Waching daily Feb 6 2018

The easiest first way to find music for Youtube video is...

Youtube Audio Library.

I'm gunna go and get...

I just really hate pigeons.

I'm gunna take a sequence of me going to a market and getting a banana.

Let me make that with one of music in Youtube Audio Library.

Is that Samsung?

No it's Canon.

Oh Canon?

But you know this is not the kind of music I normally use.

You might wanna play back with the music I use.

No it's Canon.

Oh Canon?

So which one did you like more?

The first one was from Youtube,

and another was from Soundcloud, which I often use.

I know my videos are mainly about intercultural experiences.

Or...

For that reason, I think that's the main interest of most people among my subscribers.

Yeah I get to show my daily life a lot, too.

Even though not many, I felt few people who'd like to know this are really desperate.

Yeah, today I'm gunna let you know how I find and choose music.

Mickey's tutorial today has two parts.

First, where?

There are various kinds of people over the world.

I'm using the music of especially beat makers.

There are, of course, people who refuse to offer their music.

But some just ask people to add their name on the credit and allow to use music.

Those are the musicians we are looking for right now.

At least, me, I mean.

So we, Korean, especially those who can't speak English

How can we reach them successfully?

What channel can we go through?

The first thing I'd like to show is...

The channel name: Audio Library

You see it says 'No Copyright Music'?

The easiest way is to subscribe here.

'cuz this channel collects copyright free music and introduce them to people.

So when you check out a video, there is a link on the description.

You can click the link and download the song.

This is the easiest way.

Is that clear?

Instead, 'cuz you have to use their collection only,

it might not meet your personal taste of music.

That's how we get to look at Soundcloud.

You must have moved from Audio Library to Soundcloud to download the music.

You can find 'Related tracks' on the website

and it recommends some songs you might like.

Again, some musicians on Soundcloud are strict when it comes to their copyright infringement,

and others simply let people to use their music.

'cuz they wanna promote their music.

And the typical musicians like tha are...

DJ Quads and Joakim Karud...

You can often find their music even in videos of Korean creators.

They're like "Oh! Use our music for free!",

so you can simply visit their soundcloud, and then download and use their music.

I'll put some links on my description.

Except for those famous guys, there're also musicians who allow people to use their music.

Some of my favorites:

I love Safakash.

You gotta buy his music tho.

$1 per a track.

And Not The King, too,

Philip E Morris, too.

It's travel vlog!

You can find many like this way.

If you ask me "how do I find, Mickey?", as I said,

When you try some, look at 'related tracks',

and if you like it, visit the page of that artist,

and check out the description of the page,

and go for it if they allow. That's how it works.

But if...

let's say they didn't put any clear description.

They're not allowing but saying nothing...

You don't know whether you can use or not.

Then you gotta write an email.

If you'd really like to.

In my case, I write emails to some artists that I really like,

and when I did that, they mostly allowed me to use their music.

But in my earliest time,

I just used it and I got an email.

"I saw you used my music, and I hope you could buy it."

I bought it right away.

From then on, I'm being careful.

You should always remember they're also a kind of creator.

So make sure you alway put them on your credit,

put the link on the description

so that people who loved their music can become new fans of them.

I think we should do that.

Next is 'How?'.

This is about how to choose music.

I...

I think all kinds of Youtube videos are inspired by a certain kinds of media.

Like music videos, or comedy show,

or talk show,

they've got their own motives,

and for me, I'm getting it from movies a lot.

Not that much but I was trying to read a lot of books, too,

and this is the only one I ended up buying.

Take a look.

The O.S.T. is not the one that stays in your mind.

And check out the bottom.

The music that the story want and the one you want are clearly different.

Now I have made more than 120 videos,

and that was completely true.

Sometimes there is music we think 'Oh, this is so amazing!'.

We get excited when we find that kinda music.

But we like that music possibly due to our specific personal situation.

If you just put that in your video and show it to people,

it might not make any sense.

A video needs music that fits to the story.

I'm gunna use two different music and show it again, and see how you feel about it!

The purpose of putting music in a video...

is not 'Oh! I found an amazing music so why don't you try it? I want you to know!'.

A movie includes the maker's intention.

It's like 'I want you to follow the story in this kinda mood'.

It implements that purpose.

So you should think about what you want people to feel in that specific scene,

which I think is the right way to use music,

and I'm also always striving to keep this principle.

Rather than using one just because you like it, it'll make much better choice this way.

I'm taking too much coffeine in these days.

I drink lots of coffee.

so to stand this crazy winter... instead of coffee,

I'm replacing it with hot chocolate.

Do you know who gave it to me?

Do you remember Brad?

Brad sort of threw this way to me when he left.

To America.

And Brad has got a good news.

Not sure if I can say that.

I put too much of it while talking to you!

Oh no! It's just right!

This is right!

This is adequate.

Do you know this?

Did you know they sold coffee mix like this?

In CVS?

This is coffee mix from CU.

It's just cheap bad quality coffee mix in a pet bottle.

I was surprised!

So I tried one to see how it was,

and this is the 3rd.

I just love it.

I see you getting disappointed again.

So this was a tutorial.

How was it? Was it helpful?

Is there any Micku who'd like to watch any other tutorial of Mickey Seo?

Sorry for being stuck in my room again.

Maybe outside next time!

Gimp: Unsharp or Blurred Vignette - Duration: 2:58.

In this Gimp Workshop we will make an unsharp vignette.

Go to file, click open and search and open the image that you want to use.

Click on the zoom icon in the top right corner of the window to maximize it.

Right click somewhere in the image, go to layer and click duplicate layer.

Again, right click somewhere in the image, go to layer and now to transparency.

Click on add alpha channel.

The font of the top layer changes from bold to normal,

which indicates that this layer now can have transparency.

Make the bottom layer invisible by clicking on the eye.

Go to the toolbox and click on the ellipse select tool.

Now check the option highlight, which will make

everything outside the selected area darker.

Click and drag a selection.

By moving the handles and or the corners, we can make corrections and by click and drag

inside the selection we can move the whole selection.

When the selection is to our liking, we hit enter

or we click one time inside the selection to confirm.

Go to select and click on feather.

We will feather the selection with 300 pixels and hit okay.

Now we go to the menu bar, hit edit and here we click clear, so the center area is removed.

Go to select and click on invert, so the surrounding area is selected.

Then back to the menu bar and now to filters, blur and then gaussian blur.

We click and drag the dialog box to the top of our screen, and pull it out.

We make the blur radius 100, click the preview of and on,

and when we think its enough, we click okay.

Go to select and hit none.

Make the bottom layer visible again.

Now click the top layer of and on, to see the effect.

And there it is, an unsharp vignette.

I hope this helps.

If so, please give it thumbs up, maybe leave a nice comment,

and subscribe if you have not done already,

to support my channel.

Thank you for watching.

High Levels of Anxiety are Associated with High Intuition, Intelligence, and Empathy - Duration: 3:11.

High Levels of Anxiety are Associated with High Intuition, Empathy, and Intelligence

Many people experience anxiety especially when they are going to experience something

they never before.

However, there are some people reporting that high level of anxiety indicate high intuition,

empathy, and intelligence.

How is that even possible?

In this short video, I'm going to share with you, why high levels of anxiety are associated

with high intuition, empathy, and intelligence.

But before we jump to the lists, If you're new to our channel, make sure to click the

subscribe button below, and don't forget to like this video if you find this information

is helpful to you.

#1 - Intuition

Let's talk about intuition first.

It is basically an inner force that drives you based on past experience.

Intuition is really great for making educated decision with some prediction involved.

However, let's not forget about anxiety actually connects to high intuition.

Anxious people are usually afraid to what happen.

In relation to intuition, anxious people are afraid to their future.

They are not sure that their future will be nice and good.

They look backward and observe whether the pattern will be the same in the future.

This is where anxious people actually possess high intuition.

They are not anxious because their intuition works for them.

#2 - Intelligence

There are some studies that indicate that intelligence is related to anxiety level.

The higher the anxiety, the higher the intelligence is.

Additionally, they are also quite smart in detecting dangers in their surroundings.

Unfortunately, intelligence people who experience acute anxiety are not always in advantage.

Sometimes, their anxiety takes over and makes them unable to think straight.

This, in consequence, makes the intelligence people to be less active, making them unproductive.

Even though anxiety can indicate high intelligence, it is not the best experience to be had for

intelligent people.

#3 - Empathy

High anxiety is absolutely related to empathy in one way or another.

Believe it or not, people who are anxious actually worries about their surroundings.

They worry that someone may not feel comfortably such as when your friend as for evaluation

from you.

They want the best for their friends, and they definitely will try their best to be

at their service to make them feel better even though they really know what to do.

So, what do you think about this short video?

Buying a TV - Duration: 9:47.

TV ad: From the breathtaking colours and undeniable contrastan undeniable contrast, see the incredible! With Hisense 4K ULED TVs

Finally, loud colour!

TV to the power of Q?

How cool do those new TVs look?

Mmm, I'm just glad that we don't need a new TV, I mean can you imagine trying to choose-

Come on down to Loopy Larry's Laptops, 'Lectronics and te..Levisions!

We got little TVs, big TVs, medium size TVs

I sell candles now! Me wife won't stop makin em! I'm Loopy Larry!

That's right, loopy! So come on down to Loopy Larry's! I'm clinically insane!

G'day lads! What can I do you for?

LED, LCD, OLED, QLED, ULED?

BLT?

I'll take that, yeah.

Agh!

All that jargon is designed to confuse you into buying the fancy sounding thing. So, what does it all mean?

Oi! You nicked me bloody customers!

All of these terms refer to a TV screen's display or panel.

Seems overwhelming but really there's only two technologies to choose from: LED and OLED.

Oh right well actually-

Now obviously I am going to be making some generalizations

to explain all this technical stuff so if you are a pedant about this sort of thing,

Please email smicallef@madashell.tv

You've probably heard of LCD that refers to the liquid crystal

display at the front of the TV. LED refers to the lights behind it.

And if you see LED LCD or LED/LCD, they're all talking about the same kind of display.

So all LED TVs are the same?

Ha! Are they?

Most LED TVs arrange the lights along the edges

Or there's full array LED, which has lights across the entire back of the screen.

They're bulkier but they're the best option for picture quality if

they have something called local dimming, which means the back lights can dim

some areas of the screen while keeping other areas bright.

Oi! Don't forget QLED and ULED!

Companies will put all manner of letters in front of the LED to try to impress you but these TVs

still use LED backlights.

Please, tell me more about the lights inside a TV.

Actually that's it!

Oh thank god!

For LEDs. Now let's move on to OLEDs.

OLED TVs don't need back lights because each pixel can emit its own light and

switch on and off completely, which means-

Which means perfect black levels.

Pretty sure the TVs just off.

But perfect black levels don't come cheap.

Woah, look at the contrast on the flames against the dark background.

Totally worth it.

Totally, yeah.

[Police sirens]

Can we go home now?

Actually, TV companies often say you can

Bring cinema home! With

4K UHD?

Shh!

If you see any of these terms, they're talking about resolution, or how many

pixels are on the screen. 4K is the highest resolution, it's sometimes also

called Ultra HD or UHD. 4k TVs have over 8 million pixels so Allah have you

4k TVs have over 8 million pixels!

Is that a lot?

Have you considered, SUHD?

That's just the same resolution as UHD but here's what

they did, they put an S in front. Worked for Uperman.

So in terms of

HDR? FDR?

So in terms of resolution, while 4k is top of the range because it's got the most pixels, HDR or

high dynamic range means better pixels by oomphing up the colour and contrast to

make the picture more naturalistic.

so hang on, if I have 4k and HDR I really can bring the cinema home!

Except..

We'll take it!

Booyah!

Oh! I didn't get their money!

Except?

Except, to take advantage of both 4k and HDR you need to be watching content that's been

filmed in those formats and that's not widely available.

No Australian TV channels have it.

Yes but content in 4k and HDR is available on things like Netflix and Stan

But you need fast internet to be able to watch it, and not many Australians have that.

Great, now we'll never know if the Queen becomes the Queen!

And if you're watching low-res stuff like reruns of The Nanny, a 4k TV might actually make it look worse.

No we mainly watch Netflix.

And pirated movies.

Pirate movies! Like Pirates of the Caribbean.

Yeah! That you've downloaded illegally.

All of that being said, 4k TV is looking like it will eventually be the new standard in film

and broadcast, not just a fad like curved screens or 3D TV.

It's not a fad!

So how come this fancy new TV makes my movies look kind of cheap?

I'm flyin a bloody dragon! Wheeee!

If you put on a movie but it feels weird or cheap, or like you're watching outtakes instead of the film,

you're probably experiencing the soap opera effect.

The soap opera effect? I haven't heard of it.

It's caused by a feature on new TVs called motion smoothing. It reduces

blurring it can be good for sports but not so much movies.

How do we stop it?

You can turn off motion smoothing in settings or just watch movies in cinema mode.

Also, I slept with your father.

Sorry what you say about my dad?

I said let's talk about screen size!

Bigger is always better.

Well there is such a thing as too big. Exactly what that is depends on your

viewing distance. Online guides suggest that you should look for a screen size

which is about half the distance between your couch to your TV, so measure it out

before you go to the shops.

Woah, they look so good they make me hate myself.

There are all sorts of tricks retailers can use to make their display TVs look incredible.

Kinda like Phil here. Maybe he scrubbed up on your first date but when you got him home

it wasn't quite the same.

Hey can you take that down please?

So when you're shopping for a TV in store, ask the assistant to turn off demo or shop mode and cycle through the other

viewing modes while you watch a range of different channels. Look out for older

shows like The Nanny appearing blocky or pixelated, especially on cheaper 4k TVs.

Oh, and play around with the remote, you want to test the feel of it and see how

easy it is to use the electronic program guide. Remember if it's annoying you in

the shop, it's gonna drive you crazy at home.

Check the contrast of light areas in dark scenes

And see how well the TV handles movement by watching sport.

Also check to see if the skin tone looks natural.

Looks pretty natural to me!

Remember your viewing distance. Try to watch the TVs in store from that distance.

And you can always bring along a USB with your favorite shows on it to see how they'll look!

We can watch Pirated from the Caribbean!

If there's a USB port.

Tell the shop assistant what devices you'll want to plug into the TV and if you

bought a TV because they told you it could do something and it turns out it

can't, you're entitled to a refund or a replacement.

And of course you'll be wanting the gravity stand, diamond HDMI cable, the Star Trek phaser remote control

and one of Loopy Lizzie's lovely Lavender candles!

They might try and flog you a bunch of overpriced extras at the point of sale so don't get sucked in.

This one comes with a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months.

And after that?

It's not our problem!

Actually it is. The store still has to provide a remedy even after

the manufacturer's warranty has expired.

I'll give you the number for the manufacturer .

No, don't let him fob you off to them. The seller still has to deal

with it, if it's within a reasonable period.

But what is a reasonable period? I mean it's a grey area.

You're better off buying our two year extended warranty.

Well in a 2014 case, TV maker Panasonic agreed that a television should last for eight years.

So chances are the Consumer Guarantees, which are free,

are gonna last even longer than the extended warranties you pay for.

Loopy Larry did not know that.

You're not alone Larry. Choice found that half of TV salespeople were giving

incorrect information about the Consumer Guarantees .

Loopy Larry's on the lam!

Look, at the end of the day you don't have to spend top dollar to get a

good TV. In fact a lot of the independent consumer and tech review sites recommend

mid-range units under $1000. If you're happy with the picture quality and it

does everything you want it to, that's enough!

Let's get this one.

We made such a great choice.

Yeah! It's worth every penny.

இந்த சாக்லேட் புட்டிங் சாப்பிட்டு மெய்மறந்து போங்க | Eggless No agar agar or Gelatin - Duration: 4:14.

Hello Friends.. In this video

I am gonna share the recipe for delicious Chocolate pudding

I have not used any setting agent like

Agar Agar or Gelatin to make this Pudding

Using basic ingredients available at home

lets make this delicious Chocolate Pudding

so come lets cook

Onto a saucepan add the sugar

cocoa powder

rice flour

cornflour

pinch of salt

Combine it well

Slowly add in the milk

and combine to get a homogenous mixture

Combine to get a lump free mixture

and then place it on gas stove

over medium flame

cook until you see bubbles on the sides

Once you start seeing steam

add in

cream

and finely chopped chocolates

The chocolate that I have used is

couverture chocolate with 70 percent cocoa

The better the quality of chocolate the better the taste will be

Always keep the flame on medium

and keep stirring continuously or else

it will stick to the bottom

Due to rice flour and corn flour

the mixture will thicken faster

within 5 to 8 minutes

Since we have used chopped chocolates

it would also melt quickly

So once the chocolate melts

and the mixture thickens

take it off the flame

and transfer to the desired container

and refrigerate for around 1 hour

and your chocolate pudding is ready

so now our chocolate pudding is all ready

lets garnish it with some chocolate barks

whipped cream

finely chopped nuts

You can garnish it as desired

like chocolate chips or nuts

I have already shared the recipe for this Chocolate bark recipe

on my English channel before.

I will leave the link in the description box below, do check it out

This Chocolate Pudding is so chocolaty, silky

smooth and creamy and so delicious

Everyone from kids to adults would love this

Also Valentine's Day is just around the corner

so you must definitely try it once at home
