Tesla Model S 90D: Rated Range Degradation 57000 Miles 118 Weeks Ownership W/Chart - Duration: 3:26.

this is the 57,000 mile range update it is 51 degrees out so a little bit warmer

of a day and come on we charged up to a whopping 200 actually should say

disappointing 267 rated miles I was fairly low added 205 rated miles this

charge trip let's go up over to Z phone they get close because it's pretty

bright out car think spec capacity is 77 point 1 kilowatt hours went down a bit I

believe I got a review previous data although the car thinks we have seventy

seven point four kilowatt hours in the car total lifetime discharge twenty five

point nine one nine megawatts total lifetime charge 27 nine point nine seven

zero a watts there's all the different flicks of cells although it looks bad

actual balance of the pack is eight millivolts and actually eight millivolt

is not too bad

temperatures right now the pack is at eighty seven point one of a high eighty

five point one as a low during charging it was over 100 maybe 103 hundred four

so somewhere around there yeah so slightly disappointing as since the last

range update I have lost at least three miles

but we are doing an experiment I will be in China for two weeks I will be

plugging the car into 120 volt 15-amp outlet I will then be lowering the

average of the car down to five amps at 128 of charge at around hopefully zero

rated miles and over the course of two weeks I will let the car charge up to

100% it has five amps the slowest possible speed we are going to see and

it's probably to take the full two weeks we are going to see how balanced my pack

is after that that is all onward

Know Your Plane #6 | CFA-44 Nosferatu (Ace Combat) - Duration: 18:01.

In this episode of Know Your Plane we feature one the most famous original aircraft of the

Ace Combat series: the CFA-44 Nosferatu, a jet fighter that made its first appearance

in Ace Combat 6, released exclusively the Xbox 360 in 2007.

The Nosferatu is a fast and agile carrier capable stealth aircraft that packs some serious

weaponry including all direction multi-purpose missiles and electromagnetic launchers - furthermore

its advanced electronic systems also allow the craft to control several UAVs simultaneously.

Since its creation, the Nosferatu has appeared in two more Ace Combat games: Ace Combat Assault

Horizon, which was released on the consoles in 2011 and on Steam two years after, featured

the Nosferatu as a playable aircraft via DLC on the consoles and the aircraft came included

by default in the standard PC version.

The CFA-44 was only a minor addition in Assault Horizon, but in the subsequent release of

Ace Combat Infinity the Nosferatu became extremely important to the story of the game as it was

piloted by the main antagonist - the Butterfly Master.

Apart from the Ace Combat games, the Nosferatu has been also featured on the Ace Combat novel

Ikaros in the Sky, on the ASF-X Masterfile and even on the arcade game Mach Storm as

we will talk further along in the video together with the specifications, variants, trivia,

and most importantly - the history of Nosferatu - an aircraft that spans across several Ace

Combat universes.

In the Strangereal universe, the Nosferatu was developed by the Federal Republic of Estovakia

prior to the Emmerian-Estovakian war and with the end of the conflict it is suggested that

Emmeria also got its hands on the aircraft.

In the Assault Horizon universe, the Nosferatu had been developed by the Soviet Union in

the early 1980s and it is quite possible that several other nations began to operate it

after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Meanwhile, in the Infinity universe it is believed that the Nosferatu still had been

developed by the Soviet Union, however in later years information on its design fell

to both the Usean Federation and the United Nations Forces.

Design

The CFA-44's design consists of a delta wing configuration with slats, outer-canted

tails, canards and paddles that direct the exhaust gases, thus giving the Nosferatu thrust

vectoring capabilities which makes the aircraft extremely unstable and agile.

Perhaps even more unique than its surface controls are the placement of the weapons

bays that hold the special weapons.

The Nosferatu has three of them, one in the ventral section of the aircraft between the

two air intakes and two weapons bays on the upper part of the fuselage.

These weapons bays actually protrude out of the aircraft and once that happens it is possible

to see the ADMM holders, electromagnetic launchers and ECM pods.

As for the standard missiles, there are actually two hardpoints under each wing but in the

games only 1 hardpoint under each wing is used, to complete its armament the two cannons of

the Nosferatu are placed on the wing roots and remain hidden until the gun is activated.

Given that the aircraft was meant to be operated from aircraft carriers, an arrestor hook is

included and its wingtips can be folded to save deck space.

It is because of its compatibility with aircraft carriers that some fans have associated its

name with Carrier Fighter Attacker number 44, although this name has never been used

officially in the Ace Combat series.

Because of the unique design of the weapons bays that I've mentioned earlier, the air

intake design had to be adjusted accordingly in other to prioritize offensive capabilities

instead of flight performance.

This complex air intake system, coupled with the weapons bays' mechanisms, arrestor hook

and strengthened landing gear for carrier operation added a lot of weight and this seriously

deteriorated the stability of the aircraft.

Furthermore, because the aircraft was already so heavy, it wasn't possible to add external

fuel tanks and the range of the Nosferatu ended up being relatively short.

To compensate this, the Nosferatu was fitted with an air refueling probe that is kept hidden

inside the left portion of the fuselage when it is not being used.

As far as radar detection goes, the Nosferatu is considered a light-to-moderate stealth

aircraft.

The airframe was mainly built with light alloy and carbon materials capable of absorbing

electromagnetic waves.

But not everything is perfect, the gap between air intakes and the fuselage coupled with

the standard missiles being carried externally reduces the stealth capabilities of the Nosferatu,

that goes to show that its offensive capabilities even had priority over its detection enemy forces.

As for its interior, the cockpit of the CFA-44 gives its pilot excellent visibility and the

interface is completely digital with several multi-function displays.

All what I've said so far applies to CFA-44 in general, but is important to clarify that

there are different variants of the aircraft.

Variants

At first we have the CFA-44 Nosferatu known

as the Fandance 'A'.

This is the standard version of the aircraft that is playable in Ace Combat 6, Assault

Horizon, Infinity and Mach Storm.

It is also mentioned in both Ikaros in the Sky and the ASF-X Masterfile.

In case you are wondering, the name "Fandance" refers to NATO's reporting callsign for

the Nosferatu in the Assault Horizon universe and we will go into further detail in the

upcoming lore section of the video.

The next aircraft is the CFA-44 Nosferatu Fandance 'B'.

Both the wings and canards of this aircraft are slightly longer and are placed higher

on the fuselage, additionally the gun compartment on the right side of the aircraft is exposed.

This aircraft is only mentioned in the ASF-X master file and unfortunately there are no

pictures available.

The next variant is the QFA-44 Camilla, a modified and remotely piloted version of the

Nosferatu that appears exclusively in Ace Combat Infinity.

This drone is controlled from extremely long range via satellite links however it can only

be piloted for a short period of time.

Specifications

This time let's compare the standard Nosferatu, the Fandance 'A' variant, with a Sukhoi-33

since both are Soviet aircraft capable of operating from aircraft carriers.

Overall the Nosferatu is slightly smaller than the Sukhoi 33 with a length of 20.4 meters,

a wingspan of 12.4 metres and a height of almost 4 metres.

From the size comparison we can infer that the Nosferatu is lighter than the Sukhoi even

though its weight hasn't been published, and more interestingly its engines are more powerful.

The Nosferatu has two unspecified Saturn engines that provide the aircraft with a dry thrust

of 90 kilonewtons per engine, meanwhile the engines on the Sukhoi are rated at 74.5 kilonewtons

each - from this we can assume that the top speed of the Nosferatu is superior.

As for armament, the CFA-44 has two 30mm Gryazev-Shipunov 301 autocannons while the Sukhoi 33 has only one.

Besides the standard missiles, the Nosferatu can carry the following three special weapons:

the All Direction Multi Purpose Missiles, Electromagnetic Launchers and Electronic Countermeasures.

The standard Nosferatu in Ace Combat can fire 18 salvos of ADMM, each consisting of 12 fast

and powerful missiles that can target up to 12 air or ground targets simultaneously.

One drawback of this system is that it takes a long time to reload and it was nerfed in

Ace Combat Assault Horizon and Ace Combat Infinity.

The next weapon are the electromagnetic launchers mounted on each side of the aircraft, the

EMLs are basically mini-railguns mounted on the aircraft for long-range engagements and

whereas it took a long time for the ADMMs to recharge, the firing and recharge time

of the EML is almost instantaneous.

Lastly, the Nosferatu can be equipped with electronic countermeasures that can neutralize

incoming enemy missiles.

Lore

In the Strangereal universe, the CFA-44 Nosferatu

was developed by the Federal Republic of Estovakia sometime during the first decade of the 21st century.

Based on the markings of the prototype, the CFA-44 was developed for the Estovakian Navy

to be used together in tandem with the Estovakian Aerial Fleet - more specifically the Nosferatu

was meant to be operated from the P-1112 Aigaion flying aircraft carrier where it would replace

the Sukhoi 33.

However, unlike the Estovakian Aerial Fleet, the CFA-44 program did not come to fruition.

Only one Nosferatu was built and the aircraft was used as a test platform for new weapons

including the ADMMs and EMLs.

As the tide of the Emmeria-Estovakia war turned against Estovakia, Lieutenant Commander Ilya

Pasternak, one of the most experienced pilots within the Estovakian Air Force, was assigned

the mission to shoot down the Emmerian ace Garuda 1 in an effort to halt the Emmerian counterattack.

For this mission he took control of the sole CFA-44 Nosferatu aircraft which was further

modified for an increase in speed, maneuverability and had the addition of a control system which

could operate several UAV-45 drones known as the Malebolge or Malgebolg.

In the fight between Garuda and Pasternak, the Nosferatu is shot down and explodes in

mid-air, killing Pasternak and most likely leaving no traces of the Nosferatu.

By the end of the Emmerian-Estovakian war, one could argue that Emmeria got its hands

on the CFA-44 and its technology but there is no confirmation of this.

Interestingly, the history of the Nosferatu in the Assault Horizon universe was greatly

expanded in the ASF-X Master file even though the Nosferatu was a DLC aircraft that came

long after the release of the game.

The CFA-44 was developed by the Soviet Union between the late 1970s and early 1980s.

It is confirmed that production of the aircraft took place in the Romanian county of Constanța

by an unknown manufacturer, however there is possibility the plane was manufactured

in other locations in the Soviet Union or in other countries of the Eastern Bloc.

NATO only became aware of the Nosferatu's existence in the early 1980s when the aircraft

was sighted by satellites over the Romanian coast by the Black Sea.

The unique shape of the Nosferatu was met with disbelief by intelligence officers amongst

the western nations because it was very different from contemporary designs operated by the

communist air forces.

Upon further examination of satellite imagery, units of the CFA-44 were found to be operating

from air bases in both Romania and the Ukraine.

Better imagery gave western intelligence officers a better visual on the Nosferatu and at the

time it was believed that the aircraft was a new model from either Mikoyan-Gurevich or

Sukhoi - but the origin of the Nosferatu was never found.

NATO's Air Standardization Coordinating Committee gave the "Fandance" designation

for the CFA-44 while the United States Department of Defense called the aircraft "Uni-D"

or "Unidentified Delta".

With the mass production of the new Soviet fighters in the early 1980s, namely the MiG-29

and the Sukhoi 27, the Nosferatu is said to have disappeared from Western eyes.

However that is not say the CFA-44 didn't get to see any action, but merely received

less attention.

As a response to the reveal of the F-117 Nighthawk by the US military in 1988, the Soviets and

then the Russians, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, deployed the Nosferatu

in both the Middle East and Africa.

The ASF-X masterfile doesn't mention the specific conflicts in which the Nosferatu

had been deployed but some possibilities include the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan that ended

in 1989, the first and second Chechen Wars and other conflicts in which Russia could

have sent military assistance -and since is a fictional universe there are many possibilities.

In one of these conflicts, one Nosferatu had a mechanical failure and ended up crashing

in a certain African country.

The pilot died in the crash and because this certain African country was in the western

sphere of influence the NATO powers were able to examine the wreckage.

They were able to get a considerable amount of information on the engines, weaponry and

avionics but because the cockpit had a self-destruct device meant to destroy to the cockpit they

were not able to make a complete study of the aircraft.

It is important to mention that with the Romanian Revolution of 1989 and the dissolution of

the Soviet Union in 1991, a considerable amount of information regarding military equipment

fell into the black market, and it is a possibility that other nations have got their hands on

the design and technology of the Nosferatu - an enormous threat that can challenge the

superiority of the NATO countries.

With the dawn of the new millenium and more specifically on the year of 2002, two CFA-44

Nosferatu aircraft units of unknown origin performed unauthorized flights over the Japanese

islands of Hokkaido and Kyushu.

This intrusion of advanced aircraft over Japanese air space only a year after the September

11 attacks coupled with the inability of the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force to intercept

them pushed Japan to develop its own next-generation fighter, the ASF-X Shinden II.

Years later, in 2016, there were further engagements between CFA-44s and Shindens.

These events are described in the Ace Combat novel Ikaros in the Sky, were the two main

characters, Kei Nagase and Wataru Asano, entered in combat with the unknown Nosferatus.

The translation of the Ace Combat novel is still ongoing by the time I'm making this

video, but once I get more details on the events I will post a comment covering the

story so please check for a pinned comment after you watch the video.

In the Infinity timeline it is assumed that the Nosferatu had been developed by either

the Soviet Union or Russia just like in the Assault Horizon universe.

But with the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the subsequent Ulysses disaster, the CFA-44

Nosferatu technology was leaked to the black market and eventually it found its way to

the United Nation Forces, Wernher and Noah Enterprises and lastly the Usean Federation.

Wernher and Noah used the CFA-44 as the basis for the Papillon Project were the Nosferatu

was modified to become the QFA-44, a drone remotely operated by the Butterfly Master

from a Wernher and Noah Satellite.

The QFA-44 could be operated from the Moby Dick aircraft carrier and was capable of controlling

smaller UAVs, more specifically the MQ-90L Quox bis, a modified version of the Quox fitted

with laser pods.

The QFA-44 piloted by the Butterfly Master was shot down at least twice during the engagements

between the United Nations Forces and the Usean Federation, but it is very likely that

the latter was able to mass produce the aircraft.

Unfortunately there is no more information available on the Nosferatu in the Infinity

universe since the story mode was left unfinished.

Trivia In addition to the variants of the Nosferatu

that I've mentioned previously, it is worth pointing out that the following aircraft were

added to Ace Combat 6 as DLCs: the Nosferatu Prototype, the Nosferatu Aces and the Nosferatu Razgriz.

All of them have slightly different performance stats with the prototype being the least powerful of them.

Interestingly, the paint scheme of the prototype aircraft shows that the Nosferatu was a test

aircraft that belonged to the Estovakian Navy and the tail code "AI" implies that the

Nosferatu was to be operated from the Aigaion heavy command cruiser.

A slightly modified version of this paint scheme is also used on the QFA-44 aircraft

flown by the Butterfly Master in Ace Combat Infinity.

In addition, another Nosferatu has been added called -Strigon Leader-, featuring the paint

scheme of Ilya Pasternak from Ace Combat 6.

The origins of the name Nosferatu are hard to find, however the name become very popular

in the early 20th century as a synonym for "vampire" with the release of the 1922

German silent film called "Nosferatu" which was inspired by the legend of Count Dracula

Since the legend of Dracula takes place in Romania it is no surprise that Project Aces

decided to make this a reference when they said the Nosferatu aircraft were produced

in Romania in the Assault Horizon universe.

Lastly, I should also mention that the Nosferatu is the only playable aircraft in Bandai Namco's

arcade game Mach Storm and that it appears frequently as an easter egg in other games

such as Tekken 6 and Tekken 7.

This concludes the lore on the CFA-44 Nosferatu also known as Fandance which appears in Ace

Combat 6, Assault Horizon, Infinity, two Ace Combat books and on even other games from

Bandai Namco - making this one of the most popular original aircraft of the Ace Combat series.

Unit 731 This secret chemical and biological warfare

research and development unit committed some of the most ferocious and notorious acts by

the Imperial Japanese, when they were based in Northeast China.

Officially, Unit 731 was called the Epidemic Prevention and Water Purification Department

which then adopted the name "Unit 731" in the year 1941.

600 men, women, and children of Chinese, Korean, Mongolian, and Soviet descent, as well as

Allied POWs, were passed onto the unit - amounting to at least 3,000 in total.

These people were experimented on at the camp.

They were called "logs" as a staff joke, because the facility's cover was that it

was a lumber mill.

Organs were removed and studied, limbs were amputated, and these people were injected

with diseases to examine their effects.

The unit also infected fleas with the plague and dropped these, along with infected supplies

and clothing.

This is estimated to have taken the lives upwards of 400,000 Chinese civilians.

This barely scratches the surface of the horrendous things that Unit 731 did.

The unit was the Heart of Darkness made manifest.

If you're willing to look into that darkness, don't say I didn't warn you.

14.

The Goiania Accident.

This one's radioactive.

The Goiânia accident occurred in Brazil in 1987, and a look into the unfortunate event's

Wikipedia page will have you wondering if it could happen again.

And it can, anywhere at anytime.

What happened was there was a radiotherapy source - specifically, a tele therapy radiation

capsule - at an abandoned hospital that was handled by a number of people.

Four of these people passed, and 249 more suffered high levels of radioactive materiel

in their bodies.

Called "one of the world's worst nuclear disasters" by Time magazine, multiple houses

had to be demolished, and the topsoil removed from sites, due to the incident.

13.

Genie This is one of the most vicious cases of wrongdoing

by a young girl's own father on record.

Genie was born in America in 1957.

Her father decided when she was only a baby that she was mentally disabled.

As she grew older, he started withholding attention and care, and his dislike of Genie

led to her nearly complete social isolation by the age of twenty months.

From that age to thirteen and a half years old, she was kept locked in her room, her

arms and legs nearly always immobilized, secured to a crib or a child's toilet.

No one was allowed to communicate with Genie, she wasn't given any form of stimulation

or entertainment, and she was severely malnourished.

Due to her isolation, Genie could not communicate, having been exposed to so little language.

And it wasn't until 1970 that the Los Angeles child welfare authorities were made aware

of her situation.

Once Genie was removed from her home, linguists, psychologists, and other scientists began

examining her unique case, specifically her human development.

It took only months for her to communicate nonverbally and develop basic social skills.

However, when the case study was finalized, she still had traits of an unsocialized person

and could not acquire a first language, thus suggesting that there are critical points

in which language can be acquired during the normal processes of human development.

In 1978, Genie's mother stepped in and disallowed further testing of her daughter.

At this point, it's thought that Genie was thereafter cared for by the state of California,

but nothing further is factually known about her living arrangement.

We can only hope that Genie was at last allowed to live in peace.

Capgras Delusion Imagine: you walk into your kitchen one morning.

Your husband is cooking breakfast.

But when he turns to you, and you look in his eyes, suddenly you feel that this isn't

your husband at all, but an imposter, just pretending.

This psychiatric disorder involves a delusion in which someone feels an identical impostor

has replaced their parent, family member, friend, spouse, or even their pet.

Classified as a delusional misidentification syndrome, Capgras delusion can be transient,

acute, or chronic and can also involve a feeling of time warp or substitution.

Paranoid schizophrenia is often involved, but dementia and brain injury can also be

a contributing factor.

Have you ever thought your loved one was an imposter?

11.

Roch Thériault Cults are always creepy, but this one is particularly

heinous.

Canadian cult leader, Roch Thériault, was the head of a religious group from 1977 to

1989 called the Ant Hill Kids.

Calling himself the prophet Moise, Theriault's cult followed upon Seventh-day Adventist Church

beliefs.

He sold the commune as a place where people could go to be motivated and live free from

sin, in unity and harmony.

Of course, with such freedom comes a lot of restrictions, one of them being that members

were not allowed to keep in contact with their families.

There was also a doomsday element to the Ant Hill Kids, as Thériault claimed the end would

come in February 1979, which, in fact, it didn't.

As within many cults, Thériault established that he could have multiple wives, and all

female members were required to have a child with him.

26 children later, they and his followers were under Theriault's totalitarian rule

at his commune.

Anyone who considered leaving the commune or who did not obey his rules faced increasingly

worse punishment, which started with plucking all the hairs on the person's body and ended

with forcing followers to break their own legs with sledgehammers.

After finally taking the life one member, Solange Boilard, while attempting to demonstrate

his "healing powers" after she complained of a stomachache, Thériault was arrested

and sentenced to life behind bars.

If you have the nerve, click on this Wikipedia page.

Some of the actions this cult leader committed are beyond appalling.

Mike the Headless Chicken Ever heard the phrase "running around like

a chicken with its head cut off"?

If so, it probably made you cringe once you thought it through.

If it did, jump over to Mike the Headless Chicken's Wikipedia page, and you'll be

doing more than cringing.

This chicken had its head cut off and lived on not just for minutes, but for 18 months

after.

When the story first came out in 1945, many believed it to be a hoax.

But Mike's owner, Lloyd Olsen of Colorado, took the headless chicken to the University

of Utah to have his story verified.

As it would turn out, the chicken was still living because, when Olsen had gone to chop

off his head, he'd missed the jugular vein, leaving a majority of the brain stem intact.

The botched act made it so that the chicken could still perch, attempt to peck for food,

and even crow…which is said to have sounded more like gurgling than an actual crow.

Mike became a sensation, and he was soon taken on tour to be part of a sideshow act, earning

Olsen $4,500 a month, which is $49,300 in today's money during the height of the chicken's

popularity.

Sadly, Mike's headless life was cut short when he passed away from choking on a piece

of corn in the middle of the night.

His legacy lives on, however, in Fruita, Colorado, where "Mike the Headless Chicken Day"

is celebrated each year in May.

Just don't think about it too much, or you'll be having nightmares about it tonight.

Gold Base This is the international headquarters of

the Church of Scientology.

Located in Riverside County, California, around 100 miles from Los Angeles, the compound is

confidential and heavily guarded by patrols 24/7, high fences with razor wire and "Ultra

Barrier" spikes at the top, motion detectors and cameras.

The Church also closely monitors passing traffic along the public road nearby.

So, what is going on inside of the nearly fifty-building compound that requires such

heavy security and secrecy?

The Church acquired the property in 1978 with cash, under the alias "Scottish Highland

Quietude Club."

Senior church officials, as well as the Church's leader and the elite inner circle of around

1,000 members known as the Sea Org, live on site, and many prominent Scientologists have

studied at Gold Base, including Tom Cruise.

As luxurious as this compound sounds, staff conditions are said to be terrible.

Pay is $50 for a 100-hour work week, and punishments are dealt to those who don't fulfill work

quotas.

The lake was reportedly used for punishment on various occasions in the 2000s.

One of those punishments involved being pushed into the freezing cold water at night, while

the leader looked on.

According to reports, mistreated members of staff - up to 100 annually - make an attempt

at escaping from Gold Base.

They are inevitably captured and brought back to base by "pursuit teams."

If this summary on the fearful place known as Gold Base isn't enough for you, click

on through to the Wikipedia page.

There's plenty more where this comes from.

Stone Man Syndrome This entry might give you flashbacks of greyscale

is much scarier even than fiction.

It's a rare connective tissue disease, in which damaged fibrous tissue - like muscles,

ligaments, and tendons - becomes ossified and permanently freeze joints in place when

injured.

This syndrome occurs when the repair mechanism of the body has mutated.

Sometimes joints are affected in such a way that the patient cannot open or close the

mouth completely to eat or talk.

Breathing complications can also occur as a result of extra bone formation surrounding

the rib cage, which presses the diaphragm and lungs.

If you can imagine not being able to move certain parts of your body or breathe easy,

you probably have some idea of what it feels like to suffer from this syndrome.

June and Jennifer Gibbons These identical twins were born in 1963 in

Barbados and raised in Wales, known as the "Silent Twins."

The pair only talked to each other and rarely left each other's side.

They were bullied and ostracized in school.

As they became socially isolated, their language became almost unintelligible to others, and

they often mirrored each other's actions as they spoke.

By 14, they only spoke to each other and their younger sister.

A series of therapists attempted to encourage them to be more social by sending them to

separate boarding schools.

But this only made them more isolated, as they each withdrew completely when on their

own.

Once reunited, the girls wrote fiction together and put on plays with their dolls.

Their stories often involved characters who exhibited criminality.

Their interest in this may have been inspiration, as their later actions included arson.

They were eventually sent to a mental hospital called Broadmoor for fourteen years.

Although they continued to be mute to the world, the girls shared a pact that if one

of them passed, the one left to live would have to speak and live normally.

While still in Broadmoor, they decided that one of them must passed away, and Jennifer

offered to so that June could live normally.

She did, in fact, pass away of inflammation of the heart during a move to another facility.

But the cause of this inflammation is still unknown.

A few days after Jennifer had passed, June stated: "I'm free at last, liberated, and

at last Jennifer has given up her life for me."

Did she give up her life?

Or was her life taken?

Some speculate whether June may have set herself free.

But that's entirely speculation.

6.

Rat King This is not what it sounds like.

It's not a single rat, so large and powerful it became king.

It's a group of intertwined rats that have somehow gotten stuck together.

Somehow, the rat collective's tails become intertwined, and they are stuck together sometimes

by sap, gum, or by something that entangles them, like hair.

How many rats constitute a "rat king"?

The number can be anywhere from three to upwards of 32.

For some reason, Germany has seen this phenomenon more so than anywhere else, but it is a rare

occurrence.

And rats aren't the only rodents this strangeness happens to.

Squirrels and forest mice have also been known to king up…but, in my opinion, the thought

of that is distinctly not as gross as rats.

5.

Dancing Mania So you think you can dance?

Don't start or you may not be able to stop.

This social phenomenon occurred between the 14th and 17th centuries in mainland Europe,

where erratic dancing, sometimes involving thousands of people at once, resulted in many

collapsing from exhaustion.

Also known as the dancing plague or St Vitus's Dance, this mania isn't simply an all-night

rager; rather, it's an outbreak that spreads quickly.

The first major one happened in 1374 in the Holy Roman Empire and others have been noted

throughout the centuries ever since.

The cause of dancing mania is unknown, but some believe it was simply mass hysteria,

which is when social influence causes physical symptoms with no known cause.

Other theories range from religious cults instituting the mania to the period's poverty

resulting in spontaneous dancing to relieve stress.

Whatever the cause was in the past, nowadays we just call it the fun pastime of a flashmob.

4.

Lori Erica Ruff This one will send you down an internet rabbit

hole.

After a failed marriage, Lori Erica Ruff took her own life on Christmas Eve 2010 at her

father-in-law's house.

It was only then that her in-laws discovered that Ruff was not who she seemed.

Lori Erica Ruff was not even her real name; rather it was an alias.

In fact, it was one of at least two alias' she had adopted in her lifetime.

Her secret was discovered after her passing, when her in-laws decided to take it upon themselves

to dig into Ruff's mysterious past.

They found her house a complete mess, with laundry, trash and dishes piled up all over

the place, and documents and papers shredded, some with meaningless messages written.

That's when they came upon a lockbox hidden in a closet.

After prying it open with a screwdriver, they found more odd scribblings inside, along with

a birth certificate for Becky Sue Turner, as well as a change-of-name ruling, legally

allowing someone called "Turner" to change her name to Lori Erica Kennedy.

Things got even weirder when investigators found that Turner had passed away at two years

old in a house fire.

Still, Lori's birth name remained a mystery, as further scribblings turned up nothing.

Even after they sought the help of an investigator for the Social Security Administration, the

woman's identity was not recovered.

Theories of who she was could be found far and wide all over the internet.

It wasn't until 2013 that Colleen Fitzpatrick, a former NASA contractor and forensic genealogist,

took up the case by tracing her genetic genealogy.

She was eventually led to believe the woman was Kimberly McLean, an identity thief, who

became Becky Sue Turner through obtaining the birth certificate of the child who'd

passed away in the fire, and then moved and changed her name to Lori Erica Kennedy.

Why she did all this, we may never know.

But, again, as you could probably guess, the internet has some theories.

3.

Human Experimentation in the United States This particular page lists a number of unethical

experiments enacted on test subjects in the US.

Why are they considered unethical?

Well, in many of these cases, they were performed without the subjects' consent or knowledge

and often illegally.

Who were the subjects?

Often minorities, the poor, the incarcerated, the sick, the mentally disabled, and even

children.

What kind of tests were performed?

Human radiation and surgical experiments, experiments to test out interrogation techniques,

exposure to biological and chemical experiments, such as diseases leading to loss of life,

experiments to test mind-altering substances, and many more.

Who ran these tests?

Often funds came from the US government.

You heard that correctly.

The CIA, the US military, and private corporations tied to the military were the primary funders.

The experiments they performed in detail are certainly a disturbing read.

2.

Fatal Insomnia This one will keep you up at night.

Literally.

Usually inherited, fatal insomnia is a rare sleep disorder found in only about forty families

globally and with just a hundred people diagnosed.

After the disease's onset, this form of insomnia could lead to the end of your life

within a few months to a few years, with the average survival rate of being 18 months.

As the title would suggest, insomnia is the primary symptom, but dementia, speech and

physical coordination issues can also result from this form.

The four stages of this form of insomnia include stage one that lasts around four months and

entails progressive insomnia with an increase in panic attacks, phobias, and paranoia.

Stage two that lasts for about five months includes noticeable panic attacks and hallucinations.

Stage three lasts around three months and includes total insomnia, no sleep, and rapid

weight loss.

And stage four may last six months or more, during which the individual grows mute and

unresponsive, dementia sets in, and then passing on.

If you're having trouble sleeping, don't search it up on Wikipedia, or you may just

be its next victim.

List of Unusual This list of unusual passing is more entertaining

than scary, but in reading it, you may start to fear that there are so many more ways to

pass away than you'd previously thought.

Let the horror begin.

The list includes rare, unique, and, yes, unusual cases of people passing away - unusual

being, as the Wikipedia article notes, "not habitually or commonly occurring or done"

and "remarkable or interesting because different from or better than others," as defined

by Oxford Dictionary.

It includes such examples as Draco, an Athenian lawmaker, in 620 BC who was smothered by gifts

of hats and cloaks by grateful citizens and passed away.

Or Martin of Aragon who, in 1410, passed away of laughter.

Well, not just laughter, but rather a combination of belly laughing and indigestion from eating

a whole goose.

The joke, you might ask?

When asked where he'd been, the king's jester replied: "Out of the next vineyard,

where I saw a young deer hanging by his tail from a tree, as if someone had so punished

him for stealing figs."

Maybe it was funnier back then.

This list certainly isn't though.

EndoMag gets Mean, Not-So-Ideal Conceal, CZ leaks new P10's! - TGC News! - Duration: 14:09.

This week on TGC News, gutting PMAGs for 9mm carbines, the Ideal Conceal Struggle Bus Journey

and CZ leaks

new P10's!

Welcome back to another episode of TGC News, the only gun news show that covers things

you actually care about, my name is Jon Patton.

We absolutely CRUSHED last week's comment challenge, Let's see if we can do it 2 weeks

in a row.

Leave a comment simply stating your favorite caliber to shoot and I will randomly pick

someone to win a TGC Swag Pack!

READY GOOOOOO!

Now, the news.

First up this week is a product that falls well into the bounds of "why did it take this

long for someone to make this?"

Say hello to the EndoMag from Mean arms.

Mean arms is best known for their cali-compliant side-feeding loaders and they've now expanded

into the Pistol Caliber Carbine game.

The product is called the EndoMag and it is essentially an AR mag internals kit that allow

you to turn your standard AR15 into an AR9 without having to use a magazine block or

get a new lower entirely.

You just swap out the internals of your gen 2 or gen 3 PMAG and replace it with the endo

mag.

They've actually come up with a really neat follower that will allow you to limit the

amount of ammo for those compliant states.

It comes preset at its longest setting that only allows 10 rounds in the mag, BUT you

can trim it down to one of the indicated lengths to allow up to 30 rounds of 9mm in the mag.

They've demonstrated in the promo video that the magazine does handle some of the more

problematic bullet shapes available in 9mm.

They also claim that this is a better idea than a PCC lower because of muscle memory

and things like that but I call BS because a mag change on an AR9 is not significantly

different than an AR15.

It's just not.

Either way I'm excited to see how this shakes up the pistol caliber market.

You can essentially just grab a different upper and rock and roll with your 9mm.

HOWEVER, there are already tons of lowers on the market and LOTS of people have Glock

mags so I don't know that it will completely take over the market, at least for a while.

Another thing to consider is the fact that you can get a 30 round Glock mag for about

20 bucks right now, And with the combination of the preorder price for the EndoMag which

is 25 bucks, plus the 10-15 bucks you paid for your PMAG, you're looking 35 to 40 bucks

just to keep that familiar shape and not have to get a new lower.

So I have to ask, what do you guys think of this?

Is it the product of the year OR is it just easier to get an AR9 lower that takes a normal

pistol magazine?

Sound off in the comments below with your thoughts!

You guys hear that?

It sounds like a sputtering bus engine, that might be struggling.

That's right the struggle bus is back and this our rider is a company called Ideal Conceal

and their Cell Phone Pistol.

This one has been a long time coming.

I first found out about this double barreled 380 folding pistol in early 2016.

At the time it was a fairly innovative idea.

Having a gun that could fold up into the shape of a large smart phone and hold a couple rounds

of 380.

However, the road to get the gun out has been a long one.

This gun was essentially born out of smoke, mirrors and a 3D rendering.

That was the first thing we all saw.

Let's go through a little timeline here.

February of 2016 the world sees the rendering, everyone gets excited but the gun doesn't

actually exist at that point outside of a computer.

They claimed to be have the gun ready by summer of 2016 and follow that with a semi auto version

in 2017 or 2018.

Fast forward to May of 2016 and all that we had seen was a plastic model.

Moving farther still, november 2016, "wrapping up pre orders" which had to be paid in full

up front.

Except they opened another round of pre-orders immediately after that, I suspect due to lack

of funding.

January 2017, Still no release date, an update from the owner about how they found out that

a bunch of their design won't work and there were still two rounds of prototyping to do.

March 2017, more than a year after the gun was "announced", still no gun, estimating

may or June to be in full production.

May of 2017, a weird video showing printed out pictures of parts for the gun.

They are well aware of the shortcomings and missteps at this point, having offered people

their money back a couple times if they are tired of waiting.

A few days later, a crowdfunding campaign.

Now they are really looking for a money injection.

So not only did they suck dry all the pre-order customers but now they're claiming that a

company with no products and only 1050 preorders is somehow worth 15 million dollars and that

you should invest in that.

Somehow they raised almost 200 grand.

Good for them.

Smoke and Mirrors goes a long way to separate people from their money.

Still no information about when the pistol would actually hit the market.

December 2017, "great news, we are finally going into production in january but the gun

isn't finished yet" February of 2018 - we are going to start shipping soon.

Still some kinks to work out.

March 2018 - yup still not ready, April of 2018, we have the parts and will be producing

the first 250 guns soon.

May 2018- still making changes to the gun.

And that brings us to now, July of 2018 2 and a half years later, finally shipping the

preorders.

Now, I don't want you guys to think I'm being extra hard on Ideal Conceal because honestly,

this super long journey to bring a gun to market is not uncommon.

It's just rarely done in the public eye and with public money.

But this is a prime example of why I tell you guys not to get involved with crowdfunding

when it comes to companies with zero track record of business.

Let's hope that Ideal Conceal is able to step off of the struggle bus and actually get all

the preorders shipped and maybe even get some dealers stocked up because I dunno about you

guys, but I'd like to shoot it.

I'd never carry it, but I'd sure like to shoot it haha.

Oh and because it's important, the gun was originally 395 bucks when it was announced

and the current MSRP is now 575 dollars securing its place in "not gonna buy that" land.

This week our Good Guy with A Gun, is again, not a guy.

We are transported to Milwaukee Wisconsin on June 28th.

We actually have video for this one.

In the back of the George Webb restaurant we can see 2 workers who are quickly joined

by what was later found out to be a regular customer of the restaurant and allegedly a

drug dealer.

He walks in and absolutely THUMPS the one waitress in the face.

It was at that point the second waitress reaches for her firearm and points it directly at

the threat.

Clearly a man that has had a gun pointed at him before, he continued to shout and argue

with the woman but slowly backed out out of the room.

Now we don't have a ton of footage to go on but holy crap did you guys see how hard he

hit that woman?

Supposedly this was all over the amount of time that his food was taking to come out

from the kitchen.

Yep.

Now the question I have for you guys, Should the gun toting waitress have shot the attacker?

Was she correct in not stopping the threat or was her deescalation the right call?

Let's talk about it in the comments.

Also recently new, CZ is expanding on their P10 line up with the addition of the a couple

new models.

Just on the back of the release of the P10C OR at IWA in europe a little while back, leaked

photos of the P10F have surfaced as well as a separate photo that shows another model

the P10S.

The F is the full size model and I suspect the S is for subcompact.

MrGunsnGear unsurprisingly got the scoop on the full size model and it looks as you might

expect.

A bigger P10.

I suspect we may not know full details on this thing until SHOT show next year but in

the meantime, get excited that CZ is not slowing down with new guns.

Also in new product news, we have some more additions from Ruger.

I talked about the 17wsm Model 77 a few weeks back and they announced a new color variation

of that, YAY.

They also announced a laser equipped version of the security 9 as well as a compact 1911.

Yea.

They did also announce a new version of the 10/22 lite called the 10/22 Target Lite.

It's exactly what it sounds like, a lightweight tuned up version of the 10/22 lite models

you already know.

They feature a cold hammer forged barrel inside a lighter weight aluminum sleeve as well as

a BX25 trigger and super fancy red laminate stock.

All for an MSRP of 649 bucks.

It's time for more Friendly Fire, the segment where I answer your questions from all over

social media.

This week our questions are coming from YOUTUBE!

I posted asking for questions and you guys did not disappoint.

Yes, yes it is.

2 things, first I plead the 5th and second I'm not telling you to break the law but always

carry a gun.

Pistol would be the LAR grizzly in 50AE because I want one.

And rifles, Perhaps the G11 from HK.

Thats total overkill but sure itll work.

300 yards is NOT difficult for most rifles these days.

You could shoot to 300 yards WAY cheaper with a good 5.56 rifle set up to shoot match ammo.

And hey, if you want to ask a friendly fire question, send it to me over on theguncollective.com!

That is it for this week's show.

Guys if you disliked this video, hit that button, if you liked it, hit like, get subscribed

and consider supporting us via the links in the video description below.

We have a new amazon affiliate store as well as a link to purchase cool shirts just like

this one!

Mercedes-Benz Concept EQ at The 147th Open: Return of the Claret Jug - Duration: 1:30.

I was kind of in a trance at the time.

Everything had happened so fast in the previous two hours that it was almost disbelief.

I remember kind of feeling it, and not recognising

how much detail has gone into this trophy. And then

it kind of hit me that this is the greatest trophy in our sport.

That moment, on the 18th green there at Royal Birkdale, was very special.

It was not until I actually handed it back that this

kind of sadness came upon me, like,

I don't want to, you know?

But that's more of a drive to try and get it back in my hands, I guess.

THE FIELD | E2 | VESTA APARTMENTS | SHORTY, QUINN & THE CITY - Duration: 9:09.

So, right now we're on the back end of the crane that's here at Vesta and we're

actually on a ride right now, Josh is swinging a concrete bucket over to one

of the sheer walls right by the temple and we're actually pouring the concrete

while we're standing upon the back end of this crane. if we look this way we're

looking at the Vulcan and we're right at the base of the Vulcan so not many

people I guess in their lives much less the city of Birmingham get to see this

kind of view from up here

Alright so I guess the since we were last here Cody left us he left

yesterday did give us any kind of hug didn't say goodbye

Last Wednesday,

Russo drilled the last caisson.

by Cody leaving, what we've done is we've

immediately created all this space that people have to go to work so now we've

got more work we can do got more activities that we can plan and getting

the right material is the right plan in place is what we're trying to do now

we're roughly at the 8th level of the tower but we're standing in the tower crane.

we're getting ready to pour the second pour of the seventh floor we're

gonna make that pour this Thursday

Ceco has been doing really good job for us production wise

we've basically hit every elevated slab pour date that we've had

scheduled but for a day or two here there

so we're maintaining our schedule on the flow of the concrete work

this slab will be ready for inspection

by the city of Birmingham sometime tomorrow

LBYD, the structural engineer they'll come in and look at it and then

we'll pour this thing at pump will show up 2:30 Thursday morning and we'll pour

concrete start at 3 o'clock

So Patronis' crew is a lively Bunch

they've got a leader named Tequila, that's his nickname but they've

got a group a core guys about six to seven guys that they don't ever complain

they're always here if we're behind getting the deck ready for them they

always have bailed us out we've never had to stop a poor or reschedule a pour

because Patronis wasn't ready one of their guys Shorty, he's been a good asset

to the job he keeps everybody on their toes you know people look at him they

might not agree with everything that comes out of his mouth but he's got an

energy about him that is infectious and I know me personally when I talk to

Shorty he lifts me up and

it makes me realize is that this

important and he wants to be here he wants to be part of the team you can

tell that by what he does

I'm Evan Boyd, basically Shorty

this will be basically

got going on right here man is uh this is reinforcement whenever you're dealing

with concrete or structurals like this

and what PT and one of these PT cables are here for

See how they're already stretched that down the line

see now they got these little waves in it right now but the way the

concrete is sitting like at a certain elevation the PT cables they're gonna

meet the rebar at that certain level and once they get pulled they basically go

from sagging to like a whole straight line and just pulled apart and it just

makes the concrete just stretch apart and everything that didn't fall in place

falls in place then it just tightens itself up

alright this is the way I normally like to tie, of course you know

you're real rodbuster you know how to make

a hook because it makes it easy so you're gonna go underneath the bar

we're gonna go under the bottom bar and over the top bar not a figure eight but

it's pretty much like a basically a saddle have you seen a saddle on a horse

basically what it is

got something that won't move.

Two sexy guys on camera, you see this? uh-huh

this is a Tequila, this is my boss

Tequila you're on TV basically

funny, funny you should ask him if he's straight out of

school if you do it like a little baby look you little whiskers start coming in

now? look at that.

that's the kind of fun that we have out here man

we're always cracking jokes knows that we get out here we bust our behind

know but we still we still like here doing our work and

man I'd tell ya, it's been

an adventure but you know what like I said I wouldn't take it back you know

cuz this right here is just something can't nobody take away from you man

its hard work but you know if you're built for it, you could do it

I'm built for it cuz I'm out here

Quinn, yeah Quinn is spot on when it comes to Safety

He is from the New England area so I'm trying to smooth that edge out on him just

a little bit making my southern boy a little bit but he is really critical

to the day-to-day safety that's going on out there

My name is Quinn Hutchinson I'm a safety manager for BL Harbert here on the Vista

project been here on site since January 18th of this year been with the company

since 2003 so I've been you know quite a while with them

so what we would have here is some plumbing penetrations that's coming up

to the floor below and I don't know if they're in the process of still making

those penetrations with the pipe like they have over here but in the meantime

it leaves a hazard open for what's anybody working down below some they may

compete the concrete nut, a bolt down below hit somebody's down below off the

hard hat off the head potential for injury there

want to avoid this at all costs so we need to have hole covers in place

another thing that Harbert likes to do is to make sure number one our cable

rails are taut they're nice and tight and also we want to flag them to make it

highly visible so somebody maybe walking up to it they don't just go right off

the edge and everything so we trying to put flag in roughly about every six foot

and that way it helps to identify where the leading edge is

so everything's going to our feel good deal good all cribbed up

properly the lines not going to drop?

nope.

all right y'all have a great day be safe, alright.

my job out here walking the site keep an eye on everybody make sure

they remember to tie off make sure they remember the hook into the chain put on

their high-visibility wear their safety glasses things on that line

it may seem redundant but it's a job that's important and I do take it

personally cause I don't want to see me my employees get hurt on the job

I said officer Pitts, what are we gonna do, ya know, what he said you know

He said, your permits expired I said what does that mean? he said no noise before seven

o'clock to get that permit renewed. so I'll call Zeke and they of course I get voicemail

really yes let's go see Zeke

today I got a phone call from the city

of Birmingham detective with city of Birmingham he advised me that we had a

permit that had expired with the traffic department and until that permit is

renewed we cannot have any noise before 7:00 a.m. we have a scheduled concrete

pour at 3 o'clock in the morning on Thursday morning and right now I don't

know if and when we're going to pour that slab

I got here this more than 1:50

no traffic

We're gonna pour 237 for the high-rise

then we're gonna go 200 + up on the mid rise

starting in 8 oclock.

all of the South grade beams that'll

finish out the top end of the mid rise finished that and then we can get our

plumbers up there and start starting running the trunk line

So this is what our job site looks like at four o'clock in the morning

yes so the good thing is we've

got concrete here we've got people here doesn't seem to be a whole lot of drama

right now and we're making the floor like we need to do that's kind of the

big picture where you got to get to is is out of all that junk that you got to

deal with every day did we make the poor

so we are.

got to leave this here go home be at home for a little while and then go to

bed a couple hours once you get home and then get up a few times a night with the

baby try to get it to sleep then you right back up coming here sometimes it's

hard to switch one off another you know

so yesterday I had to go down to the

city and try to get what's called a noise permit allow us pour concrete

between 10 o'clock at night 7 o'clock in the morning so I went down

to City met with them they gave us a temporary permit to make this poor but

we've got to be able to find a permanent solution we don't have one right now so

we're working with the city trying to work with the neighbors over here to try

to come up with a solution that makes them happy but still allows us before

concrete at three o'clock in the morning

Vegetable with couscous | Healthy Vegan Recipe - Duration: 6:01.

Hi again, welcome back to our channel.

Today we are delighted to share with you our favourite midweek supper

So first thing we do, we prepare the vegetables.

For this recipe we used whatever vegetables we had in the fridge.

This recipe helps me use all the extra vegetables we had from last week.

I recommend you to use your favourite vegetables.

I like to keep the vegetables little bit bigger and chop length wise, just because I will

cook them longer and I don't want them to go mushy.

After chopping everything put them aside.

Get your garlic ginger paste ready.

Now on a cooking pot add vegetable oil.

Cook the onions for just a couple of minutes, then add the ginger garlic paste we made earlier.

Add Stock cubes, bay leaf and cook them until soft,

In the meantime, the stock cube will melt in

Now I'm adding some turmeric powder, cardamom and cloves, paprika, black pepper, some cinnamon

powder, and a little bit of brown sugar.

At this stage, I'm cooking until they are nicely blended.

I always prefer to use some water to make sure the spices don't get burnet that causes

a slightly bitter taste.

I am adding some salt now and I will balancing it at the end of my cooking if needed Add

chillies only if you want to give extra heat.

After cooking the spices now I add the vegetables.

And mix everything slowly so all the vegetables get mixed with the spices.

I am adding water according to how much gravy you want.

Now is time to put on the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes

After 10 minutes I will add some coriander

and it will be ready to serve.

It is a simple yet tasty recipe perfect with couscous or rice.

But I usually use couscous with this recipe

Now to make couscous I have the easy cooking couscous from the supermarket, they are very

handy when you want to get things done quickly.

Simply adding some seasoning hot water olive oil then mix and cover with a clean film.

After 10 min mix it well and any extra salt and oil if needed.

Now I give it a nice shape using this plastic container and serve my delicious vegan-friendly

vegetable curry.

Once you make this recipe you won't feel the need of meat Again.

So I really hope you try this for yourself and let us know if you enjoyed it

Do Nice Guys Always Finish Last? - Duration: 2:41.

Do nice guys always finish last?

Yeah, I'd say they do.

But when it comes to virtuous men, that's a whole different story.

We have to come to realize the difference between what a nice guy is and what a virtuous

man is.

Being virtuous isn't passive.

A nice guy will grasp at a relationship while a virtuous man will do whatever he can to

pursue one.

A nice guy will seek to be validated in what he does.

Whereas a virtuous man will seek to be present in whatever ways that he is wanting to love

the other.

A nice guy feels entitled to his relationship.

Where a virtuous man seeks his relationship as a way to provide for the other.

A nice guy will allow fear to stifle him, whereas a virtuous man will have the courage

to look fear in the face and overcome it for the other.

A nice guy will eventually give up, whereas a virtuous man will persevere with fortitude.

So just to recap - pursue, be present, provide, protect, and persevere.

Being a virtuous man doesn't have just one type.

You can't put it into a little box.

Because that happens so often in our culture where we just want to put people into boxes.

We don't allow ourselves to live freely.

So if you're a shy man, you can still be virtuous because being a shy man doesn't mean that

you're a pushover.

It just means you take things a little slower.

You take things with ease.

That's awesome, that's amazing.

Being a virtuous man doesn't mean that you can't be "type A."

If you like having things in order, that's awesome.

That's great as well.

Being a virtuous man doesn't mean you can't be artistic, it doesn't mean that it only

is the pipe-smoking, verso alto type of man.

Those men are great, but we have to realize that virtuous men come in all shapes and sizes

as well.

See, the latin root of the word "virtue" actually is "vir."

Which means "manliness" or "valor."

Which is an amazing thing if you think about it.

Living a life of virtue does not mean that we're promised any specific outcome.

It doesn't mean that we'll get the girl, that we're going to be instantaneously sanctified,

or any of those other things.

It doesn't even mean recognition.

Oftentimes, being virtuous means that we're going to go unnoticed.

And that's okay.

Because it does mean being fully alive.

There's something so attractive about somebody who is fully alive.

Who's fully themselves.

When we're no longer stifled by fear or by anxiety.

And being a virtuous man is actually really attractive.

People are drawn to what is good.

And if you're being virtuous then that means you're being fully good and fully yourself.

That's the way that all the women in our lives want to be loved.

They want to be loved in a self-sacrificial type of way.

No man was created to be a nice guy.

We are all created to be virtuous men.

So, do nice guys finish last?

Probably.

But virtuous men don't.

And to be virtuous means

to be fully alive.

Angel out.
