Waching daily Jul 20 2018

Hi everyone, thanks for being here !

As Aurélien just said,

I had the chance to produce Lefa's latest album

called "3 Du Mat",

and tonight I'm going deconstruct a sound

called "Paradise", featuring Lomepal.

I'm going to play a short excerpt, then I'll show you the behind the scenes of this sound.

Here. To start, do you like it?

So, we spent about five months locked up in the studio with Lefa

and one day, towards the end of the album,

he tells me he needs a more Hip Hop sound.

Until then we had made a lot of Trap sounds,

with slow tempo.

So he said to me:

"I need a good Hip Hop sound with a high bpm so I can rap fast

and also a big energy,

sort of a conquering sound."

It became Paradise, a love song rather, but hey, it's fine with the instrumental.

So, we started

on a 103 bpm tempo,

and I begun with this loop here,

loop inserted into the audio modules that appeared in the latest Maschine updates.

So the big force, just to recall,

is that I can slow down my loops with a timestretch,

that's awesome,

or speed them up as I want,

it adapts completely to the speed of my project.

We go back to 103 bpm.

I had to bring extra energy to the drums

so I chose a kick sound with a big attack and low,

and above all a snare,

West Coast oriented, with a big hit, that I had already used in dance elsewhere.

So I started like this.

Then, I lacked some clarity in the drums game,

so I loaded a sound of hi hat

and an open hi hat that comes from

a module I think is underused.

I saw this because I organize workshops

and I see a lot of people overlook this Maschine function

that enables to create a sound of hi hat, or kick, or snare,

from a synthesis audio engine.

It's called drum synths, I really encourage you to use them,

they are real drum machines available to us.

So I continued doing that.

Proof previously said a truth,

it's best not to systematically quantize ones parts.

I have another workflow, which is rather to quantize

to make sure everything is right, I do it very often,

and as a second step I'll come get

some specific sounds

to shift them,

or shift the whole.

That's what I'm going to do here on the hi hat

I select them all

and in the Events mode,

if I push on Shift and Position,

I'll be able to shift my events more subtly.

Here's how it sounds.

Well, at that point I already had a nice and groovy rhythmic,

then I had to create the sound atmosphere.

I started with a sound found in Signal's Output librairy,

it's a piano with an integrated sidechain effect,

and as we all know, since Daft Punk,

or Kaytranada more recently,

when we have sounds that are sidechained,

there's a kind of rhythm taking place

that doesn't need to be supported by a rhythmic to exist,

so I thought it was good to layer and, indeed,

to add a sidechained sound on my rhythmic.

I'm gonna shift to a lower octave,

one more,

Here we go.

Then I had to find a melody

that could come over.

I started with a sound found on Serum, I twisted it a little,

and it brought, to me, a real personality to the sound.

At that point I thought we had the right artistic backbone,

what remained to be done was to add some arrangements.

I knew Lefa was going to do a sung chorus,

So I thought I needed to leave room for his voice

and do not charge with too many sounds.

I just added a pizzicato,

this way.

I did it to add a layer a bit in the low,

and the pizzicatos did great to fill the sound.

I take this opportunity to make him a dedication, this track was mixed by Hugo Martinez, "Marty Mix".

He really sublimated in his mix the elements I brought him

and if you listen to it with headphones, particularly,

you'll see that in terms of width, he had a lot of fun.

Then I took a sampled voice, by instinct,

and add it to bring some of that former vibe we had back then.

Here.

There it necessarily turned even better, but we were missing a bass.

So to support his brief,

to do something Hip Hop, but freshy,

I obviously didn't chose an acoustic bass, nor a synth bass type Sine,

I went for a 808 I would have used in Trap beats.

Okay. So we had reached the end of the creation process,

Lefa now had to record his vocals.

The chorus you heard previously came quickly in the studio

and we had the idea, in the verses,

to still keep this sound,

but to transpose it one octave down.

So basically we keep the energy of the chorus

in terms of instrumental,

but thanks to this sound one octave lower,

we instantly gain room for the voice.

As I told you, I directed Lefa's album,

and I was lucky enough to produce or co-produce 8 tracks.

Would you like to listen to another one?

I'm gonna play a track called "Maux De Tête"

That's it, "3 Du Mat", I'm very proud of this album.

It's the first time that I collaborated with MKL,

and when you meet a composer who fits you well, it so much helps you evolve.

So thank you again for everything you did on this album!

I'll end by saying that it was the first time we worked together but

we both know it won't be the last!

Thank you all!

I hope there are some composers among you I'll have the opportunity to meet !

hey guys it's Leigh and today I am back with another Dollar Tree haul for you

and just like last time I'm going to show you some pictures of some items I

found in the store that I thought were really cool but I don't really need them

for myself

okay so now I'm going to show you the items I actually did pick up the first

item I got was this perfume knockoff Fleur de peri and it is a knockoff of I

don't know how you say this but it is a perfume that my grandmother bought for

me when I was like 15 16 years old and I loved it so much because it was like a

grown-up perfume and I thought it was so cool so now I'm gonna see if it actually

reminds me of that perfume I haven't smelled it for a long time but oh it

smells pretty similar I really like this and I'm not sure if it's something I

wear or if it's something I'll just spray occasionally when I'm feeling kind

of nostalgic so I am actually pretty happy with this one dollar purchase I'm

sure you can hear all the dogs walking around the greyhound and the chihuahuas

are coming to help me film today I guess next I found these antibacterial wet

wipes refreshing waterfall they are personal care there are 40 pre-moistened

ant pretty moistened antibacterial wipes and I got these because it's so hot and

human here that I thought these would be nice to have on hand you know just have

wiped down you know like my arms and legs it is so humid and gross outside so

I don't know I've never used these before if you have let me know if you

like them next I just picked up a couple of these lint rollers and each one has a

bonus little lint roller on it so I thought that was really cool we

always need lint rollers we have animals in this house so we're always covered in

fur I picked up a couple of snack items for the kids this is a four pack of the

Annie's homegrown cheddar bunnies both of the kids should like those I also got

another package of these Despicable Me gram snacks my daughter really liked the

last pack I bought so I got another one I picked up these plastic mini shot

glasses but that's not what I'm gonna be using them for I

the craft coming up that I'm gonna film and I'm gonna need these for that craft

it would probably be a few weeks before that goes up I picked up this natural

white 5-minute whitening our tooth whitening system I've heard other people

say it was okay let me know if you've tried it I figured I could try it out

and just see I got two packs of the skin see or however you say it

ponytail elastics my daughter and I can both use these next I found these

magnets and they are conversion tables cups to milliliters teaspoons

tablespoons fluid ounces and then there's this cooking measurements that

says three teaspoons equals a tablespoon and so forth these are really cool to

have on the fridge I actually should have gotten another one of each for my

son for his apartment I'll go back and see if they still have them if not I'll

probably just give him these but I thought they were neat next I picked up

another water squirt bottle this is actually for the lizard's cage I like to

squirt it down with water you know to keep it humid in there I picked up these

art brushes these paint brushes again for that crafts that I'm going to be

doing next they had these colors scents medium tip

markers or fill - felt tip pens and I got one of each what each comes in two

and these were there'll be color combinations my store had I don't know

what they smell like or if they smell like anything really but you know

they're just markers and the designs on them are pretty I got these highlighters

which I don't need but you know I got him anyway because they're pretty and it

says they are quick drying and they have bright fluorescent ink so that's good I

guess next I just picked up two of these double-sided art tape I don't really

have a use for it but the first time I'd seen it in this particular store so I

grabbed it because you know that's what I do when I go to the Dollar Tree next I

picked up this pack of pens that are 10 in there and

I have black ink I don't need pens in this house but these are nickel silver

ballpoint whatever that means but it says they have a no skip guarantee so i

don't know i just got suckered in i think i also got some of these wood

dowels which I might using for my art project or my craft project not sure if

I need them but like went ahead and grabbed them the last stationary item I

got was this package or it's a two pack of folders and I just got them because

they were pretty these are two pocket folders and it says includes two

different designs but they look the same to me which is fine because I like this

design I got a pack of playing cards just because they were by the register

and the last items I picked up were these skin 10 moisturizing and hydrating

vanilla cream bath bombs it says more than just fast balm so I got three in

this scent they only have two cents in my store which I'm struggling and three

Transform Your Mind | One of The Most Eye Opening Videos - Duration: 13:11.

there is nothing as powerful as a

changed mine you can change your hair

your clothing your address your spouse

your residents but if you don't change

your mind the same experience will

perpetuate itself over and over again

because everything outwardly changed but

nothing inwardly change there is nothing

as as a change

[Music]

if you want something out of life if you

want to change yourself

if you want to acquire something if

there's some goal that you want to reach

changing your behaviors overcoming

negative habits it's challenging it's

hard once we begin to come to grips with

the fact that living is difficult life

is very challenging you will never ever

have a problem free moment in life

most people go through life never

discovering what their talents are most

people never develop their talents to

have skills and abilities but if you

don't nurture them if you don't develop

them they will never serve you your

gifts can take you many places if you

develop your gifts most of us don't like

to do those things it comes easy to us

when you step into your fears and

continue to push yourself to go on

something happens for you

if you don't develop the courage to do

that which has been given you to do and

you spend a lot of time going around

trying to convince other people are

trying to get their proof

what will happen is that you will lose

your nerve and other people will

convince you that what you're doing

doesn't have any value and you'll give

up on your dream

how much time do you have left how much

time do you have left

when you start thinking about that we

don't know

stop wasting valuable time knowing that

if we begin to live our lives as if each

day we're our last our lives will take

off take on a whole new meaning you've

got to develop a sense of urgency stop

living your life like you have a

thousand years to live

in life you either here today and you're

gone today if there's something that you

want to do and you can't do it all at

one time do just a little bit of it how

many years ago did you come up with what

you could and couldn't do in your life

how many years ago most people if they

really look at how they're living their

life today it's based on a set of

standards a set of beliefs that they

made choices about 10 20 30 or more

years ago I mean very often we made

decisions in our youth or very young

about what to believe about what we were

capable of about who we are as a person

and that becomes the glass ceiling view

well that controls us

if you want something you have got to be

relentless you've got to learn how to

become resourceful you've got to learn

how to become creative power the whole

on in spite of everything the power to

endure this is the winners quality the

hunger the ability to face defeat again

and again without giving up

this is a winners quality

what this power is I cannot say all I

know is that it exists and it becomes

available only when a man or woman is in

that state of mind in which he or she

knows exactly what he or she wants and

is fully determined not to quit until

they find him

this greatness in you and you've got to

learn how to tune out the critics

outside and the critic inside

I'm gonna honest my will and I'm not

gonna let anything stop it

I deserve this decide that you're going

to push yourself most people give up on

themselves easily you know the human

spirit is powerful

discovering is powerful it's hard to

kill the human spirit you are

unstoppable

live your life with passion

with some time

most of us go through life without

playing song

[Music]

not given all that we have not sharing

all of ourselves most of us go to our

graves still holding on

[Music]

you got to focus on you and as you

convince you as you sell yourself every

day every day every day you will begin

to see a difference in the things that

you're doing selling yourself on your

ability to perform a job to achieve a

certain objective telling yourself every

day here I go again

and I got what it takes this is my day

and nothing out here is going to stop me

[Music]

as Kendrick Lamar said it was always me

versus the world until I found it's me

versus me I think that's where most of

us start we think that there's something

outside that we're struggling against we

think that literally the world is

against us and we're raging against

something but we don't even know what

that thing is that we're raging against

and as you fight and try to make your

way and as you try to accomplish

something incredible you find that

you're not making any headway and that

moment that you finally begin to break

through and build something

extraordinary in that moment the

realization is that it was always you

trying to figure out how to become the

best version of yourself and once you

grasp that once you let the noise die

away once you stop worrying about what

other people think what other people

want what other people have accomplished

what other people have once you let go

of all of that and ask one simple

question how extraordinary can I become

what am i capable of what are my limits

how far can i push myself in this time

that I have on this earth exactly how

much of my potential can I wring out of

myself and by that I don't mean

something mystical by that I mean how

much can I become capable of how far can

i push myself what can I build how can I

change this world but all by doing one

some

thing pushing myself to give better

every day and as Napoleon Hill said

strength and growth come only through

continuous effort and struggle so the

irony is when you let go of trying to

please the world when you let go of

trying to change the world when you stop

trying to move mountains you will

realize that a far harder struggle

awaits you and that struggle is becoming

something new that struggle is becoming

something different that struggle is

Reese entering yourself finding out who

you are building yourself piece by piece

until finally you realize what it takes

to actually become a better version of

yourself you realize that it takes

nothing less than your everything your

total commitment every bit of focus that

you have a willingness to break yourself

down so that you can build yourself back

up

but if you're willing to put in that

effort if you're willing to transformed

if you're willing to change and fight

and struggle you will be rewarded with

growth you'll be rewarded with

improvement you'll be rewarded with the

ability to close your eyes imagine a

world and then open your eyes and make

that world come true as Derek Jeter said

there may be people who have more talent

than you but there's no excuse for

anyone to work harder than you do at the

end of the day whether you believe in

talent or not is completely irrelevant

everyone should believe in hard work

everything in your life is literally a

result of that you're born an infant a

lump of flesh that can't even hold its

own head up and yet somehow by

practicing by learning by growing you're

able to get better you're literally

incapable of anything when you're born

every skill that you have in your life

all the things that you take for granted

at one point you couldn't do them so

understanding that humans truly

are an adaptation machine and that they

are a capable of acquiring any skill

that they want but it requires hard work

it requires that you do the reps it

requires that you put in the effort and

at the end of the day the people that

you're going to surpass are not going to

be the people to have less talent than

you maybe they even have more talent

than you it's going to be the people

that you're willing to outwork but until

you're willing to outwork them you're

always going to be stuck and as John

Irving said to do anything really well

you have to overextend yourself and

that's the key if you want to put in an

extraordinary performance if you want to

absolutely dazzle people then you have

to do something amazing you have to be

willing to put yourself out there you

have to be willing to do things that

other people think are gonna break you

that other people simply believe there's

no way that you could be able to pull

that off that the human animal just is

not capable of the links to which you

are professing to go and when you

profess it you have to be willing to

back it up and you have to put yourself

on that March knowing in no uncertain

terms under no circumstances and for no

reason whatsoever would you ever be

willing to back down and when you go in

with that level of certainty then and

only then are you actually going to be

able to pull this off and as Billie Jean

King said

champions keep playing until they get it

right

fatigue will literally chip away at your

will to win it is the thing inside of

your mind that weak voice that tells you

that you're not going to be able to make

it the weak voice that begs you to stop

and the weak voice that promises safety

and security if you would just quit and

here's the worst part about that it's

right

if you quit right now if you stop just

sit down relax you're not at risk

anymore you're not a risk of

embarrassment you're not a risk of

failure but you're also not a risk of

greatness and if you really want to

achieve something you've got to find

ways to put yourself at risk of

something great happening you've got to

put yourself at risk of overextending

yourself you've got to be willing to

face that you may die that you may

actually fall and here's the thing for

the people that dismiss that that say

they would never put themselves in that

situation then you have limits and make

no mistake those limits are self placed

and for the people that are willing to

push that for people that are willing to

go beyond that for people who understand

there are things in this world that

they're prepared to die for and it is

the thing that they put at the center of

their life it is the thing that they are

living for but they're not gonna stop

and they understand that we're the human

mind thinks it will break is far short

of where it will actually break but

before you can find that point you've

got to be willing to push yourself

you've got to be willing to go harder

and farther than anybody thinks is

reasonable or sensible that's the path

and so the question is can you be

thought a fool the question is do you

believe in something so much that you

would put yourself at risk like that the

question is can you face down everyone

including the weak voice inside of your

own mind to make the world come true

that you want to see

because at the end of the day nobody's

gonna do it for you so if you're a

champion keep going until it's done

Do Not LABEL PEOPLE: Ep 54 Soul Reflections: BK Shivani (English Subtitles) - Duration: 29:15.

Greetings and welcome to Awakening With Brahma Kumaris.

Welcome, Sister.

Om Shanti.

Om Shanti and welcome to Soul Reflections.

Thank you.

I read a beautiful line

I remember growing up with many labels.

Slow learner

Chatterbox.

Selfish.

Attention seeker.

Careless, useless

And one label that had almost become a self-fulfilling prophecy

I am unlucky, my stars are unlucky

My parents unknowingly

Labelling my behaviour and somewhere in the depth of my subconscious

I was re-telling these stories to myself.

Gradually these labels became my reality.

And my life was becoming a mess.

Very powerful.

I am regretting about what I might have said in anger two people at different times.

Every label that he is mentioned.

And the realisation is so beautiful

When did he get those labels? In childhood.

Even after growing up the labels have become the identity.

And we have made that identity, a reality.

This is very deep. Every parent listening to this

Will need to pause, pick a paper and pen

And actually write down the labels they put on their children.

When we do this with children, it can be done with other people also.

What are the labels we put on our children is something to be done as a homework.

To sit down and write specifics. Not generic.

And during the day, if a label comes out in your thought or words for your child

Immediately add it to that list.

Because now it is a part of your vocabulary.

He has mentioned labels like Chatterbox

Slow learner, selfish

He has mentioned that parents would use the labels unknowingly.

Unknowingly means parents are not aware that these words

Will influence the child's personality.

I see people saying - let the child cry, he is only seeking attention.

Attention seeker is also available mentioned there.

Chatterbox, selfish, slow learner

If a child refuses to jump from a height they label him as coward.

This is very important.

Even the staff tells that to the child.

Now you will need to go back and remove all these labels.

He has mentioned a very important point that the labels put on him during childhood.

Started residing slowly in his subconscious

And gradually I started becoming that way.

We feel when we put a label, the child will change.

When we repeatedly label a child as slow learner, we feel when he listens to it continuously, he will change.

Vibration is going to the other soul as it is.

And that soul receives it.

The younger the child, the higher is his receiving power or catching power.

That is why we need to pay more attention to labels put on children.

There is less information

There is less ego developed

There is less usage of intellect yet.

So whatever is told gets accepted by children.

If you look at children who are 1 year, 2 years or 4 years old

Whatever you teach them

They accept it as it is.

You teach a child this is a chair, the child accept that it is a chair.

But if you tell the child - no, it is a table

He will again accept it and start calling it a table.

If you tell the same thing to an adult, he will say it is not a table.

But a child cannot do that.

Even after growing up the child will say - my mother told me it is a table.

At what age was he taught?

It was at an age where the soul was not attached to body or acquired information.

The ego is very low

Catching power at the highest and the soul is in a learning mode.

He is learning everything and who is teaching?

Parents, family and teachers.

Whatever they tell the child

The child accepts everything as it is.

First the child accepts everything that the parents teach, as it is.

At the age of two or three when the child start going to school

When he learns something there, he says - My teacher said this.

Now is the mother tells him something else, he will say - No, my teacher said so.

So we have to look at the growing stage

Responsibility of a teacher and a parent.

It is very important.

One of the lines is so saddening - that he is born unlucky.

Very, very important.

What is unlucky in that case? The Pandit would have prepared his birth chart.

The Pandit might have told about certain stars or planetary positions not being very favourable.

That is the information they got.

The parent accepted that information as it is.

And started repeating it in every small or big situation.

The moment something unpleasant happened at home, they said he is unlucky.

Even if he fell ill they might have said it was already predicted that planetary positions are not favourable.

The moment something went wrong they would say it was already predicted by the Pandit.

A Pandit told a family when a son was born

That he will be unlucky for his uncle.

When that information comes

The moment something goes wrong in that household

If somebody's health is not good or business is not doing well

If success is getting blocked repeatedly

The information that is fitted in

Will come out either in the thoughts or words of the family

That the Pandit had already told us about it.

So whenever that uncle would go to their house, I feel

Whenever he would look at the child he would have created a thought

That the child will bring him bad luck.

He does not even have to meet or even see the child for it to happen.

That thought can come as it is.

Everyone loves their life.

So such thoughts can come.

At that time we have the power

That every thought we create

The kid is absorbing every single word that we are saying.

Look at the power of our responsibility.

Right from when the soul is in the Mother's Womb

Catching power is at its highest.

From the time the child is born, until he is around 6 to 8 years of age.

When he has not yet started using his own intellect completely.

Until then his catching power is at its highest.

The labels attached to him at such time

That line gives a very beautiful realisation

That the label did not just remain as a label

That label has become a reality.

How sad.

It is not just about sad but about how true.

It is true and it is a sad truth.

When we understand the mechanism

Last time you read a quotation that what you see

Is how you treat, and how you treat is what they become.

It is the same line.

That the label you put on somebody

That is how you see them. And how you see them is how you treat them.

How you treat them is what they will become.

Every soul has his own capacity.

Like the labels mentioned - slow learner.

It is a simple label. One child starts walking a little late.

Another child speaks a little late.

Yet another child reads a little late or is a little late in writing.

They are all different.

We need to remember that the soul who has come to your house as a child

Has come with his past.

Every soul comes along with his past.

That past will include past Sanskars.

Past Karmic accounts

Capacity of the soul

Which will be different from other souls.

Slow learner in reference to whom?

But if a child is really lazy or slow learner

Is it not a fact then?

Out of concern parents say that. I have seen in a family

They told about a boy that he will not earn anything.

Later he died at the age of 42 as a pauper.

Did they foresee the fact?

Or it happened because of what they said?

How can we believe that?

Okay, let us see what we can do.

Soul has come with a Sanskar.

The soul has come with the past Karmic account.

First of all we need to look at every soul individually.

We should never compare one soul with another.

Most labels get attached because of comparison.

Slow learner as compared to somebody else.

Careless as compared to somebody else.

It is relative.

If you look at a soul individually, then labels don't get attached.

It is relative to somebody else.

But this soul, that soul and another soul

And any other child with whom you are comparing your child

All those children have come, carrying a different past with them.

They have carried different Karmic accounts with them.

They have carried different Sanskars with them.

By comparing with somebody else

By putting the label

What did you do to his present?

Suppose I am a soul carrying a heavy past account.

It is possible that my past Karmic account is heavy.

It could be possible that my intelligence level is a little lower.

This is my past.

Like you mentioned, it is a reality.

Yes it will be visible.

Yes and that is the reality.

That soul has carried it with him.

You mentioned about the child who was lazy so the elders told him he will not earn anything once he grows.

That he will not earn, he is careless and lazy.

It is the reality. Where was it created? In the past.

The soul has carried that past and come here.

The past is a reality.

My parents and relatives are able to see it.

It will be visible. Tomorrow when I go to school even the teacher can see it.

This reality is from the past.

Now the elders in the family have a choice.

Whether they want to make the past, as the present.

And make the present into the future.

Or change the present today

So that the future also changes.

How?

I have brought a Sanskaar with me.

We have all seen that Sanskars can change.

That is our firm belief.

That we can change our Sanskars.

It is not necessary that we continue with our old Sanskar.

They can be changed.

Is there any Sanskar which cannot change?

No.

It means any Sanskar can be changed.

Definitely.

Sanskar can be changed you something we need to fit here, within.

I have done it and so I am sure about it.

All of us understand that we can change Sanskars.

May not be everybody because some people say - I am a Sagittarian, so I have this habit.

Whether or not we have experimented with it

If we look at our own life

A lot of our Sanskars change.

Some people will be very peaceful, but later on start becoming very irritated or angry.

Somebody would be lying earlier but now starts speaking the truth.

Somebody would always be late but now they come in time.

They say this girl was different before her marriage but now she has changed.

Somebody was honest earlier but now has taken to corruption.

And someone was corrupted earlier, later had a realisation and now is honest.

There is no one who has not changed a Sanskar.

You are right.

Whether you change it with awareness or change it unaware, depending on your situation.

Every soul has seen their Sanskar change, in the current lifetime.

We are feeling it more because we are consciously working towards it.

But it can change even when we are unaware.

So the first thing I need to fit here is that Sanskars can change.

Any Sanskar can be changed.

A child will not know how a Sanskar can be changed.

But we know that they can be changed.

So now we should use this power we have

At this time when the child's absorption power is at its highest.

We should give such a vibration

Which will influence that soul

And that soul uses it to change his Sanskar.

Tomorrow when the child grows into an adult

When he is about 10 or 20 years of age

At that time he will have to put in more effort to change his Sanskars.

Just like how we are putting in effort to change our Sanskars.

Because the existing Sanskar would have become very strong by then.

But children are at that age

Where their Sanskars can be easily changed.

And parents, family and teachers have the power to change that Sanskar in the child.

Now that child has brought his past.

The reality is visible.

You asked what to do when it is visible.

It is visible but it is a reality from the past.

What is the present reality we want to create?

That is a choice we have.

The reality that is visible.

Today if we put that label on the child

It becomes confirmed or stamped.

Not just confirmed, it will get increased.

It gets confirmed.

But it will increase because of it.

If everyone tells the child you are like this

It is like a blessing for the child.

This is also like a blessing.

If everyone tells a child - you are a slow learner

Family tells him at home and when he is at school, teacher also tells in the same thing

When teacher tells that, even his friends hear it.

So his friends also start telling him the same thing.

Even if they don't say, they at least think that way.

When a soul gets the same vibration from everyone around

Wont that soul absorb those vibrations?

He already has that Sanskar from the past, and now he has absorbed these vibrations.

That label is attached to him

He has received those vibrations

So what happens to that past Sanskar?

It will increase all the more.

Even its opposite is possible?

That there is a Sanskar from the past.

But let us put a different label.

If a child is slow in reading and we are calling him a slow learner.

Someone is reading or writing at a slow speed

Or learning a little slowly in comparison to our expectation or to other children

Now we put a label on that child.

We have a choice.

Labels have a lot of power.

So it's very interesting to put labels on people.

But we just need to do it very carefully.

With the awareness

Whatever is the label we put on a person

It will become the reality for him.

Now let's add the label.

When we put a label, we get the power to make it a reality.

He is a super-fast learner.

Just see this line.

As soon as you put this label

And you think of it and say it several times repeatedly

And tell the entire family to think and say it repeatedly

Can we not say

There is no hurry, let the child learn slowly at his speed?

No.

He is a super-fast learner, very intelligent.

Because we have the understanding that the soul has come with a certain capacity

But we also have the understanding that vibrations have the power

To increase that capacity.

So we should not stop his capacity where it is.

Why should we allow it to be as it is?

Suppose a child has brought a little bit of anger from the past.

We should not say it is okay that the child has only a little anger.

We can make the child peaceful, is it not?

The child has brought with him a little anger

If we put a label that he is an angry child

His anger will increase.

If we put a label that he is peaceful and he is an Angel

He becomes peaceful.

When children come to me to play I first tell them that there very lovable and play very fair.

Most important is, everybody has to do this in the mind also.

Label is not about what we only speak.

Suppose two kids pick a small fight while playing

One child is suppose hitting the other

Usually we put a label that the child fights a lot.

That he hits other children, he is very aggressive.

We should not put that label.

Now we have the understanding that we should not put such labels.

So we start telling them that they are very loving.

That they will play together well

But they will be happy in each other's company.

We need to pay attention that whatever we are speaking

Check whether the mind and the mouth are in harmony.

Suppose I create a thought - now these children have met

Hope they don't start fighting with each other.

Hope he doesn't hit that child today

But I am telling them they are very loving and will play well together.

Then effect will be lesser.

Because soul catches vibrations.

Words do have their energy

Definitely we should start changing it at the level of words.

But then do not restrict it to only the level of words.

Better words are very beautiful

That our blessings through words are good.

Take it to the level of thoughts.

If a child fights a little often, what is the label we will put?

A very loving child, peaceful child.

Keep sending these vibrations through your thoughts repeatedly to that child

The reality of that soul will change.

But if everyone looks at the reality and things about that reality

Then the reality which is visible will increase all the more.

But still I know that I am using a technique and it is not the truth.

It is a technique but not the truth?

This is the technique to make it the truth.

One thing we need to be very convinced

Otherwise every time this will be an obstacle

When people say what we are supposed to think is not the truth.

We should not think of the reality that is visible.

We should think of the reality that we want to create.

What is our equation at this time?

That whatever is the situation at present, we think about it.

Because today we are not using the power of the mind.

So we start thinking of whatever is visible.

If we recognise our power

That whatever we think of, will become the reality tomorrow

This is science and this is the technique.

When the soul power is weak then external circumstances will influence it.

What happens is, we think of what is visible.

But when the soul realises the power of thoughts

That whatever we think of, becomes the reality

Then how does it seem to be a lie?

It is not a lie. Whatever we think, that becomes the reality.

Because our thought power is a vibration which radiates

And it reaches the child.

Today let us remove each and every level

First let us remove them from our words, even if we are unable to do it from thoughts.

And then consciously remove them from our thoughts also.

If a child in your house does not eat well

These days it is a problem in many homes.

So what level do we apply?

That he eats well, including vegetables.

He lovingly eats whatever is served

Firm belief, radiate, label, blessing, and make it a reality.

If a child fights, put a label that he is very loving.

He is peaceful.

He cooperates with everyone.

Suppose a child is not willing to share his things with other children.

If he is very possessive about them.

If whatever is visible, we put a label according to that

Then 20 years from now, that boy will not share anything with others.

At that time if he is asked to change himself

It will be very tough at that time for that child.

We see that we need to put in more effort to change our Sanskars now.

If parents keep telling him later, to change

He might say - I cannot change and I am fine the way I am.

A soul will change his Sanskar only when he feels the need to change.

In future maybe that boy will feel his Sanskar is right.

He will not want to share anything with others and he feels fine that way.

He says - I don't want to be with anyone. I am alone and happy.

He will not change his sanskar even if parents tell him.

It won't happen unless he himself realises.

So we have the power today

Let us do this as a homework.

Let us sit down and do a detailed subtle checking

Of the labels we put on people.

And what is the reality we want?

Use the power. Whatever is the reality you want, put that label.

Think and speak only about that label. Tell others also about that label.

So that gradually other people also apply that same label.

Collectively if we do, it miracles will happen.

That is definite.

Thank you so much, Sister.

Om Shanti.

Om Shanti.

Thank you.

Exchanges and cooperation between two Koreas gaining speed on various fronts - PART 2 - Duration: 3:19.

Ever since the historic inter-Korean summit in April,...

Seoul and Pyongyang have been talking and working together in many different fields.

For the last of our two-part special...

Oh Jung-hee walks us through the various economic cooperation and civil exchanges that continues

to gain traction.

Today, we'll be focusing on how the two Koreas are gearing up for possible economic cooperation

in the future.

It's crucial to have free movement of people and resources,... which is why South and North

Korea held talks in late June to discuss connecting and modernizing railways and roads.

Let's start with the railways first.

There are two railway lines the two Koreas are hoping to work on: the Gyeongui Line that

links Seoul and North Korean city of Sinuiju... and the Donghae Line, which runs along the

east coast of the peninsula.

The South and the North are planning to inspect 2 sections of rail lines in North Korea...

and 2 sections that cross the inter-Korean border.

Road connections.

On the eastern side of the peninsula, South and North Korea will inspect the section between

South Korea's Goseong and North Korea's Wonsan... and on the western side,... the section between

the North Korean cities of Kaesong and Pyongyang.

They'll begin on-site visits in early August.

Linking and modernizing railways and roads is tied to South Korean President Moon Jae-in's

vision of a "New Economic Map" -- which aims to connect and develop economic belts with

North Korea.

Seoul puts much weight on these projects, but at the same time, it's firm to make sure

things remain within the framework of international sanctions.

And that is why Seoul and Pyongyang have decided to first begin with joint field inspections

for now, because bringing South Korean resources and equipment into North Korea for constructions

may violate international sanctions.

And if the projects go so far as to involve technology transfers,...

South Korea plans to discuss with the international community the possibility of exceptions to

the sanctions.

Meanwhile, forestry is another much-emphasized field -- it's where the two Koreas can work

together as much as possible under the international sanctions.

Pyongyang has been stressing the need to restore its forests for years... and taking that into

account, South Korea quickly formed a special task force for inter-Korean forestation projects

immediately after the April summit.

At the forestry talks earlier this month, Seoul and Pyongyang agreed to discuss running

tree nurseries, agroforestry and more forestation projects... as well as kick-starting on-site

visits for disease and pest control.

As for civil exchanges, 40 South Koreans have visited North Korea this year for purely civilian

interactions.

A Buddhist monk visited Pyongyang for religious interactions,... a local cable broadcaster

went up north to discuss media interaction... and Seoul's presidential committee... to discuss

a logistics project.

A civic group is working to join forces with its North Korean counterpart... to bring back

the remains of Koreans from Japan.

South Korea says it will expand exchanges and cooperation with North Korea... and Pyongyang,

too, has been very proactive on that,... even suggesting to Seoul... doing things a bit

more quickly.

The two Koreas are working hard to implement what's been agreed at the historic Moon-Kim

summit in April,... with interactions gaining speed on various fronts.

Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.

- [Interviewer] What's something old people always say?

- They say--

- Better late than never, hun!

(laughter)

(musical intro)

- [Interviewer] Hi!

- Hi!

- [Interviewer] Who are you?

- Quinn.

- [Interviewer] Do you know what you're here to do today?

- Uh, no.

- [Interviewer] Today you're trying some snacks.

- Again?

- [Interviewer] Is it getting old?

- Like this old?

- [Interviewer] Yeah, what's that you're doing there?

- A grandma walking with her thing

and if a grandma tries to pinch my Daddy's butt,

I'll kick off their walker.

- [Interviewer] You guys are going to be trying snacks

that traditionally old people eat.

- Yuck.

- [Interviewer] Why do you think it's going to be yucky?

- Because always old people say,

Yummy, this is so delicious!

And it's so bad.

- It's cottage cheese.

- Oh, I've seen these in stores.

- Hard candies!

- Old people can't eat hard candies,

it'll break their teeth out!

- No, you suck on it.

- I like it.

- Mhm mhm mhm.

- It says wethers something.

- [Interviewer] Yes, you're so close!

These are Werther's Original.

- I heard a commercial that said they have caramel in it.

- [Interviewer] Do you remember who was in the commercial?

- Old people.

- Like if an old person doesn't have an eyeball,

you go like this.

I have an eyeball now!

- [Interviewer] Open!

- Ooo! Yummy!

- Yummy!

- Oh!

- Is this some Thanksgiving thing?

Or old people stuff still?

- [Interviewer] It's still old people stuff.

What do you consider an old person?

- 36.

- I'm going to have this in my lunch, but not the red stuff.

- [Interviewer] You don't like cherries?

- [Interviewer] Alright, open!

- Mary Jane.

- Jane Mary.

- It's really hard to open,

because I think it's a bit sticky

- This looks old.

- How many years ago was this made?

- [Interviewer] That's a great question.

This candy has been around for over 100 years.

Are you okay?

- Peanut butter.

I'll always hate Peanut butter.

- Sticky, sticky. So gross, it's not funny.

She said that.

- [Interviewer] What do you think?

- I don't think I'm going to like it.

- [Interviewer] Why not?

- Because it looks like coffee.

- Hot chocolate!

- [Interviewer] But this is something else.

- Hot cocoa?

- [Interviewer] No, it's hot cocoa for old people.

- Is there marshmallows that comes with this?

- Can we get some marshmallows, anybody?

Yeah, Marshmallows!

- Marshmallows!

One to eat, one to put in my hot cocoa.

- [Interviewer] You guys, that's not hot cocoa.

That is Ovaltine.

- What?

- Ovaltine, oh.

- [Interviewer] Part of what makes Ovaltine is all the

vitamins and nutrients.

Plus, now it's got marshmallows.

- Yum.

- They're getting covered in hot cocoa.

- [Interviewer] It's not hot cocoa!

Open!

- No. I'm not eating these.

- [Interviewer] What are they?

- They're Newtoons.

- It says nutrients and I think it has fig in it.

- It's a fig bar.

- No it's not,

it comes in one-- - It's a fig bar!

- Let me finish my sentence!

It comes in-- - Fig bar.

(burps)

- How do old people open these things?

- [Interviewer] You know?

I don't know.

So the insides is filled with a fig paste.

- Paste is glue.

- Ew!

- [Interviewer] No, it's not. No, it's not.

This is what a fig looks like.

- [Boy] Oh, I've seen that before.

- [Girl] Yeah, I seen that before.

- [Interviewer] Well, did you know that inside every fig

is at least one dead wasp?

- We're eating one dead wasp!

- [Interviewer] The Fig Newton bars don't have any

dead wasps in them, you're safe.

- Phew.

- Phew.

- [Interviewer] Alright, well that was a Fig Newton.

- I didn't like it though.

- [Interviewer] . Yeah. Maybe when you get older.

- Yeah.

- [Interviewer] You just tried a bunch of snacks that

my Grandma likes.

What do you think?

- [Both] Okay.

- Give it a big thumbs up and subscribe to our channel.

- (inaudible), you little kids.

- [Interviewer] Oh! You almost forgot your Ovaltine.

Kế Hoạch Siêu Đô Thị Điên Rồ của Trung Quốc | Trung Quốc Không Kiểm Duyệt - Duration: 10:32.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

China wants to build megacities

with more people than any city in human history.

But megacities could also mean mega-problems.

Hi, Welcome to China Uncensored.

I'm your host, Chris Chappell.

Nothing screams long-term viability

like heavy-handed central planning.

Just ask the Soviet Union!

Oh wait, you can't.

But the Chinese Communist Party

still believes in central planning.

And that's why they want to build not one,

not two,

but as many as 19 megacities.

Some of them could be home to more than 100 million people.

And really, what's not to love about

living in a giant Chinese city?

Now sure, central planning

can occasionally have some small downsides.

Like that one time in the 1950s,

when Mao Zedong suggested that people

make steel in their backyards instead of farming their crops,

and then like 50 million people starved to death.

But oops, right?

Or more recently,

how the Chinese authorities have built

several ghost cities like Ordos

that hardly anyone moved into

because it's too expensive and there are no jobs.

See, they're learning from their mistakes.

And besides,

these new megacity projects will be totally different!

A few years ago, I talked about Jing-Jin-Ji,

the new megacity that the Party is constructing around Beijing.

Well, apparently that's working so well,

they want to make another 18 of them.

The concept behind the megacities is the "cluster policy."

China's central planners believe that by creating

"mammoth urban clusters, anchored around giant hubs"

and containing dozens of nearby cities,

they can increase productivity and accelerate economic growth.

This idea is called the theory of agglomeration benefits.

It says that the bigger a city gets,

the more productive it is per person.

Supposedly, that's because a large labor market

makes it easier for employers to find the right workers.

And as companies work together more closely,

more efficient supply chains are formed.

Know-how also spreads more easily,

and that increases innovation.

According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development,

or OECD,

doubling a city's population can increase productivity by 2-5%.

Some experts say that in China,

these gains could be even greater.

One New York university scholar says that,

if done right and integrated well,

China's city clusters could achieve levels of productivity

never seen before.

He compares it to the "differences between England

and the rest of the world during the Industrial Revolution."

I mean, who could argue with that much productivity.

Labor economists are practically drooling right now.

But it's possible—just possible—

that despite the best intentions of communist party officials,

China's megacities won't be integrated perfectly.

And if so, that could cause a host of problems.

Just think of all the nasty stuff

big Chinese cities are already known for…

like crowds...

traffic jams…

pollution…

security checkpoints before you get on the subway

Wait, no, I said subway.

That can't be right photo!

What's that Shelley?

Oh, they did introduce airport-style security checks

temporarily in Beijing after an alleged terror attack...

in a totally different part of the country.

Anyway, take all the standard big-city issues,

and multiply them across 100-plus million people.

And multiply that by 19 megacities.

That's one heck of a math problem.

But one of the most widespread problems with megacities

is also one of the most basic.

Simply getting from A to B.

Theoretically, high-speed train lines should make this easy.

But that's not quite the case in all of these future megacities.

For the Wang family, A is Yanjiao,

a 700 thousand strong bedroom community

where Mr. Wang lives,

and B is Beijing.

Mr. Wang gets up at 5 am

to stand for over an hour in a line

that stretches for several blocks,

for a bus to Beijing.

More specifically,

for a bus to Beijing for his daughter.

"As a parent, if she doesn't get a seat,

I feel restless.

So I wait in line for her every day."

The commute to Beijing is so bad,

that people's elderly parents stand in bus lines

on behalf of their children

so they can get an extra hour of sleep and not burn out.

Then there's Ms. Ding Shu,

who works in Shanghai and lives in Kunshan,

a satellite town linked to Shanghai by subway.

She's out of luck, too.

"When you factor in her bus ride to the subway,

security checks to enter the station,

walking time and waiting time,

she spends about four hours a day commuting."

In Yanjiao, there's also a lack of schools and hospitals.

"The services are bad," says Zheng Linyun,

whose 6-year-old was one of 65 kids in a grade-one classroom,

according to this New York Times article

aptly titled "As Beijing Becomes a Supercity,

the Rapid Growth Brings Pains."

But maybe the economic benefits outweigh the drawbacks?

Well, the jury's out on that, too.

In an article from the Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy

called "Did city cluster development help improve

labor productivity in China?"

the authors write that "the empirical results

reveal that the city cluster strategy initiated

in China's 11th Five-Year Plan

has not produced any significant impact

on labor productivity."

With one exception:

the  Yangtze River Delta super region.

Research shows that counties tied to this cluster

enjoy a 6% boost in productivity.

According to China Briefing,

the Yangtze River Delta cluster,

which combines Shanghai and several neighboring cities,

already accounts for about 20% of China's GDP

and is the country's richest region.

And the super-city they want to make it into

has a population of about 150 million people.

That's bigger than the entire populations of Canada,

the UK, and Australia combined.

And again,

China's urban planners are building

19 of these mega clusters.

The average population of the five biggest ones

is 110 million.

But one reason they're doing it is actually to

decrease the size of the major cities within each cluster.

The Chinese Communist Party doesn't want too many people

living in Beijing or Shanghai,

so they'll limit the populations there

and force people to move into these bedroom communities

that are part of the same mega cluster.

But a big problem for these smaller cities

is that tax revenues from these places

don't stay there,

but are instead pocketed by the central government

and distributed as they see fit.

This means needy cities have a big problem

to find ways to pay for new schools,

roads or bus service.

Changing this would mean restructuring how taxes

are collected and distributed,

and that would mean giving some centralized control

to the people in the community.

And according to that same NYU scholar,

giving power to the people is the very key

to make megacities something more than just a mega pipe dream.

He says the central government should share authority

and give local communities an opportunity to organize themselves.

"If the central government tries to do everything,

they are going to mess up,

because they are not going to answer the local needs."

But fostering a civil society

in which people actually have a say in how they run their lives

has never exactly been the strong suit of the Chinese Communist Party.

"Power grows out of the barrel of a gun,"

was Chairman Mao's infamous saying,

not "power to the people."

And now it's that time when I answer questions

from fans who support China Uncensored

on the crowd funding website Patreon!

Colin Lee Bradford asks,

Do you think that there is an active campaign

to rewrite Chinese history?

Rewriting history is a classic move

of the Chinese Communist Party.

First, there's all those ancient maps

the Party keeps discovering

that prove Chinese claims to disputed territory

since ancient times.

And the Communist Party has launched several campaigns

that changed how people looked at history.

For example, in 1973,

people were required to criticize Confucius

in the Criticize Lin, Criticize Confucius Campaign.

Lin referred to Lin Biao,

and that's a whole 'nother story.

But these days,

the Communist Party is using Confucius,

setting up Confucius institutes around the world

to spread Party propaganda.

And the Communist Party was photoshopping

before it was cool.

Before it even existed, actually.

Here's a picture of Mao Zedong

looking awfully emaciated,

with three of his close comrades.

Except Bo Gu on the left was purged

and edited out from the history books.

History is what you make of it I guess.

Do Korean Idol Go On Date? - Duration: 5:27.

Hello, this is Donggun of Korean guys.

Today's story is ' Will Idol Go On a Real Date? '

The answer is

Of course they have a date!

It doesn't make sense that they're human and they don't date.

It's quite natural for young men and women in their early 20s to date.

So why are K-pop fans abroad curious about this?

This is because you don't see any idol stars dating to the news or to the story.

Of course! You can't see any idols dating in Korea, either.

I will explain why I can not see idol groups dating in Korea.

Usually, idols are very private when dating.

But it is not a matter of Korean idol, but all Korean entertainers do it.

They can date only at home, Theycan date in the car.

So they date but people never know.

Since Korea is a small country, celebrities get caught dating very quickly.

And because celebrities need fans to stay

They try not to do anything that would offend fans.

Especially when it comes to dating, it takes away the hope of the fans.

Idol are very careful when dating.

And these days, idols often travel abroad, so they are also dating foreign female fans.

Of course, this is a very rare case.

First of all, you should know that most idols meet each other.

And famous idol ... So the famous idol you commonly know is that he doesn't actually have time to date

So, busy entertainers often can't do date because they don't have time to date.

If A group performs in Australia, they often fly to Australia for more than 10 hours, perform for about 2 hours, and come back to Korea.

In other words, most of the famous Korean idols don't have much time for romance because they don't have much time to even sleep.

Even if they have their free time

There is little chance of meeting new men.

Idol boys group. It's because they are separated into groups of women.

They don't have a chance to meet another sex unless they're on a show.

In fact, most people who become idol have a strong desire to become famous.

So sometimes they don't be in a relationship on purpose.

They sing and dance more in free times

And there is one information I found on the Internet ...

There was once a program called " Idol Championships. "

I think this is almost every holiday in Korea.

There are big idol stars on this show.

In fact, they often become lovers.

There's a lot of waiting time, so they talk to each other and fall in love.

You know what?

But most of the time, there's love between the unfamous idols.

This is because famous idols have no time, so they don't have time to meet even if they have someone they like.

Lastly, this is one of the most common reasons why you can't see an idol's love interest.

There is a company called 'the agency' for idols.

And they have their own rules.

Some of the rules include, " Don't date for three years. "

First of all, let's talk about a representative company that is banned from dating.

YG is prohibited from dating for 3 to 5 years. This is agency of Big Bang, Winner, and Black Pink.

JYP is banned from dating for three years. This is agency of Twice, Suzy, GOT7 , 2PM.

Pledis has a three-year ban on romance, This is agency of Nu'est, and Seventeen.

And you'll be most curious.

S.M

EXO, TVXQ, Super Junior, Red Velvet, Girls ' Generation and SHINee

Big hit entertainment

BTS's agencies are all allowed to date.

Of course they need time ... They're gon na be dating, right?

Well! Until now, it was a Donggun.

I've talked about what I've been looking for.

I hope you have fun. Please press Subscription!

Don't forget to breathe

Okay step feel good

Alright, let's go and get some shoulder shrugs in while we're doing the neck exercises case. You're gonna stand with your legs shoulder-width apart

You're just gonna shrug your shoulders forward like this

Okay

Get a nice rhythm going

Now you're gonna go backwards

Job guys

And that's good. I'm going to shake that out

Okay, last warm-up real quick we're gonna reach for the sky, okay. No, we're gonna raise the roof

All right, so you're gonna go ahead and stand shoulder-width apart

What you're gonna do is hold your hands like this like this like you're lifting something really heavy

Oh

All right

Now it's time to exercise. Okay. Our first exercises have been pretty easy

We're kind of easing this into this two workouts with you guys. Let's step it up just a little bit

Okay, we're gonna start with berry pickers. All right, Logan's gonna demonstrate

so you have to have your legs shoulder-width apart from each other and then

All right, so long is gonna leave us ready

Ready to our next workout was gonna be push-ups. Okay, everybody's done push-ups. We know what they are. But Avery is gonna demonstrate for us

What a proper push-up looks like this

Push-up you go down your hands are more

Shoulder-width apart

Feet flat

Go ahead get in position. I'll show you want a straight back straight leg. Okay, don't buckle your legs

Don't droop your midsection. Hang your head up. Looking forward go to show better push up the plane and

Ryan touch the ground or get about an inch away from the ground

Okay, go and get rest position

All right, we're gonna do 20 of these

I'm gonna put your

forearms on the ground

Legs I'd like a push-up but you're not gonna do it. You're just gonna sit here. You're gonna hold your position

Again, straight back straight legs. Okay. Now we're gonna hold that

Okay

So Logan once you demonstrate for us

Okay, you need to ready position

Hold the position

You'll feel the in your back and your stomach it in your legs. Okay, but you want to keep yourself off the ground

Easy to do and you can do it almost anywhere. Okay, stay with push-ups berry pickers. We're showing you exercises

warm-ups things you don't

Let go whatever. All right, so now we're gonna get ready to play a game

So we're gonna take a quick break it all set up and join us, okay

All right, Zee teamers now it's time to play a fighting game like we do after every workout

Okay, so the kids are gonna play a fun game a little water bottle challenge

Okay, so they've got these fun little squirt guns

You can get these it like a doll of trees look like that super inexpensive. We've got two buckets

We have a green one here and a blue one here

Their job is don't run down to that pool

Fill up their squirt guns with water and run back

And trying to fill up their buckets as fast as possible

Okay So we're gonna do this in a certain amount of time and we'll see who has the most water in the bucket or down

Okay, you guys ready to begin? Okay, if you want to try this at home, all you need is a brother-sister pairing friend, whatever
