SO today we will talk about how is life in London

Gaia, why have you decide to come to London if Italy has the best food of the world?

I miss it so much, the thing that really hurts me

is to see food that the label says Italian but it´s not Italian

I came here because I wanted to improve my English so I'm

quite proud because actually I can speak now

yeah nice English.

and then I discovered that it´s more for myself

because if you always live in the same place you won't have this

kind of experience and this makes you grow up inside it's very nice

I left everything in Italy because I didn't know anybody here, like all my

friends are still in Italy I love them

so do you feel that in London it´s easier to get a job?

and you can grow

yeah they don't judge you as much as in Italy like

here all the culture and everyone is the same you come here you have many things

you come here and for example I have to, was the first time for me to choose

blah blah blah

So didn´t you speak a good English when you came?

So so, the school one, I mean I did the school of languages so this is how it was

easier for me, but of course it was very basic, maybe it was easier maybe for me to understand, but to speak

called the second day I was here for the appointment for the National Insurance Number

I opened my bank account straight away

before, I came here two years ago so it was easier

yeah when I came was already more difficult

and now people say that is really difficult to open a bank account

now you need to have a job, a recommendation letter

I came to London saying that I would stay three months, and now it´s already three years

And what do you think, from now to the future

how do you see our life, do you see yourself living in London and

building a life in London or do you see yourself coming back to Italy what do you think?

I don't think I will be here in the future because I really miss my

country life the food people my language I think Italian is a really good language and

I think is fascinating. I don´t know, maybe I like Italian because I´m from Italy

No, I think a lot of people think Italian is a beautiful language

I think I think that is nice in London because I´ve never felt, I don't know you

but I never felt that I didn't get a job just because of my accent or something

like that I never felt like oh you are not English so you not getting this

I think they don't judge you that much, but I don't see myself here when I'm old

when I'm old I see myself in ah like a tropical place, on the seaside.

No, with my pension, I will be there

So, she just want to Live on the beach and chilling. Actually, it´s not true, she is really hard worker

I worked with her and she's really hard worker

London is a place with a lot of people from everywhere so how is to work with

these different people of different cultures?

it's really good to work with

different culture I think I discovered so many new way you have doing stuff

habits and it's a habit of other culture the way they communicate to you

maybe you have the British guy saying "Sorry darling" and the Spanish one would say "oh come on"

" I will do it, don´t worry" you know it's really

different how and it will say I'm from a "Espain" you know everything with the "E" on

the beginning. Yeah so then you start to pick the accents. The Italian would say

everything with like all the words. every letter will be pronounced

yeah like you say "mummmmmmmmm" my and the British would say "mu"

Can I have a "bu-a"?

They "bu-a" to Butter, depends of which part of London they come from

Yeah yeah and this is cool. If an American comes would say can I have "butteeerrr" please

Can you please tell us two things: one really funny thing that happens with you

in London really funny and a really sad thing

definitely when I was on the subway (tube) in a

Saturday night, well I remember I saw one lady

recently, I saw one lady and she was

completely with like a very short dress and on the on the this side you could

see everything and I think she didn't realize you have the dress inside the

inside the underwear

Really? Do you have pictures?

The said was the one that actually someone

stole my phone so I had to go back to give my curriculums again, that was you know I was here alone so I was feeling totally lost

Do you recommend to people to come to London to live to feel this experience?

I think at least you should stay here around one yearish, because it is they just

three months you see nothing of London I mean you live there a little bit but then the

good life starts after I think, you have a period in which maybe you feel like a

little bit lost for you're moving as you go by because you used to have a

different life and then everything changes, but I think you really discover

yourself so I think you should come here definetely for one year and if you

like it stay more, if you don´t like it you leave.

Yeah, I think as well because

when I came in the beginning I didn't really feel living in London, I felt just

like trying to find a place to stay and trying to find a job that I like and

this stuff, so you don't really feel in the place, so with time you start to

know people to know places and to know everything

MY FIRST FISH TANK TOUR - Duration: 2:44.

So uh hi guys this video I'm gonna be talking about this aquarium we got it

like three weeks three four weeks ago so far it's been pretty lively but I'm

going to take you on a little tour and so if you guys liked this kind of video

and there'll be more so recently I've done more female guppies I started off

with four males and then I got some females I hope that they'll breed but it

hasn't been long enough since they introduced the females to see whether or

not their grab it spot it has darkened this is a guppy right here these are

although that's one feet that's the one female on the two males this year is a

black mystery snail feeding off some algae that has grown on the side of the

tank right here this is a golden mitt this is a golden incus now climbing on

the back of the plaque mystery and then sliding down the glass this is a ghost

shrimp they clean the tank for us and they're helpful definitely helpful so

this is my tangerine monster I was hoping you guys the audience could in

the comments below maybe give us some ideas for a name since we don't really

have one for him and he kind of deserves a name

this is him hiding under a rock and then for your enjoyment I make him smarter

out a little bit he is fast that's one of the neon tetras I have seven of them

in here they're just kind of cool they were some of the first fish I got just

started with four and I had at three turns of the little school happy fourth

of July and don't forget to in the comments post the name for the lobster

Quality vs Quantity - How to Solve the Problem Most Creators Face - Duration: 4:10.

what's going on guys welcome to the video today I'm going to talk about a

fun little lesson that I want to impart on you and this is essentially the

number one problem that I myself faced as a creator but that I see creators

facing across the board not just on YouTube for YouTube creators but

literally across platforms whether you're creating courses whether you're

creating content on Instagram Facebook YouTube whatever what have you we all

face this at one point in another or another and I want to kind of impart

this lesson on you because I think it's important and I haven't really seen -

too many people touch on it but I think it's definitely you know something that

you want to understand so when you first start out you know if you get into

creating content depending on you know there's obviously people that get into

it to make money or do this or that but the majority of us create it because we

enjoy it we want to create the content we want to relay our message we want to

get out there and get known to help people or for whatever the reason and

then obviously as you start you know getting better and better it starts to

become more and more like a job and you lose some of that fun now before we

actually touch on the majority of this lesson I do want to you know ask for a

beautiful light for my graphic design skills here because clearly I put so

much value into this presentation here that it deserves a couple of likes

however I honestly do think that this is an important lesson to touch on because

we learned that as we start as we you know get further and further on in our

journey as content creators that you know we have to suffer some of the

quantity and sacrifice some of the quantity in exchange for some of the

editing time and the production value you know we're taught you know the

higher production value the better our video is essentially look the more views

the more subs the more you know the higher it will be received for our

audience and I'm here to tell you that while that's typically what you see

happen across the board it's not always that you know that way it's not always

the case and so I don't necessarily want to you know they're not equal let's just

uh they are unequal so it's important to understand you know and ask yourself

what why are you doing this you know what do you want to get out of this are

you doing this because it's fun because that's cool but if you're doing it

because and you know it's it's it's fun but then it starts to become more and

more like a job what's going to have you're gonna start to put out less and

less videos less and less post if it's on Instagram less and less of whatever

you're doing and it's important to kind of keep that balance they're not

necessarily equal the more editing that you do the more production value that

you give doesn't always you know equate to more views or more subs or more

return on your time investment so to speak so it's important to number one

ask yourself why you're doing this what do you want to get out of it and then

ask yourself you know what what are your goals specifically you know if you enjoy

creating you know you're creating a bunch of you know a quantity of videos

but they're all high value or they're all giving a significant amount of value

even if you're not editing you're not taking the time to edit to too much like

this or you're not giving to too much production value there's not you know

you know cinematics or cuts and and different things here and there it

doesn't necessarily matter matter they're not always equal if you're

creating quantity content with with value that's great if you're creating

quality content with not as much quantity that's also great when I'm

trying to say is keep the balance understand why you know what your goals

are for the channel whether or not you want to have time whether it's more like

a job or whether or not you want a balance of everything keep that in mind

I think it's a really really good lesson and I wanted to touch on it today

because I think that quantity versus quality debate is something that a lot

of creators struggle with and then they find themselves here more or less on the

job side where it's not as fun and their quantity and their quality overall and

how much they're able to give then suffers so keep that in mind I'll see

3 Ways I'm Learning Before School Plus Channel Talk - Duration: 3:02.

Hi everyone, my name is Madelyn

I don't know if...I can finger spell my name right now it's late

Today I thought I'd give you how...like how I'm learning sign language right now, before I go to school

I am so excited that I'm starting school next semester. I will be in this certification program

and it will...and in the end it will give me my certification to be an interpreter so I'm so excited. I can not wait to get started

that's why I'm already learning sign language...well in fact I've been learning for like the past few years ever since I started working at my original place

at my work place. I'm going to show you....tell you...how I'm starting to learn sign language before I go to school. I can't freaking wait

Here we go. First off, My Coworkers

I have a few deaf coworkers and a coworker that's Hard of Hearing

so I practice my communication with them. Every time I sign something wrong, or don't know a sign, they help me out

They teach me and....that makes me feel....little more confident in my signing skills

It's always amazing...I love communicating with them...and it's just....it's amazing I love my coworkers

One..this one coworker and I we just like...like if I sign something that she can't understand, I just type it on my phone

but we find ways to communicate with each other and

that is the best thing ever

Two, Music

Music is my life, and as y'all know, I've been, for the past few signing videos, I've been looking up signs for songs that I like

When I hear a song that I want to sign, first I look up the signs and then I realize it's too fast

but I do my best, I'm learning

and music is how I'm learning right now

which speaking, of my last thing, other signing videos. I watch ASL Anissa, I watch TheDailySign, I watch a few other signings

Signing videos, and those teach me certain words

So that is how I'm learning Sign Language before school like I said, I can not wait. I know if I get the chance, when I go to school,

I'm probably going to be there super early at first so I may spend some time in the car vlogging about school and what's going on so...

This channel is not dead um we're busy people, I have a busy life, work well working is well, it's tough but it pays the bills

I do want to say this channel does not have a specific schedule we just upload whenever we can. I wanted to make this video because

1. I'm excited to go to school 2. I have ways of learning because I can't freaking wait
