GIRLS ON THE RUN - GIRLS WITH DREAMS 💗 JUSTICE - Duration: 2:56.

Hi guys, it's Claire.

Recently I had the honor to hang out with Jess Sparks

at Girls on the Run of Central Ohio.

I want to tell you all about it!

I have participated in Girls on the Run for three seasons.

It was fun to hang out with Jess

and see what goes on behind the scenes.

Girls on the Run is

a physical activity based youth development program.

And so what that means is while we're up moving around,

playing games with each other,

that we're also learning how to take care of ourselves,

each other, and our community

by learning different life skills.

So it's combining movement and being active,

but at the same time learning really helpful lessons.

Jess taught me about the reasons

that she made Girls on the Run and the lessons.

I like how it teaches girls to think for themselves.

So intern team, Claire Elico, we're going to start our day

kind of like we start our Girls on the Run season

with doing our star power visualization.

There is no other star in the sky

that is just like your star.

Who do you look up to and why?

A lot of people,

there are a lot of people that inspire me.

And it's not just grown-ups, I think a lot of kids.

A lot of the times when I'm not sure about something

I think back to some of the kids I've worked with,

and I remember how they were able to work through something

and that inspires me.

Jess shared with me that when she was a kid,

she often got upset or sad when things didn't go as planned.

What do you wish somebody would've told you as a kid?

I was a kiddo that really liked planning

and really liked knowing in advance what was happening.

If someone had told me, as a young person,

like it's okay to be sad and disappointed

because what you expect to happen

versus what really happens,

there's disappointment in that space.

This one is about untangling our emotions.

So we pass the ball around, the ball of yarn,

and then we have to figure out how to untangle the emotions.

That reminded me of the lesson about emotions.

There are no good or bad emotions,

but there are comfortable and uncomfortable emotions.

It's good to feel both.

What do you think adults need to hear from kids?

That everybody is equal,

and you shouldn't treat

some people better than other people.

You think a lot of kids struggle with not knowing that?

Yeah.

I really enjoyed spending the day with Jess

and learning about Girls on the Run.

I hope in the future I'll be able to help

make a difference in people's lives like Jess.

THAT GOD WILL DELIVER US OR GOD WILL HELP US.

WE ALMOST ALWAYS PRAY FOR GOD TO HELP US,

BUT RARELY DO WE REALLY WANT HIM TO HELP US,

WE WANT HIM DO IT FOR US.

I MEAN, THAT'S, IN ESSENCE, MORE OR LESS WHAT WE'RE SAYING

BECAUSE WHEN YOU ASK GOD TO HELP YOU, THEN THAT MEANS

THAT HE GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO DO.

HE'S NOT GONNA DO ALL THE DOING.

HE GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO DO.

AND I THINK I MADE A FAIRLY GOOD STAB

AT LAYING DOWN THAT POINT PRETTY CLEAR THIS MORNING

BUT JUST IN CASE YOU WEREN'T HERE,

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT WHEN YOU PRAY AND ASK GOD

TO DO ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE, YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED

TO LISTEN FOR WHAT HE MAY SAY BACK

OR HOW HE MAY LEAD YOU OR GUIDE YOU,

AND YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED TO DO WHATEVER IT IS

THAT GOD WANTS YOU TO DO.

EVERYTHING FOR US WHILE WE SIT BACK

AND DO NOTHING.

OTHER PEOPLE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

MOST OF US LIKE TO BLAME EVERYBODY ELSE FOR OUR PROBLEMS.

I DID THAT FOR A LONG TIME.

I WAS ABUSED SEXUALLY BY MY DAD SO EVERY PROBLEM I HAD,

EVERY BAD WAY I ACTED, MY TEMPER,

ANYTIME I FELT SORRY FOR MYSELF, WHATEVER IT IS WAS,

IT WAS ALWAYS, "IF THAT WOULDN'T

HAVE HAPPENED TO ME."

WELL, THERE WERE MANY PROBLEMS CAUSED IN MY LIFE

BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, BUT WHEN WE'RE IN CHRIST,

NOW LISTEN, CLEARLY THE BIBLE SAYS

WE BECOME NEW CREATURES, THAT OLD THINGS PASS AWAY.

AND HOW MANY THINGS?

ALL THINGS BECOME BRAND NEW AND THAT DOESN'T MEAN

THAT JUST OVERNIGHT EVERYTHING COMPLETELY CHANGES.

THAT DOESN'T MEAN IF YOU'RE OVERWEIGHT

THE NEXT MORNING YOU WAKE UP AND YOU'RE SKINNY.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: THAT DOESN'T MEAN IF YOU'RE BALD,

THE NEXT MORNING YOU WAKE UP AND YOU HAVE

A FULL HEAD OF HAIR.

I BELIEVE THAT WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A NEW CREATURE

IS THAT WE BECOME NEW SPIRITUAL CLAY.

I BELIEVE IT MEANS THAT GOD PUTS US IN A POSITION

WHERE ALTHOUGH WE MAY HAVE THINGS TO OVERCOME

AND THERE ARE GONNA BE MANY THINGS

IS HEARING FROM GOD AND BEING OBEDIENT TO HIM,

BUT AT THAT POINT WHEN YOU'RE BORN AGAIN

AND RECEIVE CHRIST, NOW LISTEN TO ME,

EVERYTHING THAT GOD HAS PROMISED TO HIS CHILDREN

BECOMES SOMETHING THAT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU.

IF ANYBODY CAN HAVE ANYTHING THAT GOD OFFERS,

THEN THAT ANYBODY CAN AND SHOULD BE YOU, AMEN?

WELL, WHAT'S HAPPENED TO YOU IN YOUR LIFE

MAYBE YOU WERE ABUSED BY SOMEBODY,

THAT'S THE THING THAT CONCERNS ME

IS WHEN WE GET HURT AND THEN WE CARRY THAT AROUND

WITH US ALL OF OUR LIFE AND IT BECOMES AN EXCUSE

TO NEVER GET ANY BETTER.

HOW MANY OF YOU KNOW THAT HUMAN NATURE

LOVES TO BLAME?

FOURTEEN OF YOU KNOW THAT.

LATE TO GO SOMEWHERE?

THE WIFE SAYS IT'S HIS FAULT, HE SAYS IT'S HER FAULT.

WE'RE JUST NOT VERY GOOD AND JUST SAYING,

"YOU KNOW WHAT?

THAT WAS TOTALLY MY FAULT, I'M REALLY SORRY."

WE TALKED ABOUT THAT A LITTLE BIT THIS MORNING

BUT I THINK IT'S WORTH TALKING ABOUT AGAIN.

I WONDER WHY THAT IS SO PAINFUL FOR US.

YOU KNOW WHY?

THE DEVIL MAKES IT PAINFUL BECAUSE HE DOESN'T WANT US

DOING IT BECAUSE HE KNOWS THE POWER

THAT'S AVAILABLE FOR US WHEN WE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY

FOR OUR ACTIONS, AMEN?

JOYCE: I'M GIVING YOU A HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT

WHICH IS TO GO HOME AND HAVE A MEETING WITH YOURSELF,

AND SO, ONE OF THE THINGS I'D LIKE YOU TO ASK YOURSELF IS,

"WHAT'S GOING ON IN MY LIFE THAT I'M BLAMING SOMEBODY ELSE FOR

AND DECEIVED ME, AND I ATE [FROM THE BIDDEN TREE--

FORBIDDEN TREE]'"

SO, SHE DIDN'T SAY, "OH, I DISOBEYED YOU

AND I SINNED."

SHE KIND OF TRIED TO SKIRT AROUND THE ISSUE AND SHE SAID,

"WELL, IT WAS THE DEVIL.

HE MADE ME DO IT."

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

SO, THE LORD TURNED FROM EVE AND HE TURNED TO THE SERPENT

AND HE SAYS, "BECAUSE YOU HAVE DONE THIS,

YOU ARE CURSED MORE THAN ALL THE CATTLE,

AND MORE THAN ANY ANIMAL OF THE FIELD;

ON YOUR BELLY YOU SHALL GO, AND DUST YOU SHALL EAT

ALL THE DAYS OF YOUR LIFE.

AND I WILL PUT ENMITY OR (OPEN HOSTILITY)

BETWEEN YOU AND THE WOMAN, AND BETWEEN YOUR SEED

(OFFSPRING) AND HER SEED; HE SHALL [FATALLY]

IT IS AMAZING YOU GO TO GET A SURGERY

AND YOU HAVE TO SIGN ENOUGH PAPERS

THAT IF THEY KILL YOU 20 TIMES, IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT.

JOYCE: I MEAN, NOTHING IS ANYBODY'S FAULT TODAY.

IT'S JUST, IT'S GOOFY.

WE LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE NOBODY, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY

BUT WE, AS THE CHURCH, ARE BETTER THAN THAT

AND WE HAVE TO STAND UP AND BE STRONG MEN AND WOMEN

OF GOD.

SHOULD BE EASILY BE ABLE TO SAY WITHOUT MUMBLING,

CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW MUCH BETTER RELATIONSHIPS WOULD BE

IF PEOPLE WOULD STOP ALL THE BLAMING AND JUST OWN UP

TO THEIR OWN MISTAKES?

NOW, ABRAHAM, SARAH, AND HAGAR, ONE OF THE MOST FOOLISH STORIES

IN THE BIBLE.

"NOW SARAI, ABRAM'S WIFE, HAD NOT BORNE HIM ANY CHILDREN,

BUT SHE HAD AN EGYPTIAN MAID WHOSE NAME WAS HAGAR.

SO SARAI SAID TO ABRAM, 'SEE HERE,

THE LORD HAS PREVENTED ME FROM BEARING CHILDREN.

SO, I'M ASKING YOU TO GO TO [THE BED OF] MY MAID

[SO THAT YOU MAY BEAR--

SO SHE MAY BEAR YOU A CHILD]; PERHAPS I WILL OBTAIN CHILDREN

BY HER."

AND ONCE AGAIN THE SILLY MAN LISTENED TO HIS WIFE.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: AMEN?

OBVIOUSLY WE KNOW THAT WHAT SHE SUGGESTED

WAS NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA.

WHAT KIND OF A GOOFY WOMAN WOULD YOU BE

TO GIVE YOUR HUSBAND TO ANOTHER WOMAN

TO GO HAVE SEX WITH HER?

"AFTER ABRAM HAD LIVED IN THE LAND OF CANAAN TEN YEARS,

ABRAM'S WIFE SARAI TOOK HAGAR THE EGYPTIAN [MAID],

AND GAVE HER TO HER HUSBAND ABRAM

TO BE HIS [SECONDARY] WIFE.

HE WENT IN TO [THE BED OF] HAGAR,

AND SHE CONCEIVED; AND WHEN SHE REALIZED

"I'M PREGNANT AND YOU'RE NOT, NAH, NAH, NAH, NAH, NAH."

BUT HERE'S WHERE IT GETS CUTE.

"THEN SARAI SAID TO ABRAM, 'MAY [THE RESPONSIBILITY

FOR] THE WRONG DONE TO ME [BY THE ARROGANT BEHAVIOR

OF HAGAR] BE UPON YOU.'"

JOYCE: NOW I ASK YOU WHAT MADE THIS ABRAM'S FAULT

WHEN SARAH WAS THE ONE THAT STARTED IT?

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: I MEAN, THIS JUST SHOWS HOW PEOPLE

PLAY THE BLAME GAME.

TURNS RIGHT AROUND IN VERSE 6, "BUT ABRAM SAID TO SARAI,

'LOOK, YOUR MAID IS ENTIRELY IN YOUR HANDS

AND SUBJECT TO YOUR AUTHORITY; YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH HER.'"

SO, SARAH SAID, "IT'S YOUR FAULT."

HE TURNED RIGHT BACK AROUND AND SAID, "NO, IT'S YOUR FAULT,

I'M NOT DEALING WITH THIS."

AND THEN HAGAR, SHE'S IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS

SO SHE DECIDES TO RUN AWAY.

THEN GOD FOUND HER AND SAID, "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

IN VERSE 8.

AND SHE SAID, "I'M RUNNING AWAY FROM MY MISTRESS."

NOW, WE'RE GONNA TALK HERE IN A MINUTE

ABOUT RUNNING FROM PROBLEMS RATHER THAN FACING THEM.

"THEN THE ANGEL OF THE LORD SAID TO HER,"

IN VERSE 8 THE ANGEL OF THE LORD SAID TO HER,

'GO BACK TO YOUR MISTRESS, AND SUBMIT HUMBLY

TO HER AUTHORITY.'"

WELL, OUCH.

[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]

JOYCE: WHY SHOULD I WANT TO DO THAT?

"BUT THE LORD SAID TO HER, 'I WILL GREATLY MULTIPLY

YOUR DESCENDANTS SO THAT THEY WILL BE TOO MANY

TO COUNT.'"

SO, HERE'S THE POINT THAT I WANT TO MAKE,

RUNNING FROM YOUR PROBLEMS NEVER SOLVES THEM.

HIDDEN THINGS ARE THE THINGS THAT MAKE US SICK,

THINGS THAT WE HIDE FROM PEOPLE, THINGS THAT WE DON'T WANT

ANYBODY TO KNOW.

NOW, I'M NOT SAYING NOTHING SHOULD BE PRIVATE

BUT SOMETIMES ONE OF THE BEST THINGS

YOU CAN DO, IF YOU'VE GOT SOMETHING

INSIDE OF YOU THAT JUST KEEPS BOTHERING YOU

WHEN SATAN THINKS IT'S HIDDEN IN SECRET,

THEN HE CAN KEEP TORMENTING YOU WITH IT.

AND THEN THERE'S SOME THINGS THAT WE RUN FROM

BECAUSE GOD JUST KEEPS TRYING TO GET US TO DEAL WITH IT

AND WE JUST KEEP PUTTING IT OFF UNTIL ANOTHER DAY.

IT MIGHT BE FORGIVING SOMEBODY.

IT MIGHT BE CONFRONTING SOMEBODY.

MAYBE THERE'S SOMEBODY IN YOUR LIFE

THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND DOESN'T TREAT YOU RIGHT.

MAYBE IT'S A PARENT WHO EXPECTS TOO MUCH OUT OF YOU.

THEY'RE NOT LETTING YOU GROW UP AND HAVE YOUR OWN LIFE,

AND SO YOU'VE KIND OF FORMED A DYSFUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP

WITH THEM AND YOU KNOW YOU NEED TO CONFRONT IT

BUT YOU DON'T SO YOU JUST KEEP STAYING

IN THE MESS AND HATING THE MESS WORSE AND WORSE AND WORSE.

YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH STUFF, CONFRONT IT, GET IT OVER WITH,

GET YOUR BREAKTHROUGH, AND GET ON WITH THE REAL LIFE

THAT GOD HAS FOR YOU.

SOMETIMES THERE'S THINGS THAT MAYBE YOU'VE DONE IN LIFE

THAT YOU MAYBE NEED TO GO BACK AND FIX.

YOU CAN'T ALWAYS GO BACK AND FIX EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE WRONG

BUT SOME THINGS YOU CAN AND SOME THINGS

GOD MAY WANT YOU TO DO SO I'M GONNA TELL YOU A STORY.

I THINK I'VE ONLY TOLD THIS MAYBE ONE OR TWO OTHER TIMES.

WELL, ACTUALLY, I MARRIED A GUY WHEN I WAS 18

JUST TO GET AWAY FROM MY DAD AND JUST I REALLY NEVER THOUGHT

ANYBODY WOULD EVER WANT ME BECAUSE I'D BEEN

SEXUALLY ABUSED.

AND SO, I KNEW WAY DOWN DEEP IN MY HEART

THAT I WAS MAKING MISTAKE BUT I WANTED SOMEBODY.

I WAS AFRAID I'D NEVER HAVE ANYBODY

SO I MARRIED THIS GUY AND IT WAS REALLY JUST ANOTHER

FIVE YEARS OF TORMENT.

AND HE WAS A CON MAN, COULD TALK YOU IN AND OUT

OF EVERYTHING, AND HE WAS A THIEF, PETTY THIEF.

AND SO, I WORKED FOR A COMPANY AND I DID THE PAYROLL

AND HE TALKED ME INTO WRITING SOME CHECKS

TO DIFFERENT RANDOM PEOPLE AND BACK THEN IT WAS PRETTY EASY

TO GO IN AND GET A CHECK CASHED ALMOST ANYWHERE.

I MEAN, YOU COULD JUST GO IN AND SAY,

"I WANT TO CASH THIS CHECK," AND THEY'D CASH IT FOR YOU.

SO, THE BOTTOM LINE WAS WAS HE TALKED ME INTO STEALING

SOME MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT I WORKED FOR.

SO, HERE YOU HAVE BEFORE YOU A PREACHER WHO AT ONE TIME

WAS A THIEF.

THAT'S HOW MUCH GOD CAN CHANGE US AND--

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: SO, I DON'T KNOW, I THOUGHT MAYBE

IT'D MAKE SOMEBODY FEEL A LITTLE BETTER ABOUT THEIR SELF TO KNOW

WHO YOU'RE REALLY LISTENING TO TODAY.

I'M GLAD WE'RE PASSED THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS,

THAT WAY I CAN'T GO TO JAIL.

JOYCE: SO, I'M TEACHING MY LITTLE HOME BIBLE STUDY

AND I GOT ALL THESE BIG DREAMS AND PLANS FOR MY LIFE,

AND I STARTED FEELING LIKE I NEEDED TO FIND

THAT COMPANY AND GO TELL THEM WHAT I HAD DONE

AND PAY THE MONEY BACK.

WELL, YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW SCARED I WAS.

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY MIGHT DO.

FOR ALL I KNEW THEY'D HAVE ME THROWN IN JAIL.

BUT I REALLY FELT LIKE IF I WAS GONNA GO ON WITH GOD

AND DO EVERYTHING GOD WANTED ME TO DO

THAT I COULDN'T KEEP HAVING THAT HANGING THERE.

NOW, I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOU NEED TO GO DO WHAT I DID.

I'M TELLING YOU THAT THIS WAS SOMETHING

THAT GOD TOLD ME TO DO, AND I NEEDED TO OBEY GOD,

OTHERWISE I'D STILL BE BACK THERE TEACHING

A LITTLE HOME BIBLE STUDY.

NOW, I WANT YOU TO LISTEN TO ME, GOD HAS BIG PLANS

FOR MANY OF YOUR LIVES BUT JUST BECAUSE GOD'S

PLANNED THEM DOESN'T MEAN THEY'RE GONNA HAPPEN.

THERE WILL BE THINGS THAT GOD WILL REQUIRE OF YOU.

THERE WILL BE HARD THINGS HE WILL ASK YOU TO DO.

THERE MAY BE SOME SACRIFICES THAT HE WILL ASK YOU TO MAKE,

IT MIGHT BE SOME SACRIFICIAL GIVING,

IT MIGHT BE, YOU KNOW, LIKE ONE OF THE THINGS THAT

HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE, A TIME CAME WHERE GOD ASKED ME

AND MY HUSBAND TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOM AND DAD

UNTIL THEY DIED.

WELL, LET ME TELL YA THAT WAS THE LAST PEOPLE

IN THE WORLD I WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF.

THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ME TO DO IT.

THEY HAD MISTREATED ME.

THEY HAD ABUSED ME.

THEY HAD DONE NOTHING FOR ME AND YET I KNEW THAT

IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

IT WASN'T A FUN THING TO DO BUT I KNEW THAT IT WAS

THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

NOW, LISTEN TO WHAT I'M GONNA TELL YA.

JUST BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE HAS TREATED YOU BADLY,

THAT DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE AUTHORITY

TO DO SOMETHING WRONG.

JOYCE: FOR SOMEBODY HERE TODAY COMING TO HEAR

THAT ONE STATEMENT WAS WHY GOD SENT YOU HERE.

I'M SERIOUS BECAUSE SOMETIMES WE THINK

IF SOMEBODY HAS MISTREATED US, THAT WE ARE THEN JUSTIFIED

IN NOT LOVING THEM, OR NOT TREATING THEM GOOD,

OR NOT HELPING THEM WHEN THEY NEED IT.

WE HAVE TO DO THINGS THAT DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE

TO THE WORLD OR THE NATURAL MIND,

BUT WE DO IT BECAUSE WE KNOW IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

MY PARENTS LIVED A LONG TIME.

I MEAN, IT WAS A LONG TIME.

SO, I HAD TO FIND THIS COMPANY, WHICH, OF COURSE, HAD MOVED

AND THEN I WENT AND TALKED TO THE SON

WHO WAS NOW RUNNING THE COMPANY.

I MEAN, I'M SURE I WAS SHAKING.

I SAID, "DO YOU REMEMBER A TIME WHEN AN EMPLOYEE

STOLE SOME MONEY FROM YOU THROUGH THE PAYROLL,"

AND BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

AND HE SAID, "YEAH."

I SAID, "WELL, I'M THE ONE WHO STOLE IT."

AND I SAID, "I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU

THAT I'M A CHRISTIAN NOW AND I KNOW THAT WHAT I DID

WAS WRONG, AND I WOULD LIKE TO PAY

THE MONEY BACK."

NOW, HE WASN'T A CHRISTIAN.

HE HAPPENED TO A JEWISH MAN.

IT WAS A JEWISH FAMILY, BUT I THINK THAT PEOPLE

EVERYWHERE ARE ALWAYS IMPRESSED, NOT THAT I WAS TRYING

TO BE IMPRESSIVE.

BUT THEY'RE IMPRESSED WITH THE GENUINENESS

OF OUR FAITH IN GOD WHEN WE DO RIGHT THINGS.

HE HAD TO KNOW THAT WAS HARD FOR ME.

AND SO, I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT MAY HAVE AFFECTED

HIS LIFE LATER ON, BUT I DEFINITELY KNOW

THAT IF I WOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT, I'D STILL BE

BACK THERE SOMEWHERE.

I WOULDN'T BE HERE GETTING TO TELL YOU THIS STORY.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - S03E26 - Episode Review - Duration: 6:55.

Welcome to Ranger Reviews, a webseries where we look at episodes of the tv show, Power

Rangers and then discuss it!

Today, we're exploring the hundred and thirty eighth episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

as well as the twenty sixth episode of Season 3, titled "Rita's Pita".

We begin this episode at the Youth Center where Tommy is teaching a student named Danny,

coaching him on how to be a better martial arts.

Aisha and Rocky are watching this, talking about how awesome it is that these kids have

our lord and savior Tommy to look up to.

Ernie comes up saying that they look like they need a break, and Tommy says he's getting

hungry, and he orders a veggie pita and a fruit smoothie.

Danny wants a double cheeseburger, fries, and a shake.

Tommy reminds that Danny that what goes in your body makes a big difference in how you

feel physically and mentally.

Says the guy overloading on sugars from a fruit smoothie.

Danny changes his order to veggie pita and smoothie.

Rita is watching for some reason, talking about how they need to take Tommy down a notch,

and honestly, I agree.

She calls Finster in, demanding where her monster is.

He explains that he was still working, and she tells her to go away.

And Rita says that Tommy was right about what you put in your body IS important, and Tommy

is about to get a special pita from Rita.

This sounds dirty.

In a neighborhood, Billy, Adam, and Kat are walking, and Billy says that he hopes that

all the changes aren't too overwhelming for her, and she says she's nervous about

her communicator going off.

In a nice nod to "I was also a replacement", Adam says that he remembers what that felt

like.

Kat then says that she basically just doesn't want to let the others down, but they tell

her that she's going to be great.

She then walks away to go home.

That's literally it for this scene.

That did nothing.

At the Youth Center, Bulk and Skull are ordering food, and Skull orders the Indigestion Inducer.

Of course, Tommy, Aisha, Rocky, and Danny are nearby to talk about how that's how

to not treat your body.

Patronizing patties.

Finster presents his new monster, the Ravenator, who can eat anything, and Rito says that his

big mouth reminds him of Rita.

Then, Rita shrinks him down, saying that it's going to be an inside job.

Now, we return to Kat walking home, and she hears Rita talking in her head about how Tommy

is going to get attacked.

She immediately knows that something is up, and Zedd finds out right away that Kat is

aware of what's going on.

Finster explains that the spell must still have some side effects, so they send down

the Tengas.

Do they even know that she's a Power Ranger now?

They attack her, and she tries to calm herself.

Ninja Ranger Power Now, and she's kind of impressed by with how cool it feels to be

a Power Ranger.

At first she struggles, but then she starts to get the hang of it.

I have to admit, this is cool to see.

Back at the Youth Center, Tommy and the rest of them laugh at Bulk and Skull while the

tiny Raventor appears, climbing into Tommy's sad little veggie pita in a terrible chromakey

effect.

Then, Tommy just eats the dude, and he's lucky he doesn't bite the dude's head

off.

Tommy gets really hungry suddenly, and he takes Skull's food away from him, devouring

it pretty quickly.

Also, he asks Ernie for a chocolate shake to wash it down, and Ernie shrugs and walks

away.

Then, Skull says screw it, they have to get to the junior police dessert sale anyways.

Meanwhile, Kat is holding her own against the Tengas, doing a lot of flips in the process.

The Tengas retreat, and Kat is super excited.

Billy and Adam come up to find Tommy eating a ton of stuff, and Danny says that Tommy

is a fake, running away.

Kat then comes up, telling them what she heard, and Billy says that Alpha should run a scan

on him.

Tommy refuses because there's nothing wrong with him that a good donut won't cure, and

Billy says, "donut?

It's more serious than I thought", and I can feel David Yost struggling to make this

scene work at all.

They decide they're going back to the Command Center, and Tommy refuses to join them, and

they teleport away.

They start to tell Zordon about it, and Alpha has located the monster on the viewing globe,

and it's just Tommy.

Then, Zordon tells Alpha to use x-ray magnification, which means that homeboy has probably been

peeping inside people's insides left and right.

They see the Ravenator, and Adam asks him to teleport Tommy in, and Zordon says that

they can't bring him in if there's a monster inside of him because it could attack them.

Billy says they have to get back and save Tommy.

So, at the Youth Center, the five Rangers run in, and Ernie says that Tommy left to

get find dessert, and they know immediately he went to the bake sale.

There, we see Bulk and Skull talking about how if they don't sell everything, they

can keep everything, so they put fake fish on pies and stuff to deter customers, and

then they lie to someone saying that all the pies are disgusting.

Then Tommy comes in, eating everything, and Bulk and Skull tell him he has to start paying

for all the stuff he's eating.

Then, the other five come in, finding him, and they drag him out right away.

In the park, an ice cream truck goes by while the six are walking, Tommy has food in his

hand, and they've updated him on the monster being inside him.

Aisha says that she has an idea.

She gets Rocky, and they run over to the ice cream truck, ordering the biggest sundae he

can make, and then they come back with a comically sized ice cream bowl filled with ice cream,

and Tommy starts to freak out.

Then, Raventor is mad because he can't eat that stuff, so he comes out.

It's morphin' time!

There's a nice moment after they morph with Kat being in awe that she's the Pink Ranger

because that's exactly what you'd do in that situation.

They all fight the monster, and I have to say, it's going to take me a bit to get

used to hearing Kat's voice coming from the pink ranger suit.

She's also saying an insane amount of eating puns.

We get it, Kat.

Zedd and Rita decide to make Raventor grow giant, so they call out their Shogunzords

in a way where we only see Tommy.

Cool, guys.

Also, everyone is getting into their Zords, and it's hilarious that Kat is in the back

of Tommy's zord.

She clearly isn't doing anything because uh, Tommy did just fine without her before

so…..

They form the Shogun Megazord right away, and they bring out the Fire Saber, which I

think is the first time we've put a name to this sword.

They kill Ravenator right away, killing his appetite.

On the moon, Rita and Zedd are screaming at each other about how the plan failed.

Then, back at the Youth Center, Danny tells Tommy that he's quitting karate because

Tommy failed him, and Tommy explains that he can hate him all he wants, but he shouldn't

give up on himself.

So… they're fine, I guess.

Other than that, it's nice to see Kat getting used to her new Ranger powers, and honestly,

it put in more work on that front than I thought it would.

I'm looking forward to her not having to share a Zord with someone else though because

it looks so lame.

hace calificar a tu dominio como spam

otra razón por la que tu dominio puede

estar en una lista negra es que el

servidor donde lo tienes alojado haya

sido hackeado y se realicen envíos

masivos desde el mismo sin que te des

cuenta esto aunque no te lo creas es

algo que pasa con bastante frecuencia

por desgracia y quizá no lo sepas y te

esté pasando sucede también que cuando

un usuario recibe emails que no quiere

lo marca como spam o como correo no

deseado

y esto hace por un lado los siguientes

emails a este usuario le lleguen a tu

bandeja de spam y además envía una

notificación a los proveedores de email

como pueden ser gmail o yahoo

como que es spam y esto lo que hace es

bajar la reputación de tu dominio lo que

afecta a la recepción para otros

usuarios pueden ser preguntando a de

juan perón como sé si mi dominio está en

una lista negra bien para comprobar si

tu dominio se ha metido en alguna de

estas listas entra en la herramienta que

te dejo en la descripción del vídeo mx

toolbox puntocom y lo podrás comprobar

si tu dominio se encuentra en alguna de

estas listas lo más fácil es solicitar a

tu servidor que te cambien la ip pero

eso sí debes comprobar la razón de que

te metieran en esta lista si ha sido por

un hackeo o porque realmente se estaban

haciendo envíos de email poco adecuados

ya que desde esta última opción si no

dejas de hacerlo te va a volver a

suceder lo mismo por lo que debes buscar

el motivo antes de implementar la

solución pero también hay una manera de

ganar reputación y es que cada vez que

un usuario indica que tu correo no es

spam éste gana puntos de cara a la

entrega para otros usuarios por lo que

una cosa que puedes hacer es

a los usuarios que si quieren recibir tu

correo que lo marquen como no spam para

recibirlo y con ello gana la reputación

otra opción es que te añadan a las

listas de contacto no de esta manera te

aseguras que lo van a recibir algunas

empresas usan esta estrategia como puede

ser y que tal y como te muestro en esta

imagen de uno de sus emails otra cosa

que puedes hacer y que es más técnica es

pedir a tu servidor que active lo que se

llama los protocolos spf y de kim así

como el registro pdr aunque esto es un

tema técnico díselo a la persona que te

lo gestiona y sabrá lo que tiene que

hacer

departamento técnico para que te lo

implemente y si aún así sigues teniendo

problemas te dejo en la descripción

preocupa porque yo creo que el poder

crecer en volumen de leads es

relativamente sencillo porque eso es

escalarlo como como te vamos a comentar

y cómo vamos a hablar un momento

lo que me preocupa es esa conversión por

reputación que tenemos en los últimos 15

días se han recibido varios comentarios

y te los voy a leer literalmente en los

últimos 15 días dónde está bajando un

poco está bajando bastante la reputación

de un problema claro posterior a la

recepción del lead no no me atrevo a

decirte en qué fase en qué persona

concreta pero hay un posterior problema

donde os digo esto que estamos leyendo

es el de los últimos 15 días es

realmente ahí está habiendo un problema

porque además genera una reputación

negativa y nos encontramos como email de

estas personas que ni siquiera con

contactarán ya con nosotros porque ven

que tenemos una baja reputación muchas

críticas y pero creo que es un problema

que debemos trabajar por encima de todo

y máxima prioridad al margen de que se

siga trabajando en conseguir mejor leads

cualificar mejor por supuesto eso es

importante pero si ya va a ver un

porcentaje que estamos perdiendo por lo

que están diciendo de nosotros en la red

y por el trato que esa persona percibe

que le damos

ahí estamos perdiendo una gran un gran

potencial del crecimiento de negocio aún

así como luego mostraremos un poco más

adelante en la parte digital los datos

siguen mejorando pero a mí eso no me

deja tranquilo porque que los datos

sigan mejorando es bueno pero imagínate

lo que podrían llegar a mejorar si esta

parte está bien hecha si si solucionamos

este problema si bueno pero aún así aún

así me gusta me gusta estar también

consciente de todo porque al final es un

trabajo de todos es decir el trabajo que

cada uno ponemos suma los resultados

globales de la empresa y aunque no sea

directamente de marketing pero crees

creo que es importante que al final

todos veamos todo y intentemos mejorar

lo en la medida que podamos lo que

instalamos fue un servicio que nos

permite a tiempo real nos avisa si hay

un problema con la web se cae es decir

ésta es un servicio que está muy bien

que vale no sé si eran dos euros al mes

o menos vale muy poquito y en el momento

segunda segundo que le pasa algo la web

a la persona que es el técnico que

tenéis en los recuerdos su nombre

perdonarme el informático le llega un

aviso si me diciéndole oye se ha caído

la web entonces esto lo tenemos

solucionado pues si os parece

continuamos estáis viendo ya me excel y

junio hasta ahora ha sido el mes mejor

de resultados donde se han conseguido

pero se ha conseguido bajar casi a la

mitad del precio anterior el coste por

aviso pestaña de clientes cerrados en el

mes de mayo y junio pues se ha alcanzado

en los mejores datos en mike y lo vamos

a traducir a los ingresos que aunque

esto ha producido y en el mes de mayo

factura 2 que supone casi el 40 por

ciento de facturación total que viene

desde canal digital 3 creo que los datos

es para estar relativamente contento

porque creo que como podemos ver la

progresión es muy buena el porcentaje el

coste de adquisición

ahora bien insisto con lo de antes yo lo

lo que a mí me mantiene preocupado

aunque no sea directamente parte mía

pero es que joder si los datos están

mejorando son buenos y tenemos problemas

si solucionamos esos problemas

manteniendo esto que tenemos estos datos

van a ser mucho más mucho mejores por lo

que el coste de mejora que hay interno

es muy bajo

versus el beneficio que podemos obtener

de toda esta parte es y yo lo trabajaría

en la parte de validación de los leads

porque creo que como comentaba hay una

parte importante de leads que no se

están calificando correctamente y se

están descartando cuando son posibles

clientes y luego otros que son posibles

clientes por puntos de fricción que

tiene con la parte de atención al

cliente project manager quien sea

están descartaría antes en esa parte

antes de escalar en más inversión

publicitaria aquí creo que por ahí está

el crecimiento principal sino como sabes

lo que estamos también haciendo en

acoger datos es decir yo creo que ahora

que mostraré el primer set

este año yo creo que es el momento

adecuado para medir absolutamente todo

esto pero al final lo que necesitamos

era datos para también tener una base

consistente porque con el que tomar

decisiones acertadas y no equivocarnos

obviamente quiero conocer tu opinión por

lo que dejan en los resultados te está

pasando esto con los emails que llegan a

las bandejas de spam o te entran emails

que quieres a tu bandeja de no deseado
