Operational Excellence Principles - Learning from Walt Disney - Duration: 3:53.

Hi everybody,

Nicole Wipp here again,

Healthy Success 101.

Thanks for joining me here again.

So, today I am

here in Detroit at the

National Women's Business Enterprise

Council event,

it's the National Conference.

There's Women Business Owners

and other business owners from all over

the country here today

and even from across the

river over here in Canada.

And I just got out

of a session

with Disney and they're talking about

how they

lead with their values.

And I wanted to share something

that really struck me about that particular

presentation, they talked about a lot of things

that I don't want to get into all of them,

but one of the things

that she talked about was how Walt

Disney said that,

"People can feel

perfection" And what

she was,

when she was talking about that she was illustrating

a story about how

when Walt Disney was in one

of the

rides or whatever they are, what are they?

The Tiki Room specifically.

OK, that

he was looking at these birds that

were up on the thing,

and he said, "But you can't see them breathe,"

and the engineers were like,

"What do you mean you can't see them breathe?" He was like,

"You can't see these birds breathe,"

And they said, "Well, so what?" And he said,

"Well people can feel perfection."

And I thought about that because that's

something that I realized is really important

to me as well,

but I never had really thought about it.

Like they call it operationalizing

excellence or operationalizing

your values.

And so when you think about what does it mean to

operationalize your values?

What do you do as a company, what are you doing as a leader, that you

first of all are saying these are the values of what my company

is about who we are as

a people, who we are culturally,

but then what are you doing operationally

that's going to make that change?

And so,

you know the example there is that

Walt Disney had the imagineers

create birds that actually were breathing,

like you can see them.

Now, it may not be a detail that

everybody's going to notice

but it certainly is something

that subconsciously people will

notice.

And we were talking about it as a team

like what was one of the things that we do?

And this is you know nowhere near on

the scale, we're nowhere near Disney,

but like one of the silly things that we

do to operationalize excellence

is we put

a stamp on an envelope when we

send out something to our clients,

so that they can just return it to us.

We try to make it as

easy as possible on

the client to just do an action.

And that's just a very simple thing.

They may not actually think to themselves,

"Oh,

wow that's cool that they've made it so easy

on me. That they put the stamp on here for

me at all I need to do is just put this thing back

in and send it." They may not

really consciously notice it,

but subconsciously it's

a very small way that we can operationalize

excellence. And I mean that's just one minor detail.

There's a million examples that I could give

you, but I love that

and it just reminded me probably one of the things

that I'm going to do as soon

as we leave this conference

next week is schedule a day

for my team and I to once again

sit down and have what we call devolvement days

which are the days that we are here

to operationalize excellence.

So, what are you doing to operationalize excellence?

I'd love to hear it.

Share in the comments below.

Thanks for joining me.

This is My 60 - Small Keyboards for Every Wallet (#13) - Duration: 2:53.

Episode 13 of This is My 60 and to coincide with the celebrations to mark 100 years since

the birth of Nelson Mandela,

every key board has SA keycaps, which as we all know, stands for South Africa.

This episode has it all, radioactive monsters, drunk heavily armed elite troops,

communism, and boobies.

Let's do this.

I'm sure the owner of this keyboard thought they might have to wait the half life of a

lump of Plutonium 244

to finally see it on here.

It was due to be featured in episode 12,

but got bumped to this special episode instead.

Typing on a keyboard with SA in R3 profile

might be as difficult for some as saying the word nuclear, but it's actually not too bad.

Now let's not fallout, I know this set can cause a lot of arguments due to its origins

and themes,

but I can assure you it has nothing to do with Imagine Dragons.

This Retro60 looks amazing in zebra wood with the muted colours of SA 23 Commando.

The re-run Commando 88 is actually due to start production

in August after a 2 year wait.

So it's keyboards and whiskey now, is it?

I'm not one to jump on trends.

As a 41 year old man, by the time I've noticed something has become a trend,

it's already old news.

When you see this episode, you'll probably all be taking photos of your keyboards next

to tubes of toothpaste or something.

The set we all love to love; SA Hyperfuse just sits there looking good year after year.

It sees the pretenders come along, hoping to steal its crown with fancy novelties and

Pantone colours.

It just smiles knowing that it'll still be around years from now.

Not exactly hard to get a hold of thesedays either if you don't mind dropping $260 on

it.

The wallet abuse here is balanced out somewhat by the very reasonable 5 degree case from

KBDFans.

Camping in Japan is more like staying in a 4 star hotel with more places to smoke.

Or so I've heard.

Way too many insects in the outside for me at the best of times.

This keyboard would look way more at home in the great outdoors than I ever would.

I'd keep it well away from the campfire, though.

Go ahead and name those artisans down in the comments for a free.....shoutout in the next

episode and Internet points.

This might be the most NSFW keyboard I've had on here, if mammary serves me well.

I think the photo blurs out the err....chocolate drop just enough, though.

Keyboards and chocolate are two things I really love and it seems like I have that in common

with the owner of this Duck Viper.

People tend to complain about brown, but I think Chocolatier nailed it.

Can't wait for the GMK version.

If you love 60% keyboards, you'll want to subscribe for more.

If you hate them, then subscribe and comment on every video telling me you can't believe

people don't need arrow keys.

I'll see you next time.

SELF AWARENESS • Mieux se connaître + Meilleurs Tests de personnalité ~ Ursula - Duration: 19:51.

hi everyone i hope you're well today let's make

a video on youtube so small announce if you don't follow me on

instagram I started my IGTV channel

as I said a little bit in I believe another Q&A video

I would like to make videos finally I started to do

videos in English on IGTV this is very stressful for me but it's also

very exciting because it's a bit new and it allows me to get out of my

comfort zone, to learn. I discover in fact what I know in English and what

I do not know and I really want to improve myself I think it's

a good personal challenge it allows me to have another look at

my english another look at myself and it's super interesting I find

so here I wanted to tell you today I wanted to share with you

my process to learn to better know myself

for me it's important because it makes you feel better with yourself

so to be a little more confident, to better accept yourself, having a

better self-esteem also by extension to better

get along with others, better collaborate with others when we have to

work, better live in fact, everything simply with others and better

manage certain situations that may be difficult

so I do not say at all that I am perfect it is not the case but

here I wanted to share a little my process to progress and

actually develop personally because that when we start to see some

aspects of self that we do not like or which bother us, we say to ourself

that there is something to do (laughs)

and I think that behind it's a personal development work

which intervenes to accept sometimes the parts we will say shadows

which displease us or some experiences more or less

difficult to live and better integrate into our lives, learn these

lessons and put them in pratice

I think it takes time not be in a hurry, do not see that

like a race against the clock I do not do not think. Even if earlier we start

the more effort we make in it better it is and the faster we progress, the faster

we learn and we evolve I think it's also a process

which is quite personal, which is even very personal and which also requires

to spend time with yourself

even though there are experiences of life that

let you know yourself better there are interactions with others

which allow to know you better I think you also have to spend time

alone and time to reflect on yourself, time to do

some exercises to do some tests that I will talk to you about

in this video. Study a little how we work and how the human being works

I'll mainly talk to you about personality so how to learn to

better know your personality but obviously when we start to get better

know in terms of personality we have also want to know better our tastes

to know and understand better also what we desire, better understand also

what corresponds to us in terms of diet, physical activity

creative activities in short, it's really very wide indeed

for me feel free to tell me what you think in comment

sometimes it calls us into question it's not always a very pleasant process

we can sometimes go through difficult times so I do not say

it's easy to get to know ourself better but I think it's important

it helps to be much better with oneself

and to better interact, better manage one's life. So the first thing

I would advise to do if you want to get to know you better

in terms of personality that's always already to make a list

as I had made a video that was... I would say two years ago.

I will put back the link above: qualities / flaws. I think it's that period

so that was two years ago when I I said I must take a little more

"contact" it's super weird but it's true

a little more contact with myself with

which is important to me really what I want how do I want to evolve and

it's a little here too where I decided to change my youtube channel and

open it to a lot more subjects so make a list of our qualities and our

flaws in any case of what we think we have as quality, what we think we have

as flaws because sometimes it's not necessarily the reality but it's already

good to make a list then it's good to do

a small list finally if it can be very long that's so much better: things

that we do not like, or that annoy us, that disturb us strongly or scare us too

for example I told you in a one of my latest videos the video on

vulnerability that vulnerability, to feel vulnerable

is something I did not like at all that really made me feel uncomfortable and

which actually make me feel bad while there are plenty of people who are

very comfortable with that. It was part of my list

I'm trying to work on it because when there is something that annoys us

really a lot and that causes a a little extreme reaction

in us, there is usually a little issue and that

can really be improved say that normally when we

accept ourself and when we accept all parts of oneself that is both positive

but also the negative parts the parts which we are not proud of ...

we're not supposed to have extreme reactions actually we're supposed to come up with some sort

of appeasement and detachment actually on a lot of things

Ah light, I'm sorry

it changes a lot because there are clouds today

which is rare at the moment it is very beautiful but today there are clouds

besides I did not show you but that it's my last "creations"

little paintings and this one is inspired by a photo

in short I won't really show them to you now I think I will have other opportunities

to you show them and you can see them on my instagram too if you are curious

to see them hum let's continue this was a little break

it's good to have breaks as well wich I finally learned what I'm learning to do

I'm not very good at it. I have tendency to go on go on get exhausted

in the end tell myself this is too much (laughs)

then there are different tests of

personalities that I find very interesting that I invite you to do

I will put you links in the info bar if you're interested the first one which I

you talked about it's the mbti so it's a personality test that is very well known

some companies use it when they do

recruitments to determine who they have to deal with, a little bit

the personality of the person. Like you know I went to university for

neuroscience I really like psycho so I get a lot of information on

all these themes because it interests me

and so I did a lot of little things personality tests during

during my life, different tests at different times. I was hyper

surprise of the result of this one which for me was hyper accurate with my

personality sometimes I have trouble precisely recognize me in some

results that I can get at some tests. again a change of light

sorry sorry on the other hand I think the sun is coming back

so we may need less changes

so you're going to have in this test 16 possible results since there are 16 types of

personalities explained and conceptualized. My personality type

because I think you're going to ask me it's INFJ the initials mean

Introversion / Intuition / Feelings / Judgment

I will not go into the details of these letters and my personality because

this is not the purpose of this video but if that interest you tell me in comment

there are also brain functions / cognitive functions that are a little our operating modes

we will say of predilection so depending on the type of personality you

have, you are going to have cerebral functions of predilections that you

Rather do naturally use most of the time

these kinds of things... This is the part that I find hyper interesting and

hyper accurate actually in this test because if you only look at the

result of your personality test on the website that I will put in the info

bar you will not really have much information. it's not bad but feel free

to inquire even more on the internet

there are plenty of youtube videos mostly in english on

these topics I will put you links in info bar. There are different

youtube channels that I follow for that and it's hyper interesting because really

we learn a lot about ourselves and others, better understand how we

could also improve because it's good to try not to

just stay in office preferred cerebral functions

but also go into others develop others if we do the test at

different moments of our lives we can have different results but

Normally we had at the base 1 type of personality. But the interest is that

the more time goes by the more difficult it will be to identify our type of

personality because we have so much evolved that will also have evolved our

functions that are not at all our main functions and we will be

able to do things that we did not do when we were younger

the fact that it's ... well that my type of personality is rare that allowed me

to finally understand why during all those years when I was little

I have the impression that the others were so different from me and I got

I felt alone because I felt that I was different and

that I did not work like others and yeah that it was a bit hard it would say

in my childhood / adolescence but after that did not stop me from having friends but eventually

I realize that now for example David who is hyper

complementary to mine but which also a lot close to mine

the same for my best friend. I love to surround myself with people who are

different from me and then anyway it's a lot more rewarding to be with people

different but we realize that people who have the same type of

personality it's just simple. we works the same. We are

in the same mindset often it's so funny and I had friends

not much. I must have had in my life who had this type of personality

I'm not sure because at the time I did not know this test back then and

I did not give them this test but thinking about it I think it was

the case and it was super simple even if there is moments it was almost boring

because we were too similar and that it's nice to have differences

what's funny is that when we meet ... sometimes people who have

the same type of personality that we can also create a

feeling of discomfort because we are so close but at the same

time so different because we do not have necessarily the same values

and what we consider to be important in our lives, the important values for

us are not the same. I made pass this test all around me and

now that I've studied a lot in fact the mbti, I am also able

often to recognize the types of people's personality but sometimes

it's really very complicated and we can not just with a discussion know what

the personality type of the person but sometimes it's pretty obvious there is

even physical postures that some types of personalities do more than

others it's hyper interesting and hyper complex and it's great for

me who likes to know me better and abstract ideas and concepts

it's perfect then I spoke to you also about the enneagram so that's also an

other personality test this one is more focused on

motivations know what motivates us in life which is hyper interesting

and hyper complementary with the mbti

so I had already said it but me my main enneagram is the 2

I like helping others it's I will say the base for me it's

important if what I do in life can not help others

I will feel lost. I have the impression that what I'm doing does not have

of meaning then I had as result 2w... there are some

wings actually by extension. More you grown older more you can have wings of

different motivations in our lives so I had 1 what is the fact

to be a little perfectionist of wanting that everything is well done and

the 3 that it is the will to succeed so it's important for me to succeed in my

activities in what I do it's important to be regular, constant ...

you see? So all of this is related to my motivations it will play on this

wthat I'm going to do in life but from all that too has negative sides

because inevitably when one is obsessed by one of its motivations one can fall

in something negative and bad for oneself for example when we

are very much focused on helping others we can forget ourselves, forget

to take care of yourself and be too focused on others we can also

have the impression that as soon as others are not saying thank you or are not

grateful that they are bad people or they do not

things they are supposed to do. we need also in a sense gratitude

so there are features that are the opposite not at all positive

the same in being perfectionist suddenly we have trouble

to be vulnerable as I told you also and for example in the fact

to be very focused on success eh well we can not want to break

the rules but want absolutely ... to be so focused on success

forget other values we forget certain values that are

important for you. I do not remember the detail of that one anymore. In short I will put you

links feel free to inform you there is even a book too that I bought

I did not find it extraordinary but if you want the basics it is

very good. I told you about it elsewhere in a book haul

then there is the big five it's a test of personality which is I think pretty

recent that lets you know from different axes, there are 5 axes

for example there is agreeability, being very pleasant

so I think the more empathic we are the more we will be nice

conscienciosity. It's the fact of being very conscientious to pay attention to

details. There is creativity / openness and there is still

two aspects I would give you there it's really interesting because it's

allows to realize what we do because we do not always have

awareness of what we are doing and also what matters, what is important

for oneself so it allowed me to realize again how much creativity is

important in my life if it was not clear enough before (laughs)

see aspects of your life also which you can work on so I'll tell you

also advise I find it very interesting and I find it very

well done. It's not similar with the Mbti because the Mbti is no more

complex and that it identifies 16 types of personality what is maybe

sometimes a little too much because there are plenty of things that are very similar in

people. This one decomplicates the type of personality while really having all

aspects of the personality so it's really very well done I find

and the last one I discovered who is not a personality test

it's more of a kind of theory it's concepts that let you know

a little about what stage of development you are in your life and in fact mostly

Basically it was done for society know at what stage

the society is currently and how it can evolve but it also applies

quite to the individual I'll put you links in information bar that's

spiral dynamics in English I do not know how can we translate it in french

we're going to say that and it helps

define the different stages of evolution in our lives in the

society as I just said and that's hyper accurate too when I saw that, I said to myself

it's awesome actually we can really evolve even more

It brings hope to society

and for oneself I do not know exactly

at what stage of development I am in these different stages in different

colors... same I will not go into detail I invite you to inquire

on it if you're interested. I think that at the base I was in the orange stage

or really success was important for me. Then I discovered the green stage when

I went back to natural that I started to really do more

pay more attention to me, to my food, to my

environment you have all the values that are very

very green in fact even everyday life and then there is a stage above that is the

yellow stage where there is going to be important to find a balance in

your life I think I'm mainly in

this stage right now. In this stage things are more patterns I would say ...

everything is a repetition of everything in life I have this feeling and it is

really something I think. There is a scheme of operation and for me

We must actually come to recognize these patterns to be able to get out of it so

I think it's really my main state and there is a state still above

actually a stage still above is the turquoise stage and apparently

this turquoise stage is very very large you can evolve a lot in it and

I think you're really experimenting with this which I told you about in one of my

previous videos book haul that is that we are connected to others and that everything

what we find in the world is also in us and we are also

part of the world I would have trouble really go into the details of this

stage there because I think I actually discovers I'm just starting to tame

to tame? (I meant to apprehend) a little the concepts of this turquoise stage

but I'm not fully at all in it. I feel the sensation that we are

connected to others the feeling that we are a little energy and that this energy

is modifiable according to our state: emotional, state of health, of our

interactions and that we can feel a little the energies of others and that all

this energy has a common base that we found everywhere and so I find that

hyper interesting so that means that I am starting to be interested in

this stage and that I may be starting to get into this stage and it seems to me

still a little crazy and that's what it is funny that we actually

in terms of evolution... people which are in the stage

in a stage that will be on top in progression term

we will have the feeling that they are crazy they have totally crazy ideas

and conversely when we're in a stage a little bit above and that

you look at people who are a bit more in a stage under in terme of evolution

we are just talking about the concept of spiral dynamics here. We will have the impression that they

missing something they have not figured out everything yet and what they do is

sometimes a little ridiculous and they have difficulties considering the limits of

their stage and the system in which they are so it's

really hyper interesting I try to be to informed about all this so if

you want to learn better yourself I also recommend you to learn

better know those systems so mbti, big five, enneagram, spiral dynamics

it was really the four systems I wanted to talk to you about and that I

encourages you to try to know a little bit about it because it

you will get to know yourself better you can also better know learn yourself

without doing this of course. It's a bit my privileged way of

doing it I like to learn about all this that but you can also

simply live experiences in your lives that allow you to better

know yourself just get out of my comfort zone

make videos in English that allows me to get to know myself better

for example, getting married I learned things about me. Any

experience in fact of our lives can to teach us things about ourselves

any activity too personal or professional activities or

hobbies, passions too can allow us to learn a lot about ourselves

so I would advise you just trying to do some

things you are not used to do and think about what you do

why do you do it, how you do it, how could you

improve. What you could improve what is

interesting once we learn to get to know yourself better is also to

confront to reality to confront to others, confronting different

activities, see how we react to try to integrate what you learn in

our lives I think that's it for this video it was a pretty long video

but I wanted to try to give you a global vision

and at the same time small details of those different

ways to get to know yourself better feel free to tell me what is your

personality type : mbti, what is your enneagram

the big five what are really the ... what stands out most in

these results. Really share with me, I would be sooo curious to

to really know how you are and also if you know

other personality tests that I have not not mentioned which helped you a lot

in your personal or professional life that allowed you to better

know yourself feel free to share in comment feel free to

tell me if there are some topics that I briefly touched on this video

you would like me to develop in a next video

I hope you liked it please like and tell me in comment

I am always pleased to read you. I send you lot of kisses and see you soon

or just people reaching out to me and basically saying that they feel stuck in

life and they don't know you know the next step or what business they should

approach and get into stuff like that and the reason that you're feeling stuck

goes back to this lesson that I've seen countless times and I think it relays it

really really well so I'm gonna relay that message to you and hopefully get

you thinking a little bit outside the box so this is obviously it I can't you

tell it it clearly resembles you so this little circle right here is what you

know that's what you know about you know life business how to approach people so

everything that's what you know and this circle inside the red is what you know

that you don't know so that's what you don't know so this is what you know and

this is all the things that you don't know which is clearly a lot more than

you know however and this is the craziest part about it and this is the

reason that you're stuck everything outside the second circle just continues

as you see the arrows pointing out just continues outward infinitely and the

reason for that is because that's what you don't know that you don't know so

just to recap this is what you know this little circle is what you don't know so

all the things that you know you don't know that you're cognizant of and then

everything else outside of this circle just stretch beyond is everything that

you don't even know that you don't know so that's literally infinite so one of

the my favorite quotes and I forget who exactly said it but it was basically

saying you know we we should be baffled by the extent of our ignorance or you

know true I think it's like true intelligence is to know the extent of

one's ignorance I forget who actually said that if you do know drop it down in

the comment section below obviously I'm intrigued to find out who

that actually was born my favorite quotes and it relays a great message

that basically says that you know once you realize that there's so many other

approaches to business to life and you start to think like okay I should expand

my mind to other things that not only I don't know but other things you know

look at other avenues and other people's mindsets and the way that they approach

problems in life you'd be amazed at you know what you can learn and then when

you go back to the drawing board you'll basically have a different approach

another piece of you know another tool in your belt essentially to approach the

problem list so how can you do that basically if you're feeling stuck stop

banging your head against the wall and continuing on with your narrow mindset

or your narrow you know vision or focus what you need to do is literally just

take a day or two take a couple deep breaths it's okay if you waste a day or

two here and there and they're not gonna be a waste so just give me one sec but

you know you sit back and even if you've got nothing done and just kind of recap

for a day or two that would help you so what do I suggest that you do take a day

or two to yourself read a book or to you know pick a random book I have a bunch

of different books I love books I'll grab a couple that I've been reading

really fast so these are all the ones that I ordered this week just to kind of

recap I read I'm not just saying these things I joined you really love to do it

8020 principle great book never read it before I've heard a lot of great things

about it but these are written by people that literally spent their entire lives

or you know decades kind of putting all this information in a book form that you

can consume in about an hour or two maybe I can't read a book in an hour so

I don't wanna set that maybe like 10 hours two days a week max and obviously

that's gonna give you a different piece of information a different piece of

insight from somebody that's been there and done that in a different approach

that you can then turn around and apply to that set business or to apply to that

you know life problems so charisma myth another great one primal branding great

for YouTube a few money Dan Locke actually where I got this from extreme

ownership Jaco will link 10x roll Trump are the deal this is a great one for any

advertisers for copyright is advertising headlines that make you rich pour your

heart into it heard great things about this book and actually Alex Becker's

temple there's a wealth surprisingly surprisingly good book do knows what

he's talking anyway the point is to kind of you know

stop banging your head against the wall you know I forget exactly what it is but

if you ever see you know Tony Robbins I think was the one that addressed this or

came up with this like you know relatable metaphor and so if you've ever

seen a fly just flying into a light over and over again it doesn't understand

that you know maybe we're flying into a window or glass window or something like

that it doesn't understand that maybe if you know it just reassesses and takes a

couple step back steps back it might find that the door is open or then

another window is open but by continually banging its head it only

sees the window that's closed and it's trying to get out the same way so what

you need to do is take a couple steps back metaphorically learn it a little

bit cut a couple gain of you know different perspectives from whether

that's books YouTube videos learning from courses whatever and then apply

that to the same problem you'll have a different broader perspective because

you don't know what you don't know

Sadhguru - If you fail, it's good, at least you know you are not fit enough. - Duration: 7:59.

Sadhguru: Oh, Narendar Singh (Laughs)!

How to pass exams without studying (Laughter)?

Tch…

My wish and my blessing (Laughter/Applause) is…

My wish and my blessing is, you should not pass (Laughter/Applause)

because when you say how to pass an examination without studying,

what you are saying is how to get a certificate without knowing a

damn thing about anything.

So, if you become a doctor without knowing what you should know,

you've passed and became a doctor - we don't know how many lives you will take

(Laughter).

Without studying or without knowing what you should know,

you became an engineer, you build the Kolkata Bridge (Laughter) -

before anybody crosses on that bridge, it collapses on people's heads,

taking lives.

We don't know what other disasters you will cause.

What has happened to you is just this – you have empowered your ego and enhanced your

desire.

Now, what you need to do is this – you need to empower your intelligence and

enhance your competence.

This is what you need to do, this is what education is about,

this is what life is about.

But unfortunately, you think education is about passing an examination.

Education is not about passing an examination, education is about learning.

It looks like the world has forgotten about this.

So those who want to pass examinations without studying,

those who want to win without playing the game,

those who want to be honored for things that they've not done –

these people will achieve one thing, they will die without living (Applause).

This one thing they will achieve because if you want to live, you must involve,

you must empower your intelligence and competence.

In doing something to the best of your ability, there is fulfillment in this,

there is joy in this, there is life in this.

In passing an examination without studying, in winning a game without playing,

in being honored without deserving, there is only ego satisfaction,

looking around at people who have failed and feeling little better than them.

As I said, for sure you will die without living.

If you think passing an examination without studying is a success,

dying without living is definitely a super success

and you will succeed.

What, Narendar Singh Dhoni

or Modi No,

this is champion of everything.

One, who wants to pass examination without studying, is a champion of everything.

If you are a champion of everything, you are a nutcase.

If you are a champion in something, there's enormous striving in becoming a

champion of something.

You are a champion of everything because you are a nutcase.

And when you become a champion of everything, it means you don't know how to do anything

(Laughs), yes?

You don't know how to do anything.

(Laughs) Narendar Singh (Gestures) (Laughter),

it's my wish and my blessing (Laughter), all those who don't study must fail,

all those who do not know how to play must lose.

Yes?

Sadhguru: All those, who do not deserve, are not honored in this world.

This is my wish.

This is my blessing.

So you just came to the wrong guy (Laughter).

There are people, who will bless you, "Don't worry, don't study, I… my blessing

is there, you will pass" (Laughter).

I am not one of them, you just came to the wrong place (Laughs).

What – champion of everything,

hmm?

Tch, if you become no, that's good.

If you want to be champion of everything, life will get you in so many different ways.

If you fail, it's good, at least you know you are not fit enough to

take the next step.

Yes or no?

If you lose a game, you know that you're not good enough.

Yes or no?

Sadhguru: That is the idea of failure, that is the idea of passing and failing,

that to know whether I am fit enough to take the next step or not,

not to fool the world.

You can fool the world but the problem is you will become such an

expert and if… you'll make a fool of yourself,

that's the biggest problem.

So, Narendar Singh - tch, not Dhoni, not Modi (Laughs),

there's enormous striving behind those names (Laughs).

Let's leave it here, otherwise I'll get more nasty (Laughter)

because I don't like people, who pass without studying (Laughs).
