Plans for Penybont FC's new stand in Bridgend approved - Duration: 3:17.

 Plans to install a second 250-seater stand at Penybont Football Club have been approved

 The club on Llangewydd Road, Bridgend, wanted to build the stand and a TV gantry as part of its aspirations for promotion to the Welsh Premier League

 The plans were approved at Bridgend County Borough Council's development control committee on Thursday, July 19

 As part of the conditions, the club must provide a contribution of £8,000 towards painting double yellow lines around the site access, opposite the site access and any other areas deemed necessary "to stop vehicles parking indiscriminately and affecting the free flow of traffic"

 A further condition states that no development should start until a scheme of 150 off-street parking spaces, 10 staff parking spaces and a coach parking space has been approved by the council

 Some residents living nearby had raised concerns over the expansion, fearing that existing problems of "noise and foul language, inconsiderate speeding drivers and parking issues" would be made worse

 The new stand will bring the total number of seats to 509 and be blue to match the football club's main kit and the existing approved stand

 It will be around 33 metres in length, four metres deep and four metres high.  Officers said the stand will be "substantially screened" by the existing treeline and hedgerow along the boundaries of the site

 The Football Association of Wales requires that all clubs in the Welsh Premier League have a minimum stand capacity of 500 seats and a TV gantry

 In 2016, the club applied for permission to build a 500-seater stadium but reduced the number to half the size as it was unable to meet all the highway safety-related planning conditions at the time

 Planning officers recommended the original conditions were now applied to ensure the increase in users can access the stadium safely

 Councillors voted unanimously in favour of the plans.

Hello Friends welcome to easyfoodmaking.com

today we are going to make potato and beans dry vegetable very taste and very easy to make, hope you will like this.

Lets see what ingredients we need.

Wash all the vegetable and cut it.

Potato, beans, tomato 1 big, onion 1 Medium, 1 big spoon oil, 1 green chilli

Spicy one, if you want spicier, you can take more chilies, Garlic,

1 spoon coriander powder, half, teaspoon cumin seed, Half teaspoon turmeric powder,

half half teaspoon sabji masala and garam masala, we have taken in same quantity, salt as per your taste.

Lets start making…heat the pan add oil, add cumin seed, chili, garlic

onion.

mix well....

Its north Indian dish so sauté them till onion color change.

Onion color is changed; we are making dry vegetable, so we will not sauté till onion color becomes dark,

this will get cooked with potato and beans.

Add all the spices coriander powder, sabji masala, garam masala, turmeric powder and

salt mix well.

Add potato, we have taken potato direct from the water, don't make it dry let it be little

sweaty. It will help vegetable to get cooked well,

put beans sauté both the veggies for 10min

in low flame

After 10 min add tomato,

you can make this without tomato also it will taste good,

after adding tomato sauté for 2- 3 min till tomato is cooked well.

now on full flame cook for 1 min

potato beans dry vegetable is ready to serve
