SELF AWARENESS • Mieux se connaître + Meilleurs Tests de personnalité ~ Ursula - Duration: 19:51.
hi everyone i hope you're well today let's make
a video on youtube so small announce if you don't follow me on
instagram I started my IGTV channel
as I said a little bit in I believe another Q&A video
I would like to make videos finally I started to do
videos in English on IGTV this is very stressful for me but it's also
very exciting because it's a bit new and it allows me to get out of my
comfort zone, to learn. I discover in fact what I know in English and what
I do not know and I really want to improve myself I think it's
a good personal challenge it allows me to have another look at
my english another look at myself and it's super interesting I find
so here I wanted to tell you today I wanted to share with you
my process to learn to better know myself
for me it's important because it makes you feel better with yourself
so to be a little more confident, to better accept yourself, having a
better self-esteem also by extension to better
get along with others, better collaborate with others when we have to
work, better live in fact, everything simply with others and better
manage certain situations that may be difficult
so I do not say at all that I am perfect it is not the case but
here I wanted to share a little my process to progress and
actually develop personally because that when we start to see some
aspects of self that we do not like or which bother us, we say to ourself
that there is something to do (laughs)
and I think that behind it's a personal development work
which intervenes to accept sometimes the parts we will say shadows
which displease us or some experiences more or less
difficult to live and better integrate into our lives, learn these
lessons and put them in pratice
I think it takes time not be in a hurry, do not see that
like a race against the clock I do not do not think. Even if earlier we start
the more effort we make in it better it is and the faster we progress, the faster
we learn and we evolve I think it's also a process
which is quite personal, which is even very personal and which also requires
to spend time with yourself
even though there are experiences of life that
let you know yourself better there are interactions with others
which allow to know you better I think you also have to spend time
alone and time to reflect on yourself, time to do
some exercises to do some tests that I will talk to you about
in this video. Study a little how we work and how the human being works
I'll mainly talk to you about personality so how to learn to
better know your personality but obviously when we start to get better
know in terms of personality we have also want to know better our tastes
to know and understand better also what we desire, better understand also
what corresponds to us in terms of diet, physical activity
creative activities in short, it's really very wide indeed
for me feel free to tell me what you think in comment
sometimes it calls us into question it's not always a very pleasant process
we can sometimes go through difficult times so I do not say
it's easy to get to know ourself better but I think it's important
it helps to be much better with oneself
and to better interact, better manage one's life. So the first thing
I would advise to do if you want to get to know you better
in terms of personality that's always already to make a list
as I had made a video that was... I would say two years ago.
I will put back the link above: qualities / flaws. I think it's that period
so that was two years ago when I I said I must take a little more
"contact" it's super weird but it's true
a little more contact with myself with
which is important to me really what I want how do I want to evolve and
it's a little here too where I decided to change my youtube channel and
open it to a lot more subjects so make a list of our qualities and our
flaws in any case of what we think we have as quality, what we think we have
as flaws because sometimes it's not necessarily the reality but it's already
good to make a list then it's good to do
a small list finally if it can be very long that's so much better: things
that we do not like, or that annoy us, that disturb us strongly or scare us too
for example I told you in a one of my latest videos the video on
vulnerability that vulnerability, to feel vulnerable
is something I did not like at all that really made me feel uncomfortable and
which actually make me feel bad while there are plenty of people who are
very comfortable with that. It was part of my list
I'm trying to work on it because when there is something that annoys us
really a lot and that causes a a little extreme reaction
in us, there is usually a little issue and that
can really be improved say that normally when we
accept ourself and when we accept all parts of oneself that is both positive
but also the negative parts the parts which we are not proud of ...
we're not supposed to have extreme reactions actually we're supposed to come up with some sort
of appeasement and detachment actually on a lot of things
Ah light, I'm sorry
it changes a lot because there are clouds today
which is rare at the moment it is very beautiful but today there are clouds
besides I did not show you but that it's my last "creations"
little paintings and this one is inspired by a photo
in short I won't really show them to you now I think I will have other opportunities
to you show them and you can see them on my instagram too if you are curious
to see them hum let's continue this was a little break
it's good to have breaks as well wich I finally learned what I'm learning to do
I'm not very good at it. I have tendency to go on go on get exhausted
in the end tell myself this is too much (laughs)
then there are different tests of
personalities that I find very interesting that I invite you to do
I will put you links in the info bar if you're interested the first one which I
you talked about it's the mbti so it's a personality test that is very well known
some companies use it when they do
recruitments to determine who they have to deal with, a little bit
the personality of the person. Like you know I went to university for
neuroscience I really like psycho so I get a lot of information on
all these themes because it interests me
and so I did a lot of little things personality tests during
during my life, different tests at different times. I was hyper
surprise of the result of this one which for me was hyper accurate with my
personality sometimes I have trouble precisely recognize me in some
results that I can get at some tests. again a change of light
sorry sorry on the other hand I think the sun is coming back
so we may need less changes
so you're going to have in this test 16 possible results since there are 16 types of
personalities explained and conceptualized. My personality type
because I think you're going to ask me it's INFJ the initials mean
Introversion / Intuition / Feelings / Judgment
I will not go into the details of these letters and my personality because
this is not the purpose of this video but if that interest you tell me in comment
there are also brain functions / cognitive functions that are a little our operating modes
we will say of predilection so depending on the type of personality you
have, you are going to have cerebral functions of predilections that you
Rather do naturally use most of the time
these kinds of things... This is the part that I find hyper interesting and
hyper accurate actually in this test because if you only look at the
result of your personality test on the website that I will put in the info
bar you will not really have much information. it's not bad but feel free
to inquire even more on the internet
there are plenty of youtube videos mostly in english on
these topics I will put you links in info bar. There are different
youtube channels that I follow for that and it's hyper interesting because really
we learn a lot about ourselves and others, better understand how we
could also improve because it's good to try not to
just stay in office preferred cerebral functions
but also go into others develop others if we do the test at
different moments of our lives we can have different results but
Normally we had at the base 1 type of personality. But the interest is that
the more time goes by the more difficult it will be to identify our type of
personality because we have so much evolved that will also have evolved our
functions that are not at all our main functions and we will be
able to do things that we did not do when we were younger
the fact that it's ... well that my type of personality is rare that allowed me
to finally understand why during all those years when I was little
I have the impression that the others were so different from me and I got
I felt alone because I felt that I was different and
that I did not work like others and yeah that it was a bit hard it would say
in my childhood / adolescence but after that did not stop me from having friends but eventually
I realize that now for example David who is hyper
complementary to mine but which also a lot close to mine
the same for my best friend. I love to surround myself with people who are
different from me and then anyway it's a lot more rewarding to be with people
different but we realize that people who have the same type of
personality it's just simple. we works the same. We are
in the same mindset often it's so funny and I had friends
not much. I must have had in my life who had this type of personality
I'm not sure because at the time I did not know this test back then and
I did not give them this test but thinking about it I think it was
the case and it was super simple even if there is moments it was almost boring
because we were too similar and that it's nice to have differences
what's funny is that when we meet ... sometimes people who have
the same type of personality that we can also create a
feeling of discomfort because we are so close but at the same
time so different because we do not have necessarily the same values
and what we consider to be important in our lives, the important values for
us are not the same. I made pass this test all around me and
now that I've studied a lot in fact the mbti, I am also able
often to recognize the types of people's personality but sometimes
it's really very complicated and we can not just with a discussion know what
the personality type of the person but sometimes it's pretty obvious there is
even physical postures that some types of personalities do more than
others it's hyper interesting and hyper complex and it's great for
me who likes to know me better and abstract ideas and concepts
it's perfect then I spoke to you also about the enneagram so that's also an
other personality test this one is more focused on
motivations know what motivates us in life which is hyper interesting
and hyper complementary with the mbti
so I had already said it but me my main enneagram is the 2
I like helping others it's I will say the base for me it's
important if what I do in life can not help others
I will feel lost. I have the impression that what I'm doing does not have
of meaning then I had as result 2w... there are some
wings actually by extension. More you grown older more you can have wings of
different motivations in our lives so I had 1 what is the fact
to be a little perfectionist of wanting that everything is well done and
the 3 that it is the will to succeed so it's important for me to succeed in my
activities in what I do it's important to be regular, constant ...
you see? So all of this is related to my motivations it will play on this
wthat I'm going to do in life but from all that too has negative sides
because inevitably when one is obsessed by one of its motivations one can fall
in something negative and bad for oneself for example when we
are very much focused on helping others we can forget ourselves, forget
to take care of yourself and be too focused on others we can also
have the impression that as soon as others are not saying thank you or are not
grateful that they are bad people or they do not
things they are supposed to do. we need also in a sense gratitude
so there are features that are the opposite not at all positive
the same in being perfectionist suddenly we have trouble
to be vulnerable as I told you also and for example in the fact
to be very focused on success eh well we can not want to break
the rules but want absolutely ... to be so focused on success
forget other values we forget certain values that are
important for you. I do not remember the detail of that one anymore. In short I will put you
links feel free to inform you there is even a book too that I bought
I did not find it extraordinary but if you want the basics it is
very good. I told you about it elsewhere in a book haul
then there is the big five it's a test of personality which is I think pretty
recent that lets you know from different axes, there are 5 axes
for example there is agreeability, being very pleasant
so I think the more empathic we are the more we will be nice
conscienciosity. It's the fact of being very conscientious to pay attention to
details. There is creativity / openness and there is still
two aspects I would give you there it's really interesting because it's
allows to realize what we do because we do not always have
awareness of what we are doing and also what matters, what is important
for oneself so it allowed me to realize again how much creativity is
important in my life if it was not clear enough before (laughs)
see aspects of your life also which you can work on so I'll tell you
also advise I find it very interesting and I find it very
well done. It's not similar with the Mbti because the Mbti is no more
complex and that it identifies 16 types of personality what is maybe
sometimes a little too much because there are plenty of things that are very similar in
people. This one decomplicates the type of personality while really having all
aspects of the personality so it's really very well done I find
and the last one I discovered who is not a personality test
it's more of a kind of theory it's concepts that let you know
a little about what stage of development you are in your life and in fact mostly
Basically it was done for society know at what stage
the society is currently and how it can evolve but it also applies
quite to the individual I'll put you links in information bar that's
spiral dynamics in English I do not know how can we translate it in french
we're going to say that and it helps
define the different stages of evolution in our lives in the
society as I just said and that's hyper accurate too when I saw that, I said to myself
it's awesome actually we can really evolve even more
It brings hope to society
and for oneself I do not know exactly
at what stage of development I am in these different stages in different
colors... same I will not go into detail I invite you to inquire
on it if you're interested. I think that at the base I was in the orange stage
or really success was important for me. Then I discovered the green stage when
I went back to natural that I started to really do more
pay more attention to me, to my food, to my
environment you have all the values that are very
very green in fact even everyday life and then there is a stage above that is the
yellow stage where there is going to be important to find a balance in
your life I think I'm mainly in
this stage right now. In this stage things are more patterns I would say ...
everything is a repetition of everything in life I have this feeling and it is
really something I think. There is a scheme of operation and for me
We must actually come to recognize these patterns to be able to get out of it so
I think it's really my main state and there is a state still above
actually a stage still above is the turquoise stage and apparently
this turquoise stage is very very large you can evolve a lot in it and
I think you're really experimenting with this which I told you about in one of my
previous videos book haul that is that we are connected to others and that everything
what we find in the world is also in us and we are also
part of the world I would have trouble really go into the details of this
stage there because I think I actually discovers I'm just starting to tame
to tame? (I meant to apprehend) a little the concepts of this turquoise stage
but I'm not fully at all in it. I feel the sensation that we are
connected to others the feeling that we are a little energy and that this energy
is modifiable according to our state: emotional, state of health, of our
interactions and that we can feel a little the energies of others and that all
this energy has a common base that we found everywhere and so I find that
hyper interesting so that means that I am starting to be interested in
this stage and that I may be starting to get into this stage and it seems to me
still a little crazy and that's what it is funny that we actually
in terms of evolution... people which are in the stage
in a stage that will be on top in progression term
we will have the feeling that they are crazy they have totally crazy ideas
and conversely when we're in a stage a little bit above and that
you look at people who are a bit more in a stage under in terme of evolution
we are just talking about the concept of spiral dynamics here. We will have the impression that they
missing something they have not figured out everything yet and what they do is
sometimes a little ridiculous and they have difficulties considering the limits of
their stage and the system in which they are so it's
really hyper interesting I try to be to informed about all this so if
you want to learn better yourself I also recommend you to learn
better know those systems so mbti, big five, enneagram, spiral dynamics
it was really the four systems I wanted to talk to you about and that I
encourages you to try to know a little bit about it because it
you will get to know yourself better you can also better know learn yourself
without doing this of course. It's a bit my privileged way of
doing it I like to learn about all this that but you can also
simply live experiences in your lives that allow you to better
know yourself just get out of my comfort zone
make videos in English that allows me to get to know myself better
for example, getting married I learned things about me. Any
experience in fact of our lives can to teach us things about ourselves
any activity too personal or professional activities or
hobbies, passions too can allow us to learn a lot about ourselves
so I would advise you just trying to do some
things you are not used to do and think about what you do
why do you do it, how you do it, how could you
improve. What you could improve what is
interesting once we learn to get to know yourself better is also to
confront to reality to confront to others, confronting different
activities, see how we react to try to integrate what you learn in
our lives I think that's it for this video it was a pretty long video
but I wanted to try to give you a global vision
and at the same time small details of those different
ways to get to know yourself better feel free to tell me what is your
personality type : mbti, what is your enneagram
the big five what are really the ... what stands out most in
these results. Really share with me, I would be sooo curious to
to really know how you are and also if you know
other personality tests that I have not not mentioned which helped you a lot
in your personal or professional life that allowed you to better
know yourself feel free to share in comment feel free to
tell me if there are some topics that I briefly touched on this video
you would like me to develop in a next video
I hope you liked it please like and tell me in comment
I am always pleased to read you. I send you lot of kisses and see you soon

Why You Feel Stuck in Life & in Business - Duration: 5:39.
are you feeling stuck whether that's in life or in business well today we're
going to dress it welcome to the video guys so if you're feeling stuck whether
that's in life or in business I've got your answer for you
so really it's it's just about expanding your mind so there's gonna be a simple
video it's something I want to touch on I'm getting a lot of emails lately
people saying they're stuck in this business you're stuck in that business
or just people reaching out to me and basically saying that they feel stuck in
life and they don't know you know the next step or what business they should
approach and get into stuff like that and the reason that you're feeling stuck
goes back to this lesson that I've seen countless times and I think it relays it
really really well so I'm gonna relay that message to you and hopefully get
you thinking a little bit outside the box so this is obviously it I can't you
tell it it clearly resembles you so this little circle right here is what you
know that's what you know about you know life business how to approach people so
everything that's what you know and this circle inside the red is what you know
that you don't know so that's what you don't know so this is what you know and
this is all the things that you don't know which is clearly a lot more than
you know however and this is the craziest part about it and this is the
reason that you're stuck everything outside the second circle just continues
as you see the arrows pointing out just continues outward infinitely and the
reason for that is because that's what you don't know that you don't know so
just to recap this is what you know this little circle is what you don't know so
all the things that you know you don't know that you're cognizant of and then
everything else outside of this circle just stretch beyond is everything that
you don't even know that you don't know so that's literally infinite so one of
the my favorite quotes and I forget who exactly said it but it was basically
saying you know we we should be baffled by the extent of our ignorance or you
know true I think it's like true intelligence is to know the extent of
one's ignorance I forget who actually said that if you do know drop it down in
the comment section below obviously I'm intrigued to find out who
that actually was born my favorite quotes and it relays a great message
that basically says that you know once you realize that there's so many other
approaches to business to life and you start to think like okay I should expand
my mind to other things that not only I don't know but other things you know
look at other avenues and other people's mindsets and the way that they approach
problems in life you'd be amazed at you know what you can learn and then when
you go back to the drawing board you'll basically have a different approach
another piece of you know another tool in your belt essentially to approach the
problem list so how can you do that basically if you're feeling stuck stop
banging your head against the wall and continuing on with your narrow mindset
or your narrow you know vision or focus what you need to do is literally just
take a day or two take a couple deep breaths it's okay if you waste a day or
two here and there and they're not gonna be a waste so just give me one sec but
you know you sit back and even if you've got nothing done and just kind of recap
for a day or two that would help you so what do I suggest that you do take a day
or two to yourself read a book or to you know pick a random book I have a bunch
of different books I love books I'll grab a couple that I've been reading
really fast so these are all the ones that I ordered this week just to kind of
recap I read I'm not just saying these things I joined you really love to do it
8020 principle great book never read it before I've heard a lot of great things
about it but these are written by people that literally spent their entire lives
or you know decades kind of putting all this information in a book form that you
can consume in about an hour or two maybe I can't read a book in an hour so
I don't wanna set that maybe like 10 hours two days a week max and obviously
that's gonna give you a different piece of information a different piece of
insight from somebody that's been there and done that in a different approach
that you can then turn around and apply to that set business or to apply to that
you know life problems so charisma myth another great one primal branding great
for YouTube a few money Dan Locke actually where I got this from extreme
ownership Jaco will link 10x roll Trump are the deal this is a great one for any
advertisers for copyright is advertising headlines that make you rich pour your
heart into it heard great things about this book and actually Alex Becker's
temple there's a wealth surprisingly surprisingly good book do knows what
he's talking anyway the point is to kind of you know
stop banging your head against the wall you know I forget exactly what it is but
if you ever see you know Tony Robbins I think was the one that addressed this or
came up with this like you know relatable metaphor and so if you've ever
seen a fly just flying into a light over and over again it doesn't understand
that you know maybe we're flying into a window or glass window or something like
that it doesn't understand that maybe if you know it just reassesses and takes a
couple step back steps back it might find that the door is open or then
another window is open but by continually banging its head it only
sees the window that's closed and it's trying to get out the same way so what
you need to do is take a couple steps back metaphorically learn it a little
bit cut a couple gain of you know different perspectives from whether
that's books YouTube videos learning from courses whatever and then apply
that to the same problem you'll have a different broader perspective because
you don't know what you don't know

The Pursuit of Sexiness - Duration: 4:18.
Imagine waking up one morning, looking in the mirror, and discovering that something
alien has taken over your body.
You wanna smash something, rape someone.
This is not you.
You've turned into a monster!
What is this alien thing you ask?
Well, maybe you're unaware, but deep down you have a stealthy ninja that's making
you a bad, naughty person.
And I'm gonna prove this to you right now.
Meet Roy; he's a nice guy, so let's do a fun little experiment on him.
Okay, Roy, imagine being super horny and answer these questions, you gotta predict how you
would behave AS IF you were aroused.
Go.
Fantastic, now this time, go to your house, lock your room and jerk off to some hot babes
while answering the same questions.
We're having a great time here.
So make sure to arouse yourself to a high level, but not to the point of ejaculation.
Guys, every video I promise myself that I'm not doing a masturbation scene again.
But science man, what can you do?
Anyway, The result showed that when Roy was in a cold, rational state, he respected wahmen;
he wasn't attracted to the odd sexual activities he was asked about; but as it turns out when
you're horny, and the ninja has woken up and took over the driving wheel.
You become a raging monster.
The ninja has one mission and one mission only; to spread those genes, no matter what.
If you think about it, this makes total sense from an evolutionary perspective.
To survive, you have to wake up your stealthy ninja.
His job is to make you ignore the fact that we are disgusting animals: saliva, sweat,
snot, farts, burps, we're disgusting, but the ninja has a pretty simple solution: he
would lower the level of disgust whenever humans are horny.
This will trick them into thinking that hey: sex is a pleasant experience.
But in reality, it's just that sneaky thing manipulating your hormones and forcing you
to believe this propaganda!
That was a real experiment that happened to many participants.
When the study was completed, the conclusions were consistent and clear.
No matter how brilliant and rational you are, in the heat of passion, you'll be completely
divorced from the person you thought you were.
You feel it, man!
The next time you're horny, just stop for a second and notice this uncontrollable energy
inside of you.
So what did we learn here?
Even after knowing those things you still have to deal with that ninja.
He may manipulate your feelings and make you risk STDs and unwanted pregnancies just to satisfy
his needs.
So be careful, it's easier for you to fight him before he wakes up and before the temptation
has already begun.
Similarly, this ninja also wakes up whenever you're angry, hungry, sad, or frightened.
So here are two essential tips to win over him:
Condoms, you should always have them nearby, you never know what could happen.
Now as a lonely person, the sad reality is that girls won't even look at me, so if
you also happen to be in the eternal friend zone, you'll never need this tip so skip
it and move on to the next one.
You need to drive carefully whenever your emotions are boiling; you're not in control
of yourself, not only that, when the car becomes full of laughing friends and the music is
on an Adrenaline-pumping decibel level.
Who's thinking about risk in that situation?
Again, I have zero friends, so I think I'm in a safe spot also.
But Isn't it strange that we invest so little in learning about these topics, knowing that
they do fatal damage to us?
So the one thing that I wanna leave you with is to be aware that you have a darker side.
Even awareness helps.
So when that thing respawns again, you should be prepared.
Finally guys!!
After all these videos, after all these comments telling me that this style is a Kurzgesagt
rip-off.
I came up with a new style.
I think it looks pretty neat, don't you think?
This is a relatively small channel, so I'm still experimenting with the content and with
the animation style, and I think this one is unique, did it tickle your balls?
Let me know what do you think.
Because the only thing that keeps me improving is your feedback so thank you.

you can see that there and then all of these little
bonsai tree starts as well so this is just the first room the club
swipe around look around pull your screen around use the technology check
it out and scope out how sweet this the first three
we leave this greenhouse it's pretty hot we're gonna roll out
here I want to show this they've got all this cool driftwood
all kinds of different pots but behind me here and you can drag around this is
360 videos and drag around the screen play with the screen pull it with your
mouths there on the desktop if you're on a smartphone just swipe it around with
your fingers check out this wet wall this is really
crazy because it takes all kinds of different temps like super hot full Sun
and then cold in the winter fully grown in I couldn't name but like
three of the planes on there so I'm not gonna try their staff is busy however
their staff is super helpful when you can get them right now they're busy
doing what they do so I'm just walking around showing you unfortunately my
knowledge of a lot of these plants is very limited I stay in my lane
swipe up pull up look around in this video and see how this greenhouse has
been removed they do cover this in the winter
this is just one row
super awesome and this place you can get like really cool full-grown trees a lot
of stuff with some good size on it
and this is just another one of them and then behind me here is their Kentucky
native cafe which we'll show you in a minute I want to walk through here to
there Kentucky native cafe this is so cool and the temperatures you obviously
can't tell through the video but the temperatures just Rock as you go into
full natural shade and this was actually constructed if you again swipe around
all around use the technology and check out how this is actually put and built
in like the old frame of one of their old greenhouses so it's just got this
really cool vibe that I hope you all can kind of dig I know I like it look up
this way pull up check out this old cafe very cool and I'm just walking back here
if you can get a beard you can get food I'm about to buy eggs or some launched
here in a second but a really really cool acre of land
and this is pretty much downtown Lexington - pretty close to it
super chill
and look behind me here place for the kids to play over there lunch is not
open yet and within the frame of their old green house super chill room in the
house I like to sit there and look at all this again swipe around pull your
screen move your screen around this is easy you can do it you'll notice I'm not
yelling give this place is Zen there's no reason to go but this is constructed
in the confines of their old green house I forget this I forget when this was
first constructed I think their newest green house was in like 1940s but I'm
gonna roll in here you watch your head this is the Kentucky native ferns with
lots of shade over it
stupid shell
cat rolling around so very chill love the fern just a very
warm place I got a cozy place
and I want to walk out and I want to show you going from the heats to show
you a little bit of a pond
again they're on Maxwell Street in Lexington Kentucky
lowboy pond super chill and then these plants come in full Sun
actually know something about the horsetail ROG they loaded some kind
those look like hearty release just based on how thick they've grown in
walk around Kentucky native plants and again this is
not my my area of expertise at all
god this place is cool boots just like Nussle back and I'm kind of creeping
around through it
is to give you perspective there's one one of the greenhouses there's another
old-school greenhouses walk through here again pull around check it out
and this used to be under a frame you can see all that's left is behind me
obviously I love time

Touching Up My Own Tattoos | Stick and Poke - Duration: 6:21.
Hey everyone welcome to my channel so today I wanted to take you on an adventure
with me what an adventure today I wanted to take you along with me while I touch
up some of my own tattoos all of my stick and poke tattoos with the
exception of one are on my feet so the first tattoos were going to touch
up today, "we're" I don't know why people say we're it's not we it's me
anyways so I'm going to touch up my toe tattoos so if I can offer you guys would
if I could offer you guys one piece of advice it would be to not tattoo your
baby toes because your baby toes are more prone to rubbing on your shoes I
mean that's what happened to me not a good idea I'm going to add the letters
back but I know that they will be gone within a month I don't know if you can
see but I have like a tattoo on the side of my foot I don't want to touch that up
I'm gonna let that fade to whatever it fades into I don't like it anymore and I
keep touching it up and it keeps fading anyway so I'm just gonna let it do its
thing, the thing with the (s)tarsee(d) tattoo, that can't just you know well I mean I
can just leave it be but then it says "tarsee" doesn't make sense
I don't mind touching that tattoo up because it makes more sense when I do
but this one I'm just I'm just I'm gonna let her be
the next time I'm going to touch up is my Big Bang inspired tattoo my sunset
glow so I've been meaning to touch this up for a really long time and I just I'm
lazy so I finally decided to touch it up and I think it looks so much better it
was just missing like a few more rounds with the needle and then now it's good
I'm happy with it it's good
and the last tattoo we're gonna touch up is my "x" on the UFO so I got this UFO in
theory it was like a great idea cuz I'm like oh my god star seed like I could
have an alien theme for my feet and I don't want an alien theme any more I
like my 13 I think the 13 is really nice I just don't like the it looks like a
bowl don't you think I think it looks like a bowl I'm just not a fan of it so
put an X over it because it made me feel better
so for me if I have like a tattoo that I'm not like a huge fan of so far like
putting a line through it or putting an X on it has just made me feel better
about it and a lot of tattoo artists would advise against this I have like
quotes behind my legs and I asked a tattoo artist to put a line through it
and she was like you shouldn't do that and I was like but you want to like I
really want to and I loved those tattoos ever since before I was just afraid to
show them like I hated them and now there's a line third I'm like this is art
so yeah that's pretty much it for this video I hope you enjoyed it coming along
with me while I poke my body with needles remember if you're going to do
stick and poke tattoos make sure it's super super safe every time I talk to a
tattoo artist that uses like machines and I say like oh I do stick and poke
tattoos they cringe so hard so I know stick and poke is not seen as like
something super super good I get it people are going to tattoo themselves
whether you like it or not and if we can make it safer that's pretty good make
sure you subscribe to this channel click the bell for notifications I have a cool
little animated thing up here like she did that on iMovie thank you for
watching I'll see you in another video bye

When To Buy A Second Home? - Duration: 5:39.
Alright, chances are, if you bought your first home, you're probably wondering how long you're
going to wait before you buy your second home?
We'll talk about it.
Hey friends, Stephen Michael Miller here with Limitless TV and if you are here then you
are then you're ready to get after it, learn how to do real estate and I've got some questions
right now.
A lot of questions are coming in, by the way.
And we are loving it.
Please keep those comments and questions rolling in.
But I've got one here from Vaubhav Verma.
Hopefully, I didn't butcher that name.
But you said, "Can you do a video on how much time one should wait for buying another property
after buying the first property?
Also, on how to fund multiple projects."
That's a fantastic question.
So, let's just take the first one.
How long should I wait before I buy my next property if I just bought a property.
And here's the fun reality that most of people don't know.
Although we have credit and you know, oftentimes, we don't believe that we can use our credit
for more than just one property or one thing at a time.
You can actually buy multiple properties at the same time.
It's just takes doing.
You know, I mean, you just have to get out there and say, "Hey, I'm going to buy 3 properties
right now, or 4 properties right now.
Go to the bank and make sure you have all the proper paper work, all of the proper ratios
in order.
So, you can buy multiple properties at the same time.
That being said, if you just bought a property, there is no necessary time lapse or time that
has to be, it has to go by before you buy your next property.
You could potentially buy your next property right after you close on your first property.
So, don't wait, don't feel like you have to wait.
I think that's one of the biggest mistakes that a lot of people make is feeling like
they have to wait for something or for permission to go out and buy their next property.
So, if you need that permission, here's my permission card, go out and buy your next
property or at least start that process and get talking to your next bank or your next
lender to get that started.
Get that rolling forward for you.
So, second part to that that you didn't really ask but I'm going to, just in case this is
what you are looking for is, if I've just bought one property and I had only enough
down payment for one property.
How long do I have to wait before I may be able to turn that money into more and then
access it to go buy another property?
Maybe that's what she meant, maybe not but I'm going to go to that here as well.
So, if you bought one property, let's just say that bought it with some equity, right?
You've got it descent equity position.
And if you've got 30 or $40,000 and equity on that home, then you do need to wait a certain
amount of time for that money to season, typically, before you them pull it out.
Oftentimes that looks like, 12 months.
Most banks want you to wait specific amount of time.
But if you wait that time, if you wait that 12 months, then you can go in and access that
equity that's in that home.
And use that to go fund new property.
So, oftentimes, like I said, there's about 12-month seasoning period for you to be able
to wait to access that equity that's in that home, pull it out and then go buy a new property.
And the other question was "How do I fund multiple projects at the same time?"
And there's no maybe really good answer to this except for have more money, right?
So, if you don't have that yourself, then you need to go and find that money.
And one of the best thing that you can do to go out and find new money is, number 1
- to understand what the potential R.I.Y. is going to be.
Now, I want to encourage you here, not to over inflate numbers, not to talk really big
hot pie in the sky stuff.
Look at the project that you're looking at dealing.
Run the actual data, try to get as much historical data as you possibly can.
And then find out.
What would be the potential R.I.Y this investment based on historical data, based on what I
know and what I've seen and what I've been able to gather.
Put that information into a business plan, okay? out that information to a really easy
to read, very simple business plan that talks about: What the properties has done overtime,
what your plan is with those properties and what you believe those projected R.I.Y's maybe.
And then get out there and look for partners.
You want to fund multiple deals and you don't have all the funds for it yourself?
The only way that I know to do that is by going out and finding other partners.
People that have the money but maybe don' t have the time.
People that may have credit but maybe don't have the time.
Well, we're taking about funding, specifically.
So, really, we're talking about the money, right?
The funding of that.
If you can bring that to the table and you can show that you're willing , you've thought
it out well, they can trust you.
You've done your research and your homework then you're going to be whole more likely
to attract those individuals that have the funds but maybe no time to implement them
themselves.
To be able to say, "Here you go, why don't you take that money, I'm interested in this
project, it looks like it can produce X of amount for me and we'll split it in a certain
way how you ever you determine and agree upon based on the else's.
See, you put it in a place, right?
You're operating agreement.
So, hopefully that answers the questions, you know, how much time do I need.
The reality is depending on where you are and what you're talking about.
You can either have no time needed or maybe you need to wait that 12 months to season
and pull some of that equity out.
And if you want to do multiple deals, you can do as many deals at the same time as you
want to.
As long as you can find the proper funding . So, get to work and hopefully, we can help
you in the future.
Okay, this is all about maximizing and increasing your gameplan.
Really speeding up the dial, turning it up.
So, if you haven't already bought your second home, get on it.
What are you waiting for?
Well, maybe before you go, comment below, hit subscribe, like the video.
We love you guys.
