Hello friends and welcome to this video

'I will face the bullets of the enemies, I have been free and I'll forever be free'

were the lines of Chandra Shekhar Azad,

the master of disguise.

Today on 23rd July 2018

is his birth anniversary let's celebrate by acknowledging his life story stated in brief.

Chandra Shekhar Tiwari, was born to

Pandit Sita Ram Tiwari & Jagrani Devi on

July 23, 1906 in Bhavra village in Jhabua district, Madhya Pradesh.

He grew up learning wrestling, swimming, and archery.

He practiced javelin throw and developed an enviable physique.

He received his early schooling in Bhavra.

For higher studies he went to a Sanskrit Pathashala in Varanasi where he met some nationalists.

Chandra Shekhar became a part of a group of young revolutionaries

and dedicated his life to a single goal –

securing freedom for his beloved motherland by driving the British away from India.

16-year-old Chandra Shekhar was arrested in one of these demonstrations.

When asked his name, his father replied to the authorities that his name was 'Azad'.

The announcement to suspend the non-cooperation movement came as a blow.

Agitated Azad met Ram Prasad Bismil,

the founder of Hindustan Republican Association.

He joined the HRA and concentrated on collecting funds for the association.

He planned attempts to rob government treasury

to raise funds in order to carry out their revolutionary activities.

Ram Prasad Bismil came up with an idea of looting a train running from Shahjahpur to Lucknow,

in Kakori, carrying treasury money.

You must've seen it in many bollywood films.

Azad reached Kanpur, the headquarters of HRA and met Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev.

He reorganized the HRA and renamed it as Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA) with Bhagat Singh.

On October 30, 1928

Lala Lajpat Rai got severly injured during his protest against the Simon Commission

where Police Superintendent James Scott ordered lathi strike.

Lalaji died on November 17, 1928 as a result of the wounds.

Azad held the police superintendent responsible for Lala's death.

Together with Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar and Shivaram Rajguru, he plotted the assassination of Scott

but a case of mistaken identity led to the killing of John P. Saunders, an Assistant Superintendent of Police.

As a result Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were arrested

Azad was among the few who the British authorities were unable to capture.

They even announced a reward of Rs. 30,000 on his head.

The huge amount of money led to vital information on the whereabouts of Azad.

On February 27, 1931

a pre-informed police surrounded the Alfred Park and asked Chandrasekhar Azad to surrender.

Azad fought to allow his friends safe passage and killed three police officers.

After nearly exhausting his ammunition

and foreseeing no means of escape, he shot himself in the head with his last bullet.

He upheld his vow never to be captured by the British.

After independence, Alfred Park in Allahabad was renamed Chandrashekhar Azad Park.

This was the story of Chandrashekhar Azad in detail.

English Grammar Exercises For Beginners - Duration: 5:08.

English Grammar Exercises For Beginners hi students I'm Shana your teacher at espresso English dotnet and today I want

to answer a student who asked about how to use the expression used to in English

and this is an interesting topic because there are actually two different ways to

use used to in English and they have different purposes so today I'm going to

teach you that with examples so first we can say I used to when talking about

things that we did frequently in the past but we don't do today so for

example I used to take piano lessons when I was a child I took piano lessons

but nowadays I don't take piano lessons so I can say I used to take piano

lessons I also used to have long hair but today I have short hair so it's

something that was true in the past but now it has changed it's not true anymore

so I use I used two plus the base form of the verb I used to take piano lessons

and I used to have long hair but not anymore now I can make a negative

sentence by talking about things that were not true in the past and they are

true today and for that I use I didn't used to plus the base form of the verb

so I didn't use to teach English in the past I had other jobs other professions

but now I'm an English teacher so it's a situation that changed it was different

in the past and now it's something else so I didn't used to teach English but

now I do okay so I used to and I didn't use do

plus the base form of the verb are used for situations that were different in

the past when compared to today got it now we also have the expressions I'm

used to and I not used to and these are different

these are used for talking about customs things that you are accustomed to doing

so for example here in the United States I was born and raised in the United

States I'm used to driving on the right side of the road but in England they

drive on the left so I'm used to driving on the right side of the road and I'm

not used to driving on the left side of the road because my custom is to drive

on the right and it's different in England so I'm not accustomed to driving

on the left another good example is when it comes to eating meals here in the

United States we eat our biggest meal usually at dinner so I'm used to eating

a big meal at dinner but my husband is from Brazil and in Brazil they often eat

a big meal at lunch and then a lighter meal so my husband is not used to eating

a big dinner he's used to eating a large lunch so when using I'm used to and I'm

not used to to talk about customs then we use the ing form of the verb I'm used

to eating a big dinner I'm not used to eating a large lunch okay so these are

two separate structures that are used for two different things

so I'm going to give you some homework to write in the comments but first I

want to encourage you if you like my teaching first of all like this video

share it with all your friends and also check out the courses I have available

I'll put a link together with this video if you like the way I teach I think

you'll really enjoy my courses because I go through all the aspects of the

English language in a very clear and straightforward way and I also include

lots of practice so your practice for today is to write a comment on this

video and I want you to try to use each these four structures tell me something

you used to do in the past tell me something you didn't used to do in the

past but now you do and then use I'm used to and I mean not used to for your

customs so what's something that is typical in your country and you're used

to doing and what's something that's not typical or maybe would be a change for

you something you're not used to doing got it I look forward to reading your

comments and I will see you in the next lesson bye bye

Being Over thinking Can Actually Bring Harm To The Health Of People Who Are Often Over thinking - Duration: 3:42.

***being over-thinking can actually bring harm to the health of people who are often

over-thinking***

Do you have a habit to think things over, even before the real thing happens?

Have you ever been worried about what you were thinking?

Imagine something that has not happened yet, roll back what makes you sad and predict negative

things for what you think?

This is called over-thinking where you analyze everything to make you worry.

most thinking of something or overthinking is a habit of spending hours thinking about

things that are not necessarily useful.

This is different from the nature of thinkers, the nature of thinkers tend to think about

things that really need to think about.

Too much thinking about things like that actually has a negative impact on mental health.

Many people are unaware of their excessive thoughts that make them sick.

The pain is various, ranging from headaches, stomachaches, stress, to anxiety, depression,

and analysis paralysis, which is the result that occurs when someone thinks something

over and over again.

The negative impact will ultimately also affect productivity.

Perhaps you've heard this term, 'overthinking kill your happiness'?

Yes, the sentence is true because the happiness of a person can be reduced and subsequently

lost because of too much thought.

Not only does it affect the psychological aspect, overtihinking can also have an impact

on health.

Well, if you constantly think excessively about whatever is happening around you or

whatever you have done for yourself and others, the body will experience a spike in cortisol

that endangers health.

Here is the impact it generates and you should start to be careful from now on.

1.

Influencing the brain.

One of the most obvious impacts of over-thinking behavior is stress.

Stress tends to have a profound effect on organs such as killing the healthy cells of

the brain in the hippocampus.

Chronic stress will also cause mental problems such as anxiety and mood disorders.

hat it can make you hard to focus on one goal.

2.

the work of the digestive system has decreased.

When over-thinking stresses you, it in turn affects your digestive system and causes gastrointestinal

problems like inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, changes in intestinal

microbiota, and gastric secretions.

3.

Cause cardiovascular disease.

Too worry is also able to cause cardiovascular disease such as heart disease, hypertension,

or stroke.

4.

Damaging the skin.

Continuous anxiety, stress, and over-thinking can affect the health of the skin and even

worsen a number of skin diseases such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, areata, and seborrheic

dermatitis.

The cause is stress will lower the immune system that one of its effects is to make

skin disease worse.

5.

Decreased immune system.

Have you ever felt that you often get sick during stress?

This happens because stress will make the body release the hormone cortisol which in

turn can weaken your immune system.

when that happens, your body's immune system weakens and you will be very susceptible to

disease.

6.

Increase cancer risk.

constant stress will make continuous activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis

that impairs the immune response and increases the risk of certain cancers.

What Eugene From Grease Looks Like Today - Duration: 4:05.

He might be best known as "the guy who played the nerdy guy in Grease," but the actor permanently

associated with the role of Eugene Felsnic, the bullied and bespectacled Rydell High student

who could surprisingly hurl a cream pie with remarkable precision, has a name: Eddie Deezen.

Deezen turned in a memorable performance in the 1978 classic and went on to appear in

lots of other projects.

How did this fellow maintain a steady and interesting stream of work for decades in

a business that can chew up even the hottest A-list stars at the drop of a hat?

Let's take a closer look at Eddie Deezen.

Revenge of the nerd

By the time Grease left theaters, it was the fifth-highest growing film of all-time, cementing

the pop culture status of John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.

And then there's Eddie Deezen, who arguably had a more important career, being the very

model of the "movie nerd."

Many movies from the '80s needed nerd characters to operate these new things called computers,

to serve as punching bags for cool characters, or to turn the tables on those cool characters.

Deezen did it better than anyone, playing nerds in such classics as Midnight Madness,

Zapped!, WarGames, and a return to the role of Eugene in Grease 2.

Ironically, the one nerd-centric '80s film he didn't appear in?

Revenge of the Nerds.

"Haha"

He'll 'B' seeing you

For someone so typecast, Eddie Deezen has thrived, making a living as a working actor

for more than 40 years and counting.

Sure, he's not starring in big blockbusters, but he has appeared in a ton of late-night,

cable-ready B-movies, including such schlocky titles as Laserblast, Teenage Exorcist, Beverly

Hills Vamp, Critters 2 and Assault of the Killer Bimbos.

Deezen even enjoyed top-billing in Surf II, where he plays a nerd who exacts revenge on

surfers by turning them into mutants.

Don't worry, you don't need to see Surf I to understand it.

"Do you know how many brain surgeons, nuclear physicists or Nobel laureates have been surfers?

I'll tell ya'!

None!"

He's a very vocal guy

Eddie Deezen has the nerd voice to go along with the nerd image.

Over the past 20 years, Deezen's career has shifted almost entirely to animation.

From rival child scientist Mandark on Dexter's Laboratory, to fast food manager Ned on Kim

Possible, to the geeky Know-It-All in The Polar Express, Deezen has remained in his

nerdy wheelhouse.

Deezen's also had a prolific career as a voiceover performer in television commercials, including

being the voice of Pop, as in Rice Krispies' Snap, Crackle, and Pop.

He also auditioned to play one of the most famous ad characters ever, the AFLAC Duck.

Ultimately, he lost that ducky gig to Gilbert Gottfried.

"So I'm very happy to be here, but I'm happy to be here, I mean anywhere, I'm happy

to be anywhere."

Here's a fun fact

The Hollywood history books are full of actors who, when the big roles dried up, or out of

a need for creative fulfillment, turned to writing.

Examples include Justin Theroux, Emma Thompson, and Seth Rogen.

Add Eddie Deezen to that list, whose writing niche is very much in line with his nerd reputation.

The curious actor is a big fan of trivia and fun facts, and as such, he's worked for a

number of big players in that particular publishing arena.

Deezen has contributed fact lists and articles for the long-running Uncle John's Bathroom

Reader series, as well as online trivia repositories such as Neatorama and Mental Floss.

Deezen loves to write about music, particularly the Beatles, the subject of his 1978 movie

I Want to Hold Your Hand.

"Listen, I know everything there is to know about the Beatles, there's nothing I don't

know about the Beatles."

She loves you, Eddie Deezen

Eddie Deezen has played comfortable variations of himself on the big screen and small screen

for decades.

However, it wasn't until 2012 that he got to portray the part he was born to play: Eddie

Deezen.

Written by, directed by, and starring indie filmmaker Sherry Mattson, I Love You, Eddie

Deezen is about a woman who is so bored with her humdrum, Midwestern existence that she

decides to head for Hollywood and seeks out the man of her dreams, king of the dorks,

Eddie Deezen.

As the film's copy states, "nerds need love, too."

Deezen was very game for the 13-minute film, which allowed him to play the hunky leading

man for the first time.
