Sliding Door Roller Replacement | How To DIY - Duration: 4:53.
Hey everybody Do you find that sometimes your sliding door
is incredibly difficult to open?
It won't slide properly or you think it might be caught on a stone?
You clean out the track and it's still not working!
Often the problem will be the rollers on the bottom of the door.
Did you know that you can change those rollers?
And you can do it yourself.
Let's find out how it's done.
First off, it's a very simple process of getting the door out.
You might think it's there forever.
Sometimes you'll have to adjust the rollers on the bottom but sometimes it's as easy as
lifting the door up, pulling the door out, far enough to allow the top to come out of it's track as well.
Just like this.
Pull the bottom out.
Then you'll see how the top is now free to also pull out.
Then get the door in a place to see what condition those rollers are in.
You can see how the rollers are broken.
One of the flanges is gone from the topside and it's all gunked up with paint.
To get it out we remove the adjustment screw.
Then remove the fixing screw.
Then slide the roller assembly out of it's opening.
It will come out in one piece.
Now you can see how bad the roller was.
These rollers are available at all good hardware outlets.
This one cost about $9.
You can see how good the new one is.
Put it back in exactly the same way as the old one came out.
Fixing screw first into the old hole.
There is a hole in the top of the roller cage to allow the fixing screw to accurately align.
Let's see how the adjustment screw works.
The roller comes in and out as you work the screw.
To put the door back in place we need that roller out of the way.
Let's get back into the installation process.
Now that the new rollers are in.
It's a simple matter of re-fitting the door.
The process is simply the reverse of what we did before.
Top first into it's track, then the bottom onto it's track.
Get a screw driver and we'll adjust the rollers
The last thing to do is to make sure that any locks are aligned properly.
Make sure the door aligns perfectly with the door jamb.
Then make sure any locks and fittings line up.

banknote the security features the watermark is like Ayatollah Khomeini and
it has a security thread and it looks like it has Persian written on it it's a
security feature but I can't actually make it out myself
I don't speak Iranian but as you can tell I use fussy Persian and Iranian and
they all interchangeable for the one language okay we obey the numbers here

Hello! Welcome to my channel.
Please remember to wear gloves when using 100% acetone
You can use cotton balls to remove most of the face and then use q-tips to remove the rest.
Use a nail buffer to sand down the outer layer of gloss on the body so your sealant can stick.
Make sure to sand all over so you can blush the entire body.
Dust away any excess.
Please use a respirator mask when using your sealant to protect your lungs.
Now I begin to pat blush into my doll after sealing her. The blush is the same color but a darker shade.
Think of blushing your doll like contouring your face and chest.
Now I blush a second shade of grey into the first that is slightly lighter.
Here is where I add red blush to the tip of the nose, cheeks, shoulder, elbows and knees to look cute.
It was a little messy.
Now I begin to draw on the face design in water color pencils.
It's best not to use black water color pencils if you plan on painting over them.
Instead try a light brow to sketch the eyelashes.
You can fill in other colors normally.
Now I go over it in acrylic paint using a pencil because I'm bad at painting.
If you decide to do this be very gentle and dab the paint on first then stroke lightly or you will get led marks on the doll and in the paint.
