Baseball League, has even seen players recruited by the American Major League.

on the same constitution since 1776, albeit with a few alterations, Venezuela is currently

on its 26th constitution.

The most recent document was drafted in 1999 and officially adopted in December of that

year, replacing the 1961 constitution.

President Hugo Chavez pushed for the new constitution and brought about many socioeconomic changes

and an official name change of the country from Republica de Venezuela to the Republica

Bolivariana de Venezuela.

The new constitution created two additional branches of government, removed the state

financing of political parties, and strengthened basic human rights like the freedom of expression,

assembly and the socio-economic rights like the right to employment, housing, and healthcare.

The Most Important Moment of Sonic Mania Adventures - Duration: 5:27.

Hey folks! This is probably the most pretentious video I've ever made, but I

had a little spark of an idea and I wanted to share it with you, and I hope you get

something out of it. So first off, Spoiler Warning, this is going to cover all five

episodes, every single bit, including the one that just came out, so if you haven't

seen them yet please go watch them now. There'll be a card on the screen, and

I'll put a link in the description as well. So please go watch those, and then

come back here. …Okay we're done. So, let's talk about the most important moment in

Sonic Mania Adventures. The special, significant moment. I want you to think

about it; pick the one moment that is the most meaningful for the Sonic franchise.

And there it is! …Let me explain.

So, the characters in the Sonic games in particular have been really dry lately.

It's a problem that's been creeping in since the start of the Sonic Adventure

series, where the characters stop being characters with personalities, and start

being these archetypes, these roles. Sonic is the generic hero that just… like it's

not even like he wants to do justice or whatever, but he has his failings, he's

just… He's the hero of the story; that's it.

Sonic Forces was… kind of the worst for a lot of them. Everybody just seemed to be

pigeonholed in this one little box, which was the generic version of that

character, and they very rarely got out of that box. Knuckles in particular had

basically no personality in the game barring one or two very brief moments.

The other characters weren't much better. Tails did have a personality, but it was

way different than anything else in the previous games and a lot of people had a

problem with it. Some of the characters just didn't really seem to add anything

to the story, they didn't have anything going on, they were just there:

The Chaotix, Omega… but this isn't about Sonic Forces. This is about Sonic Mania

Adventures, which is fan-freaking-tastic. And one of the great things about it is

the character moments. The character moments really brings something to the

animation; the fact that they're willing to actually play with these characters

and have fun with them. To… present them with several different angles and

sometimes they're menacing, or heroic one moment and silly the next, they're clumsy…

It's fantastic the way they mix it up. Now, other entertainers have gone into the

details about the animation: All the references, the in-jokes, every little

detail that just proves how much this entire production has been made by and

for Sonic nerds. It's so wonderful. But, one thing I will say though is that it's

really cool to have an animated series based on Sonic Mania. I've wanted one

ever since seeing the animatic made by Jakeneutron, based off of the Mania

pre-order trailer and the Archie Sonic Mega Drive comic. He made his own

animation rough called "Sonic Mega Drive Mania", and I'm showing you a brief clip

now. It's obviously in an early state, and it never got any further

my knowledge, but I loved it, and I loved the idea, and I was like "I want there to

be a Sonic Mania animated series!" and then Sega and Tyson Hesse, along with a whole

bunch of other talented people, made a Sonic Mania animated series! Yay!

And now, I want a full TV series! Or Netflix, whichever works. So, to sum it up,

I just think that one little extra moment at the ending, it brings a

refreshing tone to Sonic. I think that, along with several other character

moments sprinkled throughout, really brings some life to the series; to the

characters. There's just that hint of more depth to them. Even

characters like Metal Sonic, who are played super serious and cool throughout

the whole thing, still get those little brief moments. And of course

there's the whole subversion at the end of the final fight when you think

there's a second tier, but you've already had that fight, so they can play with it!

They can have Knuckles just come in and clock him and he's gone!

…And then they just don't know what to do, so they just sit around and eat chili dogs.

That's a wonderful way to end a Sonic animation series! I really want to see

more like this in the future. This'd be a direction I'd be happy to see Sonic

going in. So that covers it, I just wanted to go over this brief little detail in

the animation. It was just a perfect little hiccup [cough]! And that's the type of

tone shift I think Sonic's needed for a long time

now. And hopefully it's something we see more of in the future. By the way, a quick

shout out: I just wanted to plug my friend Blaze's

review of Sonic Mania. He just put it out two days ago; he spent months putting

it together for various reasons. But it's a twenty-eight-minute-long in-depth dive

into the game as a whole. It's not something I entirely agree with myself,

but he explains his reasoning very well, and it's all well animated… It's a

fantastic watch; I recommend you give it a look. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this

So we're finally talking about

#NoMoreCRAPtions again, and it's a good time

to bring this up because as you can see I am wearing

So we're gonna talk about Colleen Ballinger today

aka Miranda Sings, you may know her

a little bit more as Miranda Sings.

She recently uploaded a video about opening up

about her brother who is actually deaf

so hello, we've got something in common.

Her brother has two cochlear implants

and he's the one family member that doesn't

talk about his life, he doesn't get vlogged very much

so there was a special video all about him

and at the end of that video, what gets talked about

is the fact that Colleen now realizes that the captions

or craptions on YouTube are well, crap,

and now she has announced that she is going

to start closed captioning every single one of her videos.

I don't know if it's just for certain channels

or all of them, but she's going to caption

all the videos on some channel or all channels

and that brought up this video because that is

a pretty big deal.

So throughout the years, since at least 2016

I have been writing letters to YouTubers,

especially big YouTubers if they have PO Boxes,

but also emails asking them to caption their videos

and Colleen was a big one because she has a deaf brother.

Trent uses captions but the channel was never captioned,

the channels were never captioned

which I thought was so bizarre, and to me

I was thinking why is there not more responsibility

put into making sure that the channel is more accessible.

Tweets were made, you know, emails were attempted

to be sent, or sent, but, you know, it never worked.

Now she did mention in her video that Chris,

another brother who is a family vlogger, started captioning.

Now, fun story about that:

I actually sent a letter last year to Chris,

I don't remember if it was for Playlist Orlando

or Playlist D.C,. but we were both going to Playlist

and what do I do when I'm getting ready

to go to a YouTube event?

I check the guest list, see who has a PO Box

and I write a letter.

I find that people will pay attention to letters more,

you know, just looking at it first.

Letters are more personal, yes, emails are faster and cheaper

but there's just something about a letter

that gets people to really look at it,

especially me, I know this, I have my own PO Box.

Plus, you know, the more- you get a bigger chance

of having something done if you shout it out

as much as possible, if you shout out your

request as much as possible.

But anyways, I did send a letter,

I got a letter back actually, and not too long after,

all of the videos were captioned.

So I cannot confirm that the videos started becoming

captioned because of me, but the timing has me guessing.

Chris and his family started captioning.

So far, Chris and Colleen are the only two people

in the family to caption.

I believe Rachel is also a YouTuber.

Yes, she is a YouTuber, but I don't think she captions

at all- I think there's spotty community contributions

here and there, which I have a video all about

the kind of do's and don'ts about that over here.

Colleen is the fourth big YouTuber to caption

and also mention it.

I think there are a couple of other big YouTubers

that caption but they never actually talk about it

and they've never made like this big,

"oh, by the way!" video about it.

So Tyler Oakley was the first, to my knowledge.

You know, he made a video and made like a small campaign

called Hear Me Out, and then not too long after

like literally in the same week, Lilly Singh,

aka Superwoman, made tweets about how

she was going to caption.

It did take another year for that to be implemented,

but she mentioned it, so, you know,

that was gonna get a big amount of attention.

By the way, Lilly, please caption your vlog channel.

And then Good Mythical Morning made an announcement video

talking about how they were gonna caption

and that was a bit of back and forth, but I think,

last time I checked which was a couple of months ago,

they've started captioning again,

and now you have Colleen, aka Miranda Sings.

Hell yeah, I mean I'm always happy when big YouTubers

and anyone, really, makes or has their videos captioned

but it's even better when they also mentioned it,

mention it, and also talk about, you know,

talk about the importance of captions.

And even better, she's getting them professionally done.

To me, I think, if you can afford to get them

professionally done, that is kind of what should happen

because with someone of Colleen's size, it's a business.

I mean, like, pretty much almost every YouTuber

who does this as not a hobby is doing it as a business,

but, you know, there's a lot of YouTubers who can't afford it,

but with someone like Colleen it just makes sense

to get them professionally done,

again especially also because you have someone

in your family who needs that kind of accessibility,

so it just makes sense to make them the way

that they should be, how do you do that?
