with fresh water

every day but every couple of days

the water becomes stale
so replacing the water every couple of days
and
another thing
is that
the best place to put these not to put these cuttings is on your kitchen counter
or
somewhere where it's nice and warm
because roots need warm air to grow
these roots on these plants will not grow at temperatures lower than 68 degrees
so a windowsill is by is not the best place to put these
by far the best place to put these is
somewhere like that where indirect light is
fine the temperature is the importantly it's been about three weeks
