatness.

I don't know about Krennic but I already know who his campaign manager is.

That was some good spin.

That was some good spin.

Technically not wrong?

[Laughing] Not wrong.

David Frotchki chose Fodesinbeed Annodue for obvious bi-partisan reasons, Dante Demille

picked Constable Zuvio because he works hard and sticks to the background, and Ian Perkins

went with Kit Fisto because of his negotiation skills, tactics, and award winning smile.

Nobody can run against Kit Fisto's smile, right Kyle?

[Off camera] KAAAY

And as always, remember to like the video, subscribe to the channel, talk to us in the

community tab on YouTube, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and download the Star Wars app.

Thanks for watching and may the Force be with you.

[Off camera] KAAY

Lando: Double or Nothing that follows the "smuggler off smooth".

off smooth?

He is the smuggler of smooth.

Oh, ya.

It's wonderful.

It's wonderful.

I love this Lando so much.

He wears a lot of capes.

Worms Found In Woman's Eyes – First-Ever Case - Duration: 8:43.

Hows it going Youtube welcome to LandonProduction I am Landon Dowlatsingh and thank you guys

so much for coming back. This is where I talk about the news and anything else trending

out their. If you guys do enjoy these videos hit the like button.

Also yesterdays video was a very long video I think it was around 13-14 minutes let me

know if you guys enjoy the more longer type of videos. In the comment section just put

#LongerVideos if that's what you want.

Ok so today I do have a ton to talk about as well so lets not waste any time here and

lets get right into it.

First up we have 28 yr old Abbey Beckley from Oregon who has been all over the news for

becoming the first ever human to have eye worms. No human in history has ever had an

infestation of tiny worms in there eyes. The only animals in documented history to have

worms in its eyes is cattle. I would be freaking out if this happened to me I would try and

rip my eye out I would be so grossed out. Well back in 2016 Abbey worked on a commercial

fishing boat in Alaska when she felt something behind her eyelid two weeks into her trip.

Abbey thought it was an eye lash so she tried to dig it out. When she got to shore she discovered

her skin was inflamed and their was worms wiggling inside of her eye. She want to an

eye doctor right away. The doctor had no idea what it was but he was able to pull out some

of the worms. Abbey was transferred to an eye specialist in Portland who send off samples

to the US centers for disease control and prevention and they concluding that she contracted

Thelazia Gulosa a parasite never seen in humans before. In total 14 worms were taken out of

her eyes that was half an inch long they were translucent and they were slowly taken out

over a period of 20 days. I am not sure why doctors wouldn't just pull them out all

at once.

From there I have a very sad story about two sisters who jumped to their deaths. Police

are investigating the tragic death of these two Russian sisters. This right here is 12

yr old Maria Vinogradova and her half sister 15 yr old Anatasia. Both of them jumped from

a 10th storey rooftop onto a pavement below. Police and investigators believe the Blue

Whale Suicide Game is to blame for this death. This is a very sick game that is claimed to

exist in several countries and it began back in 2016. The game reportedly consists of a

series of tasks assigned to players by administrators over a 50-day period with the final challenge

requiring the player to commit suicide. Is this real life right now. I am so pissed off

that something like this even exists.

Also there is another dangerous challenge going around right now. And please don't

even attempt this or any other social media challenges that could cause harm in any way.

Its really not worth it. Well there is a new dangerous snapchat challenge where kids are

hanging off motorway bridges. Inspector Jim Jones took it to twitter to say this. Officers

tonight have attended several incidents of people hanging off motorway bridges. Those

spoken to claim it's a snapchat challenge to post pictures leaning over bridges. How

irresponsible can you get. Please help nip this in the bud and Retweet. People have been

seen hanging of bridges as well. This is one of the most ridiculous thing ive ever seen.

I have a few updates on the Florida shooting. In the aftermath of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas

Highschool mass shooting golden retrievers have been deployed to the scene of the crime

to try and distract people from the tragedy that took place. These dogs are fully trained

in the art of empathy. They offer comfort and compassion to all those affected by the

high school mass shooting that is now considered as the 8th most deadliest mass shooting in

contemporary US history.

Also because of this school shooting their was a bill propsed that will allow teachers

to carry guns in schools. So if a student becomes a mass shooter a teacher will have

a gun on them to shoot the student. I am not sure if this is the best way to solve this

issue. There has been many talks about gun control this would for sure be going in the

opposite direction what do you guys think. How nerve racking would it be knowing your

teacher has a gun in there drawer. I would for sure never talk back to the teacher. I

think in the news would be teachers shooting their students. A parent made a statement

about this new proposed gun law. They said, our children are sitting ducks in a gun- free

schools and as the parent of three public school students I believe we must act now

in order to prevent another tragedy. This was also said. They wanted to know what we

can do to prevent that in Alabama. More gun control will not stop someone who is intent

upom inflicting harm in our schools but someone who is properly tained and armed with the

right equipment certainly can. Is this what the world has become where teachers have to

become police officers now and law down the laws in public schools. This is suppose to

be a very safe environment, and place to learn and become the person you want to be in life.

This isn't suppose to be a war zone, or a place that you could die at.

I hate talking about this kid but I have more updates on the mass shooter Nikolas. A former

friend and classmate of his said he would often abuse his girlfriend. He would hit her,

threaten her and even threaten her family for talking to other guys. and even talked

about killing his friends parents. He would also talk about how he sympathized with Syrian

terrorists and that people who opposed them should be killed.

Ok enough with all that lets move on. Elon Musk who seems to be one of the most talked

about person right now. Well he was just given a permit to build a Hyperloop from Washington

State to New York. Elon Musk who just blasted a car into space has been talking about a

high-speed transportation system. His Boring Company will be the one that worked on the

hyperloop. In these hyperloop you will be traveling in pods and it will take just 29

minutes to get from Washington State to New York. Driving this would take over 42 hours.

On a place it would take about 6 hours but Elon claims he can do this trip in under 30

minutes. This is as close to teleportation you can go. Honestly with this guy I think

anything is possible. Moving onto another really big scary story,

about a british couple who has been kidnapped by ISIS during a south African holiday. Well

I would be talking about this right now if I had all the information but for some reason

when I found this stories it had all the information but when I went to script this story a few

hours later this happened. This Is from the mirror.co.uk. it said sorry we cant find the

page you requested. Daily Star says this. 404 page not found. And on the Sun it has

this. It's a huge icecream cone and it sayd we cant seem to find what you're looking

for. Try our search below or return to our homepage. I am going to follow up with this

story and see what happens. Really confusing.

Mitt Romney who ran against President Barack Obama back during the 2012 election to become

president has just announced he will be running to become the US Senate. Well president Donald

Trump took it to twitter to say this. @MittRomney has announced he is running for the senate

from the wonderful state of Utah. He will make a great Senator and worthy State of Utah.

He will make a great Senator and worthy successor to Orrin Hatch and has my full support and

endorsement.

Mitt Romney replied back saying. Thank you Mr. President for the support. I hope that

over the course of the campaign I also earn the support and endorsement of the people

of Utah. This actually came as a surprise because Donald Trump criticized, and moched

Mitt Romney during his 2016 presidential campaign.

Since we are talking about President Donald Trump, lets talk about this. He has just challenged

Oprah Winfrey to run for presidency in 2020. Donald Trump tweeted out this. Just watched

a very insecure Oprah Winfrey who at one point I knew very well, interview a panel of people

on 60 minutes. The questions were biased and slanted the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs

so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others. I still think this is very

odd that Donald Trump has a twitter account where he likes to troll people. I honestly

think Trump is afraid of Oprah running for presidency so he is trying to get into her

head that if she runs their will be all kinds of things said about her weather they are

true or not. I think Oprah Winfrey would win the presidency very easily and it would be

a record win. Not many seem to want president trump to be re-elected. So who ever runs is

probably going to win against him, and Oprah Winfrey would be the perfect first ever woman

president. I honest think Michelle Obama should maybe give it a s hot as well. Let me ask

you guys who do you think should run to become the next American president. Let me know in

the comment section below.

Why Black Panther Blew Everyone Away At The Box Office - Duration: 6:07.

Black Panther smashed projections with a record-breaking $235 million four-day total, making it the

fifth largest domestic opening weekend of all time despite debuting in February, which

is usually one of the slowest months of the year.

So how did it manage to crush expectations and take over the cultural consciousness?

Here's a look at how Black Panther blew everyone away at the box office.

Royal reviews

Most films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe have garnered positive reviews, but Black

Panther took it to the next level, enjoying widespread critical acclaim.

How widespread?

The film currently holds a 97% score on Rotten Tomatoes, making it the best reviewed superhero

film of all time, above even The Dark Knight.

Building buzz

Months before its release, Black Panther started building incredible word of mouth.

The movie's teaser trailer scored 89 million views in the first 24 hours after its highly-promoted

debut during Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals, making it one of the most viewed trailers

ever for any Disney film.

That buzz immediately spilled over onto social media, with the movie generating more mentions

on Twitter than the NBA game during which it debuted.

This continued throughout the lead-up to the film, and helped the movie earn second place

on Fandango's survey of the most anticipated films of 2018 — after only Marvel's Avengers:

Infinity War.

Black Panther has since become the most-tweeted about movie of 2018 — a distinction it achieved

even before it hit theaters.

Excited audiences

Black Panther continued to build on that buzz when it hit theaters, earning an A+ CinemaScore

from opening night viewers — only the second Marvel movie to do so, after The Avengers.

And many fans lined up to see Black Panther multiple times, as Fandango reported that

the movie had a "significantly higher" number of repeat viewers than any other film during

its opening weekend.

Dave Hollis, Disney's President of Theatrical Distribution, said

"It's not like anything we've ever experienced before, it has taken on its own life.

The way people are talking about the experience is that, 'I saw it on Thursday, but I'm coming

back on Saturday, and might be back on Tuesday.'"

The #BlackPantherChallenge

The excitement moved off social media as well.

Grassroots events have popped up across the United States surrounding the film, with activists

using the movie as a way to bring their communities together.

Philanthropist Frederick Joseph launched the #BlackPantherChallenge to raise $40,000 to

help kids in Harlem see the film, but the challenge has since spiraled out even further,

resulting in over $600,000 raised by a number of campaigns from celebrities and regular

people alike.

The challenge brought more positive buzz and excitement to the film, while bringing the

moviegoing community together in support of a good cause.

"Just being able to like let these kids know that anything is possible.

You're capable of doing anything if you put your mind to something you can achieve it."

Big screen representation

Much of the buzz surrounding Black Panther is thanks to its predominantly black cast,

something rarely seen in big-screen blockbusters.

Black Panther marks the first time a black superhero is leading a movie in the modern

MCU, and it's also an important milestone behind the camera, with Ryan Coogler becoming

the first black director of a Marvel movie.

This was reflected in the movie's audience — according to The Hollywood Reporter, 37

percent of the opening weekend audience for the movie was African-American, compared to

an average of 15 percent for other superhero films.

Disney's Dave Hollis said,

"Our goal is to make movies that reflect the diversity of our world because those are the

stories that resonate everywhere.

To have the ability to show other people's experience is part of the beauty of movies,

but it also allows for rich storytelling, and for the people whose experiences are up

on the screen, especially if they have not been showcased a ton."

[...]

"The meaningful nature of being able to see yourself represented, those things really

matter to everyone, but in this case it matters even more to communities of color.

Representation matters and the times we've leaned into it, we've had massive results."

#WhatBlackPantherMeansToMe

Black Panther has a special place in the hearts of many viewers, and they took to social media

with the hashtag #WhatBlackPantherMeansToMe to express their enthusiasm about the movie.

The hashtag was created by Kayla Sutton, the director of online marketing for Black Girl

Nerds, and was inspired by her 8-year-old son.

One Twitter user wrote,

"It means that my kids and young black kids everywhere will see themselves as heroes capable

of leading their own narratives."

...while another said that the movie meant

"Everything.

I cried when it was announced.

I cried at the visuals.

I cried at the #SDCC Marvel booth.

I cried in joy.

Their blackness is mine.

My blackness is theirs.

Black Panther is a love letter, a celebration, and a victory march for the diaspora."

The outpouring on social media helped to build even more buzz for the movie, and helped solidify

its place as a cultural milestone.

Strong female characters

Black Panther also received a lot of praise for its strong female characters, led by Lupita

Nyong'o's Nakia, Danai Gurira's Okoye, Letitia Wright's Shuri, and Angela Bassett's Ramonda.

As was the case with the 2017 box office hit Wonder Woman, female audiences turned out

in full force to support these powerful ladies — 45 percent of the opening weekend viewers

were women, compared to 35 to 40 percent for most superhero movies.

The movie's badass women also got a lot of attention on social media, with one tweet

calling Shuri "the Disney Princess I've been waiting my whole life for."

No major challengers

Most Marvel movies don't face huge competition, as other studios avoid scheduling movies opposite

Marvel's many blockbuster juggernauts.

And Black Panther was no exception, as it faced almost no competition from minor new

releases Early Man and Samson.

And the forecast looks good as well, as the next major new release isn't until March 9,

when Disney drops its next big blockbuster - A Wrinkle in Time, which also features a

black director and black lead.

Looks like Black Panther isn't just king of Wakanda - he's king of the box office too.

Long live the king!

What It's Actually Like To Hear Voices In Your Head - Duration: 6:28.

- [Narrator] In pop culture, hearing voices

is generally not perceived as a good thing.

- [Male Voice] I am Jack's smirking revenge.

(punches)

- [Narrator] But there are people

who find the voices in their heads to be therapeutic.

They intentionally create these voices.

They're called Tulpamancers.

A Tulpamancer creates a Tulpa,

similar to an imaginary friend but with a twist.

These imaginary friends possess

their own thoughts and emotions.

They can act independently of their creator.

Meet Jacob, he's a Tulpamancer.

We met on Reddit and I reached out to learn

what it's really like to hear voices.

- About four and a half years ago decided to

you could say, no longer be alone.

- [Narrator] Jacob is a 20 year old psychology student.

He grew up in a military family

and four and a half years ago

he created a Tulpa, Ari.

We interviewed Jacob, the Tulpamancer and his Tulpa, Ari.

To keep track of who's talking

look in the top right corner.

If you see a purple pony, that's Ari.

- Jacob and Ari are two people

that live in the body that you're looking at right now.

- I am Ari. And I am a Tulpa.

I see myself as a bat pony, as a pony with

bat wings and glowing golden eyes

and a gray coat and a midnight pluming.

- [Narrator] So Jacob sees Ari as a pony.

This is Doctor Samuel Vessiere.

He's the first person to ever conduct research

on the Tulpa community.

He has a theory about why Jacob sees Ari as a pony.

Because there are more things that one can do

with the imagination they also provide,

I don't want to call it an escape

but they provide an opportunity

to engage in a richer fantasy world.

This is why many Tulpas have non-human forms,

such as elves or ponies or sort of made up beings.

- [Narrator] Why would someone

choose to create a Tulpa and hear voices?

- [Jacob] I would move every other year,

being raised in the military and so

I desperately needed someone who could stick with me.

- I think the purpose of a Tulpa fits

the completely normal human urge

to connect with other people.

And to not be lonely and to be social.

We are through and through evolutionarily

we are social beings.

- [Narrator] Ari is able to possess the body and front,

meaning she can control the body and speak for herself.

Jacob and Ari have come up with

two different methods for switching.

- There's a possession scene in the movie

where someone who comes into the body

grasps the hand of someone else and flips it

and when they flip it, the identity, the entity

that wants to possess the body flows into the body.

And since seeing that, that's been a way

that Ari and I have been able to quickly possess.

So all I'm gonna do is relax my body and let go of tension.

And just allow the presence that is Ari

to flow in to my feet, and then my legs,

then my midsection, then my arms, and then my neck.

And when she begins to enter my head

I hear my voice begin to travel into the back

and I hear hers being to go

into the front as she affirms that.

(futuristic music)

(heavy breaths)

- [Ari] Then I'm in front. Hello.

Everything that people see Jacob do, I can do.

Some areas better than him, some areas not as well.

- [Narrator] So Ari lives in Jacob's mind.

Typically, characters in pop culture

with voices in their heads are associated

with mental-health issues.

Do Tulpamancers fall into that category?

- Even in the most conservative,

medically-minded psychiatry, hearing voices

is not in and of itself considered a problem.

So hearing voices is only a problem

if the person who hears them reports being distressed.

And if other people around them

also report being distressed.

- Once upon a time, my parents decided that

my being LGBT was a mental illness

that was symbolic of something

going on in my head that shouldn't.

They chose to blame Tulpas for changing me

in some way or shape or form and they sent me

to a clinical psychologist to check

whether or not I had schizophrenia and the therapist

told them straight up, "This isn't schizophrenia.

"You can't give yourself schizophrenia.

"Schizophrenia is something genetic.

"It's not something you can give yourself with meditation."

- [Narrator] What's life like for a Tulpa and his host?

- Separate, I wouldn't say that.

Most of what we do, we do together.

We don't have separate lives as much as

different strengths and niches in the same life.

That's how we've found we can be happy.

- Nothing you do is truly private.

But that's not a bad thing.

It means you're being held accountable

by someone who cares for you and looks out for you.

- [Narrator] So, living with a Tulpa is like

sharing a body with your best friend.

Do they ever fight?

- [Jacob] We'll argue and make each other upset

but we always make up and we never have

any lasting breakdowns between us.

- [Narrator] Unfortunately, the Internet

isn't always the nicest place for Tulpamancers.

- Tulpamancers suffer quite a bit of bullying.

I have read some very derogatory

comments towards Tulpamancers because

they're probably an easy target.

They're very sincere, they're enthusiastic

about their practice and they do something

that is really radically different

so it takes people the wrong way and as such,

they become the target of bullying,

which I find very unfortunate.

- [Narrator] But despite the bullying,

Jacob has found comfort in Ari.

- [Ari] I like to think that I've

made Jacob a better person.

I think that with me around she not only

takes better care of herself but better care of others.

Meeting with Trans Sex Educator Buck Angel - Duration: 5:23.

It was embarrassing to be a man with a vagina.

And there were my fingers, inside of me,

and I had the most amazing orgasm of my life.

Few people have advocated for the importance

of an open conversation around sex

in the trans community more than Buck Angel.

Buck is an LGBTQ activist, a sex educator,

a sex-toy inventor, and a pornographer.

Respect.

Do you think that now we're finally getting to a point

where the idea of transsexuality

is something that we can talk about,

and people are more accepting of?

No.

I don't think so.

[ Laughs ] No.

I tend to be one of the only people

out there really pushing for talking about,

you know, sex within the trans community,

and I get a lot of pushback from parts of this community,

of the trans community, that I don't speak for the community.

I don't speak for anybody but myself.

Some of us choose to talk about our genitals,

and some of us don't.

But I think, by not having the conversation,

we have shut down our own needs

and our own desires and our own self-awareness.

Buck also holds workshops to promote

an open conversation around sex.

And, tonight, he's invited me

to join one of his candid group hangs.

I started my workshops because I wanted to start to help guys

to figure out how to get to that

next level of accepting your body sexually

and actually engaging physically.

Hi, everybody.

Thanks for coming.

It's so awesome that you guys all showed up.

[ Laughs ]

Sex is an important part of being a human being,

and one of the things that totally changed my life

was learning how to have sex in my body,

which was the body I hated most of my life.

So I started to have to think to myself,

"Will I be a man with my vagina?"

because the world says no.

So this is exactly how I decided not to get a penis --

masturbation.

One day, in my secret little masturbation club

that I would have at home under my covers,

I would jack off.

And there I was, jacking off all crazy,

and then my fingers slipped inside of me,

and I had never been penetrated before.

Never wanted to.

That felt very feminine to me.

It felt like it was woman's stuff,

and I'm not interested in that.

And there were my fingers, inside of me,

and I had the most amazing orgasm of my life

that I will never forget.

That is definitely when the clouds parted,

and I was like, "I saw God,"

and I was like, "And why would I get rid of my vagina?"

Now, I don't want you to think that my whole process in that

is to discourage people from having surgery because it isn't.

My message is to be yourself.

If you want to have bottom surgery, do it.

If you don't, no.

But the point is is that I live an amazing life with a vagina.

When I used to go to trans support groups,

the most important question that the facilitator

had said one day is like,

"What you need to ask yourself is,

'When is it going to be enough?'"

Right.

"'When are you going to be enough?'"

Right.

Because, yeah, it could be XYZ,

and you're still not happy, so...

Happiness comes from inside.

Exactly.

That's the key.

It's so simple.

Like, this is your journey.

Do it your way.

Like, I'm not on testosterone, and I'm comfortable with that,

and guys ask me all the time, "Yo, bro, like,

how did you get that beard?"

And I'm like, "Oh, well, I went another route,"

because a lot of bros don't know

you can have beard transplant surgery.

There are options that you can do for yourself.

You don't have to compare and contrast

yourself to other people.

Every single one of us in this room

have been brainwashed to feel gender is a certain way,

"You don't have a penis, you're not a man."

That's controlling.

With that said, a lot of trans men are not at the level

I'm at with my vagina.

So what I said to myself was, "How do I get trans men

to feel comfortable in their bodies?"

So I kept thinking, "How can I get them, how can I get them,"

and I'm like, "A toy."

This is the very first transgender male sex toy

in the world.

So I designed it specifically to have the look

of a penis a little bit, right?

So this fits over top of the clitoris like that,

so now when you're masturbating, what are you doing?

You're jacking off.

So instead of touching your vagina,

you're jacking off like a guy.

So that was an amazing thing, to be able to create a product

that gave men permission to masturbate

and gave men permission to say,

"My body is okay, and I'm okay."

So I have guys writing me now and saying,

"I don't even use it anymore.

I now touch myself."

That, to me, is everything.

If you do not love your body and you don't understand your body,

however your body is, nobody else will love your body.

I equate a lot of myself and my confidence to sex,

and it's why I like to talk about sex

and why I think, within the trans community,

we better start to talk about sex.

I thank you guys.

I appreciate it.

Karley: Buck's talk was such a great experience.

It was really clear how important his work is to people.

I just think that it's so healthy for people

to talk about sex in, like, such a raw and honest way, like,

whether you're trans or not trans.

People are looking for an opportunity

to have that conversation, and him being so open about it

is really giving people permission

to start talking about that.

What up, bro?

Nice to meet you finally.
