Vivo NEX S Vs Xiaomi Mi 8 Camera Comparison - Duration: 5:55.

Chris back here with another camera comparison this time it is the vivo NEX

S with its pop-up selfie cam which is 8 megapixels up against the Xiaomi

Mi 8 with a 20 megapixel front-facing camera so both the front-facing cameras

at the moment you can see are very shaky when I walk that it's because neither of

these have electronic image stabilization enabled which is an error

it should be enabled on a flagship cameras sorry should I say Mobile's like

run plus's 6 for example oneplus 6 that has electronic miss stabilization so in

this video I'm going to be comparing the rear cameras which I'll swap over to in

just a minute audio sources and also low-light selfie

shots and the portrait mode shot as well will be compared between both of these

ones here so we're now looking at the front-facing cameras in very difficult

conditions here because I turned off some of the lights outside so it's

really really dark I do have a couple lights over here so I'm gonna walk over

towards them and what you get the frame rate to keep an eye on that frame rates

if any one of these cameras is dropping frames and of course let me know in the

comments your opinions on what you think is the best at low-light and these

really difficult conditions looking at the rear camera snails are both shoot in

4k 12 megapixel sensors were for access optical image stabilization

unfortunately no electronic image stabilization is as well which other

flagships do have focus is good because it does hit your pixel face detection of

focus and you can see it is very quick a long combo for this have no issues there

is no focus hunting and I will just quickly show you the optical

stabilization so walking forward you can see it does rock around quite a bit on

both of these and the audio I feel is better on the

Vivo NEX here

now this is low-light and 4k and you can see both of them seem to be doing pretty

good here but of course this little house here a little shed is well

illuminated it's lit up well so that's quite easy I think for these phones so

now I'll just have a look over to where it's actually quite a bit darker there's

not a lot of light around see it now and you see both of them have a bit of green

and what does it just check it a little bit the stabilization see if it's going

to drop any frames too right now and which one has the bitter focus

okay so very hard to choose a winner on this one they are really trading blows

here some shots it looks slightly sharper on the Knicks and then on other

shots I'll give the one then to the me eight

but when it comes to color reproduction I feel the next tends to get it better

if you have a look at that photo of the red hibiscus flower that is actually

more accurate the red that the next is showing when it comes to video

performance that they're both the same both of them are lacking electronic

image stabilization in 4k so you do see that optical image stabilization rocking

about it's just not as steady as other flagships we also miss out on 4k 60

frames per second but they're really about the same but I did notice there is

an itch with the next sometimes looking just a little bit sharper I found when

viewing this on a 4k monitor and then when it comes to the audio quality with

video I think the next is slightly better there now low-light with a

front-facing camera and definite went to the meet eight there Nick's starts to

drop frames it gets under 14 15 frames per second and low-light aren't it with

the front-facing camera the rear camera there tends to be quite a bit of grain

in low-light with the neck so again the wind goes through there with the me8 so

I feel all-in-all that both of these cameras

are pretty much equal apart from the me eight does have that two times optical

zoom which gives it a little bit of an advantage there thank you so much for

watching this camera comparison and I do have to catch you back in the channel

with more up-and-coming reviews and possibly more future camera comparisons

Make A Touch of Class Bracelet with Swarovski Crystals by Fusion Beads - Duration: 9:04.

[Cody] Hi, today I'm gonna show you

how to make our Touch of Class bracelet.

This sparkly bracelet is sure to become your new favorite.

Let's take a look at the products

and tools we'll need to make it.

(light upbeat music)

For this project, we're gonna be using four millimeter

Swarovski Crystal bicone beads

in the Crystal Aurum two times.

I have the Erinite AB two times,

I have the Crystal Light Opal AB two times,

and I've got the Light Turquoise AB two times.

I have a 13 millimeter gold-filled oval lobster claw clasp,

I've got a closed six millimeter gold-filled jump ring,

and I've got two by two crimp beads

and three point five crimp bead covers,

and for this bracelet,

just 'cause it's so pretty and sparkly,

I went ahead and I'm gonna use the 24 carat gold

Extreme Soft Flex beading wire.

If you don't want to use this beading wire

'cause it is a little bit more expensive,

you could totally put this together

with just the basic Soft Flex.

And for my tools today I have crimping pliers

and wire cutters.

You can find links to all these beads and supplies

in the description below.

So, let's get started.

Okay, so to begin my project,

I went ahead and I cut about 10 inches

of the Soft Flex beading wire,

because my bracelet once I put on the lobster claw clasp,

it comes out about seven and a half inches

so you need those couple extra inches

so that you can make your crimps.

So, I'm gonna take one end of the Soft Flex,

I'm going to pick up one crimp bead

and I'm gonna go through the loop on the lobster claw clasp.

I'm gonna bring my Soft Flex back

through that crimp bead

and I'm gonna pull it down towards

my loop on my lobster claw clasp.

You just wanna leave a little bit of room there

so there's some movement.

If you make it too tight it could possibly break.

So it's always nice just to give it

a little bit of freedom down there.

So to crimp it, I'm going to use the back notch first.

I'm gonna crimp it one time,

then I turn it and use the front notch

and I normally crimp it two more times,

but normally just one more time is fine.

So using that back notch first, I'm gonna crimp it one time,

then I'm gonna turn it and move it to the front notch

and I'm gonna crimp it two more times

just 'cause that's how I like to do it

just for good measure.

Make sure it's nice and secure.

Then I always give my Soft Flex a little tug

just to make sure it is nice and tight

and that it doesn't just slip out of there.

Then taking your wire cutters,

you're gonna cut off your tail for your Soft Flex,

taking care not to cut your working wire there.

Okay, so now I'm ready to string up my pattern,

and this pattern is kind of a little bit of color blocking.

We start out with the Aurum,

then we go to the Crystal Light Opal,

and then it's the Light Turquoise,

and then it's the Erinite,

and these front parts are just broken up

by one of the Aurum beads.

So first, I need to string up 11 Aurum beads,

'cause that's what this back part is made of is 11.

And I just can't get over

how pretty and sparkly this bracelet, it is so cute.

Makes you wanna just have an entire armful of these.

This would be a really cute set if you

took these same bead colors

and just did a couple different bracelets

in different color blocking, that could be super cute.

And it's fun too for summer,

it's like nice and bright and reflective.

So just wanna go ahead and string on your beads here.

I'm just gonna count and see how many I have here.

So we got two, four, six, eight, nine, 10, and 11.

Alright, so I've got my back part done

and now I'm at the part where I'm gonna go ahead

and do my Crystal Light Opal here.

So, I'm gonna grab three of those.

Wanna string out three of those guys.

And then I'm gonna string one Aurum bead.

And I really like how just the one Aurum bead

kinda breaks up the colors in the front,

it just gives it a nice framing.

And then we're gonna do the Light Turquoise.

So I grab three of the Light Turquoise.

String those guys on there.

And then I do one more Aurum.

And then for the front part I just go ahead

and I string six of the Erinite.

And the Erinite there in front makes a nice little

focal front part.

These AB two times colors are just so pretty.

I just love the sparkle.

So get your last two on there

and then the pattern is just reversed.

So I'm gonna grab another Aurum bead,

then I'm gonna grab my Light Turquoise.

Grab one more Aurum, and I'm gonna do my Crystal Light Opal.

And then at this point I am ready just to do

11 of the Aurum again

to finish off the backside of my bracelet here.

So I'm just gonna string up 11 of those.

Okay, so I'm at my last bead here.

Alright, I'm just gonna set my little extra beads there.

Alright, so I've got my bracelet strung and,

so got my pattern all done and everything there.

So now I'm ready just to add my closed jump ring

to the other side of my bracelet

and that's what my lobster claw

clasp will attach to to close.

So, to do that, same fashion as we did

the first part of the bracelet,

you just pick up a crimp bead,

you're gonna go through the closed jump ring,

and then you're gonna bring that beading wire back through

that crimp bead.

There we go.

I'm just gonna pull it down here.

Alright.

Again, you wanna make sure

there's a little bit of movement there.

You don't want it to be too tight.

So I just always give it a little bend

to make sure it's gonna lay nicely and stuff

and drape nicely on your wrist.

So now I'm ready to go ahead and crimp this other side here.

So in the same fashion as I did the front part,

I'm going to use the back notch first on my pliers.

I just wanna make sure,

'cause it seems like it's got a little loose here

so, there we go.

Alright, so I'm gonna grab it using the back notch first.

Gonna crimp one time and then I'm gonna turn

and flip it to the front notch

and I'm gonna crimp it two more times.

And I'm just gonna give it a little tug.

Make sure it's got,

it's nice and tight there.

Set that aside and now at this point,

I am ready to put on my crimp bead covers.

So to do that, you use the front notch

of your crimping pliers.

So I just always kind of pick 'em up with that front notch

and hold it very gently,

you don't wanna smash it

before you get it over your crimp bead.

And you just put it over that crimp bead cover.

It's a little hard to kinda show here

and not have the fingers in the way.

So you can kinda see there it's over that crimp bead.

Doesn't wanna hold still very good for me.

Let's try it again, there we go,

and then you just gently close it around that crimp bead

and it just gives a nice finished look to your bracelet.

Then I'm gonna do the same process for the other side,

picking up your crimp bead cover with the front notch

and just sliding it over the crimp bead

and gently closing it.

And there you have this A Touch of Class bracelet

that is so sparkly.

You can find all the products and tools

for this inspiration design at FusionBeads.com.

Black Hole Bedtime Story–Science Adventure for Kids - Duration: 1:32.

And now Grandpa John tells a bedtime story about two black holes colliding.

Once there were two black holes.

What's a black hole?

A black hole is a thing in space that's huge, but you can't see it, and

it pulls everything in around it.

What??

There were two black holes.

They were brothers.

And they were very big and strong, about thirty times the mass of the sun!

"I'm stronger than you!" said one black hole as it gobbled up a star!

"No, I'M stronger than YOU," said the other black hole as it gobbled up another star.

Then they started to wrestle, and spin around and around and faster and faster, until…

Bonk!

They collided!

But instead of collapsing, they became one big, supermassive black hole at the center

of the galaxy!

They were stronger than ever when they came together!

Then they released a big wave of energy fifty times more than all the stars we can see!

Whoah!

And this wave flew across the galaxy and we detected it as a sound all the way down here

on earth.

And you know what it sounded like?

What?

Boop!

Boop!

Yep, this happy little "boop" sound.

That's what it sounded like.

The end!

I'm hungry.

Here's What You Should Know About Correspondence Etiquette | Southern Living - Duration: 1:25.

What's the big thing about a thank you note?

It's not hard.

You don't have to write, you know, The Civil War Trilogy.

You can almost always send a thank you note,

and send it quickly.

Before waiting a year.

And I'll have to say, a little bit less for a funeral.

Just for a dinner party,

certainly within the next couple of days.

Gayden and I were talking about email.

If you receive an invitation via email,

then I think it's fine to write a thank you note via email.

And we've talked about this before,

for it to have something personal but not too personal.

My favorite thank you note I ever received

was one of those horrible things that says

thank you on the front,

and then I opened it up and it said, for the gift.

(laughter)

My new way to sign my note is X period.

It drives my children crazy.

I write X, O, X, O.

I don't think there's a formula.

I don't think there's a formula either.

Always, yours, best.

I like the sound of most sincerely yours,

but that may be laying it on too thick.

Here's what I'll tell you all,

that thank you notes have ruined

every major event in my life.

Oh, yes.

When I married, thank you notes.

When I had my first baby, thank you notes.

When my mother died, thank you notes.

Now, why do you have to write a thank you note

when your mother died?

That doesn't seem right,

but everybody's so nice, you've got to.

I tell you what's worse than writing a thank you note,

is not writing a thank you note.

Yes.

That guilt will eat you for the rest of your life.

O INGLÊS DE OSCAR SCHMIDT - ELE FALA BEM? (aula em inglês!) - Duration: 12:36.

So today's video is a little bit

different because I'm going to be reacting to or analyzing the english of

Oscar Schmidt. And so, thanks and shout out to Mateus, you're the one that sent

me through this video asking me to analyze the english of this guy

Oscar Schmidt. I had no idea who he was so I googled him and found out he's a very

popular well-known and well-loved Brazilian basketball player. And in this

video we're going to look at today...it's an 18 minute long video so we're only

gonna look at like five minutes or so. Oscar is accepting an award into

the Basketball Hall of Fame or something like that

I watched the whole 18 minute video and one thing I could say is that he

speaks very very good English. I'm not gonna sit here and judge him and say no

he's not speaking well, but this is just an opportunity for you guys to maybe

hear some pointers from a native speaker on just how you can just fine tune

those small errors, but yeah Oscar speaks very good English and he's very

funny as well so he's very funny. So let's get into this video I've got it

here somewhere on my laptop. Okay got it! So yeah we're

gonna let's look at the first five minutes I'm gonna pause it as something

comes up, let's go!

Okay he's rubbing the man's head, I don't know why. Walking very slowly to the stage

You gonna hurry up Oscar?

He's taking it in, enjoying it.

I just wanna have my lunch, so can you hurry up please?

So he said "I always dreamed to do that". Makes sense, I guess a

better way of saying it would be "I have always dreamed of doing that", I've always

dreamed of doing that".

Ok, first of all he's really funny. "And plays the best of everyone else". So I get what he's trying to say.

I guess the better way would be and this guy "plays better than everyone else"

"This guy plays better than everyone else".

I have no idea who this man is. Is he meant to be famous as well?

Ok, so he says "I want to thank the Hall of Fame to put me here". In English when you want to say thank you to someone

because they've done something for you, you say "thank you for putting me here"

not "thank you to" but it's thank you for putting me here. Thank you for cooking me

food. Thank you for buying me a drink. Thank you for teaching me English. So

always remember it's "thank you for" not "thank you to".

"I dreamed my whole life to be here" a better way of saying this would be

"I dreamed my whole life about being here". So you're dreaming, what are you dreaming

about? I'm dreaming about being here. I'm dreaming about speaking English. I dream

about going on holiday to South Africa.

Okay, the Federation International in English

would be International Federation, but that's fine, it's just the

Portuguese coming out there.

Okay in 19...1984 something like that he said the New York... whatever team he

mentioned, I forgot now "draft me". So because we're talking about the

past in 1984 that is definitely in the past. "Drafted me". So you're gonna use

past tense. "Draft" is the present "drafted" is the past.

I don't get the joke, but I guess it's funny.

Okay, "I was the choice 144". Again not a massive mistake,

but I guess the more correct way of saying it would be

"I was the hundred and forty fourth choice ". "I was the hundred and forty fourth choice". And I

could say something like: "I am the third child in my family" or "I was the first

one in my family to go to university". "I was the sixtieth person in my university

to graduate", something like that. So you use (the) "first, third, fiftieth, sixtieth". Not I was

number 144. Not wrong, but again it sounds more natural if you say something like

"sixth, one hundred and forty fourth, third second" for example.

Okay, again just past tense "he guarded me"

"Guard me" - present. "Guarded" is past.

"Thanks for drafting me", not "Thanks to". "Thanks for".

Okay quickly, talking about the past tense. "They come"? No, "They came to offer me".

Okay, again past tense "almost bring my camera to the bench"?

"I almost brought my camera to the bench". So remember use the past tense when

you're talking about things in the past.

"I don't want to be a (hookie)". So what he wants to say is

"Rookie. Rookie". A "rookie", they've translated as "novato"

Okay, so for me a rookie is someone that is still starting out

in something, not knowledgeable about something. Still has a lot to learn

they're a rookie. So you know you could say...let's say you're working at a company

for 10 years, you know how everything works, you know....you're professional

you know everything. And then someone new comes in and they have no idea

what they're doing. They're constantly asking you for questions like you know

"How do I do this"? "How do I do that"? And you can just be like "You're a rookie, you

still got a lot to learn". So the correct pronunciation is "rookie". And also he said

"with 35 years old". It's not "with 35 years old", it's just 35 years old.

"To keep with my national team", I would say "to stay with my national team". But again, minor error.

Okay so I'm gonna end here because I don't want the video to get

too long. So, I'll leave this video in the description box below if

you want to see the rest of the video. He is very funny and he speaks good English

so it'd be a great opportunity for you to train your listening. And there's a

few things I picked up from this video is: "Thank you for" not "Thank you to". Thank

you for this video. Thank you for bringing me this cake. Not "thank you to".

And also remember when you're talking about things in the past remember to use

the past tense. "I was drafted in 1984" not "They draft me in 1984". But other

than that, very good English, very funny guy, I like him a lot.

So yeah that's it for today. Let me know what kind of videos you want to see on

my channel. If you want to see more videos like this, if you want to see more

videos in English? Let me know. And Don't forget please comment below, like this

Apple Watch Series 4 RUMORS, RELEASE DATE, AND REVIEW - Duration: 4:43.

Hey guys my name's Isaac and you're watching Apple Hipster.

Been a while.

I said I would give you guys an update on the iPhone SE 2 when I got back from Europe

but it looks like I don't even really have to.

The iPhone SE 2 is possibly cancelled.

We don't really know what's going on with that anymore.

Personally I think it's going to come 2019 in March or June.

In this video we're going to talk about the Apple Watch series 4.

A redesign.

It's been the same for the past few years.

We're getting a redesign finally.

Ming Chi-Kuo is saying we're going to get a 15% increase in the display without the

face getting larger.

Fast Company is saying that the crown on the side, it won't be a mechanical button anymore.

It'll be like the iPhone 7 and 8 button on the iPhone.

It'll use a taptic engine to give feedback to make it feel like you're pressing a button

but it actually isn't a button.

There's patents of a circular Apple Watch.

That just indicates that Apple's thought about it but it's probably not going to

happen.

It brings so many complications to watchOS.

I'm not even going to get into all of it, it's ridiculous.

So I seriously doubt it's going to happen.

A thinner watch.

Uh we're going to bring this up right after this.

Multifunctional smart-bands.

We don't know exactly what this is.

Possibly it could bring what has been rumored "Continuous glucose monitoring" through

lasers.

Typically you got to go to the doctors and it's got to be checked by blood.

This is a total game changer.

If you have diabetes or something, it lets you know on your watch continuously.

If your levels are not where they should be your watch will alert you which is pretty

awesome.

Something to think about.

If these multifunctional smart-bands are not optional.

They're mandatory and they come with the watch…Could this possibly prevent third

parties from creating Apple Watch bands?

Speculation by MacWorld, if we do have these multifunctional smart bands, it's possible

that health features that we already have could be put into these bands which could

actually make the device thinner and that's what I was mentioning earlier.

A front camera?

We're not really totally sure on this.

I mean a lot of people doubt it's going to happen; I'm one of those people.

If it were to come it would just bring… probably it would only be for FaceTime.

Just LTE calls already on the Apple Watch Series 3 you just get one hour of talk time

right.

That's just with audio.

Imagine how much battery it could take with video calls.

I just don't see that happening (yet).

A camera on the Apple Watch.

It could possibly bring Face ID.

The iPad this September is expected to get Face ID.

MacBooks in the future will probably get Face ID.

Again with battery, we could be getting a larger battery.

Speculated by Ming Chi-Kuo.

If all these health features go into the multifunctional smart-bands we were talking

about… there's more room in the watch itself.

There would be more room for a bigger battery.

Of course battery will continue to expand.

I mean it's pretty fantastic.

I had the Series 3 for about 5 months.

The whole time, I never needed to charge it two nights in a row.

It would always last 2-3 days.

It was pretty great.

I never ran out of battery.

Processor.

Expect the S4 processor.

You know what that means.

Better at managing battery, more powerful, and all that good stuff.

Ming Chi-Kuo is also claiming that a Liquid Crystal Polymer Antenna will come to the Apple

Watch Series 4.

That was introduced to us in the iPhone 8 and X.

In a nutshell it's more moisture and heat resistant and it provides a stronger signal.

Price?

It will most likely remain at $330 for the 38mm and $360 for the 42 mm.

Any more expensive and they'd be pushing customers away from it.

Of course with those prices for an additional $70 you can add LTE.

Release Date?

Well we believe it will be announced along the new iPhones this year in the first half

of September.

Then a weeks after the event it will go on the shelves.

So the middle of September.

Referring to the smart bands we talked about in the beginning of this video.

Let me know in the comments what you think, if it's going to be optional or mandatory?

Will third parties still be able to create Apple Watch bands?

If you guys enjoyed this video or found it interesting please like this video.

I have a goal to reach maybe 4,500 subscribers by the end of July.

If you guys want to help me out with my goal, I would really appreciate it.

I'm finally at ease with my schedule and everything.

Everything's pretty laid back.

So I'm really hoping, I'm going to be able to keep you guys up-to-date every week on the latest Apple

news and I'm really excited to push this channel forward.

The growth has been stunted for a bit.

Thank you guys so much for watching again and hopefully I will see you in the next video.

So, bye. :)
