Hawkins Kennedy Test for Shoulder Impingement - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 2:28.
oh hey everybody it's Doctor Jo and Brian. I think he zoned out for a second.
and he is gonna be my supermodel today to show you the hawkins kennedy test for
shoulder impingement. so let's get started.
so the hawkins kennedy test can be done seated or
standing, and this is really just putting that shoulder into an impinged
position to see if there's any pain. so a lot of times that impinged position is
kind of turning it over that way, so there's a couple specific tests for this.
the hawkins kennedy is with the elbow bent, but just remember there's a lot of
false positives and there's a lot of false negatives for these special tests,
so just because he might have pain with this test, it doesn't necessarily mean
it's an impingement. it could be many other things. It could be an
impingement, it could be a labral tear, it could be a rotator cuff tear, or it could
be bursitis, tendinitis. so this is really just to kind of rule everything down not
necessarily saying yep positive, you have a shoulder impingement, but sometimes
it's a pretty good indicator that it might be, and you can do a couple other
tests to make sure to rule in or rule it out. so what you're gonna do with this is
just have him bring his kind of elbow up in front of him, so you're flexing up to
about 90 degrees with his arm in front of him this way, and then you're gonna
internally rotate his arm very quickly just to kind of see how it feels. so I'm
internally rotating this way and going downwards so I'm going like this. I'm
impinging that shoulder and if he has that pain face, that's a positive sign
for that hawkins kennedy. I've seen, my doctor he did this test to me, and he
went really fast. he was kind of bouncing it like this, but again if you have an
impingement or any problem in your shoulder, you can relax that, any kind of
motion going into that internal rotation impinging that area is gonna be
positive for pain. but one more time remember just because it's positive,
doesn't mean specifically it's impingement. it could be a whole lot of
other things, but if you have a positive for that test and you want some

The Untold Truth About The Guy Who Played Tuco On Breaking Bad - Duration: 5:00.
Raymond Cruz made an indelible impression on television viewers with his instantly unforgettable
performance as bad guy Tuco Salamanca on Breaking Bad.
The character proved so popular, they brought him back for the prequel spinoff Better Call
Saul.
So it's a bit surprising that Cruz hasn't gotten more recognition - until now, that
is.
Here's a look at the untold truth about the guy who played Tuco on Breaking Bad.
Gang hit
Maybe the eeriest thing about Cruz's performance on Breaking Bad is how fully and comfortably
he seems to inhabit Tuco's world of drug running and gang banging.
But there's a good reason for that: Cruz himself grew up surrounded by hardcore gang activity
on the hardscrabble streets of East L.A. How bad was it?
He told the Daily Beast that when he was just 12, he witnessed a cold blooded homicide.
"I saw someone get shot in front of me at point blank range [...] The brains came out
the back of his head."
Yikes!
By the book
As a kid, Cruz escaped the world of street gangs both literally and metaphorically through
his love of literature.
Retreating into books, he read and reread classic novels, and that passion eventually
led him to acting, thanks in part to an assist from Gregory Peck.
Cruz told Smashing Interviews,
"I was fascinated by the translation of the written word to performance.
I read Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird, and it was one of my favorite books.
Then when I saw the movie, I was over the moon about it."
"That guy"
Cruz may be best known for playing Tuco on Breaking Bad and Detective Julio Sanchez on
The Closer and Major Crimes, but he's actually been toiling away in Hollywood as a classic
"that guy" since the '80s.
He got his big break in the now-forgotten 1987 comedy film Maid to Order, and has since
landed more than 80 film and television roles, from movies like Clear and Present Danger
and Training Day, to TV shows including Cagney and Lacey and Murder, She Wrote.
We love it when a character actor finally becomes a star!
Good guys and bad guys
It's not that unusual for a popular character to spin off from a show into another series.
But Cruz holds the distinction of doing it twice - and at the same time.
While playing Detective Julio Sanchez on The Closer, a role he originated way back in 2005,
he moonlighted as Tuco on Breaking Bad, working seven days a week to film both parts
concurrently.
He apparently liked the challenge, though, because after Detective Sanchez spun off into
Major Crimes, he then reprised his role as Tuco on Better Call Saul at the same time.
Given that one character is a cop and the other a criminal, is it possible we could
ever see a crossover?
He loves to cook
One of Tuco's most intriguing character traits is the fact that he really enjoyed cooking.
Not meth like Walter White, mind you, but delicious hand-crafted burritos and other
meals made with... love?
So where did Tuco get it from?
Well, from Cruz, of course, who is a bit of a chef in his own right.
Just don't bother trying to emulate his grilled pork chop recipe, because it requires an ingredient
not for sale: his mom's homemade chili.
He told AMC,
"I'll put it on a bed of lettuce with a grilled jalapeno or a small green chile, take it to
the point just before it starts to cook completely through and I'll top it with my mom's chili
and a couple slices of cheese.
Man, it's the best thing ever."
He's an introvert
Tuco might be a super-intense, in-your-face villain, but in real life, Cruz couldn't be
more different.
In fact, he's basically an introvert, preferring quiet reading to drug-fueled rampages.
He told Smashing Interviews,
"I'm so quiet, and I like to read.
I like to tinker in the garage.
I love working on motorcycles and cars.
I like to be alone.
If I'm in a room with a lot of people, I'm probably the last person you'll notice.
I'm practically invisible."
Hard pass
When Cruz was initially approached by the producers of Breaking Bad about the role of
Tuco Salamanca, Cruz had a simple answer for them: no.
Sure, it's hard to imagine someone else as Tuco now, but Cruz was concerned that filming
both Breaking Bad and The Closer at the same time would be too much work for him.
But finally they convinced him the old fashioned way: by appealing to his ego.
He told the AV Club,
"They couldn't find anyone who could do it.
I was shooting seven days a week with no rest and working on two different things.
It was crazy."
Tuco's demise
Tuco's demise was shocking, but even more surprising is the fact that it was Cruz himself
who asked the producers of Breaking Bad to eliminate the character.
Why?
Partly because of his grueling filming schedule, but also because there was at least one prominent
fan of the show who really disliked the character: Cruz's wife.
Cruz told Rotten Tomatoes,
"My wife hated it.
She hated Tuco.
She hated the energy.
Tuco is this wild beast.
My wife is like, 'Get away from me.'"
Tuco might be tough, but he's no match for an unhappy wife.

How To Use Kinemaster Transitions - Duration: 5:35.
In this video I'm going to show you how you can use transitions in Kinemaster so
if you're interested be sure to watch until the end. What's going on my name is
Devin Street, helping you build your online presence and today we're gonna be
going over how you can use transitions and Kinemaster. But if you're not already
subscribed go ahead and click the subscribe button there's new kind master
video editing tutorials every single Wednesday on the channel and now let's
go ahead and get right into this so I've got went ahead and put these three
images here and you can do this with video too so the number one rule for
transitions you have to have at least two images or video and your timeline
and then you're gonna see this box right here in between that's got this line
between it so we're gonna go ahead and click that and let me move my camera
over there so now we have these transition effects and you have
different categories you have 3d classic fun picture and picture powerful
presentation sentimental tags travel and activity lights can light leaks and
glitch and you may notice some of these you may not have in your con master app
to simply get them you just go to the store right here you click get more and
it comes up with all these different options we can get if we wanted to get
some kind of transition maybe this digital curtain right here we're gonna
go ahead and just click download and it's gonna install it and it's installed
just that quick so now that we have these transitions installed let's go
ahead and use our one we already chose the digital curtain and we're going to
click on that category and then we're going to have a bunch of different
options come up so let's go with digital curtain 9 and this looks like a nice
transition great for something like a blog or something so then we can set the
time right here as you can see as I'm moving this you can choose between
around 0.1 seconds all the way to / point 5 set or 5.0 seconds for your
video so I usually put mine between 0.5 and 1 second for the transition but we
can go much longer so first let's see what it's like at its
shortest distance possible and go ahead and watch this video and it's a pretty
quick transition as you can see so we may want to slow this down a little bit
more so let's move it to in between the 0.5 and 1 second mark and let's try this
out and let's see how this is it looks much better much nicer and maybe we want
it to even be longer let's bring it up to 3 seconds and see what it's like
there and we can go ahead and click play and it is a much longer drawn-out
transition I don't recommend this for video maybe if you're doing like a
PowerPoint with just images or something then maybe this transition in a longer
duration may be better but for video I recommend doing it in a shorter distance
because it does fade out your audio slightly and you could simply solve that
by cutting the audio out from the video disconnecting it from the video and then
it's going to play without any fade on it and that's one of my recommendations
if you really want to do a long transition and still have that audio
without it fading out so let's do another transition right here between
this tower terror and Epcot just took a trip to Disney and decide to throw these
photos in so let's go ahead and click on this and let's do a 3d transition and we
have cracked glass right here let's have this be at 1 second transition and let's
go ahead and watch that and pretty cool transition one I like to use a lot is
the light scan let's go with our right light scan and I
usually do it in between right here at like 0.75 seconds and what I like to do
is when this transition comes up it does the scan and I actually add in this
electronic scan sound effect and if you watch some of my videos you may see that
and it's a pretty cool thing to have this audio and the transition to sync it
looks very nice and I highly recommend maybe looking for some sound effects to
go along with your transition maybe for that breaking glass one you could add in
a breaking glass effect and there's some other stuff in here like this glitch you
could add a glitch sound with your transition this travel and activity this
is going to have a plane fly across you could have a plane sound effect there
when you use this plane transition so that's simply how you can add
transitions onto your con master videos but if you want to build your online

we usally see in the department of RAM,
there is DDR2, DDR3, DDR4 RAM.
We want to know which ram should we use.
Which is good or bad?
Which is the best?
And how they works?
Which works better, which not?
I will explain everything in this video.
So let's start...
If we buy a new ram now, we will buy DDR3 ram.
Because DDR2 is so old version of ram and we will not find that
in the market now.
So we all usally use DDR3 RAM.
DDR4 is the latest version of RAM technology.
So which is better?
Obviously DDR4 is better than DDR3.
But we normally use DDR3.
The deference between them is
we will get better speed in DDR4.
And the power consumption will be low.
When we see a new technology,
that technology comes with nano technology.
So that we can get more advantage.
And it use low bettery power,
So that we can get a long bettery life
in low cost.
That's why DDR4 is better than DDR3.
We also see DDR3 ram in our smartphone.
DDR4 used in high-end smartphones,
like iPhone and so on.
We can also increase speed in DDR3
by increasing the clock speed of our pc.
Than DDR3 ram will work just like DDR4.
So now we know which is better between
DDR3 and DDR4.
If we buy a ram now,
we should buy DDR4.
Because it's latest.
And we use high-end smartphone,
we will get DDR4 there.
But many phones are also using DDR3 now.
If we are a pc user,
than we can definitely change our ram.
We usally want to know,
is dual chamber ram better or single chamber?
If we use 8GB ram,
should we use 1 stick of 8GB
or two 4GB stick?
We all want to know that.
So,
If we use two seperate 4GB stick,
we will get better performance.
Because suppose if we need to empty a big tank,
and that tank has only on tube, then that needs a lot of time to be done.
If that tank has two or more tube,
then that'll save a lot of time.
Like that if we use two chamber in our pc,
that'll be more faster.
Both will work and we will get better performance.
So this is the deference between
DDR3 and DDR4 ram,
which is better and which should we buy.
