Working-level officials from North Korea and the U.S. reportedly met at the inter-Korean

border over the weekend.

It's thought to be in preparations for U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's expected

visit to Pyongyang this week to continue discussions on the regime's denuclearization.

Our Lee Ji-won has more.

It seems as though talks to work out the process of North Korea's denuclearization have kicked

off.

A senior U.S. State Department official on Sunday confirmed that U.S. ambassador to the

Philippines and former nuclear negotiator, Sung Kim and North Korea's Vice Foreign Minister

Choe Son-hui met again on Sunday at the truce village of Panmunjom on the inter-Korean border.

This comes 19 days after the Pyongyang-Washington summit was held last month and is the first

face-to-face meeting between the two sides since Singapore.

While not much is known about the details, the South Korean daily Chosun Ilbo reports

that the two exchanged views on the current situation for about an hour.

And with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo expected to visit Pyongyang this week, Sunday's

meeting is thought to have covered the agenda for Pompeo's visit, mainly, North Korea's

denuclearization.

Ambassador Kim and Choe were at the forefront of negotiations between Pyongyang and Washington

in the lead up to the Singapore summit.

The two held a series of pre-summit meetings in Panmunjom,... and continued their talks

in Singapore, right up until the first meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and

U.S. President Donald Trump.

At that time, reports said the two talked over the complete, verifiable, irreversible

denuclearization of North Korea as well as its security guarantee from the U.S.

While follow-up meetings to the June 12th summit were expected to be held soon after

the summit, this first publicly known contact between the two sides... was not announced

beforehand.

But with Pompeo's upcoming visit to Pyongyang as well as the expectation that these working-level

talks will be held again, there's hope the two sides can come up with a framework for

their shared goal.

S. Korean President Moon to make state visits to India, Singapore next week - Duration: 2:39.

Just a few weeks after getting back from his visit to the northern neighbor...

President Moon Jae-in is setting out for a tour of the Southeast and South Asian region.

Our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung has more on the South Korean leader's state

visits to India and Singapore.

Less than three weeks after championing his New Northern Policy in Russia late last month,

South Korean President Moon Jae-in will be in southeast and southern Asia this weekend...

first with with his eyes set on the world's fastest-growing major economy.

"President Moon Jae-in will make state visits to India and Singapore from July 8th through

the 13th for six days and five nights."

At the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the South Korean leader will

be in India from the 8th through the 11th... during which he will meet with Indian President

Ram Nath Kovind and hold a bilateral summit with Prime Minister Modi to strengthen the

two countries' special strategic partnership and discuss ways to expand their future-oriented

relationship.

"South Korea and India mark 45 years of diplomatic relations this year.

Our two countries have developed and continue to develop key partnership not only in economic

relations but also in our pursuit for peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula and

the international community."

The latter half of his six-day South Asia tour will take President Moon to South Korea's

second biggest trading partner among the ASEAN: Singapore.

There, at the invitation of the President of Singapore Halimah Yacob, he will meet with

both the Singporean President and Prime Minister Lee

Hsien Loong.

Mr. Moon is also scheduled to deliver a speech to leaders from Singapore's politics, business,

government, academia and media.

"Dubbed the Singapore Lecture, the President plans to detail his vision and policy direction

for denuclearization and permanent peace establishment on the Korean Peninsula as well as the New

Southern Policy which aims to elevate our government's cooperation with the ASEAN to

a whole new level."

"South Korean President Moon Jae-in's state visits to the two nations are significant

in that his trip to India will mark the first visit to the South Asian region as president

and Singapore is the chair of the ASEAN this year.

Analysts believe the visits will not only provide an opportunity for South Korea to

drive forward its New Southern Policy in full swing, but also seek consensus for President

Moon's peace agenda on the Korean Peninsula and expand the nation's diplomatic horizon.

watching our first youtube video.

We are both part of the exhibitor support of Friedhelm Merz Verlag.

We organize the SPIEL in Essen

and this year it takes place for the..?

It's the 36th time this year.

Exactly and if you look at how SPIEL has been the last years

and has now developed and

is currently developing

then you can only be amazed.

This year there are really big stands in all halls

No matter where you go it's just impressive, when I see it on the plans I'm definitely very excited.

There's also a whole new hall this year. We'll get to that in a moment.

Through all these changes and growth, we want to seize the opportunity and restructure everything a little bit.

Before I forget I would like to announce a competition which will be announced at the end of the video.

There's gonna be a question we're gonna ask you. I hope you stay till the end.

Let's just get started. Not much has changed in Halls 1 and 3.

There you can still find the old national and international publishers you know

We have the first real change in Hall 2.

It was mixed last year. There were board games, fantasy games and role-playing games.

The fantasy and role-playing games have their own hall this year. But as I said before, we'll tell you more about it in a moment.

This year there will be classic board and card games in Hall 2.

These include publishers such as ADC Blackfire, Corax Games, The Pokemon Company, Ankarma and many more.

And as already mentioned, Hall 4 also has huge stands everywhere. For example, there will be a French joint stand with the following publishers:

Bluecocker Games, Le Scorpion Masque, BLAM!, Le Jeux du Lac, Nuts Publishing, KIWI World, Lamba Jack Studios and Studio Twin together on one stand and that is very exciting.

They get competition from the British.

Because they have a joint stand with Alleycat Games, Raincrack Games, Inside the Box Publishing, Room 17 Games and Theme Born.

And those who sprinted to the Feuerland stand in Hall 3 last year will have to make it to Hall 4 this year.

Because this year he will be represented there with a huge area. It's crazy how everything turns out.

And whoever buys all these games diligently may be too lazy to carry them at the fair but there is also a solution.

There is also a shipping service in Hall 4, where you can send your games home in comfort.

Then we come to the new Hall 5, which last year was still Hall 8 and Hall 6. There you will also find board and card games.

There's Boardgamegeek's stand this year. So there are many large and small national and international publishers in this hall, such as Play Fusion.

They're new and have a huge booth. Also here is the company Djeco. This is a totally sweet publisher from France.

They have really nice children's games.

The authors' workshop is also still in this hall. So it is worthwhile in any case also to look in there.

Let's come to the new Hall 6, which was also newly built by Messe Essen and once again huge. I know I've said that a lot today, but you'll see for yourself.

The new Hall 6 is known for role-playing games, fantasy, miniature games and comics. At least she'll be known for it.

There you will find exhibitors like Games Workshop, Ulisses Spiele, the Uhrwerkverlag and very special we are happy to welcome Panini again this year.

And those who like comics and illustrations will also find Drawing Avenue in this hall.

This hall has its own entrance and its own wardrobe and that is our keyword.

Because some cosplayers and LARPers will remember last year. There, those in full costumes had free entry on Sunday.

We thought that this year the first 100 full costumed people would come in for free through the entrance to Hall 6.

So the first 100 come in for free every day.

joy your presence we just have to take one deep breath

and step here in an hour moment so you be fully here and enjoy your presence

I'm glad that you went to the channel TessaArt.

Today we will draw with you mountain lake gouache.

The list of materials will be in the description under the video.

The sky is painted blue color.

Then brush the bristles clouds.

And we turn to drawing mountains.

We have made them with you already many times.

We outline the silhouette, and then palette knife or brush,

depending on what you prefer, we designate the light areas.

Do this with each mountain.

And the closer the mountains to us, the their main color is darker.

By the way, you can deepen somewhere shadow taking a darker

color tone.

We take turquoise and green color and paint over the water,

we need to get a smooth transition from dark to light,

so that you can add white.

And now draw the last the mountains.

On them I put already green color, as if they are covered

some kind of vegetation.

I want to warn you that my camera distorts some

color, and you might think, that there is blue, not green,

so it's better to navigate for example in the lower left

corner.

Just in blue on the water note the shadows from the mountains.

We take a natural sienna and mixed with white,

we map the shore.

Black color draw silhouette stones.

On the one hand, we add on stones light, with the help of

white and sienna.

Also we design white color glare on the water.

And it remains to draw grass, with the help of a bristle brush.

Do not forget to alternate shades of green to

to convey the shadow and the volume.

We don't know how hot that one is.

We'll use that it's probably the last one and we do a few rounds, we're using these.

My mouth is on fire. It even says.... "Bum Sauce Company".

I've got a bit of hiccups from just doing this, let alone that.
